Planned Parenthood Faces Crisis as Clinics Close and Malpractice Allegations Mount
|
|
Planned Parenthood, the nation's leading abortion provider, is grappling with a growing crisis, according to a recent bombshell article by The New York Times. The report highlights botched abortions, failed procedures, and undertrained staff as the organization struggles both financially and in terms of its operations. As Planned Parenthood clinics across the U.S. close their doors, the organization faces an increasing number of lawsuits, and many are questioning the future of the embattled abortion provider. The revelations in the Times article paint a bleak picture of an organization already under fire from pro-life groups for years.
One of the most harrowing stories included in the report involves a woman from Albany, New York, who filed a malpractice lawsuit after experiencing complications from an abortion procedure. After the procedure, the woman returned to the clinic with severe pain but was told by staff that nothing was wrong and sent home. Twelve weeks later, she delivered a baby that was alive but ultimately died shortly after birth. Such incidents come as no surprise to those in the pro-life movement, who have long raised concerns about the practices of Planned Parenthood. Katie Glenn Daniel of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America remarked, "This is how Planned Parenthood has run many of its businesses for years, and for those of us who are deep in the pro-life movement, we've seen this." The Times article also highlights financial mismanagement within the organization. Despite receiving $498 million in donations in 2022, little of this funding appears to go toward healthcare. Pro-life advocates have long called for an end to taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood, and the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission is renewing that push, urging Congress to defund the organization. Abba Father, HALLELUJAH- We plead the blood of Christ over every Pregnancy Center across our nation and lift praise for abortion clinics closing due to lack of funds! We praise You for truth being revealed about real dangers of abortion and for discovery of millions of dollars in donations being mismanaged. We declare in Jesus powerful Name, all demonic finances will be stopped, as truths of horrific abortion stories are brought to light, causing lawsuits to bring Planned Parenthood's financial strength to nothing! We ask for Your blessings upon Pro-Life advocates and organizations standing boldly for the sanctity of life, righteousness and full-restoration for America! In Yeshua's Blood-Amen.
"Restore us to yourself, O LORD, that we may be restored! Renew our days as of old." (Lamentations 5:21)

Supreme Court stiffs Trump, punts on firing whistleblower agency head
|
|
The Supreme Court stiffed President Trump in his administration’s first high court appeal by punting Friday on a request to greenlight the firing of the head of a whistleblower protection office.
The administration filed an emergency application asking the justices to wipe a lower court’s temporary reinstatement of U.S. special counsel Hampton Dellinger, whose office is tasked with protecting whistleblowers and prosecuting misconduct in the federal workforce.
The court “held in abeyance” the application until the lower court’s order expires Wednesday, effectively punting on whether the firing was legal and keeping Dellinger in his post for at least another few days.
Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, both members of the court’s liberal wing, voted to outright deny the administration’s request to greenlight the firing.
Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch, two of the court’s conservatives, said they would’ve wiped the ruling reinstating Dellinger and disagreed with their colleagues that the ruling’s temporary nature meant it had not “ripened into an appealable order.”
“Respectfully, I believe that it has and that each additional day where the order stands only serves to confirm the point,” Gorsuch wrote, joined by Alito. (The Hill) Read more.

Mighty King, we bring the Supreme Court before You in order to remind them that they are mere humans on earth and that You are Holy God in heaven. We pray that their decisions reflect an earth-bound humility in their authority and a God-ordained wisdom in their direction, in Jesus name. We pray for President Trump to be supported in his choice of leaders and that he has recourse to demote, remove or replace those he cannot trust, in Jesus name. May justice and righteousness be released from the Supreme Court as a co-equal branch of government.
"and said to the judges, 'Take heed to what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord, who is with you in the judgment. Now therefore, let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take care and do it, for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, no partiality, nor taking of bribes.'" (2 Chronicles 19:6-7)

Unexpected: Fox News, Newsmax Side with AP and Against Trump on WH Ban
|
|
Various news outlets asked the White House on Feb. 17 to allow the Associated Press to once more attend press events despite its insistence on referring to the Gulf of America as the “Gulf of Mexico.”
The Associated Press has continued to use the “Gulf of Mexico” terminology in reports even after President Donald Trump signed an executive order formally changing the name. As a result, its reporters have been barred from some official events.
But a letter signed by 40 outlets and organized by the White House Correspondents’ Association implored the White House to lift the ban, according to The New York Times.
“The First Amendment prohibits the government from asserting control over how news organizations make editorial decisions,” the document said. “Any attempt to punish journalists for those decisions is a serious breach of this constitutional protection.”
But interestingly, so did conservative outlets like Fox News and Newsmax. (Western Journal) Read more here.

