TODAY'S TOP STORY
England Ends All COVID Passports, Mask Mandates, Work Restrictions

Restrictions including COVID-19 passes, mask mandates, and work-from-home guidance will be removed in England, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Wednesday.

Johnson also suggested that self-isolation rules may also be thrown out at the end of March as the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic becomes endemic.

Effective immediately, the UK government is no longer asking people to work from home.

The COVID pass mandate for nightclubs and large events won’t be renewed when it expires on Jan. 26.

Also from Jan. 27, indoor mask-wearing will no longer be compulsory anywhere in England.

The requirement for secondary school pupils to wear masks during class and in communal areas will be lifted on Jan. 20. The Department for Education is expected to update its national guidance soon.

Health Secretary Sajid Jajid will also announce plans to ease restrictions on care home visits in the coming days.

Roaring cheers from lawmakers could be heard in the House of Commons following Johnson’s announcements on masks. Read more

- Lord God we praise you for this victory! We praise you and you only for all the freedoms, liberties, and blessings we have every day. We also pray, Lord, that citizens all over the world would awaken and realize how this virus has been used to use us, lie to us, deceive us, and bring fear into our hearts and our lives. Let us learn from our mistakes and not allow this abuse ever again to be perpetrated by our leaders, in Jesus name.

- “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1)

> > > Editor's note: The mainstream and all other media seem to be completely
IGNORING this glorious news today, so we ask you all to please spread word of this
victory far and wide. May the end of COVID restrictions now move across the nations, setting all peoples from from its lies. Thank you!
FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Israel successfully tests Arrow 3 anti-ballistic missile system - Times of Israel

Israel conducted a successful test of its Arrow 3 anti-ballistic missile system on Tuesday morning outside the Earth’s atmosphere, the Defense Ministry said.

The trial tested a number of “breakthrough” capabilities for the missile defense system, which can be used immediately by the Israeli Air Force, the Defense Ministry’s Missile Defense Organization head Moshe Patel told reporters on Tuesday.

“We have made a breakthrough in every part of the system, in the detection arrays, in the launches, even in the interceptors themselves, so that they match the threats that are expected in the region. There were highly, highly significant technological breakthroughs here that were assessed and can be used by the air force in its operational systems immediately,” Patel said. (Read More)

2. 20,000 Israelis demonstrate against Bennett-Lapid ‘change government’ - World Israel News

Some 20,000 Israelis took to the streets to demonstrate against the so-called “change government” headed by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Tuesday, with protesters seen at more than 100 intersections and bridges throughout the country.

A prayer rally at the Western Wall was held simultaneously alongside the street protests. Dozens of lawmakers — from the opposition Likud, Shas, and Religious Zionism parties — joined the demonstrators.

The official name of the demonstration was “Israel in danger – we want a Jewish state,” and organizers encouraged participation from those wishing to express their disapproval of “the loss of Zionist values, legal persecution, and damage to the Jewish identity of the State of Israel.”

The protesters came from all sectors of Israeli society and expressed diverse reasons for attending the demonstration, including potential reforms to Israel’s conversion and kosher certification systems, and questioning the legitimacy of Bennett’s premiership, as he had won a mere seven Knesset seats out of 120 in the last election. (Read More)

3. Israeli Police Under Fire Over Reported Use of Pegasus to Hack Israelis - Algemeiner

Israel’s parliament will seek an explanation from police over the force’s reported use of a controversial hacking tool against citizens of the country, a senior legislator said on Tuesday.

Without citing sources, the Calcalistfinancial daily said police have possessed the Pegasus spyware made by Israel’s NSO Group — which is now on a US government blacklist — since 2013.

Calcalist said the police used it against targets including anti-government protest leaders, sometimes without the required court warrants.

