Ottawa Police Chief: "We Will Be Going After Protesters for MONTHS to come! Financial Sanctions and Prison!"

In a press conference on Saturday, interim chief of Ottawa Police Steve Bell said law enforcement would go after individuals present at the peaceful freedom convoy protest in Ottawa for “months to come”.
Bell admitted police forces are collecting intelligence through police body cams. The intelligence will later be used to identify and track down the protestors and impose “financial sanctions and criminal charges”.
“If you are involved in this protest, we will actively look to identify you and follow up with financial sanctions and criminal charges. Absolutely”, Bell said.
Bell was also asked about false claims by the Ottawa police that a bike was thrown at police horses. Video and photographic evidence from the scene clearly shows a woman in a mobility scooter being trampled by cavalry police.
Bell refused to elaborate, but suggested the image could be “photoshopped”, adding that there was a lot of disinformation regarding the protest, and that is why the Ottawa Police has been actively posting updates on social media. (We Love Trump) Read more.

A video documenting a demonstration held in the Shimon Hatzadik neighborhood of Jerusalem on Friday against the Jewish presence shows dozens of demonstrators shouting threatening messages at Jews.
The demonstrators shouted: "Jews, remember Khaybar (a Jewish settlement in the Arabian Peninsula conquered by Muhammad)! Muhammad's army will return!"
Addressing Hamas, the demonstrators shouted: "Disciples of Ayyash (a former senior officer in the al-Qassam brigade) take action - put a rifle next to your Quran!" (Read more)

2. Bennett: Iran deal will lead to ‘more violent’ Middle East - Times of Israel
Speaking in Jerusalem to the Conference of Presidents of the Major American Jewish Organizations, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett says the emerging Iran deal will lead to “a more violent, more volatile Middle East.”
The biggest problem is the sunset clause, which in two and a half years allows Iran to install and operate advanced centrifuges, he says. He emphasizes that Israel is not automatically against a deal, but the deal taking shape in Vienna strengthens Tehran at the wrong time.
“Right now they are very weak. The rial has depreciated. They are at their weakest spot in history, and we are going to pour tens of billions of dollars back into this apparatus of terror,” warns Bennett. (Read more)

3. Any Iran deal must have IAEA enforcement, Gantz tells Harris - Jerusalem Post
Any revival of the 2015 Iran nuclear dealmust allow for the International Atomic Energy Agency to monitor compliance, Defense Minister Benny Gantz told US Vice President Kamala Harris when they met Saturday night on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
“I expressed my gratitude to US President [Joe] Biden and the VP for their commitment to preventing a nuclear Iran,” Gantz said after the meeting. “I told her that any future agreement must include consistent enforcement by the IAEA in addition to handling the open files in the nuclear program.”
Gantz is in Munich to both address the conference on Sunday and to hold wide-ranging diplomatic meetings on the possibility on the pending Iran deal, the possible Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Abraham Accords and the stalled Israeli-Palestinian conflict. (Read more)

4. Iron Dome activated as drone from Lebanon lands in Israel, sirens blare - World Israel News
An unmanned aircraft from Lebanon penetrated Israeli territory Friday at noon, followed by two Code Red sirens sounded throughout the Upper Galilee.
The IDF launched an Iron Dome defense missile, but whether the aircraft was intercepted or fell is unclear.
“Iron Dome interceptors were launched according to protocol and fighter jets were scrambled to patrol the area. No special instructions for civilians in the area have been issued,” the IDF said in a statement.
However, the interceptor missiles failed to shoot down the drone, which returned to Lebanese airspace, the Israeli military said. (Read more)

5. Israel Reiterates Call For Citizens to ‘Immediately’ Leave Ukraine Amid Fears of Russian Invasion - Algemeiner
Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Sunday reiterated a plea for Israeli citizens to “immediately” leave Ukraine amid Western fears over an imminent Russian invasion.
“We are in a delicate time vis-à-vis global stability. We do not know what any given day will bring,” Bennett said.
“I appeal from here to all Israeli citizens who are still in Ukraine: This is not the time to be complacent. A little discomfort now is preferable to tangible danger to your lives later. Come home,” he urged.

6. Breaking! Israel ends ban on unvaccinated tourists, drops school COVID tests - IsraelNationalNews
After two years of strictly limiting entry to non-citizens, Israel to open its doors to most tourists - regardless of vaccination status.
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz), and Tourism Minister Yoel Razvozov (Yesh Atid) met Sunday to discuss the possibility of ending most restrictions on entry to foreign tourists.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the ministers agreed to permit both vaccinated and unvaccinated nationals of all ages to enter the country on tourist visas to enter Israel, on condition that they test negative on two PCR tests – one before boarding their flight and one upon arrival in Israel.

