Ex-LGBTQ+ People Testify of Finding Freedom in Jesus Christ
|
|
Jay Peters believes the Rainbow Revival among LGBTQ+ people coming to the Lord is like the Jesus Revolution among hippies in the 1970s. Like hippies, ex-LGBTQ people boldly and emotionally testified they came to Jesus because prayerful Christians stormed heaven on their behalf, Peters said. One of those women attended her first Freedom March in Dallas last year. A speaker in Chicago on Saturday, Jessica Rose tearfully and courageously shared her powerful testimony of coming out of a deceptive web of confusion about gender and sexuality. Living in LGBTQ+ pride for 15 years, Rose identified as a bisexual, lesbian and trans man by undergoing surgeries and testosterone injections
Growing up in a single-parent home with five siblings, a confused Rose took on a masculine identity as both brother and father. Later she married a woman and gained a stepchild, pushing her mother and siblings out of the new family life she shared with her wife. Rose grew a beard and became “a bad dude. Or at least I thought I was by self-identifying,” she said. Alone and broken in 2019, Rose attempted suicide by swallowing pills while in her parked car. She was taken to a hospital where her stomach was pumped. Landing in a mental institution, Rose received medications for depression, anxiety and psychotic behavior. Later after improving and landing a job, Rose’s boss told her about Jesus’ love, His death for her and how believing in Him brings salvation. (Charisma) Read More Here
- Heavenly Father, we are so grateful that You pursue each of us and we celebrate the beginning of awakening among many in the LGBTQ+ community. May this powerful testimony touch and transform the hearts of those who are living in deception. We declare in the Name of Jesus, that many who are living alternate lifestyles will have encounters with Christ and fully surrender their lives, renouncing all that the enemy has taken! May there be many life-changing testimonies with hearts of repentance to bring genuine FREEDOM in Jesus Christ! By the Blood of Yeshua- Amen.
- "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." (Galatians 5:1)

Putin hosts BRICS summit, attempting to show West it can’t keep Russia off global stage; 36 nations participating
|
|
Russian President Vladimir Putin will be shaking hands this week with multiple world leaders, including China’s Xi Jinping, India’s Narendra Modi, Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iran’s Masoud Pezeshkian.
They will all be in the Russian city of Kazan on Tuesday for a meeting of the BRICS bloc of developing economies...
The alliance, which aims to counterbalance the Western-led world order, initially included Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa but started to rapidly expand this year. Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia joined in January; Turkey, Azerbaijan and Malaysia formally applied, and a number of others expressed a desire to be members.
Putin’s foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov said 36 countries confirmed participation, and more than 20 will send heads of state. Putin will hold around 20 bilateral meetings, Ushakov said... (PBS.org) (Read more)

- Abba, it's hard to know exactly how BRICS is going to impact the US and other western nations and alliances. We ask Your financial protection over our country and our allies. Give those with financial responsibilities in all G7 governments the wisdom and knowledge to know what kind of response, if needed, will be most effective in strengthening their position without creating negative repercussions.
Father God, bring changes within this organization that You know need to be made, Pour Your righteousness into the hearts of all these leaders, and let each person seek Your face for direction.
In this report, we can clearly see the motives of Vladimir Putin, to make Russia a
key player in all of this. We ask that You restrain his hand from achieving control over these nations beyond Your will to do so.
We ask this in the name Jehovah, Lord, the God who is present, accessible, near to those who call on Him for guidance. Amen

victory is won through many advisers."

Hispanic voters 'opened their eyes' and are rejecting VP Harris, says wife of ex-border agent
|
|
New poll finds Trump with 11-point lead on Kamala Harris with Latino voters
|
|
Hispanic voters are "tired" of illegal immigration and the policies of the Biden-Harris administration, the wife of a retired Border Patrol agent said, as a new poll shows former President Trump leading VP Kamala Harris by 11 points in the key demographic.
"I think the Democrats have done a great job of campaigning for the Trump administration," said Irene Armendariz-Jackson on "Fox & Friends First."
She explained how the surge of illegal immigration has irritated Hispanic voters who came into the country legally.
"I do believe that America has opened their eyes, especially the Latino community, the Hispanic community. We're tired of seeing these people come in … they're taking advantage of the situation. We're tired of spending money on them, over $571 billion has been spent on these people," she said. (Fox News) Read more here.

