Ex-IDF soldier becomes first Republican in 50 years to win New York State Assembly seat in Long Island district
|
|
A former officer in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) became the first Republican to win a state assembly seat in northern Hempstead, Long Island in more than 50 years. Daniel Norber narrowly defeated two-term Democratic incumbent Gina Silitti to capture the 16th District of the New York State Assembly. The district encompasses most of Nassau County, an area which maintains a significant Jewish population.
Norber’s victory came amid a huge surge in support for Republican candidates across the country. US President-elect Donald Trump won the 16th District by over 2,000 votes, assisting Norber, a dual US-Israeli citizen, secure victory in his history-making down-ballot race. The ex-IDF officer’s win also came in the midst of increasing antisemitism across the country. In the year following the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas’s massacre across southern Israel last Oct. 7, Jewish families in Nassau County have reported being targeted with hate crimes. Radical Trump-Hater Who Supports Communist Antifa Allegedly Unmasked as Secret Service Agent
|
|
Agency Launches Investigation
|
|
Another shocking allegation involving the Secret Service could potentially endanger President Trump’s life further following two assassination attempts.
Counter-extremism researchers with the Justice Report say they have discovered that a lifelong anarchist, left-wing extremist, and devout follower of Anfifa is working as a Secret Service agent. Moreover, the individual reportedly has made a series of disgusting comments regarding Trump.
The Justice Report also states the alleged agent admits to being a lifelong radical and fan of infamous 20th-century Russian anarchist Peter Kropotkin, whose books continue to inspire anarcho-communism, including street violence and other acts of domestic terror.
The outlet also notes the Antifa sympathizer additionally boasts he is a “walking talking infoshop” of anarchist political theory and praises antifascists for turning him against conservatives courtesy of multiple leftist podcasts.
Upon learning about the horrifying report, Real Clear Politics National Correspondent Susan Crabtree contacted the agency for comment. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugilielmi responded to her by saying they had launched an investigation.
The U.S. Secret Service recently became aware of alleged social media posts by an employee that have prompted an internal review,” Gugilielmi said in a statement. “We are taking this matter seriously, and this employee’s assigned duties have been modified while this review is underway.” Gateway Pundit) Read more.

- Lord God we lift Donald Trump and his family up to you right now and we just pray a hedge of protection over him that no plot, scheme or plan of the enemy will come to fruition against him. He stands firm in his calling that you’ve placed upon his life in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that all this fraud and corruption would be uncovered in the Secret Service and that it would be corrected in Jesus' name. Thank you for your faithfulness in continuing to protect President Trump and we thank you, Lord, that no matter what he goes through you are using it to build his character and fully equip him for his purpose, in Jesus' name, amen.
- "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." (James 1:2-4)

China’s Xi vows to work with Trump during meeting with Biden
|
|
Chinese President Xi Jinping told President Biden on Saturday that he will work with the incoming administration of President-elect Trump, as the two current leaders spoke on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Lima, Peru.
The meeting between Biden and Xi marked the first time in seven months the two had spoken, Reuters reported, and may be the last time the two meet on conflicts from cybercrime to trade, Taiwan, the South China Sea and Russia before Trump returns to the Oval Office in January 2025.
Xi told Biden, "China’s goal of a stable, healthy and sustainable China-U.S. relationship remains unchanged," acknowledging the "ups and downs" between the two countries.
"China is ready to work with the new U.S. administration to maintain communication, expand cooperation and manage differences," Xi said. (Fox News) Read more here.

Pentagon fails 7th audit in a row, unable to fully account for $824B budget
|
|
The Pentagon failed its seventh consecutive audit on Friday as the agency was unable to fully account for its massive $824 billion budget, though officials were confident the Department of Defense "has turned a corner" in understanding its budgetary challenges going forward.
The audits resulted in a disclaimer of opinion, which means auditors were provided with insufficient information to form an accurate opinion of the accounts.
Of the Department of Defense’s (DoD) 28 reporting entities that had standalone audits, 9 received an unmodified audit opinion, 1 received a qualified opinion, 15 received disclaimers, and 3 opinions remain pending, the Pentagon said.
But with the goal of achieving a clean audit by 2028, Michael McCord, Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) and Chief Financial Officer, said the agency "has turned a corner in its understanding of the depth and breadth of its challenges."
"Momentum is on our side, and throughout the Department there is strong commitment—and belief in our ability—to achieve an unmodified audit opinion," he said in a statement.

