TODAY'S TOP STORY
Yes, Biden Is Hiding His Plan To Rig The 2022 Midterm Elections
The White House is refusing to share details about its coordinated efforts to engage in a federal takeover of election administration. President Biden really does not want the public to know about his federal takeover of election administration. Dozens of members of Congress have repeatedly asked for details, to no avail. Good government groups, members of the media, and private citizens have filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act. Not a single one has been responded to. All signs indicate a concerted effort to keep the public in the dark until at least after the November midterm elections.
The lack of transparency and responsiveness is so bad that the Department of Justice and some of its agencies have been repeatedly sued for the information. When President Biden ordered all 600 federal agencies to “expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process” on March 7, 2021, Republican politicians, Constitutional scholars, and election integrity specialists began to worry exactly what was up his sleeve.

They had good reason. The 2020 election had suffered from widespread and coordinated efforts by Democrat activists and donors to run “Get Out The Vote” operations from inside state and local government election offices, predominantly in the Democrat-leaning areas of swing states.Independent researchers have shown the effect of this takeover of government election offices was extremely partisan and favored Democrats overwhelmingly.

At the time the order was issued, Democrats were also hoping to pass H.R. 1, a continuation of the effort to destabilize elections throughout the country via a federalized takeover of state election administrations. Biden gave each agency 200 days to file their plans for approval by none other than Susan Rice, his hyperpartisan domestic policy advisor. Yet fully nine months after those plans were due, they are all being hidden from the public, even as evidence is emerging that the election operation is in full swing.

- Mighty King, we ask You to shine Your glorious light into the deep darkness that is in our government.  The plots they are working on to overthrow the sovereignty of this nation is something we are certainly aware of.  We stand against every shady or coercive activity and pray for the goodness of God to bring revelation and victory, in Jesus name.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Knesset set to disperse on Monday; Lapid to take over as PM in midweek - Times of Israel

Israel’s political landscape is set to shift in the coming week, with the Knesset expected to pass the final legislation for its dispersal on Monday and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid to become prime minister soon after.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Lapid last week announced their decision to dissolve the 24th Knesset after just one year in power due to their inability to keep their narrow, politically diverse coalition together any longer. If all goes as planned, Israel will head to its fifth national election in under four years in the fall.

The Knesset on Wednesday approved a preliminary bill to dissolve itself and is expected to formally disperse this week after the bill goes through two committee reviews and three more votes. Lapid will take over as caretaker prime minister through elections in the fall, according to the coalition agreement. (Read more)

2. Bennett says ‘divisive’ Netanyahu unsuitable as PM, but won’t rule out cooperation - Times of Israel

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett insisted Friday that his predecessor and opposition chairman Benjamin Netanyahu is unsuited to once again hold the premiership, but clarified that he would not rule out sitting in a future government headed by the Likud leader.

Bennett, who gave several interviews to Hebrew media, said he has not decided whether or not to run again. He is instead focused on preparing Foreign Minister Yair Lapid to replace him as interim prime minister, as per their coalition agreement, he said.

Bennett and Lapid announced their decision on Monday to advance legislation to dissolve the 24th Knesset after just one year in power due to their inability to keep their narrow, yet politically diverse coalition together any longer. (Read more)

3. Israel responds to the UN: Palestinian Authority must deliver the bullet that hit Shireen - Israel National News

Following the statement made by the United Nations Human Rights Office, the IDF once again reiterates its call to the Palestinians to share access to the bullet with which the Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh was killed.

"The Palestinian Authority cooperates with Israel on investigations from time to time", the IDF statement read, "The Palestinians' refusal to transfer the bullet and hold a joint investigation with American representation is telling of their motives".

"It should be noted that this was an operational event during which an exchange of fire occurred between IDF soldiers and Palestinian gunmen during counterterrorism activities in Jenin", the IDF notes. (Read more)

4. Classes Resume as Teachers’ Union Continues Talks with Finance Ministry - Jewish Press

Israeli teachers are set to return to their classroom as union chief Yaffa Ben-David prepares to meet on Monday with officials at the Finance Ministry.

Talks between the two sides significantly advanced Sunday evening, Ben-David told reporters after meeting with Kobi Bar-Nathan, the ministry’s director of salary and employment agreements.

“The Finance Ministry has finally made a concrete offer (to raise salaries),” Ben-David said, although she cautioned that “significant” disagreements remain. (Read more)

5. Doctor in Sweden fired because he’s Jewish - World Israel News

The Swedish Medical Association is suing Karolinska University Hospital after the firing of a Jewish doctor who says he suffered antisemitic abuse during his tenure, Israel National News reported. He also claims that his Jewish identity was the reason for his dismissal.

