Today I want to make you aware of the Biden administration's attempt to expand Title IX. This has been called "one of the largest, most aggressive social engineering overreaches of the government in America's history."[1] It is nothing less than a federally mandated indoctrination of our children. Vernadette Broyles of Child and Parental Rights Campaign, says this regulation "will directly affect 77 million children, requiring the normalization and unquestioned acceptance of gender identity ideology as part of their school environment. The threat to parental rights, children's physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, religious liberties, freedom of speech, girls' safety and sports, and more is potentially devastating."[2]
What is Title IX?
Title IX regulates every public K-12 school, college, and university in the nation, as well as every private school that takes federal funding. As a result, it has wide-reaching implications for tens of millions of children and parents across the country. The regulations implemented in Title IX were binary (based on two genders—male and female), recognizing biological distinctions where they matter and prohibiting discrimination based on biological sex (gender), as Congress intended. Father, we have nothing but compassion for those struggling with gender identity. But we reject every plan that forces unbiblical ideals and philosophies on us and our children. Continue to expose the evil agendas of those who oppose You and Your ways. We thank You for revealing their plans and exposing their foolish ideologies. Continue shining Your light on their many efforts.
Forgive us as a nation for voting into government positions those who oppose and dishonor You and Your Word. And forgive us for allowing educators over the past 40 years to indoctrinate a generation of Americans with humanistic and unbiblical philosophies. Help us to reverse this.
As Your Ekklesia on earth, we bind and forbid these efforts to indoctrinate and enslave our children. We boldly declare that they will fail, that the insanity of it will become clear. We ask You, Father, to cause millions of Americans to rise up and say "Enough!"
Give wise strategies to those in government and legal professions. May they be given Your wisdom. And lastly, we ask You to move on hundreds of thousands of Americans to take action against this plan. We ask for all of this in the powerful name of Jesus.
Our decree:

Judge Signals Intent to Back Trump’s Request for Mar-a-Lago Special Master
|
|
A federal judge on Aug. 27 announced a preliminary intent to appoint a neutral third party to review documents the FBI seized in a raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida home, citing “exceptional circumstances.”
The order was a response to a request from Trump’s legal team filed days earlier, seeking to have a “special master”—usually a retired lawyer or judge—independently examine the records and filter out privileged information before the government can review them.
Aileen M. Cannon, U.S. district judge for the Southern District of Florida, said that she decided to give Trump a chance to make his case after reviewing Trump’s submissions and the “exceptional circumstances presented.”
“Pursuant to Rule 53(b) (1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Court’s inherent authority, and without prejudice to the parties’ objections, the Court hereby provides notice of its preliminary intent to appoint a special master in this case,” Cannon, a Trump appointee, wrote in a Saturday afternoon filing. Man Attempted to Establish ISIS ‘Safe Haven’ in Southern Border State: DOJ
|
|
A man was reportedly trying to establish an ISIS “safe haven” in a southern border state in the United States, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said.
Herman Leyvoune Wilson, 45, from New Mexico was arrested Friday for allegedly attempting to provide material support to the ISIS terrorist organization and attempting to obstruct, influence, and impede at least one official proceeding.
He allegedly attempted to create an “Islamic State Center” to “teach ISIS ideology, provide training in tactical maneuvers and martial arts, and serve as a safe haven for individuals preparing to travel and fight on behalf of ISIS in the United States and abroad,” the DOJ said in a statement.
Wilson allegedly set up an online platform to spread the ISIS terrorist ideology, promote the would-be Islamic State Center, and recruit potential members for the center.
Two of Wilson’s associates, Kristopher Matthews and Jaylin Molina, were arrested in September 2020 for providing material support to ISIS.
The two pleaded guilty in Texas and were sentenced in July 2022 to 20 years and 18 years in prison respectively.
Matthews and Molina told the authorities that Wilson radicalized them to ISIS’s ideology.
After the arrest of Matthews and Molina, Wilson attempted to obstruct the probe by instructing the online platform’s members to shut down the platform, and destroy and conceal online records and documents, a court document (pdf) shows.
Wilson faces up to 20 years in prison for each charge.
His arraignment has been scheduled for Aug. 30. (Epoch Times) Read more here.