1. Canadian clergy rebuke Trudeau for invoking Emergencies Act, other 'tyrannical actions' - Fox News
A group of Canadian clergy sent an open letter to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau earlier this week rebuking him for invoking the Emergencies Act to quell the Freedom Convoy and for other actions they described as "tyrannical."
"We are writing to you as representative pastors of Christian congregations from across the nation and as law-abiding citizens who respect the God-defined role of civil government and uphold the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the highest law of our land, which recognizes the supremacy of God over all human legislation," read the letter, which was signed by 29 clergymen and remains open for other Canadians to sign.
Your government does not grant people the right to their bodily integrity, the right to work or earn a living, the right to decide for their children or to be with their families or dying loved ones, the right to gather to worship and obey God, the right to travel in their own land or enter and leave. Civil government exists to protect these pre-political and fundamental freedoms, not bestow and remove them as if it can function in the place of God." (Read more)

2. Canada's House of Commons erupts after Trudeau accuses Jewish MP of supporting swastikas - Fox News
The Canadian House of Commons erupted in shouts of condemnation Wednesday after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau replied to a Jewish member of Parliament by accusing members of the opposing Conservative Party of "standing with people who wave swastikas."
Trudeau, a member of the Liberal Party, made his comment in response to being grilled by Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman during a tense, emotional Question Period, which occurs every sitting day in the Canadian House of Commons when members of Parliament ask questions of government ministers, including the prime minister.
Lantsman, who became the first Jewish woman to be elected as a Conservative MP last October, read a 2015 quote from Trudeau when he said, "If Canadians are going to trust their government, their government needs to trust Canadians."
Lantsman contrasted such a sentiment with Trudeau characterizing members of the Freedom Convoy as "very often misogynistic, racist, women-haters, science-deniers, the fringe." Accusing him of fanning "the flames of an unjustified national emergency," Lantsman demanded to know "When did the prime minister lose his way?" (Read more)

3. Zelensky: Western leaders became Putin's 'accomplices,' war means 'millions of casualties' - Washington Examiner
MUNICH — Russia’s preparations for a major assault on Ukraine could result in a conflict with “millions of casualties” and lead to a third world war, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who accused the luminaries of the trans-Atlantic alliance of adopting an “appeasement” policy that has failed to constrain the Kremlin.
“The security architecture of our world is brittle. It is obsolete,” Zelensky said Saturday. “Some countries are committing crimes while others resort to indifference — the indifference that turned them into accomplices.”
If Zelensky’s mere appearance at the Munich Security Conference came as a surprise to attendees — he faced questions about “leaving your house unguarded," as CNN's Christiane Amanpour put it, with Russian forces poised to attack — his message was even more bracing. In Zelensky’s telling, the war in Ukraine had exposed the “arrogance and irresponsibility” of a Western foreign policy elite that hid its failures behind a facade of self-congratulatory sanctimony.

4. Biden Says He Believes Putin Has Decided to Invade Ukraine - The Epoch Times
President Joe Biden on Friday afternoon said that U.S. intelligence officials believe Russia will invade Ukraine in the coming days and will target its capital, Kyiv. “We have reason to believe that Russian forces are planning and intend to attack Ukraine in the coming week—coming days,” he said at the White House, without providing details. “We believe that they will target Ukraine’s capital Kyiv.”
Biden also said officials believe that “as of this moment I’m convinced [Putin]’s made the decision” to invade Ukraine. The United States, he added, will not send troops to Ukraine to fight.
Moscow did not immediately issue a response, but the Kremlin has continuously denied it will invade its neighbor. More than 100,000 Russian troops have been stationed near areas along Russia’s border with Ukraine for about a month, and U.S. officials said that number has swelled to more than 190,000 in recent days.
“We see additional forces going to the border including leading-edge forces,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken told the Munich Security Conference. “This is the most significant military mobilization in Europe since the Second World War,” U.S. ambassador Michael Carpenter also said at another meeting in Europe. 5. Unexplained injuries similar to previous "Havana Syndrome" cases afflicted U.S. officials on White House grounds - CBS
High-ranking Homeland Security officials in the Trump administration say they were overcome with feelings of vertigo, confusion and memory loss while on White House grounds and in their Washington, D.C.-area homes. The incidents and symptoms they describe are similar to the "Havana Syndrome" that has been reported by American diplomats in foreign countries since 2016.
The officials spoke to 60 Minutes for a new report airing Sunday. Other stories of officials being stricken were corroborated by former National Security Adviser John Bolton, who fears there is a threat to the highest levels of the U.S. government. "If we were at war and an adversary could disable the president and his top advisers, or commanders in the field, it could render us extraordinarily vulnerable," Bolton told correspondent Scott Pelley. "We don't know that that's the threat we're facing. But I would much rather focus on finding out the answer now, rather than finding out later when it may be too late." (Read more)

