Trump Lawyers Told to Expect Indictment as January 6 Grand Jury Meets
|
|
President Trump’s lawyers arrived at special counsel Jack Smith’s offices as the DC grand jury reconvened on Thursday. Trump’s lawyers were told to expect charges.
Last Tuesday morning President Trump released a statement on the Biden DOJ’s latest attempt to arrest him on junk charges. “Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden’s DOJ, sent a letter (again, it was Sunday night!) stating that I am a TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury Investigation, and Special Counsel Jack Smith leaked another report to The New York Times last Wednesday night. The leak came after the House Oversight Committee produced $17 million in bank receipts and witness testimony in the Biden Family bribery, corruption, and influence peddling schemes with foreign regimes.
Jack Smith is likely to use the same Civil War Civil Rights Violation that Merrick
Garland and the DOJ have been using to send January 6 protesters to prison for years for
non-violent crimes.Trump’s lawyers met with Jack Smith on Thursday morning as members
of the DC grand jury arrived at the courthouse.
The grand jury may vote to indict Trump on Thursday, "giving me a very short 4 days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an Arrest and Indictment,” Trump said last week. (The Gateway Pundit) Read more

- Abba, as usual, the enemy is using the announcement of more legal moves against President Trump to divert attention from the news of $17 million being paid to the Biden family for no obvious work done. Jesus the enemy continues to try and bring down your son, Donald. We ask Holy Spirit to dispatch angels to protect President Trump, his family and all associated with him. We ask Holy Spirit to bring to fruition all prophetic words spoken over President Trump.
We ask that the intentions of the enemy be thwarted on every side, that every indictment be brought to nothing in the light of truth and justice. We ask that every lie being used against President Trump be exposed, that the truth exposed will be used to denounce special counsel Smith, exposing the false narrative he is trying to create. We ask that the Biden family, the DOJ, and special counsel Smith be brought to justice. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus. AMEN

He will let me look down in triumph on all my enemies." (Psalm 59:10)

"It is So Much Worse Than People Understand - They Need to Smoke Them Out!" - Attorney Mike Davis on What MUST HAPPEN Following Hunter Biden Court Fiasco
|
|
On Wednesday Delaware Democrat Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the shameless sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden. The plea deal had covered Biden’s tax issues from 2014 to 2019, drug use and a gun charge that were to be pled as two misdemeanors for the tax charges and a diversion on the gun charge.
During the hearing the court learned that the sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden via the Biden Department of Justice also included a non-written agreement that would prevent the court from charging Hunter Biden of any additional crime in the future. This came out in court today.
But they got caught. Even the Democrat judge would not sign off on this lawlessness. (The Gateway Pundit) Read more

- Abba, you have said through your prophets that you are shining your light into the deepest darkness to show the world what evil has invaded our government, from the White House on down. We thank you that the Department of Justice was caught trying to deceive the court, hiding an unwritten agreement between themselves and Hunter Biden's attorneys. We ask you to allow this deception to so affront the Judge in this case, that all charges initially set out will be taken disallowed, that Hunter Biden be charged to the fullest extent of the law for his tax evasion and breaking of gun possession laws with his admitted drug use.
We ask that Hunter and President Biden no longer be protected from the accusations being brought into the light involving Ukraine business owners and Chinese Government officials potentially buying access to then Vice President Biden and the now President Biden We ask that the concept of "no one is above the law", be applied equally to the Biden's as it is being applied to President Trump and all others that the DOJ has indicted because of political incorrectness. We ask that you pull down every stronghold of lying, deception and coercion in our Nation's Capital and wherever those strongholds have been established in our country and the world. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus! AMEN
- Then the Lord said to me, "Look, Jeremiah, what do you see?"
And I replied, "I see a branch from an almond tree."
And the Lord said, "That's right, and it means that I am watching,
and I will certainly carry out all my plans." (Jer. 1:11,12)

