"I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!"

It’s an absolute miracle that former U.S. President Donald J. Trump was not killed today.
Not since John Hinckley, Jr. opened fire with a handgun at President Ronald Reagan in March 1981 has there been such a massive breach of security around an American president.
The more we hear from eyewitnesses at the scene, the more it’s painfully clear that the Secret Service has urgent and critical questions to answer.
Yes, a sharpshooter saved the day – but only barely – and but for a millimeter, the day could have ended in disaster.
My wife, Lynn, who serves on the board of Near East Media – the non-profit organization that runs ALL ISRAEL NEWS – just spoke by phone with a woman that she knows who lives in Butler, Pennsylvania, and who attended the massive campaign rally today for Trump.
“WE WERE ALL SCREAMING AND CRYING”
The woman, her fiancée, and her brother said they were just “five feet from the stage” when multiple gunshots erupted.
She saw the former President go down onto the stage and then be swarmed by Secret Service agents.
The shooter “wasn’t in the event” – that is, he was not inside the secure perimeter of the rally – but rather on the roof of a nearby building.
“Why wasn’t the Secret Service on that roof?” the eyewitness and her friends are asking.

Jewish and Israeli Leaders Pray for Trump After Assassination Attempt

Rabbi Tuly Weisz, the head of Israel365, wrote an open letter expressing prayers for Pres. Trump’s recovery following an assassination attempt on Saturday evening. The attack was the most severe attempt to assassinate a president or presidential candidate since Ronald Reagan was shot in 1981.

Dear Israel365 family,
With shock and disbelief, we woke up in Israel to the alarming news of the assassination attempt against President Donald Trump. We were utterly relieved to hear that he survived the attack with relatively minor injuries.
First and foremost, we pray for President Trump’s full recovery and continued protection.
Our heartfelt prayers go out to the family of the spectator who was killed and the two who were wounded by the assassin’s bullets at yesterday’s rally. We pray for calm and peace in the United States of America, which has been reeling from daily disruptions and violent protests for the past several months.
Violence has absolutely no place in politics, and we are horrified that Trump’s opponents and America’s enemies are unhinged and unlimited in their heinous behavior. Many believe that America can be weakened and its democratic institutions harmed by hateful agitators.
This must not happen.
President Trump displayed inspiring courage and great strength in the immediate aftermath of yesterday’s attack. May God, the Guardian of Israel, watch over President Trump and his family so that he can resume fighting for America and defending freedom and democracy.
As it says in Psalms 121:7-8, “The Lord will keep you from all harm – He will watch over your life; Hashem will watch over your coming and going both now and always.”

Teachers at Pentagon schools promoted materials that train students to be social justice activists and pushed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) on teachers, according to a new Open The Books report shared exclusively with the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) schools, which serve children of armed service members stationed abroad, promoted materials produced by left-of-center organizations that encouraged students to engage in activism and pushed teachers to discuss “internalized racism” among themselves, according to Open The Books’ report. Open The Books compiled information from public government repositories, documents obtained via Freedom of Information Act requests and video clips of the DODEA’s 2021 Equity and Access Summit submitted by a whistleblower to produce its report.
“These military service members are deployed abroad to defend and embody American ideals on the world stage,” Open The Books CEO Adam Andrzejewski told the DCNF. “Yet their children are being indoctrinated to a philosophy that places complex racial and gender identities over national pride. In fact, pushing students toward activism and teaching them that their relative privilege dictates their life experience can actually alienate them from the American dream.” Read more

This was not the day the Democrats had planned. They were hoping to see a handcuffed Donald Trump hauled to jail while Joe Biden cemented his lead in the presidential campaign.
Oh, how the tides have turned.
On Thursday, July 11—the day Trump was supposed to be hauled off after his conviction on 34 counts of business fraud in New York—we instead saw the resurgent former president angling to get those bogus charges tossed even as Joe Biden desperately tried to salvage his flagging campaign.
But times have changed after the bombshell July 1 immunity ruling by the Supreme Court:
Former President Trump made his formal push to toss his criminal conviction in the wake of the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity decision, contending he’s being treated “unfairly and unlawfully.”
The 52-page brief, made public on Thursday, insists the Manhattan district attorney’s office (DANY) improperly brought in evidence protected by presidential immunity.
Trump’s lawyers are asking New York Judge Juan Merchan, who oversaw the recent trial, to not only throw out the guilty verdict but also dismiss last year’s indictment. Read more

2. Israeli Strike in Syria Kills Soldier, Wounds 6 Others - Algemeiner
i24 News – A Syrian soldier was killed and several others wounded in an alleged Israeli attack in the Kafr Sousa area of Damascus, according to state media.
SANA reported a heavy barrage from Israel’s Golan Heights, with Syrian air defenses intercepting some missiles.

Israeli jets struck several Hamas terrorists using a United Nations school in the central Gaza town of Nuseirat, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed on Sunday.
According to the army, Hamas used the Abu Oraiban School as a hideout and as a point to direct and launch attacks on Israeli soldiers.
The Hamas terrorist organization systematically violates international law, exploiting civilian structures and population as human shields for its terror attacks against the State of Israel,” the army said.
Steps were taken to mitigate the risk of collateral damage to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and other intelligence measures.

