"Standing United Together . . . Under the Cross of Christ"
TODAY'S TOP STORY

New York lawmaker has taken down a 6-year-old bill that would authorize the state to detain infected individuals and their contacts deemed a threat to public health during a pandemic, blaming “conspiracy theorists” of spreading misinformation about his proposal.

The bill in question, known as A416, was first introduced by Assemblyman Nick Perry in 2015, nearly a year after the nationwide panic over a potential outbreak of Ebola in the United States. The Brooklyn Democrat said the measure was prompted by an incident in which a nurse refused to be placed in quarantine after returning from West Africa, where she’d helped treat Ebola patients.

Like many other bills, A416 had been reintroduced year after year and died in committee. The latest version of the bill would allow the state governor, by “issuing a single order,” to “order the removal or detention” of any person or group of people deemed to be a suspected case, contact, or carrier of a contagious disease and poses “an imminent and significant threat to the public health in severe morbidity or high mortality.”

“Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegate,” it reads.

The bill, which received little public attention over the past years, became a center of controversy when Perry once again put it up for the 2021-2022 legislative session amid the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic. Opponents of the measure argued that it would allow then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo to build internment camps for New Yorkers who refuse to comply with his public health policies.

“This is straight up detention camp stuff in NY! A bill giving [Gov. Andrew Cuomo], Health Commissioner or any designated official full power to remove any person/group of people from their home if deemed contagious,” Elizabeth Joy, a Republican candidate running against Rep. Paul Tonko, wrote in January. “It’s horrifying.”

(The Epoch Times) Read more here.
- Lord, we thank You for pulling down this egregious bill that would have created camps for those who are sick. We pray that the legislature in New York would wake up to all of the plans of the enemy.

- “Wake up from your drunken stupor, as is right, and do not go on sinning. For some have no knowledge of God.” (1 Corinthians 15:34)

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. In ‘warning’ to Israel, Iran says it fired 16 ballistic missiles able to hit country - Times of Israel

Iran fired multiple ballistic missiles Friday at the close of five days of military drills that generals said were a warning to Israel and included a mock strike on Israel’s nuclear facility.

“These exercises were designed to respond to threats made in recent days by the Zionist regime,” armed forces chief of staff Major General Mohammad Bagheri told state television.

“Sixteen missiles aimed and annihilated the chosen target. In this exercise, part of the hundreds of Iranian missiles capable of destroying a country that dared to attack Iran were deployed,” he added. (Read more)

2. Smotrich and Likud members meet with Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu - Israel National News

Safed Chief Rabbi and a member of the Chief Rabbinical Council, Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, met yesterday (Sunday) in his office in Jerusalem with right-wing activists and the chairman of the Religious Zionist Party, MK Bezalel Smotrich.

This meeting followed a similar meeting that took place two weeks ago with Rabbi Chaim Druckman, from Religious Zionism.

During the meeting, the representatives, religious, traditional and secular, talked with Rabbi Eliyahu about the future of the Jewish state. They shared with the rabbi their feeling that the State of Israel is being emptied of its Jewish identity and spoke from the bottom of their hearts about their feelings of the state deteriorating and losing its way. (Read More)

3. IDF exposes Syrian officer aiding Hezbollah in Golan Heights - Israel Hayom

The Israel Defense Forces has exposed a Syrian military officer who is assisting Hezbollah in the Golan Heights, the IDF reported Thursday.

Posting on Twitter, the IDF's Arabic-language Spokesperson Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee said Naqib Bashar al-Hussein, a commanding officer in charge of reconnaissance, "serves as the main liaison between Hezbollah's southern headquarters and the 1st Division of the Syrian [Arab] Army."

According to Adraee, Al-Hussein accompanies various Hezbollah members, and even overlooks the maintenance and repair of Hezbollah's observation posts, and sometimes, even posts belonging to Iran. In one of the photos posted on Twitter, he can be seen on the border next to Hezbollah commander Jawad Hashem, observing Israeli troops. (Read More)

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett met with security officials on Monday to discuss an epidemic of bird flu that has killed vast numbers of wild and domestic fowl in Israel in recent days.

Bennett held talks Monday with security advisers, the National Security Council, and other professionals, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.

