AMERICA CELEBRATES THE NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
Below please find the formal decree for the National Day of Prayer on May 4th, 2023, written by Kathy Branzell, President. This prayer will be read at noon in
Washington, D.C. and repeated at noon in every time zone at thousands of NDP Observances throughout our nation tomorrow.

Please join us in reading THIS PRAYER wherever you are tomorrow at noon in your own
time zone. Praise God for the National Day of Prayer!
2023 National Prayer For America

We come with fervent hearts to praise You Lord.
You are The Word, the Way, Truth and Life.
The Alpha and Omega, Lion of Judah, Almighty God
who was, and is, and is to come. You clothed
Yourself in flesh and dwelt among us, to remove
our sin and clothe us in Your righteousness that
we might dwell with You forever and ever.

With broken, humbled hearts we repent of our
sins. Confessing to You our faithlessness,
prayerlessness, and disobedience. Forgive us for
our doubt, our prideful and quarrelsome words
that reveal our unclean hearts. Cleanse us and
renew a right and steadfast spirit within us we pray.

With grateful hearts we thank You fervently for
the blessings in our life and throughout
America; they are more than we are able to
count. We will remember Your grace and testify
to Your goodness in all generations. Help us to
refrain from complaining, but instead be
prompted to pray faithfully in every
circumstance. Teach us to have a content heart
knowing You are always enough for our every need.

As the Church we commit to pray and love our
neighbor and nation as You loved us, that our
reputation in this world would be rooted in Your
love. Holy Spirit work and overflow through us
in every prayer, thought, word, and deed. May
our character, conversations, and conduct
reflect the righteousness in which You clothed
us and command us to live.

With an obedient heart we put on the full armor
of God; Your breastplate of righteousness
guards our heart from which flows the springs of
life. We pray fervently for our communities and
country; the people who are in the Church,
Family, Education, Business and Workplace,
Military, Government, Arts, Entertainment and
Media. Every person is Your workmanship,
fearfully and wonderfully created and loved.
With hopeful hearts we pray that all would
choose to receive Your love and follow You. We
pray that America would confess, “Jesus is
Lord” and reflect Your righteousness in every
sphere of influence, and every aspect of our
lives. We ask that heavenly hope would flood
our hearts, silence hate, and that You will heal our land.

Believing You; all You are, all You said, and all
You have promised, we pray fervently in
righteousness and avail much.

In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!

Supreme Court Upholds Pro-Life Law
Supreme Court Upholds Pro-Life Law
Requires Proper Burial or Cremation for Babies Killed in Abortions

After national controversy surrounding the Planned Parenthood abortion businesses’ sale of aborted babies and aborted baby body parts, then Indiana Governor Mike Pence signed into law a new measure providing that aborted babies may be buried or cremated.

The new law, passed years before Dobbs overturned Roe v. Wade, would help stop the kind of sale of aborted babies and their body parts that Planned Parenthood facilities in other states have been caught arranging. Although Roe v. Wade prohibits states from banning abortions, pro-life advocates in Indiana believed the aborted baby ought to at least be treated respectfully even if the abortion clinic treated the baby with disrespect before the abortion.

But Planned Parenthood sued to stop the law from being enforced and the lawsuit eventually made its way to the Supreme Court.

Today, in an unsigned order, the Supreme Court allowed Indiana to enforce the law. The court issued an unsigned order, without any opposition, turning away a legal challenge from an abortion business and abortionists to the pro-life law. The challengers argued that the Indiana law violated their constitutional rights and claimed unborn babies are not people.
The Supreme Court previously upheld the law in 2019 before the Dobbs decision changed the legal landscape on abortion. At that time, it ruled that states had a legitimate interest in how human remains were disposed of after abortions.

The court did not explain its decision today to not to hear the case.

Indiana Right to Life President Mike Fichter applauded the decision in comments to LifeNews.

“Every baby killed from abortion in Indiana should receive the dignity of burial or cremation. Before this law was passed, aborted babies were treated as common medical waste, dumped into landfills, and even flushed into sewer systems. Their lives should never have been taken from them in the first place, and until abortion ends in our state, we must at least give these babies their final dignity,” he said. (LifeNews) Read more.

