We ask you to quickly provide wisdom and knowledge beyond their human ability to all looking for Mr. Card. Father God, we ask you to dispatch your angels and block him from hurting or killing anyone else, we plead the blood of Jesus over anyone in his pathway. We ask you to speak into his mind. You are his creator, we pray for him to hear your voice, the only voice that can bring wholeness and freedom to his mind and heart.
Jesus, we ask for your hand on the hearts of all who have lost loved ones. Holy Spirit, come with your comfort, speak the words each heart needs to hear from you.. We pray for your healing to flow into all who have been hurt, making them whole again. We pray for all who have experienced trauma in these circumstances, we ask you to bring safety and security to minds, hearts, emotions and bodies. Lord, your kids are hurting, they and we desperately need your presence, the warmth of your touch in the midst of such heartache. Holy Spirit come, Jesus come. We Call for the Immediate Resignation of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres
|
|
On Oct 24, 2023, the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said these words regarding the Israeli war with the terrorist organization, Hamas:
“It is important to also recognize the attacks by Hamas did not happen in a vacuum. The Palestinian people have been subjected to 56 years of suffocating occupation. They have seen their land steadily devoured by settlements and plagued by violence; their economy stifled; their people displaced and their homes demolished. Their hopes for a political solution to their plight have been vanishing.”
In response, Jonatha Tobin, editor of JNS, wrote an article: UN Rationalizing Slaughter of Jews. In this article, he states:
“Comments by Secretary-General António Guterres are the latest instance of how the world body sanctions antisemitism and lends legitimacy to a Palestinian victimhood narrative that has no basis in truth.
In a recent article, Stand for Truth or Perpetuate Lies, Shira Shechter states:
The audacity of his words can’t be understated. What Guterres essentially communicated was that Israel is somehow accountable for Hamas’s actions. Israeli Ambassador to the UN Gila Erdan voiced on social media that the Secretary-General was “completely disconnected from the reality in our region.” According to Erdan, by stating that “the attacks by Hamas did not happen in a vacuum,” Guterres showed “an understanding for terrorism and murder.”
We agree with Jonathan Tobin and with Shira Shechter in their assessment.
We will NOT be silent or look away when we see blatant Jewish hatred and anti-semitism rearing up its ugly head. We will speak out and we will take action!
The UN Secretary-General has no business leading the UN as he has shown his true colors and has taken the side of Hamas-ISIS butchers in this brutal attack on Israel and the Jewish people.
We, the under-signed, are calling for the immediate resignation of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
These signatures will be shared with the UN General Assembly.

House Speaker Mike Johnson ‘Radiates the Love of Jesus,’ Conservatives Laud
|
|
House Republicans have selected “a tremendous man of God,” “a strong Christian,” a “servant leader,” and a “genuinely nice guy” by elevating Rep. Mike Johnson (R-La.) to the position of Speaker of the House, according to those closest to the legislator.
After 22 days without their top leader, House Republicans elected Johnson speaker by a 220-209 vote on Wednesday, winning the unanimous support of the chamber’s Republicans. All 209 dissenting votes went to House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.). Johnson needed only 215 votes, as 429 congressmen were present; Rep. Vicente Gonzalez Jr. (R-Texas), Lou Correa (R-Calif.), and Derrick Van Orden (R-Wisc.) did not attend the vote.
“It is the honor of a lifetime to have been elected the 56th Speaker of the House,” said Johnson moments after his victory. “It has been an arduous few weeks, and a reminder that the House is as complicated and diverse as the people we represent.”
“I don’t believe there are any coincidences in a matter like this. I believe that Scripture, the Bible is very clear that God is the One that raises up those in authority. He raised up each of you, all of us. And I believe that God has ordained and allowed each one of us to be brought here for this specific moment and this time,” Johnson continued. “I believe that each one of us has a huge responsibility today to use the gifts that God has given us to serve the extraordinary people of this great country — and they deserve it — and to ensure that our republic remains standing as the great beacon of light and hope and freedom in a world that desperately needs it.”
He went on to note previous generations chose the national motto, “In God we trust,” as “a rebuke of the Cold War-era philosophy of the Soviet Union. That philosophy was Marxism and communism which begins with the premise that there is no God,” a “critical distinction” between atheistic socialism and our faith-based democratic republic.” America’s founders, said Johnson, believed “all men are created equal — not born equal, created equal,” and Americans need to “remember our creed.” He also shared that he was once inspired by seeing the carving of the face of Moses, which adorns the chamber.
Johnson took a moment to praise the faithful Christians in his life, as well. After acknowledging his colleagues, Johnson thanked his four children and wife, Kelly — an adviser to Louisiana Right to Life, teacher, and Christian counselor who had not yet gotten a flight to the nation’s capital to be at his side. “She spent the last couple of weeks on her knees, in prayer to the Lord, and she’s a little worn out,” he explained. After remembering his late father, a Shreveport fireman, Johnson said, “I want to thank my faithful mother, Jeanne Johnson, who bore me at the age of 17.”
Johnson directly quoted the Bible at a conference on Capitol Hill after the vote. “I was reminded of the Scripture that says suffering produces perseverance, perseverance produces character, and character produces hope. What this country needs is more hope,” he said. “Congress over the years has not delivered for the American people enough.” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

