Ukrainian President Zelenskyvv is tied to Klaus Schwab, Justin Trudeau, and other global elites

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was one of the reasons he got into politics.

After leaving his career as a comedian and entertainer and becoming Ukraine’s president in April 2019, Zelenskyy hailed Trudeau as “one of those leaders who inspired” him “to join politics,” when he became Ukraine’s president in 2019.

While Zelenskyy has shot to stardom from relative obscurity from the perspective of the West since the Russo-Ukrainian conflict became international news last week, his admiration for Trudeau comes as less of a surprise when looking into his background.

Like Trudeau, Zelenskyy is an acolyte of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, the globalist organization behind the now-infamous “Great Reset” agenda, which tells the world that by the year 2030, “You’ll own nothing and you’ll be happy.”

The ubiquitous support for Zelenskyy by the elite, including support from “defund the police” and Black Lives Matter leftist mega-donor George Soros, Trudeau, American President Joe Biden, and all sides of mainstream media, has led many to question the true motivation behind the West’s condemnation of Russia and a concern that a push for yet another foreign war involving the West is underfoot.

- Father God, we ask that You loose Zelensky from these globalist ties and give him wisdom to know and to understand that all true power rests with You. Amen.

- “Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts." (Zechariah 4:6)

Turkey and US will Coordinate Response to Ukraine War, Ankara Says

Turkey and the United States will remain in "close coordination" as they work for a diplomatic solution to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said after talks between the NATO allies' deputy foreign ministers on Saturday.

Ties between Turkey and the United States have been strained over a host of issues in recent years, not least Turkey's purchase of Russian S-400 air defence systems and policy differences in Syria and the eastern Mediterranean. Washington imposed sanctions on Ankara in December 2020 over the S-400s.

Turkey shares a maritime border with Ukraine and Russia in the Black Sea and has good ties with both countries. Ankara has called Russia's assault unacceptable but it has also opposed sanctions on Moscow. Read more

- “Heavenly Father, we pray for the nation of Turkey, and its President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to stand with the United States and its allies, to protect innocent lives in Ukraine and to bring peace to this region. We pray for the deception and secret plans of the enemy to be revealed and faltered. To the United States, Turkey, Ukraine, and Russian leaders,

- ‘Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit. Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it. [For] the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous shall be condemned’ (Psalm 34:13-21).”

1. Bennett concludes meeting with Putin, speaks with Zelensky - Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow ended after three hours on Saturday. The leaders discussed the war in Ukraine, including the situation of Israelis and Jewish communities as a result of the conflict, a diplomatic source said.

In addition, Bennett and Putin discussed Iran talks, with Bennett emphasizing that Israel opposes a return to the 2015 nuclear deal, which is the aim of the negotiations in Vienna.

2. Israel said likely to shift to more pro-Ukraine stance as Russian invasion escalates  - Times of Israel

Policymakers in Israel recognize they won’t be able to maintain their relatively ambiguous policy regarding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine for much longer as the crisis there further escalates, Israeli television reported Friday.

“If things calm down in the next few days and are headed to dialogue, Israel will maintain its current approach… of humanitarian support for Ukraine, declarative condemnations of the Russian invasion and no sanctions,” an unnamed government source told Channel 12 news. “But if the situation continues to escalate, and [Russian President Vladimir] Putin deepens the invasion, and the victims and killing mount, Israel will be compelled to join the Western effort to impose sanctions.”

The network also quoted a “very senior Israeli source” who said the Biden administration to date has given Israel leeway, recognizing Jerusalem’s need to maintain working relations with Russia. However, the source said, “the longer that this war continues, we will no longer be able to sit on the fence. We’ll have to follow a different policy — in words and deeds. We’ll have to take a side far more clearly.” (Read more)

3. IDF thwarted launching of armed aircraft from Iran into Israel - World Israel News

In recent months, Israel has thwarted attempts to launch armed aircraft and drones from Iran, an IDF spokesman revealed Sunday evening, Channel 12 reported.

This was the first time, not only in Israel but also in the world, that F35 planes shot down two enemy aircraft in an air-to-air missile, the report said.

The IDF activity was carried out far from the border and did not threaten civilians or facilities, the spokesman said.

