Hear How the US Govt Built a Shadow Structure that Enabled Covid Vax Bioterrorism

Editor’s Note: This article is the fourth of a series on the role of the U.S. government in orchestrating a bioterrorism attack upon their own citizens utilizing “biowarfare agents” marketed as “COVID-19 vaccines.”
(LifeSiteNews) — With exceptional detail and comprehensiveness, a paralegal researcher
and journalist from Pennsylvania has documented the extensive “pseudo-legal” structures
put in place over decades which allowed the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)
to execute its “COVID-19 vaccine” bioterrorism attack upon its own citizens, killing and
maiming many thousands with complete impunity.
Katherine Watt identifies herself as “a Roman Catholic, American, Gen-X writer, paralegal,
printmaker, wife and mother.” Prior to becoming a paralegal, Watt earned a philosophy
degree from Penn State University, worked as a reporter for small newspapers, and then
eventually founded Bailiwick News in 2016.
Former pharmaceutical executive and researcher Sasha Latypova, who has been a source of several important bombshell reports over the last year, has more recently relied on Watt’s documentation and strongly encouraged “everyone to subscribe to her and read her work.
It’s an encyclopedia of law references, meticulously researched going back years describing how the [pseudo-legal] structure [for the government’s bioterrorism program] was put in place and what it entails.”
“I’m saying ‘pseudo-legal’ because you cannot legalize a crime,” Latypova explained in a December video lecture. “They made it on paper legal… [but] none of this is lawful because they are committing a crime.” (Read more)

1. New government said reviewing Israel’s policies on Russian invasion of Ukraine - Times of Israel
The new government is reviewing Israel’s policies regarding the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including the possibility of supplying Kyiv with defensive weapons systems, according to a report Thursday.
Citing three unnamed Israeli officials, the Axios news site reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the policy review shortly after returning to office in late December, and brought up the matter with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken when they met Monday in Jerusalem.
The premier reportedly emphasized to Blinken that his government will not reduce humanitarian aid and support for Ukraine compared to the previous government, with a senior Israeli official saying US President Joe Biden’s administration knows Netanyahu will not shift Israel’s position closer to Russia. 2. Israel bombs Hamas sites in retaliatory Gaza strikes; rocket sirens sound in Sderot - Times of Israel
Israeli Air Force warplanes carried out sorties in the Gaza Strip early Thursday in response to a rocket attack on southern Israel hours earlier, as a new round of rocket alarms sounded in Sderot and nearby towns, the military said.
The Israel Defense Forces said its jets bombed a site where the Hamas terror group stores chemicals used to make missiles. It also struck a facility where the group manufactures weaponry, the army said.
The Palestinian Shehab news outlet reported that Israel bombed “resistance sites” in central Gaza. (Read more)

3. Netanyahu meets with Macron in Paris, main topic is Iran - World Israel News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu flew to Paris Thursday afternoon to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron.
“The main topic of our talk will be Iran, of course, and the joint efforts to fight its aggression and its aspiration to obtain nuclear weapons,” Netanyahu stated upon his departure.
“I will also meet with French Jewish community representatives and representatives of the business community in France, who are interested in investing in the State of Israel,” he said. (Read more)

4. AG Orders Netanyahu to Stay Away from Judicial Reform Legislation - Jewish Press
Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara on Thursday ordered Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to refrain from interfering in the judicial reform legislation, due to a conflict of interests between Netanyahu’s personal matters concerning his ongoing criminal trial “and essential components of the initiatives.”
According to the AG, Netanyahu should also avoid “giving direct or indirect guidance through other parties when it comes to promoting the initiatives,” including “consultations and informal actions.”
Baharav-Miara enclosed an opinion submitted by Deputy AG Gil Limon which states: “The completion of these initiatives, even partly, will lead to a regime and judicial reality that benefits the prime minister in terms of the conduct of his trial compared to the existing situation, since the independence of the legal institutions will be harmed vis-à-vis the executive branch. Important guarantees to the ability of these institutions to offer equality to all before the law will be harmed, and the independence of the gatekeepers, which is essential to prevent illegitimate influences on the judicial process, will be weakened. Alongside this, the coalition’s ability to promote legislation that will help the prime minister’s personal interests will increase.” (Read more)