- Father God, we stand in awe of Your goodness to our nation. Lord God, in spite of
our many sins, You have once again shown us Your mercy in allowing this wonderful man of God, Mike Johnson, to serve as the Speaker of the House. We thank You that Speaker Johnson has a proven track record of being a man of prayer, first, and action, second. We honor him today and we ask that Your Hand of protection would rest upon him, his wife, Kelly, and all in his household, now and always, in Your Name, amen and amen.
- In these volatile times, please pray Psalm 91 over our new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson.
|
|
- Abba, we also give you honor, glory and praise that Speaker Johnson's first legislative move was to bring a resolution in support of standing with Israel to the floor of the House for a vote. Father God, we also give you honor and glory for answering our prayers for unity within the House of Representatives as they voted unanimously for Rep. Johnson! We ask that hearts will remain open and flexible going forward to work through bills that could be divisive, but instead finding pathways to agreement and solidarity. We ask you to guide and direct their minds and hearts as they face decisions concerning passing a budget in the next few weeks, and for consensus on both sides of the aisle, that what is best for the nation will be top priority for all involved. We ask this in the name Jehovah Jireh, The Lord Will Provide.
- "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
for brethren to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1)

1. Israel Strikes Over 250 Hamas Targets in 24 Hours - JNS.org
The IDF struck a Hamas surface-to-air missile launch post located adjacent to a mosque and kindergarten. Over the past day, Israeli fighter jets struck over 250 Hamas terror targets in the Gaza Strip, including terror infrastructure, operational command centers, tunnel shafts and rocket launchers placed in the heart of civilian areas that fired toward Israeli territory throughout the war, according to the Israel Defense Forces.
In addition, Israeli naval forces struck a Hamas surface-to-air missile launch post in the
Khan Yunis area. The post is located adjacent to a mosque and kindergarten, according to
the military.
Overnight Wednesday, IDF tanks and infantry units conducted what the military described
as a targeted raid in the northern Gaza Strip, as part of preparations for the next stage of
combat. The Givati infantry brigade led the raid, and soldiers located and struck terrorists,
terror infrastructure, and anti-tank missile launching posts, according to the IDF. All Israeli
ground forces exited Gaza at the end of the operation, according to the IDF. (Read more)

