Melania Celebrates Women At State Department Awards Ceremony:
‘Strength That Is Based In Love’
|
|
WASHINGTON—First Lady Melania Trump honored female recipients with the “International Women of Courage Awards” on Tuesday afternoon, sharing that these awardees “prove that love can inspire extraordinary valor even in the face of vulnerability.” The First Lady co-hosted the annual International Women of Courage Awards ceremony at the State Department with Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Dressed in a long, leopard print trench coat, Melania focused on the unique capability of these female advocates, activists, and leaders to act in the name of love. “Today, we celebrate courage —a strength that is based in love,” she said.”This truth is illustrated through our honorees, who prove that love can inspire extraordinary valor even in the face of vulnerability. Their remarkable stories are a testament to the power of love in practice — for family, community, and our world,” she continued. “This is especially evident in places where their passion defies convention and when it has been shown at great personal risk of stigma, persecution, or harm.”
This is the fifth year that Melania Trump has attended the event. Her predecessor, Jill Biden, previously gave an International Women of Courage award to a man who identifies as a woman named Alba Rueda, Argentina’s Special Envoy for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and the first trans-identifying politician to hold a senior governmental position. Rueda had made a name for himself pushing pro-transgender policies in Argentina. Awardees at Tuesday’s event included human rights defender Henriette Da; Hamas hostage survivor Amit Soussana; womens’ rights activist Major Velena Iga; Phillippines “Mama Ranger” Angelique Songco; human rights advocate Georgiana Pascu; women’s rights leader Zabib Musa Loro Bakhit; journalist Namini Wijedasa; and Yemeni advocate Amat Al-Salam Abdullah Abdo al-Hajj. Additionally, the Madeleine Albright Honorary Group Award was given to the “Women Student Protest Leaders of Bangladesh.” (Daily Wire) Read More Here

Second measles death reported in Texas amid
fast-growing outbreak
|
|
Another child with measles in Texas has died, the Department of Health and Human Services confirmed late Saturday.
The school-age girl was recently diagnosed with the viral disease and died at University Medical Center Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, the hospital said in a statement Sunday morning.
"The child was receiving treatment for complications of measles while hospitalized," the statement said. "It is important to note that the child was not vaccinated against measles and had no known underlying health conditions. This unfortunate event underscores the importance of vaccination."
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said Sunday on X that he was in Gaines County, the epicenter of the outbreak, to meet with families in the community. He said he had spoken to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to offer continued support and that teams from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had been sent back to the state.
Kennedy said in the post that "the most effective way to prevent the spread of measles is the MMR vaccine."
Kennedy had been expected to attend the child’s funeral Sunday, according to a person familiar with the plans. (NBC News) Read more here.

- In the name of Jesus, we bind all evil agendas and efforts from the enemy to infect our nation with illness. We plead the blood of Jesus over all of us and our children that no harm or evil can come against us. We pray comfort and peace for all those who have lost loved ones due to this illness. We pray, Lord, that your resurrection power that dwells on the inside of us by your Holy Spirit be manifest, expelling all sickness and disease from our bodies. In Jesus' name, amen.

Congressional Republicans prepare 10-bill sanctions package to ‘gut’ Iran and punish its Supreme Leader
|
|
By locking in these initiatives legislatively, any future administration would have a much more difficult time easing economic pressure on Tehran.
|
|
US Congressional Republicans are mounting an effort to codify President Donald Trump’s “maximum pressure” campaign on Tehran via a 10-bill legislative package that would sanction Tehran’s leadership, cut off its access to cash, and strangle the regime’s regional terror proxies, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.
The campaign includes “the toughest Iran sanctions package ever proposed by Congress,” according to the Republican Study Committee (RSC), the House’s largest GOP caucus, which is leading the effort.
Together, according to an RSC fact sheet, the bills “would gut Iran’s ability to fund terrorism throughout the region, sanction the Supreme Leader of Iran,” and compel future presidents to fully “enforce sanctions on Iran’s oil sales,” which hit historic highs under the Biden administration.
While the Trump administration has already issued a slew of executive orders reinstating intense economic pressure on Tehran, a future administration could easily undo them in the same way former president Joe Biden rolled back the tough Iran sanctions imposed during Trump’s first term in office.
By locking in these initiatives legislatively, any future administration would have a much more difficult time easing economic pressure on Tehran. (WorldIsraelNews) Read more.

