TODAY'S TOP STORY #1:
Vaccine Tracking is just a Vote Away
|
|
|
While Americans were not Watching...
H.R. 550 - Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021
|
|
While all eyes were on the Dobbs case the evening before the Supreme Court hearing, the House was hearing about and debating a sinister plan to implement a national immunization record tracking system.
Called the H.R. 550 - Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021, the measure was debated for just 40 minutes, and the recorded vote revealed all Democrats and 80 Republicans voted in favor of passage – 294 in total.
The Act was sent to the U.S. Senate where it will be evaluated by the Health, Education, Labor & Pension Committee (known as the HELP Committee).
This measure is one Senate vote away from becoming law.
What does it do?
The bill appropriates $400 million to develop and implement a national immunization record tracking system for use federally, by states, by local municipalities, by US territories and even sovereign nation tribal areas.
The purpose of this bill is clear:
- To strengthen the current vaccine mandates.
- To add a layer of enforcement to the mandate which may result in refusing access or services to non-vaccinated or non-boostered Americans.
- To provide a mechanism for federal, state and local governments to access your vaccine status that would easily lead to the introduction of a vaccine passport or no-fly list.
What happens next?
If passed by the Senate, it would be implemented in less than 12 months. Once freedom and privacy on this issue is lost, it will be nearly impossible to regain. The time to act is now.
What do we do?
It is important that we take this opportunity to let our Senators know our thoughts and concerns about the use of our tax dollars for this critical piece of legislation. There are two messages that can be sent. Look at the map below to see which message you will send.
The map below identifies which message you will need to send.
|
|
Here is what you can do in three easy steps:
- PRAY: Seek the Father for wisdom on this issue and your response.
- TAKE ACTION:
- If you live in a YELLOW state on the map: If you live in a yellow state on this map, your role in addressing these Senators as a constituent is strategically important. Yellow states, click here to take action.
- If you live in a GRAY state on the map: If you live in a gray state, with no Senator on the HELP Committee, your message will be different but still critically important. Gray states, click here to take action.
- NEXT, MULTIPLY YOUR VOICE: Forward this notification to five of your friends that you believe would take action!
Praying and working together, we can make a difference and make our concerns heard in the Senate! For a download of this article Go Here

1. Russian FM headed to Israel after Latakia strike - Jerusalem Post
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is expected to visit Israel on Sunday for meetings with Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid.
The visit was announced the day after an alleged Israeli bombing of the Latakia port in Syria, near the Russian Khmeimim Air Base. Israel and Russia have a deconfliction mechanism for IAF strikes in Syria, where Russia has a substantial military presence, but Israeli strikes in Latakia and in Syria more broadly, have been points of contention between Jerusalem and Moscow in recent years. 2. Iranian reports: Nuclear negotiations to resume Dec. 9 - Israel Hayom
"We will continue the talks on Thursday ... and await practical steps by the West," Iran's top negotiator Ali Bakri Kani was quoted as telling Iranian media during a visit to Moscow by the semi-official news agency ISNA.
Earlier, the Tasnim news agency said Bakri Kani had finalized the date of the resumption of the talks after contacting European Union coordinator Enrique Mora.
The talks broke off on Friday as European officials voiced dismay at sweeping demands by Iran's new, hardline government. (Read more)

3. Israel Has Struck 75% of Iran’s Weapons in Syria: Security Sources - the Algemeiner
Israel has struck some three quarters of Iran’s weapons supply in Syria, sources within Israel’s security establishment told Israeli media Tuesday.
According to the Walla news site, the unnamed sources said that part of the weapons were constructed in Iran and smuggled into Syria by land, air, and sea in order to supply pro-Iran militias and assets in the war-torn country, as well as the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.
In their assessment, said the sources, Israel had achieved full deterrence against both Iran in Syria and Syria’s ruling Iran-allied regime of dictator Bashar Assad.
The materiel damaged in Israeli operations include rockets, missiles, air defense systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, weapons production infrastructure, and other assets. (Read more)

