Remembering the 9th of Av

National Day of Repentance
Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
Starting the evening of Wednesday, July 26 to the evening of July 27, for 25 hours, Jews will commemorate tragedies throughout Jewish history, a day of mourning, Tisha B'av, the ninth of Av. On that day the destruction of the First Temple occurred in 586 B.C., and on that same day the Second Temple was destroyed in 70 A.D. Also on that tragic date Jews were massacred in the Roman Revolt of Simon bar Kochba (133 A.D.); Jews were expelled from England (1290 A.D.); Jews were banished from Spain (1492 A.D.), and Germany declared war on Russia, WW1, (1914 A.D.) eventually leading to the Holocaust.
The ninth of Av culminates a three-week period of mourning. On the ninth of Av many people will spend the day fasting, or visiting loved ones, or visiting the Western Wall, the ruins of the Second Temple, and attending the synagogue to hear the reading of the Book of Lamentations. Unlike Yom Kippur, where the focus is on atonement from sins, traditionally the ninth of Av focuses on the suffering of the Jewish people.
Virtually all of these horrific atrocities were done by "Christians." Join me, especially between now and the ninth of Av on July 26, in repenting for any spirit of anti-semitism in my heart, even a residue. As the Lord may lead you, spend time with Him confessing these sins of our fathers and of our nations. Today, instead of standing with Israel to protect its God-given borders, nations are calling for a two-State "solution." This violates God's Word in Joel 3:2 " They have also divided up My land."
Weeks ago thousands, perhaps millions of Christians, standing on Isaiah 62, prayed for blessings on Israel and for many to come into Yeshua's Kingdom.
Building on that prayer initiative, as you and I in many nations identify and intercede for these historic sufferings, and then truly spend time repenting, may the Eternal Word of God open a fresh focus on Jewish suffering on the ninth of Av.
May mourning be ended. May the suffering and mourning be turned into joy as stated in the amplified version of Jeremiah 31: 1-14.
The more we truly repent, one by one throughout the Body of Christ, for any spirit of anti-semitism or replacement theology, may the Lord open minds and hearts. And may all Jews, following Romans 11:26, be saved, finding the Risen Yeshua the Messiah. His perfect blood as the Lamb of God perfectly covered all these tragedies!

Watch: Transgender Rachel Levine Claims Children Face ‘Wrong Puberty’
Some American children are “going through the wrong puberty,” says Rachel Levine, the self-described “transgender” assistant secretary at the Department of Health and Human Services.
“Adolescence is hard and puberty is hard. What if you’re going through the wrong puberty? What if you inside feel that you are female, but now you’re going through a male puberty?” Levine said during a recent appearance in the first installment of the ABC Nightline series, Identity Denied: Trans in America.
Levine, the highest-ranking openly transgender federal official in the United States, made these remarks after being asked to respond to people who say children should wait until they are at least 18 years of age before dabbling in sex-related interventions.
After being told by Nightline co-anchor Juju Chang that the argument is children are “too young to know,” Levine said, “I want to be clear that for prepubertal children, there are no medical procedures done. The standard of care allows them to explore that with therapy.” (Breitbart) Read more.

Washington, Texas spar over anti-migrant river buoys
Texas Governor Greg Abbott defied the administration of President Joe Biden on Monday as the Justice Department sued his state for trying to block the US-Mexican border with a floating barrier and razor wire along the Rio Grande.
The department told the state late last week that the string of large orange buoys near Eagle Pass, Texas illegally obstruct river navigation and lack federal permissions.
“This floating barrier poses threats to navigation and public safety and presents humanitarian concerns,” said Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta.
But in a reply letter addressed to Biden on Monday, Abbott said that he had the power to protect the “sovereign” interests of Texas by installing the buoys. He accused Biden of not fulfilling his own responsibilities to halt the flow of migrants over the southern border with Mexico.
“If you truly care about human life, you must begin enforcing federal immigration laws,” Abbott wrote.
By doing so, you can help me stop migrants from wagering their lives in the waters of the Rio Grande River,” he said. “Texas will see you in court, Mr. President,” he added.
The string of buoys was installed in the river at the popular migrant crossing point this month, along with large razor-wire barriers on shore. According to reports, some migrants have required rescue after being trapped in the razor wire. (Breitbart) Read more.

