Iran’s highest-ever uranium enrichment level is ‘no mistake,’ warns Israeli researcher
|
|
Observers in Israel are closely watching developments regarding Iran’s nuclear program following Sunday’s report that U.N. monitors discovered uranium enriched to just below weapons grade.
According to the Bloomberg report, the IAEA is seeking to determine how Iran obtained uranium enriched to 84% purity—the highest level discovered by inspectors in the country to date. The concentration is only 6 percentage points below military-grade uranium, a prerequisite for building nuclear bombs.
Maj. Gen. (res.) Tamir Hayman, former head of IDF Military Intelligence and director of the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv, tweeted on Monday that the unusual enrichment level is “a wakeup call,” adding that there are two possible. (JNS.org) Read more here.

Biden visits Zelensky in Kyiv and says Putin 'dead wrong' on Ukraine war
|
|
The US will back Ukraine in its fight against Russia for "as long as it takes" President Joe Biden said as he made an unannounced and symbolic visit to the capital, Kyiv. "We have every confidence you're going to continue to prevail," he said.
Mr Biden's first trip to Ukraine as president came days before the first anniversary of Russia's invasion. He said President Putin had been "dead wrong" to think Russia could outlast Ukraine and its Western allies. Mr Biden's presence was intended to reaffirm America's "unwavering commitment to Ukraine's democracy, sovereignty, and territorial integrity", according to a White House statement.
After the visit, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced a new package of security assistance for Ukraine valued at $450m (£373m), including ammunition for howitzers and the Himars rocket system, Javelin missiles, and air surveillance radars. (Read more)

EPA to take control of Ohio derailment response
|
|
|
The Environmental Protection Agency will take control of the response to the Ohio train derailment disaster and order rail company Norfolk Southern to clean up the contamination, the agency said Tuesday, the Biden administration’s strongest response yet to the disaster.
Rather than clean up the toxic wreck voluntarily, as it has done so far, Norfolk Southern will be required to remediate the site under a plan approved by the EPA, which will also take over some aspects of the response from Ohio. Norfolk Southern will also have to pay the remediation costs — as well as pay for cleaning services that the agency will offer to residents and businesses, participate in public meetings and share information publicly, according to the EPA.
The plans, announced by EPA Administrator Michael Regan in East Palestine on Tuesday afternoon, will give the federal government oversight of the massive cleanup through a legally binding order. Regan’s visit to East Palestine, his second in a week, comes amid pressure on the federal government from some lawmakers and residents to step up its response.
“Norfolk Southern will pay for cleaning up the mess that they created and the trauma that they inflicted on this community,” Regan said at the news briefing. “This order represents one of EPA’s strongest authorities to hold a company accountable for jeopardizing a community’s health and safety.” (Washington Post) Read more here.

Holy One, thank You that Your earth does have the capacity to cleanse itself, so we pray for a speedy restoration, in Jesus name.

1. Iran’s new underground air base seen preparing to host advanced Russian fighter jets - Times of Israel
An analysis of images from a newly revealed underground air force base in Iran named “Eagle 44” reveals that the site is likely being prepared to host advanced Russian Sukhoi Su-35 fighter jets, The New York Times reported Saturday.
Iran earlier this month unveiled what it said was its first underground air force base, with the head of the Islamic Republic’s military saying the site would be among those used to launch a response to any potential strikes by Israel or others.
The report by the Times, which looked at images released by Iran along with satellite images of the site, found several clues that Tehran was preparing the base for the Su-35 fighter jets. (Read more)

2. Netanyahu: I'll do everything in my power to stop Iran from getting nukes - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday evening, at the Hartog National Security Conference at the Setai Hotel in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, was interviewed by Prof. Walter Russell Mead.
Former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman also participated in the conference.
In response to the question: What would the policy be on Iran, on the assumption that the US administration claims that the nuclear agreement is completely finished, Prime Minister Netanyahu replied:
"Ask a question. How do you stop a rogue nation from acquiring nuclear weapons? Let's see. I mean, there have been some examples, so we can maybe deduce a rule." (Read more)

