Supreme Court Temporarily Green-Lights Biden Admin Conspiring With Big Tech Censors
|

The lifting of a lower court’s ban means the Biden administration can resume directing Big Tech companies to censor Americans’ speech and debate.
|
|
Free speech supporters got both good news and bad from the Supreme Court on Friday. The court agreed to look at whether a far-ranging censorship scheme directed by the Biden administration violates the U.S. Constitution.
However, the court blocked a lower court’s temporary restriction on federal agencies’ participation in that scheme until the case is decided, expected to be sometime before the end of June. That lifting of the ban means the Biden administration can resume directing Big Tech companies to censor Americans’ speech and debate.
“[W]hat the Court has done, I fear, will be seen by some as giving the Government a green light to use heavy-handed tactics to skew the presentation of views on the medium that increasingly dominates the dissemination of news. That is most unfortunate,” Associate Justice Samuel Alito wrote in a blistering dissent to the court’s temporary allowance of the censorship regime. Associate Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch joined that dissent.
The other justices did not explain why they decided to allow the federal government to continue its comprehensive censorship of Americans’ speech. The case was originally brought by groups concerned about restrictions on debate regarding “the COVID–19 lab leak theory, pandemic lockdowns, vaccine side effects, election fraud, and the Hunter Biden laptop story.” The groups further allege it was government officials who were “pulling the strings” of that censorship because these officials “coerced, threatened, and pressured” the social media companies. Sen. Ted Cruz issues chilling warning on Biden-appointed ‘Iranian spies’ working in the US government

Sen. Ted Cruz is pulling the curtain back on three "Iranian spies" who were allegedly working at senior levels within the Biden administration, claiming that one of the Iran "sympathizers" is regularly accessing classified materials while working as a chief of staff in the Department of Defense.
SEN. TED CRUZ: Well, and what you just mentioned with Rob Malley remains one of the greatest national security scandals in our nation's history. So, Rob Malley was Joe Biden's chief negotiator for Iran. He's an incredible Iran sympathizer. He is an advocate, a passionate advocate for the disastrous Obama-Iran nuclear deal. But he also has extraordinarily bad judgment. He's been fired. He's had his security clearances stripped, which I want you to pause and think, just how bad does his conduct have to be to have his security clearances pulled by this ideological and radical White House?
We have their emails now in which they discuss, one of them discusses with the foreign minister that his loyalties are with the government of Iran, and he is there to do whatever they direct, including making the message from within the federal government that there's nothing wrong with Iran having a nuclear stockpile. You literally had three Iranian spies working in senior positions directly around the U.S. government.
One of them, as far as we know, remains a chief of staff in the Department of Defense to this day with access to classified documents. And yet, the corporate media cannot be brought to mention that three Iranian spies were brought into senior levels of government with access to classified materials while working directly for Iran. Prophesies in the Bible About Gaza

On Saturday morning, Oct 7, on Simchat Torah, the last great day of Sukkot, about 1,500 Hamas terrorists penetrated Israel’s border and perpetrated the largest mass slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust. The terror organization’s assault on Gaza border communities sent 5000 rockets into Israel and left 1,400 men, women, and children dead, 4200 wounded, and 200 kidnapped and dragged across the border into Gaza. Whole families were slaughtered, babies and toddlers, the elderly, and holocaust survivors were taken into Gaza. IDF soldiers were beheaded. It was a bloody and brutal slaughter against innocent civilians.

Did you Know that Hamas is Found in the Bible?
It is commonly translated in English as “violence”, and in Hebrew, it is: Hamas and it means: violence, wrong, cruelty, and injustice.
Allow me to walk you through some scriptures where violence/Hamas is found.
The very first occurrence of violence/Hamas is found in Genesis 6:11. This gives us a keen insight into what it was like during the days of Noah…
Gen 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence (Hamas).
Gen 6:13: And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence (Hamas) through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
This next verse gives us hope: that the God of Israel is our rock and our shield and that He can save us from Hamas (violence):
2 Sam 22: 3 The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my savior; You save me from violence (Hamas).
What is the Ultimate Fate of Hamas?
This next verse reveals to us the ultimate fate of those who are violent (Hamas), and who hold a rod of wickedness in their hand:
Ezekiel 7:11 Violence (Hamas) is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them.

