Netanyahu Calls for Deradicalized, Demilitarized Gaza and anti-Iran Abraham Alliance

The Israeli prime minister cited the examples of post-World War II Germany and Japan as a model for his vision of "peace, prosperity and security."

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday laid out his vision for post-Hamas Gaza, calling for the enclave to be “demilitarized and deradicalized” in a manner similar to Germany and Japan after World War II.
Speaking to a joint session of Congress in the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., he also called for the establishment of a Middle Eastern defense alliance to confront the threat posed to the region by Iran.
“The day after we defeat Hamas, a new Gaza can emerge. My vision for that day is of a demilitarized and deradicalized Gaza,” said the Israeli premier. “Israel does not seek to resettle Gaza. But for the foreseeable future, we must retain overriding security control there to prevent the resurgence of terror, to ensure that Gaza never again poses a threat to Israel,” he added.
He called for a Palestinian civilian administration in Gaza, on the condition that it not seek to destroy the Jewish state.
“That’s not too much to ask. It’s a fundamental thing that we have a right to demand and to receive,” he said.
“A new generation of Palestinians must no longer be taught to hate Jews but rather to live in peace with us. Those twin words, demilitarization and deradicalization, those two concepts were applied to Germany and Japan after World War II, and that led to decades of peace, prosperity and security.
“Following our victory, with the help of regional partners, the demilitarization and deradicalization of Gaza can also lead to a future of security, prosperity and peace. That’s my vision for Gaza.” (JNS.org) Read more here.

Netanyahu-Biden Meeting to Focus on Gaza Ceasefire Deal

The two leaders will look to fill "final gaps" between the sides, according to administration officials.

Ongoing efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza will take center stage during Israeli Prime Minister’s scheduled meeting with President Joe Biden at the White House on Thursday, according to administration officials.
A senior administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said on Wednesday that ceasefire talks were on the final stretch. The president and prime minister will try to close some “final gaps,” he said. “We believe it’s in the closing stages and a deal is closeable.”
He reiterated comments by U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, who said on July 19 that a hostage-for-ceasefire deal would be the “overriding focus” of the meeting.
Biden himself in his Wednesday speech announcing his withdrawal from the presidential race signaled that bringing a halt to fighting in Gaza would remain a top priority for his remaining tenure.
“I’m going to keep working to end the war on Gaza, bring home all the hostages, to bring peace and security to the Middle East and end this war,” he said.
Netanyahu will ask that any ceasefire deal include written assurance that Israel can resume fighting until it meets its war objectives, Israel’s Channel 12 reported. (JNS.org) Read more here.

Netanyahu Should Call on America's Christians to Restore Gaza
|
|
This week, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is in America to meet with President Biden, Vice President Harris, and speak to Congress. He will thank the US for its support for Israel in general, and specifically during the current war against Hamas, talk about the unbreakable relationship between Israel and the US as democratic allies with common values, and enemies. He will talk about the righteousness of Israel’s position in this war that was thrust upon us, and possibly about what the future of Gaza and maybe the wider Middle East ought to be. Minimally, he’ll talk about what the relationship cannot be: with the Iranian Islamic regime continuing to threaten Israel and the world, and the Iranian proxies of Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis not being able to continue to threaten us “the day after.”
Netanyahu may or may not expressly mention (or reject) the “two-state solution” as the answer for long term peace. But what he should call for, and the US should widely embrace, is a bold solution that actually can bring a real solution for peace in Gaza, one that addresses the theological/ideological root of the problem, rather than creating an independent Palestinian state governed by terrorists.
The actual solution is a complete restoration of Gaza undertaken by Christians from America and around the world. It’s a radical idea, all the more so as promoted by an Orthodox Israeli Jew.
The core of the problem in Gaza under the Iranian-backed Hamas, and embraced by most Gazans, is an extremist Islamic ideology that calls for the destruction of Israel, and the genocide of Jews. Christians, on the other hand, love Gazans and love Israel and the Jewish people. They are honest brokers who can restore Gaza with love, and prevent a rebuilding of the culture of hate and terror. Benjamin Netanyahu’s office reveals that met yesterday with Tesla CEO Elon Musk after the Israeli premier’s speech to Congress.
The two spoke about artificial intelligence and “opportunities for technological cooperation with Israel,” the Prime Minister’s Office says.