- Lord God, we thank you for this acknowledgment by the Supreme Court, that fetuses aborted are in fact living human beings. We thank you for every plan and purpose you have predestined for every single life here on earth. Help us value life and live out our purpose and destiny every day, without hindrance, in Jesus name!

- “…let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus…”
(Hebrews 12:1-2)

15-Minute Cities
15-Minute Cities Are ‘Complete Impoverishment and Enslavement of All the People’: EU Lawmaker

Christine Anderson, a member of the European Parliament, believes that COVID passports and QR codes that became widespread during the pandemic were only test runs for implementing “15-minute cities” aimed at tightening government control over people.

A 15-minute city is a neighborhood where a resident can reach everything they need, like a grocery store, doctor, and so forth within a 15-minute walk. According to Anderson, such cities are the beginning of tighter government control of people. The administration can exert control by deciding “you are no longer allowed to leave your 15-minute immediate area. They don’t have to fence it in or anything. It will be done via digital ID,” she said in an interview with Jan Jekielek’s “American Thought Leaders” program published on April 25.

“If you now fancy another store and it does not happen to be in your neighborhood, guess what? You won’t be going to that store anymore. Like I said, total control is what we’re talking about.”

In Europe, legislation is being pushed forward to set up 15-minute cities. According to Anderson, the Digital Green Certificate, the COVID pass introduced during the pandemic, was only a test run designed to get people used to producing a QR code and related requirements.

“Now, they’re slamming us with these 15-minute cities. Make no mistake, it’s not about your convenience. It’s not that they want you to be able to have all of these places that you need to get to close by. It’s not about saving the planet either,” Anderson said.

“With the 15-minute cities, they will have to have those before they can lock you down, and that’s what we were talking about here.” (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Father, there are many things going the wrong direction when we look with our natural eye, so we ask You to guide us by Your Holy Spirit so that we may stand and pray without ceasing, knowing that no matter what comes, You are the Victor.  We stand against the schemes of control over our lives by those who would dominate and overthrow our God-given freedoms. We resist these plans and ask You, Oh King, to stop them in their tracks, in Jesus name.  We pray for liberty, sovereignty and justice in the earth and that those who would take it by force, would be dealt with by Your justice, authority and might, in Jesus name.

- 'And it shall be, when you hear a sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then you shall go out to battle, for God has gone out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines.'  (1 Chronicles 14:15)

1. Netanyahu holds security assessment after barrage of rockets from Gaza - JNS

(May 2, 2023 / JNS) Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a security assessment on Tuesday evening following rocket attacks from Gaza hours earlier that wounded three civilians.

The Israel Defense Forces said terrorists in the Palestinian coastal enclave fired at least 22 projectiles in a major barrage. A 25-year-old civilian was moderately wounded by a rocket fired into the southern Israeli city of Sderot. Two other civilians were lightly wounded while working on the same construction site.

According to Netanyahu’s office, prime minister was meeting at Camp Moshe Dayan north of Tel Aviv with senior military and security officials, including Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevy, National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi and Military Secretary Avi Gil. 2. ‘Resistance will escalate’: Rockets explode inside Israeli territory after senior terrorist dies in prison - World Israel News

Terrorists in the Gaza Strip launched a volley of rockets at Israel on Tuesday morning after a senior leader from the Islamic Jihad terror group died in prison, triggering air raid alarms in communities bordering the coastal enclave.

According to the IDF, all of the rockets landed in open areas within Israel’s southern Negev region. As this area is not populated, no Iron Dome rockets were fired to intercept the projectiles.

No injuries or property damage were reported.

The rockets were fired at approximately 6:30 a.m., following news that Khader Adnan, who had been on an 86-day hunger strike that began in February, died in his cell in an Israeli prison. (Read more)

3.  IDF investigating unusually poor Iron Dome performance -Israel National News

The IDF is investigating a drop in the success rate of Israel's vaunted Iron Dome missile defense system during the rocket barrage from Gaza this afternoon (Tuesday), Ynet reported.

The Iron Dome intercepted four out of six rockets that were fired at populated areas during the latest barrage, a success rate of only 67%. Two rockets struck the city of Sderot, wounding three people, while 16 rockets landed in open areas and so did not trigger the Iron Dome system.