White House Calls Israel’s Controversial Judicial Overhaul Vote ‘Unfortunate’
The White House issued a statement on July 24 saying it was disappointed that Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, voted that day to approve a highly controversial bill—backed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his governing coalition—that reduces the power of its Supreme Court to challenge parliamentary decisions.
The bill is part of a broader package of judicial changes that Mr. Netanyahu and his team of lawmakers are pushing, and which have divided the Knesset down the middle, and sparked protests across the nation.
While the official vote tally shows that the provision passed 64–0, the vote was taken after about half of the Knesset chanted “shame” and then walked out. An earlier vote that day, a procedural vote, passed 64–56.
“As a lifelong friend of Israel, President Joe Biden has publicly and privately expressed his views that major changes in a democracy to be enduring must have as broad a consensus as possible,” said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
“It is unfortunate that the vote today took place with the slimmest possible majority.”
Mr. Biden had warned and advised Mr. Netanyahu to work on achieving a broad consensus on judicial change prior to voting. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.
Heavenly Father, we pray for Israel’s peace, unity, and protection. Jesus, you said, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand” (Matthew 12:25).
Like the days of the Maccabees, the nation of Israel is divided, one kingdom but deeply polarized. And Israel’s enemies are watching and waiting for their opportunity to annihilate your heritage. “What do you conspire against the Lord? He will make an utter end of it. Affliction will not rise up a second time” (Nahum 1:9).
Lord, You have loved Israel with an everlasting love, brought Israel back to the land you promised to Abraham, and swore never to uproot them again. “For I am with you, says the Lord, to save you; Though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you, Yet I will not make a complete end of you. But I will correct you in justice, And will not let you go altogether unpunished” (Jeremiah 30:11). Though they struggle, we pray these trials will bring many to know Jesus, Yeshua as their Lord and Savior. Lord, redeem and protect your inheritance, Israel. In Jesus’ name.