Thank You Abba, for allowing our nation to be founded on Godly principles, which includes the freedom of speech and the press. While it is easy to get territorial at the highest levels, we thank You Father, for helping President Trump to graciously step aside from his position regarding the AP and honor the First Amendment completely for all, even while holding opponents at arm's length, in Jesus name.

Trump, Macron Discuss Ukraine’s Future as Diverging Views Emerge
|
|
During a meeting at the White House on Feb. 24, U.S. President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron both voiced a strong desire to end the war in Ukraine swiftly, although their differing views on key issues, such as Ukraine’s reconstruction, security guarantees, and the use of frozen Russian assets, became more apparent.
Trump kicked off a week of intense diplomacy by holding his first meeting with Macron as he looked to advance peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. He is also scheduled to meet with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Feb. 27.
“Our focus is on achieving a cease-fire as soon as possible, and ultimately a permanent peace,” Trump said during a joint news conference after his bilateral meeting with Macron.
Story continues below advertisement
“I believe that Emmanuel agrees with me on many of the most important issues, chief among them is, this is the right time. It may be the only time,” Trump said, referring to the peace deal.
He praised Macron for agreeing that Europe, not just the United States, should bear the cost of securing peace and ensuring Ukraine’s long-term security.
Trump also said that his administration is taking a “decisive break” from the foreign policy approach of the Biden administration. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Holy One, we bring this entire drama with the US, EU, Ukraine & Russia right before You and ask for Your divine guidance and righteousness to prevail over every step being taken towards a peaceful resolution tothis war. We know and trust that You have strategies for peace in this region and we pray for all to come forth with great agreement and alignment, in Jesus name. We call for the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to cease! We call for the EU to step up and be actively engaged towards peace, and for US troops to be kept out of this conflict, in Jesus name.

BREAKING: Kyiv, Washington reach agreement on minerals deal
|
|
Ukraine has reached an agreement with the U.S. on a minerals deal, Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraine’s deputy prime minister and justice minister, told the Financial Times on Feb. 25.
President Volodymyr Zelensky's office confirmed to the Kyiv Independent that an agreement has been reached.
The negotiations around the deal have fueled tensions between U.S. President Donald Trump and Zelensky in the past week.
According to the Financial Times report, Ukraine has secured more favorable terms and framed the deal as a way to strengthen ties with the U.S.
The final version of the agreement, dated Feb. 24, establishes a fund to which Ukraine will contribute 50% of proceeds from the "future monetization" of state-owned mineral resources, including oil, gas, and related logistics. The fund will invest in projects within Ukraine.
The deal excludes resources that already contribute to Ukraine's state budget, meaning it will not cover operations by Naftogaz and Ukrnafta, the country's largest oil and gas producers.
The agreement does not include security guarantees from the U.S., which Kyiv had initially insisted on. (MSN) Read more here.

- Father God, we praise You for this breakthrough. In this case, both sides win! We ask that this agreement would serve as the precursor to the end of the war between
Russia and Ukraine. Let it be so, O Lord! Let it be so!

1. Agreement reached on release of terrorists - Israel National News
Hamas will move up the release of the bodies of four hostages by a day, and they will be returned to Israel overnight Wednesday without a ceremony, a senior Israeli official confirmed on Tuesday evening.
At the same time, Israel will gradually release the terrorists who were supposed to be freed this past Saturday, but whose release was delayed by a decision of the political echelon.
Hamas confirmed on Tuesday evening that an agreement has been reached to resolve the crisis delaying the release of the Palestinian Arab terrorist prisoners, and updated that they will be released concurrently with the bodies of the hostages — in addition to the release of Palestinian Arab women and minors. 2. Israel expects four slain hostages to be returned by Thursday; if no further hostages released by March 8, ToI told, ceasefire will end - Times of Israel
Israel is expecting the remains of the four remaining slain hostages from the first phase of the hostage deal to be returned by Hamas, as scheduled, on Thursday, an Israeli official tells The Times of Israel. The official adds that there are ongoing efforts to move up the release.
Once that final release of hostages envisioned in the first phase happens, says the official, Hamas has three choices.
One: It can agree to Israel’s terms — that it disarm, that its leaders go into exile, and that it give up any civil control over Gaza — and then Israel will move to the second phase of the deal, which would see all hostages released and the war come to an end. (Read more)

