Republican lawmakers urge US not to open consulate in Jerusalem
A group of 200 House Republicans sent a letter to US President Joe Biden on Monday, urging him not to reopen the US Consulate in east Jerusalem.
The Biden administration is looking to reopen the consulate, which was closed by former president Donald Trump. But given the objections of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and several cabinet ministers, it is not clear when Biden will move ahead with the plan.
“We write today to express our strong opposition to your administration’s proposal to reopen the US consulate general in Israel’s eternal capital, Jerusalem, that would provide separate diplomatic outreach to the Palestinians,” the House Republicans wrote. Reopening the US consulate general in Jerusalem “would be inconsistent with the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 by promoting division of Jerusalem,” they added.
“This would be unacceptable, shameful, and wrong,” they wrote, adding that Biden supported the legislation as a senator.
Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-New York) spearheaded the letter, and he was joined by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Republican Whip Steve Scalise.
If the administration would move ahead with its plan, it “would create a misguided situation in which the US would essentially have two separate diplomatic missions in Israel’s capital, including the US Embassy to Israel along with the consulate general for outreach to the Palestinians, whose government is based in Ramallah,” the letter said.
“The Trump Administration fixed this ill-advised situation with the merger but maintained outreach to the Palestinians by establishing the Palestinian Affairs Unit (PAU) within the US Embassy in Jerusalem,” it said.
Noting the opposition within the Israeli government, the lawmakers wrote: “We urge you to respect our close ally Israel’s opposition to the reopening of the US consulate general in Jerusalem, especially since Israel’s cooperation is essential.”
Last week, Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tennessee), along with 33 other Republican senators, introduced a bill meant to block the Biden administration from opening a consulate serving Palestinians in Jerusalem.
“It is regrettable that the Biden administration insists on making moves that divide the United States and Israel when our two nations should be laser-focused on stopping Iran’s terror-sponsoring regime from going nuclear,” Hagerty said in a statement. (Jerusalem Post) Read more.
- Abba, we thank You for these lawmakers who are standing together with Israel. We ask that You stop all plans to reopen the U.S. consulate in Jerusalem, and stop any support of this plan from the US entirely. We ask that You move in the heart of every lawmaker in Washington, D.C. We ask in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
- “I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land.” (Joel 3:2)

1. Bill Gates to Bennett: Israeli innovation can help tackle climate change - Israel National News
GLASGOW — Prime Minister Naftali Bennett meets Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates on the sidelines of the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow.
The pair agree to establish a working group between the State of Israel and the Gates Foundation in the area of climate change innovation.
“Israel is known as the startup nation, and I think that it’s time we pivot and channel our national energy — which is the energy of the people, the brainpower — to fighting climate change,” Bennett tells Gates during their meeting. “We’re going to take this as a national mission.” (Read more)
2. Israel uncovers munition-filled Syrian bunker from Six-Day War - YNET News

The bunker was uncovered in the western part of the Golan Heights during a mine-clearing operation carried out by the Defense Ministry.
3. Thousands rally in Tel Aviv in protest of government policies - YNET News
Thousands rallied in Tel Aviv against the government Tuesday night as the deadline to pass the state budget approaches.
Holding signs and flying Israeli flags, the crowd called to topple the government and reinstall Likud Chairman and Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu as prime minister.
One by one, Likud and Religious Zionist Party lawmakers and other prominent figures on Israel's political right took the stage at Habima Square and blisteringly denounced the government, with some labeling it "anti-Zionist". (Read more)
4. Black Shadow leaks more data after deadline passes - Jerusalem Post
Black Shadow threatened to leak more data it obtained from the database of the gay dating app Atraf hacked in its attack on the Israeli Internet company Cyberserve, after a 48-hour deadline it had set to meet its demand for $1 million passed on Tuesday.
"The file was blocked by the site hosting the files shortly after Black Shadow published the link to the data."
"48 hours ended! Nobody send us money. They try to chat us, we will show you our chats. Data will be uploaded soon. But this is not the end, we have more plan," the hacker group wrote in broken English on its Telegram channel. (Read more)
5. Attempted Ramming Attack in South Hebron Hills, No Israeli Injuries - Jewish Press
Israeli Border Guard Police officers thwarted an attempted terror attack Tuesday night along Route 60 south of Hebron, in the southern Hebron Hills.
Police said the incident took place during a police operation to stop vehicle theft along the highway near the Arab town of Shamua, (in Arabic, as-Samu), north of the Yatir forest and slightly west of the Israeli town of Susiya.
“A suspicious vehicle came speeding towards the police and tried to run them over,” a police spokesperson said in a statement. “The police fired at the vehicle. (Read more)