1.Gallant explains vote for contentious overhaul bill: ‘Best that I stay at the wheel’ - Times of Israel
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant was quoted by Hebrew-language media on Monday as saying he had attempted to reach a consensus with regard to a controversial bill that ended up passing — part of the government’s plans to overhaul the judiciary — but was unable to do so.
The Knesset gave its final approval to a law that prevents courts from reviewing the “reasonableness” of government and ministerial decisions, the first major bill of the government’s judicial overhaul to pass.
“If I were to vote against the law, I would have to resign,” Gallant said in ostensible “closed conversations” — usually code for statements provided to reporters unofficially — according to Hebrew media. “If I had left, it wouldn’t have changed anything. It’s best that I stay at the wheel at such a time.” (Read more)
2. Israeli Army Believes Reservists’ Protests Will Compromise Readiness for War Within Weeks - Haaretz
Following Israeli army reservists’ intentions to not show for duty in response to the ongoing judicial overhaul legislation, officials in the army believe that Israel’s readiness for war will be compromised within weeks.
On Monday night, IDF Chief of Staff Herzl Halevi spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and conveyed to him that the IDF was currently operationally capable in the event of a potential conflict in the near future. The conversation between the two took place after Netanyahu had previously rebuffed Halevi before the Knesset’s vote on repealing the reasonableness standard earlier in the day. The legislation that was passed revokes the Supreme Court’s authority to overturn government decisions deemed unreasonable.
In their conversation, part of which took place in private, Halevi expressed to Netanyahu the impact that the tens of thousands of army reserves who said that they would stop volunteering for reserve duty would have on the army itself. The chief of staff also addressed the inflammatory remarks coming from coalition members against reserve pilots who had threatened to not show for duty as well. (Read more)
3. Israel's credit rating drops due to reform legislation - Israel National News
In response to the Knesset passing the reasonability standard legislation, several rating agencies have warned investors to avoid Israel.
Morgan Stanley downgraded Israel's credit score to 'dislike', citing the negative trajectory of the economy under the current government.
Moody's published a special report warning investors of 'upheaval and constitutional crisis between the judicial and executive branches', but did not downgrade the country's overall rating. "The bill comes amid widespread protests that have been going on since January and are expected to continue, "Moody's notes. 'There is significant risk of negative impacts to Israel's economy and security situation.' (Read more)
4. J7’ International Task Force Against Antisemitism Launched by ADL, National Jewish Organizations - Algemeiner
A new international task force to combat antisemitism was launched on Tuesday by the US-based Anti Defamation League (ADL) alongside national Jewish organizations in six other countries.
The formation of the “Large Communities Task Force Against Antisemitism” — known for short as the “J7” — comes “at a time when data from around the world indicates a rise in antisemitic incidents and attitudes, and growing concern within our Jewish
communities who are confronting this rise,” a statement announcing the initiative observed. The previous year witnessed a record number of violent antisemitic incidents in Germany along with notable upsurges in France, the USand the UK.
As well as the ADL, the task force includes Crif, the representative body of Jews in France; DAIA, the umbrella body representing Argentinian Jews; the Central Council of Jews in Germany; the Centre for Jewish and Israel Affairs (CIJA) in Canada; the Board of Deputies of British Jews; and the Executive Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ). 5. Hezbollah chief gloats: Israel had its ‘worst day,’ is on ‘path to disappearance’ - Times of Israel
The head of the Hezbollah terror group gloated that Israel was on the “path to disappearance” as chaotic demonstrations by opposition activists protesting the passage of the first judicial overhaul law wracked the nation on Monday.
“Israel was once thought of as a regional power that can’t be beaten, and regional countries accepted its threat as a fact that can’t be removed,” Hassan Nasrallah said in a televised address marking the seventh day of Muharram, the first month of the Islamic calendar, days ahead of the major Shiite festival of Ashura, according to media reports.
He added that “its trust, awareness and self-confidence have deteriorated into the crisis it is experiencing today.” (Read more)

1.DeSantis involved in ‘car accident’ on drive to Chattanooga - DML News
Republican presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was involved in a “car accident” in Tennessee on Tuesday, his spokesman says.
“This morning, the governor was in a car accident while traveling to an event in Chattanooga, Tennessee,” Press Secretary Bryan Griffin told Fox News in a statement. “He and his team are uninjured.
“We appreciate the prayers and well wishes of the nation for his continued protection while on the campaign trail,” Griffin added.
According to reports, DeSantis and his team were on their way to fundraising events that are being held in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The governor and his team is scheduled to hold three fundraisers in the state today. (Read more)

2. Mark Levin blasts federal judge for putting Trump trial in the middle of presidential election - Right Scoop
Mark Levin blasted Judge Cannon for putting Trump’s classified documents trial right slap dab in the middle of the election. Here’s what he said in part:
Judge Cannon blew it. Big-time. A criminal trial in the middle of a presidential election, when I believe most of the primary races are over (or many anyway). And if Trump is found guilty on a single charge, even if he appeals, he will have to carry that into the general election, should he be the GOP nominee. This is why Smith, with the backing of Garland, was hellbent on getting indictments in place and demanding and early trial. He got what he wanted (moving the trial from December to May is inconsequential).
So, Cannon has now given her rubber stamp to the election interference scheme of the Biden DOJ and the Democrats. She just didn’t have the guts to stare down the rogue prosecutors and tell them that they will have to wait until the election is over to start their trial, assuming none of the coming (hopefully) motions are not fatal to their case. 3. Hunter Biden’s Former Business Partner Set to Confirm Joe Biden’s Involvement in Corrupt Deals - The Politics Brief
Hunter Biden’s former best friend and business partner, Devon Archer, is expected to testify before Congress this week, revealing that Hunter would include his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, in meetings with his overseas business partners using speakerphone.
Archer is scheduled to share instances where Joe Biden was either physically present or connected via speakerphone while Hunter introduced him to foreign business partners and potential investors, New York Post reporter Miranda Devine reported late Sunday.

