Virginia Parents,
Last night was an epic moment in Manassas, Virginia!
Parents and residents of Prince William County showed up in force at the PWC School Board meeting to say that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
They have had it with the self-serving politics, the lack of transparency, the underhanded attempts to undermine parental authority, the racist curriculum, and even the mask mandates.
Despite attempts to force attendees to wear masks, PWCS staff were unable to stop the fed up parents and citizens from entering the meeting room with uncovered faces. Parents also rearranged chairs as they saw fit.
When the School Board tried to reduce the Public Comment time from three (3) minutes down to two (2) for each speaker due to the rain outside, the parents weren't having it. The raucous demands from the crowd forced the School Board to concede to the original time limit.
The School Board was reminded of who is boss--the parents and the taxpayers--not themselves. But we need to do more. We need to defund these radicals by putting educational funds in the hands of these parents. We need School Choice.
I feel blessed that I was able to witness these courageous Prince William County parents last night and provide many of them with information about School Choice and the work that Virginia for Educational Freedom is doing.
You can help with these efforts by demanding that your Virginia candidates for House of Delegates and the governor's office sign our Educational Freedom Pledge. Insist that they will not have your vote unless they sign it. Tell them that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

PPS- They are our kids, it is our money, and it must be our choice. To compel us to pay for a school system that pushes values we oppose is tyranny. This is why it is vital that you ask every single candidate running for office in Virginia whether or not they support FULL School Choice. Not some watered down, compromised half measure.