Bennett received updates on the disease outbreak in northern Israel, which is centered in the Hula Valley and the community of Margaliot in the upper Galilee. (Read More)

5. Israeli hospital begins world’s first study on efficacy of 4th COVID vaccine dose - Times of Israel

An Israeli hospital on Monday began a study on the efficacy of administering a fourth dose of the COVID vaccine.

The Sheba Medical Center, located just outside Tel Aviv, said Sunday that under the study, 6,000 individuals will be given a fourth shot. Results are expected in about two weeks.

The trial began with 150 medical personnel who received a booster dose in August receiving a fourth shot of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. The staff receiving the additional dose were tested and found to have low antibody levels. (Read More)

1. 'Many Are Surrendering to Jesus': Migrants Flood to Mexican Border Church and Meet Christ | CBN News

When Gustavo Banda opened his small church in Mexico, little did he know that it would become a refuge. Sitting near the border, tens of thousands of migrants stop there as part of their search for freedom in America.

Six miles west of Tijuana, and a short distance from the U.S.- Mexico border, lies one of this city's poorest neighborhoods.

Pastor Gustavo Banda of the Ambassadors of Jesus Church told CBN News, "This area is on the outskirts of the city. Not everyone knows about it. Not everybody wants to come here either."

- Lord, we praise Your Holy Name for this news!

- “Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 15:10)

2. Protecting Female Abuse Victims: Federal Court Rules Anchorage Cannot Force Christian Women's Shelter to Admit Trans Males | CBN News

After a lengthy court battle, a federal judge ruled that the city of Anchorage cannot force a faith-based women's shelter to accept trans-identified biological males.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska issued the order Monday, stating that Downtown Hope Center does not represent a place of "public accommodation."

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a non-profit conservative law firm, filed the lawsuit on behalf of the center. Attorneys argued that a local ordinance "Vulnerable women deserve a safe place to stay overnight, and we're pleased that they can sleep soundly, at least for the time being, due to the court's order," said ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson.

"Downtown Hope Center serves everyone, but its overnight women's shelter exists to provide a safe place for women, many of whom have survived sex trafficking, rape, or domestic violence at the hands of men," Anderson added. "This is the second time Anchorage officials have targeted the center for operating according to its religious beliefs and serving the city's homeless population. We hope the court's order puts an end to this."

- Lord, we pray that You will arise to protect women and girls from this insidious transgender nightmare. Let no harm come to the residents of this shelter or any other shelter across the nation.

- “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.” (Romans 1:18)

3.  School district rife with conflict now claims to be students' 'second mother' (wnd.com)

A Virginia school district that has been permeated with conflict and scandal for months now – almost all stemming from its "woke" agenda of pro-LGBT and pro-racist action points – now is claiming that teachers are their students' "second mothers."
And as such, parents need to "respect" their authority.

The details were documented at the LouderWithCrowder website. "School is out for the holidays at the moment, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t going to be getting plenty of material illustrating how terrible they are. And it just so happens that one of the worst school districts in the country—or at least the one that seems to provide us the most evidence—has decided to give us even more evidence!" the report said.

- Lord, we take authority over this narrative by the school district. We bind it tightly and ask that You unravel it quickly to protect the children and their parents. We say NO to this idea from teachers and their unions.

- “Hear, my son, your father's instruction, and forsake not your mother's teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.”  (Proverbs 1: 8-9)

4. School censors 'Jingle Bells' because it could be 'offensive' (wnd.com)

It is the Rochester Beacon that is explaining at this holiday season how "Jingle Bells" is a very popular Christmas season tune.

"It's the first song to have been broadcast from space—by Gemini 6 astronauts nine days before Christmas in 1965. It’s regularly been sung at the White House—most recently by President Barack Obama and his family upon lighting the National Christmas Tree in 2016," the publication report.

But it's now censored by Brighton's Council Rock Primary School, the Beacon said, because it has the potential to be "controversial or offensive."

That's according to Principal Matt Tappon, who responded to the publication's inquiry by email.

- Lord, we bind these constant bans and ask Your Holy Spirit to reverse them all.

- “The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.” (Proverbs 10:11)

5. Major Airlines Cancels Hundreds Of Flights As COVID-19 Cases Surge | The Daily Caller

Over 2,000 international flights on Friday have been canceled due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, multiple sources reported.

