Israel begins ‘targeted’ strikes against Hamas in Rafah
The Israeli army has begun ordering tens of thousands of Palestinians living in the city to evacuate

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) has begun conducting what it describes as "targeted strikes" against Hamas operatives in eastern Rafah, a city located in the southern Gaza Strip where more than 1 million civilians from other parts of Gaza are sheltering.

Per the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the War Cabinet has unanimously decided that Israel would continue exerting "military pressure" on Hamas in Rafah to promote the release of hostages and the other goals of the war.

Israel announced earlier Monday it was ordering around 100,000 Palestinians to begin evacuating from Rafah. Later that day, Hamas put out a statement claiming it had accepted an Egyptian-Qatari proposal for a cease-fire to halt the seven-month-long war with Israel in Gaza.

It still remained uncertain whether the deal has been sealed. (Fox News) Read more here

- Holy King, we cry out for the hostages to be released before any cease-fire is considered, in Jesus name.  We know that the war must be fought in Rafah and we pray for a swift and precise stop to the enemies who use hostages, children and hospitals as shields for their dirty deeds.  We ask O King, that You bring victory on every front to Israel in this conflict, in Jesus name.

Moreover, Lord God, we come against the spirits behind antisemitism, division, strife, and hatred towards fellow brothers and sisters, and we bind it and we break its powers right now in the name of Jesus. We loose your love Lord, over our Jewish brothers and sisters, and over every race, and every creed that we would all treat one another with love and respect , because we all come from the same source which is you Father! In Jesus name amen.

- “Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live!” (Hebrews 12:9)

China’s Satellite Fleet Poses Threats to US Troops in Potential Pacific Conflict: Space Force Intel Chief

China has achieved a strategic breakout in space, now deploying a vast network of satellites capable of targeting U.S. forces, should a conflict break out between the two nations in the western Pacific, according to the U.S. Space Force’s intelligence chief.

“The PLA [People’s Liberation Army] has rapidly advanced in space in a way that few people can really appreciate,” Maj. Gen. Gregory J. Gagnon, deputy chief of space operations for intelligence, told the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies on May 2.

“I tried to think about historical analogies, about rapid buildups. I haven’t seen a rapid build-up like this. ... I was thinking about World War II ... but even as I was looking more broadly, an adversary arming this fast is profoundly concerning.”

Maj. Gen. Gagnon said that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has increased its on-orbit capability by 550 percent since the end of 2015.

China’s military development in space has grown to become a great U.S. national security concern in recent years.

In April, Gen. Stephen Whiting, commander of U.S. Space Command, warned about the CCP’s developing its military capabilities in space at a “breathtaking” pace. In January, a U.S. military report warned that China and Russia are populating space with dual-use satellites, concealing their military applications.

“For the last two years, they’ve placed over 200 satellites in space—both years,” Maj. Gen. Gagnon said. “Of that, over half of them are remote sensing satellites—remote sensing satellites that are purpose-built to surveil, do reconnaissance in the western Pacific and globally.”

By putting up so many remote sensing satellites, China was recognizing the importance of “proliferated architecture,” one that Maj. Gen. Gagnon said makes China’s space infrastructure more “resilient against attack” because of the sheer number of satellites.

“[It’s] an architecture that isn’t designed for efficiency and cost-effectiveness—an architecture that’s designed to go to war and sustain a war,” he added. (The Epoxh Times) Read more

- Lord God, we pray for the families that lost a loved one and we pray for Your peace and love that surpasses all knowledge and understanding over each and everyone of their hearts. Let them feel Your comfort Mighty God, during this time of grieving. We thank You, Lord, that You have defeated death, hell, and the grave and that all who believe in You will have eternal life.

- “I am the Resurrection, and I am Life Eternal. Anyone who clings to me in faith, even though he dies, will live forever. And the one who lives by believing in me will never die.” (John 11:25)

1 dead after catastrophic tornado levels Barnsdall, Oklahoma: 'Total destruction'

BARNSDALL, Okla. – One person has died after a devastating tornado destroyed homes and toppled power lines as it ripped through a small town northeast of Oklahoma City on Monday evening.

The National Weather Service reported that Barnsdall, a town of about 1,000 people located a 40-minute drive north of Tulsa, was leveled shortly after 9:30 p.m. A storm survey team found damage consistent with at least an EF-3 strength tornado on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. It was the second tornado to hit the town in five weeks.