According to the report, the doctor filed a lawsuit in 2018, claiming harassment due to antisemitism, and the hospital subsequently fired him, although he is known to be an excellent physician.

Among the complaints documented was that Svensson was told that he has a “Jewish nose,” is stingy and “whines like a Jew.” (Read more)

1. 10 reactions to overturning Roe v. Wade: Michelle Obama ‘heartbroken’; Rick Warren says ‘Thank you’ - Christian Post

Reactions to Friday's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that the U.S. Constitution protects the right to abortion reflected both joy and sorrow, highlighting the deep divisions among the American public and politicians on the issue.

The Supreme Court upheld a Mississippi law that bans abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy with its ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

The court's conservative majority agreed that the Roe decision was wrong.

"The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision," Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the court. "It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives."

The court's three liberal justices accused the conservative majority of discarding the "balance" presented in Roe and the 1992 Planned Parenthood v. Casey decision in protecting a woman's interest and that of the state in protecting "potential life."

"Today, the Court discards that balance. It says that from the very moment of fertilization, a woman has no rights to speak of," Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan wrote.

The following pages highlight 10 high-profile reactions to the Dobbs decision. (Read more)

- Thank You for overturning Roe v. Wade. We recognize the many reactions to this decision by the court, but we pray peace and well-being to our country as this moves forward.

- "Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all." (2 Thessalonians 3:16)

2. Nearly a million abortions occurred in the US in 2020 - Christian Today

Over 930,000 abortions occurred in the United States in 2020, representing an increase from three years earlier, according to a research organization with historic ties to Planned Parenthood.

The Guttmacher Institute released its abortion data for 2020 last week, reporting that a little over 930,000 abortions took place in the U.S. in 2020, which represents an 8% increase from 862,320 abortions in 2017.

Additionally, Guttmacher found a 7% increase in the abortion rate for women ages 15 to 44, rising from 13.5 per 1,000 women in 2017 to 14.4 per 1,000 women.

One in five pregnancies ended in abortion in 2020, a 12% increase, with the abortion ratio increasing from 18.4% in 2017 to 20.6% in 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, noted the report, abortions increased by 12% in the West and 10% in the Midwest. Abortions also increased by 8% in the South and 2% in the Northeast, respectively. (Read much more here)

- What a heartbreaking sad report at the loss of precious lives. We thank You for a turnaround in these numbers and that many will be saved in the womb and see their days fulfilled.

- "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward."  (Psalm 127:3)

3. Presbyterian Church in America votes to leave National Association of Evangelicals - Christian Post

The Presbyterian Church in America has voted to leave the National Association of Evangelicals due to the interdenominational group’s history of public policy advocacy.

At the PCA General Assembly on Wednesday, the theologically conservative Presbyterian denomination voted 1,030 to 699 in favor of overture calling for them to leave the NAE.

Known as Overture 3, or Withdraw from the National Association of Evangelicals,” the measure had originally passed the South Carolina-based PCA Pee Dee Presbytery at their stated meeting last October.

To justify leaving the NAE, the overture quoted the Chapter 31 of the Westminster Confession of Faith, which says councils and synods “are not to intermeddle with civil affairs which concern the commonwealth, unless by way of humble petition in cases extraordinary; or, by the way of advice, for satisfaction of conscience, if they be thereunto required by the civil magistrate.”

“[T]he NAE has frequently intermeddled in civil affairs, by publicly pushing for action on the environment, immigration, and has changed its original stance on the death penalty,” reads the overture.

The measure also cited as a concern the NAE’s passage of a resolution in 2018 titled Fairness for All” in which the Evangelical group expressed support for anti-discrimination laws on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, provided they included robust religious liberty protections. (Read more)

- Thank You for this action that this denomination is going to leave the NAE. We speak blessings on the Presbyterian church.

- "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." (James 1:5)

4.  Destruction and Vandalism by Pro-Abortion Extremists Sweeps America - Epoch Times

Shadowy pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge has orchestrated a nationwide campaign of destruction and vandalism against pro-life groups for which police have yet to make an arrest. The group’s attacks began on May 8 in Madison, Wisconsin, where Jane’s Revenge members torched the headquarters of pro-life group Wisconsin Family Action. “They had Molotov cocktails. They threw one against the window, and the window didn’t break. So then they broke a window and threw a Molotov cocktail into my office,” said Julaine Appling, Wisconsin Family Action’s president.

When the Molotov didn’t destroy the office enough, the attackers started a fire in Appling’s office using her books. “The thing that I am missing the most is all the books they burned,” Appling said. “Some of those might at this point be irreplaceable.”