3. Levin hints he may end up firing attorney general; she says threats not daunting her - Times of Israel
Justice Minister Yariv Levin appeared to make a threat Tuesday that he could fire Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara in the future, as the hardline government continued to find itself at odds with its most senior legal representative over a series of bills aimed at weakening the country’s judiciary.
Levin was asked during a live interview at the B’Sheva Jerusalem Conference whether the government might fire the attorney general, who has urged it against implementing the judicial overhaul.
Levin responded: “We are not dealing with her dismissal at the moment because we are focusing on [passing the judicial] reform. We can’t do everything at once. In the current situation, had we taken such a step, the High Court would have intervened. For these reasons, everything should be done in due time, so I want to hope she will perhaps get a grip and understand her job isn’t to impede the minister and act behind his back.” (Read more)

4. IDF busts Hezbollah spy infiltrating Israel from Syria, gathers information - World Israel News
A man captured by Israeli security forces last month after furtively crossing into Israel’s northern Golan Heights from Syria was engaged in an intelligence-gathering mission for the Hezbollah terror group, the IDF revealed in a statement on Monday.
Ai’th Abdullah, a Syrian national, was arrested on January 27th on the Israeli side of theSyrian-Israel border fence, along with another man. The second suspect, who has not been identified, is not believed to have been involved in spying.
According to the IDF, Abdullah is a member of Hezbollah’s secret Syria-based unit, called the Golan File, which is specifically focused on Israel’s Golan Heights region. (Read more)

5. US Jewish group to Netanyahu and Lapid: Fully embrace Herzog's proposals - Israel National News
The Jewish Federations of North America on Tuesday published an open letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and opposition leader Yair Lapid, calling on them to “fully embrace” President Isaac Herzog’s calls for negotiations between the coalition and the opposition on the judicial reform.
The letter also warns against the so-called “Override Clause”, an amendment to the country’s Basic Laws which would explicitly empower the Knesset to veto Supreme Court rulings overturning Knesset laws.
“The Jewish Federations of North America have a deep and abiding love for the State of Israel. We rejoice at its growth and accomplishments, we pray for its safety and success, and we have, from long before the birth of the state to this very day, done everything within our ability to assist its government and people. Our support for the State of Israel is unconditional and eternal,” says the letter, which was posted on the Jewish Federations’ website. (Read more)

1. US to expand defenses with regional allies around China - Center for Security Policy
The world’s attention has been focused on Chinese balloons in near space, but a far more terrestrial struggle is playing out across East Asia with the Biden administration’s moves to deepen America’s economic, diplomatic and military footprints along China’s periphery.
In recent weeks, the U.S. cheered Japan’s plan to vastly expand its defense budget and worked to improve relations between Tokyo and Seoul. In the Philippines, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin signed a deal with Manila to expand U.S. military access to the archipelago’s bases.
A Feb. 4 agreement between Manila and Washington to open more sites to U.S. forces in the Philippines potentially places American boots on strategic soil in the range of Taiwan and the South China Sea. (Read more here)

2. China’s top diplomat traveling to Moscow as US-China tensions broil - Fox News
China’s top diplomat is set to meet with high-level Russian officials and possibly Russian President Vladimir Putin this week, just days after the Biden administration said it worries China may be preparing to send weapons to Russia for use against Ukraine.
Wang Yi is the director of China’s Office of Foreign Affairs, and he just met with Ukraine’s foreign minister at the Munich Security Conference over the weekend. A spokesman for the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov, told Russia’s Tass news agency that a meeting this week with Putin could be in the cards.
"We do not rule out a meeting between Mr. Wang Yi and the [Russian] president, he will indeed be in Moscow," Peskov said. On Sunday, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the U.S. has information that China may be preparing to offer Russia weapons, a move that would put China squarely opposed to the U.S. policy of helping Ukraine defend itself from Russia’s attack. 3. US announces $100 million in earthquake relief funding for Turkey and Syria - CNN Politics
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday announced $100 million in disaster relief aid for Turkey and Syria as the countries grapple with the aftermath of a powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake that has killed at least 46,000 people.
The top US diplomat, who took a helicopter tour Sunday of some of the hardest-hit areas alongside Turkish foreign minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, later told reporters at Incirlik Air Base that it was “really hard to put into words” the devastation he saw during the tour but said, “We are here to stand with the people of Turkey and Syria.”
The new round of funding includes $50 million under the Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Funds for emergency response efforts and an additional $50 million in humanitarian assistance through the State Department and USAID, according to the State Department. (Read more)