"It just hit all of a sudden," said Joy King, who felt pressure in her ears, which intensified into a loud noise. The storm cellar door she was hiding in then blew open, and debris started to fly everywhere. "I even had it latched to a bolt in the floor, and it just ripped it off."

King huddled in a corner with her little dog for about 30 minutes. She considered leaving, but her husband alerted her to another incoming cell, so she remained in place.

"We're alive," she cried. "Thank God, we're alive." (Fox News) Read more.

- Lord, we ask that our country would be protected from malicious attacks by China and hostile nations all around the world. We pray that they would be ineffective in corrupting our military’s plans. We also pray that the church in China would continue to boldly proclaim the gospel. We pray that Chinese leaders would be redeemed out of their brokenness and that China as a whole would be restored to You. Amen.

- “Come, let us return to the Lord…that he may heal us…” (Hosea 6:1)

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1.Tensions mount as Israel says US allowed Hamas to blindside Israel with revised hostage deal offer - All Israel News

Israel feels “played” by the United States, Qatar and Egypt after Hamas’ surprise announcement that it had accepted a hostage deal proposal on Monday evening, officials told news website Axios on Tuesday.

The Israeli government was caught by “complete surprise” by the statement that came just as Israeli troops were about to launch a limited incursion into Rafah, an Israeli source told the Times of Israel.

Israeli officials declared the announcement to be a ploy meant to prevent Israel’s incursion into Rafah, adding that Hamas had agreed to an offer that Israel never approved.

They also charged that the Biden administration was aware of the proposal negotiated by Egypt and Qatar but failed to warn Israel before Hamas announced its acceptance on Monday. (Read more)

2. Netanyahu rejects Hamas hostage offer, doubles down on Rafah operation - World Israel News

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday rejected Hamas’ counter-proposal issued to a draft of a hostage deal agreed upon last week by Israeli and Egyptian negotiators.

The Prime Minister doubled down on his government’s plans to carry out a comprehensive ground operation in Rafah with the aim of eliminating Hamas’ operation capacity in the Gaza Strip.

Speaking in a video statement, Netanyahu responded to claims by Hamas chief-in-exile Ismail Haniyeh Monday evening that his organization had accepted the Israeli-Egyptian framework for a hostage deal.

Later, however, Israeli officials responded that the Hamas proposal they had received via Egypt and Qatar had significant changes from the version proposed by Israel and Egypt, including clauses which could force the end of the current war. (Read more)

3. IDF takes operational control of Rafah crossing - JNS

The Israel Defense Forces took control of the Gaza side of the Rafah crossing with Egypt on Tuesday morning, as tanks from the 401st Armored Brigade of the 162nd Division rolled right up to the station.

The Israeli flag was raised at the Rafah crossing and video showed an armored vehicle arriving at one of the buildings there, next to a sign that says “Gaza” in English. The IDF shared pictures and video of the moments that the Rafah crossing was captured.

“Following intelligence that indicated that the Rafah Crossing in eastern Rafah was being used for terrorist purposes, IDF troops managed to establish operational control of the Gazan side of the crossing,” the IDF said on Tuesday morning. (Read more)

4. Thousands rally across Israel calling for Netanyahu to accept ceasefire deal - The Guardian

Thousands of Israelis around the country have joined rallies calling for the government of Benjamin Netanyahu to agree to the terms of a ceasefire deal that Hamas accepted on Monday.

Protesters gathered near the defence headquarters in Tel Aviv, while in Jerusalem at least 100 protesters marched towards Netanyahu’s residence with a banner saying: “The blood is on your hands.”

Demonstrations took place elsewhere, amid concerns that the Israeli military’s new offensive targeting the southern Gaza city of Rafah and the so-called Philadelphi corridor, which runs along the border with Egypt, could jeopardise the lives of surviving hostages.

There were smaller protests in the cities of Haifa, Beersheba and Raanana. (Read more)

5.  Suspicious object intercepted over Eilat - Israel National News

Residents of the resort city of Eilat on Tuesday evening reported hearing sounds of explosions as well as seeing what looked like an interception of a rocket overhead.

A short time later, the Home Front Command confirmed that a suspicious target had been destroyed in the area of the Gulf Eilat.

The Home Front Command said that the target was destroyed outside the city limits and there was no danger to local residents. (Read more)

1. Ex-top Biden DOJ official now prosecuting Trump was once paid by DNC for 'political consulting' - Fox News

The Democratic National Committee paid Trump prosecutor Matthew Colangelo thousands of dollars for "political consulting" in 2018, Fox News Digital has learned. Colangelo delivered opening statements in the unprecedented criminal trial of former President Trump and currently serves as a top prosecutor with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's Office on the case.

