FBI Director Kash Patel is working "aggressively" to comply ahead of schedule with congressional document requests in an effort to follow through on his commitment for the bureau to provide transparency to the American people, Fox News Digital has learned.
On Friday, the FBI sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee notifying the panel that it was handing over a tranche of documents pursuant to a subpoena from Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.
Fox News Digital has learned that the records shared by the FBI included more than 400 pages on topics the committee had long been seeking, dating back to the Biden administration, relating to topics such as former Attorney General Merrick Garland’s school board memo and the Jan. 6 pipe bomb investigation.
The FBI’s compliance came more than a week before the March 17 deadline set by Jordan. (Fox News) Read more here.

Ukraine on Tuesday accepted a deal put forward by the Trump administration during a meeting in Saudi Arabia, in a step forward for securing a ceasefire and an end to its war with Russia.
"We'll take this offer now to the Russians, and we hope that they'll say yes," Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters.
Rubio, standing alongside National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, did not detail exactly what was in this agreement but said, "Ukraine wants to stop shooting."
"We hope the Russians answer to that," he added. "The best goodwill gesture the Russians can provide is to say yes."
Rubio said if and once Moscow agrees to this preliminary agreement, the real negotiations can commence.

Ukraine said in joint statement with the U.S. on Tuesday that it is open to 30-day ceasefire in war with Russia, according to The Associated Press.
In addition, the Trump administration announced Tuesday that it would immediately lift its suspension of military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine, more than a week after imposing the measures to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy into peace talks with Russia. Senate Confirms Lori Chavez-DeRemer
As Labor Secretary

Former Republican Oregon Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer was confirmed by the Senate to lead the Department of Labor in a bipartisan vote of 67 to 32 on Monday, marking the most bipartisan vote since the Senate confirmed Scott Bessent to be Secretary of Treasury in January.
Chavez-DeRemer had bipartisan support throughout the confirmation process. Backed by several Democrats in the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee vote on Feb. 19, Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul was the only Republican to vote against President Donald Trump’s pick to lead the department.
Paul’s decision stems from her congressional support of the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act — a bill that would prohibit employers from permanently replacing striking workers, as well as ban offensive lockouts. The bill would also block state level laws that prevent employers and union workers from being forced to pay union fees as a condition of their employment.
The PRO Act is at odds with the Right To Work Act, which is sponsored by Paul and widely favored by Republicans because it supports workers’ rights to work in a unionized industry without paying fees to, or participating in, the union.
“I’m the national spokesman and lead author of the right-to-work bill. Her support for the PRO Act, which would not only oppose national right-to-work but would preempt state law on right-to-work — I think it’s not a good thing,” Paul told NBC News in January. “And it’d be sort of hard for me, since it’s a big issue for me, to support her.” (Daily Caller) Read more here.

1. Alawite Syrians to 'Post': We need Israel's help from jihadist atrocities - exclusive - Jerusalem Post
Women kidnapped, children massacred and thousands from the Alawite minority escaping to the mountains for asylum from other atrocities reportedly carried out by Syrian interim president Ahmed al-Sharaa’s forces – The Jerusalem Post reached out to two Alawite civilians from Syria and Israel to learn more about the events taking place in Syria’s coastal region.
“The situation is disastrous,” E., an Alawite civilian contractor from the area of Jableh in the coastal region of Syria, told the Post. “They are killing children and women. There is an ethnic cleansing going on here, they leave nothing behind, they kill everyone, and it’s all documented on video,” he added, referring to horrendous videos circulating online showing humiliation, degradation and mass killings happening in Syria.
“I don’t understand what their idea is. It’s Islamist Jihad, they probably think they need to get rid of the ‘infidels,’” E. added, terror in his voice. “For them, children are infidels, women are infidels, everyone is an infidel. 2. IDF hits regime military assets in southern Syria - JNS
Israeli fighter jets on Monday night struck radars and other detection equipment in southern Syria, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed Tuesday morning.
Additionally, the Israeli Air Force targeted command positions and sites containing weapons belonging to the former Assad regime.
“The presence of these assets in southern Syria posed a threat to the State of Israel and IDF activities. These targets were struck in order to eliminate future threats,” according to the IDF.
Israel carried out “targeted raids” in Syria over the past week, locating, confiscating and dismantling numerous weapons, the IDF said on Saturday. (Read more)