3. Israel Looks to Extend Phase One of Gaza Truce as Long-Term Deal Proves Elusive - Algemeiner
Israel is considering an extension of the 42-day truce in Gaza as it seeks to bring home the remaining 63 hostages, while putting off agreement on the future of the enclave for now, Israeli officials said.
The initial phase of the ceasefire deal, launched with the backing of the United States and the help of Egyptian and Qatari mediators on Jan. 19, is due to end on Saturday and it remains unclear what will follow.
“We are being very cautious,” Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Sharren Haskel told reporters in Jerusalem, when asked whether the truce might be extended without the start of talks on a second phase which would include difficult issues such as a final end to the war and the future governance of Gaza.
“There wasn’t a particular agreement on that, but it might be a possibility,” she said. “We didn’t close the option of continuing the current ceasefire, but in return for our hostages, and they have to be returned safely.” (Read more)

4. Katz confirms Israeli strikes in southern Syria: ‘We will not allow it to become southern Lebanon’ - Times of Israel
Defense Minister Israel Katz confirms that Israel is carrying out airstrikes in southern Syria after blasts were reported in several areas south of Damascus, and warns Israel “will not allow southern Syria to become southern Lebanon.”
The strikes come after several Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, demanded in recent days the demilitarization of southern Syria, and warned that Israel would prevent the Syrian army from moving south of Damascus.
“We will not endanger the security of our citizens,” Katz says. “Any attempt by Syrian regime forces and the country’s terrorist organizations to establish themselves in the security zone in southern Syria — will be met with fire.” (Read more)

5. Israel’s Top Diplomat Says Little Hope for Real Change in Syria as Hamas, Islamic Jihad Open New Front - Algemeiner
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar has dismissed any hope for real change in Syria despite the formation of a new government, calling for “realistic expectations” in Europe and labeling talks of regime transition as “ridiculous.”
During a meeting in Brussels of the EU-Israel Association Council, which oversees the European bloc’s relationship with the Jewish state, Sa’ar described the recently formed Syrian government of Ahmed al-Sharaa, a former Al Qaeda terrorist known also as Abu Mohammed al-Jolani who led the overthrow of the Assad regime, as “a jihadist Islamist terror group from Idlib that took Damascus by force.”
“We are all happy that Assad is out. But we must have realistic expectations,” Sa’ar said during a press conference with EU officials on Monday, referring to long-time Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad. “The Islamists speak softly. Just check how Iran spoke in 1979.”
Last month, Sharaa became Damascus’s transitional president after leading a rebel campaign that ousted Assad, whose brutal and authoritarian Iran-backed rule had strained ties with the Arab world during the nearly 14-year Syrian war. (Read more)

1. U.S. Supreme Court asked to fix doctrine that denies individuals 4th Amendment rights - WND
The Supreme Court is being asked to hear a case that the justices could use to reform – fix actually – a practice through which the government can deny individuals their 4th Amendment rights.
It is the New Civil Liberties Alliance [NCLA] that is asking for a review of the Harper v. O'Donnell case that concerns financial records unlawfully seized by the Internal Revenue Service.
The NCLA pointed out, "The Supreme Court must revisit the third-party doctrine to recognize Fourth Amendment protection for Mr. Harper's cryptocurrency data and other digital records, which Americans now routinely store with third-party service providers. Digital records are a modern-day individual's 'papers' and 'effects' that the Fourth Amendment explicitly safeguards against government's prying eyes. Justice Sonya Sotomayor has observed that the third-party doctrine is 'ill suited' to the digital age, in which people reveal a great deal of information about themselves to third parties in the course of carrying out mundane tasks."
"The Constitution promises security to Americans in their 'papers and effects.' Until the Supreme Court clarifies its rulings for the digital age, that promise is unfulfilled," said John Vecchione, a litigation counsel for NCLA.
Fourth Amendment
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." We pray for the Supreme Court to step up their engagement and understanding of technology, as the arbiters of our Constitution and its protections, in Jesus name. The technology of today and the future demands a deeper engagement by the justices with this arena of life that did not exist 250 years ago. We pray for trustworthy technology clarifiers and teachers who can help them see the big and small pictures regarding the many ways our privacy has been and will be invaded by those who are able to capitalize on and take advantage of our private "papers and effects" technologically, in Jesus name.
"The Lord is righteous in her midst, He will do no unrighteousness. Every morning He brings His justice to light; He never fails, But the unjust knows no shame." (Zephanian 3:5)

