Video footage widely circulated in 2021 that shows a Capitol Police lieutenant asking members of the Oath Keepers for rescue help at the U.S. Capitol blows a hole in the seditious conspiracy charges brought against the group by federal prosecutors, two defense attorneys say. In the footage, Lt. Tarik Khalid Johnson asks a group of men to help him get more than a dozen trapped Capitol Police officers out of the Capitol and through a tightly packed crowd of protesters on the building’s east steps.
The men who answered the call to help were members of the Oath Keepers, a nationwide group of current and former military, law enforcement, and first responders who have been targeted by federal prosecutors for allegedly conspiring to attack the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The video is at least the second example showing the Oath Keepers coming to the aid of Capitol Police inside the building that day. The video footage was shot by part-time filmmaker Rico La Starza. One of several versions of the video footage posted online includes an introduction by La Starza. He said the video shows “me helping a group of Oath Keepers help Capitol Police get out. They looked scared and tired.”
In the middle of the afternoon on Jan. 6, 2021, Johnson appears on a terrace area near the bottom of the east stairs at the U.S. Capitol. He approaches a group of Oath Keepers for help. “If you guys can help me save some of the guys,” Johnson says to two Oath Keepers. “If you can help me get aside these people, I’d appreciate it. I just need to get these other officers out. They’re scared.
“I can do that. I can help,” says an Oath Keeper named Michael. Turning around to face Johnson, Michael appears to flash a badge and again says, “I can help.” Johnson hands Michael a megaphone and they go to the east stairs leading up to the Columbus Doors. ‘We’re Here. We’ve Got You’ “Just let me hold onto you,” Johnson says as they ascend the steps.
Two other groups of Oath Keepers that used the same stack formation to navigate the dense crowds and enter the Capitol were accused by prosecutors of using this military tactic as part of their alleged plan to attack the building and stop the certification of Electoral College votes. (Read more)

1. Israel Police Prepare for Arab March in Lod Marking Anniversary of Anti-Jewish Pogroms - Jewish Press
Israel Police are beefing up their forces to contend with an Arab march slated for Friday (May 13) in Lod.
The march is intended to mark the one-year anniversary of Arab pogroms against Jews that wracked that city and others with mixed populations during Operation Guardian of the Walls, the 11-day mini-war launched by Hamas against Israel.
“There will be high operational readiness with additional forces in the city, in order to maintain public order and any attempt to violate the order will be dealt with accordingly,” police said in a statement. Lod police station commander Lt. Gen. Shashi Shlomo said there would be an immediate response to any disturbance.

2. Muslim world slams Abu Akleh killing, but largely refrains from blaming Israel - Times of Israel
As Israel comes under harsh criticism in the West over the death of veteran Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, killed as she covered clashes between Israeli troops and Palestinian gunmen during an IDF raid in Jenin on Wednesday, the response in much of the Muslim world has been relatively muted.
The Palestinian Authority Health Ministry and Palestinian witnesses, including other journalists, charge that Israeli troops raiding Jenin on Wednesday morning fired the gunshots that killed Abu Akleh.
Israeli leaders claimed she was likely killed by Palestinian fire. Defense Minister Benny Gantz told parliament on Wednesday afternoon that preliminary findings showed “no [Israeli] gunfire was directed at the journalist,” whereas “we have seen footage of indiscriminate shooting by Palestinian terrorists, which is likely to have hit the journalist.” IDF chief Aviv Kohavi said later Wednesday that, at this stage, “it was not possible to determine whose gunfire she was hit by.”

3. Arab lawmaker interferes with arrest, violent suspect flees - World Israel News
During a police operation Thursday in the Beit Hanina neighborhood of Jerusalem, a young man, suspected of violating public order and vandalizing an Israeli flag, was detained for questioning, Hebrew-language channel N12 reported.
“This afternoon, the police detained a young man after a suspicion arose that he had thrown a suspicious object out of his hands,” Israel Police stated, adding that the incident is being investigated.
However, Arab Joint List MK Ahmad Tibiarrived at the scene and interfered with the procedure, thus providing the suspect with an opportunity to flee, the report said.
As a lawmaker, Tibi enjoys parliamentary immunity.