4. ‘A wall of iron, sensors and concrete’: IDF completes tunnel-busting Gaza barrier - Times of Israel
Standing in the shadow of a 30-foot-high concrete wall, top defense officials announced Tuesday that Israel had completed construction of a massive barrier running the length of the Gaza Strip both above and, critically, below ground.
The NIS 3.5 billion ($1.1 billion) project has taken over three years to complete and is meant to end the threat of cross-border attack tunnels from the Palestinian enclave, which the Strip’s Hamas rulers have utilized to deadly effect.
“This barrier, a creative, technological project of the first order, denies Hamas one of the capabilities that it tried to develop and puts a wall of iron, sensors and concrete between it and the residents of the south,” Defense Minister Benny Gantz said at the ceremony on Tuesday afternoon.
Construction of the barrier was a massive industrial undertaking, requiring some 1,200 workers, the removal of 330,000 trucks’ worth of sand, dirt and rocks, two million cubic meters of concrete and enough rebar that if laid out in a single line would reach Australia, according to Brig. Gen. Eran Ofir, who oversees construction of defensive barriers for the Defense Ministry.
The 40-mile (65-kilometer) barrier lies all along the Gaza border and extends out to sea in order to ensure that terror groups in the Strip do not dig underwater tunnels, as they have attempted in the past. (Read more)

5. Only Israel votes at UN to oppose ME nuclear-free zone - Jerusalem Post
Israel was the only country to oppose the UN General Assembly call for a Middle East nuclear-free zone, in a resolution approved 178-1 on Monday with two abstentions, the United States and Cameroon.
Iran, which the international community fears is on its way to becoming a nuclear threshold state, supported the text.
The resolution calls on all Middle Eastern countries “not to develop, produce, test or otherwise acquire nuclear weapons or permit the stationing on their territories, or territories under their control, of nuclear weapons or nuclear explosive devices.” (Read more)

Senate confirms Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus to run Customs and Border Protection - Washington Examiner
The Senate on Tuesday confirmed Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus as the new commissioner for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the largest law enforcement agency in the United States.
Senators voted 50-47 to confirm Magnus, who will go from managing an Arizona city police force of 1,000 employees to overseeing 60,000 federal personnel and a budget of $16 billion, as the Biden administration struggles with a major border crisis. Most Republican senators opposed the nominee.
President Joe Biden nominated Magnus, 61, in April to take over CBP. Troy Miller, the director of CBP’s New York Field Office, has been acting commissioner since shortly after Biden assumed office in January. The agency, which inspects passengers and vehicles seeking admission to the United States at land ports of entry, seaports, and airports, has been without a confirmed leader as illegal migration at the southern border has risen to the highest level in U.S. history. (Read More)
- Lord God we lift Tucson Police Chief Chris Magnus up to you that he would seek Your will and Your counsel. We pray that he would take his new job seriously, as Director of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and that he would do everything in his power to protect American citizens from harm and danger. In Jesus name amen.
- “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” (Philippians 2:4)

2. Here’s the Biggest Supreme Court Case No One’s Talking About - Free Beacon
The Biden administration plans to push the Supreme Court to dismiss a school-voucher case on a technicality, fearing that a ruling that allows state funds to go toward religious uses will throw open public coffers to religious schools.
The Biden Justice Department during oral arguments on Wednesday will press the Court to dismiss the case. The plaintiffs have a leg up heading into the argument because the Court said in decisions from 2017 and 2020 that religious groups can't be excluded from public benefits because of their religious identity.
The case, Carson v. Makin, involves two sets of parents from Maine who are seeking a wider distribution of state tuition assistance for religious schools. The Biden administration's stance is a sign the Justice Department anticipates losing the case, which would be a blow to Democrats and their union allies. (Read More)
- Lord we lift up the Supreme Court to You, that they would hold true to their oaths to protect the Constitution and religious liberty for every American, setting an honorable precedent for future generations to come. Thank you Lord for the freedoms that we have here in America. And we pray, Lord, that those that are in leadership will do everything in their power to protect what is left of our freedom. In Jesus name, amen.
- “Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” (Psalm 82:4)

3. House passes measure clearing way for Democrats to raise debt limit - Washington Examiner
The House passed legislation late Tuesday that will pave the way for Democrats to unilaterally raise the nation’s borrowing limit. The measure authorizes fast-track consideration of a debt ceiling increase bill and will allow it to pass the Senate later this month with only 51 votes instead of the usual 60 votes.
The House passed the bill following weeks of negotiations in the Senate, where Republicans have refused to support a long-term increase in the debt limit.
Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, said he agreed to the deal because it will not require any GOP lawmakers to vote to pass a debt limit increase.
But the measure passed by the House on Tuesday will require at least 10 Republicans in the Senate to overcome one procedural hurdle.
“I think this is in the best interest of the country by avoiding default,” McConnell said. (Read More)
- Lord God we pray for every Senate leader, both Democrat and Republican, that they would seek Your wisdom and counsel regarding the best financial decisions for the country and for every American citizen. No matter what decision is made, we thank You Lord that we don’t look to government for our provision but we depend upon You Lord in this last age.
- “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” (Deut. 31:6)