The same day,  Jane’s Revenge announced its existence, claimed responsibility for the attack, and promised more nationwide.

“We are forced to adopt the minimum military requirement for a political struggle,” its anonymous writer said in an online manifesto.

Since then, attacks on pro-life organizations have only escalated. As of today, at least 28 pro-life groups from Anchorage, Alaska to Hollywood, Florida have been attacked. The attacks were prompted by the leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, a decades-old decision that prohibited states from imposing restrictions on abortion. (Read more)

- We pray that arrests will be made from these violent acts. May there be a public outcry to pressure law enforcement to take appropriate action quickly.

-  "Deliver me from my enemies, O God; be my fortress against those who are attacking me." (Psalm 59:1)

5. Arizona Department of Safety says 'rioting protesters' attempted to 'breach doors' of Arizona Senate - Fox News

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said in a Saturday afternoon statement that protesters attempted to "breach the doors of the Arizona Senate and force their way into the building" on Friday night, following the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade.

The statement says that an estimated 7,000 to 8,000 people came to the Arizona State Capitol Complex in Phoenix, Arizona following the Supreme Court decision.

As the night went on, what began as "peaceful protest" eventually "evolved into anarchical and criminal actions by masses of splinter groups," and people attempted to enter the Arizona Senate.

"As groups realized the state legislature was in session, they attempted to breach the doors of the Arizona Senate and force their way into the building. The violence of their efforts literally shook the building and terrified citizens and law makers who occupied the building. As the glass doors bowed from attempts of forced entry, the occupants of the building were instructed to move to secure locations," the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.

Arizona State Troopers then deployed "field force teams and tear gas" due to the threat presented by the protesters.

Officers exercised "patience and application of tactics" with protesters at Wesley Bolin Plaza, in front of the Arizona State Capitol, but after "multiple warnings" moved to use tear gas and cleared the plaza.

The statement added that after the plaza was cleared, "additional state buildings" were damaged.

One monument vandalized reads "abort the court." (Read more)

- We are saddened by these acts of violence. Thank You that the violent crowd was dispersed and the Arizona Senate building was secured. We speak peace for the days ahead.

- "May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you." (Psalm 20:1)
6. Crisis Pregnancy Center President Stands Firm in Face of Vandalism and Threats - Charisma News

Early Monday morning, an unidentified vandal used a hammer to smash a dozen glass windows and four glass doors of The Lennon Center, a crisis pregnancy center in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Every window was damaged except for the two under a security camera.

The responsible party marked the brick building with red words that read, "If abortion isn't safe, neither are you" and "Fake clinic."

"They are trying to shut us down," said Gary Hillebrand, president, board of directors at the Lennon Pregnancy Center. "It's not going to work. We're going to keep serving our clients, but it's a disappointing thing to have to deal with."

Hillebrand says that he and other members of the board spent the day cleaning up glass and doing whatever was necessary to make the inside ready to open again.

"We're pretty much just missing today," he says, "but Thursday and Friday we expect to be fully back in business."

The Lennon Center incident is only one of many acts of violence and vandalism by pro-abortionists who fear that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade sometime soon. (Read more)

- We pray protection over these Crisis Pregnancy Centers. We pray the vandalism will stop, in Jesus name!

- "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."    (Isaiah 41:10)

7. 'Biden's Border Crisis': Shocking Numbers in Senate Republicans' Report Detailing the Disaster at America's Southern Border - Daily Signal

Consumers of the mainstream media might think that all news stopped on Jan. 6, 2021, but readers of The Daily Signal know that illegal crossings at the US border are at "astronomical and record-breaking levels," as a just issued report from the Republican minority on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee puts it. (Screengrab image)

The 47-page report, "Biden's Border Crisis: Examining Policies That Encourage Illegal Immigration," describes the ongoing disgrace on our southern border and the utter failure of the Obama and Biden administrations to address it, concluding with some recommendations for immediate action to secure our country from uncontrolled illegal immigration.

First, the numbers: The report says that 234,088 foreigners were encountered by US Customs and Border Protection at the border attempting to illegally enter the country in April. That's the highest-ever monthly total.

That staggering record was already broken, even as the report was being written. In May, "there were 239,416 encounters along the southwest land border," according to government figures. (Read more)

- We pray for solutions to the border crisis. May the Biden administration be forced to take appropriate action to protect our borders.

- "Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed." (Psalm 57:1)

Daily infections in India have been rising for the past month, and the number announced on Friday was a jump of more than 4,000 from Thursday's, which stood at 13,313.