4. Iran reveals new AI-powered missile following US deployment of thousands of Marines - Just The News
Iran’s Navy and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) received a new long-range, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered cruise missile at a ceremony in Tehran on Tuesday, state-run Press TV reported.
The domestically made missile named “Abu Mahdi” has a range of 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) with a high destruction power, can evade radars, and uses AI in its flight path software, Iran’s Minister of Defense Mohammad Reza Ashtiani claimed at the ceremony, according to Press TV.
Iran’s announcement of the “Abu Mahdi” missile comes after the Pentagon said last Thursday it is deploying thousands of Marines and additional forces to the Middle East following recent Iranian attempts to seize commercial shipping vessels. (Read more)
- We speak confusion to this AI in Jesus' name. We declare it will have no ability to program itself, organize its input or be able to make anything happen at all, in Jesus name. Once airborne, we call it to self-destruct and be completely useless and ineffective, in Jesus name. We note the significance of using the term mahdi and break the hold on these plans of Iranian leadership for world supremacy because the only supreme world leader is Almighty God. Amen.

5. Russian fighter jet damages US drone with flares over Syria, USAF reports - Just The News
The United States Air Force (USAF) released video on Tuesday, July 25, that it says shows a Russian fighter jet flying “dangerously close” to a US MQ-9 Reaper drone over Syria on Sunday, July 23, and deploying flares that caused damage to the drone.
The USAF said the “unprofessional behavior” of the Russian pilot included “harassing the MQ-9 and deploying flares from a position directly overhead, with only a few meters of separation between aircraft.” (Read more)

6. North Korea launches missiles after U.S. submarinearrives in South Korea - Just The News
North Korea on Monday fired two ballistic missiles on Monday following the arrival of an American nuclear submarine at naval base in South Korea. Both missiles entered the sea on the eastern side of the country, Reuters reported. The U.S. military has insisted that neither missile posed a threat to its operations.
The launches followed the arrival of the submarine on the island of Jeju to load military supplies. The vessel is on an unspecified mission. Monday's incident is the latest in a series of missile and lesser rocket launches from North Korea as South Korea strengthens its relations with the United States and works to bolster military preparedness.
North and South Korea remain technically at war, as both parties never signed a conclusive peace treaty after the Korean War, which saw both China and the U.S. intervene in the struggle to control the whole peninsula. (Read more)

We pray for South Korea to continue to walk in wisdom and discernment when dealing with North Korea. May the day come when there is rapprochement between these two nations and the war footing in South Korea can be directed to peace-keeping in the Asian seas, in Jesus name.

7.Gaetz introduces a bill to end birthright citizenship for immigrants - Just The News
Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz introduced legislation Tuesday that would end birthright citizenship for immigrants who come to the United States.
The End Birthright Citizenship Fraud Act of 2023 legislation would amend the federal Immigration and Nationality Act.
“Birthright citizenship has been grossly and blatantly misapplied for decades, recently becoming a loophole for illegal aliens to fraudulently abuse our immigration system," Gaetz said. "My legislation recognizes that American citizenship is a privilege – not an automatic right to be co-opted by illegal aliens." (Read more)
- HalleluJah for this legislation because we want to stop incentives that bring people to the U.S. under very risky and dangerous circumstances, in Jesus name. Father, we pray for the passage of this legislation; that it would have legs and run through the stages of Congress required to become a law. We bind all obstruction and hindrance to it and speak life over it so that more people would be inclined to stay in their own countries and work to improve the life there. Amen.