Supreme Court Issues Order Allowing Work to Resume on West Virginia Gas Pipe
|
|
The U.S. Supreme Court on July 27 allowed Equitrans Midstream Corp. to resume the building of the Mountain Valley Pipeline, granting what some described as a win for Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) by lifting a lower-court order that blocked work on the project.
In a brief order (pdf), the high court suggested that it would possibly consider lawsuits issued by environmental groups. “Although the Court does not reach applicant’s suggestion that it treat the application as a petition for a writ of mandamus at this time, that determination is without prejudice to further consideration in light of subsequent developments,” it said.
“The application to vacate stays presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is granted,” the Supreme Court added. It didn’t provide any explanation of its decision.
The decision went against the Wilderness Society and other environmental groups that sought an injunction to halt construction. Those groups argued in court that the Mountain Valley Pipeline construction would negatively affect endangered species and said that the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management violated environmental statutes by approving its construction. - Almighty and Everlasting God, we stand in awe of You and this decision from the Supreme Court of the Land that allows construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline to resume. We praise and worship You for turning the tide in our nation once more as workers may return to their jobs; and much needed energy/gas from the sources in PA and OH will soon be pouring forth through WV to where there is great need, just in time for winter. You are so good and kind and merciful. We decree and declare that no future lawsuits from any environmental groups will prosper, and the Supreme Court ruling in favor of the Mountain Valley Pipeline will continue to stand. May all drilling and construction be done in a wise and safe manner that glorifies Your name.
- "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." ( ll Corinthians 9:8)

1. Netanyahu to NPR: I won't remove A-G from her post, but will reappoint Deri as minister - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told NPR in an interview on Thursday that he will not replace Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, but does expect to reappoint Shas chairman Aryeh Deri to a senior position in his government.
"It's not even on the table and it won't happen," Netanyahu said of the possibility of removing the Attorney General from her post.
The Prime Minister also rejected any notion that the government’s judicial reform will make it easier for him to outright dismiss his own trial.
"It's completely false. There's no connection between this judicial reform, which is very broad, and my trial," he stated.
The Supreme Court used the reasonableness standard in January when it ruled that Deri can no longer serve as Interior and Health Minister due to his conviction of tax-related offenses. (Read more)

2. Israel Urges Calm Amid Plans for Further Protest at Judicial Overhaul - Algemeiner
Israel‘s president urged both sides of a dispute over government plans to overhaul the judiciary to refrain from any violence, using the occasion of a Jewish fast on Thursday to appeal for reconciliation as protesters planned more demonstrations.
The plans being pursued by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his right-wing government have prompted months of unprecedented protests, opened up a deep divide in Israeli society, and strained the loyalties of some army reservists.
Now in its seventh month, the crisis surged on Monday after parliament passed the first of the changes trimming Supreme Court powers over his ruling religious-nationalist coalition.
Demonstrations for and against the judicial overhaul were on hold for Tisha B’av, the fast day mourning the destruction of two ancient Jewish temples in Jerusalem blamed by the sages on needless infighting. (Read more)

5. Israel slams another Swedish decision to allow Torah burning outside Israeli embassy - World Israel News

Stockholm police once again approved a request, this time by a woman in her 50s, to “light the Torah with a lighter” outside Israel’s embassy in the Swedish capital on Friday, SVT Nyheter reported.
The burning was in protest “for the systematic violation of children’s rights,” according to the woman’s application to the police.
Foreign Minister Eli Cohen blasted the decision to allow the burning to go ahead. (Read more)

1. Government Ignores Stark Warnings as IDF Faces Unprecedented Threat to Readiness – Times of Israel
The judicial overhaul is being advanced despite numerous appeals to the coalition, while the military chief attempts to convince protesting reservists to show up anyway
The Israel Defense Forces claims to be facing an imminent and unprecedented threat to its combat readiness and the unity of its ranks, with thousands of reservists, many in key positions, threatening to end their volunteer duty in protest of the government advancing its controversial plans to overhaul the judicial system. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s coalition appears to be brushing aside numerous warnings by military officials, both publicly and in private meetings.
For several weeks, as the government advanced the first major bill of its judicial overhaul, more than 10,000 reservists who frequently show up for duty on a voluntary basis said they would no longer do so. The reservists have warned they will not be able to serve in an undemocratic Israel, which some charge the country will become if the government’s overhaul plans are realized. (Read more)