The Iron Dome usually boasts an interception rate of well over 90% of rockets fired at populated areas. (Read more)

1. North Carolina’s Leading Medical Institutions “Duke, UNC, and ECU” Offers ‘Transgender’ Treatments to 2, 3, and 4 Years Old - The Gateway Pundit

Leading medical institutions in North Carolina are targeting extremely young children to begin transitioning, according to investigative journalist Sloan Rachmuth.

In 2015, Duke Medicine launched the Gender Clinic to provide a comprehensive range of treatments for children as young as two for gender dysphoria. In 2016, the clinic’s director, transgender activist Dr. Deanna Adkins, spoke with the Charlotte Observer about her transgender pediatric patients.

“They are not old enough to consciously just choose to do that. … It is not a choice in any of my patients. It’s really an unpleasant thing to have going on in your body to feel that distress about yourself. I can’t imagine anyone who would choose to do that,” said Adkins. (Read more)

- In Jesus' Holy Name, we bind and rebuke this wicked plan from the pit of hell against our children and their parents whose minds are deceived and eyes are veiled so they are unable to protect their own babies.  We speak life, truth and revelation upon the parents and the medical communities, in Jesus name.  May their consciences be released from apathy, indifference, greed and ignorance and may the spirit of the Living God wash over them all to protect and nurture these children until they become adults, capable of making such life-altering decisions, in Jesus name.  Amen!

- "If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.  On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified."  (1 Peter 4:14)

2. Non-Law Enforcement Agencies Like IRS and EPA Spend Billions on Guns and Ammo, Watchdog Says - Free Beacon

Federal agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Environmental Protection Agency have spent nearly $4 billion in taxpayer funds on guns, ammunition, and other "military-style equipment," a watchdog group found.

Since 2006, "76 rank-and-file agencies" outside "traditional law enforcement entities" or the Department of Defense spent $3.7 billion on "guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment," according to watchdog group Open the Books's summary of its report. These agencies include the National Institutes of Health, NASA, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Small Business Administration, among others that historically have played little to no role in law enforcement activities.

Federal agencies have ramped up spending on weapons and ammunition under the Biden administration, according to data provided to the Washington Free Beacon. The IRS has seen its annual spending on these items nearly double since 2020, while the whole federal government has seen a 60 percent increase over the same period.

The federal government now employs more than 200,000 agents with "arrest and firearm authority," according to the report. (Read more)

- Holy One, we ask for Your wisdom and intervention on this expanded military / police force capability given to a lot of public servants who have no reason to use weapons against civilians.  This is out of line and unacceptable and we ask You Father, to grant us strength and wisdom to know how to turn this around and stop it, in Jesus name.  Holy One, this government is putting many things in place that are clearly not for the benefit of the citizens and Constitution.  We pray for righteousness and peace in this nation and a just and honorable government.

- "For the Lord is our Judge, The Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us;"  (Isaiah 33:22)

3. Biden admin sending troops to the border as Title 42 set to expire - DML News

The Biden administration is considering whether to send 1,500 active duty U.S. troops to the southern border in the coming days amidst concerns that tens of thousands of migrants will surge into the country once Title 42 is lifted, sources tell Fox News.

The U.S. soldiers would come from a variety of active duty Army units and would serve in mostly administrative roles and transport roles to free up law enforcement and Border Patrol, according to two senior U.S. officials familiar with the deliberations.

A U.S. official said in a statement Tuesday morning, “At the request of [the Department of Homeland Security], [the Department of Defense] will provide a temporary increase of an additional 1,500 military personnel, for 90 days, to supplement [Customs and Border Protection] efforts at the border.” (Read more)

- Father, we call for warriors on the border, in Jesus name, that we may stand strong as a nation while undergoing this apparent military, gang or cartel-driven invasion.  We pray for all of our forces to stand firm and push back the invaders and we ask You to compel this government to protect our national sovereignty or be brought to justice, in Jesus name.  We pray, Oh King, that You activate multitudes of angel warriors to assist our military and largely to protect the people who are most vulnerable in their own homes in the border states, in Jesus name.

- "'The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.'"  (Deuteronomy 28:7)

4. Youngkin says he will not be running for president 'this year' - Washington Examiner

Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) has said he is not running for president — at least not this year. The Virginia governor has long been floated as someone who may launch a 2024 presidential campaign after his upset win in the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial race.