1. PM Lapid said in talks to meet Biden as new Iran nuclear accord looms - Times of Israel
Israel and the US are looking to set up a meeting between Prime Minister Yair Lapid and US President Joe Biden next month, as Washington appears nearer to signing onto a renewed nuclear agreement with Iran, according to a Saturday report.
Kan news cited a senior Israeli official as saying the idea is to schedule a meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s annual session. A potential date is September 20, after Biden addresses the UNGA, the unnamed official said.
The report said the two leaders are also expected to speak on the phone in the coming days, a report also carried by the Ynet news site, which cited a senior American source. (Read more)

2. Gantz discusses US-Israel cooperation against Iran with CENTCOM commander - Jerusalem Post
Defense Minister Benny Gantz discussed cooperation between Israel and the United States with US Central Command (CENTCOM) commander General Michael Kurilla during a meeting at CENTCOM headquarters in Florida on Thursday.
"I am completing a successful visit to CENTCOM headquarters in Tampa," tweeted Gantz. "During the visit we held significant discussions on strengthening the security cooperation between Israel, the US and the countries of the region in the face of Iranian aggression. From here I am flying to Washington where I will meet with National Security Adviser [Jake] Sullivan. I will discuss with him ways to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons."
The meeting comes as part of a planned visit by Gantz to the US and Japan. The defense minister will meet with Sullivan on Friday and will depart from the US to Japan for an official visit on Saturday night. Sullivan met with Israeli National Security Advisor Eyal Hulata at the White House on Tuesday. (Read more)

3. IDF foils smuggling of 10 guns at Jordanian border - Israel National News
Over the weekend, IDF observation soldiers spotted a suspect along the Jordanian border.
IDF, Israel Border Police and the Israel Police forces were dispatched to the scene and apprehended the suspect, who carried ten handguns, adjacent to the border.
Following additional activities in the area, Israel Police forces captured two vehicles and two additional suspects, the head of the smuggling network and his bodyguard. (Read more)

Diligently following a master plan worked out over 10 years ago, the Palestinian Authority is laying claim to large tracts of Israeli state land through illegal building. Resembling Potemkin villages, many structures stand empty, hollow, windowless, alone or clumped together.
The land grab has been hugely successful because Israeli countermeasures have been so feeble, Jews living in the area tell JNS.
“Their side is focused, determined and has a well-developed plan. 5. Images show heavy damage to Syrian weapons base in airstrike attributed to Israel - Times of Israel
Satellite images obtained by The Times of Israel on Saturday showed heavily damaged structures at a Syrian weapons base near the northwestern city of Masyaf in a Thursday airstrike attributed to Israel.
The images taken by Planet Labs PBC and provided by Aurora Intel, a network that provides news and updates based on open-source intelligence, appear to show that some buildings at the Scientific Studies and Research Center, known as CERS or SSRC, on the base were completely destroyed.
Western officials and media reports have long associated the CERS facility with the production of precision surface-to-surface missiles, including the process of casting solid rocket motors, as well as chemical weapons. According to the United States, sarin gas was developed at that center, a charge denied by Syrian authorities. (Read more)

Nearly 100 House Republicans signed onto a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., calling on her to hold President Biden accountable for his $500 billion student debt handout.
Georgia Republican Rep. Jody Hice led the spicy letter with 93 of his colleagues to Pelosi demanding the speaker take action to hold the president accountable for his taxpayer-funded student debt handout.
"Speaker Pelosi explicitly stated in July of 2021 that President Biden ‘does not have the power,’ to cancel federal student loan debt. ‘That has to be an act of Congress,'" Hice said in a press release exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital. The Department of Justice (DOJ) affidavit seeking the search warrant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raid on former President Donald Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago, Florida, was unsealed by a federal judge Friday afternoon.
The affidavit, signed by a special agent with the FBI, contends that after reviewing 15 boxes of material that Trump handed over voluntarily to the government, the DOJ determined that classified information had not been stored properly and that there might be more of it at Mar-a-Lago.
“The FBI’s investigation has established that documents bearing classification markings, which appear to contain National Defense Information (NDI), were among the materials contained in the FIFTEEN BOXES and were stored at the PREMISES in an unauthorized location,” the affidavit said. (Read more)

4. D.C. Mayor Says Unvaccinated Students Are Banned From In-Person Learning Ahead Of School Year, No Alternative Provided - The Daily Wire
Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser said Thursday that students 12 and older must show proof of vaccination against COVID within the first 20 days of the new school year to continue learning in-person at public and private schools.
The Daily Signal reports that Bowser admitted during a press conference that an alternative plan for students who cannot attend class had not been provided yet.
When the publication asked Bowser what the plan was for unvaccinated students before school begins on Monday, Bowser responded, “They can go to school on Monday, but they need to get their vaccinations … and their families will be alerted as to the dates.”

Republican congressmen are calling on the Pentagon to defund and investigate the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, which was formerly headed by current Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns, for employing undisclosed Chinese Communist Party members.
Carnegie accepted millions in the form of grants, contracts and donations from the U.S. government during Burns’ tenure as the group’s president, according to government records and Carnegie’s annual reports.

W est Palm Beach US Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhardt had ordered the Justice Department earlier in the week to prepare a redacted version of the document in which authorities laid out their reasons for the controversial Aug. 8 search-and-seizure operation at Mar-a-Lago. Friday’s unsealing came amid what Reinhardt called “intense public and historical interest” into the raid. The feds have described their probe as centering on the alleged mishandling of classified information, theft of government records and obstruction of justice.
But huge portions of the 38-page affidavit were blacked out, including vast swaths — and multiple entire pages — under the heading “PROBABLE CAUSE,” with even the name of the FBI agent who signed it redacted.

