Former CDC director predicts bird flu pandemic
|
|
Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Robert Redfield said he predicts a bird flu pandemic will happen — it’s just a matter of when that will be.
Redfield joined NewsNation on Friday to discuss the growing concern for bird flu, as the virus has been detected in dozens of cattle across the country, and the World Health Organization identified the first human death in Mexico.
“I really do think it’s very likely that we will, at some time, it’s not a question of if, it’s more of a question of when we will have a bird flu pandemic,” Redfield said.
He also noted that bird flu has a “significant mortality” when it enters humans compared to COVID-19. (The Hill) Read more here.

- Abba, so many in the medical field seem to be very quick to spread fear based on "it could happen" information!! Father God, You are Godand nothing is going to impact Your creation without Your knowledge! We decree and declare that "by Your stripes we are healed, not 'we WILL' be healed but that 'we ARE healed, now and as we walk out this life with You. We ask kHoly Spirit to pour out the Gift of Faith on all who are called by Your name, that we can stand on the truth of Your word in faith. Give us courage to speak Your word into any plans the enemy sends against us bringing them to dust! We ask this in the name Jehovah Rapha, God Our Healer.
- "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and
courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be
discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with
you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)

Kansas sues Pfizer over 'misrepresentations' and 'adverse events' of COVID-19 vaccine
|
|
The state of Kansas has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. for alleged consumer protection violations related to the company's manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccine, saying the company marketed the shot as "safe" even though it "knew" the vaccine was connected to "serious adverse events."
"Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine," the 69-page lawsuit filed Monday in the District Court of Thomas County alleges.
"Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public," the suit alleges.
"Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public," it says. (Fox) Read more here.

- Abba, we give you praise and thanks that the state of Kansas has filed suit against Pfizer to hold them accountable for statements that proved to be false and for many things they did not say that negatively impacted people's health and lives. We ask You to intervene in all legal proceedings, that Your truth will be brought into the light, bring forth those who are willing to speak truth about this vax. Holy Spirit, move on hearts, bring forth righteousness and justice for all who were hurt, for those that died and their families. We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all.
- "Now we know that whatever the law says,
it says to those who are under the
law, so that every mouth may be silenced
and the whole world be held accountable to God."

1. Netanyahu: ‘Inconceivable’ that Biden admin has withheld arms from Israel - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during a recent visit to the Jewish state that it is “inconceivable” for the administration to withhold weapons and ammunition during its war with Hamas in Gaza.
“When Secretary Blinken was recently here in Israel, we had a candid conversation. I said I deeply appreciated the support the U.S. has given Israel from the beginning of the war. But I also said something else. I said it’s inconceivable that in the past few months, the administration has been withholding weapons and ammunitions to Israel,” the premier said in a video message on Tuesday.
“Israel, America’s closest ally, fighting for its life, fighting against Iran and our other common enemies,” Netanyahu continued. “Secretary Blinken assured me that the administration is working day and night to remove these bottlenecks. I certainly hope that’s the case. It should be the case. (Read more)

As part of the situation assessment, operational plans for an attack in Lebanon were presented and approved, and decisions were made to further accelerate the preparations by ground forces.

3. In open threat, Hezbollah publishes drone footage of sites in northern Israel - Times of Israel
The Hezbollah terror group published footage on Tuesday from what it said was one of its reconnaissance drones flying over northern Israel, including the Haifa port, as Israel said it struck down more suspected drones over the Western Galilee.
It was unclear when the roughly 10 minutes of footage released by Hezbollah were captured, and the Israel Defense Forces did not immediately comment on the video.
In November, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah claimed that the terror group had been sending surveillance drones over Haifa. In recent months, the group has increasingly launched drones, including explosive-laden ones, at northern Israel. (Read more)

4. UNRWA says it can't use new aid corridor because trucks get looted - Israel National News
UNRWA has been unable to use a route opened by the IDF to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip because Gazans have been looting the aid trucks, a UN official said today (Tuesday).
The Associated Press reported that Gazans looted most of the trucks that attempted to use the route today, putting the aid workers at risk and forcing the aid convoy to stop.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media on the issue. (Read more)