Vladimir Putin 'suffers cardiac arrest' sparking 'alarm' in Kremlin inner circle

Guards at Vladimir Putin's residence reportedly entered the Russian leader's apartment after hearing a loud crash before discovering the 71-year-old "lying on the floor next to the bed".

Vladimir Putin is alleged to have suffered a "cardiac arrest" in his private Moscow apartment on Sunday evening.
A Telegram Channel believed to be run by a former Kremlin insider reported that incident saying the Russian leader was found by guards on the floor of the bedroom "lying on the floor, rolling his eyes."
Doctors were reportedly called immediately and they later diagnosed the 71-year-old as having suffered a "cardiac arrest."
Putin was then moved to a special medical facility built in the apartment where he underwent intensive care, the source claims.
The Telegram channel General SVR, reportedly run by a former Russian lieutenant-general, declared in a post:"Security officers of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who were on duty at the residence, heard noise and sounds of falling coming from the president's bedroom.
"Two security officers immediately followed into the president's bedroom and saw Putin lying on the floor next to the bed and an overturned table with food and drinks." General SVR continued: "Putin convulsively arched while lying on the floor, rolling his eyes."

1. IDF hits Gaza tunnels; ground forces conduct raids ahead of offensive - JNS
The Israeli Air Force struck hundreds of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad targets in Gaza in recent hours, including tunnels with terrorists in them, while infantry and armored corps conducted raids on the ground in the enclave in preparation for a wider ground offensive, the Israeli military stated on Monday.
Dozens of operational command centers housing Hamas and PIJ operatives were also hit, according to Israel Defense Forces Spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari.
Strikes were also conducted on targets that posed a threat to forces in the area surrounding the Gaza Strip, including dozens of mortar and anti-tank missile launch sites, according to Hagari.
The raids into Gaza are being conducted by armored and infantry units against terror cells that were “preparing for our next stage,” while also seeking out information for hostages and the missing, Hagari said on Monday. (Read more)

2. Hamas terrorist confesses: The plan was to go from house to house and kill everyone - Israel National News
The IDF published footage from the confession of one of the Hamas terrorists who was captured in the aftermath of the massacre of over 1,400 Israelis on Simchat Torah, in which he admitted to indiscriminately murdering the elderly, women, and children.
"The plan was to go from house to house, throw grenades, and kill everyone there, including women and children," said the terrorist.
According to him, his commanders ordered the terrorists to behead Jews and rape women and girls. (Read more)

3. 222 captives held in Gaza identified – IDF - World Israel News
The Israeli military said Monday that it has identified 222 captives being held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, adding that the families of the captives have been notified.
IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari spoke with reporters Monday regarding updates on the ongoing war against terrorists in the Gaza Strip.
While Hamas has claimed that it is holding roughly 250 Israelis hostage in Gaza, Israel has yet to confirm the full number of captives, raising the number identified from 202 on Sunday to 222 Monday.
“The number of [confirmed] captives is tentative, and changes in keeping with the information gathered. There are also more than a few foreign nationals whom we were not able to identify immediately.” (Read more)

4. Hamas releases two more hostages held in Gaza since Oct. 7 massacre - JNS
The Hamas terrorist group that rules the Gaza Strip released two more hostages on Monday, both women, including one dual Canadian-Israeli citizen, the International Committee of the Red Cross confirmed.
“The ICRC facilitated the release of two more hostages by transporting them out of Gaza this evening,” the organization confirmed in a statement, adding: “We are glad that these persons will be soon reunited with their families and loved ones.”
According to Ynet, the Israeli government confirmed that the two were transferred to the Egyptian side of the Rafah border crossing.
“This is not a deal, it’s an unilateral move we had no part in,” Israel’s Channel 12 cited political officials in Jerusalem as saying. (Read more)

5. Israeli strikes shut down Damascus, Aleppo airports - JNS
Israeli airstrikes overnight Saturday put the Damascus and Aleppo airports out of service for the second time in as many weeks, according to Syrian state media.
One person was killed and another wounded in the attacks, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency.
Israel allegedly hit the same airports on Oct. 12, damaging the runways at both.
The Oct. 12 strikes “damaged landing strips in the two airports, putting them out of service,” Syrian media said at the time, citing a military source. (Read more)

