‘Squad’ Democrats Revive Push For ‘Equal Rights Amendment’ To Constitution
|

Democratic Reps. Cori Bush and Ayanna Pressley launched a new Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) Caucus during a press conference Tuesday.
The caucus is the latest attempt to revive the ERA, which fell three states short of ratification after Congress passed it in 1972. It also marks 100 years since the ERA was first introduced in 1923, Bush and Pressley said in a press release ahead of the event, according to The Hill.
“With women and LGBTQ folks facing daily sexism, pregnancy discrimination, pay inequity, sexual violence, and persistent legislative attacks on our bodily autonomy, we need the ERA now,” Pressley said during the press conference.
Douglas Johnson, director of the ERA Project of the National Right to Life Committee, criticized the “ERA-revivalist cult” in a statement Monday.
“The Equal Rights Amendment irrevocably expired decades ago, and those who argue otherwise have suffered an unbroken 41-year string of defeats in the federal courts,” Johnson said. “The unconstitutional resolutions advanced by the ERA revivalists will not pass in the Senate or in the House, and in any event would have no legal effect. The authority of Congress over the 1972 ERA ended when Congress submitted it to the states a half-century ago.” (Daily Caller) Read more here.

EXCLUSIVE: Reps. Mary Miller, MTG Press FBI For Answers Over Nashville School Shooting
|

llinois Republican Rep. Mary Miller and Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene sent a letter Tuesday to FBI Director Christopher Wray, demanding a number of answers regarding the shooting in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter before it was sent in which the two GOP lawmakers ask the FBI multiple questions on its obligation to investigate and arrest individuals engaging in violent extremism. Both Miller and Greene want to know if the FBI will be treating the shooting at the Christian private school, which left six victims dead, as a domestic terrorist attack.
“The FBI must treat the horrific attack in Nashville as a domestic terrorist attack based on the attacker’s transgender political ‘manifesto’ and intentional targeting of Christians. FBI Director Wray testified to Congress that the gravest threat to our nation is posed by ‘lone domestic violent extremists radicalized by personalized grievances,’ and the FBI cannot ignore their own guidance on this type of attack just because the Biden Administration supports the transgender political agenda,” Miller told the Caller before sending the letter.
“I joined Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in calling for a full investigation into the outside organizations encouraging violence, including the organizations promoting a ‘Trans Day of Vengeance’ which appears to be a national call to violence. Our nation is facing a crisis because our society has turned away from God and is embracing a culture that tells children that life has no value. Cold, evil acts of violence, especially violence against children, is only possible for individuals who have lost their connection to humanity. I pray for the parents and children suffering in Nashville right now, and I am grateful for the swift action by brave police officers who saved countless lives,” Miller added.
Greene also mentioned she wants to know “if the shooter is taking any hormone therapy medications, most trans are taking hormones of some type or medications. And if so, what drugs was this person on? And if it was testosterone, I mean, that’s known to increase aggression. Since this was a female [that] identifies as a man, it’s very likely that the person was taking testosterone, and that could have caused her to be more aggressive.” (Daily Caller) Read more here. |

‘Disgraceful’: Ted Cruz Rips Into Biden’s DHS Secretary For Refusing To Say There’s A Border Crisis
|

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas would not answer Tuesday whether the U.S. southern border is in crisis, prompting Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz to decry his record and demand his resignation.
Cruz asked Mayorkas during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing if there is currently a crisis at the border, with Mayorkas citing “a very significant challenge” but declining to say “yes” or “no.” Cruz pointed out that Biden administration Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz had concisely acknowledged a southern border crisis in a July deposition, asking Mayorkas if he would “speak with the same clarity.”
Cruz said over 5.5 million people have entered the U.S. illegally under President Joe Biden, asking Mayorkas how many murderers, rapists, child molesters and terrorists he has released and how many children have been sold into sex slavery under his administration. Cruz called Mayorkas’ behavior “disgraceful,” saying migrant deaths and child assaults and rapes are at his feet.
“The men and women of the Border Patrol, they’ve never had a political leader undermine them,” Cruz said, arguing Mayorkas should resign. “They despise you, Mr. Secretary, because you’re willing to let children be raped to follow political orders. This is a crisis, it’s disgrace, and you won’t even admit this human tragedy is a crisis.”
Mayorkas deemed Cruz’s words “revolting” and refused to address them.