1. ABC, CBS, NBC nightly newscasts ignore Virginia gubernatorial race on eve of election - Fox News
On the eve of the country's most highly anticipated election since the 2020 race for president, mainstream networks ABC, CBS and NBC avoided mentioning Virginia's gubernatorial showdown in their Monday night newscasts.
According to Grabien transcripts, and first reported by NewsBusters, each of the networks ignored covering the tight race between former Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican businessman Glenn Youngkin, opting instead to focus on topics that didn't spotlight electoral challenges for Democrats.
ABC spent the largest portion of its coverage on climate change, focusing at one point on Queen Elizabeth's call to action to address the issue. CBS spent a large chunk of time covering former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin's new book, while NBC spent nearly two minutes talking about a food truck in Austin, Texas. (Read more)
- Father God, is the liberal media overplaying its hand? May You cause all voters to become aware of the true, critical news no matter which news outlet(s) they watch. May we see through Your eyes what is really going on and choose the path that is best for our generation, but especially the generations to come. Cause our citizens to desire the truth and then choose to be part of the answer. We remind You, Lord, of the countless prayers for media outlets to become fountains of truth and objective reporting. Save those in media that are perishing, and remove those who continue to manipulate the news.

2. DOJ misses deadline to provide Senate info on basis for school board memo - Fox News
Attorney General Merrick Garland told members of the Senate Judiciary Committee last week that the Department of Justice would provide information that led Garland to issue his memo calling for DOJ intervention in matters related to actions and words directed toward school board officials, but the DOJ has failed to do so by the Nov. 1 deadline set by Republican senators.
The same day that Garland testified, eight GOP committee members sent a letter addressed to Garland calling for any information that inspired the memo other than the letter sent to the Biden administration by the National School Boards Association calling for federal action. Garland had acknowledged that the letter impacted his office's decision-making, but he insisted that it was not the sole basis for the memo.
The senators said they specifically chose Nov. 1 as the deadline because it was exactly five days after the hearing. "Because you were able to distill your evidence and craft a memo that fixed the gaze of the FBI directly on concerned parents across this country in just four days, you should be able to share that evidence with us in the same period of time," the letter said. (Read more)
- Help us to remain patient, Father God, and wait for You to do Your perfect work in cleansing all three branches of our government in Your kairos timing. But please, do not let us sink into apathy; may we continue in prayer and action as You desire. Bless and guide the Senate Judiciary Committee.

3. Marine Corps Commanders Using Form Letter to Deny Religious Exemptions - Brietbart
Marine Corps commanders across different commands are using the same form letter to deny religious accommodation requests for the coronavirus vaccine, despite a legal requirement to consider each request on an individual basis, according to more than a dozen denial letters viewed by Breitbart News.
The use of the same form letter suggests blanket denials across the service regardless of individual circumstances and testimony, according to one lawyer assisting hundreds of service members seeking religious exemptions.
“They’re all identical, every single one of them. It’s evidence that they’re not evaluating them on an individual basis, which is what the regulations and federal law require, and it’s like somebody just issued a template, and they’re just rubber-stamping them,” said Mike Berry, general counsel for First Liberty and Marine reservist. (Read more)
- Lord, send Your wisdom and resources to our military personnel as they deal with this unfair and unlawful treatment—their commanders blatantly ignore proper procedure in dealing with requests for religious exemptions from the vaccine. Send attorneys and wise elders full of the Holy Spirit; speak to those affected in dreams and/or visions. Father, pour out Your Shalom over all personnel seeking exemptions and their loved ones. May they trust in You.