6. Justice at the Gates: The Clinton Campaign - IFA
The intent of this article is to present an update of the Durham investigation, so that we may pray for justice. The intention is not to accuse anyone of any crime, nor draw conclusions. The intent is to share new revelations so that we can pray about them.
We all remember the impeachment process in 2019 when President Trump was accused of colluding with Russia to influence the outcome of the 2016 election. Though the House voted for impeachment in the democratically-controlled chamber, the articles were never taken up by the republican Senate.
U.S. Attorney General (AG) William Barr appointed a Special Counsel to look into matters that came to surface during the impeachment process.
AG Barr appointed US Attorney John Durham to lead the investigation. Durham and his team filed a motion in court on February 11, 2022 that, if proven to be true, would turn out to be the largest scandal in American history. The filing alleges presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman (Partner at Perkins & Coie and former legal counsel for the Democratic National Committee), worked with an unnamed “Tech Executive” (and a number of other parties) to provide a fictitious “white paper” to the FBI creating the false narrative connecting candidate Trump with a Russian bank. The filing also alleges the same parties monitored internet traffic to the Trump Tower, Candidate Trump’s apartment and – understand the gravity of these next few words – the Executive Office of the President of the United States, shortly after President Trump took office.

7. Pentagon Hosts Socialist Event - IFA
The Pentagon is slated to host an event on Wednesday making “the case for global justice and democratic socialism” as a means to combat China’s rise, sparking ire on Capitol Hill.
The event, titled, “Responding to China: The Case for Global Justice and Democratic Socialism,” is being hosted by the Institute for National Strategic Studies, a department of the National Defense University, the Pentagon’s top policy shop. . .
Featured speaker Thomas Piketty, a French economist, “will argue that the right answer” to addressing China’s rise “lies in ending Western arrogance and promoting a new emancipatory and egalitarian horizon on a global scale, a new form of democratic and participatory, ecological and post-colonial socialism. . . If they stick to their usual lecturing posture and a dated hyper-capitalist model, Western countries may find it extremely difficult to meet the Chinese challenge.” Piketty is the author of the book Time for Socialism.
The event, which was first reported by the Conservative Brief, is raising eyebrows on Capitol Hill, with Rep. Jim Banks (R., Ind.), a top Republican on the House Armed Services Committee, telling the Washington Free Beaconthat the Biden administration is politicizing America’s military. “Thanks to Joe Biden, our military is more political than ever and the world is less stable than it’s been in decades,” Banks said. “The Pentagon has a lot on its plate. They need to focus on their mission: keeping all Americans safe from foreign threats…” (Read more)

8. Sen. Ron Johnson Introduces Bill That Would Block Federal Agencies From Interfering With Doctors' Right to Treat Patients - Daily Caller
Republican Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson introduced legislation Wednesday that would block federal agencies from interfering with doctors’ rights to treat patients.
The Daily Caller first obtained the legislation which was cosponsored by Republican Indiana Sen. Mike Braun and Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee. The bill is titled the “The Right to Treat Act” and would make it so no federal agency would have the authority to regulate the practice of medicine and that no federal law, rule, regulation, or policy would restrict the distribution of FDA approved drugs or a Right to Try drug.
Many other countries have experimented with other drugs to help prevent or treat COVID-19. The drug Ivermectin has reportedly been investigated in Japan and in the U.K. In early February, a Japanese pharmaceutical company found that Ivermectin had an “antiviral effect” against COVID-19. The drug has not been approved by the FDA but made news after podcaster Joe Rogan said he used the drug to battle COVID-19 when he was infected. Whereas some doctors reportedly say the drug works, the FDA recommends not taking the drug to treat or prevent COVID-19.
Johnson’s office told the Daily Caller that at least 13 state legislatures are considering or have passed bills to protect the physicians’ off-label prescribing rights. “The pandemic exposed the fact that many doctors no longer call the shots when it comes to treating patients, the COVID Cartel does. The COVID Cartel includes the Biden Administration, federal health agencies, Big PHARMA, mainstream media, and Big Tech,” Johnson told the Daily Caller. (Read more)