1. Biden: Israel can’t continue this way, Netanyahu won't be invited to White House - Jerusalem Post
The judicial reform proposal sparked the worst crisis in American-Israeli relations in decades, as US President Joe Biden called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to halt the plan and said he would not host him in the White House at this time.
“I hope he [Netanyahu] walks away from it,” Biden told reporters as he issued his most clear objections to the plan to date and opened an intensely public dispute between the two leaders, who are also good friends.
When asked if he would invite Netanyahu to the White House, Biden quickly replied, “No, not in the near term.” (Read more)

2. Netanyahu responds to Biden: Israel makes its decisions by the will of its people - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded on Tuesday night to President Joe Biden's criticism of what is happening in Israel.
“I have known President Biden for over 40 years, and I appreciate his longstanding commitment to Israel. The alliance between Israel and the United States is unbreakable and always overcomes the occasional disagreements between us,” said Netanyahu.
“My administration is committed to strengthening democracy by restoring the proper balance between the three branches of government, which we are striving to achieve via a broad consensus,” he added. (Read more)

3. Deri's compromise would keep Gallant as Defense Minister - Israel National News
Will Defense Minister Yoav Gallant will remain in his post? Shas chairman MK Aryeh Deri held talks with Gallant and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which it was agreed that Gallant would apologize for the timing of the speech in which he called for the judicial reform to be stopped, and to clarify that he opposes threats of refusal to serve in the army as a means of protesting the reform.
Should Gallant make such a statement, Netanyahu is expected to agree to keep Gallant in the Ministry of Defense.
Deri has been making a great effort to mediate between Gallant and Netanyahu. This past Friday, Deri met with IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi in order to hear about the goings on in the army in light of the latest developments. (Read more)

4. Azerbaijan first Shi’ite country to open embassy in Israel - JNS
(March 29, 2023 / JNS) Azerbaijan was set on Wednesday to become the first Shi’ite Muslim country to open an embassy in Israel, with the two countries’ foreign ministers meeting in Jerusalem ahead of the inauguration ceremony.
Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen called the arrival of an ambassador from Baku and the opening of a permanent embassy in the Jewish state “historic” after 30 years of diplomatic ties.
“Azerbaijan is a strategic partner of Israel,” Cohen said at a press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, emphasizing the close coordination on regional security with an emphasis on countering Iran, which shares 428 miles of border with Azerbaijan, split into two noncontiguous sections. 1. House Republicans pass Parents Bill of Rights - The Hill
House Republicans passed an education bill on Friday that emphasizes parental rights in the classroom, leaning into a hot-button, culture war issue that has gained popularity in GOP politics across the country.
The legislation, titled the Parents Bill of Rights, passed in a 213-208 vote, and it now heads to the Senate for consideration. It is highly unlikely, however, that the Democratic-controlled chamber will take up the measure, with House Democrats dubbing the bill the “Politics over Parents Act.”
The measure would require schools to publish their curricula publicly, mandate that parents be allowed to meet with their children’s teachers and make schools give information to parents when violence occurs on school grounds. (Read more)

3. Nashville Police Release Bodycam Footage of Cops Heroically Taking Out Transgender Shooter - Western Journal
Police in Nashville, Tennessee, have released body camera footage that shows the moment officers ended a mass shooting at a Christian elementary school in the city Monday morning.
The video shows a number of armed officers searching the Covenant School for the shooter, who has since been identified as 28-year-old Audrey Hale. The killer attended the school as a girl but later identified as male.
A clip shared by the department Tuesday shows an uncut view of what first responders saw as they sought the source of gunfire. At 10:27 a.m., Hale was neutralized by a volley of rounds from the duo. (Read more)

4. University Professor Suspended, Referred to Police After Reportedly Calling for the Murder of 'Right-Wing' Speakers - The Western Journal
A professor at Michigan’s Wayne State University has been suspended after allegedly posting a disturbing remark on social media.
Steven Shaviro, described as an English professor, philosopher and writer, recently posted a statement to Facebook that appeared to endorse the murder of those who hold political viewpoints he opposes, WJBK-TV in Detroit reported Monday.
“So here is what I think about free speech on campus,” Shaviro reportedly said in the post. “Although I do not advocate violating federal and state criminal codes, I think it is far more admirable to kill a racist, homophobic, or transphobic speaker than it is to shout them down.” (Read more)

Biden on Tuesday renewed his call for an "assault weapons" ban, claiming there is a "moral price to pay for inaction" by Republican lawmakers who oppose such a measure after a 28-year-old transgender former student allegedly gunned down three 9-year-olds and three adults at a Christian private school in Nashville, Tennessee, on Monday.
Karine Jean-Pierre doubled down on blaming Republicans during Wednesday’s briefing, saying, "Republicans in Congress need to show some courage. American Federation of Teachers (AFT) President Randi Weingarten pushed a ban on an entire category of firearms, urging the U.S. to have the “courage” that Scotland and Australia showed in enacting their stringent gun controls.
“Today, we renew our call for common sense gun safety legislation, including a ban on assault weapons. This is an epidemic,” Weingarten said, according to FOX News.