5. Israel targeting Iranian arms flow to Ukraine, Netanyahu tells CNN - Jerusalem Post
Israel is targeting the production of Iranian weapons that could be sent to Russia for use against Ukraine, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told CNN in an interview aired on Wednesday.
“Israel... acts in ways that I will not itemize here against Iran’s weapons productions, which are used against Ukraine,” Netanyahu said.
Israel has already been active in working to thwart Iran’s ability to develop nuclear weapons, but in his conversation with CNN, he said that such efforts were also directed toward preventing the flow of Iranian weapons to Russia. (Read more)

Orthodox Jewish rabbi Michoel Green pointed out that the 'marginalization of the minority' during the COVID outbreak is exactly what took place in Nazi Germany when Jews were demonized as responsible for outbreaks of Typhus.
A documentary film was released Monday that draws disturbing parallels between the Nazis’ propaganda push during the lead-up to the Holocaust, and today’s psychological manipulation of the masses using the pretext of COVID-19.
“What we’re clearly seeing here is a replay of the same telltale signs of what precipitated the Holocaust in the 1930s,” orthodox rabbi Michoel Green said in the first of a five-part “Never Again” documentary series by Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav.
Green, who resolutely kept his synagogue open during the mass public closures of the COVID “pandemic,” unflinchingly pointed to what he sees as the striking resemblance between the Nazis’ modus operandi in demonizing the Jews, and today’s shunning of the unvaccinated.
Green pointed out that in Nazi Germany, as during the COVID “pandemic,” authorities engaged in “the marginalization of that minority, identifying the minority as a threat to public health, or [as] a public health risk.”

2. Inside the Secret Government Meeting on Covid-19 Natural Immunity – The Epoch Times
Four of the highest ranking U.S. health officials—including Dr. Anthony Fauci—met in secret to discuss whether or not naturally immune people should be exempt from getting COVID-19 vaccines, The Epoch Times can reveal.
The officials brought in four outside experts to discuss whether the protection gained after recovering from COVID-19—known as natural immunity—should count as one or more vaccine doses.
“There was interest in several people in the administration in hearing basically the opinions of four immunologists in terms of what we thought about … natural infection as contributing to protection against moderate to severe disease, and to what extent that should influence dosing,” Dr. Paul Offit, one of the experts, told The Epoch Times.
Offit and another expert took the position that the naturally immune need fewer doses. The other two experts argued natural immunity shouldn’t count as anything.
The discussion did not lead to a change in U.S. vaccination policy, which has never acknowledged post-infection protection. Fauci and the other U.S. officials who heard from the experts have repeatedly downplayed that protection, claiming that it is inferior to vaccine-bestowed immunity. Just this past weekend, there was a massive fire at an egg farm in Connecticut.
The Gateway Pundit recently reported on the questionable chicken feed that is causing

popular “Producer’s Pride” chicken feed sold by the Tractor Supply chain has been recently
altered and that its new formulation is causing chickens to stop laying eggs.
This news comes as chicken and egg prices reach historic highs, caused in part by Avian
Flu, but also as rampant inflation under the Biden regime causing prices to erratically
jump among suppliers and subsequently among common consumer products. Egg prices

5. Exactly What We Would Expect if a Recession Was Beginning – Sales are Down Throughout the Economy – The Economic Collapse Blog
All of the things that we would expect to see at the start of a major economic downturn are happening. Retail sales are falling, auto sales have been way down, and the housing market is starting to crash like it did in 2008. But unlike the last recession, we are also dealing with a raging inflation crisis, and this is one of the main reasons why real disposable income declined at the fastest rate that we have seen since the Great Depression last year. At this point, close to two-thirds of the entire country is living paycheck to paycheck, and more than half the country cannot even afford to pay an unexpected $1,000 emergency expense. We are in very dangerous territory, because most U.S. consumers are tapped out. Retail purchases have fallen in three of the past four months. Spending on services, including rent, haircuts and the bulk of bills, was flat in December, after adjusting for inflation, the worst monthly reading in nearly a year. Sales of existing homes in the U.S. fell last year to their lowest level since 2014 as mortgage rates rose. The auto industry posted its worst sales year in more than a decade.