- Abba, we give you praise for guiding the IDF to the correct locations to strike Hamas, destroying infrastructure and hiding places. We ask for your continued protection of all Israelis, soldiers and civilians. We ask Holy Spirit to move in power to reveal all information needed to continue these raids effectively. We plead the blood of Jesus over all Israel, with special covering for all the hostages, protect the women and children specifically from satanic actions against them. We ask you, Father God, to dispatch warrior angels into Hamas strongholds. Open the eyes of these terrorists to see the angelic host poised against them, let what they see strike terror in their minds and hearts. We know the battle is yours, we ask for all Israeli leadership to have ears to hear your directions and commands. We ask this in the name Jehovah Sabaoth, the Host of Heaven's Armies. AMEN
- "He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted
and to proclaim that captives will be released
and prisoners will be freed.
He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the
time of the Lord's favor has come, and with it,
the day of God's anger against their enemies." (Isaiah 61:1b-2)

2. Israel slams Jordanian-backed UN resolution that calls for ceasefire, doesn’t mention Hamas - Times of Israel
Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, speaking at a session of the UN General Assembly on behalf of 22 Arab countries, accuses Israel of “making Gaza a perpetual hell on Earth.”
“The trauma will haunt generations to come,” he says, adding that “the right to self defense is not a license to kill with impunity. Collective punishment is not self defense, it is a war crime.”
Jordan has circulated a draft resolution that is still under discussion, which is meant to be put to vote tomorrow. (Read more)

3. Israel said ready to give something in exchange for release of significant number of hostages - Times of Israel
Israel has informed Qatari mediators that in exchange for the release of a significant number of hostages from Gaza, it is prepared to give something in exchange, the Kan public broadcaster reports.
The report citing an unnamed political source does not specify what Israel would be willing to offer and Jerusalem has already been said to reject proposals that required it to allow fuel into Gaza due to fears that it’ll be used by Hamas.
Israel has publicly insisted that the hostages must be released unconditionally and it is unclear whether they gave anything in exchange for the release of the first four hostages over the past week. (Read more)

4. At UN, Iran warns US will 'not be spared' if war in Gaza continues - Reuters
UNITED NATIONS, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Iran's Foreign Minster Hossein Amirabdollahian warned at the United Nations on Thursday that if Israel's retaliation against Palestinian militants Hamas in the Gaza Strip doesn't end then the United States will "not be spared from this fire."
"I say frankly to the American statesmen, who are now managing the genocide in Palestine, that we do not welcome (an)expansion of the war in the region. But if the genocide in Gaza continues, they will not be spared from this fire," he told a meeting of the 193-member General Assembly on the Middle East.
Israel has vowed to wipe out Hamas, which rules Gaza, in retaliation for an Oct. 7 attack that killed 1,400 people and saw hundreds taken hostage. Israel has struck Gaza from the air, imposed a siege and is preparing a ground invasion. Palestinian authorities say more than 7,000 have been killed. (Read more)

5. I Saw Evil With My Own Eyes’: Survivors Recall Horrors of Hamas Pogrom in New Testimony - Algemeiner
Survivors of Hamas’ pogrom in southern Israel on Oct. 7 recalled their dark experiences on Wednesday, adding new first-hand testimony to the troubling record of what happened in the deadliest single-day attack on Jews since the Holocaust.
“I always found great joy in attending music festivals, dancing with friends and loved ones. All that changed on Oct. 7, the day I had to run for my life — the day that Hamas, a terrorist organization, shot at me and my friends as we escaped for our very existence,” said Natalie Sanandaji, who attended the music festival in Israel where Hamas terrorists massacred over 260 people.
Speaking at The Algemeiner‘s annual gala in New York City, Sanandaji recounted running for hours from the rockets and gunfire until a man in a pickup truck from the neighboring town rescued them. (Read more)

1. House Republicans pass first government funding bill under new Speaker - The Hill
House Republicans on Thursday passed a sprawling partisan energy plan, the first funding bill approved on the floor since the lower chamber ousted its Speaker more than three weeks ago.
The measure passed in 210-199 vote Thursday afternoon. It is only the second piece of legislation to cross the floor after the House installed Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) on Wednesday.
The bill cuts more than $5 billion in spending that was passed as part of Democrats’ signature climate, tax and health care bill — which was approved without GOP support last year.
The legislation is unlikely to become law, as the White House has threatened to veto it, but it represents the House Republican position on energy- and water-related issues as they negotiate 2024 funding with the Democrat-led Senate and the White House. (Read more)

