President Biden Must Resign, Or Be Impeached
|
|
President Biden’s duty to the American people is to “faithfully execute” his office. As a public trustee, Biden took an oath to do what is right. He is a trustee of powers bestowed upon him by the Constitution in return for his promise to be dutiful.
Like every agent and trustee, Biden owes fiduciary duties to those who are served by his decisions. He owes them two duties: the duty of always acting with due care; and the duty of giving them his absolute loyalty, always putting their interests above his own.
A president’s failure to use due care or be loyal is ground for impeachment. Under our Constitution, impeachment for “high crimes and misdemeanors” is not a criminal proceeding. Rather, it is a civil proceeding to discharge from office one who has failed in his or her trusteeship.

As we saw the Thursday before last, President Biden is no longer capable of acting with due care as steward of the best interest of the American people. He appeared physically and cognitively inept. His answers to simple questions were nonsensical. Even Nancy Pelosi wondered aloud, “Is this an episode or is this a condition?”
For Biden to remain in office, he will not be faithfully executing it. Rather, he will be using the powers of the office for self-serving ends, depriving the American people of a vigorous defender of our rights and privileges. If Biden does not resign immediately, he has committed an impeachable offense by causing “manifest injury of the people of the United States.”
Joe Biden made a choice when he took the oath of office to serve as our president. If he can no longer be loyal or serve with due care, then he must resign his office or be impeached.

Biden Tells Congressional Democrats He’s Firmly Committed to Staying in Race

WASHINGTON—President Joe Biden stated in a letter to congressional Democrats on July 8 that he is determined to stay in the 2024 presidential race.
He urged them to band together and move forward as a unified party.
“I want you to know that despite all the speculation in the press and elsewhere, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump,” President Biden wrote in the letter.
The president mentioned that he has had “extensive conversations” with party leadership, elected officials, rank-and-file members, and Democrat voters over the past 10 days.
“I have heard the concerns that people have,” he said. “I am not blind to them.”
President Biden made the letter public on social media platform X.
“The question of how to move forward has been well-aired for over a week now. And it’s time for it to end. We have one job. And that is to beat Donald Trump,” he wrote.
“We have 42 days to the Democratic Convention and 119 days to the general election. Any weakening of resolve or lack of clarity about the task ahead only helps Trump and hurts us.” (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Global security expert foresees imminent 'disaster' thanks to Biden border policy

Every day, prominent voices sound an ever-more-urgent alarm over the Biden administration's border policies and the multiple threats to the nation's security they are causing.
* In late June, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas concerned about the poor vetting procedures of Afghans by the Biden administration.
* Around the same time, U.S. officials claimed there was no imminent threat to the homeland from eight men from Tajikistan residing in Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia, even though sources said the individuals have ties to ISIS.
* Earlier in June, the Daily Caller reported that a Chinese government agent ran a private social network to provide thousands of illegal immigrants with resources to enter the U.S. and evade authorities at the border.
* And in May, a pair of Jordanian nationals were arrested for attempting to ram their way into Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia with a box truck. One of the two had recently been screened by the Border Patrol, but was subsequently allowed into the U.S. with no restrictions anyway.
But for global security expert and Army veteran Ben Varlese, the Jordanians' attempted terror attack "was nothing more than a test run. There have been several incidents in previous months," Varlese told WND, "that serve to highlight the continued national security threat presented by this administration's encouraged flood of illegal aliens over the last three and a half years." ‘We’re Not Past Difficult Conditions,’ Says Acting Texas Gov. of Beryl’s Trail of Floods, Tornadoes