9. Incredible number of Democrats want Hillary probed for framing Trump - WND
Large numbers of Republicans and independents have wondered just what was going on during the 2016 election season when Democrats were cooking up and talking about their claims that the campaign of Donald Trump was colluding with Russia. The evidence just didn't connect for them, and a subsequent years-long investigation by former FBI chief Robert Mueller debunked the allegations.
So the questions have been around ever since – who did what to get that fake news scheme going in the newspapers – and the federal government, and Special Counsel John Durham is reviewing the evidence, already having brought three criminal cases.
But now there's a stunning new development: Just about as many Democrats as Republicans want an investigation into just what that year's Democrat candidate, Hillary Clinton, had to do with the collusion conspiracy theory.
Sixty-nine percent of the GOP and 54% of independents give the media poor grades. But 53% of Democrats like the media's work on the Biden family scandals. One survey following the 2020 presidential race, by Media Research Center, showed that had the media not suppressed accurate – and negative – reporting about the Biden family just before the election, President Trump would now be in the White House. 10. Virginia concedes zombie Equal Rights Amendment is dead! - WND
The state of Virginia, which had sought in court to resurrect the corpse of the Equal Rights Amendment, admits the plan that expired in 1979 now is dead.
The state has sued, in Commonwealth of Virginia v. Ferriero, demanding that the zombie ERA actually be revived and installed in the Constitution.
"The Equal Rights Amendment has been legally dead for decades because its proponents failed to secure the required support from the states to amend the Constitution," explained Kristen Waggoner, counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom.
"Virginia made the right decision to withdraw from this unsuccessful lawsuit that disrespects our nation's constitutional amendment process and threatens women's rights and opportunities. Even former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg acknowledged that the push to sneak the ERA into the Constitution comes 'long after the deadline passed.' Virginia's appropriate withdrawal from this litigation—which never should have been undertaken—respects the American people and the integrity of the Constitution." (Read more)

We’re Waiting, But Here’s a Warning
|
|
|
The Freedom Convoy in Canada has sparked a similar movement in the U.S. that is reportedly expected to arrive in Washington, D.C on March 6. Your very own intrepid D.C. Insider expects to visit these protests in person, but in the meantime there are important prayer points and pieces of wisdom that can guide how we pray for this movement.
First, in case you’re unsure, this trucker movement very much deserves our prayer covering. This may be one of the most important protests in a long while given how it has impacted Canada, a supposedly free nation that has taken a sharp turn toward authoritarianism.
Canada’s government seized bank accounts, monitored Facebook pages and has now made arrests to combat the movement of truckers, which began to protest a vaccine mandate enacted in January.
Given that Canada is on our border and so entangled with our culture and economy, we’d be foolish to think their fall from freedom could not drag us down as well. In fact, we have already seen the same pattern emerge in our own country.
Insider Intercessory Information
We must pray for these protests to remain peaceful and to not be twisted by the media as violent or “insurrectionist.” The media and ruling class of Washington, D.C. were absolutely traumatized by Jan. 6, egged on by the incendiary news coverage. See how the New York Times described the Capitol in July article last year:
“In the immediate wake of the attack, Capitol Hill resembled a war zone, with a wide perimeter of razor wire-topped fencing patrolled by National Guard troops dressed in camouflage fatigues.”
On Jan. 7 of 2021, the city was gloomy. When I rode the underground metro train, nobody said a word. Faces were downcast.
Why do I tell you this? Because when the convoy of truckers arrives in Washington next month, the radical left and their false prophets in the media will likely do everything they can to equate the trucker protests to the “insurrection.” The “Freedom Protest” will soon become “Jan. 6 all over again.”

Mounted Police Knock Protesters Down, as Over 100 Are Arrested in Ottawa

OTTAWA, Canada—Police put the number of arrests at over 100, and the number of vehicles towed at 21 on Feb. 18 as law enforcement escalated its confrontation with protesters in Ottawa. Mounted police and officers on foot advanced on crowds to push them away from the designated secured area, in some instances knocking down protesters.
The police slowly pushed back the crowd for most of the day, but in the afternoon increased pressure by deploying pepper spray and using police on horseback to gain more ground while advancing against the protesters. Some police officers carried assault rifles and what appeared to be rubber bullet launchers.
Earlier in the day, protest organizer Benjamin Dichter took to Twitter to urge protesters to leave and pleaded with the OPS to let the truckers “leave in peace. One of Freedom Convoy Canada drivers had his truck windows smashed by Ottawa Police, guns drawn & dragged out of his vehicle by force. It’s time to leave. Ottawa Police please allow the remaining trucks to leave in peace.” (Read more)