4. Pfizer-BioNTech Booster Protects Against Omicron - Time
Pfizer-BioNTech today reported the first, early results of studies examining how well their vaccine protects against the fast-spreading Omicron variant. The companies say that adding a booster to the two-dose vaccine regimen neutralizes the Omicron variant in lab studies.
In a press release, the companies noted that while two doses of their COVID-19 vaccine show decreased protection against Omicron, a booster dose significantly raises that protection. Blood samples from people vaccinated with a booster showed 25-fold higher levels of neutralizing antibodies against Omicron compared to blood serum from people immunized with just two doses.
Essentially, the booster brought levels of these virus-fighting antibodies back to those seen after two doses against the original virus strain. More durable immune responses involving T cells were also higher against Omicron after a booster dose. (Read More)
- Lord God we pray that you would continue to reveal the truth about these vaccines, and how we should discern the information being pushed on us every single day. We press into you now more than ever, Lord, knowing that you are the only solution for whatever plot, scheme, and plan that the enemy may unleash next. In You we trust. Amen.
- “He will not fear bad news; His heart is steadfast, trusting [confidently relying on and believing] in the LORD.” (Psalms 112:7)

One year later, San Diego district attorney charges Antifa members for assaults at pro-Trump march - Just The News
Prosecutors in San Diego charged at least seven self-described anti-fascists in connection with eight assaults that occurred in January during a pro-Trump "Patriot March" in Pacific Beach. Those arraigned earlier this week in San Diego Superior Court were part of a larger group arrested last week in raids conducted by police officers and sheriff's deputies across Southern California. Prosecutors says the defendants are "self-identified to be affiliated with Anti-fascists or Antifa."
The defendants are being tried for, among other things, conspiracy to commit a riot. According to the criminal complaint, the Antifa activists involved in this case began their criminal conspiracy one week before the Pacific Beach clash.
They are accused of using pepper spray, small flag poles, sticks, and other items to attack the Trump supporting crowd on the streets and boardwalk near Crystal Pier. Many of the crimes members of the group are being accused of were captured on video, including one man who pepper sprayed a dog and its owner. That man, Jeremy Jonathan White, 39, has been charged with conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon, use of tear gas not in self-defense and animal cruelty. (Read More)
- Lord we thank you that the system worked in the favor of justice in this particular situation. There is no excuse for this kind of chaos and destruction in our country. We thank you for righteous leaders who will hold people accountable for their actions.
- "Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow’s cause." (Isaiah 1:17)

6. U.S. will pay a price’: Chinese officials rant against U.S. diplomatic boycott of Olympics - Just The News
Chinese media outlets and politicians on Twitter are ranting against President Joe Biden’s decision to diplomatically boycott the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. One threat came from China's Foreign Ministry spokesman Lijian Zhao.
"China deplores and firmly opposes the US diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics, has lodged stern representations with the US and will respond with firm countermeasures. The US will pay a price for its erroneous actions," he tweeted along with a link to a video of a speech he made.
Biden's boycott is in response to accusations of human rights abuses by China, including slave labor and other crimes against humanity, most notably the genocide of Uyghur Muslims in Xinjiang. (Read More)
- Lord God we cancel these threats against the United States with the precious blood of Jesus and we break the power of these words in Jesus name. We pray that you would give the Biden administration wisdom when dealing with other countries and do whatever is in the best interest of the American people. Amen.
- “Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.” (Matthew 3:8)

7. Biden human rights record ‘makes Donald Trump appear like Mother Teresa,’ Bush adviser says - Just The News
The Biden administration’s record on human rights will be under the microscope later this week, when President Biden hosts his Summit for Democracy. Leaders from more than 100 countries, civil society, and the private sector will meet virtually on Thursday and Friday to discuss challenges facing democracies around the world and ways to address them.
Biden first introduced the idea for such a gathering as a presidential candidate in July 2019.
One of the principal themes of the gathering will be defending and promoting human rights at home and abroad, according to the White House and the State Department. The other two key themes are fighting corruption and defending against authoritarianism.
As Biden prepares to host his democracy summit, however, his commitment to defending human rights is coming under fire amid a flurry of damaging headlines and global developments.
"Biden may talk the talk, but his administration's human rights record already makes Donald Trump appear like Mother Theresa," said Michael Rubin, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. "Consider just the last few months." (Read More)
- Lord God we cover this meeting in the blood of Jesus Christ. Most of these government leaders have made huge mistakes and have deserted their values and their promises to their citizens -- therefore forfeiting their capacity to discuss how to better the world on a global scale. What would make real change is for these leaders to get together on their knees and pray to you, the one true God for help on how to better their countries and better the world. We pray God that you would be in the midst of them helping them understand their need for you.
- “For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is not partial and takes no bribe.” (Deuteronomy 10:17)