6. US Border Patrol Agents Report 743% Increase in Illegal Migrants Trying to Cross Northern Border – Newstarget
While the U.S. is addressing the crisis at its border with Mexico in the south, illegal aliens are now entering the country unlawfully through the northern border with Canada.
According to U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents in the north, there has been a 743 percent increase in migrant encounters. The USBP Grand Forks Sector covering Minnesota and North Dakota has reported 90 apprehensions between October and December 2022. This exceeded the 80 apprehensions recorded throughout the entire fiscal year between Sept. 3o, 2021 and Oct. 1, 2022.
Meanwhile, Chief Patrol Agent Robert Garcia of the USBP Swanton Sector – which covers Vermont, New York and New Hampshire – also shared alarming numbers. He disclosed in a tweet that “in less than four months, Swanton Sector’s apprehensions have surpassed the combined [apprehensions from] two prior years.” Garcia mentioned that a record 441 people were apprehended in the sector in December 2022 alone. 7. Why the End of the Petrodollar Spells Trouble for the US Regime – ZeroHedge
On January 17, the Saudi minister of finance, Mohammed Al-Jadaan, announced that the Saudi state is open to selling oil in currencies other than the dollar. “There are no issues with discussing how we settle our trade arrangements, whether it is in the US dollar, whether it is the euro, whether it is the Saudi riyal,” Al-Jadaan told Bloomberg TV
If the Saudi regime does indeed embrace substantial trade in currencies other than the dollar as part of its oil-export business, this would signal a shift away from the dollar as the dominant currency in global oil payments. Or measured another way, this would signal the end of the so-called petrodollar.
But how large of a shift is this? With the increasingly frequent Saudi comments about trading in nondollar currencies, we’ve also seen an increasing number of pundits announcing the “collapse” of the dollar or the imminent implosion of the dollar’s currently outsized global power.
Will a shift away from the dollar in the global oil trade really lead to a big relative decline in the dollar? Probably and eventually. But a number of other dominoes would need to fall first, most especially the domino we call “Eurodollars.” (Read more)

According to podcaster Dan Radiostyle, the recent expose by Project Veritas shed light
on Pfizer’s plans to create a new pandemic and generate billions of dollars in vaccine profits.
The host of “On The Fringe” recounted the group’s expose involving Pfizer Director of
Research and Development Jordon Trishton Walker. The Big Pharma executive divulged to
an undercover journalist that the New York-based drug firm is considering mutating the
SARS-CoV-2 virus to produce new vaccine opportunities. Walker’s disclosures recorded on

The US Government And The End Of COVID

Joe Biden says he intends to declare an end to the COVID national and public health emergencies on May 11. The notice was made January 30 in a Statement of Policy to House Republicans who are considering legislation to bring a more immediate end to the COVID emergencies. The statement noted: “To be clear, continuation of these emergency declarations until May 11 does not impose any restriction at all on individual conduct with regard to COVID-19. They do not impose mask mandates or vaccine mandates. They do not restrict school or business operations. They do not require the use of any medicines or tests in response to cases of COVID-19.” This again is false word play by the government.
Just weeks ago, the Biden Administration placed COVID travel restrictions on air passengers coming from China and Hong Kong and hidden in that announcement was a signal to more COVID restrictions. The announcement made clear: “Authorities at the federal or local levels could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.” This leaves the door open for the government at any level to reinstitute lockdowns, require vaccine passports, mandate vaccinations, or any other restrictions with “little to no notice.” On one hand the Biden government says there are no restrictions and on the other hand it is saying that the government can impose them anytime it wants without notice.