2. Trump EO Lassoes Federal Regulatory Leviathan - The Stand
Last week, President Trump issued an executive order “Ensuring Lawful Governance and Implementing the President’s ‘Department Of Government Efficiency’ Deregulatory Initiative.” “This is one of those executive orders that we may not have ever thought of, but it’s the one we’ve all been waiting on,” gushed Family Research Council Action President Jody Hice while guest hosting on “Washington Watch.”
The order aims “to focus the executive branch’s limited enforcement resources on regulations squarely authorized by constitutional Federal statutes, and to commence the deconstruction of the overbearing and burdensome administrative state.”
“What it really means is that every agency is required to do a review of the constitutionality and the consistency with statutory authority of all of their regulations and basically check under the hood and figure out whether or not [they’ve] been driving a lawful agency or not, or whether or not there’s a lot of junk in there that needs to be removed,” said Donald Kochan, law professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law. Mighty God, we ask You to cover the work that President Trump is doing on behalf of our nation. We ask that You would divinely protect his strategies to remove the waste, fraud and abuse of our nation's resources and let his actions be pushed forward, in Jesus name. We bind and rebuke all of the lawsuits, lies and obfuscation taking place by the snakes in the grass and release the glory and presence of Almighty God upon this government and we call for the heavenly host to proceed with righteousness and deconstruction of the wickedness from the pit, in Jesus' holy, mighty and powerful name.
"'Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:18)

3. Jim Jordan: ‘We Are Entitled to Answers’ About January 6 - Breitbart
Monday, during FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) argued that Americans were “entitled to answers” regarding the federal response to the January 6, 2021 protest at the U.S. Capitol.
“Congressman, I know you’re already taking action on the congressional level to subpoena the FBI for weaponization documents hidden by Biden,” host Laura Ingraham said. “Now, how soon do you expect to get those documents, given the fact that we have, you know, new management over there at the FBI?”
“Soon, soon, very soon,” Jordan replied. “I mean, we think in the next couple weeks we’re going to get — now these are key, key things that we want, key investigation where we still have the information that we think we are entitled to and answers to questions that we think the American people need. We want to know about the school board’s issue, why the Biden administration and Garland did that when they wrote the memo about if you’re a pro-life Catholic, you’re an extremist. (Read more)
Father, we stand in agreement with rep Jim Jordan and pray for truth and revelation to be forthcoming and uncensored, in Jesus name. We have had so much cover-up over what has really happened in this nightmare, so we pray that the new leaders will be able to locate everything and release it to Congress according to their lines of authority, in Jesus name. We pray for eyes to see and ears to hear exactly what took place and where things are hidden and stories that are twisted. We bind the lies and demand the truth, in Jesus name. We ask for complete destruction of the gordian knot that has been at work protecting the perpetrators, including members of Congress and all agencies, in Jesus name.
"Make Your face shine upon Your servant; Save me for Your mercies' sake. Do not let me be ashamed, O Lord, for I have called upon You; Let the wicked be ashamed; Let them be silent in the grave. Let the lying lips be put to silence, Which speak insolent things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous. Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!" (Psalm 31:16-19)

4. Obama Judge Who Blocked Trump’s ICE Raids is Married to Far-Left Open Borders Activist Funded By George Soros - The Gateway Pundit
The Obama judge who blocked the Trump administration’s ICE raids is the husband of a far-left open borders activist. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of a lawsuit filed by left-wing activists seeking to prohibit ICE from conducting raids in churches where many illegal aliens hide from authorities.
“The substantial burden that the [Trump administration] policy is far from speculative and is already occurring,” Chuang wrote in his ruling.
Natalie Winters, a co-host of Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast, did some digging and revealed that Chuang’s wife, Jacinta Ma, is the Vice President of National Immigration Forum (NIF), a pro-open borders advocacy group.
The organization promotes policies such as a mass amnesty for illegal aliens and works on putting out propaganda about the supposedly massive contributions made by illegal aliens to the U.S. economy. The group’s largest donor is the Open Society Foundations, which is funded by the liberal billionaire George Soros. (Read more)

Mighty God, we pray for a stop to these unrighteous and unjust judges having such power in our nation. This is clearly a matter in which the judge should have recused himself and his decision should be completely overturned for justice, in the name of Jesus. Furthermore, we pray for every hidden thing to be shouted from the housetops and all evil deeds brought under control of Almighty God, in Jesus name. Again, we pray for all of the influence of George Soros and his money being used against our sovereign nation to be undermined, defeated and dismantled. May he and his incredible wealth and organizations no longer be used for evil against others, in Jesus holy name.