2. FBI Accused of Covering up “Criminal Information” Related to Biden Family Given by 40 Informants – The Epoch Times
Sen Chuck Grassley has accused the FBI of trying to keep quiet information provided by 50 human sources about possible Biden family wrongdoing.
In the latest bombshell "weaponization" allegation against federal agencies, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said he'd obtained whistleblower information that the FBI gathered intelligence from over 40 human sources about possible wrongdoing by members of the Biden family, but then its Washington office tried to bury it.
The FBI received information from a network of over 40 confidential sources who provided "criminal information" about President Joe Biden, his brother James Biden, and his son Hunter Biden, Mr. Grassley wrote in an Oct. 24 letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Mr. Grassley said that "multiple credible whistleblowers" told him that the Justice Department (DOJ) and the FBI both tried to "shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family," according to the letter, which was seen by The Epoch Times. (Read more)

3. Political Analyst: People Have Had Enough of Covid-19 Restrictions - Pandemic News
People have had enough of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, which explains why many are indifferent to the mainstream media’s fearmongering of a new variant – according to a political pundit.
Political analyst Timur Fomenko pointed this out in an Oct. 2 piece for Russia Today (RT). “The pandemic is long over and firmly a thing in the past,” he wrote. A return to lockdowns, mask mandates and vaccination campaigns is “another trip down a rabbit hole,” Fomenko continued.
According to him, people witnessed how Western governments – alongside Big Pharma and Big Tech – used COVID-19 as “scaremongering” to fulfill their commercial goals. This led to the public’s trust being ruined, translating to skepticism and indifference over COVID-19 restrictions – if not active resistance. (Read more)

- We say "hallelujah" Precious Lord, to the demise of the mask mandates, coerced vaccinations, and the silencing of real medical inquiry into the effectiveness of theses measures. We pray that the public will never again submit itself to these controlling and freedom-stealing maneuvers that only work by fear.

4. Pro-Hamas sentiment shocks European Jews, rekindling fears about their future - Times of Israel
Fears of identifying as Jewish in many European cities predate the October 7 attacks, though the outbreak of war has made the situation even more fraught. “In France, in Belgium and in many other places it’s not safe to wear a kippah. Not before the Hamas attack and not now,” said Raya Kalenova, the executive vice president and CEO of the European Jewish Congress.
The hostility is forcing changes in the lives of European Jews who do not regularly wear a kippah, as well. “The mezuzah had to be moved, and I need to be more alert,” said Chaim Benistant, a 36-year-old Dutch Jew from the Amsterdam area who is an entrepreneur and Dutch Air Force reservist.
“Those who are currently comfortable or naïve enough to subscribe to Hamas propaganda will become victims of Islamist globalism unless we change course,” he predicted. (Read more)

- Abba, our hearts cry out for your people in Europe and the middle east. This hatred toward them is repugnant to us and to you. Father God, the level of hatred fomenting all over the world is very frightening, it brings into focus the number of people whose minds and hearts have been overtaken by Satan, the one who comes to kill, steal and destroy!
Lord God, you are the only one who can fix this, the only one who can truly change hearts. Lord your word tells us that there is a coming revival, a time when Holy Spirit will move and people by the thousands will be overwhelmed by your love for them. Father, we ask you to please send forth your word, show forth your love and power, break the hold the enemy has on so many of your kids, those created in your image! We know that Satan is a defeated foe, and you have already won the war. We ask for wisdom, insight, revelation, and words of knowledge to do our part in occupying until you come. Reveal to each of us our place on the wall of intercession for your land, for the whole world. We ask this in the name, El Shaddai, God Almighty.