- Lord God, we pray for wisdom for our leaders as they handle this difficult situation that they would know exactly what to do and how to handle this hostile government. We cancel all evil agendas and evil plans that the enemy may have in store for the United States. May those plans be discovered and canceled by the blood of Jesus. We pray a hedge of protection over our nation, that no harm or evil will prosper against us, in Jesus' name, amen.

20 dead as significant severe weather, flash flooding tear through parts of US
|
|
Relentless, life-threatening weather conditions continued into Sunday across multiple states, including the threat of severe flooding in Memphis, Tennessee and Little Rock, Arkansas, and tornado watches in Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
Since Wednesday, at least 20 people have died amid the outbreak of severe weather, including a 9-year-old boy in Kentucky who was swept away by floodwaters as he walked to a bus stop, and several people killed in southwestern Tennessee after a strong EF-3 tornado ripped through the city of Selmer.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp shared his sympathies Sunday evening after two people were killed when a tree fell on them at a Georgia golf course.
"Marty, the girls, and I are saddened by the tragic deaths of two Georgians in Muscogee County today as a result of the severe weather. We ask that you join us in keeping their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers, along with all those responding to storm damage," Kemp said.
The Arkansas Division of Emergency Management confirmed the state's first storm-related death -- a 5-year-old child found in a home in southwest Little Rock. The agency did not provide any other details of the child's death but said it was related "to the ongoing severe weather in Arkansas."
In Missouri, a 16-year-old firefighter responding to a reported water rescue, died in a vehicle crash on Friday in Beaufort, about 60 miles west of St. Louis, according to the Beaufort-Leslie Fire Protection District and a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. (ABC News) Read more here.

- We cover all states that have been affected by this weather and flooding in the blood of Jesus that no more destruction will happen to any of them. We speak to all storms that will be coming this spring that they can bring rain, but they cannot bring tornadoes, hail, and further floods to these states, in the mighty name of Jesus, amen and amen!
- "Then they cry out to the Lord in their trouble, And He brings them out of their distresses. He calms the storm, So that its waves are still." (Psalm 107:28-29)

Trump says US to engage in 'direct talks' with Iran over nuclear weapons
|
|
President Donald Trump on Monday said the U.S. is engaged in what he called "direct talks" with Iran over its nuclear program.
Making the surprise announcement sitting alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Oval Office, Trump said the discussions would be ramped up to high-level talks beginning this weekend.
"We're having direct talks with Iran, and they've started. It'll go on Saturday. We have a very big meeting, and we'll see what can happen," he said.
"And I think everybody agrees that doing a deal would be preferable to doing the obvious. And the obvious is not something that I want to be involved with, or, frankly, that Israel wants to be involved with if they can avoid it, he said.
"So, we're going to see if we can avoid it. But it's getting to be very dangerous territory. And hopefully those talks will be successful. And I think it would be in Iran's best interests if they are successful," he said.
When asked, Trump would not reveal the location nor did he identify the U.S. negotiators.
"If the talks aren't successful with Iran, I think Iran is going to be in great danger," Trump said. "And I hate to say it, great danger, because they can't have a nuclear weapon. You know, it's not a complicated formula. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. That's all there is." (ABC News) Read more here.

- Lord God, we ask that You go before our President, giving him wisdom every step of the way, as he begins to engage the leaders of Iran in talks this weekend. We ask for a calm environment to encompass all who will be speaking, and for Your wisdom to be manifest in this hour. Thank You, O Lord, for hearing our prayer, amen and amen.
- " Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. " (Matt. 5:9)

1. Israeli official: 'Egyptian ceasefire proposal is not acceptable' - Israel National News
Israel confirmed this evening (Monday) that it had received an Egyptian proposal for a compromise offer on a hostage deal. However, an Israeli official said that Israel will not accept the offer because of the demand for guarantees for a permanent ceasefire and a full withdrawal of IDF forces from the Gaza Strip.
An Egyptian source had told the Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat that the proposal for an agreement with Hamas, which was presented to representatives of the terrorist organization, includes the release of about eight Israeli hostages in exchange for a ceasefire that would last between 40 and 70 days.
Hamas asked for guarantees that Israel would maintain the ceasefire after the hostages are released and therefore the Egyptian offer stipulated that the eight hostages would not be released all at once but over the course of a week. (Read more)