He appeared to dispel the rumors on Monday, telling the Wall Street Journal at the "Governing America" conversation with the Milken Institute that he would be focusing on Virginia for now.

“Are you going to be dusting off that fleece jacket and getting out on the presidential campaign trail later this year?" Gerard Baker, Wall Street Journal editor at large, asked Youngkin.
"No," the governor replied. "I'm going to be working in Virginia this year." (Read more)

- Thank You Father for the wisdom You have given Governor Youngkin.  May he be very effective in bringing Virginia under Your divine authority and cleaning out the dross, in Jesus name.  We pray for strength for him when he does run for office, that he will have a righteous track record and put up a good race.  We pray now that there will be victory for President Trump in the coming race and ask You to compel clean elections, in Jesus name.

- "'But as for me, I would seek God, And to God I would commit my cause–"           (Job 5:8)

5. U.S. military is tracking another mysterious balloon - NBC News

The U.S. military is tracking a mysterious balloon that flew over American soil, but it’s not clear what it is or whom it belongs to, according to three U.S. officials.
The object flew across portions of Hawaii but did not go over any sensitive areas, the officials said.

The U.S. military has been tracking it since late last week and has determined that it poses no threat to aerial traffic or national security and is not communicating signals, one official said. It's not clear if it's a weather balloon or something else, the official said, adding that the U.S. could still shoot it down if it nears land.

The object, which does not appear to have maneuverability, is moving slowly toward Mexico, the officials said.

U.S. officials do not believe the balloon belongs to the Chinese, but they are still working to identify the owner. (Read more)

- Mighty God, we ask You to protect our nation, its military and its sovereignty, in Jesus name.  As we have seen a renewing of our covenants recently and releasing of Godly communities and fellowship across the nation, we ask for protection from all forms of invasion, including things aloft.  We ask for it to be brought down and we pray for our military resources to be shielded and everything that was conveyed to China in the past be useless to advancing their causes militarily, in Jesus name.

- "'From where then does wisdom come?  And where is the place of understanding?  It is hidden from the eyes of all living, And concealed from the birds of the air.'"    (Job 28:20-21)

6. Billionaire mogul warns a storm is coming in the real estate sector - DML News

Berkshire Hathaway Vice-Chair Charlie Munger said Monday that a storm is brewing in the U.S. commercial property market. As property prices fall, Munger said American banks are “full of bad loans.”

“It’s not nearly as bad as it was in 2008,” he told the Financial Times. “But trouble happens to banking just like trouble happens everywhere else.

He continued to say, “In the good times you get into bad habits. When bad times come they lose too much.”Berkshire Hathaway has supported other troubled U.S. banks, giving $5 billion to Goldman Sachs in 2008 during the economic recession and a similar total to Bank of America in 2011. (Read more)

- Mighty King, we pray for Your sons and daughters who are struggling to keep their homes and ask that You show them Your perfect way through, in Jesus name.  We also pray for those looking to buy or sell homes, that You would provide everything they need and make the way.  Jesus, what is happening economically is coming from a place of destruction instead of development.  We pray for a turn-around in the USA and that the destruction would be stopped, according to Your perfect plans and purposes.  Amen.

- "'And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,'  Says the Lord of hosts;"  (Malachi 3:11)

7. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee won’t seek fourth term - Politico

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee announced Monday that he would not seek a fourth term, kicking off what will likely be a competitive primary on the West Coast.
Inslee, a Democrat, was first elected to the post in 2012, and subsequently won reelection in 2016 and 2020. He briefly ran for president in 2020 as well, suspending his campaign in the summer of 2019 and pivoting to running for governor and winning a third term.

“Serving the people as governor of Washington state has been my greatest honor. During a decade of dynamic change, we’ve made Washington a beacon for progress for the nation. I’m ready to pass the torch,” Inslee said in a statement on Monday.

