First plane with ‘advanced’ US ammunition lands in Israel
|
|
A first transport plane with “advanced” American ammunition landed at the Nevatim airbase in southern Israel this evening, the military says.
The IDF says the ammunition is intended “to enable significant strikes and preparations for additional scenarios.”
“We are grateful for the American support and assistance to the IDF in particular, and to the State of Israel in general, during this challenging period,” the IDF says.
“Our common enemies know that the cooperation between the armies is stronger than ever, and is a key part of ensuring regional security and stability,” the IDF adds. (Read more)

Netanyahu tells Biden: We’ve never seen such savagery in the history of the state

In a readout of his call with Biden, Netanyahu’s office says he told the US leader: “We’ve never seen such savagery in the history of the state” nor “since the Holocaust.”
“They took dozens of children, bound them up, burned them and executed them. They beheaded soldiers, they mowed down these youngsters who came to a nature festival, you know, put five jeeps around this depression in the soil and like Babyn Yar, they mowed them down, making sure that they killed everybody.”
“They’re even worse than ISIS and we need to treat them as such.”
He thanked Biden for his full backing and stressed the campaign would be lengthy.
He also noted White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby’s emotional response to the events in Israel, saying it “deeply moved” Israelis and “represented the depth of the commitment that you have, that your administration has and that the American people across the people have for Israel.” (Read more)

Calls grow for Ilhan Omar, AOC, Cori Bush and Rashida Tlaib to be expelled from Congress

WASHINGTON, DC: In a stark divergence from the bipartisan support typically seen in Congress regarding US-Israel relations, members of "The Squad," a group of far-left House Democrats, have ignited a controversy with their statements on the ongoing Hamas attack on Israel. The notorious group, which includes representatives Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib, has sparked calls for their removal from Congress and has drawn condemnation from some of their own party colleagues.

Representative Cori Bush of Missouri stated that the United States should cease its support for the "Israeli military occupation and apartheid."
Her comments reflect a growing sentiment within the progressive wing of the Democratic Party that views US support for Israel as problematic and in need of reassessment.
Meanwhile, Representative Jamaal Bowman from New York called for an end to Israel's "blockade of Gaza." He argued that this blockade exacerbates the suffering of Palestinians in the region and that addressing this issue is critical for achieving peace and stability.
Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Pressley, from New York and Massachusetts, respectively, called for an "immediate ceasefire and de-escalation" in the ongoing conflict. They expressed concerns that Israel's military actions could lead to further loss of life and suffering among Palestinians in Gaza.
Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota initially criticized the violence caused by Hamas while urging "de-escalation and ceasefire." She framed the ongoing conflict as part of a "back and forth cycle," highlighting the cyclical nature of violence in the region. However, she later emphasized the need for a "moral awakening" in the US to address the human suffering in Gaza.
Representative Rashida Tlaib of Michigan placed the blame for Israel's suffering squarely on Israel itself. She advocated for lifting the blockade, ending the occupation, and dismantling what she termed the "apartheid system" that creates the conditions conducive to resistance.

House Republicans have chosen Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., as their nominee for speaker after huddling behind closed doors for over two hours on Wednesday.
GOP lawmakers voted via secret ballot. Scalise won 113 votes, while Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan won 99. House Republicans voted minutes earlier to table a motion to raise the threshold for electing a speaker to 217 — a majority of the conference.
It comes after former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., was ousted in a vote by eight members of his own party and all House Democrats last week. That moment marked the first time in history the U.S. House of Representatives voted to remove its own leader. (Fox News) Read more here.