3. Netanyahu says openly that Israel struck a ‘specific component’ in Iran’s nuclear program in October - World Israel News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday that Israel‘s air attack on Iran last month hit an element of Tehran’s nuclear program while degrading its defense and missile production capabilities.
“It’s not a secret,” Netanyahu said in a speech in parliament. “There is a specific component in their nuclear program that was hit in this attack.”
He did not identify the component, but added that Iran’s path to a nuclear weapon had not been blocked.

4. US envoy heads to Beirut as Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire talks gain momentum - CNN
United States envoy Amos Hochstein is expected in Beirut on Tuesday, according to two Lebanese official sources, in what is seen as a sign of progress in ceasefire negotiations for the deadly cross-border conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
The news comes after Beirut responded “positively” to a US-backed proposal to stop the Israel-Hezbollah war, per Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Makati. Speaking to Al Araby TV news channel on Monday, Makati said the Lebanese government had been seeking clarification on some “unclear points” in the ceasefire proposal, but that large parts of the draft agreement were resolved.
Certain points would “clarification” through a “face to face” discussions with Hochstein, he added. US ambassador to Lebanon Lisa Johnson relayed the proposal to the Lebanese government via Nabih Berri, the parliament speaker, on Thursday night, a Lebanese official told CNN earlier. (Read more)

The Biden administration announced a new round of sanctions on Monday against three Israelis and three organizations, including the leading Amana development group, which it accuses of undermining “peace, security and stability” in Judea and Samaria.
Matthew Miller, the U.S. State Department spokesman, said that the sanctioned individuals and entities had engaged in “violence targeting civilians or in the destruction or dispossession of property.”
“Their actions, collectively and individually, undermine peace, security and stability in the West Bank and the safety of both Israelis and Palestinians,” he said. (The Biden administration and some others refer to Judea and Samaria as the “West Bank.”)
He called on Jerusalem to “take action and hold accountable those responsible for or complicit in violence, forced displacement, and the dispossession of private land.”

2. '$1 billion disaster': Here's what FEC filings show about Harris campaign's 3 month spending spree - New York Post
Vice President Kamala Harris’ failed presidential campaign spent more than $1 billion in three months, highlighted by several expenditures that have drawn intense criticism, including spending on celebrity influencers, radical activist groups and private jets.
FEC filings show the Harris campaign made two $500,000 payments to Oprah Winfrey’s production company, first reported by the Washington Examiner, on Oct. 15, a month after Winfrey appeared with Harris at a town hall event and weeks before Oprah was on stage with Harris at a Philadelphia rally before election day.
Conservatives on social media widely criticized the move, accusing Harris of buying the famous endorsement that ultimately did not yield a victory. (Read more)

3. Venezuelan gang's human trafficking operations surge in Tennessee's four major cities - Fox News
Tennessee police are warning about the surge of Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang activity in their four major cities, with a top law enforcement official placing the blame on the "porous" southern border.
"This gang has exploited [the border]," said Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director David Rausch on "Fox & Friends." Friday.
Rausch said the gang has been running human trafficking operations and expanding into other criminal activities in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville and Chattanooga.
"They go from human trafficking to organized retail crime theft, and then they move into the drug trade, taking on the cartels in very violent, bloody battles that they've had." (Read more)

5. Trump Vs. Burrowing Bureaucrats: How Democrats Are Embedding Loyalists To Undermine Trump - American Liberty News
In the waning days of the Obama administration, a concerted effort was made to entrench political appointees in civil service roles across major government agencies. These carefully selected operatives, embedded within departments like State, Justice and Homeland Security, were more than bureaucratic placeholders; they were soldiers in the ideological struggle to resist the incoming Trump administration. For instance, officials within the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) notoriously slow-rolled efforts to revise climate policies, deliberately delaying meetings, burying reports and circumventing directives to maintain Obama-era environmental regulations. When President Trump assumed office in 2017, these entrenched officials used every available tactic to obstruct, delay or outright sabotage his agenda. Burrowing allowed the Obama political class to outlast its electoral defeat, transforming policy disagreements into bureaucratic trench warfare.
. . . When Trump returns to power, his approach to handling burrowed bureaucrats will need to be more refined. Rather than attempting a sweeping overhaul of civil service protections, a more targeted approach could be key. By strategically appointing aggressive reformers to lead OPM and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Trump could more effectively scrutinize burrowing cases and leverage existing performance review mechanisms to root out obstructive officials. Names already circulating as potential OPM leaders include allies who have publicly emphasized reforming the federal workforce to ensure accountability. (Read more)

|
- Lord, we pray against this burrowing by the Biden administration. We pray success on the Trump administration and that they learn and apply lessons from his previous time in Washington on how to surround himself with people who support his agenda.