5. ADL: Antisemitic Incidents Boom 388% in US Since Hamas Attack – JNS
The Anti-Defamation League has released a new report documenting a sizable increase this month in crimes and protests targeting Jews.“Preliminary data from ADL Center on Extremism indicates that reported incidents of harassment, vandalism and assault increased by 388 percent over the same period last year,” the organization said before laying out the numbers. From Oct. 7-23, 2022, the ADL found 64 incidents with four related to Israel. This year during the same period, the figures ballooned to 312 incidents with 190 related directly to the current conflict between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
A map of the incidents shows clusters in various states and regions. In California, the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles featured high levels of anti-Israel rallies, some with support for terrorism. Numerous protests also took place around Detroit, near the state’s 12th District represented by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.).High levels of anti-Israel protests—some with overt advocacy for Hamas and outright hatred towards Jews—also took place in New England, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, which was marked by anti-Jewish and anti-Israel vandalism and harassment. Indiana and Ohio saw six and eight protests, respectively. (Read more)

- O Father God, how grieved You must be at the escalating levels of anti-Semitism world-wide. We are so sorry, Abba. In the U.S. we are shocked and sickened by the anti-Semitic tropes and actions that have flared since the Gaza-Israeli war began. Now we can see what has been in people’s hearts. We say, “Father forgive them, for they surely have no idea of what they are doing!” Surely they do not know and understand Your word and Your will for the nation and people of Israel. And surely they are driven by satanic beings from the pit of hell.
We also ask for forgiveness for those in Your church in the U.S. who have adopted and taught the false doctrine of Replacement Theology. You have also revealed in many of our nation’s colleges and universities the ugly truth of support for Hamas terrorists and vicious comments, acts and demonstrations against Israel and the Jewish people permitted by school officials. We pray for protection for those Jewish students who are in harm’s way; protect their hearts and minds as well. Send help and love from Your sanctuaries. Preserve Your nation, Israel; and punish those who have terrorized and brutally murdered Your people.
May those immigrants, especially elected officials, who support terrorists be deported and/or removed from positions of influence. May our Constitution be upheld! Empower those who oppose anti-Semitism to stand, to speak out, and to act boldly!
- "Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; Fight against those who fight against me. Take hold of buckler and shield And rise up as my help. Draw also the spear and the battle-axe to meet those who pursue me; Say to my soul, “I am your salvation.” Let those be ashamed and dishonored who seek my life; Let those be turned back and humiliated who devise evil against me. Let them be like chaff before the wind, With the angel of the Lord driving them on. Let their way be dark and slippery, With the angel of the Lord pursuing them. For they hid their net for me without cause; Without cause they dug a pit for my soul. Let destruction come upon him when he is unaware, And let the net which he hid catch him; Let him fall into that very destruction. So my soul shall rejoice in the Lord; It shall rejoice in His salvation." (Psalm 35:1-9)

6. They’re Shooting at People: Hamas Blocking Civilians Evacuation in Gaza – JNS
The terror group is forcibly preventing Palestinians from heeding Israeli orders to evacuate to the south of the Strip.
The IDF on Thursday provided audio evidence that Hamas is forcibly preventing Palestinians from heeding Israeli orders to evacuate to the south of the Gaza Strip. The recording features an officer in IDF Military Intelligence Directorate’s Unit 504 and a Gazan civilian speaking about the latter’s attempt to temporarily relocate from the northern part of the Strip ahead of an expected major Israel ground operation intended to destroy the Hamas terrorist organization.
In the call, the IDF officer tells Muhammad that to “ensure your personal safety, I’m asking you to urgently go towards Khan Younis” in the south. The Gazan says in response that “all the roads are blocked.” When asked if Hamas is blocking the roads, he answers in the affirmative, saying that Hamas was preventing passage south through Salah al-Din Road, the main north-south highway running through the Gaza Strip. - Dear Lord, how grievous that this organization of evil would prevent civilians from fleeing to safety. We pray that these poor people will some how evade being harmed in the planned raids by Israel and find their own way to safety. We pray that they will learn how to call on the God of Israel in the name of Jesus. We thank You that the Israeli forces are so conscious of those who are not combatants. We furthermore bind up this wicked maneuver by Hamas to entrap the innocent civilian population to use as shields.