Neither Safe Nor Effective

Documents used by Moderna for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) emergency use approval of the COVID “vaccine” indicate both the Moderna and the FDA knew of the dangers posed by the mRNA experimental drug. Some 13,685 pages related to Moderna’s COVID 19 clinical trials were released by the FDA as part of the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Dallas-based nonprofit Defending The Republic (DTR). Some 16 deaths were documented in the aftermath of taking the experimental serum. Moderna, however, conducted autopsies on only two and listed the cause of death for the vast majority as “unknown.” DTR stated that Moderna purposely decided not to investigate the cause of deaths.
Notwithstanding, those running the studies concluded that the deaths were unrelated to the Moderna serum. DTR said, “There were numerous examples of participants with post-vaccination Bell’s Palsy and Shingles (Herpes Zoster). One 44 year-old female had “left side facial paralysis” just eight days after the second dose. Numerous vaccinated participants saw the onset of Shingles less than 10 days after vaccination. Other key observations during the Moderna “studies” involved serious adverse events for those in the vaccinated groups. A number of participants experienced: myocardial infarction (heart attack); pulmonary embolism; spontaneous abortion/miscarriage; transient ischemic attack (TIA); and lymphoma.” Read More
Biden White House to Oust Conservative Reporters from Press Briefings
Amidst growing concerns over censorship, the Biden White House is changing its rules on press credentials, potentially forcing conservative reporters out of the briefing room.
According to the new rules, White House reporters must hold a press pass from the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, or Supreme Court to maintain access to the White House briefing room. Starting July 31, existing White House “hard passes” will expire, leaving several reporters without access to press briefings. One such reporter is Fred Lucas, White House correspondent for The Heritage Foundation’s news outlet The Daily Signal. Lucas has held a hard pass since 2009 and has covered both Obama’s and Trump’s presidencies; in two weeks, Lucas will be without a White House press pass.
The new rule change has been criticized as a form of censorship and media manipulation. Lucas told The Washington Stand, “This is a first step of the Biden administration to oust what they consider noncompliant media from the White House. I have covered the White House under both the Obama and Trump administrations, and there has never been a targeted press purge like this before.” In the past, the process for obtaining access to the White House briefing room was, according to Lucas, “apolitical and decided by the Secret Service,” but “[t]he Biden White House has now politicized the process.”
The Heritage Foundation’s vice president of communications, Rob Bluey, agreed, telling The Washington Stand, “Joe Biden’s White House is engaged in a blatant act of censorship. By arbitrarily changing the rules and making it a prerequisite for reporters to first obtain congressional or Supreme Court credentials, the White House is intentionally banishing reporters like The Daily Signal’s Fred Lucas.”
U.S. senators have also taken issue with the new press pass rules. Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) tweeted, “The Biden White House can’t find out who brought in cocaine, but they sure can spot and throw out a conservative member of the press,” referring to the recent handling of an investigation into cocaine found in the White House, which many allege to be Hunter Biden’s. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) also issued a tweet, saying, “Normally the Biden White House asks Big Tech to censor conservatives for them, but it seems they’ve taken it into their own hands.” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.
- Mighty King, we command justice into the White House, in Jesus name. There is a Constitution to govern this land which the White House is called to not only obey, but protect. As a nation watching this type of creep away from upholding the First Amendment can be disheartening, so we cry out instead for righteousness and truth to overflow the Biden administration. May there be joy in the morning as consequences result in a restoration of the glory of God in our government. We pray for upright men and women to be strengthened through prayers and encouragement as they work to bring a turn-around of the entire ship of state, in Jesus name. Amen.

EXC: DOJ Wipes Information From ‘Citizen’s Guide To Child Sex Trafficking Laws.’
The Department of Justice removed information about the sex trafficking of children from its webpage, “Citizen’s Guide to U.S. Federal Law on Child Sex Trafficking,” War Room can reveal.
The shocking move follows another War Room exclusive report detailing how President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) removed “international sex trafficking of minors” from a separate DOJ website meant to outline the department’s focus areas.