8. Just 18% of US households are 'nuclear families' with a married couple and children, - The Daily Mail
The number of homes in America with the traditional 'nuclear family' of a married couple with children is now the lowest it has been since 1959, according to Census data. The Census Bureau's count showed that 17.8 percent of the United States' 130 million households featured married parents with children under the age of 18.
That's only down from 18.6 percent from last year but down much more significantly from over 40 percent in 1970. There are currently just 23.1 million American homes with those 'nuclear families,' which is the fewest since 1959. The reasons given for the drop include the pandemic delaying marriage and a continued decline in birth rate. (Read More)
- Father God, we know that the attack on the family in this country is a plan of the enemy to bring instability and chaos. We thank you for your institution of marriage and family to reflect your family and your love that you have for each of us. Help us all to speak blessing over our children and to teach them your ways so that they would have life and abundance here on this earth; passing down blessings, extending from generation to generation. Amen.
- “The Lord bless you, and keep you; The Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)

9. Meadows suing Pelosi, Jan. 6 Committee - The Hill
Former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows is suing Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol as he faces a likely contempt referral for refusing to cooperate with the panel.
In a civil complaint filed Wednesday afternoon, Meadows's lawyers said the select committee does not have the authority to issue the subpoenas directed at him or obtain his phone records from a third party and that President Biden's refusal to assert executive privilege opens constitutional questions that should be decided through legal action.
“As a result, Mr. Meadows, a witness, has been put in the untenable position of choosing between conflicting privilege claims that are of constitutional origin and dimension and having to either risk enforcement of the subpoena issued to him, not merely by the House of Representatives, but through actions by the Executive and Judicial Branches, or, alternatively, unilaterally abandoning the former president’s claims of privileges and immunities," the complaint reads. "Thus, Mr. Meadows turns to the courts to say what the law is." (Read More)
- Lord God we come against the bullying tactics and unethical behavior from this committee in the name of Jesus. We pray that this panel will be brought down right now in the mighty name of Jesus, no longer having any power or control. Amen.
- “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

10. Poll: Less than one in four Americans want Biden to run again - Just The News
With less than three years to the next presidential election, 22% of Americans say they want to see President Joe Biden run as the Democratic nominee, according to a December poll from I&I/TIPP.
Vice President Kamala Harris is the second most popular candidate, favored by 12% of respondents. None of the other proposed candidates break into the double digits.
From Dec. 1-4, the online poll asked 1,013 registered voters: "Who do you want to see run for president on the Democratic ticket in 2024?"
Support for the 79-year-old president shrinks by more than half when not taking into account Democrat respondents – just 8% of Republicans and independents say they want Biden to run again. (Read More)
- Lord God we repent on behalf of the nation and all those who made this unrighteous and unjust decision in leadership. We pray that we would all have eyes to see and ears to hear at what you are saying now and how you want to Govern this nation Lord. Amen.
- “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

Stupidocrisy: Education's War On Parents
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, December 8, 2021
Images last month of parents being dragged out of school board meetings in Virginia and Texas for simply questioning school board policies that enabled rape, sexually explicit books in school libraries, the teaching of the revisionist history Critical Race Theory, vaccine and mask mandates, and the grooming of grade school students by LGBTQ+ activists were not enough to continue the war on parents by the National Education Association and its close allies. Now, an NEA board member and teacher in the General McLane School District of Erie County, PA, has posted that those claiming a religious exemption to avoid COVID shots deserve to lose their jobs, get sick, and die. The NEA’s silence on this reveals much.
Mollie Mumau, identifying as an Educator, Union Advocate, Semi-pro Wine Drinker, LGBTQ+ ally, and Team Pfizer, wrote: “Screw this guy and screw them all who are all about hiding behind religious exemptions because they don’t want anybody to tell them what to do. People tell you what to do all the time, and you do it. This is such BS. He and his ilk deserve whatever comes their way, including losing jobs, getting sick, and perhaps dying from this virus. But in the meantime, he’s going to put all the people around him in danger. I don’t know why the GOP doesn’t just take those guns they profess to love so much and just start shooting all of their constituents who think this way. It would be quicker and ultimately safer than putting me and my friends and family at risk.” Since, she and her post have disappeared. A screenshot has been reported. Read More

