Conservative Media Executive Nails 'Panicking' DOJ on 3 Big Mar-a-Lago Lies
|
|
A week and a day after the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s home in South Florida, the American public is still in the dark about too much of what is going on in their own government.
But one thing was apparent from the beginning, and it’s getting clearer by the day:
The truth about the Mar-a-Lago mission is not coming from President Joe Biden’s Justice Department — or Attorney General Merrick Garland.
In a Twitter post published late Monday, Sean Davis, CEO and co-founder of The Federalist, sketched out three ways Garland and his Justice Department, with the bootlicking cooperation of the mainstream media, have been actively deceiving the people they’re supposed to serve.
It’s an ugly picture.
“DOJ is panicking,” Davis wrote. “First, Garland claimed the warrant was narrow. That was a lie. Then Garland claimed DOJ would only speak through court filings. That was a lie, as these leaks prove. DOJ claimed the raid was URGENT! Also a lie, since Garland piddled around for weeks beforehand.” (The Western Journal) Read more here.

- Jesus, as we continue to assess and evaluate the circumstances of this raid on President Trump's home, we thank You for courageous journalists who are bringing forth alternative perspectives on this situation. We ask that they be protected, but also that they are speaking truth and not more fabrications. Let Your righteousness and truth prove the injustices in our government and let there be logical consequences to unrighteous actions, in Jesus name.

Former IRS Whistleblower Says Middle Class Americans Will Be Targeted Under Inflation Reduction Act
|
|
A former Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblower has said that the Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) will see the government target middle-income Americans with increased scrutiny and audits.
William Henck previously worked as a lawyer for the IRS for 20 years until 2017, when he was terminated for allegedly revealing sensitive information to the media about how the IRS had reportedly failed to identify a multi-billion-dollar corporate tax credit scheme involving a source of energy known as burning pulp byproducts, or black liquor.
Speaking to Fox Business, Henck disputed claims by the IRS and other officials who have said that increased funding for the agency under the IRA, which is set to be signed into law by President Joe Biden this week, would only lead to more audits for wealthy millionaires and billionaires and large corporations.
Henck also said he believes that the agency will go after businesses that don’t have enough money to hire Washington lobbyists.
“There will be considerable incentive to basically to shake down taxpayers, and the advantage the IRS has is they have basically unlimited resources and no accountability, whereas a taxpayer has to weigh the cost of accountants, tax lawyers—fighting something in tax court,” he told Fox Business.
Henck’s comments come after the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) found that working-class Americans will end up paying billions of dollars in new taxes thanks to the IRA. (Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Father this is so outrageous and un-American, un-righteous and un-acceptable. We bind this wicked agenda against we, the people of the United States of America and declare this scheme for greed to be null and void, in Jesus name. We release honor and integrity upon this government and shout loudly from the house-tops that the IRS will not attack, harrass, intimidate or assault American citizens for the sake of money, in Jesus name.
- "It is time for You to act, O Lord, For they have regarded Your law as void. Therefore I love Your commandments More than gold, yes, than fine gold!" (Psalm 119:126-127)