- Pray that the case and the truth of the investigation’s findings would be in plain view of the public through news reports and social media. Let it not be buried and hidden, furthering the deception about this issue that has been and is currently going on.
- Thank God for U.S. Attorney John Durham and his team who have brought these revelations to light. Pray for Durham, his family, and staff. Pray for supernatural protection and boldness as they find themselves at the center of revealing damaging information about powerful people, including Hillary Clinton and her campaign.
- Pray for DC District Court Judge Christopher Cooper who is presiding over this case. Judge Cooper’s wife Amy Jeffress, was a former top aide to Obama Administration Attorney General Eric Holder and she represented FBI lawyer Lisa Page in a civil case. (Is 10:1) Pray that he would understand God’s ways and would issue just and fair decrees.
- Pray for boldness for media personnel to report the truth of the findings and to stay on top of the story as it progresses. This is news of a huge magnitude and comparable to the Watergate wire-tapping.
- Pray not only for truth to continue to be fully revealed, but pray for justice to come to the gates, as the Bible says in Amos 5:15.
- Pray that the spirit of deception and the spirit of Leviathan would be cut off at the knees and crushed.
- Pray for confusion in the camp of those who seek to continue to perpetuate cover-up and spin of the deeds unveiled in the Durham investigation. Pray that the people who are setting traps would fall into them and not others. (Ps 7:15)
- Pray that all who have colluded to wiretap, surveil, deceive, and manipulate would confess and expose details of all the wrongdoing and everyone involved. Pray that everything (every evil intent and action) would be exposed to light and become visible (Eph 5:13).
- Pray for protection for all those people and platforms who share this information. Pray against plans of the enemy for cancellation and censorship.
- Pray through the scripture, “Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate…” (Amos 5:15) May justice be at the gate and fulfilled!

The Sun Has Erupted Non-Stop All Month, And There Are More Giant Flares Coming
|

The past few weeks or so have been a very busy time for the Sun. Our star has undergone a series of giant eruptions that have sent plasma hurtling through space.
Perhaps the most dramatic was a powerful coronal mass ejection and solar flare that erupted from the far side of the Sun on February 15 just before midnight. Based on the size, it's possible that the eruption was in the most powerful category of which our Sun is capable: an X-class flare.
Because the flare and CME were directed away from Earth, we're unlikely to see any of the effects associated with a geomagnetic storm, which occurs when material from the eruption slams into Earth's atmosphere. These include interruptions to communications, power grid fluctuations, and auroras. But the escalating activity suggests that we may anticipate such storms in the imminent future.
"This is only the second farside active region of this size since September 2017," astronomer Junwei Zhao of Stanford University's helioseismology group told SpaceWeather. "If this region remains huge as it rotates to the Earth-facing side of the Sun, it could give us some exciting flares."
According to SpaceWeatherLive, which tracks solar activity, the Sun has erupted every day for the month of February, with some days featuring multiple flares. That includes three of the second-most powerful flare category, M-class flares: an M1.4 on February 12; an M1 on February 14; and an M1.3 on February 15. Man Invents ‘The Shoe That Grows’ Impacting the Lives of Thousands of Children Worldwide

In many corners of the world, children lacking the most basic amenities such as shoes are still commonplace. However, one entrepreneur who saw this situation firsthand came up with a brilliant idea: “The Shoe That Grows.” Inventing a leather sandal that expands five sizes and lasts for years, 37-year-old Kenton Lee has successfully impacted thousands of lives around the world.
“We tested 100 pairs of the prototype in four different schools in Kenya,” Lee said. “And then we worked with a factory to make our first batch of 3,000 pairs of The Shoe That Grows.” Lee, who studied business and nonprofit management at college, then set up his company, “Because International,” with a clear goal in mind. “Our mission is to use products as solutions to alleviate poverty,” he said. “Our vision is to distribute The Shoe That Grows to kids around the world and to create as many jobs as possible through our Because Accelerator entrepreneur training program.”
So how does the leather shoe that is made of long-lasting materials actually work? “Basically, the kids can adjust the shoe on the top with Velcro straps and an adjustable toe piece,” Lee explained. “Then the bottom of the shoe unfolds as the foot naturally grows.”
So far, working alongside partners in many different countries, the nonprofit organization has sent its shoes to 100 countries around the world, with the majority to Africa, especially East Africa, Lee told The Epoch Times. Over the years, the company has distributed over 350,000 pairs and helped children to lead healthier lives, attend school more regularly, and have confidence in themselves.
The nonprofit has also received immense support from kids and adults around the United States and the world over. “People really love the innovation and compassion of our shoes,” Lee said. “We are honored to receive much support.”
