Nearly 2,000 Students Choose Christ in 1 Night at Ohio State: 'God Is Moving in This Generation'
|

Thousands of college students gathered at Ohio State University on Tuesday night to seek the hope that's found in the gospel of Jesus Christ, and nearly 2,000 of them made decisions to give their hearts to God. It was the second massive revival event of 2025 organized by the Unite US movement, and this time students braved sub-freezing temperatures down in the teens to get baptized in the backs of U-Haul trucks. "We've been in awe of how God has already been moving on this campus over the past year, and He met us here again tonight," Unite US said in a social media post.
"Over 6,500 students gathered in The Schott to lift the name of Jesus and almost 2,000 responded to the altar call - experiencing the freedom only He can bring. God is moving in this generation, and we know that He's just getting started!" the post exclaimed. Tonya Prewett, the founder and visionary behind Unite US, also posted to Instagram saying, "What a night at The Ohio State University! ...close to 2,000 students made a decision to go all in with Jesus! While the world fixates on Donald Trump’s audacious Gaza proposal, a powder keg quietly ticks away on Israel’s northern border. The headlines may have shifted, but Hezbollah hasn’t forgotten its mission – and neither should we.
As the current Lebanon ceasefire approaches its February 18th expiration date, we’re watching a familiar dance play out. Israel requests a 10-day extension, Lebanon balks, and meanwhile, high-ranking Iranian officials are already in Lebanon, helping Hezbollah rebuild from the ashes of their devastated infrastructure. If this sounds like a recipe for disaster, that’s because it is.

Abba, Your people, Israel, need Your hand of protection to stop Hezbollah from rebuilding its forces. We ask You to move in power to bring down the partnership between Hezbollah and Iran. Father, sow seeds of conflict within the leadership teams of these terrorist organizations. Allow disagreements to form over how best to move forward, let ego's begin to fight to be the center of attention, to become "important" for their creative ideas. Holy Spirit, we ask You to create circumstances that will stop the rebuilding of armaments, bring explosions that will destroy what had been rebuilt, put a halt to material availability, stop them in their tracks. Jesus, what Your people need is Your perfect will to be done, we ask You to do for Your people what only You can do, destroy their enemies in Iran and Lebanon. We ask this in the name Jehovah Sabaoth, The Lord of Hosts, The Lord over Hordes of angels and men.

Abba, I am sure the author of this article is correct in all the facts offered to us, but there is also a great deal of fear. We ask You to shine Your light of truth into CAIR and ISNA, we ask for revelation of anything hidden in the shadows, any lies that have been spoken to deceive and confuse. Father God, we ask You to reveal to Your intercessors the truth, that we can begin to tear down strongholds of the enemy within their walls. Give us wisdom to see and understand as You see and understand, show us what is truth and what is intended to be misunderstood. Holy Spirit, please dispatch Your warrior angels to every mosque in the US, allow Your presence to push the enemy out and fill in the vacant places, let Your love rest on every person, let Your truth flood into their minds and hearts, the truth that they are loved by You. Jesus, You are the Great Shepherd, come and rescue Your sheep from an enemy that is too strong for them, break them free. We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all things.

Israel Mourns Return of Hostages From Gaza as Military Intensifies Operations and IDF Chief Enhances US Ties