- Abba, thank you for opening the eyes of those in the Latino and African American communities to see the truth of what the Biden-Harris regime is truly about. We ask Holy Spirit to continue to move on hearts of those in these communities who still do not see the difference between what is said and what is done, between what is real and what is a lie.
We ask You for discernment for all people who will be voting in our upcoming election, give them wisdom to understand those whose intentions are in agreement with their own beliefs and those who would speak half truth just to win their vote. Jesus, we ask You to protect this election from those who would try to alter the actual results, let Your light shine on those who would try to hide what they are doing in darkness. We ask for Your perfect will to be done in this electron. We ask this in the name, El Roi, The God Who Sees everything. Amen
- Because he loves me," says the Lord,
I will rescue him; I will protect
him. for he acknowledges my name."

With 2 Weeks Left, Trump Edges Up in Polls,
Harris Stalls
|
|
With just two weeks until Election Day, polls show a neck-and-neck race between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump in seven battleground states, which are likely to determine the winner of the White House in November.
Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, maintains a slight national lead over Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, according to RealClearPolitics, but recent polls show that the initial enthusiasm for her campaign is fading as the presidential race enters its final stretch.
In late July and August, the Harris campaign experienced a significant boost in support, making steady gains in key swing states. Those gains appear to have stalled, according to pollsters, indicating that she has mostly consolidated her potential support.
Democratic strategist Theryn Bond notes that further gains will be challenging from this point onward. She told The Epoch Times that Harris’s challenge arises in part from her campaign’s messaging and inability to distinguish herself from President Joe Biden regarding policies.
“New means different, and so show us how you’re going to be different,” Bond said, referring to her campaign slogan “New Way Forward.”
As early voting begins, she noted that many voters are still uncertain and waiting for something specific that makes the vice president stand out. “Now, at this juncture, I don’t know what else she could do besides answer questions with clarity,” she said. (The Epoch Times) Read more.

- Abba, we give you praise and thanksgiving that President Trump is starting to surge in the polls. Thank You for Your protection of our country and elections. We thank You for all these things, but we know who makes the final decision in all elections, You do!
Father God, there is so much angst in our country concerning President Trump that we ask for Holy Spirit to dispatch warrior angels if Trump wins the election and unrest begins, We ask Holy Spirit to send warrior angels to speak to the hearts of those planning on making trouble, speak to their hearts, let them be warned about fighting against Your selection for President, that You set kings up and bring them down. We ask for a supernatural presence to keep our country calm and in peace. We ask this in the name Jehovah Shalom, The Lord our Peace.

but those who promote peace have joy."

North Korean troops are in Russia, US defense secretary says
|
|
ROME, Oct 23 (Reuters) - U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said on Wednesday there is evidence that North Korean troops are in Russia but it remained to be seen what they would be doing there.
Austin said it would "very, very serious" if they are preparing to fight alongside Russia in Ukraine, as Kyiv has alleged.
"There is evidence that there are DPRK troops in Russia," Austin told reporters in Rome, using North Korea's formal name - the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
"What exactly they are doing? Left to be seen. These are things that we need to sort out," Austin added.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has cited intelligence about the preparation of two units with possibly up to 12,000 North Korean troops who would take part in the war alongside Russian forces.
"We'll continue to pull this thread and see what happens here," Austin said of the intelligence analysis. "If they are co-belligerents, (if) their intention is to participate in this war on Russia's behalf, that is a very, very serious issue."

- Abba, we give you thanks that You are God and we are not! Father God, we ask You to manage any and all plans between Russia and North Korea, give them cause to rethink any intentions that would bring other countries into the Russia/Ukraine conflict. Reveal Yourself to Putin and Kim Jong Un, let them know of Your displeasure if their plans will bring more death and destruction. Give all NATO leaders wisdom, understanding and vision before any response would be set in motion. Holy Spirit, pour out peace and calm over our nation and all nations, dispatch Your Peace keeping angels to work within all governments, guiding and directing all decisions made. We ask this in the name Jehovah Jireh, The Lord Who Will Provide.
- " In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you
alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."