Colangelo joined Bragg’s office in December 2022 after the resignations of Mark Pomerantz and Carey Dunne — prosecutors who were investigating Trump and resigned in protest of Bragg’s initial unwillingness to indict the former president. Colangelo left a senior role at the Biden Justice Department to join Bragg's team. Bragg afterward brought charges against the former president in April 2023, raising questions among some in the GOP about alleged politicization of the case.

House Republicans are investigating Colangelo and his past work as he prosecutes Trump. According to Federal Election Commission records reviewed by Fox News Digital, DNC Services Corp/Democratic National Committee paid Colangelo twice on Jan. 31, 2018. Colangelo was given two payments of $6,000, for a total of $12,000. (Read more)

- Holy King, we cry out for revelation and just consequences for what appears to be some questionable dealings that have been made in order to advance an agenda of accusation against President Trump.  We declare that the truth will set the man free, in Jesus name. We also bind and rebuke the prosecutorial injustice and overreach taking place with changing stories and non-aligned indictments and prosecutions, in Jesus name.  Thank You Jesus for Your holy justice.

- "All Your commandments are faithful; They persecute me wrongfully; Help me! They almost made an end of me on earth, But I did not forsake Your precepts. Revive me according to Your lovingkindness, So that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth."  (Psalm 119:86-88)

2. Judge fines Trump again for violating gag order, threatens jail time - Right Scoop

Former President Trump was just find another $1,000 by the judge for violating his gag order in this phony hush money trial. The judge threatened Trump that if these violations continue, he’ll throw him in jail.

The judge presiding over Donald Trump’s hush money trial has fined him $1,000 for violating his gag order and sternly warned the former president that additional violation could result in jail time.

The fine marks the second sanction for Trump for inflammatory comments about witnesses since the start of the trial last month. He was fined $9,000 last week for nine violations.
Judge Juan M. Merchan warned Monday that additional gag order violations could potentially result in jail time, though he said that was “the last thing I want to do.” (Read more)

- Abba, this whole gag order issue seems somehow wrong.  We pray for this unrighteous prosecution to come to a complete collapse, in Jesus name.  There are so many attributes that seem to contravene justice and the fines and threats from the judge to President Trump just don't seem right.  We ask You to let the heavy weight of sin be brought under Your authority, in Jesus name.

- "Let the heavens declare His righteousness, For God Himself is Judge, Selah."  (Psalm 50:6)

3. Patriotic Americans hold huge rally to protest city’s housing giveaway to illegal aliens - DML News

Hundreds of Americans gathered outside the Massachusetts State House in Boston on Saturday to blast Democrats for approving $420 million to shelter migrants and rejecting a measure to prioritize homeless veterans.

The budget spending, which Gov. Maura Healey (D) signed on April 30, will put an additional $420 million to shore up the state’s emergency shelter system. It sets up rules to cap shelter stays at 90 days. However, there are also provisions that make that deadline moot, as migrants may file for another 90-day stay when their allotted time expires.

Even as they voted to spend hundreds of millions on illegals, Democrat legislators rejected a measure that would have helped the state’s veterans. As Newsweek reported in April, House Democrats voted against an amendment to House Bill 4600 that would have given homeless veterans priority over illegal aliens. (Read more)

- Abba, we pray for these citizens to be successful in gaining housing and care for their veterans while bringing justice upon the illegal immigrant matter, in Jesus name. We thank You that the people are speaking out on behalf of veterans and we pray for adequate housing, medical care and funding for each vet, and for the truth to be bubbling over out of this blue state, in Jesus name.

- "'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,' says the Lord; 'I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.' The words of the Lord are pure words, Like silver tried in a furnace of earth, Purified seven times."
(Psalm 12:5-6)

4. US Army soldier detained in Russia, charged with criminal misconduct - DML News

A U.S. Army soldier was detained in Vladivostok, Russia, last Thursday and has been charged with criminal misconduct, according to officials.
“The Russian Federation notified the U.S.

Department of State of the criminal detention in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations,” Army spokesperson Cynthia O. Smith said. “The Army notified his family, and the U.S. Department of State is providing appropriate consular support to the soldier in Russia.”

Smith was unable to provide any additional information due to the sensitivity of the matter. NBC News was first to report that the soldier was detained in Vladivostok. The soldier is now part of a group of Americans detained in Russian prisons, which includes corporate security executive Paul Whelan and Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich. Whelan and Gershkovich have been designated by the U.S. government as wrongfully detained, and efforts are underway to negotiate their release. (Read more)

- Holy One, we pray for freedom and justice for the American citizens who are imprisoned in Russia. We ask You to watch over them, grant them favor and protection, in Jesus name and guard their lives while revealing Your salvation to them.  Amen.