3. Israel Agrees to Talks on Lebanon Border, to Free Five Lebanese, PM Office Says - Algemeiner
Israel said on Tuesday it had agreed to hold talks to demarcate its border with Lebanon, adding it would release five Lebanese detainees held by the Israeli military in what it called a “gesture to the Lebanese president.”
A statement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said Israel had agreed with Lebanon, the US, and France to establish working groups to discuss the demarcation line between the two countries.
Though Israel has largely withdrawn from southern Lebanon under a ceasefire deal agreed in November, its troops continue to hold five hilltop positions in the area with airstrikes in southern Lebanon citing what it described as Hezbollah activity. (Read more)

Negotiations between Israel and Hamas have resumed in Doha through mediators, as Israel and the US push to extend the first phase of the deal in exchange for a ceasefire lasting until after Passover. However, the core obstacle to ending the war remains Hamas' refusal to disarm and relinquish its military and civil control over the Gaza Strip.
Parallel negotiations are ongoing, primarily involving Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with the UAE, Israel, and the US also involved, while Qatar and the Palestinian Authority remain on standby. As part of these discussions, Egypt has proposed several initiatives aimed at securing Saudi approval for its plan. Both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, along with the PA, consider Hamas' disarmament a fundamental condition for any post-war arrangement.
Khaled Abu Toameh, a researcher at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs specializing in Palestinian politics, warns that any reconstruction effort without Hamas' disarmament would replicate the Lebanese model, where a terrorist organization holds real power while an impotent government exists only on paper. "A new government in Gaza would focus on reconstruction, while Hamas would simply regroup and plan its next attack against Israel," he cautions. (Read more)

The High Court of Justice decided not to issue a temporary order to resume electricity to the Gaza Strip, Maariv reported on Tuesday evening.
Judges Yitzhak Amit, Noam Sohlberg, and David Mintz instructed the government to address the electricity supply issue within its broader response regarding the suspension of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The decision follows the government's move to stop selling electricity to the Strip, amid concerns that it may also cut off water supplies.
A petition was submitted to the court requesting a temporary injunction, arguing that the decision violates Israel's humanitarian obligations under international law. The petitioners claim that as an "occupying power," Israel is required to ensure the provision of basic needs to Gaza's civilian population. (Read more)

Last week Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the Justice Department to investigate whether White House staffers exploited Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and issued far-left orders at the end of his presidency without his knowledge.
“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey wrote. “If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void,” he added.
Andrew Bailey cited Joe Biden’s decision to commute the federal death sentences of nearly 40 prisoners on death row. “Staffers and the Vice President cannot constitutionally evade accountability by laundering far-left orders through a man who does not know what he is signing. If in fact this has been occurring, then all those orders are void,” Bailey said.
Bailey also cited special counsel Robert Hur’s report on Biden’s cognitive decline. “In what was described as “the loudest public alarm about Joe Biden’s mental acuity,” Special Counsel Hur described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory” who could not even remember when he was Vice President or, even within several years, when his son passed away,” Bailey wrote. 4. JUST IN: DC Circuit Court CRUSHES Hampton Dellinger with Decision Even Though He Fought to Stop Court! - The Gateway Pundit
The DC Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision in the Hampton Dellinger case even though he did everything to stop the court.
The Appeals Court, citing Seila Law and Collins, claimed the government satisfied its burden and said it would likely succeed in arguing the US President has the power to remove the head of an agency with a single top officer.
“On the first factor, the government has satisfied its burden. “[T]he Constitution prohibits even ‘modest restrictions’ on the President’s power to remove the head of an agency with a single top officer,” the judges wrote. (“[T]he President’s power to remove ‘executive officers of the United States whom he has appointed’ may not be regulated by Congress or reviewed by the courts.”) they said. “Accordingly, the government is likely to succeed in showing that arguments about the scope and functions of the Special Counsel as a sole agency head do not affect the President’s removal power,” the judges wrote.
The judges also agreed with the DOJ judges and said the government sufficiently demonstrated that Hampton Dellinger exercised enough authority to contradict Trump’s directives. The court cited Hampton Dellinger’s decision to reinstate thousands of fired probationary employees fired by Trump. “To be able to obtain the reinstatement of thousands of employees in a single agency, even if only temporarily, with such a vague standard of review seems to suggest the Special Counsel’s powers are not as limited as he claims,” the judges said. 5. 32 Injured: American-Flagged Strategic Tanker Burns Off England’s East Coast After Collision - Breitbart
Foul play “not been ruled out” by the White House after jet fuel-carrying tanker ship, indirectly contracted to the U.S. Department of Defence as part of its “times of need” emergency reserve, burns off the east coast of the United Kingdom after it was struck by a container ship.
American-flagged tanker Stena Immaculate was struck on the port side amidships in a near-perfect broadside allision by Portuguese-flagged container ship Solong around 1000 Monday morning (0600 New York time), causing a large fireball explosion. The allision took place in the Humber estuary off England’s east coast on the North Sea, just miles from major port towns like Immingham and Grimsby.
After the initial explosion both ships appear to have burnt stem-to-stern and have suffered serious damage. Given the tanker is carrying what has been described as jet fuel (‘Jet A-1 aviation fuel’, a kerosene product), whether its cargo is burnt of lost to the sea, a potential ecological disaster in England’s littoral awaits. HM Coastguard said in a statement on Monday afternoon that “The incident remains ongoing and an assessment of the likely counter pollution response required is being enacted.” (Read more)