The report added a new domestic angle to global pressure on Israel following allegations that Pegasus has been abused by some foreign client governments to spy on human rights activists, journalists and politicians. (Read More)

4. US informs Israel it no longer supports EastMed pipeline to Europe - Jerusalem Post

The US no longer supports the proposed EastMed natural-gas pipelinefrom Israel to Europe, the Biden administration has informed Israel, Greece and Cyprus in recent weeks.
State Department officials conveyed the new position to the Foreign Ministry, a diplomatic source in Jerusalem confirmed Tuesday. The Foreign Ministry declined to comment on the matter.

The reversal of position from that of the Trump administration was first reported in Greece earlier this month.
Former US secretary of state Mike Pompeo and former energy secretary Dan Brouillette expressed US support for the pipeline when they were in office. (Read More)

5. Israeli delegation reportedly visits Sudan, meets leader - Israel Hayom

The UAE-based Saudi television outlet Al-Arabiya claimed on Wednesday that a delegation of Israeli officials had arrived for a visit in Sudan, where it met the de facto leader of the country, Gen. Abdel-Fattah Burhan.

Burhan, who is the president of the Sovereign Council running the country since dictator Omar al-Bashir was deposed in 2019, reportedly hosted the delegation, according to Al-Arabiya. The report further said that the officials had reportedly flown into Sudan after raking off from the Egyptian resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh to avoid the appearance of a direct flight between the two countries. The delegation was expected to return to Israel late Wednesday.

The Arab outlet said that the two parties may have talked about moving the peace process between the two countries, launched through the Abraham Accords in 2020 under then-US President Donald Trump. The accords saw Israel sign normalization deals with four Arab countries, with the aim of establishing full-fledged diplomatic relations. (Read More)

1. MIT scientist warns of major brain damage to kids from COVID shots - WND

An MIT scientist is warning of possible long-term damage to the brain from COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, saying it's likely there will be an "alarming" rise in several major neurodegenerative diseases.

And that's likely to happen increasingly among the younger population, according to Stephanie Seneff in an academic paper titled "Worse Than the Disease? Reviewing Some Possible Unintended Consequences of the mRNA Vaccines Against COVID-19" published in the peer-reviewed International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research.Seneff, a senior research scientist at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, told Fox News' Laura Ingraham on Monday night it's "outrageous to be giving vaccines to young people because they have ... a very, very low risk of dying from COVID."

“So, they don't get a benefit," she said. "And when you look at the potential harm from these vaccines, it just doesn't make any sense." (Read more)

- Lord God we pray for every single parent all over the world that the eyes of their hearts would be flooded with light. We ask that they would have eyes to see and ears to hear what your Spirit is saying to them in regards to their family and their children. We just pray Lord that every parent would see all the corruption and deception going on in the world and that they would earnestly protect their children from it in, Jesus name.

- “Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.” (2 Timothy 2:7)

2. This Year’s March for Life Could Pave the Way for Finally Overturning Roe v. Wade - Life News

Hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers are expected to converge Friday in Washington, D.C. for the annual March for Life.

The peaceful pro-life demonstration happens every year on or near the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the infamous U.S. Supreme Court ruling that forces states to legalize abortion on demand. Since 1973, more than 63 million unborn babies have been killed in legal abortions as a result.

But this year brings renewed optimism that unborn babies could be protected from abortion again soon. Many hope that, by January 2023, Roe will be overturned – and the 2022 March for Life will be the last under the deadly ruling — sparking a new era of Marches where many states protect babies from abortion. (Read more)

- Lord, we thank and praise you for legislators and governors who have implemented laws to protect unborn babies from abortion. We thank you for the people of Mississippi who have taken bolder steps than most states to protect children in the womb prior to the point of viability. Lord, we ask now that this law will be upheld as it is reviewed by the United States Supreme Court. Give the preborn, and our whole nation, a new and refreshing season of life. Amen.