1. US warns Iran against escalation, boosts military readiness, pulls some Iraq staff - Times of Israel
The United States has warned Iran and its allies against any regional escalation in the wake of Israel’s war with Hamas, two top US officials said Sunday, hours after the Pentagon moved to step up military readiness in the region.
With tensions mounting, Washington also announced Sunday it had ordered non-emergency staff to leave its embassy in Iraq.
“We are concerned at the possibility of Iranian proxies escalating their attacks against our own personnel, our own people,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on CBS News. “We expect there is a likelihood of escalation.” (Read more)

2. Riot Erupts in NYC as Thousands of Pro-Palestinian Protestors Take to Streets - Police: 'It Got Pretty Heated' - Western Journal
A massive anti-Israel protest in Brooklyn turned violent Saturday night as protests clashed with police. The “Flood Brooklyn for Palestine” protest, which took place three weeks after Hamas terrorists slaughtered more than 1,400 people in Israel, demanded that the United States cut ties with Israel, according to the New York Post.
As the rally went on and darkness fell, protesters refused police demands to disperse as they lit fires in the streets and shut down traffic. Some threw eggs at the police.
“It got pretty heated,” a law enforcement source told The Post. Several protesters were detained, but it was uncertain how many would face charges.
“Say it loud, say it clear, we don’t want no Zionists here!” drum-beating protesters yelled waving Palestinian flags and signs with slogans such as “Zionism is Genocide. We are not like other groups simply calling for a cease-fire,” one woman said. “We are calling not simply for an end to genocide. We are calling for an end to the siege, an end to the blockade. 3. Michigan State Suspends Employee Who Showed Hitler Image On Football Videoboard - Daily Caller
A Michigan State University (MSU) employee was suspended Sunday after allowing an image of Adolf Hitler to be shown on the university’s scoreboard, according to The Associated Press.
The video was shown prior to Saturday’s rivalry football game between MSU and the University of Michigan, according to the AP. Alan Haller, MSU’s vice president and director of Athletics, released a statement Monday confirming that the employee had been suspended without pay and was under investigation, noting that the MSU athletics department failed to check the entire video before it was approved.
“Michigan State Athletics is responsible for all content shown on its video boards. Before it was displayed, the video was not viewed in its entirety by anyone in athletics, exposing a failure in our process,” Haller wrote. “The video was not part of a sponsorship and had no affiliation with any of our corporate partners or our community. An initial assessment was conducted, and an involved employee has been identified and suspended without pay pending the results of an investigation. 4. University Faculty Cry ‘Intimidation’ After Donors Pull Funding Over Statements On Hamas - Daily Caller
Three leaders of the University of Pennsylvania faculty senate released a statement Thursday condemning those who “use their pocketbooks to shape our mission” after donors began withdrawing support over the school’s response to the Israel-Hamas war.
UPenn donors began pulling their funding from the university after President Liz Magill failed to initially label Hamas as a terrorist organization in an Oct. 10 statement about the Hamas attacks on Israeli civilians. The university’s faculty senate tri-chairs, Tulia G. Falleti, Eric A. Feldman and Vivian L. Gadsden, accused individuals of trying to censor free speech by “surveilling both faculty and students” and criticized those who would try to use their “pocketbooks” to buy the speech of university students and faculty, according to the statement.
“Let us be clear: academic freedom is an essential component of a world-class university and is not a commodity that can be bought or sold by those who seek to use their pocketbooks to shape our mission,” the faculty wrote. “We stand in solidarity with all University of Pennsylvania faculty, staff, and students whose research, work, or study has been affected by the recent efforts of intimidation. Academic freedom is at the heart of our educational and research missions, and we demand that it remain free from internal or external pressure or coercion.” (Read more)

Starbucks says a post by a union account over the Israel-Hamas war damaged its reputation. The union says Starbucks is using the moment to perpetuate its 'anti-union campaign'
Starbucks and the union representing the coffee giant's organized workers have filed dueling lawsuits over a social media post about the Israel-Hamas war, according to court documents obtained by USA TODAY on Thursday.
The Seattle-based chain filed a federal lawsuit against Starbucks Workers United in Iowa on Wednesday over a pro-Palestine post shared by a union account in the early days of the Hamas-Israel war, court records show.
This post damaged the company's reputation and garnered negative attention from customers, with more than 1,000 people sending in complaints, Starbucks claims in the lawsuit. The company also says that workers and stores across the country have since received threatening phone calls, hostile customers and vandalism.
In their own lawsuit filed in federal court in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, the union says Starbucks — long known for its rocky history with organizers — is using the incident to perpetuate an "illegal anti-union campaign by falsely attacking the union’s reputation with workers and the public.”