Elon Musk’s Twitter has restricted accounts of prominent conservative politicians, journalists, and activists that are raising awareness about the fact that radical transgender activists called for a “Trans Day of Vengeance” ahead of the mass shooting at a Nashville Christian school, carried out by a woman who identified as transgender.
One of the suspended accounts included Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who reportedly tweeted an image of a poster advertising the upcoming “Trans Day of Vengeance” event, which is being hosted by the Trans Radical Activist Network.
Ella Irwin, Twitter’s head of trust and safety, said in a separate tweet that Twitter is automatically removing images of the poster due to fear it could incite violence. The images being removed are those posted by conservatives and others raising awareness about the threat. Elon Musk’s censors had no issues with the original tweets of the poster posted by transgender activists until the new crackdown. (Read more)

The press secretary for Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs resigned Wednesday morning after appearing to suggest gun violence against "transphobes" just hours after a woman who identified as transgender gunned down six people at a Tennessee school.
"Us when we see transphobes," Hobbs press secretary Josselyn Berry tweeted just hours after 28-year-old Audrey Hale opened fire at the Covenant School in Nashville, killing three children and three adults. Berry's tweet included a GIF of actress Gena Rowlands in a scene from the 1980 movie "Gloria," where she is pointing two revolver handguns.
"The Governor does not condone violence in any form. This administration holds mutual respect at the forefront of how we engage with one another. The post by the Press Secretary is not reflective of the values of the administration. The Governor has received and accepted the resignation of the Press Secretary," the governor's office said Wednesday in a statement. (Read more)

Stupidocrisy: Using God To Justify Child Mutilation

There are a lot of bad things going on in this world. It is difficult to even fathom mankind’s cruelty to each other. The trend toward everything transgender in the United States is among the cruelest. To think that politicians would advocate for and even legalize the sexual mutilation of minor children is beyond good reason and decency. The LGBTQ+ community that has infiltrated America’s schools and is allowed unfettered influence in causing minor children to first think about their sexuality and then question it to the point of wanting to change their sex is a horrible sin. Even more so are the wrong-minded politicians that legalize such horrors. And it is even worse when they invoke God to justify these terrors.
The Kentucky State Senate is comprised of 30 Republicans and 7 Democrats. The Kentucky State House is comprised of 80 Republicans and 20 Democrats. Both houses passed a bill along party lines to require schools to not allow students to a use restrooms, locker rooms, shower rooms that are reserved for students of a different biological sex; must provide parental notification and consent of any curriculum teaching human sexuality; prohibits such instruction in grade 5 or below; prohibits schools from providing medical or mental health services without parental consent; forbids health care providers from administrating puberty blockers to or altering the appearance of the sex of a minor. Kentucky’s Democratic governor Andy Beshear vetoed the bill. The legislature may exercise its right to override the veto by March 30. Read More

I have boots on the ground in Jerusalem and am on the King’s business. I have been stationed in an office on the sixth floor of the main bus station on Jaffa street in Jerusalem. Yesterday, it was total gridlock and chaos in trying to catch a bus from the Jaffa business center to the outlying residential area. I had to walk quite a distance outside the business district to catch a bus. Why was there so much chaos and gridlock yesterday?
We are living in extraordinary days right now. Israel as a nation has never been in as much danger as she is right now!