Talks for a hostage and ceasefire dealhave not been halted, senior Hamas official Izzat El-Reshiq said on Sunday, dousing initial reports that Israel’s attempt to assassinate the group’s military Mohammed Deif in Gaza had scuttled negotiations.
El-Reshiq accused Israel of trying to derail efforts by mediating countries Egypt and Qatar as well as by the United States to reach an agreement by stepping up its attacks in the coastal enclave.

Two anonymous sources who are familiar with the conversations told the New York Times that several “eight-figure commitments” were among the frozen donations.
One adviser for Future Forward, which is led by Chauncey McLean, a former Democrat Party operative, reportedly told the outlet that they “expected” the donors who had frozen their donations to come back “once the current uncertainty” regarding the Democrat Party’s presidential ticket was over.

More than two dozen members of the House Armed Services Committee demanded answers from the U.S. Army after it acknowledged the veracity of slides in a domestic counterterrorism training module that referenced pro-life groups.
Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., chairman of the Subcommittee on Military Personnel, led the letter to Army Secretary Christine Wormuth expressing outrage and calling for a more thorough explanation for the use of the teaching tools at Fort Liberty, formerly Fort Bragg, in North Carolina.
The letter said the slides indicated members of pro-life organizations could be threats to the safety of military installations and that regalia of such groups, like a pro-life license plate, could potentially indicate terrorism.

House Republicans pressed Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on Wednesday over concerns that the state’s voter registration partnership with President Joe Biden’s Small Business Administration unfairly benefits the president’s re-election campaign.
Small Business Committee Chair Roger Williams (R-TX) sent a letter to Benson demanding answers on the Memorandum of Understanding “to promote civic engagement and voter registration in Michigan.” According to Republicans, the agreement between Benson and the Small Business Administration appears to primarily target Democrat areas for voter registration.

A top Senate appropriator is considering fencing off operational funding for the Supreme Court in the fiscal year 2025 spending bill and forcing the court to enforce an ethics code in order to access it following controversies over Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito's wives' political behavior and gifts the justices have been given by wealthy friends.

Authorities have identified 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks from Bethel Park, PA as the “subject involved” in the failed attempt to assassinate former President Donald Trump. Crooks, it is said, is a registered Republican, although he donated money to Democratic Party organizations ActBlue and the Progressive Turnout Project. ActBlue is an app that raises money for left-leaning Democrat candidates, and socialist, progressive and revolutionary organizations. The Progressive Turnout Project is dedicated to a “progressive takeover” by leftist Democrats. The FBI and other law enforcement agencies have not determined a motive, they say with a straight face. But let’s look at the facts.
What could possibly motivate a young first-time presidential election voter to want to assassinate a candidate? Could it be the vitriol and hate speech rhetoric shaping a young mind that believes only what he hears from progressive groups like the ones to which he donated? There was a mention also of Antifa—what many believed to be the Obama-Biden militant arm of the progressive Democrats. This has not been confirmed. Nevertheless, within minutes of the assassination attempt, there was an outpouring of Democrats on social media, including Joe Biden, offering their prayers for Trump and saying that this type of thing should never happen in America. So magnanimous. But were they genuine?
On Friday, Biden was railing on Trump as a “convicted criminal” at his rally in Detroit. He said, “No more! Donald, no more free passes. Today, we are going to shine a spotlight on Donald Trump. We are going to do what the press so far hasn’t [sic], but I think they’re gonna soon. We are going to say who he is, what he intends to do. Folks, Donald Trump is a convicted criminal.” According to New York Times reporter Kenneth P. Vogel, Biden In a Monday phone call told Democrat donors, “It’s time to put Trump in the bullseye.” Several Democrats recently urged Biden to “take out” Trump after they misinterpreted a Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity. These were widely reported in the news media.
And on July 2, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell, “This is not a normal election where you want to win and if you don’t, you cooperate and do the best you can for the country and hope to win the next time. This is something that is undermining our democracy. He must be stopped. He cannot be president!” Writing for Brietbart News, John Nolte documented several articles in the news media comparing Trump to Hitler, authoritarianism, Nazism, and fantasizing about a Trump assassination. Nolte called it a hate campaign. In conclusion, the hate rhetoric toward Trump paved the way for what happened Saturday. And the very critics of Trump who are piously offering their prayers are the ones who fomented the hate. Titus 1:16 says, “They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him…” I wonder what they really prayed. (Read more)