4. Nordic countries concerned over anti-UNRWA legislation - Israel National News
The five Nordic countries said Wednesday that they are "deeply concerned" by bills introduced in the Knesset that would prevent the UN’s agency for “Palestinian refugees”, UNRWA, from operating in Judea, Samaria, eastern Jerusalem and Gaza, The Associated Press reported.
In July, the Knesset granted initial approval for a bill that would classify UNRWA as a terrorist organization. Earlier this month, the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee approved the bill for an initial vote in the plenary.
A joint letter signed by the foreign ministers of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden said that if the UN body “would no longer be able to exercise its core tasks” it could further destabilize the situation in the region, "and may fundamentally jeopardize the prospects for a two-state solution.” (Read more)

Ione Belarra, who served as Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez’s social rights minister between 2021 and 2023 but is no longer in the governing coalition, is now secretary general of the Spanish hard-left party Podemos (“We Can”).
Sanchez’s socialist-led government, which relies on a coalition of smaller parties to approve legislation, needs the votes of the four Podemos lawmakers in the lower house for the budget to pass. (Read more)

1. Biden calls for Trump to be 'politically' locked up at New Hampshire event - Fox News
With two weeks to go until Election Day, President Biden appeared to spark a political controversy on Tuesday as he called for his predecessor to be "politically" locked up during a political event in New Hampshire’s capital city.
The president was in Concord for an official event to highlight his administration's efforts to lower health care costs and prescription drug prices. Minutes later, speaking at a political gathering at the New Hampshire Democratic Party headquarters, Biden was reiterating his longstanding argument that GOP nominee former President Trump, if re-elected, would be a threat to the nation's democracy.
"Our democracy is at stake," he said. "Think about it. Think about what would happen if Donald Trump wins this election." Biden then said "I know this sounds bizarre. It sounds like if I said this five years ago, you'd lock me up. We got to lock him up." (Read more)
- Father, we bind these idol words in Jesus name. This is precisely the type of language that is inciting the attempts at President Trump's life and we command it to cease and desist at every point in the public arena, in Jesus name. We also thank You Abba, for protecting President Trump's life and ask that You continue to do so, while we pray for Psalm 91 protection, in Jesus' name.
- "These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren." 2.Christian students in Wisconsin speak out after Kamala Harris told them they were at the ‘wrong rally’ - New York Post
A pair of Christian students trolled by Kamala Harris and mercilessly mocked by the crowd at her rally at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse last week insist they were “there for the right reasons.” Grant Beth and Luke Polaske, both juniors at the school, told “Fox & Friends Weekend” that they felt persecuted akin to Jesus and his early followers after they shouted such things as “Christ is King!” when the Democratic vice president and presidential candidate started talking about abortion rights.
One of them said Harris even sarcastically waved to him and gave him “an evil smirk” as he held up the cross around his neck and pointed to her while being booted with his pal.
“I was pushed by an elderly woman. We were heckled at, we were cursed at, we were mocked, and that’s the biggest thing for me personally,” Beth said. “In reflection of the event, Jesus was mocked. You know, his disciples were mocked, and that’s OK. (Read more)
- Lord God, it is obvious Vice President Harris’ response to the statement ‘Jesus is Lord’ offers great insight into the values and direction of a potential Harris-Walz administration. 3. Christians Are ‘Afraid’ to Apply Their Faith to Politics, Study Finds - Washington Stand
Christians believe they should share biblical solutions to America’s cultural issues, but they feel unequipped or “afraid,” due to cultural pressure, a new poll has found.
“A Survey on Christian Cultural Engagement,” which polled 1,000 evangelical Christians, was commissioned by the Institute for Faith and Culture (IFC), founded and led by Rob Pacienza of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church and Truths that Transform, and carried out by Lifeway Research.
Most said they have the chance to discuss biblical truths with those outside the church, who disagree with them, but only 30% seek out such opportunities. Roughly one in four Christians (27%) felt they had the necessary tools to carry out such a dialogue, and 31% described themselves as “reluctant” or “indifferent” about sharing their faith-centered views. - Lord God, we are sad to hear this poll because this should not be so. You have poured out your Spirit of truth upon us without measure and you are bold, strong, and courageous. We pray you would touch every Christian‘s heart with boldness and fresh fire to burn for you unashamed. In Jesus name. Amen.
- “And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.” (Acts 4:31)