4. DeSantis rips Biden for potential $450K payments to illegal immigrants: 'Slap in the face' - Fox News
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis ripped President Biden over reports that the administration is considering paying $450,000 to illegal immigrants who were separated from their families at the border under the Trump administration, calling the move a "slap in the face to every hard-working American."
The Sunshine State governor said he was "very, very concerned" regarding reports of the potential payments as Americans struggle with rising energy and grocery costs. “You’ve had all kinds of really bad policies throughout our country that has limited freedom," DeSantis said Friday. "And you're going to turn around for that and you’re going to do $475,000 for an individual that came illegally to this country?"
The payments to migrants, if carried out, would likely exceed the payments given to some families of 9/11 victims and Gold Star families. (Read more)
- Father God, this is not only shocking and outrageous, it is absolutely unacceptable and must be stopped. There is no reason whatsoever to suggest giving this kind of money to people crossing into our nation illegally. Our nation is great because our freedom came at the incredibly high price of the lives of our beloved sons and daughters. To suggest using our taxpayer money for this is appalling. There is not one sovereign nation on this planet who does not guard their borders -- with very large guns. Please rise up bold and courageous voices to defeat this wicked plan. In Jesus name!

5. J&J COVID Vaccine Recipients See Higher Risk of Blood Clots: Mayo Clinic Study - The Epoch Times
People who received the Johnson & Johnson single-shot COVID-19 vaccine were more likely to experience a certain type of blood clotting issue than individuals in the general population before the start of the pandemic, according to a study published Nov. 1, although researchers said that the blood clots are rare.
Researchers with the Mayo Clinic, who published their findings in the JAMA Internal Medicine journal, obtained data on blood clotting from Olmsted County, Minnesota, between 2001 and 2015. They then compared rates of blood clotting with those who received the Johnson & Johnson shot.
Individuals who got the vaccine were 3 1/2 times more likely to develop cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) than among the general population between 2001 and 2015, they found. The researchers said the study adjusted for sex and age to make a comparison. (Read more)
- Father, yet another serious, life-threatening risk for people, particularly women from an injection with dubious effectiveness. May we quickly come to a sound, life-giving resolution to this injection drama and that mandates are stopped. We pray for every person who has been injured by the injections, as well as every family suffering from loss of a loved one from covid or the injection. Please bring the truth to light, so people can make informed decisions, in Jesus name.

6. Biden tells leaders U.S. will meet climate goals - Reuters
President Joe Biden on Monday sought to assure world leaders the United States would fulfill its promise to slash greenhouse gas emissions in half by the end of the decade, but a setback at home heightened uncertainty about his ability to follow through.
Biden joined leaders from over 100 countries in Glasgow for the start of the COP26 climate conference, which kicked off on the heels of the G20 summit in Rome that concluded with a statement that urged "meaningful and effective" action on climate change but left huge work for negotiators to ensure an ambitious outcome.
Biden, who succeeded former president Donald Trump in January, pledged earlier this year that the United States would cut its greenhouse gas emissions 50-52% by 2030 compared with 2005 levels. The White House has expressed confidence it can achieve that, even as a bill that would help further those goals languishes in Congress, with a key senator on Monday withholding his support, for now. (Read more)
- Lord God, the nations are pushing forward these climate change plans which involve spending incredible amounts of money that may or may not be effective in accomplishing the goal. We ask You Abba to intervene on this worldwide plan to radically alter life as we know it, around the world. Please raise up those who champion science and truth, so that everyone can make reasonable decisions as good stewards in this matter.