Wyoming to Cheney: You're Fired! Trump-Backed Hageman Wins Easily
|
|
Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., on Tuesday admitted that the Inflation Reduction Act won’t "immediately" temper inflation, telling reporters that the necessary investments needed to bring down prices would take some time.
Manchin’s comments came after President Biden signed the landmark climate change and health care bill into law on Tuesday, delivering what he has called the "final piece" of his pared-down domestic agenda. Though Democrats have labeled the measure the Inflation Reduction Act, nonpartisan analysts have said it will have a barely perceptible impact on prices.
Asked by Fox News reporter Hillary Vaughn whether it was misleading to call the bill the Inflation Reduction Act because it won’t make everyday goods less expensive, Manchin said, "Why would it?"
"Well, immediately it’s not," Manchin said. "We've never [said] anything would happen immediately, like turn the switch on and off."
Manchin said the market is anticipating the investments that will be made with the passing of the bill. Utility prices, for instance, will come down as the United States becomes more energy independent.
"We’re fighting like the dickens. You got to produce yourself out of this," Manchin said. "If you think that you’re going to wait on the Federal Reserve to raise rates, discourage you from buying anything (and) that’s going to take care of our inflation, that’s not how you take care of inflation." - We say thank You, Jesus! We bless Liz Cheney as she moves on in her career and lives in full alignment with her political ideology. We also pray that she finds salvation and peace and leaves our nation alone, as we seek to restore order and justice after the damage that has been done. We pray for Harriet Hagemen in the upcoming November elections which we declare will be honest, in Jesus name.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz expressed outrage at Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s claim that Israel perpetuated “50 holocausts,” on Wednesday morning, a day after he stood silently as Abbas spoke.
“I am disgusted by the outrageous remarks made by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas,” Scholz tweeted. “For us Germans in particular, any relativization of the singularity of the Holocaust is intolerable and unacceptable. I condemn any attempt to deny the crimes of the Holocaust.”

Prime Minister Yair Lapid on Tuesday blasted Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas, after Abbas accused Israel of committing “holocausts” against Palestinian Arabs during a meeting in Berlin with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“Mahmoud Abbas accusing Israel of having committed ‘50 Holocausts’ while standing on German soil is not only a moral disgrace, but a monstrous lie,” Lapid said.

A senior Russian official met the commander of Palestinian security forces to discuss military and intelligence co-operation, Moscow’s defence ministry said on Wednesday.
Without providing details, it said that Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin held talks with Major General Nidal Abu Dukhan from the Palestinian National Authority on the margins of a security conference held alongside Russia’s Army-2022 forum.

5. New Mexico Issues Executive Order Targeting Unlawful Antisemitic Conduct - Jewish Press
The Israeli-American Coalition for Action (IAC For Action) today applauded New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s groundbreaking executive order establishing the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism as the legal standard for determining when unlawful discriminatory conduct is motivated by antisemitism.
New Mexico is the first state to integrate IHRA into law via executive order, and the sixth state overall to incorporate IHRA into law. Florida, South Carolina, Iowa, Arizona and Tennessee enacted laws using IHRA through legislation. Twenty-two other states have endorsed the IHRA definition as an educational tool, through resolutions or executive orders (Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming).
“IAC for Action applauds Governor Grisham for not only recognizing IHRA, but for implementing it in order to ensure equal protections from discrimination for Jewish victims. We are grateful to see that Jewish and Israeli-Americans are not left to contend with incidents of antisemitic hatred alone,” said IAC for Action Board Chairman Shawn Evenhaim. (Read more)

1. World’s Largest Youth Trans Clinic Shuts Down Over Poor Science - Daily Citizen
The largest youth trans clinic in the world is closing because its methods and results have been found to be deeply harmful to young people’s health.
The U.K.’s Tavistock Centre in North London is being shuttered after being “accused of rushing teenagers into life-altering treatment on hormone-blocking drugs” according to major media reports. This closure comes after an independent in-depth review of the clinic’s practices by Dr. Hilary Cass and leading British pediatrician and former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Dr Cass was asked to conduct this careful, in-depth review by England’s National Health Services (NHS).
Dr. Cass reported to NHS on July 19, 2022 that the current science on adolescent puberty development simply does not support current practices that are being performed on tens of thousands of British children, “We do not fully understand the role of adolescent sex hormones in driving the development of both sexuality and gender identity through the early teen years, so by extension we cannot be sure about the impact of stopping these hormone surges on psychosexual and gender maturation. We therefore have no way of knowing whether, rather than buying time to make a decision, puberty blockers may disrupt that decision-making process.” (Read more)