The F35 has a radar that can detect both small and slow targets – like the drones – as well as air-to-air missiles that can hit and intercept them, despite their size. (Read more)

4. Two Israeli police officers injured in Jerusalem stabbing; terrorist killed - JNS

(March 6, 2022 / JNS) Two police officers were wounded early on Sunday in a terror attack in Jerusalem’s Old City, according to the Israel Police. The assailant was neutralized by officers on the scene.

The suspect arrived at the Huta Gate in the Muslim Quarter at approximately 4:30 a.m., drew a knife and attacked the officers, stabbing one. Other officers present on the scene opened fire, neutralizing him. He was later pronounced dead on the scene by medical personnel.

The two officers, who suffered light to moderate wounds, were evacuated for medical treatment.

Additional police forces quickly arrived on the scene and began searching the area for additional threats. Israel Police Jerusalem District Commander Doron Turjeman also visited the scene, and conducted a situation assessment. (Read more)

5. As Ramadan approaches, Palestinians anticipate more violence - Jerusalem Post

Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine urged Palestinians to step up the “resistance” against Israel in the coming days and weeks.

Less than a month before the start of Ramadan, observed by Muslims as a month of fasting, prayer and reflection, a number of Palestinian terrorist groups have called for stepping up attacks on Israel.

Palestinian activists on Sunday said they expect an increase in violence before and during Ramadan, which begins at the beginning of April. (Read more)

1. Putin says Western sanctions are akin to declaration of war - Reuters

President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday that Western sanctions on Russia were akin to a declaration of war and warned that any attempt to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would lead to catastrophic consequences for the world. Putin reiterated that his aims were to defend Russian- speaking communities through the "demilitarisation and de-Nazification" of the country so that Russia's former Soviet neighbour became neutral and no longer threatened Russia.

Ukraine and Western countries have dismissed this as a baseless pretext for the invasion he launched on Feb. 24 and have imposed a sweeping range of sanctions aimed at isolating Moscow. "These sanctions that are being imposed are akin to a declaration of war but thank God it has not come to that," Putin said, speaking to a group of flight attendants at an Aeroflot training centre near Moscow.

He said any attempt by another power to impose a no-fly zone in Ukraine would be considered by Russia to be a step into the military conflict. Such a step he said would have catastrophic consequences for Europe and the world. (Read more)

2. Ukraine President Zelenskyy requests more lethal aid during virtual meeting with US senators - Fox News

Ukraine President Zelenskyy requests more lethal aid during virtual meeting with US senators - Fox News

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked Congress for more lethal aid, more planes, more sanctions and to shut down Russian oil exports during a virtual video call with lawmakers Saturday as Washington weighs more aid to help Ukraine fight off a brutal Russian invasion.  Zelenskyy spoke on a Zoom video call with more than 280 senators and House members. He wore a military green T-shirt, spoke aside a Ukrainian flag and appealed to the U.S. lawmakers for more help. "He spoke from the heart," Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., said on Fox News Channel, adding that Zelenskyy also requested to close the skies with a no-fly zone.

The meeting comes as NATO rejected a Zelenskyy request for a no-fly zone over Ukraine to provide air cover for the Ukrainian people. Zelenskyy slammed the decision, but NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg warned that having alliance planes over Ukrainian airspace could spark a new world war.

A Senate source told Fox News Digital that in addition to the no-fly zone discussion, Zelenskyy asked for more planes and expressed concern that the United States was standing in the way of other NATO nations sending planes.

Zelenskyy said Poland is ready to send planes, specifically Russian-made MiGs which Ukrainians can fly, but the U.S. had not signed off because of fear it would be seen as an escalation, a source told Fox News. The problem, the source said, is there are no clear parameters for what is an act of war, what triggers Article 5 provision of the NATO alliance that could bring all allies into a war with Russia. (Read more)

3.  Republicans troubled by ongoing talks to revive Iran nuclear deal: 'Russia should not be at any table' - Fox News

Republicans are raising alarms about a possible breakthrough to restart the Iran nuclear deal, amid reports that the U.S. and Iran are coming close to restoring the 2015 nuclear agreement. Negotiations have been ongoing in Vienna for the United States to rejoin the international deal that President Trump pulled out of in 2018. Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China are still part of the deal with Iran and have been trying to salvage it.