7. Will Israel Use Nuclear Weapons Against Iran and Hezbollah? - Prophecy News Watch
Is it possible that the war in the Middle East could eventually go nuclear? If the fighting could have been limited to just Israel and Hamas, I think that there would have been a zero percent chance of Israel using nuclear weapons. But now it appears that Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and potentially other parties are likely to get involved too, and that means that Israel will literally be fighting a war of national survival.
If it gets to a point where the Israelis think that they could potentially be overrun by their enemies, they aren't going to leave their most powerful weapons on the shelf. At this point, everyone knows that Israel has nukes.
According to Wikipedia, it has been estimated that Israel currently possesses somewhere between 80 and 400 warheads... And it appears that some Israeli leaders have been thinking about potentially using this arsenal.
When asked about Hezbollah entering the war, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that the terror group will be hit "with a force it cannot even imagine" if it does so... (Read more)

- Almighty King, God of all wisdom and power, we ask for Israeli leaders to hear the word of the Lord for this hour regarding Gaza, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran. May Your plans and strategies be clear and Your perfect wisdom be imparted; may those in charge act in total agreement with You. We know that Your ways are often not our ways, but may Israel (& U.S.A.) hear You and obey, down to the tiniest detail. We know Your Covenant with Israel, the land and its people, stands forever--so in this situation, Your reputation and promises are at stake. Glorify Your name, O Lord, and have mercy on Your people! We ask for scales to be removed from eyes, that Your people may come to know and worship Yeshua Ha-Mashiach. May repentance follow those who follow You.
We do earnestly pray that nuclear weapons would not be necessary. However, Your will be done, in Your perfect timing only, in the Middle East as it is in Heaven. Thank You for Your faithfulness to fulfill Your word and Your promises to guide, provide and preserve the nation of Israel for Your glory. In Yeshua’s name, AMEN!
- ‘ I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.’ (Genesis 17:7-8)

8. The Final Countdown: The Apocalyptic Confrontation Between the US and Iran Become Inevitable? The Economic Collapse Blog
It is becoming clear that the U.S. is going to be heavily involved in the war in the Middle East, and it is becoming clear that this is going to mean a direct confrontation with Iran. Are you ready for that? Are any of us really ready for such an apocalyptic scenario? Hamas and Hezbollah wouldn’t be anything without funding and arms from Iran. So Iran is the “big dog” that is ultimately responsible for all of the terrorism. On the other side, the U.S. is the “big dog” that funds and supports Israel. In the end, it was probably inevitable that the two “big dogs” would tangle eventually.
According to CNN, U.S. officials have intelligence that indicates that Iranian-backed terror groups “are planning to ramp up attacks against US forces in the Middle East.”
The US has intelligence that Iranian-backed militia groups are planning to ramp up attacks against US forces in the Middle East, as Iran seeks to capitalize on the backlash in the region to US support for Israel, according to multiple US officials.
The militia groups have already launched multiple drone attacks on US forces in Iraq and Syria. But the US now has specific intelligence that those same groups could escalate even further as the war between Israel and Hamas continues.
Of course Iranian-backed terror groups have already been attacking U.S. forces over and over again in recent days. (Read more) …

- Father God, we put the timeline for all these prophetic conflicts to take place in Your hands and Your hands alone. We trust that You would guide the hearts of our leaders in the proper direction for the protection of our troops, the avoidance of all out war, and the avoiding of looking like they do not mean what they say. We pray that their decisions about getting involved in conflicts in other countries will be wise and allow more time for the world to hear the plan of salvation.