7. Judge halts Chicago's vaccine mandate deadline, sides with police union - Fox News
An Illinois judge granted a temporary restraining order blocking a vaccine mandate for employees of Chicago, and siding with the Chicago Fraternal Order of Police. Cook County Judge Raymond Mitchell issued a written decision Monday that the city can still place police officers on no-pay status for not abiding by the city’s directive to report their vaccination status by Oct. 15.
The order, however, blocks the city from firing members of the FOP for not meeting a Dec. 31 deadline of vaccination until the FOP’s arguments are heard by an arbitrator.
The order only applies to members of the union, not other city workers.
"The City’s counsel suggested at oral argument that it might be possible to arbitrate the grievances before December 31, 2021, but that is a matter for the parties to resolve among themselves," Mitchell wrote in the order. "So, the only remedy left to protect the unions’ right to meaningful arbitration is to stay in compliance with the December 31 vaccination requirement until such time as the arbitration is complete.” (Read more)
- Father God, we ask You to arbitrate on behalf of this police department and every other police department, first responders, military, nurses, everyone who are being faced with this unwelcome demand upon their bodies, Your temple. Father, grant us the courage and wisdom to know how to defeat these dictates from people, so that we can follow Your Godly design for our health and wellness, in the name of Jesus.
- "Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
8. U.S. gas prices hit 7-year high, as crude oil prices continue to climb, though at slower pace - Just The News
Prices of gasoline in the United States have climbed to a new seven-year high. For the week of Nov. 1, the national average for one gallon of regular gasoline rose to $3.39, up less than a cent from the week prior, due to a slight dip in domestic demand.
According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, demand for gasoline fell from 9.63 to 9.32 million barrels per day. The Automobile Association of America says that the drop in demand for gas has helped stem the pace of rising prices, while predicting that pump prices will continue to increase while crude oil prices remain in the $80-plus per barrel range.
Demand, however, continues to outstrip supply for crude oil from OPEC and other producers.
Crude oil prices are heading toward $85 a barrel this week – Brent crude rose 20 cents to $84.91/barrel on Tuesday morning, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate climbed $84.19.
Next week OPEC+ is scheduled to raise its output by 400,000 per day early this month at its next meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday. (Read more)
- Father God, we cry out to You for relief from these high gas prices that affect every aspect of life. Lord, we know You are our provision and that You alone can see to it that Your people are cared for as necessary. We pray that You would use Your miracle working power to increase the supply of oil by giving us favor with those whom the leaders of our country have so wrongly made us dependent upon. Thank You for Your power to defeat the evil plans of evil men.
- "For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth." (1 Kings 17:14)
9. Biden administration announces plan to tighten regs on oil, gas sector, undo Trump rollbacks - Just The News
The Biden administration is launching a wide-ranging plan to reduce methane emissions, with the centerpiece an upcoming Environmental Protection Agency rule to tighten such regulations on the oil and gas sector.
The plan is being announced Tuesday as President Biden concludes two days at a United Nations climate summit in Scotland where he pledged to work with the European Union and other countries to reduce overall methane emissions worldwide by 30% by 2030, according to the Associated Press.
The upcoming EPA regulation was laid out in one of Biden’s first executive orders.
The proposed rule would for the first that targets existing U.S. oil and gas wells, instead of focusing only on new wells as previous regulations have done. (Read more)
- In the mighty name of Jesus, we come against the plans of the enemy to strangle and bankrupt the oil and gas industry so that honor may be given to a nebulous entity called "climate change." We cancel and destroy all evil alliances that are harmful to the United States and pray that the Lord would work in this situation to relieve the oil and gas industry of so destructive an agenda. Oh Lord, please replace all who are conspiring to make life harder for the American people.
- "And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows. . . " (Exodus 3:7)
10. Philadelphia becomes first major city to ban police stops for minor traffic violations - Just The News
Philadelphia became the first major U.S. city to ban police stops for minor traffic violations in an effort to reduce harmful interactions between law enforcement and people of color. Mayor Jim Kenney signed legislation Monday, some two weeks after the city council voted 14-2 in favor of the policy, which will limit traffic stops to primary violations that threaten public safety.
“To many people who look like me, a traffic stop is a rite of passage – we pick out cars, we determine routes, we plan our social interactions around the fact that it is likely that we will be pulled over by police,” said Council Member Isaiah Thomas, who introduced the ordinance. “By removing the traffic stops that promote discrimination rather than public safety, City Council has made our streets safer and more equitable”
The new rule targets “secondary violations” that include things such as expired registration, a single broken piece tail light or missing inspection and emissions testing certificates. (Read more)
- Oh Father, what a slippery slope this city is embarking upon! We cancel and destroy all foolish thinking associated with this harmful action. Father, we pray for all leaders who do not have the mind of Christ to be replaced quickly so that this city does not become a wasteland of lawlessness.
- "So you too, outwardly appear righteous to people, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness." (Matthew 23:28)
The Daily Jot
A Bounty On Your Life
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, November 3, 2021
An investigation of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) documents and the Federal Register reveals that CMS, as authorized by the CARES Act in March 2020, established the treatments for COVID 19 and the coding system that financially incentivized hospitals to receive bonuses for all things COVID. Hospitals were incentivized to vaccinate, test, diagnose, hospital admission, use add-on treatments such as remdesivir and ventilators, and reporting COVID 19-related deaths. While this is not new news, it confirms why hospitals and doctors are reluctant to use new and effective COVID treatments and protocols because CMS won’t pay for them, even though they are known to save lives.
What does this mean for your health and safety? Truth For Health Foundation held an educational press conference October 30 that exposed the outcome of government policies. A December 12, 2019 article in the New England Journal of Medicine concluded that the use of remdesivir in treating patients during the 2018 West African Ebola outbreak had to be discontinued “because mortality exceeded 50%.” While Ebola is not COVID 19, remdesivir is remdesivir, and it’s use negatively impacts internal organs. Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control published studies indicate a range of 71-75% adverse events caused by remdesivir, and many of the studies documented that remdesivir treatment had to be discontinued after 5-10 days because of adverse events or even worse, death. How Fauci Fooled America by Martin Kulldorff, Ph.D.,
NEWSWEEK MAGAZINE
In private conversations, most of our scientific colleagues agree with us on these points. While a few have spoken up, why are not more doing so? Well, some tried but failed. Others kept silent when they saw colleagues slandered and smeared in the media or censored by Big Tech. Some are government employees who are barred from contradicting official policy. Many are afraid of losing positions or research grants, aware that Dr. Fauci sits on top of the largest pile of infectious disease research money in the world. Most scientists are not experts on infectious disease outbreaks. Were we, say, oncologists, physicists or botanists, we would probably also have trusted Dr. Fauci.
The evidence is in. Governors, journalists, scientists, university presidents, hospital administrators and business leaders can continue to follow Dr. Anthony Fauci or open their eyes. After 700,000-plus COVID deaths and the devastating effects of lockdowns, it is time to return to basic principles of public health.
Martin Kulldorff, Ph.D., is an epidemiologist, biostatistician, and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Jay Bhattacharya, MD, Ph.D., is a Professor of Health Policy at Stanford University School of Medicine. Both are Senior Scholars at the newly formed Brownstone Institute.