'Zombie fires' burn despite temperatures plunging
to 75 degrees below zero
|
|
Remote Siberia has been experiencing some of the coldest air on Earth in recent days, which has canceled school for some students and barely put out some of nature's most unrelenting wildfires.
Bone-chilling conditions are being reported across parts of Siberia, which has been experiencing some of the coldest air on Earth in recent days. Despite a blast of cold that is the most extreme in nearly eight years, "zombie fires" continued to burn beneath the frozen landscape.
On Tuesday evening, the temperature in Delyankir, Russia, fell to an ungodly 75 degrees below zero Fahrenheit (59.2 degrees below zero Celsius), making it the lowest temperature recorded in that location since January 2014. Last winter, the temperature fell to a minimum 73 below zero F (58.3 below zero C) on Jan. 18.
Delyankir is located in remote eastern Russia about 300 miles (483 km) to the north of the Sea of Oshkosh.
The region is known for its extreme cold. Oymyakon, located about 90 miles (145 km) to the southwest of Delyankir, is touted as the coldest permanently inhabited place on Earth with a record low of 90 below zero F (67.8 below zero C) that occurred in 1933.
On Tuesday evening, local time, the temperature in Oymyakon plunged to minus 72 F ( minus 57.7 C), brutal to be sure, but still one degree shy of where the mercury bottomed out there last January. Read More

He Led the Attack on Pearl Harbor, but Then His Enemy Led Him to Jesus
|
|
Eighty years ago, on December 7, 1941, Japanese pilot Mitsuo Fuchida led the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor that stunned Americans and catapulted the U.S. into World War II.
But years later, his life was transformed, partly by the testimony of an American who had been his enemy during the war. It was a man named Jacob DeShazer, who had been a prisoner of war in Japan.
DeShazer hated the Japanese after Pearl Harbor, and in April 1942, he risked his life for revenge as a member of the famed "Doolittle Raiders," carrying out a daring daylight bombing raid on Tokyo and other cities.
When DeShazer's plane ran out of fuel over Japanese-held territory, he was captured by Japan. For 40 months his captors starved, beat, and tortured him. While DeShazer was in prison he begged his captors for a Bible, and that's when he came to Christ.
"I discovered that God had given me new spiritual eyes and that when I looked at the enemy officers and guards who had starved and beaten my companions and me so cruelly, I found my bitter hatred for them changed to loving pity. I realized that these people did not know anything about my Savior," DeShazer recalled.
After the war, DeShazer returned to Japan as a missionary, and that's when his life intersected with Mitsuo Fuchida. (CBN) Read more here.

- Lord God, this testimony so touches our hearts. Thank You, Oh Lord, for Your amazing grace, that can transform even our hardest hearts towards our enemies to a heart of love.
Help us, O Lord, to find you in our pain. We ask You to break our hearts for that which breaks Your heart, and to bring healing to our own wounded souls. In Your Name, amen
and amen.

21 Days of Repentance
Day #19: The 5th Vial Judgment ~ Darkest Day
TODAY'S REPENTANCE REFLECTION:
Judgment Vial #5 ~ No More Shades of Gray
While the previous 4 Vials have been utterly horrifying, it is this one that really sends shivers down my spine. As a young child, probably the very first fear we remember is fear of the dark. In the dark, fear is multiplied exponentially. What is out there? Is something coming? Is it close but we can't see it?
Today we come to Judgment Vial #5...
Vial Judgment #5: Darkness Fills the Earth
Darkness is the absence of Light. Since Jesus Christ and His followers bring Light, at this point, there is no one speaking Truth anymore. Everything and everyone is living in a constant state of mass delusion. We are beginning to see twinges of how horrible this actually is with our "main street media." The lying has gotten so bad that we can sadly utilize their headlines now as a good barometer of " What is DEFINITELY not true!"
In doing the research for this Judgment Day, I realized that "darkness" is first mentioned in the very 2nd verse of the Holy Word of God.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
~Genesis 1:2 (KJV)

Scripture: Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin. Hebrews 9:22
Lyrics:
What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Refrain
Oh! precious is the flow
That makes me white as snow;
No other fount I know,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
For my pardon, this I see,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
For my cleansing this my plea,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Refrain
Nothing can for sin atone,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
Naught of good that I have done,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Refrain
This is all my hope and peace,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus;
This is all my righteousness,
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Refrain
Now by this I’ll overcome—
Nothing but the blood of Jesus,
Now by this I’ll reach my home—
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Refrain
Glory! Glory! This I sing—
Nothing but the blood of Jesus,
All my praise for this I bring—
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