5. Taiwan coast guard detains Chinese-crewed vessel suspected of cutting undersea cable - Fox News
Taiwan's coast guard (CGA) detained the Chinese crew of a Togolese-registered vessel suspected of severing an undersea fiber optic cable connecting the islands of Taiwan and Penghu on Tuesday.
The CGA says the vessel, the Hong Tai 168, had been loitering within roughly 925 meters of the cable since 7 p.m. local time on Feb. 22. A coast guard vessel was dispatched to the ship at 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, demanding that the vessel leave the area, Taiwan's state-owned media said.
Coast guard officials received confirmation that the Taiwan-Penghu No. 3 undersea cable had been cut at 3 a.m. Tuesday, and they began efforts to detain the ship's Chinese crew. All eight crewmembers were Chinese nationals, according to the coast guard.
Taiwan's Ministry of Digital Affairs confirmed that communications were diverted to other cables following the incident and that there was no disruption to service.

6. Elon Musk Has ‘Cracked the Code’ on Government Secrecy - PJ Media
As you know, the media is still trying to drive a wedge between Donald Trump and Elon Musk in an attempt to undermine not only Trump’s second term but also Musk’s efforts with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which is saving taxpayers billions of dollars targeting wasteful spending.
Over the weekend, Trump posted on Truth Social that while Musk is “doing a great job,” he’d like to see him “get more aggressive” because “we have a country to save.”
We may see more aggressive efforts very, very soon. On Monday, House Speaker Mike Johnson declared that Elon Musk has “cracked the code” in exposing the federal government’s hidden activities and suggested that his efforts could revolutionize government transparency.
“The problem is, for decades, as we know, we haven’t been able to do that job well, because even though we requested the data and requested the insight, it was hidden,” Johnson explained. “How many of you know that bureaucracy was not forthcoming? Right? They’re not transparent. That’s the whole point. That’s the problem. That’s the Deep State we talk about.”
“So they were hiding from Congress. We didn’t know that USAID was funding drag shows in Peru or whatever, you know, transgender operas in Colombia or whatever. You know, it’s madness. But Elon has cracked the code. He is now inside the agencies,” Johnson continued. “He’s created these algorithms that are constantly crawling through the data. And as he told me in his office, the data doesn’t lie.”
Now, with Musk’s data-driven approach, Johnson sees an opportunity to uncover the truth and hold the government accountable.
“We’re going to be able to get the information. We’re going to be able to transform the way the federal government works at the end of this,” he said. “And that is a very exciting prospect. It is truly a revolutionary moment for the nation.” (Read more)

King of Kings, we thank You for providing strategies to overwhelm and undermine the "deep state" as we have known it for the last many years. We have prayed relentlessly for You to intervene and provide the ways to bring righteousness and justice back into the halls of our government. It is messy and causes us all to feel uneasy, but God, we asked and You answered and we are so thankful. We pray for those who will be caught up by the wrecking ball needlessly and ask that You would provide covering and resources for them, in Jesus name. We pray, O King, that these times will be effective and successful in compelling transparency, financial integrity, honor and submission to the rule of law in our government while defeating the two-tiered so-called justice system, rooting out deviant and ungodly behaviors, especially involving illegal activities against humanity and restoring a noble morality in the core of our culture and people, for Your glory, in Jesus name.
"'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,' says the Lord; 'I will set him in the safety for which he yearns' The words of the Lord are pure words, Like silver tried in a furnace of earth, Purified seven times. You shall keep them, O Lord, You shall preserve them from this generation forever." (Psalm 12:5-7)