5. 18-Inch Pipe Bomb Reportedly Found on Train Tracks - We Love Trump
Philadelphia police reportedly found an 18-inch pipe bomb on train tracks in Frankford, Pennsylvania. The device was disconnected and reported to have burn marks. Officers reportedly said the bomb disposal unit removed the device for further investigation.
“’18 inch pipe bomb’ discovered behind St. Dominic’s Catholic Church on Frankford Ave near Conrail railroad tracks in Philadelphia’s Holmesburg section,” said FOX 29 Philadelphia reporter Steve Keeley.

Philadelphia police are investigating after a pipe bomb was reportedly discovered behind a church in Holmesburg.
Philadelphia police sources tell FOX 29 an 18-inch pipe bomb was found Sunday, just after 1:30 p.m., behind St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, on the 8500 block of Frankford Avenue, in Philadelphia’s Holmesburg section. (Read more)

6. Power Outage Leaves Thousands Without Power in Oakland, Including Airport - We Love Trump
The city of Oakland had a massive power outage on Sunday that impacted about 50,000 people. The power outage reportedly was caused by a fire at a PG&E substation.
“Oakland Fire is currently responding to a Fire at the PG&E substation near 50th Avenue and Coliseum Way. PG&E reports approximately 50K customers in the City of Oakland may be impacted by this outage,” the Oakland Fire Department tweeted.
The outage brought Oakland International Airport to a “standstill.”
“Power outage apparently, all of Oakland Airport at a standstill. No one getting thru security for going on almost an hour now. TSA Agents saying this has never happened before. Saying no flights are gonna leave while it’s like this. No timetable for a fix,” Twitter user @matt_ashlock said. (Read more)

7. Cincinnati Cuts Off Water From Ohio River - We Love Trump
The impact of the East Palestine train derailment is starting to hit major metropolitan areas. The city of Cincinnati decided to shut off water intake from the Ohio River and switch to water reserves.
City officials and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) announced the move Friday.

The City of Cincinnati and Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) are closely monitoring Ohio River water and are working diligently to ensure the safety of all Cincinnati-area residents following the recent train derailment and subsequent chemical spill in East Palestine, Ohio. Out of an abundance of caution, GCWW will shut off the Ohio River intake ahead of the anticipated arrival of the last detectable chemical concentration in the river. While the water intake is shut off, GCWW will temporarily switch to water reserves.
Fox News:
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine tweeted on Wednesday that water testing results had shown no detection of contaminants in East Palestine’s municipal water system.
The governor on Friday repeated assurances that municipal water was safe,but added that a section of the Sulphur Run stream – located near the crash site – is still contaminated. Air and water testing would continue as long as necessary. (Read more)

- Righteous Judge, we pray for truth in this matter. We see evidence of severe contamination with our own eyes and a major city takes action to protect its own people, yet the most vulnerable are being told stories that all is safe. This is such confusion and we speak justice over all deception and we pray for health safety for the people who have been impacted by this unbelievably destructive and irresponsible disaster. 8. Putin to suspend Russia participation in New START Treaty, last nuclear arms control pact with US - Just The News
Russia President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday his country will suspend its participation in the New START Treaty, the last remaining nuclear arms control agreement between the Kremlin and the United States.
In his state of the nation address, Putin said that Russia would not yet fully withdraw from the treaty, which was signed by Russia and the U.S. in 2010 to cap the number of deployable long-range nuclear warheads and limit the use of atomic missiles, according to the Associated Press.
Putin also said Russia must be ready to resume nuclear weapons testing if the United States does. (Read more)