6. BREAKING: Federal Judge BLOCKS Immediate Deportation of Columbia Student Mahmoud Khalil After ICE Detention and Green Card Revocation - The Gateway Pundit
U.S. District Judge Jesse M. Furman, an Obama appointee, has slammed the brakes on the Trump administration’s efforts to deport Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University student whose green card was revoked following his detention by ICE.
This radical foreign national, labeled by the White House as a “Pro-Hamas Student,” was set to be removed from the United States—until Furman’s activist ruling threw a wrench into the gears of justice.
On Saturday, President Trump’s ICE agents arrested activist Mahmoud Khalil, a Palestinian-born activist who has led anti-Israel protests at Columbia and Barnard College.
“We will be revoking the visas and/or green cards of Hamas supporters in America so they can be deported,” Rubio said on the social platform X.
“On March 9, 2025, in support of President Trump’s executive orders prohibiting anti-Semitism, and in coordination with the Department of State, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a former Columbia University graduate student,” McLaughlin wrote in a statement to Columbia Spectator.
“Khalil led activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization… ICE and the Department of State are committed to enforcing President Trump’s executive orders and to protecting U.S. national security,” she added. (Read more)

Psalm 33:12 says, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people He has chosen as His inheritance!” We have seen the corruption, destruction and evil of those who rule nations and have no relationship with the one true God. We have experienced this first hand for many years with leaders like Joe Biden and Barack Obama. They say they are with God, but their actions surely demonstrate otherwise. We have seen drastic changes in government since President Trump took office. One of them is prayer. At Trump’s first cabinet meeting on February 26, he asked Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner to pray over the gathering. What he said next may shape the future of the world.

Air Force fighter jets on March 9 intercepted a civilian aircraft that flew in restricted airspace near President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) said in a statement.
The civilian aircraft was spotted flying within a zone that is under a temporary flight restriction (TFR) at about 1.15 p.m. ET on March 9, according to NORAD.
In response, NORAD scrambled F-16 fighter jets, which fired flares to get the pilot’s attention. NORAD said the flares were visible to the public but they burnt out quickly and posed no danger.
The incident took place as Trump finished a round of golf at his West Palm Beach golf course. It was also the second time in 48 hours that F-16 fighter jets from the Continental U.S. NORAD region responded to such an aviation violation over Palm Beach, Florida, the aerospace command stated.
NORAD stated that it has responded to “over 20 tracks of interests” entering the restricted zone in Palm Beach since Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20.
Commander of NORAD and U.S. Northern Command Gen. Gregory Guillot said that civilian aviators may be unaware of the notice filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Other nations where there are also First Nations, the original inhabitants of their lands, may also want to do the same. There will be a special gathering for this purpose here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, primarily for Native ministry leaders, those serving in ministry among Native peoples, and those who have had a special calling to pray for these First Nations. Wherever you are, please celebrate and activate Dr. Graham’s fateful words during this month of March. You can hold gatherings to pray and release the mustard seed of faith for that great revival to come upon the tribes in your land since Graham’s bold declaration was not limited to the USA. It will be powerful and wonderful to have such united intercession for the First Nations (575 recognized tribes) here as well as those Native peoples wherever you happen to live.