The Pure Evil Palestinian Barbarians
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, February 25, 2025
Imagine the horror of seeing what Hamas terrorists claim is your two babies and wife in coffins being paraded through the streets as “Palestinians” celebrated their deaths and handing them over to Israelis in the hostage exchange. The bodies handed over in a ghoulish Gaza ceremony were said to be of Shiri Bibas (33) and her two children, Ariel (5) and Kfir (2), as well as Oded Lifshitz, who was 83 when he was kidnapped on October 7, 2023 by Hamas terrorists. That’s what Shiri’s husband and Ariel’s and Kfir’s father, Yardin, had to watch as the remains of his family members were returned. Yardin Bibas was also taken hostage, but was freed earlier this month in the exchange with the terrorists. But it gets worse.
The NY Post, Breitbart and several other news outlets reported videos of the exchange showed that ahead of the handover, the four coffins containing the victims were displayed on stage below a mural depicting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a vampire, with blood dripping from his fangs. A photo of the Bibas family and Lifshitz was shown in a pool of the blood. Placed next to the coffins were two missiles with English text reading, “They were killed by USA bombs,” which is patently false. They were killed at the hands of the Palestinian Hamas terrorist barbarians. Now, it is confirmed that the body in the coffin presumed to be Shiri Bibas, was not her at all, adding more pain and anguish to an already gruesome situation. Read More

Trump Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Drops Bombshell on White House Correspondents’ Association
|
|
|
While discussing a federal judge declining to restore the Associated Press’ full access to the White House, Leavitt announced that the “White House team” will be making decisions on which outlets will be taking part in press events. The White House banned the Associated Press from events over the wire service’s refusal to refer to the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America” as the White House has pushed them to do.
“Fear not,” she told “legacy” media outlets in the room, saying they will continue to be on a rotation.
Leavitt announced:
“I’m proud to announce that we are going to give the power back to the people who read your papers, who watch television shows, and who listen to your radio stations. Moving forward, the White House press pool will be determined by the White House press team. Legacy outlets who have participated in the press pool for decades will still be allowed to join, fear not, but we will also be offering the privilege to well-deserving outlets who have never been allowed to share in this awesome responsibility. Just like we added a new media seat in this briefing room, legacy media outlets who have been here for years will still participate in the pool, but new voices are going to be welcomed in as well. As part of these changes, we will continue the rotation amongst the five major television networks to ensure the president’s remarks are heard far and wide around this world. We will add additional streaming services which reach different audiences than traditional cable and broadcast.”
Leavitt did not specify any new outlets, but expressed motivation to bring in more radio hosts, as well as outlets that have “long been denied the privilege” to partake in the pool.
The WHCA was blindsided by Tuesday’s announcement, a source familiar told Mediaite. The major shakeup surprised many in the media, some of whom took to social media to defend the WHCA, which is a 501(c)(3) organization run by journalists.
Leavitt accused the WHCA of holding a “monopoly over the privilege of press access.”
She said:
“This administration is shaking up Washington in more ways than one. This is what we are elected to do. It is beyond time that they white house press operation reflects the American people in 2025, not 1925. A select group of D.C.-based journalists should no longer have a monopoly over the privilege of press access to service seat at this highly coveted table. Deciding which outlets make up the limited press pool on a day-to-day basis, the white house will restore power to the American people who President Trump was elected to serve.” (MSN.com) Read more.

‘We’re Saving Lives’: Homan Praises Border Success, Promises More Deportations
|
|
|
Border czar Tom Homan touted the Trump administration’s achievements in addressing the illegal immigration crisis in a speech over the weekend, although he admitted that there’s still more to do. Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Saturday, former Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief Homan began by enumerating the damage done by former president Joe Biden and his administration.
“I worked for six presidents, starting with Ronald Reagan. Every president I ever worked for took steps to secure the border. Even Clinton and Obama took steps to secure the border because they clearly understood you can’t have national security without border security. They got it,” Homan said. He added, “Joe Biden is the first president in the history of the nation who came into office and unsecured the border on purpose.”
“For four years, we got over 10.5 million illegal aliens at our border — they released nearly eight million into the country illegally. We had a 600% increase in sex trafficking of women and children. We had a record number of known [and] suspected terrorists and people on the terrorist watch list crossing the border,” he continued. “Think about that for a moment, what Joe Biden did to our borders to create the most significant public safety and national security vulnerability of this nation’s history,” he added.
But Homan vowed that he and President Donald Trump are “going to take care of this border.” He boasted, “In less than a month, illegal crossings are down 95%, ICE has arrested over 21,000 people in the nation.” Homan recounted, “Gotaways under President Biden, 2.2 million people crossed the border, weren’t arrested because the Border Patrol was too busy making sandwiches, changing diapers, making baby food and making hospital runs, dealing with a humanitarian crisis.” He continued to say that the 2.2 million gotaways “crossed the border and weren’t apprehended and weren’t fingerprinted. We had about 1,800 a day in 2023. You know how many we had yesterday? Forty-eight. You’re talking about 2,000 miles of border and only 48 people escaped. But that’s 48 too many. I’m not going to be happy till that number’s zero.” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