2. Children's Safety, School Transparency Are Top Concerns for Nearly Half of American Parents - Business Wire
-With summer drawing to a close and families gearing up for another school year, many parents are considering education options for their children other than their local in-person public school. Children's Safety, School Transparency Are Top Concerns for Nearly Half of American Parents, according to new StrideLearn survey.
That's according to a survey by Stride, Inc., a leading provider of innovative, high-quality, and tech-enabled education solutions, which found that nearly half (45%) of parents or guardians with children enrolled in public school would prefer they attend a private school. Furthermore, with COVID-19 still presenting a health concern to many Americans, 50% of parents say they would likely enroll their child in an exclusively virtual school program in the fall if that were an option.
Top among parents' concerns are school safety and school transparency. With school leaders across the U.S. reporting a nearly 50% increase in violent threats from students and more than a 70% increase in generally disruptive student behavior between 2019 and 2021, half of parents surveyed by Stride expressed concerns about their children's safety in a public school environment. More than half (54%) of parents say they are explicitly concerned about the threat of gun violence at their children's school. (Read more)
- Lord God we invite you into our lives to guide every aspect of our parenting. Let us lead our children to You, knowing You care intimately for them, as You do for us. May the next generations serve Your Kingdom even more boldly than the last.

3. One thing the Inflation Reduction Act may not do: Lower inflation - CBS News
The Inflation Reduction Act is aimed at tackling a host of problems, from climate change to catching tax cheats, but there's one issue it may not solve: reducing inflation.
The legislation, which passed the House of Representatives on Friday and is headed to President Biden's desk to be signed into law, has wide-ranging goals yet does little to directly tackle the underlying causes of inflationary pressures pushing up the cost of everything from food to housing, the economists predict. Still, the bill could help some Americans lower their health care costs, through its provisions for seniors' prescriptions and another item that would lower what consumers pay for some Affordable Care Act plans.
The Penn Wharton Budget Model isn't alone in predicting that the Inflation Reduction Act won't measurably affect inflation, with the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office concluding last week that the changes would have a "negligible" impact on inflation this year and next. However, the CBO expects the bill to help lower inflation in later years. (Read more)

4. Trump-backed candidate Harriet Hageman gives rousing victory speech after defeating Liz Cheney - The Daily Mail
Trump-backed House hopeful Harriet Hageman spoke to supporters in Cheyenne Tuesday night after she clobbered her former friend Liz Cheney in Wyoming's Republican primary. She said: 'Today, Wyoming has spoken.'
She characterized her win as an effort to 'dislodge entrenched politicians' from Washington, D.C.'s 'uni-party - those Democrats and Republicans who don't really care which party is in power, just as long as they are.'
'Wyoming has put the elites on notice,' Hageman said, adding that if you want to represent the Cowboy State, 'you damn better well live in Wyoming.'
Moments before, in her concession speech, Cheney hinted at a future presidential run, making comparisons to Abraham Lincoln, who lost a string of races before winning the White House. (Read more)

5. Three months early: Vote by mail for November election begins in Illinois already - Just The News
Vote-by-mail applications for the Nov. 8 general election opened Wednesday, along with the new ability to permanently request mail-in ballots. All registered Illinois voters are eligible to vote by mail due to a new state law allowing voters to tell their election authority they permanently want to receive mail-in ballots.
Illinoisans looking to vote by mail can apply online. Voters can use the Illinois State Board of Elections website and then choose their local election jurisdiction from the menu under "select a jurisdiction." If the local election authority has an online process, follow the directions there.
Bryce Hill, an economic researcher with the Illinois Policy Institute, said a higher number of voters turnout when there is a mail-in option. (Read more)