House Votes to Overturn Biden's Transgender Title IX Rewrite

A controversial Biden administration rule that would force schools and universities to let men into women’s showers, restrooms, and college dorms hit a procedural speedbump from a conservative Republican determined to defend “our daughters’ rights.”
The House of Representatives voted to repeal the Biden administration’s efforts to insert sexual orientation and gender identity into civil rights legislation intended to protect women on Thursday morning, adopting House Joint Resolution 165 by a 210-205 vote along party lines. (10 Republicans and eight Democrats did not vote.) The landmark Title IX bill, signed by President Richard Nixon in 1972, prohibited discrimination against women and created whole categories of women’s sports. The Biden administration’s Department of Education issued a controversial federal regulation on April 29 that would require any school or university receiving taxpayer funds to allow men who identify as women to enter female spaces, including dorm rooms, or lose federal funding.
“Joe Biden and the Democrats are intent on pushing their radical social agenda on American families, who are horrified at the prospect of men entering girls’ athletics and private spaces,” the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.), told The Washington Stand exclusively. “Our daughters and granddaughters have trained for years to compete for scholarships only to have their rightful titles stripped away by biological men. Melania Trump has broken her silence over the assassination attempt on her husband Donald Trump, making an impassioned plea for Americans to come “together as one”.
“When I watched that violent bullet strike my husband, Donald, I realized my life, and Barron’s life, were on the brink of devastating change,” the former first lady wrote in a statement shared on X on Sunday. “I am grateful to the brave secret service agents and law enforcement officials who risked their own lives to protect my husband,” she said in a statement.

The suspected shooter, later identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire jsut after 6pm from the rooftop of a nearby building, just outside the paremeters of the rally.
Trump was around 15 minutes into his speech when a rapid succession of shots ripped through the venue.
Trump ducked to the ground behind his podium. Secret Service rushed onto the stage, grabbed the former president by the arms, and helped him up to standing position.
He threw his fist in the air while blood dripped across his face from his ear. Agents then led him to safety offstage and rushed him away in his motorcade.
The presumptive GOP nominee later said a bullet struck his ear and thanked God for preventing “the unthinkable from happening.”
One spectator was killed in the incident and two others were critically injured, authorities said. The gunman was fatally shot by Secret Service agents on the scene.
In her statement, Melania expressed her sympathies to the families of the victims killed and injured in the shooting.
“To the families of the innocent victims who are now suffering from this heinous act, I humbly offer my sincerest sympathy,” she wrote.
Melania thanked Americans of all political stripes for voicing their support for her husband and her family in the wake of the incident.
“For those of you who cry in support, I thank you,” she said.

The FBI has identified Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old man from western Pennsylvania, as the person who attempted to assassinate former President Trump at a campaign event in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.
Crooks reportedly shot Trump from a rooftop perch some 130 yards away during a rally in the small town, striking the upper part of Trump’s right ear while the former president was speaking to rallygoers ahead of next week’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

A search by Fox News Digital revealed that Crooks would have turned 21 years old this September. He had no reported criminal or traffic citations and no reported bankruptcies, liens or foreclosures.
Crooks was a registered Republican, according to voting records, but he only participated in the Nov. 8, 2022, state election, due to his age. Records show that he made a $15 donation to Progressive Turnout Project, a Chicago-based political action committee that supports Democrat candidates for public office and claims to advocate for "key Democratic constituencies: young people, minorities and low-income people." Only Your Providence saved his life, as the bullet could easily have killed him if he had not turned his head. We pray Your comfort for not only his family, but for those families of the other two victims. After months of vicious rhetoric and vilifying of Mr. Trump and his supporters, we pray that this situation will turn down the temperature of the words and phrases being used to categorize republicans as “dangers to democracy.” Such words have power over weak minds.

Can A Nation Stand When Its Spiritual Foundation Is Broken Down?

I recently stood in front of Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. As I looked up at the monument’s faces of great American presidents, it was amazing to think about their contribution to our country.
It’s amazing to think back at the roots and heritage of our country. Mount Rushmore showcases 60-foot carvings of the founder of our country George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and finally, Abraham Lincoln. All of these men believed in a God and that the Bible is the Word of God. I can’t say whether they all had a personal relationship with the Lord, but they understood the importance of a Biblical foundation.
Abraham Lincoln said of the Bible, “I believe the Bible is the best gift God has ever given to man. All the good of the Savior of the world is communicated to us through this book.”
Thomas Jefferson, speaking of the Bible, said, “I have always said, and always will say, that the studious perusal of the Sacred Volume will make better citizens, better fathers, better husbands. The Bible makes the best people in the world.”
Theodore Roosevelt said of Scripture, “It is necessary for the welfare of the nation that men’s lives be based on the principles of the Bible. No man educated or uneducated can afford to be ignorant of the Bible.”
Finally, George Washington, our first president, said, “To the distinguished character of patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian.” Read More

106 Yr Old Woman Points to "My LORD" as Secret to Long Life

Hulda Erdman turned 106 years old this month and, when asked for the secret to her longevity, the centenarian offered a simple yet profound response: “My Lord.” After telling FKYR-TV she doesn’t know “where those 106 years went,” she credited God and her involvement in her church choir for her long life. “Well, my dear, there is no secret,” Erdman said. “My Lord has just made me that old. Singing in the choir and all that kind of stuff.”
Next to her faith in the Lord, the most significant part of Erdman’s life has been her affinity for music. She has played piano for years — a skill she learned from watching her brother play, although she doesn’t know how to read music; she plays entirely by ear. “That’s all in my head,” Erdman said after playing a song on the piano at Baptist Health and Rehab in Bismarck, North Dakota, where she lives. “My arms got tired.