During the meeting with President Biden and Prime Minister Netanyahu on Thursday evening, several American hostage families asked Netanyahu if he was delaying a deal.
According to two sources at the meeting, Prime Minister Netanyahu responded, "I am not delaying anything. An updated proposal for Hamas will be issued within two days." (Read more)

3. IDF recovers bodies of 5 hostages from Gaza - Israel Hayom
Three people were wounded in a shooting attack Thursday morning from a passing vehicle on Route 55 near Nabi Ilyas in Samaria. Magen David Adom paramedics provided on-site medical treatment to three casualties in light to moderate condition, including one man in his 30s and another in his mid-20s who were hit by gunfire. They were evacuated to Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba.
The IDF stated, "From initial reports, at this stage, it appears there are three casualties, likely light to moderate. The vehicle fled, and IDF forces are conducting a manhunt."
MDA paramedic Israel Lifshitz recounted, "We saw the injured fully conscious and suffering from gunshot wounds to their bodies. They told us they were hit by gunfire from a passing vehicle. We provided medical treatment and evacuated them in MDA intensive care ambulances to hospitals in moderate and light condition. We also examined another casualty who was fully conscious with a very minor leg injury." (Read more)

4. Hamas video: Terrorists plant and detonate explosives on fence of Israeli village - Israel National News
Hamas's militant arm, the al-Qassam Brigades, published a video showing an explosives attack near the Jewish community of Malkishua in the Gilboa region in northern Israel in which two Defense Ministry employees were wounded.
The organization's announcement noted that three explosive devices were planted along the fence surrounding the community. One was meant to draw forces to the area of the ambush and the two others were meant to kill them.
The cell in Jenin which planted the devices filmed the scene using cameras that were placed nearby, from the moment the force arrived until the three explosives detonated. (Read more)

5. Three Israeli Soldiers Wounded in Drive-by Shooting Terrorist Attack in West Bank - Algemeiner
i24 News — Three Israeli soldiers were wounded in a drive-by terrorist attack on Thursday in Nabi Elyas, near the West Bank city of Qalqilya.
Magen David Adom emergency medical services said the three received first aid as they arrived on the scene.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it had launched a manhunt to apprehend the terrorist suspects.
“One soldier was moderately injured and two additional soldiers were lightly injured as a result of the attack,” the IDF said. “The soldiers have been evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment and their families have been notified. IDF soldiers are pursuing the terrorists and are reinforcing security on routes and towns in the area.” (Read more)

As companies and government agencies around the world scramble to restore their computer systems following last week’s global outage from a faulty software update, questions are being raised about whether proper protocols for updates were followed.

An antivirus software update issued on July 19 by CrowdStrike, one of the largest cybersecurity companies, caused more than a billion Windows-based computers to crash, taking down essential operations at airports, hospitals, 911 centers, police departments, trains, jails and other municipal services, as well as corporate operations.

4. House Votes Unanimously to Form Task Force to Investigate Trump Assassination Attempt – The Epoch Times
The task force will take control of all House probes into the incident and must produce a report on its investigation.
The House of Representatives on July 24 passed a resolution creating a special task force to investigate the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump on July 13.
House Speaker Mike Johnson had announced the task force on July 18 amid bipartisan criticism of both the assassination attempt and the U.S. Secret Service’s actions before the incident. The video was from Wednesday’s edition of “Fox & Friends,” co-hosted by Brian Kilmeade, to whom Daniels attributed a completely false comment. “She’d rather address, in the summer, a sorority … a COLORED sorority, like she can’t get outta that!” wrote Daniels in his fake transcript of the segment on Vice President Kamala Harris. “Then, in what he presumably believed to be a humorous comment of his own, Daniels wrote, “Not this in the year of Beyonce 2024.” (Read more) |

It’s been termed the “Government Media Complex” by some conservative writers. It refers to the mainstream, corporate media that is taking the hard-left position in its coverage of the presidential race, a mouthpiece for the Biden Administration, and ongoing purveyor of dog whistle rhetoric spewed by the hateful left. Americans wake up! Just read the headlines of what has happened over the past two weeks. CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC and various other left-leaning propaganda machines downplayed the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump and subsequently refused to report the substance of his Republican nomination acceptance speech.
In the moments after the Trump shooting, I went to the aforementioned media sites to get updated information. They actually downplayed the assassination attempt. Collectively, they portrayed the event as something totally other than what it was. Anybody watching the speech could tell that there were rapid fire shots at the former president. The government media complex reported that there was a “security incident” and Trump had to be escorted off the stage. It was literally over an hour before these giants of news got around to reporting the truth. They downplayed the assassination attempt as if some sort of technical glitch had taken place. The United States and Canada scrambled fighters on Wednesday as Chinese and Russian nuclear-capable bombers flew off the coast of Alaska.
According to the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), it was the first time a Chinese H-6 bomber had penetrated Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ).
An ADIZ is a buffer region surrounding a nation’s sovereign airspace. Sending military planes into another nation’s ADIZ is not an act of war, but it is considered provocative, especially since fighters will usually be launched to monitor the incoming aircraft and ensure they are not a threat.
China frequently sends warplanes into the ADIZ of Taiwan, for example, forcing the much smaller Taiwanese air force to exhaust itself in response — a tactic known as “gray zone” warfare.
NORAD noted that Russian bombers have entered Alaska’s ADIZ before, most recently in May, but this appears to be the first time Chinese bombers have accompanied them.
NORAD said it “detected, tracked, and intercepted two Russian TU-95 and two PRC [People’s Republic of China] H-6 military aircraft” in the Alaskan ADIZ. The U.S. sent F-16 and F-35 fighters to monitor their activities, while Canada launched CF-18 fighters, the Royal Canadian Air Force version of the American F/A-18 Hornet.
“The Russian and PRC aircraft remained in international airspace and did not enter American or Canadian sovereign airspace,” NORAD said.
“This Russian and PRC activity in the Alaska ADIZ is not seen as a threat, and NORAD will continue to monitor competitor activity near North America and meet presence with presence,” the statement added. (Breitbart) Read more here.