Former President Donald Trump on Friday ripped the massive redacting of the federal affidavit claiming to justify the raid on his Florida home, calling the move “total public-relations subterfuge” and yet further evidence of a “WITCH HUNT!!!”
Nearly an hour after the significantly blacked-out document was made public just after noon, the 45th commander in chief seethed on his Truth Social site, “Affidavit heavily redacted!!!

President Biden portrayed Republicans on the ballot this fall as a threat to democracy itself as he sharpened his midterm rallying cry at a campaign event in Maryland Thursday evening.
Invoking former President Trump and his “Make America Great Again” slogan, Biden accused Republicans of seeking to take the country “backward” and warned voters that democracy is under threat from Trump and his allies.
“Now you need to vote to literally save democracy again,” Biden told a large crowd at the Democratic National Committee rally in Rockville, Md., just outside of Washington, D.C. “Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans have made their choice — to go backwards full of anger, violence, hate, and division. 10. Steven Hoffenberg, Epstein mentor and one-time New York Post manager, found dead - New York Post
Steven Hoffenberg, the disgraced businessman and longtime mentor of Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead Tuesday when Connecticut police discovered his rotting corpse during a wellness check, The Post has learned.
Authorities discovered Hoffenberg, who spent 18 years in prison for running a half-billion-dollar Ponzi scheme, dead in his home around 8 p.m. Tuesday. It is not clear exactly when he died. Police had been called to the 77-year-old’s home in Derby, Conn., at the request of a friend.
No cause of death has been revealed, but police said there were no immediate signs of trauma to his body. (Read more)

One year ago today, 13 of America’s bravest died while attempting to preserve order at the gates of the Kabul airport. It was an impossible mission foisted upon them by an incompetent leader. We were warned by Obama’s secretary of defense and by Barack Obama himself.
They died because Joe Biden lied. Five months prior, Biden insisted, "If we leave, we're going to do so in a safe and orderly way." It was anything but “safe” and “orderly.”
They died because Joe Biden surrendered the security of Kabul to the Islamofascist Taliban.
They died because Joe Biden ignored his generals.
They died because Joe Biden surrendered his responsibility as commander-in-chief.

Artemis l: Mission overview of NASA's
historic moon rocket launch

For the first time in nearly 50 years, NASA is preparing for a historic first, launching a new powerful moon rocket, the Space Launch System, on its maiden voyage.
The last time the space agency conducted a test flight of a moon rocket was the mighty Saturn V in 1967. Two years later, a Saturn V rocket would launch the Apollo 11 mission, sending astronauts to the moon. Now, NASA is preparing to launch the SLS and Orion spacecraft from Kennedy Space Center in Florida under the Artemis program, named for Apollo's twin sister in Greek mythology. If all goes well, astronauts could strap in as soon as 2024 for a lap around the moon, with NASA aiming to land two people on the lunar surface by the end of 2025.
NASA is targeting Monday, Aug. 29, for liftoff sending the Orion spacecraft on the Artemis-1 test flight, a 42-journey orbiting the moon and back. No astronauts will be on board the test flight. However, if it goes well, four astronauts will launch on Artemis-2, orbiting the moon before the Artemis-3 moon landing in 2025. The launch window is from 8:33 a.m. EDT to 10:33 a.m.

ND School Board Reverses Decision to Reject Pledge of Allegiance After Backlash from Public
|

A school board in North Dakota has reversed course on a decision to cancel the Pledge of Allegiance after claiming it wasn't "inclusive" and didn't align with the district's diversity code. In an 8-1 vote, the Fargo School Board decided last week to change its decision not to say the pledge before its bi-weekly meetings, after receiving complaints from conservative lawmakers and angry backlash from people around the country.
Earlier this month, the board voted 7-2 in favor of removing the pledge because Board Vice President Seth Holden took issue with the verse–'under God'. "Given that the word 'God' in the text of the Pledge of Allegiance is capitalized," Holden said. "The text is clearly referring to the Judeo-Christian God, and therefore, it does not include any other faiths such as Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, all of which are practiced by our staff and students."
The school board decided to incorporate the pledge after passing a motion on March 22. In early August, members voted in favor of removing it. "I'm just not sure that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance is a useful way to begin every one of our board meetings," Board President Tracie Newman told InForum at the time. "I would much prefer that we open our meetings with a shared statement of purpose that would bring us all together to do the work of the board."
The move sparked national outrage with some members receiving multiple threatening emails and voicemails. As CBN News reported, social media reaction to the news of the board's announcement was swift. One person tweeted, "Disgusting. The Fargo School Board's decision is an insult to the values of our Great Country and to everyone who has given their life to defend our liberties.