Republicans have long been skeptical of the Iran nuclear deal, but say the timing for any restart is particularly troubling given Russia's involvement during its ongoing invasion of Ukraine. "Russia should not be at any table with us right now," Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., told Fox News Digital, adding that he's "very concerned" about a new deal. "They're committing egregious acts of terrorism and murder in a free democracy in Ukraine, in Europe right now." (Read more)

4. Americans Told to Leave Russia Immediately - Fox News

The State Department Saturday issued new guidance to Americans in Russia, urging them to leave "immediately."

The new guidance is a step-up from Wednesday's guidance that Americans in the country should "consider" leaving.

The U.S. embassy in Moscow also announced Ambassador Sullivan will host a virtual town hall for Americans in Russia this Wednesday.

- Father, we pray all Americans in Russia will heed this warning to protect themselves from harm. Grant them easy access to leave Russia peacefully.

-  "Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. ..." (Proverbs 4:6)

5. Russians in control of Ukrainian port city Kherson - Israel Hayom

Russian forces have taken over the strategic port city of Kherson and shelled Europe's largest nuclear power plant in another city, sparking a fire there that was extinguished overnight. It comes as Russian forces continue to press ahead with their invasion and campaign to "demilitarize" Ukraine.

In Belarus, Ukrainian and Russian delegates met and agreed to provide safe corridors to evacuate citizens and deliver humanitarian aid. People across Ukraine have taken up arms, sought shelter or fled to neighboring countries.

Russians captured the southern city of Kherson, a vital Black Sea port of 280,000. Ukrainian officials confirmed the takeover of the government headquarters there, making it the first major city to fall since the invasion began. Russian armored vehicles were seen in the otherwise empty streets of Kherson, in videos shared with The Associated Press by a resident.

Heavy fighting continued on the outskirts of another strategic port, Mariupol, knocking out the city's electricity, heat and water systems, as well as most phone service. Food deliveries to the city were also cut. (Read more)

 - Lord God, we call for a move of Your divine grace, causing these Russian troops to retreat, thereby returning the control of this port city to the Ukrainians. We ask for a miracle, in Jesus' name, amen and amen.

6. Russia invasion: Refugees fleeing Ukraine mark largest, fastest displacement pattern since WWII - Fox News

More than 1.25 million people have fled Ukraine since Russian forces invaded on Feb. 24, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) said in a Saturday press release.

The mass displacement marks the "largest humanitarian crisis Europe has seen since World War [II]," said IOM , which is asking for $350 million to support humanitarian efforts in the war-torn country.

he International Rescue Committee (IRC) called it the "fastest exodus of refugees this century" in a Saturday tweet.

"In the cities and streets of Ukraine today, innocent civilians are bearing witness to our Age of Impunity. The fact that 1 million refugees have already been forced to flee is a grim testament to barbaric military tactics taking aim at homes and hospitals," David Miliband, president and CEO at IRC, said in a Wednesday statement. "The IRC is calling on the Russian government to immediately cease all violations of the laws of war to spare additional harm to civilians and avoid further displacement." (Read more)

- Father, we pray over these refugees fleeing Ukraine. Grant them protection and help them find a new home until their country is safe to return to.

7. Reporters in Russia can be jailed over 'fake' news about the country's military and invasion of Ukraine, according to a new law - Fox News

As Russia continues to crack down on independent media outlets within its borders, one television news channel ended its broadcast by showing staffers walking off a set Thursday in an act of protest.

Regulators in Russia accused the channel, also known as Dozhd or TV Rain, of "inciting extremism, abusing Russian citizens, causing mass disruption of public calm and safety, and encouraging protests," the BBC reported. "We need strength to exhale and understand how to work further. We really hope that we will return to the air and continue our work, "Natalya Sindeeva, CEO of Dozhd, said in a statement posted to social media.

Russia has repeatedly rejected the terms "war" and "invasion" over its incursion into Ukraine and had accused the West of spreading disinformation with help from media outlets.