5. Israel approves plan to import 92,000 foreign workers - World Israel News
Seeking to address a labor shortage, Israeli officials approved a quota of 92,000 foreign workers to fill jobs in agriculture, industry, hotels and restaurants, the Prime Minister’s Office announced on Tuesday. This marks the first time Israel has authorized foreign workers for the restaurant industry.
Seventy percent of the quota is specifically set aside for agricultural laborers. Israeli agriculture is facing staggering losses in production and manpower. Before October 7, Israel had 29,900 foreigners, mostly Thais, working in farms, orchards, greenhouses and packing plants.
Israeli workers who might have filled the gaps have been called up for military reserve duty while Palestinian laborers are currently banned as security risks. Many growing areas are within two kilometers of the Lebanese border where farmers have not been able to freely access fields and orchards.
“Despite the challenges of the war, the packing house works around the clock, with the aim of providing fresh Israeli produce continuously, while dealing with the directives of the Home Front Command,” said Asaf Keret, CEO of Beresheet, a fruit-packing business jointly run by several kibbutzim in the Upper Galilee and Golan Heights. 1. FBI knew since 2016 Hunter Biden’s team nearly scored $120 million Ukrainian deal while Joe was VP - Just the News
The FBI learned as far back as 2016 that Hunter Biden and his partners had plotted to set up a new venture in tax-friendly Liechtenstein that would be capitalized by a whopping $120 million investment from the controversial owner of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, according to documents obtained by Just the News that have been kept from the American public for eight years.
The mega-deal was not referenced inside Hunter Biden's now infamous laptop or during the 2019 impeachment proceedings involving Ukraine, but was instead chronicled in a trove of 3.39 million documents the FBI seized from Hunter Biden and his business partners during an investigation of securities fraud nearly a decade ago.
The cache of documents was recently turned over by former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer to the House Oversight Committee as part of its impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden's conduct. (Read more)

2. U.S. and Israel assessing new intelligence about Iran nuclear models - MSN News
U.S. and Israeli intelligence agencies are looking into new information about computer modeling by Iranian scientists that could be used for research and development of nuclear weapons, two U.S. officials plus one current and one former Israeli official told Axios.
The purpose of the modeling is unclear. Some U.S. and Israeli officials said the intelligence is a worrying signal about Iran's nuclear weapons ambitions, but other officials on both sides said it as a "blip" that doesn't represent a shift in Iran's policy and strategy towards weaponization. Iran has repeatedly denied wanting nuclear weapons.
One U.S. and one Israeli official said the new intelligence raised "suspicion" and "concern" about Iran's nuclear research and development activities. (Read more)
- Father, we bind the nuclear weapons aspirations of Iran, in Jesus name. We declare that they shall not use nuclear weapons against any nation, whatsoever, and that Holy Angel warriors will guard and maintain Iran's submission to this declaration, in Jesus name. Moreover, there will be zero opportunity to transport such weapons outside of the country with severe consequences to any effort, in Jesus name.

3. Biden announces sweeping protections for migrant spouses of US citizens - Fox News
President Biden on Tuesday is announcing new rules aimed to protect the migrant spouses of U.S. citizens from deportation. The Department of Homeland Security will implement a new policy to allow some migrants to apply for lawful permanent resident status, including the non-citizen spouses and children of lawful U.S. permanent residents or citizens, the administration explained.
The White House said it expected the policy to offer protection to about half a million American families, which would include roughly 50,000 under the age of 21 who are married to or children of a U.S. citizen.
A White House fact sheet provided to Fox News Digital on the plan laid out the eligibility requirements for the new rules, including that spouses of Americans must have resided in the U.S. for 10 years or more and be legally married to a U.S. citizen while satisfying other immigration requirements. Those who are approved under the program would be able to apply for permanent U.S. residency after a three-year period while also being eligible for work authorization in the U.S. for up to three years. (Read more)
- Holy One, we know that our country has had legal immigration laws in place from the beginning and that there are countless immigrants who have come here following the law and they must still be protected by those same laws. We have no such assurance of integrity from the Biden White House, so we ask You to intervene upon the scheming to water down our cultural integrity and security, in Jesus name. May our shining beacon nation once again find its high calling in God, which was established in our founding covenants.
- "I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands. I spread out my hands to You; My soul longs for You like a thirsty land. Selah." (Psalm 143:5-6)

