'Unbelievable Revival': God Is Moving in Power Around the World - Charisma News

A remarkable Christian revival is underway in a Russian-controlled part of Moldova, despite Moscow’s heavy hand. Very few foreign journalists are allowed in, but CBN News gained rare access to the Transnistria region. Getting here is no easy feat. We began the 5,000-mile journey from the U.S. East Coast, stopping first in the tiny former Soviet republic of Moldova’s capital Chisinau. From there, we drove north along Ukraine’s southwestern border, where Moscow has recently stirred up political turmoil. We made our way through several Russian checkpoints to Transnistria’s capital Tiraspol where a huge statue of Lenin still adorns the town square.
The Lord put a burden on Yuriy Semenyuk’s heart to move his family to this volatile region. “In my heart, I really love people, that is my passion to serve people. I love God and I wanted to do something for Him all my life. And after a while, God told me, ‘Yuriy, I need you in one place that name is Transnistria’,” the pastor of Church of Christ Savior tells us. In 2000, Pastor Yuriy, his wife, and three children decided to move from their home country in neighboring Ukraine to Transnistria. The first seven years of ministry as a missionary family were not easy. “I was targeted by some people from the government, policemen, KGB and gangsters. The worst of course was from the gangsters because they tried to kill me, they tried to kidnap my children. Once I was kidnapped, but praise God, God let me escape,” he recalls. Trump sues New York Times for $10 billion over ‘false and defamatory statements’

President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney has sent a letter to the New York Times (NYT) and book publisher Penguin Random House (PRH) demanding $10 billion in damages over “false and defamatory statements.”
The letter reportedly arrived a few days before the presidential election but has just recently come to light.
“There was a time, long ago, when the New York Times was considered the ‘newspaper of record,” wrote Trump’s attorney, Edward Andrew Paltzik, according to the Columbia Journalism Review (CJR), which reviewed the 10-page letter. “Those halcyon days have passed.”
The letter accuses the NYT of being “a full-throated mouthpiece of the Democratic Party” that uses “industrial-scale libel against political opponents.” (LifeSite News) Read more here.

Trump Confirms He’s Prepared to Declare National Emergency to Initiate Mass Deportations
|

President-elect Donald Trump confirmed on Nov. 18 that he will declare a nationwide emergency to carry out mass deportations of illegal immigrants, a move he frequently proposed while on the campaign trail.
Tom Fitton, the head of the conservative legal group Judicial Watch, wrote in a Nov. 9 post on the social media platform Truth Social that he had heard “reports” that Trump was “prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program.”
On Monday, Trump reposted Fitton’s remark on Truth Social, responding, “TRUE!!”
In his post, the president-elect did not elaborate more on his plans, but the vow to initiate mass deportations was a major part of Trump’s 2024 campaign messaging strategy.
Trump and running mate JD Vance often publicly pledged to carry out the plan and to reverse Biden-era immigration orders, saying that it’s a needed step to reduce crime and the fentanyl overdose epidemic and improve the U.S. economy.
One of Trump’s first cabinet selections was former acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan to become his “border czar” and help initiate the plan.
Homan and Vance have indicated in interviews that the incoming Trump administration will prioritize deporting criminal illegal immigrants. In a Fox News interview earlier this month, Homan said he would prioritize “public safety threats and national security threats” and increase workplace inspections for illegal immigrants.
“Worksite operations have to happen,” he said. “Where do we find most victims of sex trafficking and forced labor trafficking? At work sites.” (Read more)

Mysterious Break in Baltic Sea Data Cable Between Finland and Germany Probed
|
|
A submarine data communications cable across the Baltic Sea between Finland and Germany has broken, and the cause for the disruption is being investigated.
On Nov. 18, “a fault” was detected in the C-Lion1 cable belonging to Finnish state-controlled data services provider Cinia, which runs nearly 1,200 kilometers (about 746 miles) from the Finnish capital, Helsinki, to the German port city of Rostock.
“Due to the fault, the services provided over the C-Lion1 cable are down. The cause of the fault is being investigated,” Cinia said in a statement. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Senate Leader-Elect Urges ICC to Drop Israel Arrest Warrants or Face Sanctions
|