A former Israeli government minister and his party are pushing legislation that would undo the legal recognition of the Palestinian Authority and restore Israeli control over all of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza.
On Sunday, former National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir announced that he and the other members of his Otzma Yehudit faction have drafted and submitted to the Knesset a bill that would annul the Oslo Accords and subsequent deals between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
“Together with my fellow members of the Otzma Yehudit party, I have submitted a bill aimed at canceling the Oslo Accords, the Hebron Agreement, and the Wye Agreement,” Ben-Gvir tweeted.
“According to the proposal, these agreements will be completely annulled, and the State of Israel will restore the previous status, including the return of territories that were transferred as part of these agreements.” (World Israel News) Read more here.

A federal judge on Monday ordered the Trump administration to pay the remainder of foreign aid owed to contractors for completed work, noting in a new court ruling that the administration likely violated the separation of powers doctrine by "unlawfully impounding" nearly $2 billion in funds appropriated by Congress.
U.S. District Court Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, said in the ruling that the Trump administration likely exceeded its constitutional authority in attempting to block the payments owed by the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to grant recipients and foreign aid contractors.
"Here, the executive has unilaterally deemed that funds Congress appropriated for foreign aid will not be spent," Ali said.
"The executive not only claims his constitutional authority to determine how to spend appropriated funds, but usurps Congress’ exclusive authority to dictate whether the funds should be spent in the first place."
Ali said the limits of the case, which focuses solely on projects completed before Feb. 13, prevent him from ordering the administration to make payments on other work, or ordering the reinstatement of other contracts.
As of last Friday, that amount owed by the government stood at around $671 million. It is unclear whether additional payments have been made, though Ali ordered the plaintiffs to file a joint status report by March 14 apprising the court of the Trump administration's compliance with the order. Don’t Sleep on This: Total Lunar Eclipse will Bring Blood Moon March 13-14

You don’t want to sleep on this upcoming lunar event.
Just step outside on the evening of March 13 or early in the morning of March 14 and take a look at the total lunar eclipse for yourself. And you can count NASA’s Dr. Renee Weber among those who will be checking it out – weather permitting and sleep not withstanding.
“As a child I remember begging my mom to wake me up to see a lunar eclipse,” said Weber, the chief scientist at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. “The next morning I was mad because she didn’t wake me up – except she DID, but because I was so sleepy I don’t have any memories of it! Fortunately I’ve gotten a few chances to see lunar eclipses as an adult, including the one that occurred on Jan. 20, 2019, which I also photographed.”
Given its nickname, a Blood Moon may not sound as appealing as a Blue Moon or Harvest Moon. But this one lives up to its name – at least when it comes to its potentially deep red color during a total lunar eclipse.
A lunar eclipse occurs when the Sun, Earth, and Moon align so that the Moon passes into Earth’s shadow. In a total lunar eclipse, the entire Moon falls within the darkest part of Earth’s shadow, called the umbra. When the Moon is within the umbra, it appears red-orange. Lunar eclipses are sometimes called “Blood Moons” because of this phenomenon.
In Huntsville, the eclipse will begin in partial phases at 10:57 p.m. on March 13, and end at 5:00 a.m. on March 14. Totality will begin at 1:26 a.m. and end at 2:31, with maximum eclipse occurring at 1:58. View more information on times to observe the eclipse in the Western Hemisphere.
“With March being a pretty typical month for spring showers, there’s roughly a 50/50 chance it’ll be cloudy, so keep a close eye on the weather forecast leading up to the eclipse,” Weber said. “That totality will last for close to an hour, so even if it’s cloudy you may still be able to glimpse it if the clouds are scattered.” Read More