4. 64 people missing and many rescued from 2 shipwrecks off Italy. At least 11 have died - AP News
Sixty-four people were missing in the Mediterranean Sea and several were rescued after their ship wrecked off Italy’s southern coast Monday, United Nations’ agencies said in a statement.
In a separate shipwreck, rescue workers evacuated dozens of suspected migrants but found 10 bodies trapped below the deck of a wooden boat off Italy’s tiny Lampedusa island, the German aid group Resqship wrote on Monday on the X social media platform.
The boat that wrecked about 200 kilometers (125 miles) off Calabria had set off from Turkey eight days earlier, but caught fire and overturned, the U.N. agencies said, citing survivors.
The search-and-rescue operation started following a mayday call by a French boat, the Italian coast guard said in a statement. The boat was sailing in a border area where Greece and Italy carry out search-and-rescue operations. The survivors and people still missing at sea came from Iran, Syria and Iraq, the U.N. agencies said. (Read more)
- Father, we pray for the people that have been involved in these shipwrecks and ask that You would draw them to You as You walked with them through these tragedies. Bless the professionals who deployed search and rescue teams to save as many lives as possible. We pray that these types of disasters stop happening and people would stay in their own home countries to help build them into better nations, in Jesus name.
- "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." (Matthew 6:33)

5. Netanyahu dissolved his war Cabinet. How will that affect cease-fire efforts - AP News
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu disbanded his war Cabinet Monday, a move that consolidates his influence over the Israel-Hamas war and likely diminishes the odds of a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip anytime soon.
Netanyahu announced the step days after his chief political rival, Benny Gantz, withdrew from the three-member war Cabinet. Gantz, a retired general and member of parliament, was widely seen as a more moderate voice. Major war policies will now be solely approved by Netanyahu’s security Cabinet — a larger body that is dominated by hard-liners who oppose the U.S.-backed cease-fire proposal and want to press ahead with the war.
Netanyahu is expected to consult on some decisions with close allies in ad-hoc meetings, said an Israeli official who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief the media. (Read more)
- Mighty God, we pray for Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel and all military forces as they conduct this battle to defeat Hamas, Hezbollah and all other adversaries against them, in Jesus name. There have been such challenges for Netanyahu and we bless You Father for standing with him and making a way through the obstacles. We pray for success in every endeavor and speedy conclusion to the Hamas conflict, in Jesus name.
- "'You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.'" (John 15:16)

6. House Passes Military Funding Bill That Stops Biden’s Abortion Agenda - Life News
The U.S. House of Representatives passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 217-199 Friday, largely along party lines. Conservatives attached a number of amendments, which the mainstream media described as “culture war amendments,” designed to keep social issues out of the military.
The NDAA is an annual, must-pass bill that authorizes appropriations for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and sets DOD policies.
Due to its must-pass, pro-military nature, progressives in Congress have used the NDAA to advance their policy agenda by attaching left-wing riders to a bill they know many Republicans will support. Since retaking control of the House of Representatives, where all such spending bills must originate, Republicans have sought to reverse the progressive Left’s social engineering of the U.S. military by disentangling it from abortion, LGBT ideology, and DEI practices. (Read more)
- HalleluJah Abba, for Congress taking a stand to make a difference for righteousness within the military. We pray for the Senate to also pick it up and run it forward with Godly strength, in Jesus name. May this be a welcome note of encouragement to the members of our military and Father, we ask You to bring a holiness back to our nation's military forces again, while also strengthening them in You, in Jesus name.
- "Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith." (Acts 6:7)

Two Plus Two Equals More Meddling
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, June 18, 2024
On June 6, The Daily Jot reported that Joe Biden may be scheming to oust Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Curious that on June 10, 2024, Benny Gantz resigned from Israel’s five-member war cabinet, saying that Netanyahu was preventing Israel from achieving a true victory. Gantz takes with him his National Unity party, which was part of Israel’s emergency wartime government. This includes Gadi Eisenkot, a member National Unity and also on the war cabinet. Gantz pulling out of the Israeli government during this crucial time not only poses additional political unrest for Netanyahu’s slim majority government, but may also cast some light on Biden Administration influence to oust Netanyahu.
On May 20, Joe Biden’s National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby told reporters National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan was in Israel and “He had chance to meet with the leader of the opposition, Yair Lapid, as well as the Minister of Defense, Mr. Gallant, and a couple of members of the Israeli war cabinet to include Benny Gantz…The purpose there was to talk, obviously, about the situation in Gaza and U.S. support–continued support for Israel in the face of the various threats that they’re under. And, again, there was a broad range of discussions here to include humanitarian assistance and making sure we can increase that flow, get it more sustained, as well as doing everything that they can to reassure and make comfortable humanitarian aid workers as that aid starts to get in.” Key words: “meet with the leader of the opposition.” Read More

