U.S. set to lose next war against China, Russia hypersonic missiles; Pentagon said to be “several years behind” both countries
|

If Russian President Vladimir Putin decides to send in his 100,000 or so troops massed on the border of Ukraine at any point in the near future following his video chat with our feeble, hapless ‘leader,’ Joe Biden earlier this week, there won’t be much the United States or even NATO can do about it.
For one, there is no political will in Europe to fight a third world war in a century, especially with a massive nuclear-armed enemy. For another, the United States, as advanced as our military is, lacks a key weapon that Russia is said to have: Nuclear-armed hypersonic missiles that can travel five-to-seven times the speed of sound.
Oh, and ditto for China, should Beijing decide to launch an attack on Taiwan to ‘reunify’ the island democracy with the mainland (never mind that the Chinese nationalists escaped there post-World War II to form their own country after losing a civil war to the Communists).
Bloomberg News reports
They’re so fast, their speed can change the surrounding air molecules. They can carry a nuclear warhead, fly low and be hard to detect. Hypersonic weapons are at the center of escalating competition between the U.S. and China. In an appearance on Bloomberg TV Oct. 27, General Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, likened China’s suspected tests of a hypersonic weapons system this summer to a “Sputnik moment,” a reference to the Soviet Union’s pioneering launch of a satellite in 1957, giving it an early lead in the space race and shocking the U.S.
The U.S. and Israel are believed to have the world’s most advanced missile defense systems, but they are not nimble or fast enough to pick off hypersonic weapons, so our national security is definitely at risk. (Read more)

1. Russia says Ukraine could turn into re-run of Cuban missile crisis - The Jerusalem Post
Russia said on Thursday that escalating tensions over Ukraine could lead to a repeat of the Cuban missile crisis, when the world stood on the brink of nuclear war.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov made the comment when asked by a reporter if the current situation could turn into something resembling the 1962 Cold War standoff between the United States and the Soviet Union.
"You know, it really could come to that," Interfax news agency quoted him as saying. "If things continue as they are, it is entirely possible by the logic of events to suddenly wake up and see yourself in something similar." (Read more)

2. Israel, US Defense Chiefs to Weigh Joint Exercise of Future Attack on Iran - Jewish Press
Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz and his American counterpart, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin are meeting on Thursday to discuss a military exercise to prepare for an attack that would destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities if negotiations fail to curb its efforts to develop a military nuclear device, Reuters reported, citing a senior US official.
In late November, Secretary Austin delivered a major policy speech on the Middle East and North Africa, which he opened with the statement: “The United States remains committed to preventing Iran from gaining a nuclear weapon. And we remain committed to a diplomatic outcome of the nuclear issue. But if Iran isn’t willing to engage seriously, then we will look at all the options necessary to keep the United States secure.”
The Israeli Air Force is currently preparing for an extensive exercise in which dozens of fighter jets will practice an attack on Iran, Kan 11 News reported on Wednesday. The large-scale exercise will take place this spring over the Mediterranean and Air Force planes will fly at ranges that simulate an attack in Iran. (Read more)

3.Shin Bet uncovers new Hamas cell in Hebron - report - The Jerusalem Post
The Shin Bet has uncovered a new Hamas terrorist cell in Hebron, with the members of the cell arrested in recent weeks, according to KAN news.
The cell was planning to conduct shooting attacks and an M16 and cash amount to NIS 17,000 was found in their possession. The cell was being directed by Abdel-Rahman Ghneimat from Turkey. Ghneimat headed the Tzurif terrorist cell which was involved in a number of attacks against Israel, including kidnappings and bombings. (Read more)