1. Death Toll Tops 1,200, Nearly 3,000 Wounded, 100 Abducted in Shabbat Simchat Torah War - Jewish Press
The Israeli death toll topped 1,200 on Wednesday, in the Shabbat Simchat Torah massacre in Jewish communities along the Gaza by Hamas that launched the Iranian proxy’s war against the State of Israel.
As of 9 pm Wednesday night, there were nearly 3,000 (2,900) people who have been injured in terrorist shootings, knifings and rocket attacks.
The US State Department confirmed Wednesday evening that at least 22 Americans died in the weekend bloodbath perpetrated by Hamas; it is not yet clear how many more Americans may have died or been abducted by Hamas and dragged into captivity in Gaza.
The total estimated number of those who were abducted is still not firm: the estimates range from 100 to 150 men, women and children, many of whom were dual citizens and foreign nationals, and ranging in age from infancy to age 85, including elderly Holocaust survivors. (Read more)

2. Netanyahu’s office: Hamas is ISIS on steroids, Gaza op will leave it with ‘zero’ military capabilities - World Israel News
The ongoing Israel Defense Forces offensive will leave Gaza’s ruling Hamas terrorist organization with “zero military capabilities and zero motivation to carry out attacks” for decades, a spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told journalists on Wednesday.
“We regard Gaza as a huge terror base, the new caliphate as you will. This is ISIS on steroids because it has a state behind it: Iran,” the spokeswoman said as she announced Israeli officials are examining “new indications” of direct Iranian involvement in Hamas’s Oct. 7 shock attack.
“We are a country at war, but not only we are at war: This is a war of the entire civilized world against savagery,” the official said.
On Saturday morning, Hamas terrorists infiltrated several Israeli communities, killing at least 1,200 people and taking at least 100 hostages back to Gaza. Some 3,000 people were wounded in shooting and rocket attacks over the weekend, and the toll continues to climb. (Read more)

3. IDF: Aerial infiltration from Lebanon ruled out, alarms malfunctioned -Israel National News
The IDF has ruled out an aerial infiltration from Lebanon after warning sirens were activated in many communities in northern Israel this evening (Wednesday). The sirens were apparently activated due to a technical malfunction.
Upper Galilee Regional Council chairman Giora Salz had told Channel 12 News that "manned paragliders have been observed entering from Lebanon. We ask all residents to lock themselves down." He called on residents to lock their doors and announced that the members of the council's emergency department should prepare for an emergency.
A suspected 15-20 paragliders were at one point believed to have penetrated Israeli airspace. The same method was used during the Hamas invasion of southern Israel and massacre of of over 1,200 Israelis on Saturday.
Rosh Pina Mayor Moti Hatiel said that the security personnel are securing his community. (Read more)

4. Ben-Gvir orders police to prepare for widespread Arab rioting - JNS
Amid fighting on Israel’s southern and northern borders, as well as ongoing attempts to open a front in Judea and Samaria, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir on Wednesday said his ministry was preparing for possible Arab riots in mixed Jewish-Arab cities.
During a visit to the western Negev city of Sderot, one of the communities attacked during Hamas’s Oct. 7 terrorist assault, Ben-Gvir announced he ordered Israel Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai to make preparations for “a scenario of Guardian of the Walls II, which I think is looming.”
Ben-Gvir’s remarks referred to the widespread Arab rioting in Israeli cities with large numbers of Arab and Jewish residents that took place during the IDF’s May 2021 aerial operation against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
During the fighting in Gaza, a Jewish resident of Lod died after Arab rioters pelted his car with rocks. (Read more)