6. A new enemies list? Conservatives, Trump allies targeted by the DOJ - Just The News
The Justice Department has come under intense scrutiny for allegedly weaponizing federal law enforcement to target allies of former President Donald Trump and critics of the Biden administration, stoking fears of a politicized, two-tiered justice system riddled with double standards.
In recent weeks, lawmakers, legal experts, and whistleblowers have decried the department for appearing to have an anti-conservative bias and using unnecessary, strong-arm tactics against those deemed political opponents.
The trend prompted longtime Republican David Bossie, the former deputy campaign manager to Trump, to declare Tuesday that it appeared America had another “enemies list” like the one made famous by Richard Nixon a half century ago.
"The enemies list consists of one name: Donald John Trump," Bossie told the Just the News, Not Noise television show. "…And then secondly, on the list is every single supporter of Donald John Trump.” (Read more)
- Lord God, we have unfortunately seen these tactics with a previous administration setting a dangerous precedent that is unfolding before our eyes today. We tear down the plans to politicize and create a two-tiered justice system riddled with double standards right now in the mighty name of Jesus that these plans will not come to fruition. We pray a hedge of protection around Donald Trump, his family, and those that are supportive of him in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

7. Donald Trump Calls to Dissolve January 6 Committee in Wake of Liz Cheney’s Loss - Brietbart
“I assume that with the very big Liz Cheney loss, far bigger than had ever been anticipated, the January 6th Committee of political Hacks and Thugs will quickly begin the beautiful process of DISSOLUTION?” Trump said in a TruthSocial post on election night.
Indeed, Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman secured a victory in the highly anticipated race — viewed by many as a proxy battle between Trump and the establishment — on Tuesday night. As of Wednesday morning, Hageman led with 66.3 percent to Cheney’s 28.9 percent.
“Congratulations to Harriet Hageman on her great and very decisive WIN in Wyoming,” Trump said on election night. “This is a wonderful result for America, and a complete rebuke of the Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs.” (Read more)
- Yes Lord, we agree! This unjust, politicized committee must come down right now in the mighty name of Jesus! We cannot normalize the weaponization of our government against those we simply disagree with as it has no place in the free land of America. This must come to an end right now in Jesus name.
- "Unequal weights and unequal measures are both alike an abomination to the Lord." (Proverbs 20:10)

8. Bill Gates reveals his involvement in pushing through climate bill in interview with Bloomberg - Fox News
Bloomberg published a report detailing Bill Gates' involvement in convincing Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., to support the White House and congressional Democrats' Inflation Reduction Act, a climate change and tax bill that according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office and the Wharton Budget Model will not actually reduce inflation.
The piece, titled "Bill Gates and the Secret Push to Save Biden’s Climate Bill," was published as part of Bloomberg Green, a climate change wing of the publication.
Bloomberg reported that when Manchin "slammed the brakes on legislation to combat global warming," that is "when billionaire philanthropist and clean-energy investor Bill Gates got on the phone with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer." (Read more)
- Lord God, we are told that this climate spending bill, the inflation act, among other bills are all designed to help the little guy and force the extremely wealthy to pay their fair share, yet we’re finding out that these bills are actually benefiting those with special interests. We ask that this lie continues to be exposed and that the darkness in these bills will be stopped someway somehow in Jesus name.

9. Rudy Giuliani spends 6 hours in front of Georgia grand jury in election probe - The New York Post
Rudy Giuliani underwent hours of questioning at an Atlanta courthouse Wednesday to testify before a special grand jury investigating whether former President Donald Trump and his allies illegally tried to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.
Giuliani, who was informed earlier this week that he is a “target” of the criminal probe, emerged from a limousine in the morning with his lawyer Bob Costello by his side. Photographers jostled to capture a photo of the former New York mayor as he climbed the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse.
The onetime Trump attorney declined to answer questions about what he would tell the panel, telling reporters: “Grand juries, as I recall, are secret. They ask the questions and we’ll see.” In the evening, the 78-year-old left the courthouse without comment or being spotted by the press, according to journalists waiting outside. (Read more)
- Lord God, we know so much corruption happened in 2020 so we just release the spirit of truth over this entire situation that the darkness will not overcome the light. We pray that you comfort Rudy Giuliani during this difficult time and that you fill his mouth with the words of life and your truth. Let Justice be done in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.
- “Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.” (Micah 7:8)