4. Israel Authorizes Project to Build 4,427 Homes in West Bank - Algemeiner
i24 News – The Israeli Defense Ministry body that authorizes construction in the West Bank gave permission to plans for 4,427 housing units in the settlements.
All 25 plans on the register were submitted to the Civil Administration’s planning subcommittee, and more than half of the houses received final approval for construction.
While some of the projects are for settlements near the Green Line, other approved plans are for settlements in the heart of the West Bank.
These include a 56-unit project in Negohot, which passed the first planning stage known as Depot, and a 534-unit project in Shvut Rachel, which passed the final planning stage. (Read more)

5. Five wounded as Turkey hit by rockets fired from Syria - Jerusalem Post
It said the Turkish military carried out retaliatory fire against targets in the Kobani region of northern Syria from where the attack was made.
Such incidents of cross-border fire have occurred sporadically in past years during the war in Syria.
The five people wounded in Turkey, in the Karkamis district of Gaziantep province, were taken to hospital for treatment, the ministry said.
The Kobani region is under the control of the Kurdish YPG militia, which Turkey considers a terrorist group and an extension of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which has fought an insurgency in southeast Turkey since 1984. (Read more)

1. Paid ballot traffickers involved in coordinated effort to steal the 2020 election: new documentary – LifeSite News
This was an organized effort to subvert a free and fair election,' declared Gregg Phillips in '2,000 Mules'.
In a documentary film released last weekend, author Dinesh D’Souza states that cell phone geo-tracking and video surveillance footage has uncovered thousands of illegally cast votes in a wide-scale, coordinated ballot-trafficking scheme conducted during the 2020 presidential election.
For the 2,000 Mules documentary, D’Souza interviewed Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of the ‘ True the Vote‘ advocacy group for election integrity, and Gregg Phillips, an OPSEC (operations security) cyber analyst. According to Engelbrecht and Philips, True the Vote obtained cell phone geo-tracking data for cities in the contested swing states of the 2020 presidential election. They said that, after observing patterns of movement from October 1 of that year until the election, they discovered thousands of cases in which individuals traveled to many mail-in ballot drop boxes within a two-week period. In addition, they say that they obtained 4 million minutes of video surveillance footage from the drop box areas for the period leading up to the election. The footage apparently revealed ballot traffickers, called mules, stuffing several ballots into each drop box visited, often very late at night. The mules wore gloves when depositing the ballots and then used their phone to take a photo of the drop box before leaving. (Read more) |

2. EXCLUSIVE: Voting Systems Used Across the Country Have Functionality to Create Ballots and Fill Them Out – Why Are They Allowed? – Gateway Pundit
This week auditors in New Mexico uncovered a number of material issues in their work to date. One item that we learned is that the voting system is able to fill out ballots. Combined with what we knew some time ago, this is devastating.
This past week auditors in New Mexico identified that the voting systems used in the counties under review have the ability to fill in ballots. This was noted in the presentation before officials in Otero County, New Mexico. We then learned earlier today that a prior New York state investigation identified malicious code that could do this.
In addition to this breaking news, TGP identified other system issues within the voting systems. According to the Dominion website, its election system has the ability to print ballots. 4. Alternatively, if allowed by your jurisdiction, use the Automated Test Deck application. This application, available from Dominion Voting, can automatically generate the appropriate test decks and expected results totals.

3. Is “Meltdown” The Correct Term To Describe The Current State Of The U.S. Economy? – The Economic Collapse Blog
I have really been struggling to come up with an accurate way of describing the current state of the U.S. economy, because none of the traditional labels seem to apply. Inflation is out of control, and that normally happens when an economy is overheating. But of course the U.S. economy is not overheating. In fact, if U.S. GDP falls once again during the second quarter, that will officially confirm that we are actually in a recession right now. There are some that have suggested that “stagflation” is a good description of current economic conditions, but the truth is that what we are facing is so much worse than anything that we dealt with during the 1970s.
Let me give you an example. The Bureau of Labor Statistics just informed us that the consumer price index is 8.3 percent higher than it was a year ago…
The consumer price index, a broad-based measure of prices for goods and services, increased 8.3% from a year ago, higher than the Dow Jones estimate for an 8.1% gain.
That is a really bad number, but it doesn’t accurately reflect reality.
If inflation was still calculated the way that it was back in 1980, the official rate of inflation would be well over 15 percent right now, and that is far worse than at any point during the Jimmy Carter era.
And if you can believe it, the real rate of inflation is now the highest that it has ever been in the entire modern history of the United States.
The term “meltdown” comes to mind, but I don’t think that completely captures what we are facing either. (Read more)

4. Fauci, Collins and others at NIH accepted hundreds of millions of dollars in secret payments prior to the plandemic – Pandemic News
Government watchdog non-profit Open the Books has discovered that more than $350 million in secret payments were funneled to Tony Fauci, Francis Collins, and other government workers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) between 2010 and 2020. These “undisclosed royalties” were paid to hundreds of scientists at the government agency in the years leading up to the unleashing of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), we now know. What we do not yet know is what they were specifically for.