- "'The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, . . . To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound.'"  (Isaiah 61:1)

5. Republicans to hold Garland in contempt over audio of Biden interview with Hur - DML News

The House Judiciary Committee is aiming to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to provide audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s interview with the special counsel who investigated his handling of classified documents.

The Republican-led committee is planning to hold a meeting to review a contempt report and hold a committee vote on the matter on May 16, according to two sources familiar with the plans.
The committee’s decision to move forward with contempt marks a dramatic escalation in its monthslong fight to obtain recordings of Biden’s interview, which former special counsel Robert Hur conducted last October.

Breitbart’s Wendell Husebo also reported, “BREAKING: @Jim_Jordan schedules a hearing for May 16 to hold Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to provide audio recordings of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, a source familiar confirmed to @BreitbartNews.” (Read more)

- Yes and thank You Father, for courageous members of Congress and we pray for justice to be released through them, in Jesus name. As President Trump has been undergoing some of the most egregious court cases imaginable, Joe Biden with Merrick Garland's assistance, is sitting like a cat-bird and avoiding all forms of inquiry or prosecution despite ample evidence to the contrary. We pray for there to be teeth in the hearing and that there will be just consequences meted out for law-breaking, in Jesus name.

- "'Moreover I saw under the sun: In the place of judgment, Wickedness was there; And in the place of righteousness, Iniquity was there. I said in my heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, For there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.'"  (Ecclesiastes 3:16-17)
6. Speaker Johnson plots retaliation against Republicans who oppose him, Jeffries brags that Dems are already in control - DML

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) supports retaliating against Republicans who oppose him, he reportedly told high-dollar donors at the swanky Four Seasons in Washington.

Johnson signaled to the high-powered group at a fundraiser on Sunday that he would support kicking members who blocked his coalition government’s legislative agenda off committees. He also said he is in favor of changing House rules – such as rules on the motion to vacate – at the end of this Congress.

His remarks come as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) gets ready to trigger a vote this week on her motion to vacate the chair, the same procedural motion which ousted Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) from the speakership in October last year. Greene posted a video on social media Monday morning, of  House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) claiming in a CBS interview that he is already in control. (Read more)

- Thank You Father, for this very public display of our government at work. It allows us the opportunity to read, analyze and pray into the variables at work in this matter. We pray for Speaker Johnson and Rep Greene to have a keen and serious understanding of the gravity of the concerns from the citizens of this nation. There seems to be a deep uneasiness over the evidence of the growing darkness on the horizon. We pray, Holy Spirit, that You empower Speaker Johnson and the Republicans to stand in the gap and be the wall of defense for our nation, in Jesus name.  Amen.

- "God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;"  (Psalm 46:1-2)

7. TikTok sues U.S. government, saying potential ban violates First Amendment - DML News

TikTok is suing the United States government in an effort to stop enforcement of a bill passed last month that seeks to force the app’s Chinese owner to sell the app or have it banned. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, argues that the bill, the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, violates constitutional protections of free speech.

The suit calls the law an “unprecedented violation” of the First Amendment. TikTok is claiming that national security concerns is not a good enough reason to restrict “free speech.”

“For the first time in history, Congress has enacted a law that subjects a single, named speech platform to a permanent, nationwide ban… and bars every American from participating in a unique online community with more than 1 billion people worldwide,” the company wrote in the lawsuit. (Read more)

- Mighty God, we have gotten ourselves into a quagmire over this issue. We permit censorship of citizens, tolerate "doxing" of judges and casually accept the gagging of our President on trial, so where do we go from here? We pray for Your wisdom to overflow and activate those who are able to ferret out truth from propaganda in this TikTok matter.  Our First Amendment is so important, yet it is under siege on many levels and this is yet another part of it. We pray for Your divine intervention for us to know how to secure First Amendment rights for all people imprisoned, on trial, or thinking freely, in Jesus name.

- "'making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down.  And many such things you do.' When He had called all the multitude to Himself, He said to them, 'Hear Me, everyone and understand:'"  (Mark 7:13-14)

8. “Let 10 Million Cop Cars Burn!” – Radical Pro-Hamas Terror Group - The Gateway Pundit

Fifteen police vehicles were torched at the Police training facility near the Portland Airport last week. The case was being investigated as arson. The  terror group called on far left supporters to smash frat house windows if they came out to confront the Marxist- pro-Hamas groups. They called on supporters to attack the police.