4. FBI quietly updates crime data to show big jump in violence under Biden-Harris admin: 'Shocking' - Fox News
The Federal Bureau of Investigation quietly updated its 2022 crime data to show an increase in violent crimes, despite previous data showing violent crimes had fallen that year, which was touted as a victory for the Biden-Harris administration.
The FBI released its annual crime in the nation data for 2022 last year, which found a 2.1% decrease in violent crimes compared to 2021, Lott explained. The data was lauded by Democrats and the media as part of a turning point for crime woes in the U.S., following the crime wave of 2020, when defund-the-police protests and riots swept the nation and the pandemic’s stay-at-home orders upended daily life.
Now, the data reflects a net increase of 80,029 violent crimes in 2022 over 2021. Lott found that under the umbrella of violent crime, there were an additional 1,699 murders, 7,780 rapes, 33,459 robberies and 37,091 aggravated assaults that year. (Read more)

5. Record Early Voter Turnout In Georgia and North Carolina - All Sides
North Carolina and Georgia reported a record number of early votes after Hurricane Helene. North Carolina hit a record turnout of over 353,000 ballots on the first day of early voting. However, political science professor Christopher Cooper urged against premature celebration, sayingthat high early voting numbers don't mean that Hurricane Helene will not negatively affect overall voter turnout.
Georgia also had a record turnout, with 1.4 million voters casting ballots as of Monday morning, accounting for 20% of Georgia's active voters. In 2020, President Biden beat former President Trump by 11,000 votes in Georgia. Early voting started Thursday in North Carolina and Tuesday in Georgia.
Hurricane Helene resulted in significant damage or accessibility issues to 10 early voting sites in western North Carolina, but 90% of the sites were up and running. Last year, the city of Asheville cast 33,000 ballots on the first day of early voting. This year, only 8,200 ballots were cast in Asheville, one of the cities hit hardest by Helene. (Read more)

6. Democrats brace for a possible crack in the blue wall and signs of North Carolina slipping - NBC News
The “blue wall” states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania have paved the path to the White House for the last two Democratic presidents. But with just 14 days until the Nov. 5 election, there are concerns within Kamala Harris’ campaign about whether the vice president can claim all three states.
Recent discussions have centered on the possibility of an anomaly happening this year with just part of the blue wall breaking its way. The conversations have focused on whether Michigan or Wisconsin “fall” to former President Donald Trump while the two other states go blue, according to three sources with knowledge of the campaign’s strategy.
Losing Wisconsin or Michigan would mean that even if Harris secures Pennsylvania — where both Harris and Trump have spent the most time and resources — she would not reach the necessary 270 electoral votes to win the White House without winning another battleground state or possibly two. Stupidocrisy: Feeding the Iran Terror Machine
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, October 23, 2024
Ever wonder how terrorists such as Hezbollah, Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, the Houthis and probably about a dozen other terrorist groups the weapons they use against Israeli civilians? Ever think about how all this escalation in terror activity against Israel came about under the Biden-Harris Administration, but was a low tide during the Trump presidency? These are fair questions that should be answered and play a significant role in the upcoming presidential election, but people are so wrapped around the “poor Palestinian” axel that they can’t see the truth that has resulted in the genocidal and populist chant the world keeps repeating, “from the river to the sea.” The US government actually has the answer.
The US Energy Information Administration is required by law to submit a report describing Iran’s petroleum exports to Congress. The report clearly demonstrates that after reaching a low of $16 billion in exports of oil and oil products under the Trump sanctions in 2020, Iran’s petro dollars made a dramatic, perhaps historic increase when the Biden-Harris Administration lifted the Trump sanctions. During Biden-Harris, Iran’s petroleum export sales increased more than three hundred percent from Trump’s $16 billion in 2020 to Biden-Harris’ $37 billion, $54 billion and $53 billion from 2021 through 2023. The report said that in November 2018, the US officially reimposed all the sanctions that were lifted in the Obama 2015 nuclear deal and by May 2019, Iran was under complete sanctions on oil exports. Russia so freaked: Iowa-Class battleships made a comeback due to ‘battlecruiser’ threat
|
|
|
What You Need to Know: Before aircraft carriers dominated naval supremacy, U.S. battleships like the Iowa-class ruled the seas. Built during World War II, the four completed Iowas served extensively in both WWII and the Korean War before being decommissioned in the late 1950s.
- In the early 1980s, amidst the Soviet Navy’s expansion and the introduction of formidable Kirov-class battlecruisers, the Reagan administration reactivated the Iowas for Naval Surface Fire Support (NSFS) and to counter Soviet threats.
- Refitted with modern weapons like Tomahawk and Harpoon missiles, the Iowas provided a cost-effective alternative to new shipbuilding. However, following the Soviet Union’s collapse, the strategic need diminished, leading to their final retirement in the early 1990s as more efficient systems took precedence.
|
|
The Iowas’ History
The Iowa class was designed as a fast battleship to escort aircraft carriers and bring fast enemy capital ships to battle. Six were initially ordered in 1939, but only four were completed before the end of the Second World War.
All four warships saw extensive service in the 1940s and 1950s in the Second World War and the Korean War. They were decommissioned in the late ‘50s, as they were costly to maintain and required a much larger crew than newer vessels. USS New Jersey was reactivated to serve in the NSFS role in Vietnam but only sortied once before being retired.
... With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the need for large capital ships to protect carriers disappeared. Furthermore, the Iowas required a much larger crew complement than cruisers and destroyers. The addition of Vertical Launch System tubes to those platforms allowed them to pack Tomahawks as well, and made them much more efficient than the outdated battleships, which were retired in the early 1990s. Shin Bet confirms: Hezbollah drone succeeded in hitting Netanyahu's Caesarea residence
|