Acting Texas Gov. Dan Patrick addressed his state from the Texas Division of Emergency Management after hurricane-turned-Tropical Storm Beryl, bore down on southeast Texas. “I think every storm is a lesson,” he said.
While this storm was only a Category 1 or a tropical storm on paper, the combination of 80 mph winds, six to 10 inches of rain, and storm surge, not to mention tornadoes, “that might as well be a Cat 5 storm if you’re in the middle of it.”
Mr. Patrick confirmed three fatalities in the state–two who were killed by trees falling on their homes, and one city employee who drowned in floodwaters–and said that more than 2.7 million people were without power, with 10 transmission lines down.
He was joined by Emergency Management Chief Nim Kidd and Tom Gleason from the Public Utility Commission to tell Texans to get to the safest place possible and prepare for a multi-day recovery effort.
Mr. Patrick said CenterPoint Energy was bringing in 11,500 workers from other parts of Texas and other states to assist in getting power back up. Mr. Gleason confirmed, “We’re entering the assessment phase of this storm,” and crews will start assessing the damages as it is safe to do so with the storm’s passing.
Mr. Kidd confirmed that more than 2,500 first responders were deployed across the state to respond to emergencies and distribute pre-staged resources.
He also said that an emergency medical task force will move patients from hospitals and assisted living facilities to safe locations with power. His team was ready to open more shelters as needed, as well as cooling centers “as the heat sets in.” The centers will provide locals with food, water, and ice. (The Epoch TImes) Read more here.

1. 2 killed in rocket barrage on Golan Heights - Israel National News
Two civilians were killed in a rocket barrage fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization on the Golan Heights on Tuesday evening. Both victims were in a vehicle that burst into flames upon being struck by a rocket and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The IDF stated that about 40 rockets were fired in the barrage on the Golan Heights.
Police, including bomb disposal squads, are working at multiple sites where rockets struck or debris from intercepted rockets landed in the Golan Heights. Police are also searching for additional sites where rockets may have struck or landed to remove any risk to the public.
Five firefighting teams are working to combat fires started by the rocket strikes.

2. Gaza Truce Talks to Resume in Doha, Cairo After Sisi-Burns Meeting - Algemeiner
Gaza ceasefire negotiations will resume in Doha on Wednesday and then return to Cairo on Thursday after talks on Tuesday between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and US Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns, Egypt’s state-affiliated Al-Qahera News TV said.
An Egyptian security delegation will head to Qatar’s capital on Wednesday “on a mission to bring viewpoints closer between Hamas and Israel in order to reach a truce agreement as soon as possible,” Al-Qahera News quoted a senior source as saying.
“There is an agreement over many points,” the senior source said, adding the negotiations will be back in Cairo on Thursday.
Egypt and Qatar have been spearheading mediation in the nine-month-old war between Israel and Hamas in hopes of ending the fighting and securing the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza in exchange for Palestinian prisoners held in Israel.

3. Rocket fired from Rafah amid IDF operation in Gaza City - World Israel News
Israel’s Iron Dome aerial defense system on Tuesday intercepted a rocket fired from Rafah at Israeli communities close to the Gaza border, according to the Israel Defense Forces.
The launch triggered sirens in the communities of Yevul, Avshalom, and Yated. No injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, the IDF continued to press its offensive against Hamas in Gaza City and across the coastal enclave.
During a counterterror operation in Gaza City’s Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, which began overnight Sunday based on intelligence indicating that Hamas and Islamic Jihad are attempting to regroup there, Israeli forces killed dozens of terrorists and found many weapons. (Read more)

4. For second time, Hezbollah publishes drone footage of military sites in northern Israel - Times of Israel
Hezbollah on Tuesday published a new propaganda video featuring drone footage of Israeli military bases and locations in the Golan Heights, as reports alleged that a former bodyguard of terror group chief Hassan Nasrallah had been killed in an Israeli strike on the Lebanon-Syria border.
The video published by the Iran-backed organization was close to 10 minutes in length and followed a similar compilation of footage released last month.
The footage opened with an aerial shot of northern Israel, in which areas including Nahariya, Safed, and Haifa were highlighted, as well as Mount Dov, close to the Lebanon border. (Read more)

5. Iranian president-elect reiterates commitment to destroying Israel - JNS
Iran’s President-elect Masoud Pezeshkian on Monday reaffirmed Tehran’s dedication to destroying Israel, saying its proxies across the region will not allow the Jewish state’s “criminal policies” to continue.
“The Islamic Republic has always supported the resistance of the people of the region against the illegitimate Zionist regime. The support of the resistance is rooted in the fundamental policies of the Islamic Republic,” Pezeshkian wrote in a missive to Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
“I am certain that the resistance movements in the region will not allow this regime to continue its warmongering and criminal policies against the oppressed people of Palestine and other nations of the region,” Iranian media quoted the supposed reformer president as saying. (Read more)