The number of canceled international flights on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day reached over 3,000 as of Friday, according to the airline data website Flight Aware. Delta and United Airlines canceled hundreds of flights as Omicron variant cases spread among employees.

“The nationwide spike in Omicron cases this week has had a direct impact on our flight crews and the people who run our operation,” United Airlines said in a statement obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. “As a result, we’ve unfortunately had to cancel some flights and are notifying impacted customers in advance of them coming to the airport.”

United canceled over 170 flights on Friday along with nearly 70 that were scheduled to depart Saturday, according to Flight Aware. Delta canceled over 130 flights Friday, around 6% of its schedule, citing bad weather at its hubs in Salt Lake City and Seattle along with increased COVID-19 cases, CNBC reported.

- Lord, we take authority in the Name of Jesus over this situation and command the fear, the sickness, and the shortage of workers to be gone. We ask that all flights resume normally as soon as possible.

- “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)

6. Biden Signs Uyghur Slave Labor Bill Lobbied Against By Apple, Nike | The Daily Caller

President Joe Biden signed a slave labor bill into law Thursday banning imports from the Xinjiang region where Uyghurs are being held in internment camps despite pushback from Apple and Nike.

The bill bans imports from the region and “imposes sanctions on foreign individuals responsible for forced labor in the region,” the White House announced.

Nike executives donated more than $60,000 in September to the re-election campaign of Democratic Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden, who blocked the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act which the House passed unanimously.

- Lord, we ask that You bring justice for the Uyghurs trapped in slavery in China. But most of all we ask for a move of Your Holy Spirit to free them from a false religion and their slave masters from their harsh treatment of any human beings. We thank You that Biden did sign this bill into law - a great move of support for these desperate people!

- "On that day the burden will be lifted from your shoulders, and the yoke from your neck." (Isaiah 10:27)

7.  Congresswoman carjacked in Philadelphia: Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon's stolen vehicle located in Delaware - ABC7 New York (abc7ny.com)

Five teenagers, one just 13 years old, have been arrested in Delaware after a United States congresswoman was carjacked in a Philadelphia park.

Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) and a staff member were not injured in the incident, which happened around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Scanlon had been touring FDR Park in South Philadelphia with other members of Congress, and police say she and her staffer were walking to her parked vehicle when they were approached by two armed men driving a dark-colored SUV.

The men demanded the keys to her vehicle, police say, and they took off with her blue 2017 Acura MDX.

- Lord, this congresswoman was in favor of defunding police, and now needed their help. We pray for her to be changed by this situation in a way that brings fresh wisdom.

- “Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold.” (Proverbs 3:13)

 8.  Maryland Democrats Sued Over ‘Extreme’ Gerrymandering Of 2022 Congressional Maps | The Daily Caller

Fair Maps Maryland, a nonpartisan organization founded to eliminate partisan gerrymandering, filed suit Thursday to stop the implementation of the Maryland General Assembly’s proposed 2022 Congressional map.

The lawsuit alleges that the map, passed along party lines by the Democratic supermajority in the General Assembly, violates the Maryland state constitution and Declaration of Rights. State Democratic lawmakers approved a map over Republican objections that solidifies Democratic control of seven of the state’s eight Congressional districts, and makes the single Republican district more competitive.

“The Maryland General Assembly created these illegal maps in dark backrooms and now they will be forced to defend them in a court of law,” Fair Maps Maryland spokesman Doug Mayer said. “These Marylanders are victims of electoral corruption and blatant voter suppression, and this lawsuit is their only remedy to undo the damage the General Assembly has perpetuated against them for decades.”

- Lord, we pray for all districts across the nation to be fair and nonpartisan. We bind any attempts to destroy the actual voters of any area.

- “The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.”           (Psalm 103:6)

9. Ex-senator and Virginia governor Charles Robb and wife injured in house fire - Yahoo News

Former Virginia governor and former U.S. Sen. Charles "Chuck" Robb (D) and his wife Lynda Robb were injured in a fire that broke out in his home on Tuesday evening. According to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department, firefighters were dispatched to the McLean, Va., home around 11:30 p.m. The fire was reported to have spread throughout the first floor of the expansive home. The department described the injuries of those inside the home as being "non-life-threatening."

Lynda was on the first floor in the library and Chuck was in the basement when the fire began. It is currently unclear what started the blaze, though authorities are exploring the possibility of an electrical fire.

The Robbs have lived in the multimillion-dollar home for around 50 years.

Chuck Robb served as Virginia governor from 1982 to 1986. Then in 1989 he was elected to the U.S. Senate and served until 2001 after losing to Republican George Allen (Va.), also a former governor of Virginia. (Read more and view stunning photos here.)

- Lord God, we do thank You for sparing the lives of former Senator Charles Robb and his wife, Lynda. As we viewed the photos of this tragic event, we realized that no one -- no matter how rich or how poor they may be -- is immune from tragedy in their lives. We ask that You would deeply touch the hearts of these lifelong political leaders, and draw them to You, for salvation. In Your Name, amen.

- "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)

10. The 10 races that will decide the Senate majority - The Hill

Democrats are defending the narrowest of Senate majorities in 2022 as Republicans look to fight their way back into power after a series of crushing defeats.

While Democrats are going on offense in a handful of states where GOP incumbents are retiring, the party is also facing strong national headwinds in their bid to hold onto the Senate. The party of a new president — in this case President Biden — almost always loses ground in Congress in midterm elections.

Given Democrats’ slim Senate majority, control of the upper chamber is likely to come down to just a handful of states. Here are the 10 races that will decide the Senate majority next year: (Read more)

- Lord God, even though the next election is almost one year away, we nevertheless begin to pray now for Your perfect will to be done in the choice of the candidates who will fill the seats of 100 members in the Senate and of 435 members in the House. We ask for Your Hand to rest upon each voting machine in the November election, covering each one in the Blood of the Lamb and preventing actions of fraud in all 50 states. Help us, O Lord, we pray, amen and amen!

Scared To Death

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, December 27, 2021

The fear porn industry propagandized by the government, big pharma, big healthcare, and delivered by the mainstream news media has most everyone living in fear. It doesn’t help when the president of the country says that unvaccinated citizens will have a long hard winter of death and illness. This is what our country has been reduced to—a government of fear, for fear and by fear. Listen up people. Get your mind right. If you are reading this, you are most likely a follower of Christ. Christ told us in Matthew 10:28, “Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul.” 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” Simple. Do not fear.

These politicians, corporate bosses and the news media are knowingly, and in some cases, are unknowingly using fear to entangle you in bondage. Don’t succumb to it. COVID is not a death sentence. If you contract it, you have a 99+% chance of survival. Even the vaccinated are getting COVID at alarming rates. The vaccinated are transmitting COVID at alarming rates. The “vaccine” only protects from severe illness and death—this after using the population of the world as an experiment to find out just how effective it is. But if you do not get the “vaccine,” it is still likely that you will live. The fear porn campaign by these nefarious captains of democracy and corporate enterprise are playing a high stakes game for money and power. Read More

CNN may have the opportunity to write another check for doing its job poorly, this time to relatives of former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn for labeling them followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory.

You’ll recall CNN reportedly wrote a very large check to former Covington High School student Nicholas Sandmann last year after falsely claiming he had confronted and sought to belittle a Native American gentleman during a protest in Washington, D.C. It was actually that man who had approached and stood toe-to-toe with the teenager.

Sandmann was wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, and the establishment media read into the encounter what it wanted to see. But when video of the incident started circulating, CNN, The Washington Post and other left-wing outlets had to backtrack.

On Thursday, a federal judge allowed a case brought by Flynn’s brother John “Jack” Flynn and sister-in-law Leslie Flynn to proceed against CNN. Of course, CNN “news” coverage seems to go off the rails when it deals with any subject or person even remotely tied to former President Donald Trump.

- Lord, we thank You for this ruling! We pray for Gen Flynn, that You would grant him favor in his proceedings, and continue to tear down the media cabal that has caused so much damage.

Supreme Court to Take Up Challenges to Biden’s Vaccine Mandates
The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear oral arguments on challenges to the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
In an announcement on Wednesday (pdf), the nation’s highest federal court said it would on Jan. 7 take up two separate disputes challenging the Biden administration’s mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees, and for some 17 million health care workers at facilities receiving Medicaid and Medicare funding.
The court, which has a 6-3 conservative-leaning majority, delayed action on emergency requests in both cases that sought an immediate decision. The workplace mandate is currently in effect nationwide, while the health care worker mandate is blocked in half of the 50 U.S. states.
The mandate for health care workers was issued last month by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and affects roughly 17 million workers. It requires facilities that receive Medicare or Medicaid funding to require workers to get vaccinated, and has no testing opt-out. (theepochtimes.com)

- Lord, we ask that You grant the Supreme Court Your wisdom in this matter. Let fear of the virus not drive their rulings and let only truth be their  guide.

- “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.”  (James 3:17)
Roe v. Wade lawyer dies, former student says; as Supreme Court reconsiders landmark abortion case

Sarah Weddington became the youngest person to argue before the Supreme Court at 27

Sarah Weddington, one of the attorneys who argued the landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade in 1973, died at the age of 76, a former student said Sunday.

"Sarah Weddington died this morning after a series of health issues," Susan Hays, a Democratic attorney running for Texas agriculture commissioner who is a former student of Weddington's, wrote on Twitter Sunday.

"With Linda Coffee she filed the first case of her legal career, Roe v. Wade, fresh out of law school," Hays added. "She was my professor at UT, the best writing instructor I ever had, and a great mentor." Hayes noted that Weddington argued Roe at age 27.

Weddington's reported death comes while the Supreme Court is considering a case with the potential to reverse the landmark abortion case. In May, the Court announced it would take up the case Thomas Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, focused on the question of "whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional." (Fox News) Read more here.

- Heavenly Father, we pray for the soul of this woman.  Our prayer is that, before she died, she repented of such a notorious, deadly victory on her life record.  We also again ask Your forgiveness for this horrific scourge on our nation and contend for overturning the Roe v. Wade verdict forever in this land.  In Jesus name.

- "Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown brings forth death."  (James 1:15)

The media’s hate campaign against the unvaccinated

Thursday, December 23, 2021

While the president of the United States is saying that those who are unvaccinated will face a winter of death and severe illness, the corporate news media is on cue calling for extreme actions against the unvaccinated because they are a threat to society. CNN and MSNBC medical analysts are actually calling for the unvaccinated to be isolated from the rest of society and that they be put on the bottom of priorities for medical treatment if they contract COVID-19 or any of the variants. The MSNBC medical analyst Dr. Vin Gupta went so far as to say that bioethics should be permanently changed to not only refuse care for the unvaccinated currently, but also in the future should additional pandemics arise.

Gupta told leftist media host Joy Reid, “This is where it’s controversial, but we need to talk about this, the bioethics of it broadly because this is not the last respiratory pandemic we’re going to face, Joy. What do we do with somebody who is unvaccinated who is taking advanced ICU therapies from somebody who is vaccinated in the hospital? How do we rank order that priority? We do it for organs, kidneys, livers, lungs. We say, ‘Did you smoke, did you drink recently?’ If you did, you’re lower on the list, even if you need it. We need to start thinking of that model. Have bioethics around it.” Gupta and Reid continued to spread the misinformation that only the unvaccinated are transmitting COVID and causing it to mutate.

Switching channels to CNN, medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen told CNN’s Newsroom, “I do have a lot of concern about what happens to parts of this country, for example, that have very low vaccination rates. This is another reason why I think President Biden’s message yesterday was the right one in some way — in saying vaccinated people should move on with their lives with precautions. But I wish that he would go further to restrict the activities of the unvaccinated because they are the ones who are still spreading COVID and prolonging the pandemic for all of us.” Wen also spread the misinformation that the vaccines protect against contracting variants such as Omicron.

In both of these cases, the interviewers just accepted the narrative without question. Moreover, the statements that the vaccines were only designed to prevent death and severe illness were left unchallenged. Think about how that narrative has changed from totally protected from COVID to able to contract COVID to able to both contract and transmit COVID to just to not having severe illness and death. All the while they are ignoring a person’s civil rights and wanting to severely punish the unvaccinated as a lower class of people. This is really hate speech propagated by the news media and encouraged by the government. Christ said in Matthew 15:19, “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.” You can see where these doctors’ hearts are, and it is far from their oath of do no harm.

NASA's Webb Telescope Launches to See
First Galaxies, Distant Worlds

NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope launched at 7:20 a.m. EST Saturday on an Ariane 5 rocket from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana, South America.

A joint effort with ESA (European Space Agency) and the Canadian Space Agency, the Webb observatory is NASA’s revolutionary flagship mission to seek the light from the first galaxies in the early universe and to explore our own solar system, as well as planets orbiting other stars, called exoplanets.

NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope launched Dec. 25 at 7:20 a.m. EST on an Ariane 5 rocket from Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana, on the northeastern coast of South America. Webb, a partnership with the European Space Agency and the Canadian Space Agency, will explore every phase of cosmic history – from within our solar system to the most distant observable galaxies in the early universe.

“The James Webb Space Telescope represents the ambition that NASA and our partners maintain to propel us forward into the future,” said NASA Administrator Bill Nelson. “The promise of Webb is not what we know we will discover; it’s what we don’t yet understand or can’t yet fathom about our universe. I can’t wait to see what it uncovers!”

Ground teams began receiving telemetry data from Webb about five minutes after launch. The Arianespace Ariane 5 rocket performed as expected, separating from the observatory 27 minutes into the flight. The observatory was released at an altitude of approximately 870 miles (1,400 kilometers). Approximately 30 minutes after launch, Webb unfolded its solar array, and mission managers confirmed that the solar array was providing power to the observatory. After solar array deployment, mission operators will establish a communications link with the observatory via the Malindi ground station in Kenya, and ground control at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore will send the first commands to the spacecraft. The Good News Corner
Title Here
Pastor Corey Brooks is spending the next few months camping out atop a building on Chicago’s South Side, braving the frigid, unforgiving air and foregoing the comforts of his home — all for an incredible cause.

Brooks, who runs Project H.O.O.D., an organization that seeks to empower and equip individuals and families, is on a mission to help curb chaos, gun violence, and death, embarking on a faith-fueled mission to raise $35 million to create a youth and opportunity center.

“We have a very unsafe environment, especially for kids,” Brooks told Faithwire from atop the roof on which he’s camping out. “They can’t even go and play in parks and outside. Just before we took this call there was a shooting in some projects that are right behind me, and it was on the playground.”

And that’s precisely why Brooks is spending 100 days living outdoors in the cold, raising awareness and attempting to bring in the tens of millions needed to create this community center — a location he believes could help transform the lives of young and old Chicagoans, alike

Brooks started his “Tent-A-Thon” event on Nov. 20, and plans to continue through Feb. 28, spending both Thanksgiving and Christmas camping out for the cause.

But he’s not doing it alone. The preacher is rallying CEOs, celebrities, and other interested parties from all over America to come together and help him raise the money needed to launch the center. (CBN)  Read more.

Thoughts for Repentance
Holy Spirit Fruit

There, children were eating from a garbage dump.
What made our team when we went to the dumpsite. Yesterday we thought when the trucks that carry the trash to the place these young people will leave us and run for trucks to pick stuff on those trucks But what happened was the total difference because they say to the driver leave us alone we are in church praying to God and we continued with the service until the end nobody left, this is wonderful and we thank God for that to me is a clear sign that God had already prepared their hearts,
Pray for me and the team we want to meet city officials to give us go-ahead to put the structure  a shelter as rains has started and we want them to meet in that structure for worship,
We had more than 20 names registered yesterday we are hoping to have more on 1st January 2022

I surrender all, I surrender all,
All to Thee, my blessèd Savior,
I surrender all.

All to Jesus I surrender;
Humbly at His feet I bow,
Worldly pleasures all forsaken;
Take me, Jesus, take me now

Refrain

All to Jesus, I surrender;
Make me, Savior, wholly Thine;
Let me feel the Holy Spirit,
Truly know that Thou art mine.

Refrain

All to Jesus, I surrender;
Lord, I give myself to Thee;
Fill me with Thy love and power;
Let Thy blessing fall on me.

Refrain

All to Jesus I surrender;
Now I feel the sacred flame.
O the joy of full salvation!
Glory, glory, to His name!

Refrain