Atheist Group Urges Congressmembers to Stop Participating in the National Prayer Breakfast
Atheist activists are calling on congressional members to halt participation in the National Prayer Breakfast, a decades-old, annual tradition attended by the president and other high-ranking officials from both parties. The Freedom From Religion Foundation, an atheist activist group based in Madison, Wisconsin, reportedly reached out to every member of Congress who sponsored the 2021 event and urged them to abandon future plans.
“Are we really still doing this in 2021?” FFRF co-president Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement. “Year after year, scandal after scandal, and still not a single prayer has been answered.” Gaylor went on to say the separation of church and state is being disrespected with participants’ mixture of politics and faith and that “their god doesn’t give a fig for their mimosa-driven pleas.”
A subject line on at least one copy of the letter sent to members of Congress read, “Please stop sponsoring and attending the National Prayer Breakfast.” “Members of Congress who sponsor or attend the event in their official capacity unfortunately and perhaps inadvertently are sending a clear message that their office endorses the event’s religious message, in violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment,” the letter reads, in part.
It should be noted that the National Prayer Breakfast typically hosts well over 3,000 guests from around the world who are reportedly invited through various organizations. The National Prayer Breakfast dates back to 1953, when the tradition was launched by then-President Dwight Eisenhower. It has expanded over the years and remains one of the most popular annual events in Washington. (Faithwire) Read more.