1. New Labour appointments show shift to anti-Israel line - World Israel News
Just days into its tenure, Britain’s newly minted Labour government is showing clear signs of moving away from the pro-Israel line taken by its Conservative predecessor. In what would be a particular blow to Israel, The Guardian reported Monday that the government is expected to drop the Tories’ June challenge to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating the Jewish state.
Labour officials have confirmed that the party believes that the ICC does have the necessary jurisdiction. The Foreign Office under the Conservatives had filed an amicus brief supporting Jerusalem’s stance that the ICC has no right to examine whether Israelis had committed alleged war crimes.
Since the ICC had given the UK until July 12 to submit its documentation, and would then have to rule on the matter, this was effectively delaying the request by Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan for the court to issue arrest warrants against both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as three leaders of Hamas. 2. ‘No compromises’ – Hostage deal ‘non-negotiables’ revealed - World Israel News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office published a list of “non-negotiable” Israeli demands for a potential break in the ongoing fighting in the Gaza Strip, which would see the release of Israeli hostages still held in the coastal enclave nine months after the October 7th terror onslaught. Last week, Hamas said it had dropped its demand for Israel to commit to a permanent end to the war, which was a non-starter for Jerusalem.
The terror group’s announcement signaled that it was ready to engage in negotiations once again, which had bene stalled for several months. Israel recently sent Mossad head David Barnea and a negotiating team to Qatar, where they met with Qatari, Egyptian, and American interlocuters.
In a media statement, Netanyahu said that Israel would only agree to a deal that meets the following conditions: allows Israel to continue fighting until its war aims are achieved, prevents the smuggling of weapons from Egypt to Hamas via Gaza border crossings, does not permit the return of armed Hamas members and other terror operatives who have been displaced from the northern Strip, and provides the “maximum” number of living hostages released form Hamas captivity. 3. Biden admin placed unaccompanied immigrant children in 'unregulated and unsafe' living conditions - The Blaze
The Biden administration placed unaccompanied immigrant minors in homes that were not deemed safeby caseworkers, according to a Monday report from the Wall Street Journal. The news outlet found that the administration "repeatedly overrode the concerns of lower-level workers," placing children with guardians who had previously been rejected.
In the first eight months of fiscal year 2024, there were more than 83,000 unaccompanied minor encounters nationwide, according to Customs and Border Protection data.
Two sources told the WSJ that emergency shelter caseworkers under the Biden administration have been instructed to place children in a home within 10 to 14 days.
As a result of the pressure to move children through the system as quickly as possible, some minors were placed in homes with ties to criminal activity, the report stated.
One child was moved to a "hostel-like" Florida home with three or more adults even after a caseworker recommended against it, according to internal government memos reviewed by the WSJ. (Read more)

4. Amy Coney Barrett makes her mark - Axios
This is what Barrett's biggest fans predicted when she was first nominated — that she would not only be a solid right-leaning vote, but an influential justice with the potential to shape the broader contours of conservative legal doctrine.
And Barrett is just as conservative as everyone knew she would be. She joined the court's rulings overturning Roe v. Wade, expanding gun rights and curtailing the powers of the federal government.
But she is beginning to separate herself from the pack in important ways. She has explicitly criticized some of the ways other conservatives use historical analysis to solve modern questions. And in the term that just ended, her positions were significantly less favorable to former President Trump than those of any other Republican appointee.
Barrett joined the liberal justices in dissent when the court narrowed one of the charges the Justice Department has used in Jan. 6 cases, including Trump's. The majority did "textual backflips" to get around what should have been an "open and shut" win for the government, she said. (Read more)

The Abortion Debate

The debate exchange between Donald Trump and Joe Biden regarding abortion was revealing and was so botched by Biden it may have taken away the Democratic Party’s keystone issue for the 2024 elections. In 1980, Ronald Reagan stated very clearly his position on abortion. In discussing this later, he said that many would agree with his position, many would not agree with his position, but at least they knew where he stood and can respect his stance. Sitting president Jimmy Carter, however, tried to straddle the issue and he lost support on both sides. Trump clarified his position emphatically while Biden stumbled all over the issue and made many false claims. The result is similar to 1980.
Trump clearly stated, “Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the exceptions. I am a person that believes. And frankly, I think it’s important to believe in the exceptions. Some people – you have to follow your heart. Some people don’t believe in that. But I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother. I think it’s very important. Some people don’t. Follow your heart.” Trump also said he was fine with the Supreme Court decisions on the abortion pill, and states’ rights in deciding their abortion laws. He said he was against the Democratic Party’s extremism, saying, “The problem they have is they’re radical, because they will take the life of a child in the eighth month, the ninth month, and even after birth – after birth.” Read more