- “In him was life, and the life was the light of men.” (John 1:4)

3. Mueller witness pleads guilty in illegal scheme to funnel UAE money to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign - Washington Examiner

George Nader, a key witness in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation and a convicted child sex predator, quietly pleaded guilty last year to involvement in an illegal campaign finance scheme funneling millions of dollars from the United Arab Emirates into Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Nader, a Lebanese American lobbyist, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in June 2020 after pleading guilty to bringing an underage teenage boy to the United States for sex and possessing child pornography. What was not publicly known until recently was that he also pleaded guilty to an illegal foreign donation scheme.

The Department of Justice revealed in a December sentencing memo that Nader had pleaded guilty to a single count on July 22, 2020. The court filing says Nader and Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, a Los Angeles-based chief executive of Allied Wallet, “orchestrated a scheme to funnel over $3.5 million in foreign funds into the 2016 presidential election.” (Read more)

- Lord God, we just want to say thank you for all the times that you delivered President Trump and his administration from all of the evil plots and schemes that were launched against him for the last five years. We thank you for bringing the Mueller investigation down and exposing all involved as frauds.

- "When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.” (Psalm 34:17)

4. Catholic DePaul University now offers students nine different gender identity options - The College Fix

As relayed by The College Fix, the school’s Campus Connect student portal allows enrollees to choose among not seven, not eight, but nine labels.

Take your contemporary pick:

  • Male
  • Female
  • Intersex
  • Nonbinary
  • Transgender Male
  • Transgender Female
  • Cisgender
  • Unspecified

There’s also a checkbox for “I do not wish to self-identify.” It’s an interesting collection — what’s the difference between #8 and #9?
“Intersex” is not an identity, but rather a physical condition. And “cisgender” means nothing if not specified as male or female, which are already their own options.
We’re living in revolutionary times; not long ago, there was no such thing as gender identity. With regard to male and female, society hosted only distinctions of sex. (Read more in Red State by going here.)

- Lord God, please forgive us for adapting to the world and their way of doing things instead of standing firm on your Word and the way you created things to be. We repent and we realize that we as the body of Christ are supposed to strive to please you and not man. Help us Lord, to do better when it comes to raising our kids so that they can be strong warriors for you and for the truth in Jesus name amen.

- “Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you,” (2 Corinthians 6:17)

5. N.Y. Attorney General Outlines Pattern of Possible Fraud at Trump Business - The New York Times

The New York State attorney general, Letitia James, accused Donald J. Trump’s family business late Tuesday of repeatedly misrepresenting the value of its assets to bolster its bottom line, saying in court papers that the company had engaged in “fraudulent or misleading” practices.

The filing came in response to Mr. Trump’s recent effort to block Ms. James from questioning him and two of his adult children under oath as part of a civil investigation of his business, the Trump Organization. Ms. James’s inquiry into Mr. Trump and the company is ongoing, and it is unclear whether her lawyers will ultimately file a lawsuit against them.

Still, the filing marked the first time that the attorney general’s office leveled such specific accusations against the former president’s company. Her broadside ratchets up the pressure on Mr. Trump as he seeks to shut down her investigation, which he has called a partisan witch hunt. Ms. James is a Democrat. (Read more)

- Lord God we ask that your will would be done in this situation. We continue to pray supernatural protection over President Trump and his family against all harm and evil in Jesus name, amen.

- “The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all.” (Psalms 34:19)

6. U.S. Delivers Promised Military Aid to Ukraine as Russia Issues Security Demands - Brietbart

The Biden administration said Wednesday an additional $200 million in unspecified defensive military aid is on its way to Ukraine as Russia issued demands for sweeping security guarantees in the troubled region.

A senior U.S. State Department official said the assistance was approved in late December as part of American efforts to help Ukraine protect itself, AP reports.

Until Wednesday, however, the administration had refused to comment on it. The official who briefed AP wasn’t authorized to discuss the matter publicly before U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived for meetings in Kyiv.
“We are committed to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and will continue to provide Ukraine the support it needs,” the official said. The official did not detail the contents of the aid package. (Read more)

- Lord God we seek your wisdom and counsel when it comes to this particular situation. We pray peace over Ukraine and Russia right now in the name of Jesus. We pray Lord that the Biden administration is listening to your counsel and is doing what is best for the interests of all involved. Amen.