China's expansion of its nuclear arsenal is the most "disturbing" development that Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall has seen in his decadeslong career, he told lawmakers Tuesday. Kendall made the statement during a hearing before the House Appropriations Committee. Kendall, with a 50-year U.S. military and defense career, says China's development into a top-level nuclear power is a major issue.
"I don't think I've seen anything more disturbing in my career than the Chinese ongoing expansion of their nuclear force," Kendall told lawmakers. "For decades, they were quite comfortable with an arsenal of a few hundred nuclear weapons, which was fairly clearly a second-strike capability to act as a deterrent," Kendall stated. "That expansion that they're undertaking puts us into a new world that we've never lived in before, where you have three powers — three great powers, essentially — with large arsenals of nuclear weapons."
Kendall, who graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1971, argued that the U.S. needs to start a dialogue with Russia and especially China, stating that open lines of communication were a major factor in preventing nuclear escalation during the Cold War. "Russia's latest move on the New START treaty is not helping — it's going in the wrong direction," Kendall said. "Nobody wants a nuclear war. We do not want to go back to [the Cold War] world of 30 years ago. I thought we would never be in this position again, and here we are. So, we need to be wise. On Monday, 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a biological woman who identified as transgender, murdered six people, including three children, at The Covenant School, a private Christian grade school in Tennessee.
This deadly attack was carried out the same week as a planned “Day of Vengeance” by transgender activists later this week.

The website of the Trans Radical Activist Network (TRAN), declares, “Like the Stonewall Riots the gays and lesbians were experiencing what the trans community is facing now. This cycle of hate needs to end in fact it must. Allies, siblings we need you now more than ever. ‘I was a radical revolutionist. I still am a revolutionist…I am glad I was in the Stonewall Riot. I remember when someone threw a Molotov cocktail, I thought, ‘My god, the revolution is here. The revolution is finally here?’ —Sylvia Rivera.”
Currently, there is no known connection between the shooter and the group. On Monday, Nashville Chief of Police John Drake was asked whether Hale identifying as transgender played a role in her targeting the school, and he would not confirm this but indicated that it was a working theory and said it would be discussed at a later date.
The primary Day of Vengeance event is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Supreme Court in D.C., with additional events planned for March 31. LGBTQ activists specifically targeted Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who was previously the target of an assassination attempt by a far-left activist last year.
The group purports to seek revenge for what they term “trans genocide,” a conspiracy theory that claims that transgender people are systemically targeted with violence. However, an examination of FBI statistics by the Daily Wire shows no proof to corroborate this claim. In 2021, only two of the 271 recorded hate crimes against transgender individuals resulted in murder. These figures are substantially lower than those of other groups and insufficient to substantiate allegations of “trans genocide.”
There is currently no indication that the planned “Day of Vengeance” has been canceled. However, in the wake of Monday’s shooting, various social media accounts connected to the group have been made private.

Scientists discover supermassive black hole that now faces Earth
|

This is a galactic-sized problem.
Scientists revealed Tuesday that galaxy PBC J2333.9-2343 has been reclassified after discovering a supermassive black hole that is currently facing our solar system, reports Royal Astronomical Society.
“We started to study this galaxy as it showed peculiar properties.
Our hypothesis was that the relativistic jet of its supermassive black hole had changed its direction, and to confirm that idea we had to carry out a lot of observations,” said Dr. Lorena Hernández-García.
“The fact that we see the nucleus is not feeding the lobes anymore means that they are very old. They are the relics of past activity, whereas the structures located closer to the nucleus represent younger and active jets.”
According to the society, the galaxy — about 657 million light-years away — was initially classified as a radio galaxy but scientists realized that the space phenomena had rotated 90 degrees and is now pointing its center towards Earth.

Evangelical Leaders in US, Israel Praise Netanyahu for Stopping Legislation to Ban the Gospel in Israel

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL – A former U.S. State Department official and Evangelical leaders in the United States and Israel were quick to thank Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday after he publicly vowed to block a bill by members of his own governing coalition making it illegal for followers of Jesus in Israel to discuss the Gospel message with other Israelis. An article on Sunday by ALL ISRAEL NEWS first broke the story of the dangerous bill in which two ultra-Orthodox members of Knesset – Moshe Gafni and Yaakov Asher – were determined to outlaw anyone from sharing the Gospel of Jesus the Messiah in Israel, and punish violators with prison sentences.
Sam Brownback – former U.S. ambassador for international religious freedom in the Trump-Pence administration – was the first American leader to publicly sound the alarm about what a threat to religious freedom and human rights the bill posed. Brownback also became the first to praise Netanyahu for taking a strong stand against the bill. "Bibi Netanyahu is an amazing leader of courage," Brownback told ALL ISRAEL NEWS in a text message on Wednesday. "I applaud his quick and decisive move to address what could have become a major issue." At 4:43 p.m. Israel time on Wednesday, Netanyahu issued the following tweet in Hebrew and English to his 2.2 million followers. "We will not advance any law against the Christian community."