- Abba, your people Israel are in chaos right now over laws that Prime Minister Netanyahu's government has voted to change. Lord, we have no idea what is best for your people but we know you do, so right now we decree and declare over your people Israel, "your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!" We stand against the spirit voices of pride, arrogance, conflict and strife and say "NO", NO MORE, regardless of where those voices are heard.
Father God, we ask you to give your prayer warriors wisdom and knowledge for targeted prayers releasing your power into the hearts and minds of leadership on both sides of this disagreement. We speak Psalm 27:8 over every heart involved; My heart has heard you say, "Come and talk with me." And my heart responds, "Lord, I am coming." AMEN and AMEN.

2. Europeans may lose their ability to even complain about current events.
Europe’s Digital Services Act (DSA) is coming online this August. The DSA aims to curtail illegal online activity and restrict targeted advertising. The largest companies, those with over 45 million European users, will face fines of up to 6% of their annual turnover if they fail to comply with the new rules. They will have to be transparent about how they moderate content, advertise, and use algorithmic processes. Hosting services and domain registrars are now responsible for reporting criminal offenses to authorities and cooperating with national law enforcement.
Like many other laws, much of the Digital Services Act seems reasonable on the face. I don’t like targeted ads. I think it would be nice for people that have been de-platformed from social media to understand why.
However, the DSA also contains provisions for combating disinformation, which means that it can be used to police online speech. (Read more)

- Oh, Lord, we have seen in the past what looks like a good plan on the surface only to see it deteriorate into a method of control and loss of freedom for individuals and countries. We strongly come against this plan for Europe and pray it is never implemented. We decree and declare that this will never be enacted in our country. We pray that citizens in the US will be so alert to this kind of freedom-killing plan that it will never come to pass. Lord, please keep our internet free to spread truth about a multitude of topics and to speak Your will into our country and our lives. Amen.

3. Business Owners Say They Are Still Paying Heavy Price for FAILED Covid Lockdowns – The Epoch Times
In late 2019, Darin and Michelle Agnew were ready to open their dream business in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
The four-story building in historic St. Cloud was built in 1886. The Agnews had renovated the structure installing a modern kitchen, plenty of dining space, and a bar featuring 76 beer taps.“The second largest in the state,” Ms. Agnew said.
They had had some setbacks—equipment and construction issues during the renovation, and Ms. Agnew had been injured in an automobile accident—but those were behind them and the future looked bright.Sure, they had accumulated some debt, which goes with opening a new business. But now they were ready to get to work serving their customers. And they did, for one month.
Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
Gov. Tim Walz began issuing executive orders, bars and restaurants were closed, and the Agnews’ dream died. (Read more)

- Precious Lord, we lay before You the shambles of the COVID policies in each state. We pray for restoration for those whose business efforts were so abruptly ended by the policies of those who loved power and control rather than operating with a knowledge of how businesses operate and the genuine proof of the effectiveness of lockdowns to hinder the spread of disease. Lord, may those who have experienced the pain of failure in business and loss of confidence in their government turn to You for their healing. May this never happen again in our country.

4. Exploding eBikes: Lithium Battery Fires Spread in New York and California – The Epoch Times
Lithium-ion batteries have sparked hundreds of fires across New York and San Francisco this year, injuring dozens and resulting in the death of a few individuals, triggering worries about ongoing public safety.