nations. Cause their attempts at cooperation to fail miserably. So far we believe this is ‘sabre rattling’ and ‘testing the waters’, but we pray that our enemies’ attempts to bring fear to the U.S. and to cause us to use up vital resources every time we must scramble the fighters to intercept their

We see also, Lord, that this is happening at a time when the U.S. is in a very vulnerable position, as we do not appear to have strong leadership in place on the federal level. King of Kings, we ask that our voters see the truth of what is happening and elect strong leaders that can be used by You to deter wars and to bring Godly restoration to our country. We ask Your divine supernatural and angelic help to fill in the gaps on our wall as Your intercessors exercise the authority You have given to them to fight the battle in the heavenlies. Thank You, Lord, that the government is upon Your shoulder and that You are our lawgiver and judge and promise to save us.

Vice President Kamala Harris' "weak condemnation" of Wednesday's anti-Israel protests, absence from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's congressional address and sympathetic rhetoric regarding Gaza shows the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee will be a "far worse" partner for Israel than President Joe Biden, a GOP Jewish advocacy group claims.
"If you thought Joe Biden was bad on issues of top concern for pro-Israel voters, Kamala Harris is far worse," Sam Markstein, Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) national political director, told Fox News Digital in a statement.
"It took her a full day to issue a weak condemnation of the pro-Hamas mobs that burned American flags and chanted vile antisemitic slogans at Jews in Washington, D.C. – with zero mention of any concrete action she would take to hold them accountable. It should be easy to condemn antisemitism – the real question is what she will do to confront it, and her statement speaks for itself," Markstein added. The Israeli prime minister delivered his address to Congress Wednesday, where he detailed the horrors of the country's war against Hamas. Harris declined to preside over the address and instead attended a sorority event in Indiana.

Help us to forgive as well, or at least be made willing to do so; and we call forth a Day of Visitation for each of those in power who do not know You. May Your people come to prayer and repentance that You may indeed come and restore what the locusts have eaten here. Help us to be beacons of light—truth, love, righteousness—amidst the wicked darkness that threatens to overtake the land.
Father God, we ask fervently that Your Holy Spirit hover over all election sites, giving people a vision of what abundant life can be if we renounce evil in the land and vote in righteous leaders that You can use. May the election results be true, no fraud of any kind overlooked. Above all, may the U.S. bless Israel and the Jewish Diaspora and refrain from interfering in Israel’s government and policies, except to come alongside in whatever way is needed. Park Fire in Northern California explodes in its first day; man arrested on suspicion of starting blaze

A wildfire that started Wednesday afternoon in a park near Chico, California, north of Sacramento, exploded in size overnight and continued to spread through the day Thursday — and it may have been deliberately set. The Park Fire grew from about 6,400 acres late Wednesday night to 45,550 acres Thursday morning and then to over 71,400 acres Thursday afternoon local time, Cal Fire said. The fire was only 3% contained.
"This fire has fingers that are growing in different directions depending on which way the wind is blowing," Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea said.
Cal Fire arson investigators have arrested a 42-year-old Chico man on suspicion of starting the blaze, Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced.
His arrest followed reports of an unknown male seen pushing a burning car into a gully at around 3 p.m. Wednesday in the upper part of Bidwell Park, where the blaze broke out, the district attorney said. The car slid 60 feet down an embankment and went up in flames completely, sparking the Park Fire.
Ramsey said the unknown man was then seen calmly leaving the area among other residents who fled as the fire rapidly grew. A local judge issued an arrest warrant Thursday morning for the suspect's arrest, and he was booked into the Butte County Jail where the warrant stipulated he would be held without bond until his Monday arraignment. 'Christians of America Stand Solidly with Israel': Netanyahu Meets with Evangelicals in DC

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with a group of evangelical Christian leaders in the nation's capital on Tuesday. At the meeting he expressed his gratitude for their steadfast friendship in the face of global antisemitism and the painful aftermath of the October 7th terrorist atrocities. "I want to thank you for your incredible support at all times and especially in these trying times," he told the group. "We have no better friends than you, and I don't say that lightly or haphazardly. It comes from the heart. It also comes from knowing how deeply you are committed to Israel, and how strongly you stand up for Israel, stand up for the truth, stand up for our common heritage and our common values," Netanyahu said. Today, Netanyahu reflected on the gathering with American evangelicals, saying, "Hearing their prayers for the return of the hostages, the well-being of our soldiers, and the security of the State of Israel was profoundly moving."
Pastor John Hagee, the leader of Christians United for Israel, was among the supporters who met with Netanyahu. "Our message today to the prime minister and to the Jewish people of Israel and the United States, is that the Christians of America stand solidly with Israel," he said.