5. Turkey's Erdogan calls Israeli response to Hamas in Gaza a 'massacre' - Reuters
ANKARA, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday said Israel's blockade and bombing of Gaza in response to Palestinian militant group Hamas' attack was a disproportionate response amounting to a "massacre," but repeated Ankara's offer to mediate.
With Ankara offering to mediate between the sides this week, Erdogan and his foreign minister held calls with regional powers and Western counterparts. However, Israel's envoy to Ankara on Sunday said it was too early to discuss mediation.
Erdogan, speaking to his ruling AK Party in parliament, said even war has a "morality" but the flare-up since the weekend "very severely" violated that.
"Preventing people meeting their most fundamental needs and bombing housing where civilians live - in short, conducting a conflict using every sort of shameful method - is not a war, it's a massacre," he said, referring to Israel cutting off electricity and water to Gaza and destroying infrastructure. 1. Kari Lake Announces Decision on US Senate Run - The Western Journal
Republican Kari Lake announced Tuesday that she will be running for U.S. Senate in Arizona in 2024. “I think God has bigger plans for us,” Lake told a crowd gathered in Scottsdale for her campaign kickoff, regarding her near win for governor last year. And those bigger plans include the U.S. Senate.
“This mama bear has a whole lot of fight left in her,” she added. “Our nation, our children’s future is on the verge of collapse…We’ve got one year to save this country.”
She will seek to replace Democrat-turned-independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who has yet to announce if she will run to hold her seat. (Read more)

2. Huge Win for Election Integrity: North Carolina Republicans Override Democratic Governor's Veto - The Western Journal
The Republican-led legislature in North Carolina has struck a blow for election integrity by overturning Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s veto of an election law he claimed was a “threat to democracy.”
The bill, SB 749, made material changes to the state’s election law by establishing bipartisan election boards, according to The Hill.
The bill would take control of election boards away from the governor’s party and put them under the control of a group split equally between Democrats and Republicans. This, Cooper claims, will create gridlock when deciding early-voting locations and certifying results. (Read more)

3. 22 US citizens confirmed killed in Israel-Hamas war - The Hill
At least 22 American citizens have died as a result of unfolding violence in Israel, the State Department confirmed Wednesday as the death toll continues to rise. The number represents an increase from just a day earlier, when President Biden said 14 Americans were among those killed.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters there are 17 Americans who are still unaccounted for.
“We know these numbers are likely to increase in the days ahead,” she said.
More than 1,000 Israelis have died since Hamas, the militant group that controls Gaza, launched attacks against Israel on Saturday. Hundreds of Palestinians have died in ensuing fighting in Gaza.
The White House has also confirmed that U.S. citizens are among those being held hostage by Hamas following the wide-scale attacks, which President Biden on Tuesday called “terrorism” and “an atrocity on an appalling scale.” (Read more)

4. Turkish education official tells Israel's Netanyahu 'you will die' - Fox News
A top official within Turkey’s Ministry of National Education has posted a message on X telling Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that "One day they will shoot you too" and "You will die."
The inflammatory remarks by Nazif Yilmaz, a married father of three and deputy minister of the Turkish agency, was posted in response to a video Netanyahu shared on his account Tuesday appearing to show the Israeli military carrying out airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.
The same day, Turkey's President Tayyip Erdogan raised concerns about the U.S. moving a carrier strike group closer to Israel following Hamas’ attacks on the country.
"What will the aircraft carrier of the U.S. do near Israel, why do they come? What will boats around and aircraft on it will do? They will hit Gaza and around, and take steps for serious massacres there," Erdogan said, according to Reuters. (Read more)

5. Biden Tapped This Group to Fight Anti-Semitism. It’s Defending Hamas’s Attack on Israel - Free Beacon
The Biden administration earlier this year tapped the Council on American-Islamic Relations for an initiative to curb anti-Semitism. This week, the anti-Semitic group and its leaders defended Hamas attacks that have killed more than 1,000 Jews.
The White House announced in May that the Council on American-Islamic Relations would take part in its "National Strategy to Combat Anti-Semitism." As part of the initiative, CAIR launched a nationwide tour "to educate religious minority communities" on how to "protect their houses of worship from hate incidents." At the time, critics slammed the White House for partnering with CAIR, which has a history of anti-Semitism and was linked to Hamas in a federal terrorism case in 2007.
Now, CAIR is condoning the largest attack in Israel’s history, raising further questions about the administration’s affiliation with the controversial group. Hamas fighters invaded the Jewish state in a surprise attack over the weekend, killing hundreds of civilians and taking dozens of women and children hostage. The terrorist group said it will televise executions of hostages if certain demands are not met. (Read more)