Biden Funding Terrorism With US Tax Dollars?
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, October 26, 2023
Joe Biden, in his October 17 speech, bragged that he met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas saying, “I also spoke with President Abbas of the Palestinian Authority and reiterated that the United States remains committed to the Palestinian people’s right to dignity and to self-determination. The actions of Hamas terrorists don’t take that right away.” The following day, Abbas’s Palestinian Authority released this statement: “Our Palestinian nation, despite the pain and the tragedies, cannot raise a white flag until the occupation is removed and an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital is established.” That means the destruction of Israel and Biden is funding the PA with American tax dollars.
The Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs on October 18 urged that all Imams speak an apocalyptic sermon that “Our message to the occupation is that this land is an inseparable part of our faith and there is no way under any conditions that we will repeat the Nakba of 1948 and we will stay on this land until Allah will rise up and ascend and know with certainty that victory will come. The time has come more than ever before for the sons of our nation to form a single line against the haughty occupation…” The PA then quoted several hadiths and the Koran against Jews and Israel, among them “the Muslims will battle the Jews and the Muslims will kill them, until the Jew that is hiding behind stones and trees and the stones or trees will say, “O Muslim, o servant of Allah, that is Jew behind me, come and kill him…” Read More

The ILLUMA-T (Integrated Laser Communications Relay Demonstration Low Earth Orbit User Modem and Amplifier Terminal) payload is launching to the International Space Station to demonstrate how missions in low Earth orbit can benefit from laser communications.
Laser communications uses invisible infrared light to send and receive information at higher data rates, providing spacecraft with the capability to send more data back to Earth in a single transmission and expediting discoveries for researchers.
Managed by NASA’s Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN) program, ILLUMA-T is completing NASA’s first bi-directional, end-to-end laser communications relay by working with the agency’s LCRD (Laser Communications Relay Demonstration). LCRD launched in December 2021 and is currently demonstrating the benefits of laser communications from geosynchronous orbit by transmitting data between two ground stations on Earth in a series of experiments. 18-year-old pianist opens Carnegie Hall performance with Israeli national anthem
|
|
A rising star in the world of piano opened a performance at New York City’s Carnegie Hall on Thursday evening with Israel’s national anthem as the country wages war against Hamas in Gaza. Footage circulating on social media showed Kevin Chen, 18, sitting at the piano bench and, without introduction, beginning to play the melody. After the first few notes, members of the audience joined in singing the anthem, called “Hatikvah,” Hebrew for “the hope.” Chen, who is Canadian, won first prize in the prestigious Arthur Rubinstein Piano Master Competition in Tel Aviv earlier this year, which is geared toward young pianists. He has performed with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, and the Israel Camerata, according to Canada’s National Arts Centre. Chen is also a composer, has performed with a range of other orchestras and won numerous awards.
Since Hamas attacked the south of Israel earlier this month, killing 1,400 and wounding thousands, and in the midst of the ensuing war Israel is fighting against the terror group in Gaza, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra has held free concerts for refugees from southern Israel and the capital’s residents. The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, which performs in Tel Aviv, has canceled all upcoming events. Israel’s official account on X shared footage of the performance, thanking Chen and saying he was “'paying tribute to the Israeli victims murdered and those who are being held hostage by Hamas'. New York stands with Israel, from rallies and vigils to the stage of Carnegie Hall,” the UJA-Federation of New York said. (New York Jewish Week) Watch Video Here

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."

Words and Music: Frederick Lehman
Scripture: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Romans 8:35
Lyrics:
The love of God is greater far
Than tongue or pen
Can ever tell
It goes beyond
The highest star
And reaches to
The lowest hell
The guilty pair
Bowed down with care
God gave his son to win
His erring child
He reconciled
And pardoned from his sin
Oh love of God
How rich and pure
How measureless and strong
It shall forevermore endure
The saints and angels song
Could we with ink
The ocean fill
And were the skies
Of parchment made
Were every stalk on earth a quill
And every man a scribe by trade
To write the love of God above
Would drain the ocean dry
Nor could the scroll contain the whole
Though stretched from sky to sky
Oh love of God
How rich and pure
How measureless and strong
It shall forevermore endure
The saints and angels song