|
Incoming Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) on Nov. 17 urged the Senate to impose sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) if it continued to pursue arrest warrants for Israeli officials over the Israel–Hamas war in Gaza.
In June, the House of Representatives passed a bill aimed at imposing sanctions on those involved in the ICC’s efforts “to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute a protected person.” Under this bill, those subject to sanctions would be ineligible to enter or remain in the United States.
Thune said the Senate Republican majority will make the bill, along with other supportive legislation, “a top priority in the next Congress” should there be no action taken by outgoing Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).
“If the ICC and its prosecutor do not reverse their outrageous and unlawful actions to pursue arrest warrants against Israeli officials, the Senate should immediately pass sanctions legislation, as the House has already done on a bipartisan basis,” Thune stated on social media platform X. 1. Netanyahu: Israel will review Iran options when Trump takes office - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting on Monday that Israel will review its ability to act against Iran once the new U.S. administration takes over.
At the start of the discussion, the prime minister said that while the war is being waged on seven fronts, “It has one source—Iran … [whose] goal is the destruction of the State of Israel,” according to a Knesset readout.
Netanyahu detailed three threats from Iran: its proxies, such as Hamas and Hezbollah, its ballistic missiles and its nuclear program.
“Our ability to act against these three threats will be evaluated in the near future together with the incoming administration in Washington,” he said. (Read more)

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed during a trip to Gaza on Tuesday to “hunt down” terrorists who harmed the hostages being held in the Palestinian enclave, offering a hefty financial reward and safe passage for anyone willing to provide information leading to an abductee’s return.
“To those who are holding our hostages: Anyone who dares to harm our hostages will have blood on their head. We will hunt you down and get you,” Netanyahu said in a video in Hebrew recorded on Gaza’s beach along the Mediterranean Sea.
However, the Israeli premier added, “whoever brings us a hostage will be given a safe way, for him and his family, to leave. We will also give a reward of $5 million for each kidnapped person. You choose — the choice is yours — but the result will be the same. We’ll get them all back.” (Read more)

3. 2 Israelis attacked after entering Arab village - Israel National News
Two Israelis entered the village of Deir Ballut in Samaria this evening (Tuesday) and were attacked by dozens of Arabs.
Security forces have dispatched a significant contingent to the scene. Apparently, a Palestinian Arab reported to Israeli authorities about the attack on the two Israelis and claimed that one of them was unconscious and he was trying to rescue them and hand them over to the security forces.
After many minutes, the two Israelis were handed over to the military forces and it was reported that they were conscious and were receiving medical treatment on the spot. (Read more)

4. Italy defense ministry admits rockets were from Hezbollah, not Israel - Jerusalem Post
Italy's defense ministry admits Hezbollah staged an attack on itself when a UN Interim Force in Lebanon base was hit by rocket fire that it initially blamed on Israel, Barron's reported on Tuesday.
Last week, Italy said an unexploded artillery shell hit the base of UNIFIL base, putting the blame on the IDF.
According to Barron's, Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto had initially said in Brussels that the IDF had staged the attack on the UN base in Lebanon. (Read more)

5. Argentina pulls out of UNIFIL as rockets hit southern Lebanon peacekeeping mission - Times of Israel
GENEVA, Switzerland — Argentina is pulling its troops from a peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, a UNIFIL spokesperson said on Tuesday, as Blue Helmets reported several attacks on their positions, injuring four peacekeepers and damaging a base. The IDF said Hezbollah was responsible for both incidents.
The move by Argentina appeared to represent the first sign of cracks in the unity of the mission, which has been caught in the crossfire as Israel battles against Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.
The 10,000-strong peacekeeping mission known as UNIFIL is deployed in southern Lebanon to monitor the demarcation line with Israel, an area where there have been hostilities between Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah terror group for over a year. (Read more)

1. Pennsylvania Supreme Court Orders Election Boards to Stop Counting Illegal Ballots - Breitbart
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is ordering Boards of Elections throughout the state to follow its previous rulings and not count “mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply” with the state election code.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued its ruling on Monday, as elections board officials in Bucks County, in particular, have defied Pennsylvania Supreme Court precedent and moved to count ballots that the court has determined cannot be counted.
The Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Pennsylvania brought the lawsuit against all 67 counties in Pennsylvania, as all eyes are on the U.S. Senate race where Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) refuses to concede to Sen.-elect Dave McCormick (D-PA) despite the Associated Press calling the race for McCormick more than week ago.
The ruling comes days after Bucks County commissioners Diane Ellis-Marseglia and chair Robert Harvie Jr. moved in a 2-1 vote to count 405 misdated or undated mail-in ballots on November 12, as counsel for McCormick pointed out in a separate lawsuit against the Bucks County Board of Elections in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. 'Lack of regard' by U.S. marshals for constitutional rights 'is very troubling'
Members of Congress are demanding the Department of Justice inspector general review a case in which the U.S. Marshals Service pulled guns on an innocent woman, berated and screamed at her, arrested her and jailed her overnight.
They had been looking for a different woman, but attacked Penny McCarthy in an incident that is on video reports now:
The letter demanding a review was sent to Inspector General Michael Horowitz by Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, the head of the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., of the Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance.
"We are very concerned at both the USMS's carelessness and the excessive force during this encounter. The USMS's lack of regard for Ms. McCarthy's due process rights is very troubling and oversight is necessary to ensure similar abuses do not happen in the future. Part of the stated mission of the Department of Justice (DOJ) OIG is to 'review the programs and personnel' of the USMS," the letter said. (Read more)