Dear member of the repentance remnant, discerners of these times,
The first resident of the White House, President John Adams, said: " I pray heaven to bestow THE BEST OF BLESSINGS ON THIS HOUSE and All that shall hereinafter inhabit it. May none but Honest and Wise Men ever rule under This Roof."
The current occupant of the White House is neither.
Just as one example, he maintains that our border is secure. That's dishonest. It's clearly not. He maintains that he never discussed business with his son, when over a dozen photos show him, while he was Vice President, with his son and his son's business associates.
And in his speech today to the National Prayer Breakfast, held in the Capitol itself, he showed his lack of Godly Wisdom. He claimed: " More religions, more races, more diversity than ever before in our history. People of all faiths, some people of no faith. Gay, straight, immigrant, Native American. Differences express the infinite creativity of God, who is able to see His reflection in countless ways in different people."
No, Mr. Biden. We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Who is without sin. He calls each of us to come out of sin. The Living God calls "gays" to repent, to come into His Kingdom, to continue to repent, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to remove sin strongholds. Those strongholds include the flesh, the perverse spirit of homosexuality. Only thereafter can we begin to partake of His Holiness to receive the eternal "fountain of the water of Life." (Leviticus 18: 25; Romans 1:24-27, 6:11-23; 1 Corinthians 6: 9-20; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3: 1-7; Hebrews 13:4; Revelation 21:6-8).
President John Adams, in the face of wars and financial difficulties, called for two separate "National Days of Humiliation, Fasting and Prayer. " He clearly understood God's gift of repentance, and how our nation depended upon it. Years earlier, in 1777, John Adams was asked by a fellow participant in the Continental Congress, Dr. Benjamin Rush: " Sir, how can we ever defeat the British given their strength?" John Adams replied: " We will defeat them, sir, if we fear God and repent of our sins."
During the Revolutionary War the Congress proclaimed eight different days of "humiliation, fasting and prayer."
In contrast, this occupant of the White House, in his speech today, never mentioned the "repentance" word !
Join me in praying for Mr. Biden to grow in Christ, (1 Timothy 2:9), and for him to realize the Gift of Repentance the Living God has given us: it's His priceless Gift for personal salvation and for true national healing.

This newsletter is absolutely right on target. How can those in authority, in particular, the President not even reference the truth of God's living word. You can't twist truth to suit your own comfortable worldview. It doesn't work.. I pray God will open the eyes of those walking recklessly in darkness. Let start by praying for leaders to be elected into office that still fear our almighty God.

Underwater volcano erupts in Vanuatu
|
|
|
An underwater volcano erupted near the island of Vanuatu Wednesday, causing a massive explosion of ash to rise from the sea just off the South Pacific nation’s coast.
The Vanuatu Meteorology and Geo-hazards Department (VMGD) confirmed increased activity near the East Epi volcano shortly before 8 a.m. local time.
Photos taken in the hours after the eruption began show mountains of ash bursting into the blue sky above the water.
In a statement issued on Facebook, the VMGD cautioned boaters and pilots to stay at least 6 miles away from the eruption zone.
“People on Epi and surrounding islands are also advised to stay on alert for any large earthquake associated with the ongoing volcanic eruptions that could trigger a possible tsunami,” the warning continued. Read More

Whole Communities Touched by Fire of the Holy Spirit:
Native American Tribes Experience Christian Revival
|

In some respects, the plight of Native Americans hasn't changed. They face troubling circumstances with issues ranging from substance abuse to a massive COVID-19 impact, to an alarming number of missing and murdered women. "There's a lot of broken areas, broken communities, and our communities are rampant with drugs," Crow Tribe member Donna Stands-Over-Bull told CBN News. Yet, in the midst of the suffering, Stands-Over-Bull and her husband Russell say God is on the move. "We can feel and sense the rumblings of revival, and when I say revival I mean people's hearts turning back to God," she shared. "We've been having healing revivals over the online church. God's been healing people through social media. People are giving their hearts to the Lord," explained Russell Stands-Over-Bull.
The senior pastors of Arrow Creek TV e-church said God called them to start the online fellowship in 2018. "We couldn't even comprehend what that would look like, but God put it on our hearts, and we began to establish Arrow Creek TV," Russell told CBN News. "And Millennials started coming to the church, and I'm so proud of my congregation. We've got the best. We've got five continents represented. We probably represent the biggest church in the Indian community throughout the U.S.," he continued.
Russell said the Pentecostal roots of revival run deep in his family and the Crow Nation. His mother, Sharon Stands-Over-Bull, is also a pastor and Crow elder. She recalled how in 1906, her grandmother attended the Azusa Street Revival in California. "While they were there, they were privileged to receive the Holy Spirit, and they came back to the Crow Reservation, proclaiming that God is Lord over the Crow Reservation," Sharon told CBN News. "Whole communities were touched by the fire of the Holy Spirit, and the Crows eventually became known throughout Indian Country as the center for Pentecost," explained Russell.