6. Donalds doubts House speaker feud will hurt GOP in 2024: 'We're gonna get past this' - Washington Examiner
Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), who has entered the race to be the next speaker of the House, said Sunday he doubts the prolonged fight over the position will damage his party in the 2024 general election.
"I don't think it's going to damage the presidential election," Donalds told Fox & Friends co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy, who questioned whether the prolonged battle over who will assume former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's post would damage the party's prospects in the November presidential election next year.
"Let's be very clear, Joe Biden's presidency has not been good for the American people," Donalds added. "They know that in spite of the impasse in House leadership. I think we're going to get back to work. I think that we're going to demonstrate what conservative leadership is in the House of Representatives, and we're going to be just fine in 2024."
Donalds announced his bid for speaker on Friday, shortly after Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) failed to gain the necessary votes in three voting rounds last week.
The pro-Trump Florida Republican stressed his ability to hear out his more centrist colleagues, such as the ones who refused to vote for Jordan, while also touting his foundation of conservative credentials that would likely appeal to the eight Republicans who voted to oust McCarthy earlier this month. 7. STG holds the government accountable to secure the grid - Center for Security Policy
The Secure the Grid Coalition (STG) recently filed two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). The requests are related to each agencies’ responsibilities under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2020. The FOIA requests can be viewed HERE and HERE.
STG has requested any and all documents from the NGB relating to NDAA 2020 Section 1720’s “Report on National Guard and United States Northern Command capacity to meet homeland defense and security incidents.” . . .
. . . In this DHS report, they claimed “There are a number of field demonstration (or pilot) projects planned and underway by both DHS and DOE to assess EMP vulnerability and then deploy, evaluate, and validate EMP mitigation and protection technologies. One such pilot is the San Antonio Electromagnetic Defense Initiative.”
But this is not true, DHS did not initiate the San Antonio Electromagnetic Defense Initiative. DHS “joined the party” once this project was already in full swing, and there is still no concrete data available showing they have taken steps to harden the electric grid.
The Secure the Grid Coalition hopes to get information back from the federal government showing progress has been made on each front to help protect our grid, but given Uncle Sam’s track record, one should not hold their breath. (Read more)

Donald Trump recently decried the secretive negotiations the Biden administration and other friends of the Chinese Communist Party are pursuing to supplant our constitutional Republic with a new “global governance” system run by the CCP-controlled World Health Organization.
Tomorrow (Tuesday, October 24), a House subcommittee investigating the Chinese Communists’ COVID biological warfare attack will have an opportunity to examine the insidious role the WHO played in maximizing the damage thus caused – and the insanity of enhancing its power exponentially.
One witness will be Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Loyce Pace. She’s a prime-mover behind these negotiations, despite swearing to “support and defend” the Constitution – as did subcommittee Chairman Brad Wenstrup and his colleagues.