The Bodies of Hostages Returned
Israeli President Isaac Herzog expressed profound sorrow on Thursday upon the return of the bodies of four Israelis previously held captive by Hamas in Gaza. “Our hearts are shattered—there are simply no words to capture this agony and pain,” Herzog shared on social media platform X. He conveyed deep apologies on behalf of the nation, regretting the state’s inability to protect the victims on the day of their abduction and to ensure their safe return. Herzog solemnly wished for the memories of the deceased to be honored respectfully.
“Agony. Pain. There are no words. Our hearts — the hearts of an entire nation — lie in tatters. On behalf of the State of Israel, I bow my head and ask for forgiveness. Forgiveness for not protecting you on that terrible day. Forgiveness for not bringing you home safely. May their memory be a blessing.”
The victims, believed to be three from the Bibas family including mother Shiri, her infant son Kfir, and his brother Ariel, along with octogenarian Oded Lifshitz, were kidnapped from Kibbutz Nir Oz. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich also made strong statements on the same platform, with Ben-Gvir condemning the actions of Hamas and Smotrich emphasizing the need to continue the struggle against such brutal adversaries, pledging solidarity with the bereaved families and the community of Nir Oz. We ask You to hear the cries of those whose loved ones are still being held in Gaza, we ask You to send Your warrior angels into Gaza and rescue all the hostages, create terror in the hearts of their captors, show them their life's end, give them reason to fall on their faces before You. 1 In attempted ‘strategic terrorist attack,’ 5 bus bombs said planned to detonate together tomorrow morning - Times of Israel
All five explosive devices that either detonated or were disabled this evening had timer devices, and all the blasts were intended to happen simultaneously tomorrow morning, according to several Hebrew media reports citing an unnamed security source.
Each of the devices contained 5 kilograms of explosives, the reports say.
This was intended to be a “strategic terrorist attack,” Channel 12 says.
Additionally, at least one of the undetonated devices — weighing five kilograms — reportedly carries a message saying, “Revenge from Tulkarem” — a reference to a West Bank city where the IDF has recently conducted a large-scale counterterror operation.
Transportation Minister Miri Regev tells the head of the Public Transit Authority that there is a need to stop and check “all buses, trains and light rail trains and act in accordance with the instructions of the Shin Bet and Police,” during a situation assessment on the combined bombing that police suspect is terror-related. 2. Terror attack rocks Israel; three buses reportedly explode -Fox News
Three buses in a parking lot exploded in Israel Thursday night in what appears to have been a terrorist attack. No one was injured. Several other bombs were reportedly discovered on other buses, according to TPS-IL, an Israeli news agency.
Israeli officials have ordered all bus and train services halted while all vehicles are inspected for bombs following the three bus explosions. Three public buses exploded on Thursday night at around 8:30 PM as they sat at a bus depot in Bat Yam, a city located just south of Tel Aviv.
Firefighters arrived on the scene and put out the fires. The buses were empty at the time and no one was wounded. (Read more)

3. On Syria-Lebanon border: IAF strikes crossing points used by Hezbollah to smuggle weapons - Israel National News
The IAF on Thursday evening struck crossing points in the area of the Lebanon-Syria border used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization in attempts to smuggle weapons into Lebanese territory.
“These activities constitute a blatant violation of the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF continues to operate to remove any threat to the State of Israel and will operate to prevent any attempt by the Hezbollah terrorist organization to rebuild its forces,” said the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.
Earlier, Arab media outlets reported Israeli strikes in Syria.
The Lebanese Al-Mayadeen network, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, reported Israeli strikes on the Syrian city of Homs, which it said were carried out through Lebanese airspace. An attack was also reported in the Wadi Khalid area in northern Lebanon.

4. Israeli military says body released by Hamas is not of a hostage - Reuters
JERUSALEM, Feb 21 (Reuters) - The Israeli military said on Friday that one of the bodies released by Hamas did not belong to any of the hostages held in Gaza, accusing Hamas of violating an already shaking ceasefire.
Two of the bodies were identified as infant Kfir Bibas and his four-year-old brother Ariel, while a third body that was supposed to be their mother, Shiri, was found not to match with any hostage and remained unidentified, the military said.
"This is a violation of utmost severity by the Hamas terrorist organization, which is obliged under the agreement to return four deceased hostages," the military said, in a statement, demanding the return of Shiri and all hostages.

5. UN Rights Chief: Parading of Hostage Bodies in Gaza Abhorrent - Algemeiner
The United Nations rights chief said on Thursday the parading of the bodies of Israeli hostages in Gaza is abhorrent and flies in the face of international law.
Hamas handed over the bodies of four hostages to the Red Cross on Thursday. The coffins had been placed on a stage, with armed Hamas terrorists in black and camouflage uniforms surrounding the area.
The bodies of Israeli infant Kfir Bibas and his 4-year-old brother Ariel, the two youngest captives taken by Hamas in its Oct. 7, 2023, attack, were transported to Israel.
The bodies of the children’s mother Shiri Bibas and a fourth hostage, Oded Lifschitz, were also handed over, under the agreement for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war in the Palestinian enclave that was reached last month.
“Under international law, any handover of the remains of deceased must comply with the prohibition of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, ensuring respect for the dignity of the deceased and their families,” UN rights chief Volker Turk said in a statement.