New York’s Top Court Declines to Hear Trump’s Gag Order Appeal
|
|
|
The State of New York Court of Appeals dismissed former President Donald Trump’s appeal of a gag order on Jan. 16.
“On the Court’s own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved. Motion for a stay dismissed as academic,” the state’s top court wrote.
On Oct. 3, the second day of the trial, President Trump made a social media post about the judge’s principal law clerk, leading the judge to impose a gag order prohibiting parties from making any public statements about the judge’s staff. He had been fined $15,000 after two incidents the judge deemed a violation of the gag order later during the trial, and promptly paid the fines.
Defense attorneys have since argued that the case was stacked against them, having never gotten the opportunity to show that no fraud occurred at trial. Toward the second half of the trial, the defense attorneys alleged bias from the bench and a politically motivated case on the record, preparing to appeal what they expected to be an unfavorable ruling.
Around this time, President Trump seemed to test the boundaries of the gag order, mentioning a person sitting “alongside” the judge without naming the principal law clerk to reporters. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Father God, after hearing the report by Gabbie Teitelman on Monday night's national call, clearing sharing the pain that Israeli citizens have been enduring since the attack by Hamas on October 7th, we believe we need to be doing all we can to support them in this war.
We repent that our administration has not been faithful in our pledge to support Israel with the weapons it needs to fight, and to win, this war. Our heads are bowed in shame, and we ask You to forgive this egregious action, for we know not what we do. We ask that, for all of our allies and the pledges we have been making, we would stand true to our word. In Your Name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.
- "But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one." (Matthew 5:37)

HowtoLife Movement mobilizes Gen Z for Jesus
|
|
USA (MNN) —Reaching, discipling, and mobilizing Gen Z for Jesus. This is the mission of the HowtoLife Movement. Founded by Jordan Whitmer in 2015 while he was still a high school student, the HowtoLife Movement spread quickly across the country and is now reaching young adults globally through youth-led evangelism events, social media outreach, and national and global conferences. “One of the themes that we’ve had, and even put on some of our t-shirts for our HowtoLife Movement youth work, is just, straight up, ‘Jesus is the hope for Gen Z,’” Whitmer says. “And they like to rally behind that, and knowing that in such a hopeless world and hopeless generation with so many…problems, there is hope. And that hope comes through Jesus, and turning our lives over to Him completely, and serving Him, and walking with Him.”
HowtoLife remains committed to helping older teenagers and young adults, ages 16 to 22, since they are an often overlooked demographic, especially in mobilizing for missions. This movement explores the answer to a question often asked by young people: How do I do life? “‘How to life’ is the gospel,” Whitmer says. “It’s Jesus, living life with Him. And it’s a great conversation starter because people know where you’re going with that…And we want to help people learn how to do life, ‘how to life’.” Typically, young people hear about this movement through social media or through friends. HowtoLife leadership then engages with those people and provides them leadership manuals and training to lead events in their areas. (Mission Network News) Read more here.
- Abba, we PRAISE You for the "HowtoLife" Movement equipping the Gen Z generation for Christian Leadership! Pour Your Spirit into the lives of those You are calling to be trained for ministry for the cause of Christ in America and globally. Bless each young leader to impact the lives of peers and younger generations. We declare Your Holy Spirit will cause an awakening among the Gen Z generation for Jesus Christ. Bring in the laborers for the harvest and empower each young adult to be clearly lead by Your Spirit to influence the world around them for Jesus! We give ALL GLORY to You! In the mighty and powerful Name of Yeshua-Amen.

O How I Love Jesus
To listen to this classic hymn, CLICK HERE
Words: Frederick Whitfield
Music: 19th Century American melody
Scripture: Because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19
Lyrics:
There is a name I love to hear,
I love to speak its worth;
It sounds like music in mine ear,
The sweetest name on earth.
Refrain
O how I love Jesus,
O how I love Jesus,
O how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
It bids my trembling heart rejoice;
It dries each rising tear;
It tells me, in a still small voice,
To trust and never fear.
Refrain
Jesus, the name I love so well,
The name I love to hear!
No saint on earth its worth can tell,
No heart conceive how dear.
Refrain
This name shall shed its fragrance still
Along this thorny road,
Shall sweetly smooth the rugged hill
That leads me up to God.
Refrain
And there, with all the blood-bought throng,
From sin and sorrow free,
I’ll sing the new eternal song
Of Jesus’ love to me.