A drone fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home in Caesarea on Saturday hit and caused damage to his residence when it exploded, the military censor permitted for publication on Tuesday.
An image, previously barred from publication by the military censor, showed the damage caused to the home by Saturday’s drone impact.
The blast cracked glass in a bedroom window but did not penetrate the home, apparently because of reinforced glass and other protections. Pieces of glass reportedly landed in the family’s pool nearby and in the yard. (Read more) Source: Times of Israel

Trump criticizes Harris for ‘taking day off’ two weeks before election
|
|
|
Donald Trump has criticized Kamala Harris for “taking a day off’”, as the vice president records her NBC election interview.
Speaking at a campaign Latino roundtable in Doral, Florida today (22 October), Trump accused Harris of “taking a day off” from the campaign with just 14 days to go before Election Day.
The vice president is in Washington, DC “where she will receive briefings and conduct internal meetings with staff” according to her schedule.
At 3.40pm she will sit for an interview with NBC’s Hallie Jackson that will air on NBC Nightly News at 6.30pm.
At 4.30pm she will also tape an interview with Telemundo’s Julio Vaqueiro. (The Independent) Read more here.

- Father God, we agree with President Trump: it is highly unusual for a presidential candidate to stand down and come off the campaign trail, with a mere 14 days remaining before Election Day. 1. Dark Kamala: Harris to Close Campaign with Angry Screed Against Trump by National Mall - Breitbart
Kamala Harris’s brief presidential campaign will culminate at the Washington Ellipse in Washington, DC, a block from the National Mall.
With voting in many states already beginning, Harris’s Ellipse speech may be her last chance to appeal to voters. It may also serve as Democrats’ final opportunity to lean on a bogus January 6 narrative that most Americans have ignored or looked past in lieu of a transparent presentation of Democrats’ divisive policy agenda.
Harris “will present a final case from a place selected to emphasize a contrast between herself and [Donald] Trump, a candidate who she has argued poses a grave threat to the country,” the Washington Post reports. “As part of her remarks, Harris is likely to mention Trump’s role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks on the U.S. Capitol, but her speech is expected to be broader than focused on solely what she deems Trump’s threat to American democracy.” (Read more)

He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

Here’s hoping it’s nothing to blow your lid over.
A normally quiet “high threat” volcano in Washington state has been rumbling at a record rate — prompting an alert from geologists who ultimately said there’s little chance it will erupt soon.
Mount Adams — a breathtaking snow-capped peak in the state’s southern region — has been struck by seven low-intensity earthquakes since September, according to the Cascades Volcano Observatory.
The number of quakes, which ranged in magnitude from 0.9 to 2.0, is highly unusual for the 12,200-foot mountain, which is generally hit by just one every two or three years.
The flurry of rumblings prompted the United States Geological Survey to send out an alert earlier this month — and to install three new seismic stations to monitor it.
But the trembling alone is not a sign that there’s an imminent threat it will blow, said Jon Major, scientist-in-charge at the Cascades Volcano Observatory. Read More

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