5. Lipid nanoparticles in covid jabs “stick” to bodily organs, reveals Pfizer study – Pandemic News
A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch has revealed that clinical trial data directly from Pfizer shows that the company’s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” contain lipid nanoparticles that “stick” to vital organs like the liver, adrenal glands, spleen and ovaries.
Judicial Watch obtained some 466 pages of records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) containing data from biodistribution studies. Lipid nanoparticles, or LNPs, which are a key component of the Pfizer shot, were discovered all over the body anywhere from eight to 48 hours post-injection.
LNPs function as a delivery mechanism in the mRNA (messenger RNA) injection from Pfizer and BioNTech. Acuitas Therapeutics LNP technology is utilized in COMIRNATY, as the shot is now being called, according to a press release issued by Pfizer on Jan. 10, 2022. 7. Biden Admin Cancels Major Oil and Gas Lease Sales Amid Soaring Gas Prices – The Epoch Times
The Biden administration has canceled the sales of three major offshore oil leases in the Gulf of Mexico and off the coast of Alaska, blocking the opportunity to drill for oil in over 1 million acres amid soaring gas prices in the United States. The Interior Department said that due to “lack of industry interest in leasing in the area,” it will “not move forward” with the proposed Cook Inlet oil and gas lease sale 258 in Alaska, in a statement to news outlets.
“The Department also will not move forward with lease sales 259 and 261 in the Gulf of Mexico region, as a result of delays due to factors including conflicting court rulings that impacted work on these proposed lease sales.”
Among the voices opposing the cancellations was former Vice President Mike Pence.
“Gas Prices are the Highest Ever Recorded and the Biden administration cancels an Alaska oil and gas lease sale? This has got to stop. Unleash American Energy Joe!” Pence said on Twitter. (Read more)

8. Whistleblowers Allege FBI Investigated Parents Opposed to School COVID-19 Policies – The Epoch Times
Whistleblowers have alleged that the FBI conducted dozens of investigations into American parents who expressed opposition to schools’ COVID-19 mandates, and labeled them with a “threat tag,” House Judiciary Committee Republicans claimed in a letter on Wednesday.
Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Mike Johnson (R-La.) wrote in a letter to the Justice Department ( pdf) that the “brave whistleblowers” from the FBI had informed them that the agency had reportedly created an internal threat tag called “EDUOFFICIALS” in October 2021 to track alleged threats against school boards, following an Oct. 4 directive from Attorney General Merrick Garland. That directive came in response to a request from the National School Boards Association asking that the federal government use counterterrorism tools, including the Patriot Act, to target parents at school board meetings, the representatives wrote.
Such investigations allegedly involved parents who were “upset about mask mandates and state elected officials who publicly voiced opposition to vaccine mandates,” the lawmakers said. (Read more) |

9. Pollak: Joe Biden Is Letting Babies Go Hungry in America – Breitbart
President Joe Biden is failing to address the acute shortage of baby formula across the country, which is resulting in panic for mothers, for whom formula is a necessary supplement or substitute for breast milk.
The New York Times reported Tuesday: “A Baby Formula Shortage Leaves Desperate Parents Searching for Food.” A headline once impossible in America.
On Wednesday, incoming press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked who at the White House was “running point” on the baby shortage. She had no idea.
Instead, she assured reporters that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was rushing to make sure formula is “safe.” She blamed “Abbott’s voluntary recall of infant formula products,” which took place after four infants were hospitalized, and two died, though there is no proven link yet with the formula itself, according to the FDA.(The White House cannot get its message straight: on Monday, press secretary Jen Psaki said the FDA had “issued” the recall.)
Meanwhile, desperate mothers are considering their options: driving for hours to find formula somewhere; trying to restart or boost breast-feeding; or even trying to create their own homemade substitutes, which the government has advised them not to do. (Read more) |

Take Action Against The WHO Treaty

Part of the reason why the COVID response was so devastating is that the World Health Organization (WHO) was allowed to dictate response and treatment because of international regulations agreed to in 2005 in response to the SARS epidemic of 2003. The 194 WHO member countries agreed to allow WHO unprecedented power over how pandemics are handled. WHO is currently convening under the radar negotiations for a treaty that will greatly expand its powers to take precedent over Constitutional rights of member states. In other words, WHO will be used to establish world governing authority under the guise of a health emergency. This will no doubt impact free speech and religious freedom.
Let us remember how WHO handled the COVID pandemic by dictating the standard for “defeating” COVID—A historic global lockdown of healthy people and the control of their actions. WHO’s tentacles extended to the US, where the government dictated that there was no treatment for the disease, except for remdesivir and ventilators, which it mandated. This mandated treatment resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands, while life-saving treatments were denied by the US government and governments around the world. Then came the Emergency Use Authorized vaccines and the propaganda campaign that demonized anyone who refused to take the serum. Read More