6. Leaked Call Reveals Colorado Secretary Of State's Cover-Up Of Dominion Voting Password Leak - American Liberty News
The Colorado voting machine security breach, overseen by Secretary of State Jena Griswold, is a masterclass in incompetence and deceit—an epic calamity not of malice but unchecked ineptitude. A recently leaked conference call with Colorado’s county clerks lays bare the ineffectiveness of the response, and adds a new layer of bureaucratic bungling. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Beall admitted that the Secretary of State’s office actively kept the leak of the passwords hidden from county clerks to avoid media exposure. Their plan? Keep the secret until after the election—without even bothering to change the passwords in a timely manner. This debacle is another nail in the coffin for faith in electronic voting systems, further underscoring the need for a return to paper ballots and same-day voting, at least for federal elections, to ensure the integrity of our electoral process. (Read more)

|
- Lord, we pray that the Secretary of State of Colorado will be held accountable for not taking quick action regarding these passwords. Give us clear solutions on how to conduct elections without deception and manipulation.

Negotiating With God
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, November 18, 2024
How many times have you caught yourself negotiating with God? “Lord, I will do this, never do that again, whatever, if you just…” Sound familiar? It happens. Humans have a tendency to negotiate over things they have done or want in life. But do we make requests of God based on His will or ours? There seems to be a difference between asking God for something within his will and trying to get something from God outside of His will. David, for example, fasted and prayed that the Lord would spare his newborn son because of what David did to Uriah. The Lord held accountability, but eventually provided another son, Solomon, as the line of Christ. Another example is Abraham and Sodom.
As the two angels set out for Sodom, the LORD said in Genesis 18:17, “should I hide from Abraham what I am about to do; in as much as Abraham is sure to become a great and strong nation, and all of the nations of the earth will be blessed by him?” The LORD says that the outcry against Sodom and Gomorra was so great that He was going to see if their deeds would warrant their destruction. Abraham approached the LORD and said, ”Will you actually sweep away the righteous with the wicked? (18:23).” Then Abraham continued to plea bargain, “Maybe there are fifty righteous…Far be it from you to do such a thing—to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the wicked are treated alike! Far be it from you! Shouldn’t the judge of all the earth do what is just?” (18:25). Read More

Trump admin. plans to bankrupt Iran with 'maximum pressure' policies - report
|
|
|
US President-elect Donald Trump’s administration is preparing to reinstate its "maximum pressure" strategy against Iran, targeting Tehran’s economic stability and its ability to support militant proxies and nuclear development, The Financial Times reported on Saturday, citing sources close to the transition team.
The sources revealed that the administration plans to impose stricter sanctions, particularly on Iran’s oil exports, which serve as a critical revenue source.
The anticipated sanctions could drastically reduce Iranian oil exports, which currently exceed 1.5 million barrels per day, up from a low of 400,000 barrels per day in 2020. Experts suggest that these measures would severely impact Iran’s economy. Bob McNally, an energy consultant and former US presidential adviser, indicated that reducing exports to a fraction of current levels would leave Iran in a far worse economic position than during Trump’s first term, Financial Times reported.

Trump said to lift all military restrictions on Israel on first day in office according to reports
|
|
|
Amid escalating tensions between Hezbollah and Israel, President-elect Donald Trump has promised to lift all restrictions and delays on the supply of military equipment and ammunition to Israel immediately after his inauguration, Israeli Channel 12 News reports.
The assurance from Trump’s team came as Israel is considering a 60-day cease-fire with Hezbollah, which would provide a window until Trump takes office and implements the promised changes.
Sources indicate that this commitment from Trump’s administration clarifies Israel’s willingness to temporarily halt military actions, with the understanding that support will resume without delay once Trump is in office. (Fox News) Read more here.

Pentagon received hundreds of reports of new UFO sightings
|
|
The Pentagon has received hundreds of reports of new UFO sightings, including “several particularly interesting cases,” according to the director of the office that investigates these reports, but reiterated it found no evidence of alien activity.
The Pentagon, working with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and other government agencies, has received a total of 1,652 reports to date, according to the newly released annual report, including 757 new reports between May 2023 and June 2024. The growing number of new sightings represent an expanding effort from the US government to catalog, track and investigate what are officially called unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAPs, especially since a number of the sightings are near military bases and national security facilities.
“Reports of unidentified anomalous phenomenon, particularly near national security sites, must be treated seriously and investigated with scientific rigor by the US government,” said Jon Kosloski, the director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).
The topic of UAPs has garnered tremendous public attention, fueled in part by its inextricable link to UFO sightings and conspiracy theories about the US government hiding evidence of aliens. Read More