"Let's Go, Brandon!"
A few weeks ago, a crowd at a NASCAR race started chanting a vulgar phrase about Joe Biden. I don't endorse that kind of language. It's unfortunate that our politics has become so coarse that such things are said about our presidents.
But an NBC sports reporter did her best to cover for the president and told the viewing audience that the crowd was chanting, "Let's Go Brandon!" for driver Brandon Brown who had just won the race.
It was the epitome of fake news. The phrase "Let's Go Brandon!" quickly went viral as many Americans embraced the reporter's lie and turned it into a weapon in the culture war.
I have watched a number of videos when huge crowds at college football games are chanting, "Let's Go Brandon!" It's all being done with a great deal of humor, not anger, and the cultural phenomena is growing.
Of course, humorless liberals can't stand it. Their heads are exploding. Liberal media commentators are melting down on air. Other leftists are trying to get "Let's Go Brandon!" merchandise banned.
Why are they reacting with such anxiety and emotion now? Well, it's just another example of the left's totalitarian impulse.
I suspect another explanation is that the whole point of the leftist juggernaut is control and conformity. It wants you to feel alone and isolated in the new America they're trying to create.
But there are more of us than there are of them. And they know that when a chant at a football game becomes a chart-topping hit, conservatives are discovering that there is strength in numbers and there are more of us than we thought.
That's just my theory. I can't prove it. But the left's reaction to a silly phrase is way over-the-top. (Read more of yesterday's report by Gary Bauer by going here.)

Weird cosmic object keeps exploding over and over again,
and scientists don't know why
Astronomers have watched a mysterious cosmic object shoot out 1,652 blasts of energy over a short period of time. Though researchers are still stumped as to what caused the repeated eruptions, they hope the observations will help them get closer to an answer.
The entity in question is called a fast radio burst (FRB), an enigmatic phenomenon first observed in 2007. FRBs produce pulses in the radio part of the electromagnetic spectrum; these pulses last only a few thousandths of a second but produce as much energy as the sun does in a year.
Some FRBs emit energy just once, but several — including an object called FRB 121102, located in a dwarf galaxy 3 billion light-years away — are known to repeat their bursts. Using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (FAST) in China, a team of scientists decided to conduct an extensive study of this repeating FRB. Read More

Nightly Prayer to HOLD THE LINE... and Today's Prophetic Words
We invite you to join a NIGHTLY prayer call with Rick Warzywak, Prayer leader for Transform Michigan. The call is focused on prayer over the Presidential election results and is EVERY NIGHT from 9-10pm EST.
The Living God is not even considered
in their thinking!!
Pray for Mr. Biden that he would literally wake up, repent, be born again and receive Holy Spirit Wisdom. At present Biden is a vessel for the spirit of humanism which denies Christ. Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25 expose this humanistic lie from the anti-Christ: " There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death."
Proverbs 28:15 also speaks to this: "As a roaring lion, and a raging bear; so is a wicked ruler over a poor people."
And Proverbs 14:34: "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people."
In an 1803 Election sermon to the Connecticut legislature, the Reverend Mathias Burnet admonished citizen and leaders: " To God and posterity you are accountable for your rights and your rulers... Let not your children have reason to curse you for giving up those rights and prostrating those institutions which your fathers delivered to you."
And John Adams spoke Truth when he said: " The safety and prosperity of Nations ultimately and essentially depend on the protection and the blessing of Almighty God, and the National acknowledgment of this truth is...an indispensable duty which the people owe to Him." Read More