"The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advice." (Proverbs 12:15)

7. White House: Multiple U.S. Security Screenings Failed to Flag Synagogue Terrorist - Brietbart

The White House admitted Tuesday that the United States government failed to flag a man who held four people hostage at a Texas synagogue on Saturday. Malik Faisal Akram, 44, who was shot and killed by police during his hostage attempt at the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, was reportedly known by United Kingdom intelligence, according to reports.

The United States government data bases, however, did not. “Our understanding and obviously we are still looking into this is he was checked against U.S. government data bases multiple times prior to entering the country,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday.

Akram flew into the United States through New York on January 22 with a tourist visa, according to reports. “The U.S. government did not have any derogatory information about the individual in our systems at the time of entry,” Psaki said. Akram’s brother expressed disbelief that he was allowed into the country. (Read more)

- Lord God, as governments and leaders, continue to fail us as citizens we just acknowledge that you are supreme and sovereign over all. We say that we choose to believe you and your supernatural protection for our lives and our families no matter what horrible decisions are made on our behalf without our consent. We give you all the praise and honor in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

- "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass."    (Psalm 37:7)

 8. Jan. 6 panel subpoenas Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell - The Hill

The House Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol subpoenaed former President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday along with three other campaign attorneys linked with efforts to overturn the 2020 election results: Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Boris Epshteyn.

The subpoena goes after the core of Trump’s legal team after the Nov. 3 election, a group that prepared legal arguments following his loss and pushed his baseless claims of election fraud alongside campaign efforts focused on the congressional certification on Jan. 6.

“The Select Committee is looking into the causes that contributed to the violence on January 6th, including attempts to promote unsupported claims of election fraud and pressure campaigns to overturn the 2020 election results. The four individuals we’ve subpoenaed today advanced unsupported theories about election fraud, pushed efforts to overturn the election results, or were in direct contact with the former President about attempts to stop the counting of electoral votes,” Chair Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) said in a statement.

The subpoena to Giuliani, a former New York City mayor and close Trump adviser throughout his presidency, focuses both on his ability to offer insight into the former president state of mind in the days surrounding Jan. 6 as well as his work pushing claims of election fraud in appearances on television and in court rooms across the country. - Lord God we pray you would come to the aid of those who are being singled out for the sake of partisan politics. We pray Lord God that no weapon formed against the innocent will prosper and all wrong judgments, Lord, you will condemn. I’m Jesus name amen.

- "Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God." (Psalm 20:7)

9. Supreme Court rejects Trump’s bid to shield records from Jan. 6 committeePolitico

The Supreme Court has rejected former President Donald Trump’s bid to use executive privilege to block a House committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection from accessing a trove of records created by Trump’s White House.

The ruling on Wednesday opens up a trove of documents to congressional investigators who have sought them to determine Trump’s actions and mindset in the weeks leading up to the Jan. 6 attack, as well as what he did as his supporters were rioting at the Capitol.

Among the documents sought by the committee are speech drafts, call and visitor logs, handwritten notes and other files previously kept by senior Trump aides like chief of staff Mark Meadows, adviser Stephen Miller, press secretary Kayleigh McEnany and White House associate counsel Patrick Philbin.

The only member of the high court who signaled he would have granted Trump’s request for emergency relief was Justice Clarence Thomas. (Read more)

- Lord, your hand has been on President Trump for a long time now and we just ask you continue to protect him in Jesus name. We pray for our Supreme Court that they realize they will have to answer to you one day for all of their rulings. We pray they would have the boldness to rule for Justice and righteousness, in Jesus name, amen.