When the Russian military crossed into Ukraine and Vladimir Putin stated his military objectives there, European leaders were quick to escalate the situation, imposing sweeping economic and banking sanctions against the Russian people. These sanctions caused a domino effect of unintended consequences throughout Europe and the West.
The United States, Canada and Europe put up a tough, “united front” against Russia, but as their trade war against Russia escalated, supply chains were threatened and prices for valuable commodities increased throughout the West. European leaders talked a big talk against Vladimir Putin from the start, making empty demands without having much leverage at all. Russia responded to the sanctions by demanding that hostile nations in the West pay for Russian energy supplies with gold or Russian rubles. Vladimir Putin called Europe’s bluff and exposed the vulnerabilities of the West.
European gas buyers are now paying for energy in Russian rubles, emboldening Russia
Now the head of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, is confirming that European gas buyers are paying for energy in Russian rubles. Draghi now says that “most gas importers” have opened up Ruble accounts with Gazprom and have acquiesced to Russian demands. One after the other, European gas buyers are violating the EU’s sanctions against Russia, as Western tough talk becomes nothing but a mere echo of weakness. Biden’s Economy is a Colossal Failure When Compared to President Trump’s

The average annual inflation rate under Biden continues to crush the US economy under the Biden Administration.
According to US Inflation Calculator, the annual rate of inflation for the calendar year 2022 remains at over 8%. When compared to the Trump years this number is shocking. (see chart above)
The chart and table below display annual US inflation rates for calendar years from 2000 and 2012 to 2022. (For prior years, see historical inflation rates.) If you would like to calculate accumulated rates between two different dates, use the US Inflation Calculator.
Last month this inflation rate was over 8% as well.
Biden’s economy couldn’t be much worse. Inflation is at record levels and way over the rate under President Trump. The markets are down again today and not much greater than when Biden took over. The US debt has reached epic heights going over $30 trillion while Biden/Obama push for more spending in Ukraine. Stand up and Fight for What's Right Until the End: School Coach Fired for Praying in Public

A school football coach who was fired for praying in public after the end of each of his team’s games has embarked on a years-long legal battle to fight for his religious rights.
Joe Kennedy, a former coach at a high school in Bremerton, Washington state decided to fight in court the school’s decision to suspend him for praying in public after each game. The coach wanted to set an example for his students to stand up and fight for what is right until the end.
“As long as I’m breathing, I’m going to be fighting. That’s what I expect from them,” Kennedy told EpochTV’s “Crossroads” program.

'Triple-dip' La Niña to hold vast influence over

The Pacific basin is gearing up for hurricane season. Here's what you can expect to see from the third consecutive season during which a La Niña phase will dominate.
A third consecutive Pacific hurricane season influenced by the La Niña pattern could make the season outlook feel like déjà vu, although AccuWeather forecasters warn that this season won't be an exact repeat of last year.
With the East Pacific basin's hurricane season starting on May 15 and the Central Pacific basin season following 16 days later, forecasters are predicting that the conditions presented by the La Niña pattern will keep a lid on the number of major hurricanes that may develop in the two basins, unlike what forecasters are expecting in the Atlantic basin.
The El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) cycle plays a crucial role in the hurricane season, ushering in warmer waters during El Niño years and promoting colder waters in the Pacific during the La Niña phase. With this season set up as a rare "triple-dip" La Niña, the Southwest and Latin American coastlines can expect to have similar conditions, regarding the Pacific basin hurricane season, as the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Jonathan Cahn's New Prophetic Movie Is a 'Trumpet Call Across America' for Revival

On May 12, Jonathan Cahn's new movie, The Harbingers of Things to Come, hits 822 theaters for its nationwide debut. Initially Cahn planned for the movie to be shown in theaters for one night, but because the ticket sales quickly exceeded his expectations, a showing on May 19 has been added to fill the growing demand. Cahn has written six New York Times bestselling books, but he has never done a theatrical release of a movie until now. Although Cahn is an accomplished author, he acknowledges that, for many people, books aren't the best medium. But those same people might go to a movie. "We've never done it in theaters," Cahn says. "We were praying about it ... 'Should it be? Lord, confirm it.' And it just took off. The momentum of this just took off very powerfully."
Theaters in Cahn's area of New Jersey began to sell out. Cahn even jokes that theaters might be so full that he won't get to watch it. "This is a trumpet call across America, by the grace of God, that all these theaters—major theaters-—have opened up their doors," he says. The Harbinger, Cahn's first book about 9/11, detailed how the United States is paralleling the path ancient Israel took to turning away from God and eventually being destroyed. The new movie will show how 9/11 was just the beginning and what steps America has taken toward destruction since 2001. "The culture around us is racing away from God," Cahn says.