1. Yale Scientists Link Covid Shot to a Rare, Alarming Syndrome That Causes “Distinct Biological Changes” in the Body – The Gateway Pundit
Scientists from one of America’s most highly respected institutions have proven that the so-called conspiracy theorists were right once again regarding the COVID-19 shot.

2. Where Did All of that Money Go? - The Economic Collapse Blog
Apparently our government cannot explain how 4.7 trillion dollars was spent. Are you kidding me? A stack of 4.7 trillion one dollar bills would reach all the way to the Moon and part of the way back. This is yet another example of why we desperately need the Department of Government Efficiency. I realize that my articles about DOGE have caused some confusion in recent weeks, and so let me try to explain. On the one hand, I have been arguing that we must crack down on waste, fraud and abuse, but on the other hand I have been arguing that what DOGE is doing is going to cause a great deal of pain. Some readers think that I have been contradicting myself, but I have not been contradicting myself at all. There are times when we must do things that are necessary even though we know that they will cause a tremendous amount of pain. We have piled up the largest mountain of debt in the history of the entire planet, and it really is an existential threat to the future of our nation. But cutting down the size of the federal government and greatly reducing the flow of cash that is being spewed out of the giant money machine that we call the U.S. Treasury is going to cause immense chaos. Honestly, I do not know if our society will be able to handle it.
On Monday, DOGE revealed that 4.7 trillion dollars in payments that have come through the U.S. Treasury are basically impossible to trace because they lacked a very important tracking code…

4. What Does the Bible Say About Foreign Aid? -Prophecy Newswatch
Christians who are otherwise like-minded can experience different reactions to the Trump administration's skeptical posture toward publicly funded foreign aid. Some wish the federal government would continue supporting international Christian aid organizations, while others judge taxpayer dollars better spent here at home. While Scripture speaks with perfect authority, it does not address every issue with equal attention or clarity, and on this issue, Scripture provides no specific instructions.
However, this does not mean that the Bible says nothing relevant to the wisdom, prudence, or morality of foreign aid. It only means that any inference we make about foreign aid in Scripture must be taken as just that -- a matter of wisdom -- rather than a "thus saith the Lord." As we seek to submit all our lives to the counsel of God's word, we should also investigate what Scripture has to say that relates to foreign aid -- even if the fruit of this search may not be as bountiful or certain as other queries may be.
For the purposes of this article, I will only consider foreign aid funded by the U.S. government through taxes and/or debt. International charity projects pursued by private organizations, funded with private donations, are a separate issue; they may be tangentially relevant to the piece, but they may interact differently with any principles or conclusions drawn. Conservatives are gathering in National Harbor, Md., this week for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in what is poised to be a celebration for the political right following President Trump’s election victory in November.
The annual gathering of conservatives comes as the MAGA movement solidifies its place as the mainstream wing of the Republican Party after the party saw significant gains up and down the ballot last year.
Vice President Vance is slated to kick off the conference Thursday, with a number of other Trump administration officials and rising GOP stars set to follow.

The Democratic Party is melting down over the thought that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is exposing all the slush money the Democrats and Deep State have been using to enrich themselves and maintain power. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said DOGE efforts are “taking away everything we have.” Leftist Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) told Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, “the people of this country are being violated because all of our privacy is being taken up by Elon Musk and Trump and we don’t know what all they have on us, our bank accounts, everything in our lives.” These are representative of Democrats who are scared they will be exposed for fraud.
While they are couching their remarks as concern about all citizens, and that a government audit of fraud, waste and abuse is a threat to democracy and a Constitutional crisis, the real issue is that they are concerned that the American public will find out who has been pilfering money from the government. We the People are not being violated by Elon Musk or DOGE. They, the Democrats, who have been using the government to enrich themselves and maintain power are about to be exposed. UPDATE: Numerous Prominent J6 Political Prisoners are Kicked Out of CPAC and Escorted From Premises Without an Explanation