4. 58% of Israeli Jews back striking Iran’s nuke program without US consent - The Jerusalem Post
A significant majority of Jewish Israelis, 58%, would support a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities even without a green light from Washington, according to an Israel Democracy Institute report published Wednesday.
That number drops to 51% of Israelis when Israel’s entire population is taken into account, including its significant Arab minority.
Still, for a country that was once ready to downgrade or replace its prime ministers if they did not get along with a US president, and where many security experts consider at least a quiet US “wink” as necessary for an attack on Iran, that the general public feels differently was telling. 5. US Supreme Court justice refers to 'Jewish-Palestinian' conflict - The Jerusalem Post
Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett referred to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as the "Jewish-Palestinian conflict" during a hearing on a case concerning public funding of religious schools on Wednesday.
"How would you even know if a school taught all religions are bigoted and biased or Catholics are bigoted or, you know, we take a position on the Jewish-Palestinian conflict because of our position on, you know, Jews, right?" said Barrett in a question directed at Maine Chief Deputy Attorney-General.
The case being heard by the Supreme Court was Carson v. Makin, which centers on Maine's school tuition payment program that excludes schools that promote a faith or belief. Two families sued after they were denied tuition assistance, arguing that the program violates their religious freedom and equal protection rights. (Read more)

1. US sees 'urgent' need to boost Taiwan defenses, official says – The Hill
The United States sees an "urgent" need to bolster defenses in Taiwan amid worrying signals that China wants to reclaim its island neighbor, according to a top Pentagon official in Asia.
Ely Ratner, the assistant secretary of defense for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs, said at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Wednesday that China is likely preparing to "unify" Taiwan under the People's Republic of China. He called the threat "real and dangerous. Bolstering Taiwan's defenses is an urgent task," Ratner said. "We are modernizing our capabilities, updating U.S. force posture and developing new operational concepts."
Since 1949, Taiwan has been independent from the PRC, but China has recently increased its presence near the Taiwan Strait with aircraft flyovers.

- Father God, we pray You will stop and/or block the Chinese flyovers near the Taiwan Strait by erasing these from their schedule. Reduce their ability to control the takeover of Taiwan by an act of divine intervention that will collapse their intentions. 2. Escobar: What Putin Really Told Biden – Zerohedge
Russian and US leaders dropped their respective rhetorical gauntlets but nobody really expects Russia to invade Ukraine...
So Russian President Vladimir Putin, all by himself, and US President Joe Biden, surrounded by aides, finally had their secret video link conference for two hours and two minutes – with translators placed in different rooms. That was their first serious exchange since they met in person in Geneva last June – the first Russia-US summit since 2018. For global public opinion, led to believe a “war” in Ukraine was all but imminent, what’s left is essentially a torrent of spin.
So let’s start with a simple exercise focusing on the key issue of the video link – Ukraine -, contrasting the White House and Kremlin versions of what happened.
1a. The White House: Biden made it “clear” to Putin that the US and allies will respond with “decisive economic and other measures” to the military escalation in Ukraine. At the same time, Biden called on Putin to de-escalate around Ukraine and “return to diplomacy”.
1b.Kremlin: Putin offered Biden to nullify all restrictions on the functioning of diplomatic missions. He remarked that cooperation between Russia and the US is still in an “unsatisfactory” state. He urged the US not to shift “responsibility on the shoulders of Russia” for the escalation of the situation around Ukraine.
2a. The White House: the US will expand military aid to Ukraine if Russia takes steps against it.
2b. Kremlin: Putin told Biden that Russia is interested in obtaining legally fixed guarantees excluding NATO’s eastward expansion and the deployment of offensive strike systems in Russia’s neighboring countries.
3. The White House: Biden did not give Putin any commitments that Ukraine will remain outside NATO. (Read more)

3. Russia Amasses 175,000 Troops on Ukraine Border: War Expected in January - Israel 365 News
U.S. intelligence discovered that Russia is plotting a military assault against Ukraine with 175,000 soldiers near the border as early as January, according to an intelligence report by The Washington Post.
The obtained report points to a Russian plan to deploy 175,000 soldiers to the border with Ukraine by early 2022. The report also features satellite images of the military buildup. According to the document, Moscow has “newly arrived” artillery and tanks. They have also deployed 50 battlefield tactical units. The buildup is currently happening in four separate locations along the border, according to the report.
“The Russian plans call for a military offensive against Ukraine as early as early 2022 with forces two times the size of Moscow’s snap exercise adjacent to Ukraine’s borders,” an administration official reported. “The plans involve extensive movement of 100 battalion tactical groups with an estimated 175,000 personnel, along with armor, artillery, and equipment.” (Read more)