Here if the full screed they post at the Rose City Counter Info website.
On May Day we torched some PPB cars at their training facility. We cut through a fence, set ten fires and are happy it grew to burn fifteen cars! We did it for the Haymarket Martyrs.
We did it for all the Black and Indigenous rebels murdered by slavers and settlers.
We did it for all the brutalized student protesters….We call for more actions to avenge Palestinians and the brutalized students at PSU and beyond! Let ten million cop cars burn!
-Rachel Corrie’s Ghost Brigade

Corrie, 23, from Olympia, Washington, was trying to stop the bulldozer from tearing down a building in the Rafah refugee camp when she was run over. She was taken to Najar hospital in Rafah, where she died, said Dr. Ali Moussa, a hospital administrator. (Read more)

- Father, we pray for protection for all those who would oppose this violent terror group on the Portland State University campus.  We ask You for wisdom and divine assistance for those who stand to protect the campus, the Jews, and the citizens of Oregon.  We bind and rebuke the demonic influence over this group and pray for hindrances and obstructions to cause the violent war this group is waging to cease and desist, in Jesus name.  May the peace of God descend upon Portland and the light of Christ be seen across that land, for the glory of God.

- "'Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, Neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; But you shall call your walls Salvation, And your gates Praise.'"  (Isaiah 60:18)

The Daily Jot

It Was Then As It Is Today

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, May 7, 2024

Republican President George W Bush was the first president to ever publicly advocate a Palestinian state and apply constant and forceful pressure for Israel to give up its land. Bush’s vision was a Palestinian state living side by side in peace with Israel. He put the full weight of his administration behind pressuring Israel into giving up Gaza in 2005 to “Palestinians.” On August 18, 2005, The Daily Jot reported, “Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has unilaterally given up Gaza as a peace offering to the Palestinians. The Palestinians have answered with the slogan “Gaza today, Jerusalem tomorrow.” Palestinian leaders at the Palestinian Authority, Hamas, and at Islamic Jihad now claim victory and demand Jerusalem.” It was then as it is today.

On August 14, 2005, The Daily Jot reported: “The later part of August will mark for the first time in history Jews evicting Jews from the Promised Land. This event could very well be a watermark that accelerates prophetic events in the months and years ahead.  It is almost chilling to watch the events leading up to Israeli Prime Minister Arial Sharon’s so-called “disengagement” plan as the world pressures Israel to unilaterally give up covenant land for the mere hope upon hope that there might be a semblance of peace between Israel and the Palestinians. Former Sharon cabinet member and once Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu plead with Israeli leadership last week to end the disengagement plan and to come to its senses. Read More

Judge Delays Trump Documents Trial, Won’t Set New Date
Judge Delays Trump Documents Trial, Won’t Set New Date
U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on May 7 reset deadlines in the case special counsel Jack Smith is prosecuting against former President Donald Trump, blowing past the original May 20 trial date with pretrial deadlines running through July.

Judge Cannon did not set a new trial date in the order, finding it premature.

The judge had signaled this possibility earlier in the year, referencing the amount of litigation around what classified information will be used in the case. Such litigation will continue through July 22 according to the judge’s new calendar, which lists several major hearings.

President Trump was charged with 40 counts related to allegedly mishandling classified information. His valet Walt Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager, Carlos De Oliveira, were charged alongside him as codefendants.

Adding to the classified information issues, President Trump is currently on trial in New York, where prosecutors estimate they need up to three more weeks to present their case, and he is required to be present during the trial. If defense attorneys call additional witnesses, it may add to the trial length in New York.

Judge Cannon wrote that to set a date now before resolving the “myriad and interconnected pre-trial and CIPA [Classified Information Procedures Act] issues” would not be fair or prudent. (Epoch TImes) Read more.

- Father, we thank You for causing the prosecutor to actually speak about his wrongful deeds in this case.  We pray for every element of this prosecution to continue to unravel, in Jesus name.  We pray for exposure of all the ways the documents taken from Mar-a-Lago were mishandled and the chain of custody was not maintained.  We call for each person who is innocent to be completely set free and those who are crossing the lines of justice to be held accountable for the consequences they will also receive, in Jesus name.  We bless Judge Cannon who has been operating according to the rule of law, it seems and we pray that continues. We also lift up President Trump's legal counsel and ask for Your anointing upon them Father, and all who are defending for righteousness, in Jesus name.