Two prominent Democrats in the state have publicly been mulling runs while Inslee has been making up his mind: state Attorney General Bob Ferguson and Commissioner of Public Lands Hilary Franz. (Read more)

- HalleluJah!  We pray for Governor Inslee to repent of his wicked ways and get himself a new heart while Washington state comes to its senses and is redeemed, in Jesus name.  We pray,  Holy One, that there be more with us than with them in this state and that the citizens elect a righteous governor leader who can restore the beauty and kindness that this state has been known for in the past and turn from the progressive destruction that has been taking place.

- "For the Lord will restore the excellence of Jacob Like the excellence of Israel, For the emptiers have emptied them out And ruined their vine branches."  (Nahum 2:2)

8. Cardin won’t seek reelection, opening up Maryland Senate seat - The Hill

Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) said he is retiring at the end of his term, creating a rare vacancy in a deep blue state on the 2024 map.

“It’s time,” Cardin, 79, told The Baltimore Sun in an interview. “I always knew this election cycle would be the one I would be thinking about not running again, so it’s not something that hit me by surprise. I enjoy life. There are other things I can do.”
The Maryland Democrat is expected to speak more about the decision this afternoon.

Cardin, who is in the midst of his third term, is one of three Senate Democrats to announce plans not to seek reelection in 2024, alongside Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.). (Read more)

- Thank You Father, for the old guard standing down and allowing the citizens of their states to vote in righteous leaders who will work for the good and building up of the state and nation, in Jesus name.  May there be honorable citizens who will be elected to the Senate positions and bring turnaround to their states and this nation.  We pray for the people of each state (Maryland, California and Michigan) to hear from heaven and choose righteous leaders.

- "Blessed is that man who makes the Lord his trust, And does not respect the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies."  (Psalm 40:4)

The Daily Jot

Militarizing Non-Elected Government Agencies

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, May 2, 2023

Recent news that the IRS was using part of its new influx of $80 Billion given to it by a Democratic-controlled Congress at the request of the Biden Administration to arm IRS agents should send a chill down every American’s back. IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel confirmed at an April 27 Congressional hearing that his agency was hiring 1,200 extra armed agents to investigate “criminal” acts of fraud and tax evasion. This is alarming because the IRS could very well view any evasion or perceived evasion of taxes as a crime. This is an agency that has “administrative” authority to freeze your bank accounts and seize your property. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg of a vast arming of federal agencies.

In October 2017, Forbes documented that the government had spent some $1.48 billion arming 67 non-military federal agencies from 2006-2014, the bulk of it done during the Obama Administration. Among those unelected, and some may say “unconstitutional” agencies, were the Department of Energy, General Services Administration, Bureau of Reclamation, the EPA, Railroad Retirement Board, Social Security Administration, Department of Education, Department of Interior, National Parks Service, US Geological Survey, and the Department of Agriculture. This is in addition to the DEA, Treasury Department, FBI, and others with at least some law enforcement duties. The Forbes article concluded “After grabbing legal power, federal bureaucrats are amassing firepower. It’s time to scale back the federal arsenal.” Read More

Biden Blinks

By Gary Bauer
American Values

Late yesterday afternoon, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen sounded the alarm on the state of the U.S. economy. After assessing federal tax receipts, Yellen warned that the United States could hit the debt limit and risk default as early as June 1, months earlier than previous projections.

Tax receipts are running “substantially lower than expected,” indicating that the Biden economy is faltering. Faced with that disturbing news, the Biden White House blinked

President Biden invited the congressional leadership – House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell – to the White House next week for negotiations on what happens next.

Speaker McCarthy has been calling for budget talks for months, but Biden has repeatedly refused to negotiate. Yet, a growing number of Democrats (here and here) realize that Biden’s petulant behavior isn’t a good look, especially when it comes to risking a default.

Unfortunately, I suspect this is just a PR ploy. I really don’t expect the White House will budge at all from their absolutist position. In fact, Politico reports that “Biden has no plans to drop his demand for a clean debt ceiling increase.”

The Biden Administration likely has a plan on how it’s going to play this out step-by-step. At a minimum, the White House knows that its left-wing media allies will provide all the air cover they can.

I hope Speaker McCarthy has a plan because in the past, the GOP usually hasn’t had a plan and ends up walking away empty-handed.

Don’t misunderstand me. I want to extract concessions on spending, too. But as Mike Tyson famously said before a major fight, “Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.”

What happens when the GOP gets “punched in the mouth” by the president, by his compliant, lapdog media and by the stock market?