What to Watch for during the NATO Summit

WASHINGTON—Leaders of the world’s largest military alliance will arrive in the nation’s capital this week to carve out a strategy for countering a widening suite of crises in Europe, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific.
The annual NATO summit in Washington marks the 75th anniversary of the defensive alliance and comes at a time of heightened geopolitical tension throughout the world.
Foremost among the alliance’s concerns is Russia’s continuing war in Ukraine, which has at times threatened to spill over international lines and draw in the NATO powers that have delivered hundreds of billions of dollars worth of humanitarian and military assistance to Kyiv’s war effort.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has referred to the war as a “special military operation,” the stated objectives of which were to demilitarize Ukraine and prevent the nation from joining NATO.
Mr. Putin reaffirmed the latter part of that goal last month, saying that he would accept a cease-fire if Ukraine surrendered its eastern provinces and signed an agreement that it would never join NATO.

I know what good research is, and I think I found a medical thread and clinical evidence that might be the cause behind Joe Biden's brain breakdowns.

In a Daily Mail pre-debate June report, trying to answer why Biden keeps having these "bizarre freezing episodes" where he seems stiff as a statue and lost for minutes at a time, the publication cited the most recent (February 2024) presidential health report: "The report detailed several medical conditions the president has, including sleep apnea, acid reflux, an irregular heartbeat, high cholesterol, seasonal allergies, arthritis and nerve damage in his feet."
That "nerve damage in his feet" might seem the most benign among his ailments at first glance, but the rabbit trail might actually lead right to Biden's deteriorating brain and may answer why he is having these bizarre freezing episodes. . . .
Is it just a coincidence that Biden's presidential physicians have avoided giving him any form of cognitive test in all three of his most recent annual presidential medical exams? Is that not a sign that they are politically and medically covering up for him?
Mr. Biden, there is no longer any excuse or justification for avoiding cognitive and neurological testing. What are you afraid of or hiding from the American public?

Prayer: Father, thank You for bringing awareness to Your people of the spiritual battle law enforcement faces in this nation. We realize the turmoil designed to incite people to riot in our streets, destroy property, and ignore the laws of this land comes from the ancient god of Chaos. We stand firm in the power of our God and address this underlying principality. We bind the spirit of Chaos that wants to rule from the high places and destroy America. You can no longer roam our streets, take captive the minds of our youth, undermine law enforcement, or weaken our judicial system. You are like chaff that the wind blows away. Church grows as Muslims turn to Christ in Syria
|

Syria (MNN) — Syria may be broken by over a decade of war, but hope remains. Muslim Syrians are turning to Christ as they discover His truth. Although today’s challenging circumstances remain, Jesus provides hope for tomorrow. “The battles Syria [has] seen in the cities and from home to home, from street to street, is over. But the results [are] very difficult,” says Voice of the Martyrs Canada partner Fayez Youssef, a pastor serving in the Middle East/North Africa region. “Life is so difficult in Syria. There is no free gasoline for heating; [there are] electricity problems [with] maybe two, three hours a day [of electricity] maximum. When the dollar equals 6500 liras, the person whose income was $500 is now about $10 or $15.”
Nearly seven million Syrians are displaced inside the country, while over five million live as refugees in neighboring countries. Islamic State violence drove a mass exodus of Christians out of Syria in 2014 and 2015, but those who remain today shine brightly. “It’s the natural role of a church to be light in the places of this darkness, to show God’s love and mercy towards the people and share the Good News. The church in Syria is [doing] a great job,” Youssef says. “This was one thing that amazed me in Syria: to see the Church growing and opening the doors for everybody from all backgrounds to come.” (Mission Network News) Read More