- “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28)

The Daily Jot

Stupidocrisy: Biden’s Destructive Delusion

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, January 19, 2022

Economic indicators such as manufacturing production continues to fall. Retail sales fell 1.9% in December. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on January 12 that inflation rose 7% in the 12 months through December, the highest since June 1982—that’s 40 years. Average hourly earnings adjusted for inflation fell 2.4% during the same time. Housing rental costs were up nearly 18%, the largest increase in history. Yet Joe Biden was delusional when addressing these historically bad numbers by saying: “Today’s report—which shows a meaningful reduction in headline inflation over last month, with gas prices and food prices falling—demonstrates that we are making progress in slowing the rate of price increases.” What?

No wonder Rasmussen Reports indicate that 58% disapprove of Joe Biden’s job performance, 48% strongly disapprove. The guy’s policies are destroying the nation’s economy which is felt most by those of us who are considered the middle-class backbone of the country. You just can’t do what he did and have a good report. Think about it. Within his first week in office, he stopped work order on the keystone pipeline, killing11,400 jobs. The American Petroleum Institute said halting oil and gas drilling on federal lands would cost a million jobs. The Chamber of Commerce estimated the Paris Climate reentry would cost 6.5 million jobs. All in all, the new president may have put over 7.5 million Americans out of work in his first week. Plus, his actions raised fuel costs, which raises the cost of everything. What have you been paying for gas? Read More

BREAKING: Republicans Block Voting Rights Bill as Senate Vote Comes Up Short

As expected, the Senate failed to invoke cloture on the Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act on Wednesday night.

Earlier this month the House passed the bill, which is a hybrid of the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer put the legislation to a vote, knowing that it would fail to gain the necessary 60 votes to allow debate to end on the bill.

All Democrats voted for cloture with the exception of Schumer, who changed his vote to “no” so that the bill may potentially be brought up a later date. Meanwhile, all 50 Republicans voted against.

The bill has numerous provisions designed make it easier to vote and to register to vote. Among the measures, the act would expand automatic voter registration and same-day registration, make election day a national holiday, allow more people to vote by mail, and require states to expansive early voting. (msn.com) Read more

- Father God, we shout HALLELUJAH at the news that this wicked bill has now been defeated. We bless the two Democratic senators, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona and Joe Manchin of West Virginia, for aligning with the Republican minority to be sure that this bill would be blocked in the Senate chamber. We recall, too, the statement made by Senator Ted Cruz almost one year ago, that if this bill passed, "it would be the end of our democracy." Holy One, we thank You for Your mercy upon us, as you have moved upon the hearts of these senators to help "rescue our democracy" last night on the floor of the United States Senate. In Jesus' name, amen and amen!

Incredibly cool, spinning ice disc is back
and drawing onlookers again
The unusual phenomenon first appeared in a river in 2019. Mysteriously, it didn't show up last winter after making only a partial appearance the year before -- but now it's back and making headlines again.

It looks like a full moon shining celestially in the night sky. Or the way Earth appears as seen from space. Onlookers are flocking to the shores of the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine, to check out the formation of a captivating phenomenon known as an ice disk.

This isn't the disk's first appearance. The spectacle first appeared in January 2019, an occurrence that made national headlines.

It partially formed in 2020, prompting the City of Westbrook to excitedly tweet, “ICE BREAKING NEWS: Ice Disk 2020 is making a run for it ... It’s not a perfect circle yet, but it is rotating counter-clockwise again & the seagulls are along for the ride."

Alas, Ice Disk 2020 never fully formed and was not destined for international fame as happened during its first appearance in 2019 as a 100-yard-wide (91-meters-wide) ice formation before melting away as the temperature rose.

But Ice Disk 2022 is looking good and already garnering attention. Westbrook city officials shared photos of the formation on Jan. 12 on Facebook and encouraged residents to share their images of the disk. Read More

The Good News Corner
4,000 Pastors Unite Against Canada’s New LGBTQ Conversion Therapy Law, Warn It Will ‘Criminalize Christianity’

Thousands of pastors across North America have reportedly come together to protest Bill C-4, a Canadian law that took effect Jan. 8 after reportedly being pushed through Parliament with little debate.