10. Trump CFO agrees to testify against company as part of guilty plea over tax crimes - Washington Examiner
Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg is expected to testify against former President Donald Trump's companies in a guilty plea for New York state tax crimes, according to reports.
Weisselberg, 75, has been a longtime and loyal employee of Trump's company but is reportedly in advanced talks to plead guilty to a 15-year tax fraud scheme, multiple outlets reported on Wednesday.
The judge overseeing the case has set a hearing for Thursday morning. Notably, Weisselberg will not enter into a cooperation agreement to help prosecutors in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's criminal investigation of the real estate companies' finances. (Read more)
- Lord God it is so obvious that they are trying to take down Donald Trump any way they can as payback for undoing their plans for his 4 year term and guaranteeing he never runs again. We ask Lord God that you deliver Trump from his many enemies like you did for King David. We ask you to dispatch your Warrior angels to fight bow on Trumps behalf in Jesus name we pray, amen.

You will stretch forth Your hand against the wrath of my enemies,
And Your right hand will save me." (Psalm 138:7)

Stupidocrisy: Believing The Stuntmen
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, August 17, 2022
One of the definitions of a stuntman is “A trained professional who performs daring acts, often as a career.” Essentially, they are people who do things that would severely injure the untrained, or make people believe some fantastic feat. Sometimes the stunts are so sensational that one has to suspend his disbelief to believe it is real. The United States Congress and its supporting mainstream news media along with many large corporations are full of stuntmen—trained professionals that make people believe something is real when it isn’t. They are kind of like the old-time professional wrestlers faking their way through matches with just enough good moves to make people think it is real. All along it’s just a choreographed stunt.
Well, Joe Biden just signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. All along, the news media was playing this Act as the turnaround for the Biden presidency. He was getting a string of legislative victories, they said, as the bill passed its way through committees, the Senate, the House and reconciliation. This single bill would define his success as president. Trouble is, it doesn’t reduce inflation at all. The new law will raise taxes on corporations and the middle class and allow the hiring of some 87,000 IRS agents to enforce it. Biden signed the bill that will provide enough pork for his “green energy” cronies that they will be able to retire early—if only. All this action and the stuntmen sold America on a giant head fake. These Two Amendments Are Trump's Friend Right Now
|
|
|
.... Trump has a constitutional option to overturn this outrageous search. Any fair court must recognize that this search was "permitted" by a bogus warrant, issued by a radical Obama judicial appointee, U.S. Magistrate Bruce Reinhart, based on counter-factual information from a single unreliable "insider."
If Trump is going to get justice, he'll need to do so through higher courts, ultimately leading him to the Supreme Court.
What are the grounds for the court to overturn the warrant, disallowing all "information" seized? Trump has three claims under the Bill of Rights, under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments.
The Fourth Amendment offers two protections for President Trump. Here's what the Fourth Amendment says: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated[.]"
The president is also protected by the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment says: "No person … shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself[.]" There's another Fifth Amendment clause directly applicable to this FBI search: "nor shall any person be subject for the same offence be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb[.]"
This latter clause protects us from double jeopardy. Constitutionally, you can't be tried twice for the same crime. Once found not guilty, the government cannot come back and nail you a second time.
There is no vagueness in the Fifth Amendment. In fact, neither the Fourth nor the Fifth Amendment is vague about the rights of any American to be protected from unjustified searches and seizures, leading to criminal prosecution.
While the nation reels from this outrage, and while Melania Trump arranges for her clothes to be fumigated for "bugs," Trump's legal team is determining how those sacred rights enshrined in our Constitution will be used to protect President Trump.
The ultimate outcome, should a Republican gain the presidency in 2024, needs to be a major shake-up in both the Department of Justice and the FBI. For too long have these two vital arms of our government been taking orders from the Dark State. It's time for some sunlight disinfectant. (The American Thinker) Read more here.