On Friday, President Vladimir Putin signed into law a measure that could jail journalists for up to 15 years for reporting "fake" news about the military and invasion that conflicts with statements from Russian officials. (Read more)

8.  Franklin Graham sends disaster response teams to Europe; says he opposes war - Religion News Service

He said Samaritan’s Purse can help with food, clothing, housing and other needs. Graham denied supporting Putin in his war against Ukraine.

The Rev. Franklin Graham said his Christian humanitarian relief organization was sending disaster response teams to Poland, Romania and Moldova to assess how it can meet the needs of Ukrainians fleeing their country.

Graham said at least 24 Samaritan’s Purse personnel will be on the ground in those countries bordering Ukraine this weekend.

“First of all we’re concerned for the people,” said Graham, president and CEO of Samaritan’s Purse in a phone interview with RNS Friday (Feb. 25). “I can’t imagine the fear these families are going through.”
Graham noted that these Central European countries aren’t set up to accommodate a large influx of refugees and will need infrastructure to support them. He said Samaritan’s Purse can help with food, clothing, housing and other needs and would work with officials in those countries to best assist the displaced.

Samaritan’s Purse is also ready to send an emergency field hospital and will have one ready to ship from Greensboro, North Carolina, if needed. He said the advanced response team now arriving in Europe will include medical professionals. (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You for the witness of Franklin Graham as he reaches out to these people who so desperately need his help. We ask that You sustain the workers with Samaritan's Purse with Your amazing grace, bringing each one strength and help, as needed. Thank You, Lord, we pray, amen and amen.

9. Florida legislature passes bill banning abortions after 15 weeks - CNN

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is poised to sign into a law a bill that would ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, allowing only for exceptions involving "serious risk" to the pregnant person and fatal fetal abnormality but with no exceptions for rape or incest.

The Republican-sponsored bill was passed by the state Senate on Thursday night, and was swiftly condemned by President Joe Biden. DeSantis said Friday that he will sign the ban "in short order."
"These are protections for babies that have heartbeats, that can feel pain, and this is very, very late," DeSantis said at an event in Jacksonville Friday morning. "And so, I think when you're talking about late term, you know, that's one thing. And so, you know, I think the protections are warranted."

The bill makes Florida the latest Republican-led state, along with West Virginia and Arizona, to advance a 15-week abortion ban bill this session. Meanwhile, the US Supreme Court appears poised to uphold a similar Mississippi law that bars abortion after 15 weeks. The fate of Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide, also hangs in the balance, and anti-abortion activists are hopeful that the court's conservative majority will strike it down.  (Read more)

10.  US Supreme Court to hear case of Christian web designer - Christian Today

The US Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case of a Christian web designer challenging a Colorado state law requiring her to create wedding websites for same-sex couples if she also offers similar services for other couples.

In an orders list released last week, the court agreed to hear an appeal in the case of 303 Creative LLC et al v. Aubrey Elenis, et al.

"The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted limited to the following question: Whether applying a public-accommodation law to compel an artist to speak or stay silent violates the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment," the order states.

The Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative legal group representing web designer Lorie Smith and her company, 303 Creative, praised the high court's decision to hear the appeal.

"This could be a landmark case for religious liberty and artistic freedom," stated the ADF on Twitter shortly after the order was released. "We look forward to representing Lorie before the high court." (Read more)

- Father God, we ask that Lori Smith be vindicated and found not guilty of any charges that have been filed against her. Amen.

11. Several dead in wake of EF3 tornado near Des Moines, Iowa - Accuweather.com

On March 5, a large tornado is seen on the ground in Des Moines, Iowa, after storms were approaching the area.

A confirmed tornado tore through the Des Moines, Iowa, area on Saturday as a potent storm made its way through the Midwest. At least seven fatalities were reported between two Iowa counties after a large and damaging tornado caused significant damage to the towns of Winterset, Iowa, and Patterson, Iowa, each located to the southwest of Des Moines, making this the deadliest tornado to hit Iowa since 2008, according to reporting from the Des Moines Register.

As of Sunday morning, preliminary results from Saturday night suggest that at least EF-3 tornado damage occurred. This rating uses the Enhanced Fujita Scale for wind and indicates severe damage and wind speeds of 136 to 165 mph.