Radicals Threaten to Kill, Dismember School Board President for Adopting Parental Rights Policy
A local school board president has been inundated with threats that left-wing activists will dismember her, murder her children, and slaughter her pets. Her crime? Saying that teachers should not keep parents in the dark if their children begin to identify as transgender.
The new Chino Valley (California) Unified School District Board of Education policy states that school officials will notify parents in writing within three days if a child seeks to identify as a gender “other than the student’s biological sex,” use different pronouns, adopt a different name, use the restroom, or join a sports team of the opposite sex. The board adopted the resolution last Thursday, July 20, by a 4-1 vote, with member Donald Bridge casting the lone dissenting vote.
“The next morning, our district got a phone call” from an anonymous caller threatening “to kill me, and they said that they were going to dismember” school board president Sonja Shaw, the official revealed on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” Monday. Police alerted Shaw to the threat shortly before a previous interview on the show, last Friday.
Then Shaw looked at her district email account, where she said she saw messages stating, “You’re going to die,” with a series of profane epithets. “Your children are going to die and your animals are going to die.” For a “point of reference, they would name what kind of animals I had,” Shaw added.
“I also got notification that people who identify as being in the terrorist organization Antifa posted on their website, ‘We declare war on Sonja Shaw,’” Shaw told Perkins, adding that the group posted her address. “They said, ‘We know where you sleep,’” the same message an angry mob screamed outside the home of Tucker Carlson in 2018. “They said things like, ‘Use all force possible to stop her.’”
Parents in the district have expressed enthusiastic approval. “I think it’s crucial that we keep parents in this conversation. I think that the worst thing you can do to a child is to ostracize their parents from such an important conversation,” Amy Davlin, a parent in the district, told Newsmax on Tuesday morning.
“Groomers and pedophiles are the ones who attempt to gain the trust of children and encourage them to keep secrets” from their parents, said Davlin. A school district should “not encourage children to deceive and lie to their parents.”
More than two-thirds (68%) of Californians agree that parents should be notified if their minor children change their gender identity, according to a poll taken by Protect Kids California.
“My daily prayer is for those to be revealed, exposed, and removed that don’t have the best intentions and that have ill intent for children,” Shaw told Perkins. Thanks to their voluble radicalism, “More people are starting to realize what we’re up against.”

Peculiar dead white dwarf star has two faces
Astronomers have made a first-of-its-kind discovery — a white dwarf star with two completely different faces.
White dwarfs are burnt remains of dead stars. Our sun will become a white dwarf in about 5 billion years after it swells into a red giant star, blows out its outer material and, with only the core left, shrinks back into a blinding white-hot remnant.
The newly discovered white dwarf has two sides, one made of hydrogen and the other made of helium. Researchers have nicknamed the star Janus, for the Roman god of transition, which has two faces. A study detailing the findings was published July 19 in the journal Nature.
“The surface of the white dwarf completely changes from one side to the other,” said lead study author Ilaria Caiazzo, a postdoctoral scholar research associate in astronomy at the California Institute of Technology, in a statement. “When I show the observations to people, they are blown away.”
White dwarfs are incredibly dense, compressing a mass comparable to our sun’s into something equivalent to an Earth-size planet.
The strong gravitational influence at play during the death of a star means that the remaining heavy elements move toward the center while lighter elements like hydrogen or helium rise to the upper layer. Given the blazing temperatures of white dwarfs, the hottest ones have hydrogen atmospheres. As the stars cool over time, they tend to have helium atmospheres.

A Jewish Gospel singer recently opened up about the spiritual warfare he faced in the entertainment industry and how that eventually led him to give his life to Jesus Christ. Jimmy Levy found fame after appearing on American Idol in 2020. Although he did not win the title, Levy was still able to begin a musical journey in the entertainment industry. It would lead him down a very dark path before he ultimately found Christ. "When I was in the industry, I became very lonely, depressed, and I realized how dark it is," Levy told Fox News. The 25-year-old said he witnessed many musicians dabbling in the occult and witchcraft. Levy said he felt pressured to participate.
The Miami native said he did not believe in Satan, at first, but then he began to experience occult activity and looking back feels like God was showing him "how real the spiritual war was and how real the devil in the industry was." It was at the lowest point in his life that Levy wanted to commit suicide, he admitted. At that dark point in his life, Levy chose to reach out to his friend Nick, who is a minister. After initially rejecting the Gospel, he eventually opened his heart up to God and got saved. Levy says he is now using his voice to glorify Christ and to call others out of the darkness.