6. Over 29,000 Emails Exist Between Biden Family Businesses and VP Biden’s Office - Brietbart
The National Archives (NARA) revealed that more than 29,000 emails exist between Biden family business members and then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office, a Joint Status Report obtained by Breitbart News from America First Legal (AFL) revealed Tuesday.
NARA disclosed the record of the emails after ALF filed a FOIA request on August 9, 2022. The extent to which then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office communicated with Joe Biden’s family about its ventures was unknown before the lawsuit.
Breitbart News previously reported communications between then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office and Biden associates, despite Joe Biden’s assurance that an “absolute wall” existed between his family’s foreign business ventures and government business. The Joint Status Report specifically revealed then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office had 19,335 emails with Rosemont Seneca, 4,243 emails with Hunter Biden, 1,751 emails with Jim Biden, and 3,738 emails with James Biden’s Lion Hall Group. 7. CBP leaks data on Middle Easterners caught at the southern US border - DML News
Concerns are rising about national security risks for the United States and the thousands of illegal aliens pouring into the country, as an Islamic terror group, Hamas, has launched a war against the nation of Israel.
Each month, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) releases data on apprehensions of illegal aliens caught coming into the United States, including a breakdown of the numbers from many countries around the world. However, the data never lists the numbers of illegal aliens coming from most Middle Eastern nations, instead, just lumping them all into a separate category labeled “Other.”
Internal CBP data provided & confirmed by CBP sources reveals thousands of “special interest aliens” from mostly Middle Eastern countries have been apprehended by Border Patrol while crossing into U.S. illegally over last 2 years.

8. House Republicans Demand Info on State Department Employees with Potentially ‘Compromising Ties’ to Iran - National Review
House Republicans are demanding information about former Special Envoy for Iran (SEI) Robert Malley and members of his negotiating team who “may have had compromising ties to the Iranian regime.”
House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer and Representative Glenn Grothman, who chairs the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, wrote a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday, giving the State Department until October 25 to turn over information related to Malley and his team.
“The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the Biden Administration’s efforts to conceal details about its ongoing secret nuclear negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran from Congress, ignoring statutory obligations for congressional oversight,” reads the letter obtained by National Review. 9. Hamas calls for global Jihad, invasion of Israel, attack Jews worldwide on Oct. 13 - American Military News
A leader and founding member of Hamas, Khalid Mashal, reportedly called for a global Jihad on Tuesday, asking Muslims around the world to target the people of Israel on Friday, Oct. 13. Video of Mashal’s reported call to violence was posted on YouTube and remains up on the platform as of Wednesday at 10 a.m.
According to a translation and analysis of the video by author Brother Rachid, Mashal referred to his proposed day of anger as “the Friday of Al-Aqsa flood,” which will “send a message of rage to Zionists and to America.”
“The most important thing: He asked all Muslims around the world to carry Jihad by their souls; to fight and be martyrs for Al-Aqsa. He wants Muslims to fight against the Jews, starting with Muslims who live in the countries surrounding Israel: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt (but also other countries), to go to the borders and try to enter, each by his own means,” Rachid explained. “He said: This is the time for Jihad to be applied on the ground rather than just in theory. He asked the Mujahedeen to go in long caravans to spell their blood on the land of Palestine.” (Read more)

Stupidocrisy: Nobel Prize To MRNA COVID Perpetrators

Adding to their accomplishments on behalf of mankind, researchers Drew Weissman and Katalin Kariko of the University of Pennsylvania have won the Nobel Prize for Medicine. The researchers were honored for their work that made possible the rapid development of the mRNA serum used as a vaccine against COVID 19. This award to researchers abandoned the longstanding practice of only honoring decades-old research that was proven over time. The Nobel Assembly boasts that “since 1901 the Nobel Prize has been awarded to scientists who have made the most important discoveries for the benefit of humankind.” This group of high-minded 50 professors, however, are basing their award on false notions.
The Nobel Assembly stated in its news release announcing the awards, “The discoveries by the two Nobel Laureates were critical for developing effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 during the pandemic that began in early 2020. Through their groundbreaking findings, which have fundamentally changed our understanding of how mRNA interacts with our immune system, the laureates contributed to the unprecedented rate of vaccine development during one of the greatest threats to human health in modern times.” Key here are the words “developing effective mRNA vaccines against COVID-19.” This statement is highly debatable given prominent scientific studies. Optical Communications