4. Senate Blocks Biden’s Vaccine Mandate for Private Businesses – The Epoch Times
In a 52-48 vote, mainly along party lines, the Senate voted to pass a resolution of disapproval of the rule submitted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA), which is overseen by the Department of Labor.
All 50 Republicans in the upper chamber joined with Sen. Mike Braun (R-Ind.) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) to challenge the measure under the Congressional Review Act (CRA), which allows Congress to review and, if necessary, overturn new regulations put into place by federal offices such as OSHA. Two Democrats, Sens. Joe Manchin III of West Virginia and Jon Tester of Montana, joined the Republicans in voting to overturn the vaccine mandate. (Read more)

5. Earthquake Swarm Hits Off Oregon Coast, Causing Fears Of 'The Next Big One' - Zerohedge
The Blanco Transform Fault Zone (BTFZ) off Oregon's coast, one of North America's most active fault lines, generated 50 earthquakes in the last 24 hours.
The quake swarm hit 200-250 miles west of Newport, Oregon, and ranged between magnitude 3.5 to 5.8. The area's seismic activity has generated a lot of buzz on social media, of worried people believing the next big one could be nearing.
"If you had asked me yesterday where on Earth would be most likely to produce a bunch of magnitude 5.0+ quakes in a single day, this would have been high on my list," Harold Tobin, Director of the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network at the University of Washington, told CNN
BTFZ is a strike-slip boundary which means tectonic plates slide along one another. The most dangerous are the subduction zones, where one plate dives underneath another.

6. Small Businesses Faced With Skyrocketing Shipping Costs—If They Can Even Buy What They Need – The Epoch Times
Christmas means more than presents, but some of the gifts that celebrate the season will be sadly lacking this year.
According to businesses across the country, supply chain issues and government regulations have made it difficult to get goods for Christmas. The worst problem for businesses is the shipping cost, several local business owners said.

7. New York Hospital Fires 100 Unvaccinated Employees Who Received Religious Exemptions – Resist the Mainstream
More than 100 employees at Kaleida Health found that their previously approved religious exemptions for the federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate did not ensure job security. A statement from Kaleida Health read: “In accordance with New York State’s vaccine mandate guidelines for healthcare personnel, Kaleida Health today terminated approximately 100 employees who had previously been granted a religious exemption and chose not to receive their initial vaccination dose by the State’s deadline of Sunday, December 5, 2021.”
Some say the statement read like a page from Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol,” a reference to the cold dealings of Ebenezer Scrooge. (Read more)

8. Germany, Australia creating “quarantine camps,” some located within prisons – Pandemic.news
German and Australian governments have made a move to place people in government “isolation” facilities that look similar to concentration camps as they continue to ramp up the use of forced quarantine centers to stop the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
A recent survey by a German newspaper found that at least 15 people have been taken into quarantine facilities in some of the largest cities since the beginning of the year. The individuals, who were said to have violated home isolation requirements, include 11 from Munich, two from Stuttgart and one each from Dusseldorf and Frankfurt.
The number is likely higher, however, as cities like Berlin and Leipzig have not submitted their numbers
to the paper. Some of these quarantine facilities are located within prisons. “Most of the federal states have closed areas in hospitals or prisons for quarantine breakers. In Eisenhuttenstadt, Brandenburg, refusals were last housed in a former deportation detention center, in North Rhine-Westphalia, for example, in a Solingen clinic,” the news outlet said. (Read more)

It is about to be a very dark winter for Europe (and probably the rest of the world, too) now that the European Union has decided to impose total medical fascism on Europeans.
As we reported reptilian European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen is talking about forcing Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” on all of Europe, which some are calling a reconstitution of 1940s medical fascism and the abolishment of the Nuremberg Code.
Ursula’s husband Heiko, by the way, is the director of the United States-based biotechnology company Orgenesis, which just so happens to specialize in medical research that involves “cell and gene therapies.”
In other words, Ursula and her husband get filthy rich the more injections are jammed into people’s bodies, against their will if necessary. And now Ursula is planning a major expansion of her bank account with proposed mandatory jabs for all of Europe. (Read more)