'Dazzling displays': Aurora borealis might be
visible across northern US tonight
|
|
Keep an eye to the sky Wednesday night if you live across the far northern U.S.: The aurora borealis, or northern lights, may be making a rare appearance.
Recent explosions on the surface of the sun have sent clouds of charged particles, known as coronal mass ejections, hurtling through the solar system, according to AccuWeather.
"These clouds of particles are predicted to collide with Earth's magnetic field on Wednesday night into Thursday, sparking dazzling displays of the aurora," AccuWeather's Brian Lada said.
Auroras typically appear as rippling curtains of green, red or purple light.
Geomagnetic storms such as these can also affect infrastructure in near-Earth orbit and on the surface, possibly disrupting communications, the power grid, navigation, and radio and satellite operations, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said.
AURORA HISTORY: Roughly 2,700 years ago, an unusually powerful solar storm swept past the Earth
But such disruptions are unlikely from this event, Lada said. Read More

Spirit-Filled Pastor: Only Pulpits Have the Power to Change America
|
|
One thing is crystal clear in America: If we truly want change, we must re-spark biblical boldness and flame the fires of biblical action. If we won't fight, then spiritually speaking, we will fade away. I recently attended a large gathering of pastors in San Diego organized by Turning Point USA Faith. During one of the opening sessions, it was said that the pastors in attendance could change the nation. To some, that may seem impossible, but it's definitely within reach if pastors return to their true calling: To preach the unadulterated Word of God and awaken a spiritually dead culture, not coddle her back to sleep. As many in our culture are brazenly "coming out," shouldn't pastors come out and address the issues that are destroying America from the inside out?
Sadly, many leaders are uncertain about speaking on topics deemed political. "I only preach the gospel," they say. They fail to realize that the gospel affects all areas—from the unborn to the borders, and from LGBTQ issues, socialism, sex trafficking, wokeness and wicked legislation—the gospel changes the heart, which in return, changes the nation. Additionally, when pastors lack boldness about hot-button topics, it affects all areas of preaching. As a result, the "gospel" they preach is often a watered-down, non-offending, powerless message. If we lack the boldness to tell people the difficult truths of salvation, from repentance to judgment, we will also lack boldness when it comes to the outworking of the gospel in our society, as mentioned above.
If we don't stand for those who have no voice, then who will? If we don't encourage God's Word in all areas of life, who will? Silence is not a virtue when the innocent are hurting and suffering. Being quiet in the midst of chaos is not a badge of honor; it's acknowledgment of defeat. "I only preach the gospel," is often an excuse to remain disengaged. Granted, not everyone will have the same passion for hot-button topics, and many pastors are great encouragers, but we all must sound the alarm in these dire times. Sadly, many sermons sound more like elevator music instead of a battle cry. If we are to spark another spiritual awakening (which is our only hope), pastors must once again feel the fire of the Spirit burning within. The pulpits can thunder again if we call the nation to repentance. (For added encouragement, listen to the sermon, A Battle Cry for America). Read more here. Source: Charisma Magazine

O How I Love Jesus

Words: Frederick Whitfield
Music: 19th Century American melody
Scripture: Because He first loved us. 1 John 4:19
Lyrics:
There is a name I love to hear,
I love to speak its worth;
It sounds like music in mine ear,
The sweetest name on earth.
Refrain
O how I love Jesus,
O how I love Jesus,
O how I love Jesus,
Because He first loved me!
It bids my trembling heart rejoice;
It dries each rising tear;
It tells me, in a still small voice,
To trust and never fear.
Refrain
Jesus, the name I love so well,
The name I love to hear!
No saint on earth its worth can tell,
No heart conceive how dear.
Refrain
This name shall shed its fragrance still
Along this thorny road,
Shall sweetly smooth the rugged hill
That leads me up to God.
Refrain
And there, with all the blood-bought throng,
From sin and sorrow free,
I’ll sing the new eternal song
Of Jesus’ love to me.