Diogenes Ayala, the director of the Madison County Emergency Management Agency, where six of the reported fatalities occurred, estimated that at least 25 to 30 houses had been "destroyed" by the tornado. (Read more)

American Veterans Rush in to Help Defend Ukraine
American veterans are heading to Ukraine to join the country's fight against Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has in recent days called for an "international legion" of volunteers, and many civilians from other countries, such as the United Kingdom, have heeded his call. Dmytro Kuleba, the Ukrainian minister of foreign affairs, last week echoed the sentiment, encouraging volunteers to come to the country to battle Russia, while also highlighting the German occupation during World War II. "Foreigners willing to defend Ukraine and world order as part of the International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine, I invite you to contact foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine in your respective countries. Together we defeated Hitler, and we will defeat Putin, too," he said.

Across the United States, countless veterans have witnessed Ukrainians fight back against Russian President Vladimir Putin's incursion into their country, and many have been overwhelmed by their sense of duty to push back against the unfolding threat against democracy. In cities and towns across the nation, veterans are strategizing how to join in the fight, assembling passports and other materials that they'll need in order to enter Ukraine.

And many former service members are encouraged by the firm resistance of Ukrainians against Russia, savoring the chance to fight alongside citizens who are committed to protecting democracy, as opposed to some of the past experiences of veterans who fought in countries where their efforts weren't always embraced by citizens.

James, a medic who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan and chose to omit his last name, told The Times that he wanted to help Ukraine after seeing the Russian advance. "Combat has a cost, that's for sure; you think you can come back from war the same, but you can't," he told the newspaper as he waited for word from Ukrainian officials. "But I feel obligated. It's the innocent people being attacked — the kids. It's the kids, man. I just can't stand by."  (Business Insider) Read more

In first signs of unrest, Kremlin officials say 'Putin betrayed us'

Speaking to Israel Hayom, top official in the Russian opposition party says that within the halls of the Kremlin officials were "depressed and disappointed," and that "ultimately a group will rise that will remove him from power."

The official's statements were bolstered by the news website "Agenstvo" (formerly "Proekt"), a leader in the field of Russian political commentary. According to Agentsvo, sources in within the Russian government and in financial circles in Russia say they were unprepared for the economic sanctions imposed by the West and for Putin's decision to launch a war. A high-ranking official told the website that he "didn't know" the Russian army would embark on a broad invasion of Ukraine and that other officials were stunned upon learning war had begun.

"It's simply incomprehensible," said one Kremlin official. Putin's cabinet, the official added, had indeed prepared to contend with European sanctions in the wake of Moscow's recognition of the separatist republics Luhansk and Donetsk, but it was unaware of the decision to launch a war. A senior official in a government-owned corporation said the scenario that was planned for included being disconnected from SWIFT (the system of execution of financial transactions and payments between banks worldwide), and that other large companies tested their ability to function if they were barred from global supplies of microchips and software; but that no one foresaw the mass abandonment of the European markets' and virtually all Western companies.

"Everyone is in shock," a source close to the Russian presidency told Agenstvo, but stressed that no one has dared jump ship. "If you resign, the only place you're going is to jail," the source continued. The report comes amid the backdrop of remarks by two Russian oligarchs with ties to the Kremlin, Oleg Deripaska and Ukrainian-born Mikhail Fridman. The two broke have called for an end to Russia's war there and according to some reports, Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has asked to be part of the ceasefire negotiations. (Read more)

Trucker convoy reaches DC Beltway with plans to loop twice

A People’s Convoy has reached D.C.’s Beltway Sunday morning after traveling from the Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland to protest COVID-19 restrictions.

The vehicles in the convoy are staying in one lane and are spacing out while driving a bit below the speed limit, WTOP’s Valerie Bonk reports.

A spokesperson tells WTOP that they plan to circle the Beltway on Sunday in protest of COVID-19 restrictions. Afterward, they’re expected to head back to Hagerstown. Lynne Kristensen, a spokesperson with the People’s Convoy, told WTOP Saturday night that plans have not been finalized, but that the convoy did plan to drive around D.C. They didn’t plan to enter D.C. proper.

The convoy wants President Joe Biden to end the State of Emergency declared by Donald Trump at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to their website. They’re also asking Congress to hold hearings for government officials who handled the pandemic.