10. Doctor who pioneered COVID HCQ protocol urges ‘resistance against governmental tyranny’- Lifesite news

Dr. Vladamir Ze’ev Zelenko, who is credited with pioneering the early treatment protocol for COVID-19 involving hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and zinc sulfate, recently became very candid with regards to the entire COVID-19 enterprise, the perilous situation the people of the world are facing, and his call for the “God-conscious” to resist rapidly advancing government and media tyranny.
Candor is not a quality that Zelenko has lacked over the last 21 months since he wrote an open letter to President Donald Trump announcing his treatment protocol for the novel disease. An Orthodox Jew, Zelenko has spoken freely not only about his successful early treatments for COVID-19 but his theological understanding of the conflict between good and evil throughout human history, and even his own spiritual struggles, including God’s hand in his life.
In a March interview with Dr. Peter Breggin, Zelenko explained to his more secular host that history itself is marked by a struggle “between people trying to live a God conscious or centered life,” and others who “have always attempted to be god-like” and wanting “to have global control over the rest of humanity.” (Read more)

A milestone of the Biden presidency has been established, and it’s not a good one. COVID related deaths under the Biden Administration’s first 10 months have surpassed those of former President Trump’s last 12 months when inoculations against the contagion were unavailable. According to statistics kept by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, some 396,529 people in the US have died from COVID under Joe Biden, before he has even reached his 11th month in office, eclipsing the entire US COVID death toll of 396,442 recorded in one year under Trump. Biden campaigned against Trump saying that anyone responsible for that many deaths should not remain President.
Armed with a “vaccine,” CDC- and MSC- mandated treatment protocols, FDA backing, unconstitutional mandates, and the bully pulpit hand-feeding a biased news media bent on censoring and demonizing dissent as “misinformation,” the Biden Administration has failed to defeat or even curb this contagion. What is it they say about the definition of insanity—doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results? That’s what is happening right now. The tuition program helps students who live in rural areas without access to public schools to receive a subsidy to attend a private school, as long as it is "nonsectarian," which has been used to exclude religious schools.
The petitioners claim that this distinction lacks a basis as barring funds to students who wish to learn at religious schools would discriminate not only against religious use of funds but also against the religious status which impels the religious use. They argue that the framers of the Constitution were aiming to protect religious "exercise," not just "religious belief."
The Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment of the US Constitution "protects citizens' right to practice their religion as they please, so long as the practice does not run afoul of a 'public morals' or a 'compelling' governmental interest," according to the United States Court's website.
A number of Jewish organizations have filed legal opinions, known as amicus curiae, in the case in favor of forcing the State of Maine to provide the program for religious schools as well. (The Jerusalem Post) Read more.

Why are we having so many earthquakes? Has naturally occurring earthquake activity been increasing? Does this mean a big one is going to hit? OR We haven't had any earthquakes in a long time; does this mean that the pressure is building up for a big one?
A temporary increase or decrease in seismicity is part of the normal fluctuation of earthquake rates. Neither an increase nor decrease worldwide is a positive indication that a large earthquake is imminent.
The ComCat earthquake catalog contains an increasing number of earthquakes in recent years--not because there are more earthquakes, but because there are more seismic instruments and they are able to record more earthquakes.
The National Earthquake Information Center now locates about 20,000 earthquakes around the globe each year, or approximately 55 per day. Texas Offers a Glimpse of Life After Overturning Roe: Babies are Being Saved, Women are Doing Just Fine

Americans do not have to guess what the United States would look like if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
They just need to look to Texas where almost all unborn babies have been protected from abortions for months, NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth pointed out in a new report.
The Texas heartbeat law has been in effect since Sept. 1, saving thousands of unborn babies by banning abortions once their heartbeat is detectable, and, with the U.S. Supreme Court reconsidering Roe in a Mississippi abortion case this week, many hope other states could be allowed to ban abortions soon, too.
“What we’ve experienced the past three months in Texas is a preview of a post-Roe world,” John Seago, legislative director of Texas Right to Life, told NBC 5.
If the Supreme Court overturns Roe, Seago said the whole U.S. could look a lot like Texas where many women are being supported and empowered to choose life for their unborn babies, and some are traveling to other states where abortions remain legal.
“You will have conservative states that take very bold pro-life laws to protect pregnant women and innocent children from abortion,” he told the news outlet. “And then you have states that become destination states where people are traveling.” (Read more here)

I think this well describes how the world arrives at Vial #6. Most people are not "paying attention."