The Days Of Noah And Our Prophetic Times

The Biblical account of Noah has very similar underpinnings to the current condition of the world. As evil plays out in the Hamas attack on Israel, we can see clearly the inhumanity of humanity. When a group of people led by hatred and a genocidal ideology boldly murder, rape, torture, and dismember an innocent population is praised by the masses and justified by media, we know that the visitation of evil is upon us. The prophetic words of Christ about the end of days resonate with this time in which we live. While there are several events that must occur before the return of Christ, we are witnessing prophetic signs of the coming end of the age both in the general world population and in Israel in particular.
Asked by his disciples about the signs of his coming and the end of the world, Christ was very specific. He likened world conditions to the time of Noah, when God cleansed the earth with the great flood. In Luke 17:26-27, Christ said, “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.” Likewise, Matthew quoted Christ saying, “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. The year 2020 was a watershed moment in American history. The outbreak of a pandemic brought ashore to us from the Chinese Communist Party and the death of George Floyd created the perfect storm. This storm delivered a heavy blow to America, a blow so severe that America now appears to have been possibly changed forever.
Suddenly, many Americans awakened to the realization that they hardly recognized their own country anymore. Overnight, it seemed new realities were being forced upon them, challenging everything they believed to be true.
Many awoke to find that they have become oppressors for being born White. Others found that they must now consider themselves hopelessly oppressed and incapable simply because they were born non-White. Many are bewildered that reality and common sense no longer mean anything.
During the riots in the summer of 2020, viewers were told they were watching mostly peaceful protests while buildings were burning in the background. No one now is sure how to define a woman and everyone must now believe men can have babies. Parents were dumbfounded through Zoom classes what their children are being taught in public schools — that America is an unredeemable, racist country.
But wait… I have seen all of this before.
Like most Americans, I also felt like I was hit by a storm. Unlike most Americans, this storm hit me once before, more than 50 years ago, when I was only 7 years old, just starting school in China.
The storm was Chairman Mao’s Cultural Revolution (1966-1976). It lasted 10 years, covering most of my school years.
Overnight, we were told the country we lived in was rotten to the core and needed to be dismantled. Instead of looking for racists, we were ordered to look for "counterrevolutionaries." Jesus, you have seen, you have known all that she has shared is true, and is too real for most of us. Black Lives Matter Leader Stands Behind J6 Prisoners, Endorses Trump

The founder of a Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization is voicing his support of Jan. 6 prisoners and not shying away from endorsing former President Donald Trump as “the best candidate we have.”
Mark Fisher—who stepped down from his leadership position at BLM Rhode Island, which he co-founded, and is now founder and executive director of the Maryland-based BLM Incorporated—has stood in solidarity with leaders of the Proud Boys and led vigils of prayer for the people he believes to be political prisoners.
“They’re lambs led to slaughter to be sacrificed as an example for all who might want to dissent in the future,” Mr. Fisher told The Epoch Times. “This is what the government does to those who express independent thought and want to stand up for what they believe.”
What he sees in the vindictive treatment of the J6 prisoners are similarities to how black people have been treated, he said, and his aspiration in establishing that connection is to find common ground.
“One of the things I highlight when I speak to them is that they have a whole new understanding now of what black people have been going through with the over-policing, the police brutality, and the unfair treatment in the two-tiered justice system and how oppressive and overreaching it is,” Mr. Fisher said.

Black Support for Trump
Mr. Fisher doesn’t stand alone in the black community in wanting to see President Trump return to office in 2024.
“More and more black people every day are supporting him,” he said. “Look at the rappers. The latest one who just went turncoat on the Democrats was Waka Flocka Flame, who announced on Twitter that he’s voting for Trump."
On Oct. 16, the rapper posted a photo of himself and President Trump, and another post stated simply, "TRUMP2024."
"Look at how a black neighborhood in Fulton County cheered Trump on the way to the county jail," Mr. Fisher added.
They know that the government is harassing him because they’ve seen it in their own lives, he said, and they recognize the persecution. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

NASA’s Webb Discovers New Feature in
Jupiter’s Atmosphere

Narrow jet stream near equator has winds traveling 320 miles per hour
NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope has discovered a new, never-before-seen feature in Jupiter’s atmosphere. The high-speed jet stream, which spans more than 3,000 miles (4,800 kilometers) wide, sits over Jupiter’s equator above the main cloud decks. The discovery of this jet is giving insights into how the layers of Jupiter’s famously turbulent atmosphere interact with each other, and how Webb is uniquely capable of tracking those features.
“This is something that totally surprised us,” said Ricardo Hueso of the University of the Basque Country in Bilbao, Spain, lead author on the paper describing the findings. “What we have always seen as blurred hazes in Jupiter’s atmosphere now appear as crisp features that we can track along with the planet’s fast rotation.”
The research team analyzed data from Webb’s NIRCam (Near-Infrared Camera) captured in July 2022. The Early Release Science program – jointly led by Imke de Pater from the University of California, Berkeley and Thierry Fouchet from the Observatory of Paris – was designed to take images of Jupiter 10 hours apart, or one Jupiter day, in four different filters, each uniquely able to detect changes in small features at different altitudes of Jupiter’s atmosphere.
“Even though various ground-based telescopes, spacecraft like NASA’s Juno and Cassini, and NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope have observed the Jovian system’s changing weather patterns, Webb has already provided new findings on Jupiter’s rings, satellites, and its atmosphere,” de Pater noted. Read More