5. Bud Light to Lay off Hundreds of Employees in Wake of Disastrous Trans Marketing – ZeroHedge
Bud Light's self-destruction after its botched TikTok promotion with clownish, male-to-female trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, resulting in what Deutsche Bank analyst Mitch Collett recently said is a permanent loss of nearly 25% of its business and Mexican lager Modelo Especial securing the spot as America's top-selling beer, has likely forced Anheuser-Busch InBev to lay off hundreds of workers.
The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday night that Anheuser-Busch, which sells Budweiser and Stella Artois, will slash 2% of its 18,000 US workforce. The company said the layoffs wouldn't impact front-line workers such as brewery and warehouse staff.
"While we never take these decisions lightly, we want to ensure that our organization continues to be set for future long-term success," Anheuser-Busch Chief Executive Brendan Whitworth said in a statement. (Read more)

6. Will a New BRICS Currency Backed by Gold Mean the End of Global Dominance For the US Dollar? The Economic Collapse Blog
Is the global dominance of the U.S. dollar in danger? In recent weeks, there has been lots of speculation about the introduction of a new BRICS currency that would be backed by gold. In this article, my goal is to sort through what is true and what is not true. From August 22nd to August 24th, the 15th BRICS summit will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa. Back on July 5th, RT sparked a firestorm of rumors when it reported
that a decision to introduce a new BRICS currency that would be backed by gold would be made prior to the upcoming summit in Johannesburg…
BRICS is set to introduce a new currency backed by gold, in contrast to the credit-backed US dollar, with the decision coming a month ahead of the bloc’s summit in Johannesburg. With the growing initiative, more and more countries are lining-up to join the group.
In the aftermath of that report, many prominent voices were warning that the U.S. dollar was in big trouble. (Read more)

7. British Banks That Canceled Conservatives Could Lose Their License – NewsTarget
A new legislative proposal in the United Kingdom would require banks to treat all of their customers equally, regardless of their political leanings, or else lose their banking licenses.
Following the recent scandal involving Brexit leader Nigel Farage, whose bank account was shuttered by Coutts / NatWest due to his conservative political platform, a number of British MPs (members of parliament) are working on a new law to stop this kind of thing from ever happening again while bolstering and protecting freedom of expression throughout the country.
A related set of newly proposed rules would also force banks to provide customers with at least three months' notice before closing their accounts. Currently, British banks are only required to give customers a one-month notice before termination, and they are not yet required to provide an "explicit" reason as to why an account is being closed in the first place, which would change under the new rules. - Hallelujah, Mighty King and Lord of All! What we might have thought was just plain common sense and decency in a democracy, now needs to be codified into law in the U.K.! Lord, if needed, we ask for a similar law to be formally established in the U.S. to protect us all from the whims and ideologies of banks and bankers closing our accounts because of conservative or divergent beliefs.
As our beloved America is being twisted into unrecognizable, ungodly shapes and forms, we ask that You continue to restore what the locusts have and are eating. Thank You, Father, for freedom of expression guaranteed to all citizens through our God-inspired Constitution. We praise You that the new rules in the U.K. will require at least 3 months’ notice of an account closure as well as the explicit reason for such.
- You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.” So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God. Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another." (Romans 14:10-13a)

