Impeachment Memo: Biden Family Collected $15 Million in Foreign Money, DOJ Obstructed the Probe

Memo to lawmakers says Biden lied about his family business dealings and participated in helping his son make money.
he three House chairmen leading the impeachment inquiry against Joe Biden told fellow lawmakers Wednesday night that the president’s family collected at least $15 million in foreign funds and that there is evidence the Justice Department “obstructed” federal agents from pursuing evidence leading to the White House.
“Department of Justice personnel blocked avenues of inquiry that could have led to evidence incriminating President Biden and impeded efforts to prosecute Hunter Biden for tax crimes relating to foreign business arrangements that could have implicated President Biden,” Reps. James Comer, Jim Jordan and Jason Smith wrote in a 30-page memo to colleagues on the eve of the first impeachment inquiry hearing in Congress.
The memo, obtained by Just the News, accused Joe Biden of having extensive knowledge of his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings, lying about them to the American public, and allowing his family to profit from foreigners seeking influence from his roles as vice president under Barack Obama and now as president.
“The President had knowledge of many of his family’s business dealings, and indeed participated in them by having phone calls and attending private dinners—including while he was Vice President—with his family’s business associates and foreign business associates who would pay his family millions of dollars for no identifiable product or service,” the chairmen of the House Oversight, Judiciary and Ways and Means Committee wrote. According to a recent poll by Rasmussen Reports, 72 percent of likely voters are concerned that the federal government is devolving into a “tyrannical government that engages in mass surveillance, censorship, ideological indoctrination, and targeting of political opponents,” aka a “police state.”
Based on a small sample of the scores of egregious actions of the Biden administration, it makes total sense that most Americans believe the Democrats are responsible for the nation’s decline from a constitutional republic on the road to despotism. (American Thinker)

1. Tel Aviv municipality cancels all Rosh Yehudi Sukkot events - Israel National News
The Municipality of Tel Aviv-Jaffa officially informed the Rosh Yehudi movement today (Thursday) of the cancellation of all the permits the movement had received to hold events in the public space during the Sukkot holiday.
The letter informing them of the cancellation of the permits was given to the association after a hearing was held on the matter "due to its violation of the conditions of the permit given to it for Yom Kippur prayers in Dizingoff Square by placing a partition without the required permit and using physical means of gender segregation contrary to the municipality's policy."
Among the events which were cancelled were the operation of a public Sukkah and the holding of 'second hakafot' in Dizengoff Square. (Read more)

2. High Court hears arguments over when PM can be deemed unfit to serve - Israel Hayom
The High Court of Justice heard arguments on Thursday against a law passed by the ruling Coalition limiting conditions for any removal of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from office, in the latest showdown among branches of government to grip the nation.
Political watchdog groups and an opposition party have challenged the March 23 amendment to a quasi-constitutional basic law, which Netanyahu's own attorney general described as designed to preserve his tenure amid a long-running graft trial.
Netanyahu's governing Coalition passed a law in March that limits removing a prime minister from office to cases of medical and mental incapacitation. It would protect Netanyahu from being deemed unfit for office because of his ongoing corruption trial and claims of a conflict of interest. Critics say the law is tailor-made for Netanyahu and encourages corruption. The law's proponents say it is meant to safeguard any democratically elected leader from a wrongful ouster. (Read more)

3. At hearing, Knesset lawyer admits PM recusal law is personal, argues that’s irrelevant - Times of Israel
The High Court of Justice on Thursday was hearing a challenge to a law that makes it harder to remove a sitting prime minister, which critics say is designed to protect Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who has been working to reshape the justice system while he is on trial for alleged corruption.
Petitioners are asking the court to annul the controversial piece of legislation — an amendment to Basic Law: The Government — which blocks the court’s ability to order the prime minister to recuse himself from office.
Justices have indicated they are not planning to annul it, but could instruct the government to delay its implementation until after the next election in order to avoid it being used to personally benefit Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. (Read more)