The number of daily deaths from COVID-19 went up by 13, the ministry said, taking total mortalities to 524,954. (Read more)

- We pray protection for the people of India. We pray this virus will diminish and die. Bring supernatural healing.

9. Iran nuclear talks with US to resume soon, Tehran and EU say - Jerusalem Post

Iran's indirect talks with the United States on reviving the 2015 nuclear pact will resume soon, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian told a joint news conference with the EU's foreign policy chief in Tehran.

"We are prepared to resume talks in the coming days. What is important for Iran is to fully receive the economic benefits of the 2015 accord," said Amirabdollahian, adding that he had held a "long but positive meeting" with the European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell.

"We are expected to resume talks in the coming days and break the impasse. It has been three months and we need to accelerate the work. I am very happy about the decision that has been made in Tehran and Washington," Borrell said. (Read more)

- We pray these talks will fail. We pray instead for action to be taken to stop their nuclear plans which keep on going forward.

- "He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action." (Daniel 11:32)

10.  European leaders formally accept Ukraine as a candidate to join the EU - CNBC

BRUSSELS — Leaders of the European Union on Thursday formally approved Ukraine’s candidate status to join the bloc — the first official step toward full membership.

Charles Michel, president of the European Council, late Thursday confirmed that the 27 leaders had approved EU candidate status to Ukraine and Moldova, calling it a “historic moment.”

“Today marks a crucial step on your path towards the EU,” he added via Twitter.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also took to Twitter to declare that “today is a good day for Europe.”

She added that the decision strengthens Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, “in the face of Russian imperialism.” The leaders also officially recognized the “European perspective” of Georgia, saying it was moving toward candidate status. (Read more)

- Thank You for this historic moment! We pray protection from any attacks.

- "Keep me safe, LORD, from the hands of the wicked; protect me from the violent, who devise ways to trip my feet." (Psalm 140:4)
Remember the Disinformation Governance Board? Here They Go Again . . .

. . . It’s Even Worse Now, With Kamala

Remember the Disinformation Governance Board? They supposedly had stopped that after the uproar over it, but White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the work would continue.

It sounds as if they just might have repackaged it, shifted Departments, renamed it, and put Kamala Harris in charge now. Instead of Big Brother, we now can have Big Sister. And the wording here may be even more troubling because they’re already talking about the internet platform effect.

They’re calling it an internet policy task force, with the goal of “developing programs and policies” to protect “public figures” and journalists from “disinformation,” “abuse” and “harassment.”

In other words, going back to what everyone thought the Disinformation Board was supposed to be about — stopping criticism and questioning of the regime. How is this even real, questioning public figures and journalists is baked into the very nature of being American–as part of that thing we call the Constitution? The announced purpose seems even more dystopian than the prior board. Not to mention that they’re already saying they’re going to be targeting changes on internet platforms.

. . . It’s not just about protecting the Democrats; it reads like we’re going to protect the media and famous people from criticism by the peasants. If this were a legitimate exercise, why is it covering only famous or well-known people? Again, when they employ this kind of language, it screams that restrictions or censorship is coming. When they keep trying so hard to suppress our freedom of speech, right before the midterms and into the future, you have to wonder what they are intending to do that they know will earn criticism. (Republican Daily) Read more here.

- Holy King we bind and rebuke every purpose of this board, in Jesus name.  Our founding documents enshrine freedom of speech and this group disregards our nation's Bill of Rights.  Let this plan fall headlong into the hole it is digging for our freedoms and give it no opportunity to be established.  Lord God, please grant us creative and strong leaders who will help us fight this fight to protect and defend our Constitution and sovereignty.

- "'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy.  Now I will arise,' says the Lord; 'I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.'"  (Psalm 12:5)

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland Statement on Supreme Court Ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland today released the following statement following the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs, State Health Officer of the Mississippi Department of Health, et al. v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization et al.:

“Today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and held that the right to abortion is no longer protected by the Constitution.

“The Supreme Court has eliminated an established right that has been an essential component of women’s liberty for half a century – a right that has safeguarded women’s ability to participate fully and equally in society. And in renouncing this fundamental right, which it had repeatedly recognized and reaffirmed, the Court has upended the doctrine of stare decisis, a key pillar of the rule of law.

“The Justice Department strongly disagrees with the Court’s decision. This decision deals a devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States. It will have an immediate and irreversible impact on the lives of people across the country. And it will be greatly disproportionate in its effect – with the greatest burdens felt by people of color and those of limited financial means. (Press Release; Dept. of Justice) Read more here.

- Father, we speak life into the Department Justice.   There is a powerful perception of strong bias and discrimination coming from this department, in general, and we ask You, Lord  to remind them that "lady justice" is blindfolded for good reason.  We reject their support of abortion and pray for a more neutral stance, representative of all citizens of this nation. in Jesus name.

