Program for Monday: Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Daniel Driscoll, of North Carolina, to be Secretary of the Army, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture thereon at 5:30 p.m.

Additional roll call votes are possible during Monday's session.


Thursday, 2/20, Senate began consideration of two nominations:
  • Daniel Driscoll, of North Carolina, to be Secretary of the Army
  • Jamieson Greer, of Maryland, to be United States Trade Representative, with the rank of Ambassador

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24TH
On Monday, the House will meet at noon for morning hour and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. Votes will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.

Legislation Considered Under Suspension of the Rules
 

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH AND THE BALANCE OF THE WEEK
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for morning hour and noon for legislative business. On Thursday, the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business. Last votes expected no later than 3:00 p.m.

H. Con. Res. 14 – Establishing the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 2034. (Sponsored by Rep. Arrington / Budget Committee)

Res. 35 – Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to ‘‘Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions.’’ (Sponsored by Rep. Pfluger / Energy and Commerce Committee)

H.J. Res. 20 – Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to ‘‘Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Gas-fired Instantaneous Water Heaters’.’ (Sponsored by Rep.