- "and said to the judges, 'Take heed to what you are doing, for you do not judge for man, but for the Lord, who is with you in the judgment'"  (2 Chronicles 19:6)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

Key events in the Bible, such as the settlement and destruction of Jerusalem, confirmed using radiocarbon dating
The research combined radiocarbon dating with measurements of atmospheric radiocarbon from tree rings to build a chronology of the ancient city.

A precise new dating of archaeological sites in Jerusalem supports some of the key historical events described in the Bible, including the settling of the city, a major earthquake and its eventual destruction by the Babylonians, according to a new study.

The research gives an unprecedented chronology of the ancient city that sheds light on its development, said Elisabetta Boaretto, a professor of archaeological sciences at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel, and the senior author of the study, which was published April 29 in the journal PNAS.

The authors studied sediments from human occupations and radioactive-carbon concentrations in charred seeds to determine dates within the time period known as the "Hallstatt plateau," between 770 and 420 B.C. Past work had found that radiocarbon dating can’t pinpoint times with accuracy during this period. Read More

‘Absolute Miracle’: Texas Boy Survives After Being ‘Sucked Up’ By Deadly Tornado
A family is rejoicing in an “absolute miracle” after a 7-year-old boy survived being thrown by a deadly tornado in Abilene, Texas. The Lambert family told KWTX-TV they were hiding in a closet as the tornado ripped through their neighborhood over the weekend, utterly destroying their home.  Freddy McKinney, a storm chaser, helped rescue the Lamberts while he was filming the harrowing tornado hover over their house. Wes and Kasey Lambert — along with their daughter Allie and son Lane — found shelter in a closet. “We could hear the nails coming out of the boards and metal being ripped, but that’s all we could hear,” Kasey Lambert recalled, noting the storm seemed to be moving away from them, so they took off running down the street.  It was at that point, they spotted McKinney. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh,” the storm chaser could be heard saying in video footage. “There are people. There are people. Get in the car, get in the car.” Kasey Lambert, carrying Allie, called out for help.

The mother of two had, at some point, been hit by a piece of debris and lost her grip on 7-year-old Lane. “Lane got sucked up in the tornado,” remembered Kasey Lambert’s cousin, Bradye McQueen. “They couldn’t hold him down. It sucked him up and he flew like 25 feet. They thought he was gone.” Incredibly, the little boy was found on top of a pile of insulation at another part of the destructed house. When they found Lane, he had dislocated his shoulder and had severe cuts to his face, likely from a brick. Every member of the Lambert family — including their dog — was treated medically. They have all been released from the hospital and, while their home is completely collapsed, they are grateful to all be alive and healing. “It is an absolute miracle,” Kasey Lambert said. “It was strong enough that we shouldn’t have been able to walk away.” A GoFundMe page has been set up to financially help the Lamberts as they recover. (FaithWire) Watch Interview Here.

- Father, we PRAISE You for this miraculous story and celebrate Your grace upon the Lambert family who lived to share their frightening experience. We pray for protection upon all in the path of these storms and ask for restorative healing and provision for their every need. May the Lambert family share powerful testimony of faithful rescue giving all GLORY to God Almighty! In Jesus powerful Name- Amen

The Sinner's Prayer

Scripture: In My Father’s house there are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. John 14:2

Lyrics:
There’s a land that is fairer than day,
And by faith we can see it afar;
For the Father waits over the way
To prepare us a dwelling place there.

Refrain
In the sweet by and by,
We shall meet on that beautiful shore;
In the sweet by and by,
We shall meet on that beautiful shore.

We shall sing on that beautiful shore
The melodious songs of the blessed;
And our spirits shall sorrow no more,
Not a sigh for the blessing of rest.

Refrain

To our bountiful Father above,
We will offer our tribute of praise
For the glorious gift of His love
And the blessings that hallow our days.

Refrain

Keeps me singing as I go.
All my life was wrecked
By sin and strife,
Discord filled my heart with pain,
Jesus swept across the broken strings,
Stirred the slumbering chords again.

Refrain

Feasting on the riches of His grace,
Resting ’neath His sheltering wing,
Always looking on His smiling face,
That is why I shout and sing.

Refrain

Though sometimes He leads
Through waters deep,
Trials fall across the way,
Though sometimes the path
Seems rough and steep,
See His footprints all the way.

Refrain

Soon He’s coming back
To welcome me,
Far beyond the starry sky;
I shall wing my flight
To worlds unknown,
I shall reign with Him on high.