4. Israel inks largest defense deal in its history - JNS
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Thursday signed an agreement in Berlin to provide Israel’s Arrow 3 missile-defense system to Germany. At an estimated value of $3.5 billion, the deal is the largest of its kind in Israel’s history.
The first missile battery, including radar, launch and interception management systems, is to be supplied to the Germans by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) by the fourth quarter of 2025.
Germany is the first foreign purchaser of the system.
Arrow 3 is the upper-tier layer of Israel’s missile-defense program, designed to intercept ballistic missiles during the exoatmospheric portion of their trajectory, at altitudes above 100 kilometers (62 miles). It became operational in Israel on Jan. 18, 2017. (Read more)

5. Saudi diplomat cancels Temple Mount visit due to Palestinian outrage - World Israel News
Saudi Arabia’s non-resident ambassador to the Palestinian Authority, Nayef al-Sudairi, will not visit the Temple Mount because of backlash from the Palestinian public, Haaretz reported on Thursday.
Al-Sudairi is currently leading a delegation of Saudi envoys, who have met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah and visited other PA-controlled enclaves in Judea and Samaria.
Critics of al-Sudairi were opposed to his scheduled visit to the Temple Mount due to its location in eastern Jerusalem.
The Al-Aqsa Mosque within the compound is controlled by the Jordanian Islamic Waqf organization and Jews are forbidden from worshipping there. (Read more)

2. Mitch McConnell: Senator Discloses that the Indefinite Proxy War in Ukraine is Purposed with “Reindustrializing” the Arms Industry – The Dossier
CEPA Forum in Washington D.C. on Wednesday and made a very revealing comment about the state of the war in Ukraine.
McConnell, who is 81 years old and has recently suffered from several major health crises, was on hand to accept the think tank’s “Transatlantic Leadership Award.”
In making the case for the continuing war effort, McConnell made sure to mention that the “Ukrainians,” and not Americans, “are doing the fighting themselves,” as if this was some kind of video game that justified the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of human beings.
His next comment really let the cat out of the bag.
“As a result of the weapons transfers that we’ve made to Ukraine, we are reindustrializing our base here in the United States,” McConnell added. “And we’re employing a significant number of Americans, in this country, building our industrial base again.”

As the Defense Department is pushing aggressively to modernize its forces using fully autonomous drones and weapons systems, critics fear the start of a new arms race that could dramatically raise the risk of mass destruction, nuclear war and civilian casualties.
The Pentagon and military tech industry are going into overdrive in a massive effort to scale out existing technology in what has been the Replicator initiative. In order to travel internationally, some countries in agreement with UK officials are now requiring their citizens to show a digital passport at the border in order to enter.

5. Texas Deploys MORE BUSES to Transport ILLEGAL ALIENS to Already Strained Sanctuary Cities – Newstarget
Texas has deployed additional buses to two more border towns for the purpose of transporting illegal aliens from the state to blue sanctuary cities.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced on Sept. 22 that he has directed the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) to deploy more buses to the cities of Eagle Pass and El Paso. The two new pick-up points for migrant buses are in addition to the ongoing operations in the cities of Brownsville, Del Rio, Laredo and McAllen.
"President [Joe] Biden's continued refusal to secure our border allows thousands of people to illegally cross into Texas and our country every day, the governor said. A recent poll conducted by Abacus Data has revealed that disapproval of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government has reached its highest level since he took office in 2015.
According to the survey conducted on September 14, the disapproval rating of Trudeau increased by four percent in just one week. The disapproval rating has reached an alarming 57 percent, with only 29 percent approval for the current administration. The personal image of Trudeau has also suffered from 56 percent negative impressions and only 27 percent positive impressions from Canadians.