- "God has spoken once, Twice I have heard this:  That power belongs to God, Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy; For You render to each one according to his work."  (Psalm 62:11-12)

Lake Mead water levels drop closer to dead pool status
The nation’s largest reservoir is at its lowest level since it was filled in the 1930s, and experts say that the declining water levels are ‘deadly serious.’

Water levels at Lake Mead dropped to historic lows this week with persistent drought exacerbated by climate change and increased water demands driving the reservoir closer to becoming a "dead pool."

The nation's largest reservoir on Thursday measured at 1,043.8 feet, its lowest level since the lake was filled in the 1930s.

The minimum elevation to generate power at Hoover Dam is 1,050 feet, according to the National Park Service. Below this level, the reservoir would be considered an "inactive pool." However, Patti Aaron, public affairs officer for the Bureau of Reclamation's Lower Colorado region told the Boulder City Review back in May that Hoover Dam will still be able to produce hydropower below this level. She stated the new threshold where the dam would no longer be able to produce power is at 950 feet.

Should the water levels fall below 895 feet, the reservoir will become a dead pool, meaning water levels will be too low to reach the lowest water outlet at Hoover Dam and flow downstream. Read More

Israelis Step Up to Deliver Baby Formula to Christians in Texas
JERUSALEM, Israel —A baby formula shortage triggered by a global supply chain crisis has sent parents across the United States scouring supermarket shelves in search of nourishment for their babies. With many families still unable to get their hands on infant formula, Israelis are stepping up to help. The Genesis 123 Foundation, a non-profit that seeks to build bridges between Christians and Jews, recently delivered 200 pounds of baby formula to two churches in Texas. “I was troubled to hear about the major shortage of baby formula, and people turning to every means to get the precious powder that keeps their children nourished and even alive,” says Jonathan Feldstein, an orthodox Jew and president of the Genesis 123 Foundation.

Initially, Feldstein planned on bringing a few cans of formula from Israel in his suitcase during a trip to the US. Then he decided to enact the help of a major Israeli grocery store and his neighbors to bring even more. Feldstein delivered more than $2,200 worth of formula to New Beginnings Church and First Melissa Church in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to be distributed to families in need.

Feldstein sees the endeavor as a fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 that He will bless those who bless Israel, curse those who curse Israel, and that all the families of the earth will be blessed through Israel. “We know that God will bless those who bless Israel and that this project is the perfect example. As we stand in support of Israel, now Israel is blessing us. It makes a huge difference that Jonathan and the Genesis 123 Foundation made this possible,” said Pastor Wanderson and Pabliana Franco of New Beginnings Church. The project has already inspired Israelis to join the cause, either by donating funds for future special deliveries to the US, or by bringing baby formula with them to the States on their own. (CBN) Read more.
- Lord God, we thank You for this gesture of love and support by the Israeli people towards our citizens in Texas. We continue to pray for the crisis in every state in our nation, as the mothers are frantically trying to find formula for their infants. Continue to provide, O Lord, in marvelous ways we pray, amen and amen.

- "“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you." (Jeremiah 32:17)

Hallelujah Side

Words: Johnson Oatman
Music: J. Howard Entwisle

Scripture: Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God. Revelation 19:1

Lyrics:
Once a sinner far from Jesus,
I was perishing with cold,
But the blessèd Savior heard me when I cried;
Then He threw His robe around me,
And He led me to His fold,
And I’m living on the hallelujah side.

Refrain
Oh, glory be to Jesus, let the hallelujahs roll;
Help me ring the Savior’s praises far and wide,
For I’ve opened up tow’rd Heaven
All the windows of my soul,
And I’m living on the hallelujah side.

’ the world may sweep around me
With her dazzle and her dreams,
Yet I envy not her vanities and pride,
For my soul looks up to heaven,
Where the golden sunlight gleams,
And I’m living on the hallelujah side.

Refrain

Not for all earth’s golden millions
Would I leave this precious place,
Tho’ the tempter to persuade me oft has tried,
For I’m safe in God’s pavilion,
Happy in His love and grace,
And I’m living on the hallelujah side.

Refrain

Here the sun is always shining,
Here the sky is always bright;
There’s no place for gloomy Christians to abide,
For my soul is filled with music
And my heart with great delight,
And I’m living on the hallelujah side.

Refrain

And upon the streets of glory,
When we reach the other shore,
And have safely crossed the Jordan’s rolling tide,
You will find me shouting Glory
Just outside my mansion door
Where I’m living on the hallelujah side.