Local officials preparing for traffic

State police are monitoring the convoy’s potential impact to traffic with the help of local, state and federal partners, according to a news release from Virginia State Police.

The agency said they’ve talked with the protest’s leaders and when the convoy enters the region, drivers will see an increased presence of Virginia Troopers and the state’s Motor Carrier Safety teams to ease traffic.

“Virginia State Police respects the public’s First Amendment rights and has been in contact with various groups’ organizers to ensure their understanding of Virginia traffic laws,” the news release states. “These communications have also enabled us to share our expectations related to keeping traffic flowing safely and efficiently on Virginia highways, especially in the case of emergencies and for first responder vehicles.”

Maryland State Police echoed a similar sentiment.

“While public safety remains a priority and we work to fulfill our statewide law enforcement responsibilities, the Maryland State Police respects the public’s First Amendment rights. Law enforcement personnel are working to maintain the flow of traffic and alleviate congestion as they make their way to the region and to the I-495 Capital Beltway.”

The trucker convoy was estimated to have hundreds of vehicles ranging from semis to standard-sized cars. (WTOP News) Read more here.

Ingenious System to Pulverize Asteroids May Be Earth's Only Chance in a Catastrophe

Gazing at the night sky can evoke a sense of wonder regarding humanity's place in the Universe. But that's not all it can evoke.

If you're knowledgeable about asteroid strikes like the one that wiped out the dinosaurs, then even a fleeting meteorite can nudge aside your enjoyable sense of wonder.

What if?

Luckily, planetary defense is at the top of mind for some scientists and engineers. One of those scientists is Professor Philip Lubin from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Lubin is developing his idea called PI-Terminal Defense for Humanity. The PI stands for Pulverize It, and Lubin thinks pulverizing an incoming impactor into tiny pieces is our best bet to protect ourselves from an asteroid on short notice.

Lubin presented his PI Planetary Defence idea at the 2021 Planetary Defence Conference. His idea is now a Phase One awardee in the NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) program. NIAC aims to promote and support visionary ideas that can transform future NASA missions. Read More

Ukrainians Tell Stories of Divine Intervention from the Battlefield
'Some Kind of Lightning Shooting from the Sky':
Are Ukrainians receiving some heavenly help in the fight against their Russian invaders? Stories of divine intervention are being told that sound a lot like accounts from the Bible, including a pillar of fire at night and confused Russian troops. In this week's episode of CBN News The Global Lane, CBN Ukraine Director Kostyantine Lytvynenko explains that although his fellow countrymen are showing incredible strength and resiliency in the war with Russia, they're also experiencing some divine intervention.

Lytvynenko said one man shared with him a story of his son who's serving in the Ukrainian army. He said the man told him on one dark night, the soldiers were holding their positions and discovered there were a lot of Russian Federation tanks and other mobile units coming directly at them. It appeared the soldiers would have trouble defending themselves. The son picked up his phone and called his father. "He said, 'Dad, you have to pray right now. We're in a situation,'" Lytvynenko said.
So the father called other members of their church and asked them to start praying. Later, the son called his father back.

"He said, 'There's some miracle that happened. It looked like an attack (on the Russians) from a spaceship. There was some kind of lightning shooting from the sky,'" Lytvynenko told CBN News. "And sparks were spreading everywhere." (Read more)

In the morning, they (the Ukrainian troops) discovered the Russian tanks and other mobile units had been destroyed. "All of those soldiers thought maybe it was done by some kind of a weapon we didn't know about," Lytvynenko said. "It was just God's intervention." Lytvynenko also relayed another incident he heard from a friend. He says the friend told him, "'We were praying that they (the Russians) would start resisting each other. That the enemy would resist the enemy.'" Words and Music: R Kelso Carter

Scripture: The word of the Lord was precious in those days. 1 Samuel 3:1

Lyrics:
Standing on the promises of Christ my king,
Through eternal ages let His praises ring,
Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.

Standing on the promises that cannot fail,
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises I now can see
Perfect, present cleansing in the blood for me;
Standing in the liberty where Christ makes free,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises of Christ the Lord,
Bound to Him eternally by love’s strong cord,
Overcoming daily with the Spirit’s sword,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises I cannot fall,
Listening every moment to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior as my all in all,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain
