FBI Agent Lied Under Oath About Knowledge of Hunter Biden Laptop: Rep. Jordan

FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan made “false statements” under oath about the bureau’s investigation and suppression of Hunter Biden’s laptop, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said on Monday.

Mr. Chan, a member of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force, was deposed in November 2022 on the FBI’s efforts to suppress news of the laptop as it spread across social media just before the 2020 election.

According to a transcript (pdf) of that deposition, the agent testified that he had “no internal knowledge” of the FBI’s investigation of the laptop and only became aware that the agency had the laptop in its possession “when news media outlets posted it, or published it.”

Mr. Chan also testified that he was “not a party to any meeting” with social media companies where Mr. Biden or his laptop were discussed, outside of a preliminary briefing the task force gave to Facebook on the subject on Oct. 14, 2020—the same day the New York Post broke the story.

And when asked whether he was aware of any other communications between anyone at Facebook and anyone at the FBI related to the laptop, he replied, “No.”

But according to Mr. Jordan, internal documents his committee obtained from Facebook show that those statements were “completely false.”

Sharing an excerpt from those documents via his X account, the congressman noted that a Facebook employee—a former FBI agent—described a follow-up call with Mr. Chan on Oct. 15, 2020, one day after the initial briefing. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Holy King, we pray for continued strength for Jim Jordan and his committee in their endeavor to ferret out the truth amongst the mountain of deceptions intended to obfuscate evidence of criminal actions.  May the researchers be keen, sharp and divinely drawn to clear evidence that cannot be concealed or dismissed, in Jesus name.

We declare there will be prosecution of the crimes committed by all individuals in government, be they Executive branch, Legislative branch, or any alphabet agency, like FBI, DOJ, etc.  It is not acceptable to tolerate this kind of criminal and corrupt behavior for anyone in this nation, how much more intolerable coming from the government.  We cry out for justice, Jesus, in Your name.

Planned Parenthood, ACLU Fight to Keep Child Marriage Legal

More than 300,000 children under age 18 were legally married in the U.S. between 2000-2018. Delaware and New Jersey were the first to take on the crisis — a crisis most Americans had no idea existed. After nine states did away with marriages for minors, pressure started ramping up in other areas of the country to end the predatory practice this year, including blue states like California.

To everyone’s shock, the Left’s big guns started coming out of the woodwork, vehemently opposing the bills that ended child marriage (which is considered a human rights violation by even the liberal United Nations). Democrats like former state Sen. Jerry Hill were blown away by the resistance they faced six years ago to stop under-18 marriages. They made it “pretty clear I was not going to be able to do this,” he said, calling it “the big shock of my life” to discover that the Golden State allowed children to marry. “I was amazed and appalled and frankly ashamed of California, that we had not done anything about this,” he told the Los Angeles Times.

While survivors in wedding dresses and chains marched through Sacramento to protest the current laws, Planned Parenthood, Children’s Law Center, and the ACLU are fighting to keep young girls shackled. According to Newsweek, the groups are worried that putting an age limit on marriage would somehow spillover to ban abortions or gender transitions.

- Righteous Judge, Heavenly Father, we declare this forced child-bride tolerance must end in the United States of America.  In the same way, we declare pedophilia, pornography, sexual indoctrination, and child sex trafficking must all be stopped in this nation in Jesus' holy name.  We call forth purity and the courage to speak out for it, against the enormous power and wealth flowing to protect the participants.

Holy King, we are in a very treacherous season of our nation and we beseech You for leaders, warriors and righteous rulers to guide us together to take down the various cabals of evil in our nation.  We are not deceived, abortion is a very tiny component of this massive sexual agenda taking place right in front of our eyes.  We say STOP to it all, in Jesus' mighty name.  Amen.

- "And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.  The night is far spent, the day is at hand.  Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.  Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.  But put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts."  (Romans 13:11-14)

CA Attorney General Rob Bonta
I Will ‘Stand in the Gap’: Chino Valley School President Defies State AG, Death Threats over Parental Rights
California Attorney General to probe Chino Valley schools’ transgender student policy.

Rob Bonta's civil rights investigation seeks to determine if new parental notification policy is legal.

If LGBTQ activists thought their threats — legal or illegal — would make Christian school board president Sonja Shaw back down, they guessed wrong.

Shaw led the Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) in California to require that teachers inform parents within three days if their children begin to identify as transgender. Eerily specific death threats soon poured in. While many sources of these violent messages remain unsolved, the Democratic Attorney General of California announced he is investigating the school district.

California State Attorney General Rob Bonta, a Democrat, announced last Friday he has opened a civil rights investigation into “potential legal violations” of notifying parents. “Students should never fear going to school for simply being who they are,” said Bonta in a statement attacking the Parental Notification Policy, which CVUSD adopted on July 20 by a 4-1 vote. Bonta claimed telling parents about their children’s lives, which he called “forced outing,” actually “threatens the safety and well-being of LGBTQ+ students” and renders them “vulnerable to harassment and potential abuse from peers and family” who might be “unaccepting of their gender identity.” Extreme gender ideology insists that refusing to call a child by a newly adopted name is “violence” and eschewing a minor’s preferred pronouns constitutes “abuse.”

But Sonja Shaw, president of the CVUSD Board of Education, says the state’s efforts to roll back parental rights only strengthen her resolve.

“This is a ploy to try to scare all the other boards across California from adopting the policy,” said Shaw in a press release. “We have united all over California, and people from all over the nation are linking up to protect our kids and ensure parental rights.” The Newsom administration “did us a favor and just revealed more of their agenda, and exposed their intentions,” said Shaw.

“I won’t back down and will stand in the gap to protect our kids from big government bullies,” concluded Shaw, a professed Christian who leads a Bible study. (The Washington Stand)

- Holy One, we bless You for these brave and courageous parents who are on the frontlines of this battle for the soul of our nation's children being waged in California right now.  We ask You to post angel warriors around all of those who are standing for parents' rights against those who are threatening their lives, in Jesus name.

We pray for utter defeat of the Attorney General and his agenda for dismantling families and state and local legislation, in Jesus name.  We lift up the arms of the parents and school-board leaders through our prayers and ask You Abba to bless them with every resource needed, especially Godly wisdom, for Your glory and victory.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Israel will attack 'every meter' of Lebanon in self-defense - Gallant - Jerusalem Post

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Tuesday warned Hezbollah and the Lebanese government that Israel would be prepared to attack every position of the terrorist group’s assets and other war-related assets, if they attack the Jewish state.

Speaking after a meeting with top IDF officials at Mount Dov, he said to Hezbollah and other Lebanese officials: “Do not make a mistake. We do not want war, but we are ready to defend our citizens, our soldiers, and our sovereignty. (Read more)

2. IDF admits protesting reservists have caused some harm to its readiness - Times of Israel

The chief spokesperson of the Israel Defense Forces acknowledged Tuesday that the thousands of soldiers who have been refusing to report for volunteer reserve duty in protest of the government’s judicial overhaul have caused a degree of harm to the army’s readiness, warning that divisions within the ranks due to the ongoing political crisis could take significant time to heal.

“You asked about [military] fitness — the IDF is ready for war, but there is limited harm in some areas,” Daniel Hagari said in a Channel 12 interview, highlighting the Israeli Air Force as one branch that has been particularly harmed by the protest.

Hagari pointed to the IAF’s flight school, where some reservist pilots opposed to the overhaul volunteer as instructors: “People who leave everything, once a week, and go to train the young pilots. A significant number are deciding not to come.” (Read more)

3.  Likud files police complaint against attorney who called Netanyahu an 'Iranian spy' - Israel National News

The Likud party announce this evening (Thursday) that party officials have decided to file a police complaint against attorney Ofer Bartel for calling Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu an "Iranian spy."

"We demand that the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies take decisive action against the incitement that is raging in the media against Prime Minister Netanyahu and the members of the coalition," said the party.

Bartel, a former candidate for the Supreme Court, criticized the prime minister's refusal to commit to abiding by Supreme Court rulings overruling Basic Laws during an interview with Channel 12 News on Monday night. He said: "I think, and forgive me for being blunt, I think Bibi is an Iranian spy. If there's anything that harms the country's security, economy, society, and every other basic thing in the country, it's the prime minister. The damage done is so much more harmful than if Iranian rockets were falling here." (Read more)

4. Created from stem cells, Israeli researchers grow tiny, beating model of human heart - Times of Israel

A collaborative team of researchers from several Israeli institutions has created a tiny, beating heart the size of a third of a grain of rice.

According to Prof. Yaakov Nahmias, who led the research, it is the first heart model grown from stem cells with all the key structures, including ventricles, atria, an epicardium (outer shell), endocardium (inner lining), and natural pacemakers. (Previous models have been merely clusters of heart muscle cells.)

“What makes this even more groundbreaking is that because we could make this heart in the lab, we were able to put sensors on it that told us how it works and to get some insight into the physiology of the human heart,” said Nahmias, of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and Tissue Dynamics Ltd.

5. ‘Beaten by Arabs Because I’m Jewish’: Israeli Tourist Attacked in Berlin - United with Israel

A 19-year-old Israeli tourist said he was attacked by three men in Berlin and police said Sunday they were investigating a possible antisemitic motive.

Berlin police said their state protection office, which is responsible for investigating politically motivated crimes, was looking into the case after the tourist suffered minor injuries to one of his arms and his face Saturday night.

The Israeli tourist told police he was walking on a street in the city’s Kreuzberg district together with an 18-year-old woman while speaking on his phone in Hebrew.  (Read more)

1. Bill Barr Explains Why He Did Not Appoint Special Counsel In Hunter Biden Probe - Daily Wire

Former U.S. Attorney General William Barr said he did not appoint a special counsel in the criminal investigation into Joe Biden’s son because that would have given the Biden administration justification to cancel the probe once Biden was sworn in as president.

Barr made the remarks during a Sunday CBS News interview with Major Garrett on “Face The Nation” when he was asked if he regretted not appointing a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden given the allegations that have come out in recent months.

“I felt that if I prejudged that and preempted his decision, it would actually set things up that he would have probably, or the administration, would have just canceled the investigation, and I felt he would keep our U.S. Attorney in place,” he said. “But once Garland came in, he had the responsibility of determining whether a thorough investigation was being done and was being done fairly.” (Read more)

- Thank You Jesus for truth and integrity being released upon the true leaders of our nation. We pray for the truth of Bill Barr's actions under President Trump to be revealed.  We know with fair and honest elections, Joe Biden would not be in office, so we pray for Godly righteousness to come upon Bill Barr, leading to repentance, in Jesus name.

2. Yet more indictments: Prosecution of 2020 alternate electors in six of seven states likely - Just The News

In Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment of former President Donald Trump regarding the 2020 presidential election and Jan. 6, the issue of alternate electors from seven states has become another focal point, as officials – all Democrats – from six of those states determine whether to prosecute.

Under the first count, Smith elaborated on the alternate electors in the seven states, calling them “fake” and “fraudulent.”
The alternate electors were Republican electors chosen by their respective state parties to cast electoral votes for the Republican candidate in the general election if that  candidate won the state. These electors allegedly signed documents saying that they were in fact Electoral College voters, with Pennsylvania adding a caveat that their votes would only be valid if they were recognized as “duly elected and qualified electors.”

Each state handled the alternate electors differently, with some pursuing prosecution, referring them to federal prosecutors, or not taking any prosecutorial steps. (Read more)

- Father God, we call forth a cease and desist order in the spirit over Jack Smith and the many accusations and plots against President Trump, in Jesus name.  This whole thing is unjust and wrong, so we pray that there will be a speedy resolution that demands all fraudulent election evidence be put forward in the light of day to be addressed.  We bind every secret and hidden thing and declare it neutralized and exposed, in the name of Jesus.  May there be an exoneration upon our nation that has overwhelming, positive results, in Jesus' holy name.

3.  Biden expected to create Grand Canyon national monument to block new mining, sources say - Washington Post

President Biden is leaning toward designating a vast area near the Grand Canyon as a national monument to safeguard it from uranium mining, according to five people familiar with the plans.

Leaders of local tribes and environmentalists have spent years lobbying to protect areas near the park from potential uranium mining, which they say would threaten aquifers and water supplies. They have asked Washington to double the protected area around the canyon by including 1.1 million acres of public lands in a Baaj Nwaavjo I’tah Kukveni Grand Canyon National Monument.

Biden is doing a tour through Arizona next week. The White House previously announced that the president would make climate change and his environmental agenda a focus of his stops on the tour. (Read more)

- Holy King, we put every word and deed of Joe Biden and this administration under Your Holy authority, in Jesus name.  May they be unable to do more harm to our nation nor move forward in their programs without Your permission.  In this matter, we pray that whatever scheme they create will be in alignment with Your perfect will.  We commit this matter into Your hands, oh King.

4. Iowa, Nebraska sue EPA over decision on gasoline - Just The News

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird declared Monday that the Biden administration should stop "dragging its feet" on a decision on whether to allow states to sell gas with 15% ethanol year-round.

The gasoline blend can be used in all cars sold after 2001 and is cheaper, said Bird and Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers in a lawsuit filed Monday.

The EPA should have issued a response in July 2022, according to the lawsuit.
“Hardworking Iowans deserve a cheaper, cleaner option at the gas pump," Bird said in a statement. "But despite the Governors’ request, the EPA has refused to allow Iowans to buy the fuel they want. Well, Iowans are done waiting."
Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds said the Biden administration's goal should be energy independence. (Read more)

- Holy One, we stand in agreement with these states in seeking reasonable avenues to provide fuel resources for their citizens.  We know that the increase of fuel prices and the limited resources available stem from planning by these agencies and we pray that they will answer the lawsuit regarding the injury caused by their planning and quickly reverse the tide of obstruction, in Jesus name.

5. Texas attorney general appeals ruling on abortion exceptions - Just The News

When a district judge issued a ruling attempting to hinder the state’s enforcement of abortion restrictions, the Office of Attorney General filed an appeal to the Texas Supreme Court, blocking the ruling and leaving the law in place.

After the judge issued a temporary injunction over exceptions to state abortion laws, the OAG filed a Notice of Accelerated Interlocutory Appeal to the Texas Supreme Court, according to an Aug. 5 news release.

“While a district judge’s ruling attempted to block the state’s enforcement of Texas pro-life laws, this filing stays the ruling pending a decision by the Texas Supreme Court. Texas pro-life laws are in full effect. This judge’s ruling is not,” according to the news release. (Read more)

- Amen and thank You Abba for a courageous, proactive and knowledgeable Attorney General who took matters straight to the highest court of the state in order to preclude one opinionated judge from causing the death of any number of unborn babies, in this matter, in Jesus name.  We agree for victory for the Texas pro-life laws in front of the Texas Supreme Court and we expand this authority to other states facing similar battles, in Jesus name.  .

6. Supreme Court reinstates Biden's ghost gun regulations - Just The News

The Supreme Court on Tuesday reinstated the Biden administration's restrictions on "ghost guns," or firearms without serial numbers. The decision came in a 5-4 emergency ruling.

The justices paused a lower court ruling that invalidated the nationwide restrictions as the administration appeals a ruling from a Texas-based federal judge to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
Conservative Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh dissented.

The executive branch's rule issued last year changes the definition of a firearm under federal law to include unfinished parts so it can be more easily tracked, The Associated Press reported. The rule does not ban the purchase of gun kits or firearms. (Read more)

- Father, we pray for a deeper understanding for the Supreme Court justices regarding the imperative nature of an armed populace in order to protect the freedoms of independence, enshrined in our Declaration and Constitution.  We ask You to hinder those who are working to remove our gun rights and the freedom to defend ourselves from all enemies foreign and domestic, in Jesus name.  We pray for the Spirit of God to flow over our nation, releasing domestic tranquility and peace, for the glory of God.  Amen.

7. Killing of 2 FBI Agents Leads to 98 Child Sex Abuse Arrests in International Probe - The Western Standard

FBI Special Agents Laura Schwartzenberger and Daniel Alfin are no longer fighting in the war against child predators, having given their lives as they went to conduct a search.

But as noted Tuesday by the Australian Federal Police, the information they helped obtain in 2021 has helped unravel a global pedophile ring.

In the two years since the agents were killed, 98 people have been arrested, including 19 announced in Australia on Tuesday, according to NBC.

“Operation Bakis,” which connected the FBI with the AFP, began after the two special agents were killed executing a search warrant in Sunrise, Florida, for a suspect linked to child pornography. Gunman David Lee Huber was also killed, NBC reported.

According to a release from the Australian Federal Police, the latest batch of arrests brought 13 Australian children to safety.

The release said the FBI search uncovered “a peer-to-peer network allegedly sharing child abuse material on the dark web” that included members in Australia. (Read more)

- Holy Father, we pray for the families of these officers who gave their lives in order to save so many more little, young lives.  We pray for the children recovered as a result of these officers' work and we ask You, Abba, to hover over these little ones and breathe healing, hope, deliverance and life into their little bodies, souls and spirits.  We pray for full-scale prosecution of the abusers and that they will find repentance and salvation in their prisons, in Jesus holy name.  We ask for divine intervention in their cyber-abilities and technology, so that it self-destructs routinely, in Jesus name.

- "'But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.  Woe to the world because of offenses!  For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!'"  (Matthew 18:6-7)

8.  WV Attorney General Calls for Trump's Trial to Be Moved to His State to Ensure Fair Trial - The Western Journal

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey called for a change of venue in the Department of Justice’s sham prosecution of former President Donald Trump, saying there’s no way he can get a fair trial in the Democrat-infested Washington swamp.

“One of the fundamentals of due process in our criminal justice system is to be able to have a fair trial in a fair tribunal,” Morrisey told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. “And does anyone watching, does anyone in America believe that President Trump is going to get a fair shake out of Washington, D.C.?”

For reference, more than 92 percent of D.C. residents voted Democrat in the last presidential election.

“I think most people would say — whether you’re pro-Trump or anti-Trump — you’re not going to get that fair shake,” Morrisey said. “So what I’m suggesting is that this should be moved to West Virginia. We have a number of federal district courthouses that could properly house this. I think that he could get a fair hearing.”

Trump has been charged with conspiracy and obstruction for challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election. (Read more)

- Father God, we shout Hallelujah at this possibility. We all desire that President Donald John Trump receive a fair trial (or series of trials) according to the law.
We thank You for the possibility that an alternate venue may now be opened up so that this can, indeed, take place.

- "Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert."

The Sin Of Human Trafficking

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, August 8, 2023

With the movie “Sound of Freedom” amplifying the horrors of human trafficking, Americans are faced with a huge dilemma: America is among the worst nations partaking in human trafficking, including sex trafficking on minor children, and now there is no excuse to look the other way. It is time to hold the federal government accountable to proliferating this sin upon children and conveying it unto a nation where good and moral people are repulsed by it. Joe Biden’s open border policy is massively contributing to human trafficking while at the same time hiding behind rhetoric that supports ending human trafficking. Actions, in this case, speak louder than words. Our government is complicit.

A July 14 Epoch Times story revealed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) removed sections of its website relating to child sex trafficking and how US minors, yes kids right here in the US, were being recruited and exploited in the commercial sex industry. Epoch Times reported: “The updated version of the webpage completely erased all three sections, which were added during President Donald Trump’s tenure on May 28, 2020, to counsel Americans about tactics that are being used by pimps and human traffickers targeting vulnerable children and luring them into prostitution and other forms of sexual exploitation using psychological manipulation.” The site was updated without fanfare in mid-May. Think about that—three years after the Trump Administration had posted it. Read More

DeSantis Replaces Campaign Manager in Shakeup

In a third major reshuffling, 2024 hopeful Ron Desantis has replaced his campaign manager Generra Peck amid a lukewarm campaign performance and threats by donors to cut off funding.

James Uthmeier, who served as chief of staff in Mr. DeSantis’ governor’s office, will be taking over, according to the announcement Tuesday. Ms. Peck will handle the duties of chief strategist moving forward.

“James Uthmeier has been one of Governor DeSantis’ top advisors for years and he is needed where it matters most: working hand in hand with Generra Peck and the rest of the team to put the governor in the best possible position to win this primary and defeat Joe Biden,” Andrew Romeo, DeSantis’s communications director, said to media outlets.

The DeSantis campaign had, in late July, slashed around two dozen jobs due to financial concerns.

Fingers pointed toward Ms. Peck as she bore the brunt of poor performance. Donors began to waver with the biggest individual donor, hotel entrepreneur Robert Bigelow, threatening to cut off donations if there isn’t a change in strategy. Mr. Bigelow called for Mr. DeSantis to return to a more moderate position.

"He does need to shift to get to moderates. He'll lose if he doesn't ... Extremism isn't going to get you elected," Mr. Bigelow said during an interview with Reuters, adding the point of contention was Mr. DeSantis’ six-week abortion ban.

Besides bringing in Mr. Uthmeier, the campaign is also adding David Polyansky—who previously served as chief of staff for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas)—to the campaign staff. Mr. Polyansky was most recently an adviser at the pro-DeSantis super PAC Never Back Down.

“David Polyansky will also be a critical addition to the team given his presidential campaign experience in Iowa and work at Never Back Down. We are excited about these additions as we continue to spread the governor’s message across the country. It’s time to reverse our nation’s decline and revive America’s future,” Mr. Romeo said to The Hill. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Lord God, we ask for Your hand of favor and blessing to rest upon these new staff members as they seek to help Governor DeSantis frame his campaign for Presdent.
May there be peace in this camp we pray, in Your name, amen and amen.

- "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." (John 14:27)

"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

'Glacial outburst flood' sweeps away homes
in Alaska capital
Record flooding caused significant damage near Juneau, Alaska, over the weekend as an outburst of water flowed from Mendenhall Glacier. Flooding has been happening every summer there since 2011, but this was the worst incident yet.

A local emergency was declared Sunday in Juneau, Alaska, after the Mendenhall River reached record levels due to water originating from a nearby glacier.

Dramatic footage captured a home collapsing into the river Saturday, Aug. 5. That was one of two homes swept away by the raging floodwaters, and the swiftly moving waters also claimed part of a third home and caused significant damage to a condominium building, the Washington Post reported.

The river level has since receded after cresting nearing 15 feet over the weekend, but officials are still warning people to stay away from the area as it remains "highly unstable," according to the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ).

"A number of fuel tanks and hazardous materials containers have been affected by the floodwaters," CBJ said on its website. "All members of the public are strongly advised to stay away from the river." Read More

'We've Been Inundated':

Anti-Trafficking Advocates Build Off 'Sound of Freedom' Momentum
The "Sound of Freedom" has passed $163 million in box office ticket sales, outgrossing big-budget competitors and becoming the surprise hit of the summer. All this despite early criticism of the movie by detractors who mislabeled it "Q-anon adjacent" and called out the politics of star Jim Caviezel. For anti-trafficking advocates who have sought for decades to shine a spotlight on the exploitation of sex trafficking victims, the movie has provided welcomed awareness. "Our website numbers have just skyrocketed with people being interested," said Linda Smith, founder of Shared Hope International. "My phone is blowing up every single day with all the questions and people wanting to ask those questions and seek greater understanding," said Brittany Dunn, founder of Safe House Project.

Trafficking survivor Lisa Michelle founded Untethered Ministries in San Antonio, Texas, and says she's been overwhelmed with an outpouring of inquiries since the movie debuted.  "We've been inundated with phone calls and meeting up with potential donors and people very interested to learn what's happening right now, here in the United States," she told CBN News. Along with other advocates in the U.S., Michelle regrets that "Sound of Freedom" focused on trafficking overseas, rather than here at home. Still, she says this summer provides a unique opportunity. "I felt like the baton was passed to me after that film. Everyone's calling," she said. "People are wanting to volunteer, to donate, and all of that, so it's giving the voice back to me and helping me to navigate the conversation into our real-life trafficking cases that we're seeing today." In the wake of the movie, Safe House Project has also released new faith-based content for church groups wanting to engage with the issue. Other faith-based anti-trafficking advocates like Shared Hope, International Justice Mission, and Street Grace also provide resources for churches to access. (CBN) Read More

Continue to expose locations and awaken the Ecclesia corporately and individually for our Kingdom assignments giving strategies for dismantling the evil of trafficking. Bring FREEDOM and JUSTICE quickly for every child and let Your righteous plumb-line fall upon America once again! In Jesus mighty name-Amen

- "Your right hand, O Lord, glorious in power, your right hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy." (Exodus 15:6)

Thought for the Day
"One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple." (Psalm 27:4)
A Special Message
The Sinner's Prayer
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."

I am a Poor Wayfaring Stranger

Words: Arranged by Richard Adams
Music: Old folk song

Scripture: A stranger in a strange land. Exodus 2:22

Lyrics:
I am a poor wayfaring stranger,
While traveling through this world of woe.
Yet there’s no sickness, toil nor danger
In that bright world to which I go.
I’m going there to see my Father;
I’m going there no more to roam.

Refrain
I’m only going over Jordan,
I’m only going over home.

I know dark clouds will gather round me;
I know my way is rough and steep.
But golden fields lie out before me
Where God’s redeemed shall ever sleep.
I’m going there to see my mother,
She said she’d meet me when I come.

Refrain

I’ll soon be free from every trial,
My body sleep in the churchyard;
I’ll drop the cross of self denial
And enter on my great reward.
I’m going there to see my Savior,
To sing His praise forevermore.

Refrain