One of President Trump’s first historic moves after assuming office in January was to pardon and commute the sentences of 1,500-plus January 6 political prisoners. President Trump did this on his first day back in office. Over 1,500 Americans were set free from their political prosecution by the Biden Regime and the tyrannical FBI that used nearly 5,000 members of their workforce to work on January 6 cases.
Trump made history once again.
Following President Trump’s courageous move, hundreds of pardoned and commuted January 6 hostages were talking all month on social media about meeting up at CPAC 2025.
The men and women were excited about coming together, reuniting, and meeting each other, as well as the amazing American patriots who fought for their freedom.
And, of course, the January 6ers also wanted to see the man who gave them their FREEDOM, President Donald Trump.Former political prisoner Jake Lang was one of the J6ers who was excited about attending CPAC 2025. He rented a booth, paid for a room, and planned to live-stream his experience during CPAC weekend.
However, on Wednesday afternoon, while he was broadcasting from his booth, J6er Jake Lang was told he was not welcome at CPAC even though he reportedly purchased a booth and over 20 tickets for J6ers who wanted to attend.
The Gateway Pundit reported on this on Wednesday.
Jake Lang left the building and continued to live-stream video. After he was escorted from the Gaylord Hotel, Jake lashed out at several people who he believed were behind the decision to remove him from CPAC. The Gateway Pundit removed any video from our Rumble page of Jake accusing people of being behind his expulsion from the conference. We have no idea who was behind the decision to kick Jake out of the conference. We hope to learn more today.

Father God, this news is both puzzling and unnerving. We pray for the total truth to be told about what was going on behind the scenes with CPAC and their legal department. Something seems awry, but You have all of the facts, Lord! We don’t know the whole story; but on the surface, are these actions by CPAC not adding insult to injury? Haven’t the J6ers suffered enough? Those sent packing were actually invited by CPAC—a conservative group who should welcome those who were grossly abused and denied their civil rights. Why then were some expelled from the conference and other J6ers permitted to stay? The President, himself, pardoned and commuted each of their sentences.
Lord, we pray that this occurrence does not turn into an ugly confrontation but that the truth would set free all involved. May apologies be issued with sincerity, and policy and/or personnel changes be made if You direct. We ask also for recompense for unfair financial loss, at least for travel expenses and tickets. We pray for confusion in the ranks of both sides to cease, and for Shalom to reign. Lord, You are well able to reveal the truth and to make much good come out of this puzzling situation. In Yeshua’s mighty name, Amen!

Newsham: Only Trump stands in way of Xi’s brutal plans for South Korea, Japan

In South Korea, “pro-North Korea and pro-China (and anti-American) leftists are aiming to establish a one-party state,” Grant Newsham of the Center for Security Policy and the Yorktown Institute wrote for the Sunday Guardian.
“China encourages and supports this entropic warfare — tearing apart South Korea’s free society and eroding the ROK-US alliance.”
Improved relations between South Korea and Japan engineered by now-impeached South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol are in trouble.
“Japan is also on Xi’s menu,” Newsham wrote.
China “will be stepping up operations around the Senkaku islands and elsewhere in the Nansei Shoto (Japan’s southern islands) — with an eye towards keeping Japan on the backfoot, or worse —when the time comes to hit Taiwan,” Newsham wrote.
“The Russians will be piling on around Japan too. Don’t expect Putin to become nice in 2025. Kim Jong-Un in North Korea is on a roll thanks to Beijing and Moscow — as Tokyo well knows. Xi will play the pro-China elements in Japan’s ruling class, suggesting there’s a deal to be cut,” Newsham added.
“This passive aggressive behavior actually works. Plenty of Japanese leaders fall for it, not least Prime Minister Ishiba, and it distracts Japan from building a proper defense.”
Xi’s master plan, Newsham continued, “resembles Japan in the 1920s and 1930s — aiming to dominate and to drive the United States out of the Asia-Pacific region. Xi is not going to ease off and will likely turn up the heat everywhere.”
What is standing in Xi’s way?
“The only thing restraining Xi is the Americans and Donald Trump,” Newsham wrote. Two of Trump’s top appointees, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and national security adviser Mike Waltz, have been wise to China’s threat for years. Beijing even slapped a travel-ban on then-Sen. Rubio “for talking about the CCP’s stilettoing of human rights in China and beyond,” Newsham noted.
“Rubio also did something a couple years ago that terrified Chinese communist leadership. He required the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) to report on the overseas wealth of CCP leaders — and Xi Jinping,” Nwesham wrote. “It was due months ago. Lord, we do pray for the leftist-leaning leaders in South Korea and Japan who aim to “cut a deal” with China. Show them the light and the truth of their political goals; may they have a change of mind and heart about playing “Let’s make a deal!” with Xi and the CCP. Give the leaders foresight, or remove them from positions of influence. We stand in the gap and pray for them to have Your wisdom and discernment into Xi’s and Kim Jong-Un’s (& Putin’s) plans and the consequences.
Omnipotent Father, we read that “The only thing restraining Xi is the Americans and Donald Trump.” As the ONE who raises up kings and leaders, You are also the ONE who topples leaders and governments. We thank You that President Trump is a formidable agent of Yours on this earth, and we are glad that he and our citizens, cooperating with You, cause Xi to take pause as he contemplates how to achieve world-dominance. May we be as the Sons (& Daughters) of Issachar, who discerned the times and knew what You wanted them to do about it. Hear our prayers for all of those in authority, especially President Trump.