4. Study: Christian Voters Responsible for Trump Victory - Washington Stand
In the wake of President-elect Donald Trump’s historic electoral victory earlier this month, media pundits and talking heads have focused on his significant gains among traditionally-Democratic voting blocs, such as young voters and both black and Hispanic men; but a new study is suggesting that it was Christian voters who were the decisive factor in Trump’s win. George Barna, senior research fellow for the Center for Biblical Worldview at Family Research Council and director of the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University, published his post-election report last week, demonstrating that Christian voters “made the difference in the race.”
Prior to the election, Barna had anticipated that voter turnout among Christians would be low, with as many as 40 million Christians simply choosing not to vote. While Christians did vote in fewer numbers than they did in 2020, Barna noted that the “potentially devastating impact for the Trump campaign was blunted by the even lower levels of turnout among the Harris campaign’s target segments.” Overall, 56% of self-identified Christians voted in 2024, which Barna pointed out “was barely higher than the involvement among people aligned with non-Christian faiths (53%), but significantly higher than among voting-age Americans who have no religious faith (48%).” Interestingly, Catholic voters and Christians with a biblical worldview both outperformed their 2020 turnout by three points.
“Trump was a heavy favorite among most of the three dozen Christian segments studied by the Cultural Research Center survey. The former president received a landslide 56% to 43% margin of victory among all self-identified Christians,” Barna observed. He added, “Among the approximately 75 million votes Trump garnered in the election, more than three-quarters of them — 78% — came from the Christian community.” Barna also noted that Trump’s Democratic opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, scored low among almost all Christian denominations and demographics, with the exception of “mainline and traditionally black Protestant congregations.” Overall, less than two thirds of Harris’s votes came from Christians. 5. Rep. Nancy Mace to Introduce Bill Preventing Transgender People from Using Female Bathrooms in Capitol - Breitbart
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) is introducing a bill that would prevent transgender people from using the women’s bathroom in the Capitol building.
Under the bill, a “Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House may not use a single-sex facility (including a restroom, changing room, or locker room) in the Capitol or House Office Buildings, other than those corresponding to the biological sex of such individual.”
The Sergeant-at-Arms for the House of Representatives would be responsible for enforcing the bill, according to the text of the bill.
In a post on X which included photos of the bill, Mace wrote: “Biological men do not belong in private women’s spaces. Period. Full stop. End of story.” (Read more)

6. Over 40 Fortune 100 Companies Cover Abortion Travel - Daily Signal
At least 42 companies in the Fortune 100 pay for employees to travel for an abortion in states where it isn’t available, according to a new report from the Washington-based Ethics and Public Policy Center.
Forty-two companies is likely an undercount because coverage for abortion travel is becoming standard in many health care plans for procedures not available nearby, according to the EPPC report from Alexandra Desanctis and Nathaniel Blake.
Most of the companies that publicly affirmed coverage for abortion-related travel don’t provide public information on their child-care benefits.
The cost of covering abortion is much cheaper for a corporation than paying for maternity leave, prenatal and maternal health care, child care, and the possibility of losing the employee, the report says. (Read more)

The Disruptive Path Ahead

Democrat leaders are blaming each other for the losses during the recent election. This only can be good for the United States. If a total rejection of immoral, Marxist principles causes party bosses introspect and a change in direction, the resulting competition of new ideas in alignment with mainstream Americans would be a welcome change. If the infighting between establishment liberals and the extremists that have taken over the party causes an implosion of the party, that too, would be good for all of America. But instead of working toward the good of America, they plan are to double down on opposing everything in the Trump Administration through a very specific “shadow government.”
On MSNBC’s November 14 broadcast, Liberal Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) stated the obvious, “[W]e became very intolerant, very judgmental of people who thought differently than us on social and cultural issues and other tough subjects like guns and climate. I think we should return to the party we were in the ’70s and ’80s, when we had economics as the tent pole, and then we let people in who thought differently than us on other social and cultural issues, and we fought out those debates inside that tent. That’s a difficult thing for the Democratic Party to do, because we have applied a lot of litmus tests over the years. But those litmus tests have added up to a party that is pretty exclusionary, and is shrinking, not growing.” Read More