Gender Dysphoria And Mental Illness
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, July 27, 2023
During the first installment of the ABC Nightline series, “Identity Denied: Trans in America,” Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Rachel Levine said, “Adolescence is hard and puberty is hard. What if you’re going through the wrong puberty? What if you inside feel that you are female, but now you’re going through a male puberty?” Lavine, also an Admiral in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, is a biological male pediatrician who reportedly has “transitioned” to female and is the first Senate-approved transgender. These comments underscore the ethics and morality of the entire LGBTQ+ debate—people born one gender, but “feel” they are the other gender, and how to handle their mental health.
The prevailing liberal school of thought or theory as promoted by mental health, psychiatric, and medical organizations, is that those who “feel” they are a different gender, must be affirmed, acknowledged, and accepted otherwise they may suffer mental distress, depression, and possibly suicide. To support this conclusion, they use data from surveys like the US Transgender Survey that states: “A staggering 39% of respondents experienced serious psychological distress in the month prior to completing the survey, compared with only 5% of the U.S. population. Among the starkest findings is that 40% of respondents have attempted suicide in their lifetime—nearly nine times the attempted suicide rate in the U.S. population (4.6%).” Suicidal thoughts, attempted suicide, and suicide also are a significant issue throughout the LGBTQ+ community. ANCIENT DNA REVEALS DIVERSE COMMUNITY IN INCA EMPIRE
|
|
A recent study in science advances, has used ancient DNA to uncover the origins of workers who were buried more than 500 years ago within the Inca empire, specifically the site of Machu Picchu.
Led by Jason Nesbitt, an associate professor of archaeology at Tulane University School of Liberal Arts, the researchers conducted genetic testing on individuals interred at Machu Picchu to gain deeper insights into the lives and identities of its inhabitants.
Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Cusco region of Peru once served as a royal estate for the Inca Empire. Machu Picchu also hosted elite members of Inca society and their attendants and workers, many of whom resided within the estate throughout the year.
Contrary to assumptions, this study, bolstered by DNA evidence, has finally confirmed the diverse backgrounds of these residents. As Nesbitt puts it, the findings provide crucial insights into the lives of the “retainer population” and are a window into the world of lower-status individuals rather than just focusing on elites and royalty.
The DNA analysis conducted in this study operates similarly to contemporary genetic ancestry kits. By comparing the DNA of 34 individuals buried at Machu Picchu with that of people from various regions within the Inca Empire and some modern genomes from South America, the researchers aimed to determine the level of genetic relatedness among them.
The results of the DNA analysis unveiled that these individuals hailed from different parts of the Inca Empire, with some originating from as far as Amazonia. Interestingly, there was minimal shared DNA among them, suggesting that they were brought to Machu Picchu individually, rather than being part of familial or community groups. This finding provides valuable insights into the diverse origins of the people who once inhabited this extraordinary site. Read More

Breaking the Chains: A Christian Call to Defeating Homelessness and Addiction
|
|
In the heart of North Springfield, Missouri, Freedom City Church has been answering a Christian calling to extend help to individuals grappling with homelessness and drug addiction. Since its establishment in 2015, the church has implemented several programs, guided by a biblical perspective to reach out to those in need. Among the church's initiatives are "Hope Homes," which offers a discipleship home tailored to aid men struggling with drug addiction.
The program "Straight Street" provides critical recovery housing for individuals exiting incarceration, facing substance use disorders and homelessness. Expanding their outreach further, the church operates the "North Side Recovery Community Center," a haven offering resources, classes and counseling for those seeking a way out of their dire situations. "It's just a place where people can come for classes, for resources such as food, to go get their ID, to get connected with a counselor," Alarid explains. "So, we're just seeing God move in powerful ways. And there's just no end to the need."
Freedom City Church's approach to addressing these pressing issues emphasizes comprehensive and continuous discipleship. Recognizing that traditional methods may prove inadequate, the church advocates for 24/7 support. By providing recovery homes, workforce development opportunities and spiritual and counseling resources, the church aims to create a nurturing environment to help individuals break free from the destructive cycle of addiction and homelessness. The personal journey of the church's founding pastor, Pastor John Alarid, stands as a testament to the transformative power of faith and recovery. Having experienced a life ensnared in drugs, crime and incarceration, he found solace in his faith while attending Victory Outreach, leading to a remarkable turnaround. His story echoes the biblical lesson of redemption, where faith can transform pain into passion and purpose. (Charisma News) Read More

Shall We Gather at the River?
To listen to this classic hymn, CLICK HERE
Words: Robert Lowry
Music: Hanson Place
Scripture: A pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. Revelation 22:1–2
Lyrics:
Shall we gather at the river,
Where bright angel feet have trod,
With its crystal tide forever
Flowing by the throne of God?
Refrain
Yes, we’ll gather at the river,
The beautiful, the beautiful river;
Gather with the saints at the river
That flows by the throne of God.
On the margin of the river,
Washing up its silver spray,
We will talk and worship ever,
All the happy golden day.
Refrain
Ere we reach the shining river,
Lay we every burden down;
Grace our spirits will deliver,
And provide a robe and crown.
Refrain
At the smiling of the river,
Mirror of the Savior’s face,
Saints, whom death will never sever,
Lift their songs of saving grace.
Refrain
Soon we’ll reach the silver river,
Soon our pilgrimage will cease;
Soon our happy hearts will quiver
With the melody of peace.
Refrain