Communist Chinese scientists at the Wuhan lab, where the COVID 19 virus likely came from, are predicting more coronavirus outbreaks are on the way. Scientists at Wuhan published an online “Assessment and sero-diagnosis for coronaviruses with risk of human spillover” on July 7, which is just now making its way to the general public. The analysis “proposed 20 high-risk CoV species, including 6 of which jumped to human, 3 with evidence of spillover but not to human and 11 without evidence of spillover yet, which prediction were further supported by an analysis of the history of CoV zoonosis.” They state the obvious: “Zoonotic coronaviruses (CoVs) caused major human outbreaks in the last two decades.”
The scientists proclaim: “One of the biggest challenges during future CoV disease is ensuring rapid detection and diagnosis at the early phase of a zoonotic event, and active surveillance to the zoonotic high-risk CoVs appears the best way at the present time to provide early warnings. However, there is neither an evaluation of spillover potential nor diagnosis tools for the majority of CoVs. Here, we analyzed the viral traits, including population, genetic diversity, receptor and host species for all 40 alpha- and beta-CoV species, where the human-infecting CoVs are from.” Then back to blaming the bats…”We also found three major zoonotic sources: multiple bat-origin CoV species, the rodent-origin sub-genus Embecovirus and the CoV species AlphaCoV1.” Read More

We have Iran furiously preparing its nuclear weapons program to wipe out and destroy the State of Israel. The planned destruction of the Jewish State of Israel has been at the very top of her political agenda for decades, and she steadily is gaining many friends for her cause. She has already won over the terrorist entities of Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Syrian government of President Assad, while Jordan for the time being, is still taking a neutral stance.
Iran is the Threat
Iran has every intention of becoming a nuclear-armed nation and when they have a nuclear bomb assembled and ready to go, Iran has made it very clear that they want to wipe Israel “off the map”.
Tel Aviv is the Target
Once Iran has a nuclear bomb, a primary target is Tel Aviv. This is where much of Israel’s high-tech and military sector is located. A nuclear bomb sent there would devastate the nation and completely cripple their ability to defend or retaliate.

Mysterious 'fairy circles' identified at hundreds of sites worldwide, new study says
|

|
(CNN) — Round discs of barren dirt known as “fairy circles” look like rows of polka dots that can spread for miles over the ground. The phenomenon’s mysterious origins have intrigued scientists for decades — and they may be far more widespread than once thought.
Fairy circles were previously spotted only in the arid lands of Southern Africa’s Namib Desert and the outback of Western Australia. But a new study has used artificial intelligence to identify vegetation patterns resembling fairy circles in hundreds of new locations across 15 countries on three continents. This could help scientists understand fairy circles and their formation on a global scale.
For the new survey, published Monday in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the researchers analyzed datasets containing high-resolution satellite images of drylands, or arid ecosystems with scant rainfall, from around the world. The search for patterns resembling fairy circles used a neural network — a type of AI that processes information in a manner similar to that of a brain.
“The use of artificial intelligence based models on satellite imagery is the first time it has been done on a large scale to detect fairy-circle like patterns,” said lead study author Dr. Emilio Guirado, a data scientist with the Multidisciplinary Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Alicante in Spain, in an email. Federal Court Rules Christian Teachers Can't Be Forced to Lie to Parents About Kids' Gender Confusion
|
|
A federal judge has ruled in favor of two Christian teachers who refused to uphold their school's policy that required staff to lie to parents and hide students' gender confusion. U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez issued a preliminary injunction that protects two Christian middle school teachers who challenged San Diego County's Escondido Unified School District's (USD) policy. The teachers argued that the "secrecy policy" infringed on their First Amendment Free Speech and Free Exercise of religion rights, and if they were to comply and be dishonest with parents it would violate their "sincerely held religious beliefs."
Although Judge Benitez issued an injunction that only temporarily blocks the policy from being enacted, he wrote that the policy appears to undermine constitutional rights calling it a "'trifecta of harm.' "It harms the child who needs parental guidance and possibly mental health intervention to determine if the incongruence is organic or whether it is the result of bullying, peer pressure, or a fleeting impulse," Benitez explained. "It harms the parents by depriving them of the long-recognized Fourteenth Amendment right to care, guide, and make health care decisions for their children.