Keep the Enemy from Shifting Times and Seasons

Dear Prayer Warriors,
By now, most of you are aware of the potential of nuclear war from Ukraine firing on Russia. We must pray and restrain Putin from starting a nuclear war.
Last year, the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders prophesied that in the 2024 elections, we needed to elect a wartime president. The word went on to say that if we did not, then in 2025, enemies of the U.S. would not be afraid of us. We have elected that war-time president.
Satan wants to take advantage of this transition time to wreak havoc upon the nations. The enemy wants to destabilize the world, and we must pray that this does not take place.
Transition times happen when nations are most vulnerable. This includes when Trump takes office as he is going to make massive changes to uproot corruption. His campaign promise to deport the criminal illegals will be like nothing we have ever seen.
We need to pray for wisdom for him and his team. We also need to intercede for the right people to be in cabinet positions and other government offices.
The second part of the prophetic word was that we need war-time Intercessors. This is very evident now. In times when war clouds are threatening, we need massive prayer and humble crying out to God for peace.

We could be on the tip of a nuclear conflict being unleashed in the escalating Ukraine-Russia conflict. If that happens, it could spread rapidly to include the NATO nations of Europe, China, North Korea, Iran, Israel, and the USA due to already mounting tensions over the past few years. This is mainly due to the feckless, corrupt and Marxist-influenced current US administration, that despite being rejected by most Americans in our election two weeks ago, is now allowing the use of U.S. long-range missiles by Ukraine to penetrate deeply into Russia. That uncalled for, provocative action risks the already much-threatened use of nukes by Vladimir Putin and his Kremlin colleagues. . .
In what seems to be an accurate analysis of the very real danger we face from a possible first use of nukes by one side trying to preempt the other, commentator Michael Snyder warns:
“Many U.S. officials assume that since we would never conduct a first strike, the Russians wouldn't either. That is a tragic mistake. If we keep crossing the red lines that the Russians have established, we will eventually find out that they weren't bluffing at all.”
He also points out that in again revising their nuclear doctrine for the first use of such weapons and restoring and readying their bomb shelters, the Russians are sending clear signals that they are ready to use their largest nuclear weapons arsenal in the world if Ukraine uses American (or NATO) long-range missiles which has just happened for the first time yesterday. |

Some specific prayer concerns:
1. Let’s not panic but fervently pray, asking the Lord who loves and watches over all our nations to intervene as we also agree together for the binding of the evil one who is the “liar and murderer from the beginning” as Jesus called him. (Matt. 18:18-20) Undoubtedly, this is also a spiritual battle against the one who delights in the maximum destruction of all humans made in God’s image.
2. Pray that Pres. Trump, now moving toward taking office in January, can intervene wisely and effectively, convincing Putin and Zelensky to hold back on escalating this conflict which has already killed or injured up to one million people.
3. Given the mounting tensions and suspicions, let’s pray that there will not be any miscalculation or wrong move by either side, including NATO and the USA, that would cause any to launch their tactical or strategic nuclear weapons.
4. That the foolhardy move of allowing the Ukrainians to use long-range missiles to penetrate deeper into Russia and enrage Putin when peace negotiations were being anticipated will now further motivate both sides to urgently bring an end to this pointless war.
In short, let’s call out to the Lord together, believing the Healer of the Nations for His merciful deliverance in this scary situation.

New findings on the origins of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre
|

- Heritage Daily: Excavations conducted by archaeologists from the Sapienza University of Rome have uncovered new findings about the origins of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, located in the Christian Quarter, Jerusalem.
The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is a 4th century church that serves as the seat of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem.
Tradition holds that the church stands on the site of Jesus’ crucifixion, burial, and resurrection, making it one of the holiest sites in Christianity.
According to a press event attended by members of the Greek Orthodox, Latin Catholics (Custody of the Holy Land), and Armenians who are custodians of the church, excavations have revealed that the site was originally an ancient quarry, evidenced by deep saw cuts in the rocky terrain and block stone extraction.
Quarrying trends were observed to extend northeast to southwest, with some areas exceeding five metres in depth. The quarry was abandoned during the Iron Age, which was repurposed for agricultural use growing olives and grapes. Read More