Buckle up. It’s going to be a bumpy ride!

Full Flower Moon to bloom in night sky during
1st weekend of May
The final full moon of meteorological spring will coincide with a lunar eclipse at the end of the week, although it will pale in comparison to the total lunar eclipse that was visible last May.

The end of the week will give way to the rise of a full moon that might not appear quite as bright as a typical full moon in one part of the world. It will also be the final full moon of meteorological spring, which ends as the calendar flips from May to June.

May's full moon is often referred to as the Flower Moon due to the blooming flowers that are plentiful across North America during this time of the year. Springtime happenings also inspire several other nicknames for May's full moon, including the Planting Moon, the Budding Moon and the Egg-Laying Moon.

For the third year in a row, May's full moon will also bring a lunar eclipse, although the upcoming eclipse will be underwhelming compared to those in recent years.

Unlike the total lunar eclipses on May 25, 2021, and May 15, 2022, when the moon turned orange and red, the upcoming eclipse will be a penumbral lunar eclipse.

Only part of the moon appears slightly shaded during the height of a penumbral lunar eclipse, a change in brightness so subtle that it can be difficult to notice, even to the trained eye. Read More

The Good News Corner
God Told This Student to Organize a Massive Outreach,

Reaching 60,000+ for Christ Over the Weekend
A surprising surge of faith continues to spread among America's young people. And this weekend, it led to what some are calling the largest campus outreach event ever. On Saturday, more than 60,000 students filled the University of Oklahoma's football stadium, coming together for a time of worship and evangelism. The "Fill the Stadium" event all began when a graduating senior prayed a simple prayer: "God, what's next?"  Students rallied to fill the University of Oklahoma's football stadium for a time of worship with Christian music's Kari Jobe and Chandler Moore, coupled with a concert from hip hop star "Chance the Rapper". Saturday's event sold out within days of its announcement.

Organizer Joshua Robinson tells us, "It's really cool that God continues to work through broken people." Robinson is a University of Oklahoma senior who got this idea for a massive Saturday service last summer, long before the Asbury awakening had happened. He was just hanging out at a coffee shop, talking to God. "I'm sitting there and I'm trying to figure out what I am going to do with my life. And I am asking God, 'What's next, what's next?'  feeling the stress and weight of not knowing what's next after college. And as I am doing that, I am trying to brainstorm and pray. And I am trying to find scripture to give me some sort of clarity and tell me what's next. And to my great surprise, He's like 'fill the stadium'. And I was like, 'Alright, God, if You promise to show up and make it happen, then I guess that takes the pressure off,'" Robinson recalls.

Consider this incredible timeline. Josh and Nathan and fellow students began meeting to plan this event back in September. They met every Wednesday to pray and plan. They didn't get university approval until five months later. The exact date of that approval was February 8, which also marked the start of the Asbury Revival.  One week after tickets were made available, this stadium was indeed filled with more than 60,000 souls seeking God. Robinson says this outreach was a God idea to bring hope to so many people.  "This is important because our generation is broken and hurting," he says. "We know the problems that they are facing. We understand that it is hard when you see all these issues, mental health, anxiety, depression. That is running rampant right now. And when we feel like we have the solution, when we know the answer is Jesus, are we doing our job if we are not telling people that?" There are countless stories of answered prayers in the crowd. Words and Music: Robert Lowry

Scripture: A pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. Revelation 22:1–2

Lyrics:
Shall we gather at the river,
Where bright angel feet have trod,
With its crystal tide forever
Flowing by the throne of God?

Refrain
Yes, we’ll gather at the river,
The beautiful, the beautiful river;
Gather with the saints at the river
That flows by the throne of God.

On the margin of the river,
Washing up its silver spray,
We will talk and worship ever,
All the happy golden day.

Refrain

Ere we reach the shining river,
Lay we every burden down;
Grace our spirits will deliver,
And provide a robe and crown.

Refrain

At the smiling of the river,
Mirror of the Savior’s face,
Saints, whom death will never sever,
Lift their songs of saving grace.

Refrain

Soon we’ll reach the silver river,
Soon our pilgrimage will cease;
Soon our happy hearts will quiver
With the melody of peace.

Refrain