Slated to launch on Oct. 12 with the Psyche mission, DSOC will demonstrate technologies enabling the agency to transmit higher data rates from deep space.
NASA’s pioneering Deep Space Optical Communications (DSOC) experiment will be the first demonstration of laser, or optical, communications from as far away as Mars. Launching with NASA’s Psyche mission to a metal-rich asteroid of the same name on Thursday, Oct. 12, DSOC will test key technologies designed to enable future missions to transmit denser science data and even stream video from the Red Planet.
Here are five things to know about this cutting-edge technology demonstration:
1. DSOC is the first time NASA will test how lasers could increase data transmission from deep space.
Until now, NASA has used only radio waves to communicate with missions that travel beyond the Moon. Much like fiber optics replacing old telephone lines on Earth as demand for data grows, going from radio communications to optical communications will allow increased data rates throughout the solar system, with 10 to 100 times the capacity of state-of-the-art systems currently used by spacecraft. This will better enable future human and robotic exploration missions, along with supporting higher-resolution science instruments. Read More

Christians Respond in Prayer to Cold-Blooded Attack on Israel

Christians in America and across the world are praying for and standing in solidarity with Israel and the Jewish people in the aftermath of Hamas' barbaric, deadly attack on the Holy Land in what the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) called "the worst massacre of innocent civilians in Israel's history." Hamas, which is a terrorist organization backed by Iran and hell-bent on wiping Israel off the face of the earth, launched an unprecedented, wide-scale, highly coordinated, "surprise attack" on Israel on Saturday, Oct. 7, which was not only a day coming off the end of the Sukkot holiday in Israel, but it was also on the 50th anniversary of the 1973 war, which also started with an attack that Israel was not expecting. Caught off-guard this past Saturday morning, Israeli military and intelligence forces reportedly did not detect any warning that this massive attack was coming. Under the cover of stealth mode, hundreds of Hamas terrorists invaded the Holy Land with murderous intent at approximately 6:30 a.m. local time, coming over from Gaza, which is controlled by Hamas, the governing body over the Palestinian people.
As political figures pontificate and make broad sweeping statements, the attack on Israel was indeed close and personal for missionary Heidi Baker, a co-founder of the Iris Global missions NGO and a beloved prophetic leader in charismatic circles. She took to X (formerly Twitter) to report how she was in Israel during the time of the attack and what she experienced. "We are in the middle of our Harvest School of missions in Israel, not far from Jerusalem. She went on to write on the social media platform, "Sirens. Premeditated attacks on the ground, police assaulted, hostages taken. Several times today we went into a bomb shelter. We hear explosions in the distance. Now we are worshipping fervently together with our students and guest speakers. Please join us in praying for peace. Peace, safety and wisdom for all authorities involved so that things do not get any worse than they have to. It's a little scary but we are honored to be here, to pray in the midst of a storm," she added in her string of tweets. Blending prayer and prophetic declaration, Chuck Pierce, the president of Zion International and a trusted prophetic voice in the charismatic/Pentecostal community, tweeted, "We are decreeing that the Lord's supernatural hand of protection is coming down over Israel. We will war on behalf of His covenant land." Reinforcing the clarion call for Christians to pray for Israel, minister Paula White-Cain, the head of Paula White Ministries and the Senior Pastor of City of Destiny Church in Orlando, Florida, tweeted out Bible verses, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! 'May they be secure who love you! Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!' – Psalm 122:6,7.