- Father God, it seems apparent that Vladimir Putin has the ability and the will to use nuclear weapons, yet our government and even the world keep plowing forward as if they can use the Ukrainians to stop him. Holy King, we pray for this to be terminated at the table of diplomacy and negotiation, lest we see WWIII break out. We pray for the leaders of this world to do what is necessary to bring down the temperature of the hostilities, in Jesus name because we do not want nuclear weapons anywhere in the earth for any reason. Amen.

The Revivals

Many have been asking my opinion of the revivals that have been taking place on college campuses. Some have expressed skepticism. Others great hope. First, I would say that any movement of God is a great thing. These movements usually start out small and grow or die. Sometimes they grow, especially when “religious” leaders get involved and latch unto the audiences like magnets to advance their own brand. To this end, I have listened to several trusted sources who have witnessed first-hand the happenings at various places and have reported their impressions. We need our young people, who have largely rejected organized religion, to experience true Holy Spirit presence.
Andrew Strom of Revival List says, “This is the kind of thing I look for in any “revival” movement. What is at the core of it? Is it repentance? Is it conviction of sin? Can we see the holiness of God at work? In my view, we can see these things clearly at Asbury–so this movement certainly has my support…I would love to see such a movement sweep through the USA and the entire Western world. God knows how much we need it!… As you may know, another famous Asbury Revival occurred on the same campus in 1970…Now, roughly 50 years later in 2023 we get another Asbury. What does this speak of? Well, to me, one thing it says loud and clear is that the 50-year cycle of Awakenings in America is NOT LOST. The ‘jubilee’ pattern is not broken. The potential for another Awakening is still there. And to me that is a tremendous joy and relief.” Read More

Supreme Court Rejects Request to Hear Case Seeking to Overturn 2020 Election

|
The Supreme Court on Feb. 21 rejected a case that was seeking to overturn the 2020 election. Justices turned down a request for rehearing by Raland Brunson, a Utah man who brought the case.
Justices did not explain their decision and a vote tally was not made available.
The court periodically releases lists of orders, and the Feb. 21 list included the decision on Brunson v. Alma Adams.
Brunson and his brothers filed the case in Utah in 2021, arguing that members of Congress violated their oath of office by failing to investigate evidence of 2020 election fraud and certifying the electoral votes for President Joe Biden.
The Brunson brothers have not yet reacted to the news of a second rejection.
In a statement on Monday, they said: “As we observe Presidents’ Day this year, there is much turmoil in our great country. However, we are inspired and hopeful as we await future decisions on our case efforts. As we continue our fight for the good of America, we are reminded of all of the incredible men who have served as President, and are anxiously looking forward to the day greatness returns to the Office of the President.”

- Father, we ask that the deep level of injustice so many of Your people are feeling in this country over the stolen elections of the last few years be addressed in the courts of Heaven. Clearly the required court of this earth is refusing their responsibility to address these very serious concerns, so Holy Judge, we ask that You would hear this matter in the courtroom of Heaven and judge with Your honor and integrity in this nation. May we remind You that Your throne is founded on righteousness and justice, according to Psalm 89:14, so we cry out to You. You have told us in Hebrews 4:16, that we have permission to come boldly before Your throne and make our requests known to You, so here we are, O King. Please release Your justice in this country, in Jesus name.

The Asbury Revival: Two Updates

As reports continue to be published about the growing movement of revival in our land, we are also blessed to share two of these reports with you, below. We continue to praise the LORD for this amazing move of His grace, His power, and His love among our people. Thank You, Father, thank You, amen.

The first report was sent in by Rick Warzywak of Transformation Michigan. The report was written by Richard Simpson on February 17th, after he had spent time at Asbury. To read his first-hand report, please go here.