The claim is that Bill C-4 is broadly worded and could, in effect, ban biblical teachings on sexual ethics, and impact even personal communications on the subject.

Preachers are protesting the law at the pulpit, with 4,000 pastors affirming their opposition as well as willingness to speak out against it, Fox News reported.

John MacArthur of Grace Community Church in Los Angeles is among the pastors who have been vocal on the issue. He recently warned that such crackdowns will likely ramp up, especially as Christians refuse to cave.

“Ultimately, the dissenters, the ones who will not cave in, are going to be those who are faithful to the Bible. And that’s what’s already leading to laws made against doing what we are commanded to do in Scripture, which is to confront that sin,” he told Fox News. “And that’s just going to escalate.”

MacArthur added, “I think it’s reached a level there in Canada that it hasn’t yet reached here, but it’s coming. It’s coming fast.” (CBN) Read more.

- Father God, we recognize Your Hand moving in this report, as this is a direct answer to the prayers we offered last week to see this wicked agenda stopped in Canada, and not coming here to our nation. Thank You, O Lord, for these brave pastors in America who are standing alongside those in Canada, defending the right to preach truth -- and only truth -- from the pulpit. We offer this prayer, in Jesus' name, amen and amen.

- "Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power . . ." (Psalm 110:3)

Thoughts for Repentance
21 Days of Removing Fear

Day nine: remove the fear or panic about events.
Replace it with the Peace of Christ.

Spend time today, one on One with the Holy Spirit, asking Him---even in five minutes of your prayer time--- if you have any fear or panic about events. Did it begin as a child? Was it passed down to you generationally? Does that fear appear in your character today?

Allow Him, Who loves you so much, to convict you of any residue of that sin, that fear or panic about events. With His perfect love, exercise your free will to confess that sin. He will forgive you. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And then decide, if you wish, to repent, to turn away from that sin stronghold, replacing it with His Holy Word as your Truth going forward.

As with all strongholds that you remove, then choose His Way forward based on His Word.

Instead of any fear or panic about events, choose the Peace of Christ which passes all understanding.

Having come into His Kingdom through His gift of repentance ---- Matthew 4:17 and Romans 2:4---- and then faith in Him as Savioryou and I receive His Holy Spirit. Peace is a key fruit of the Holy Spirit! (Galatians 5:22). With the Peace of Christ we can reach out to others with the Good News of Christ.

Words: Maltbie Babcock
Music: Franklin Sheppard

Scripture: The world is Mine, and all that is in it. Psalm 50:12

Lyrics:
This is my Father’s world,
And to my listening ears
All nature sings, and round me rings
The music of the spheres.
This is my Father’s world:
I rest me in the thought
Of rocks and trees, of skies and seas;
His hand the wonders wrought.

This is my Father’s world,
The birds their carols raise,
The morning light, the lily white,
Declare their maker’s praise.
This is my Father’s world:
He shines in all that’s fair;
In the rustling grass I hear Him pass;
He speaks to me everywhere.

This is my Father’s world.
O let me ne’er forget
That though the wrong
Seems oft so strong,
God is the ruler yet.
This is my Father’s world:
The battle is not done:
Jesus who died shall be satisfied,
And earth and Heav’n be one.

This is my Father’s world,
Dreaming, I see His face.
I open my eyes, and in glad surprise
Cry, The Lord is in this place.
This is my Father’s world,
From the shining courts above,
The Beloved One, His Only Son,
Came—a pledge of deathless love.

This is my Father’s world,
Should my heart be ever sad?
The lord is King—let the heavens ring.
God reigns—let the earth be glad.
This is my Father’s world.
Now closer to Heaven bound,
For dear to God is the earth Christ trod.
No place but is holy ground.

This is my Father’s world.
I walk a desert lone.
In a bush ablaze to my wondering gaze
God makes His glory known.
This is my Father’s world,
A wanderer I may roam;
Whate’er my lot, it matters not,
My heart is still at home.