The Senate on Thursday voted 51-49 to confirm Kash Patel as FBI director.
Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., voted "yes" on the conservative firebrand's confirmation, even while moderates Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, and Susan Collins, R-Maine, voted "no."
A vote to invoke cloture and begin two hours of debate on the nominee passed 51 to 47 earlier Thursday.
Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee voted earlier this month, 12 to 10, to advance Patel to the full floor for a vote.
Patel, a vociferous opponent of the investigations into President Donald Trump and one who served at the forefront of Trump's 2020 election fraud claims, vowed during his confirmation hearing last month that he would not engage in political retribution against agents who worked on the classified documents case against Trump and other politically sensitive matters.
But his confirmation comes at a time when the FBI’s activities, leadership and personnel decisions are being closely scrutinized for signs of politicization or retaliation.

Abba, we give You thanks and praise for Kash Patel being voted in as head of the FBI. We ask that You will guide and direct all of his decisions, give him Your wisdom as he begins this new position. Holy Spirit, give him a heart to listen to those around him, to take them seriously and to respect what they have to say. Father God, he has said that his intentions are to "let good cops be good cops", and that transparency is essential. We ask You to go before him as he walks this out with You, show him how to ensure transparency throughout this very large organization. We ask You to open doors for him that need to be opened and close those that need to be closed, Jesus, we ask You to speak to hearts of those who work for him, give them an openness to let him prove to them that he will not use politics in this job, that he will not single out people for political reasons. Archaeologists have uncovered the long-lost tomb of Pharaoh Thutmose II near Luxor. The tomb, buried under centuries of flood debris, contains inscriptions confirming the identity of the short-reigning 18th dynasty ruler. Located in the Valley of the Kings, this marks the first discovery of a pharaonic tomb since Tutankhamun’s in 1922, offering new insights into Egypt’s New Kingdom era.
A team of British and Egyptian archaeologists has uncovered the long-lost tomb of Pharaoh Thutmose II near Luxor, marking the first discovery of a pharaonic royal tomb in more than a century.
This monumental find is the most significant since Howard Carter unearthed King Tutankhamun’s tomb in 1922.
Led by Dr. Piers Litherland of the New Kingdom Research Foundation and in collaboration with Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the joint expedition identified the tomb west of the Valley of the Kings.
Archaeologists confirmed the tomb’s identity through alabaster jars bearing the name of Thutmose II and his wife, Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most renowned female pharaohs.
The significance of the tomb
The tomb of Thutmose II, the fourth ruler of the 18th dynasty, was the last missing royal burial site from that period.
Despite his brief reign from approximately 1493 to 1479 BCE, Thutmose II played a crucial role in Egypt’s history, particularly as the husband of Hatshepsut, who later ruled as pharaoh in her own right, according to Claire Isabella Gilmour, a PhD Candidate, Anthropology and Archaeology, University of Bristol expressing her views in a piece for The Conversation.