The next report was published today by Intercessors for America, titled "Your Role in the Asbury Outpouring." We quote, in part:
Intercessors often have a God-given dual role as “special ops” and watchmen. In our special-ops role, we pray for open doors (Colossians 4:3), open hearts (Acts 16:14), and the empowerment of missionary endeavors (Ephesians 6:19). In our watchman role, we pray for protection over the moves of God as they are taking place.
. . . The lesson from Scripture is simple. Whenever the Holy Spirit is on the move to ignite, restore, or expand worship, expect Satan to attack. And wherever Satan is apt to strike, vigilant intercessors must stand watch. Their call is the one proclaimed by the prophet Isaiah: On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen; all the day and all the night they shall never be silent. You who put the Lord in remembrance, take no rest, and give him no rest until he establishes Jerusalem (Isaiah 62:6–7).
I heard in their statements an undertone of concern about things possibly getting out of hand and going awry. Revivals (and there are many kinds of revivals) can start well and be genuine but then descend into chaos and peter out when human flesh gets in the way.
That is why God’s intercessors must take their posts and pray that the move of the Holy Spirit will both spread and be protected.

The Sudden Stratospheric Warming event (SSW) is now here, and it is leaving a strong mark on the Polar Vortex and the atmosphere. You will see the latest atmospheric conditions with the active SSW and the Polar Vortex breakdown.
But we will focus more on its actual weather impacts, already seen in the forecast. The most prominent effects are currently trending towards the North Atlantic and over Greenland, impacting the entire North American region and Europe.
To understand what is currently happening, we must know what the Polar Vortex is. In simple terms, it is a single name that describes the broad winter circulation over the northern (and southern) hemispheres.

Gov. Noem Signs Bill Banning Gender Surgery for Minors

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem signed a bill Monday banning gender-affirming treatments for minors. The new law, titled HB 1080, or the "Help Not Harm" bill, blocks minors from accessing puberty-blocking drugs, surgeries or hormone therapies in order to change their genders. There are also punishments for doctors who provide these interventions, including potential revocation of their medical licenses and exposure to lawsuits.
State Republicans introduced the bill in January. The law will go into effect July 1. "South Dakota's kids are our future. With this legislation, we are protecting kids from harmful, permanent medical procedures. I will always stand up for the next generation of South Dakotans," Noem said in a statement Monday. Like an animal that has stepped into a trap and doesn’t realize it yet — the noose is tightening around our freedom. Joe Biden’s team has coined the term “Tripledemic” as the reason you should be vaxxed, locked down and masked. But that is just a fancy name for COVID, flu, RSV — you name it.
Last week the World Health Organization (WHO) and its director-general — who is under a cloud of suspicion for crimes against humanity — stated, “We have the tools to save lives and end COVID-19. ... We must continue to use them all, and use them well."
Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus should not be in a position of power over anyone.
WHO is meeting today [FEB. 21st] to discuss new amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), which will give WHO nearly unfettered power over the world — including America. We need to act before it’s too late.
We must demand Congress stop this takeover of our sovereignty and freedom. With the recent change of control in the U.S. House, our opportunity for action has increased. For more than 30 years, the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) was a known, powerful ethnic-nationalist African communist party in Ethiopia. In 2010, Tedros, aka “Tewodros,” was listed as this group’s third most powerful executive board member in a merger between the TPLF and the Ethiopian Peoples’ Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF). This group violently overthrew the Ethiopian government in 1991 and maintained shocking levels of power over its citizens until 2018.
Tedros’ party is so extreme it is still listed in the Global Terrorism Database. The TPLF is credited with a dozen violent events targeting private citizens, religious people, the media and nongovernmental organizations. The party is responsible for kidnappings, many injuries and the violent deaths of at least 318 people.
THIS is the same Tedros that Biden and the G20 want to put in charge of your right to travel! THIS is the man pushing a “Pandemic Treaty” for international power and control over you!
We know what WHO wants. It's time to push back before WHO gets this level of power worldwide.

Now Biden’s agreement will give Tedros international authority through WHO to drag resisters into an international court and pressure officials to impose travel bans and other restrictions. This is outrageous.