Father God, we praise You that this is now a new day in the history of the enforcement of our borders. Praise God! We ask that our government provide all the equipment needed to get this job, done. Our ICE chief, Tom Homan, is correct. 48 illegals entering our nation is still too many! We ask that Your ministering angels would accompany every ICE agent, so that every single illegal alien has been caught and returned to his or her own country. Praise God!
"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)

Waltz: Trump's pressure led to hostage releases, Hamas 'afraid'
|
|
|
U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said on Monday that Hamas fears President Donald Trump, and that this is why the Gaza-based terror group is freeing hostages.
“Hamas is listening to the president … 29 hostages are alive today and reunited with their families because the whole world listened when President Trump said there would be all hell to pay after the Biden administration couldn’t get this done for 15 months,” Waltz told “Fox & Friends” co-host Lawrence B. Jones.
Waltz compared Hamas to Islamic State in condemning its treatment of hostages.
“The needle we are trying to thread now is getting all our hostages out. At the same time though, Hamas will not rule Gaza. Period,” he stressed.
“They have a couple of off-ramps that we put on the table, but Hamas will not rule Gaza. They will not cause another Oct. 7. And we will work with Israel to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
According to Israel’s assessment, there are 63 hostages remaining in Gaza, including 60 men and 3 women. Thirty-six of the captives have been murdered, including 35 from Oct. 7 and Hadar Goldin, abducted in 2014. Four deceased hostages are expected to be returned this week.
Jerusalem has delayed the release of 620 Palestinian terrorists from Israeli prisons due to what the Israeli government says are repeated violations of the ceasefire agreement by Hamas.
“Let me make this clear. Israel will not overlook the inhumane, degrading ceremonies that humiliate our hostages for propaganda,” Israeli government spokesman David Mencer said at Monday’s press briefing.
The White House on Sunday announced its support for Israel’s decision to delay the release of Palestinian prisoners as part of the Israel-Hamas ceasefire, citing the terrorist group’s “barbaric treatment” of Israeli hostages. (JNS.org) Read more

Lord God, we are thankful for this good report, but we will not rest until ALL the
hostages have come home to Israel. We ask for unusual, supernatural strength for
each one as they await their return home. And for those who have lost their lives in
the tunnels of Gaza, we grieve. Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer, amen and amen.

Yosemite Firefall Returns, Stuns Spectators
|
|
Many visitors traveled to Yosemite National Park to catch the annual and iconic "Firefall" effect at Horsetail Fall on Feb. 19.
The mountainside of Yosemite National Park appeared to catch fire as the annual viral firefall ignited in one of California's most popular tourist destinations. Photographers from around the world gather in the park every year in mid- to late February to capture breathtaking scenes of the viral sensation.
The firefall occurs when the setting sun shines on Horsetail Fall at just the right angle, giving the appearance the waterfall is made of fire. The peak dates to see the event are around Feb. 21, when the sunset hits the waterfall at the perfect angle.
Two weather factors need to come together perfectly for the firefall to ignite. First, storms need to deliver rain and mountain snow to the Yosemite area leading up to Feb. 21 to feed Horsetail Fall. In years of drought, the waterfall runs dry, and the firefall can't happen.
The other factor is the weather on the evening of the event. If cloudy conditions spread across the sky, the sun can't shine on the waterfall to make it look like it is on fire.
In addition to favorable weather, perspective onlookers need to plan ahead and check with the park due to the crowds that often swarm the area to see the once-a-year phenomenon.
"Due to the popularity of the event, various restrictions are in effect during mid- to late February each year daily," Yosemite National Park said on its website. Reservations are also required on certain dates. Read More

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears,
And delivers them out of all their troubles.
18 The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart,
And saves such as [d]have a contrite spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the Lord delivers him out of them all.
(Psalm 34:17-19)

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