2. Former Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen submits affidavit against Netanyahu to Supreme Court - Israel National News
The Movement for Quality Government in Israel on Monday submitted to the Supreme Court an affidavit on behalf of former Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) chief Yoram Cohen, as part of the petitions pending against the Israeli government, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Attorney General, the Advisory Committee for Senior Appointments, and the head of the Shin Bet.
In the affidavit, Cohen claims that during his tenure as Shin Bet chief between 2011 and 2016, Prime Minister Netanyahu twice attempted to exploit the Shin Bet's authority for political and personal needs.
Cohen claims that the first incident occurred in 2013, when Netanyahu asked Cohen to assign the Shin Bet the responsibility of monitoring, using intelligence tools, all individuals privy to a sensitive operation in an enemy state. Cohen testified that he strongly opposed the request: "In response, I told the Prime Minister that even if the concern was justified, it would not be appropriate for the Shin Bet to use tools designed to thwart terrorism and espionage to monitor and deter hundreds of people from the Israeli intelligence community, including heads of parallel organizations, without any specific suspicion against anyone in this group." 3. US Urges Bibi to Walk Back Nomination of Eli Sharvit as Shin Bet Chief - Jewish Press
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is under heavy pressure from the United States to walk back his nomination of Eli Sharvit, former head of the Israel Navy, to be the new chief of the Israel Security Agency (ISA), known as the Shin Bet.
US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), a super-strong supporter of the Jewish State, wrote in a post on the X social media platform just a few hours later that the appointment of Sharvit is “beyond problematic,” and urged Netanyahu to reconsider.
“While it is undeniably true that America has no better friend than Israel, the appointment of Eli Sharvit to be the new leader of the Shin Bet is beyond problematic,” Graham wrote. (Read more)

4. Qatari-based council: ‘Armed Jihad against Israel an obligation’ - Jerusalem Post
The International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUSM) has released a sweeping fatwa calling for waging “armed Jihad” against Israel and religiously banning normalization of ties. This pronouncement, which appeared on the organization's official website and the official X/Twitter account of its president, Sheikh Ali Al-Qaradaghi, represents a striking theological stance promoted by an international Islamist organization during the current Gaza conflict.
Headquartered in Doha with additional presence in Istanbul and claiming to represent tens of thousands of religious scholars from across the globe, the IUSM was established in 2004 by Sheikh Yousef Al-Qaradawi, a notorious and revered cleric who led the Muslim Brotherhood axis and was made known for his endorsement and promotion of Hamas’s suicide bombings against Israeli civilians.
Earlier this week, the Union’s “Ijtihad and Fatwa Committee” crafted the edict addressing what they termed "the ongoing aggression against Gaza." The declaration makes several extensive demands, including appeals for a thorough besieging of Israel "by land, sea, and air" while encouraging "prompt military intervention by Islamic countries" to bolster Palestinian armed struggle across multiple dimensions – military campaigns, economic areas, and the diplomatic arena. 5. Turkey Left Fuming After Israel Demolishes Key Military Bases in Syria - Algemeiner
i24 News – Turkey was left fuming after at least three air bases in Syria where it hoped to deploy its forces were devastated by Israeli air strikes this week.
The Israeli strikes the T4 and Palmyra air bases in Syria’s Homs province and the main airport in Hama province. Israeli attacks came despite Ankara’s efforts to reassure Washington that a deeper military presence in Syria was not intended to threaten Israel.
Turkish military teams in recent weeks scoped out all three sites, four officials speaking on condition of anonymity told Reuters.
Strikes at T4 “destroyed the runway, tower, hangars and the planes that were grounded. It was a tough message that Israel won’t accept the expanded Turkish presence,” said one of the intelligence officials who spoke to the news agency. (Read more)

1. 'Bullying practice': China retaliates against Trump with 34% tariff on US goods- USAToday.com
China said Friday it will impose reciprocal 34% tariffs on all imports from the United States, in the first retaliatory action against President Donald Trump's worldwide tariffs plan.
The move escalates a trade war between the world's two largest economies. The levies will be effective April 10.
"This practice of the U.S. is not in line with international trade rules, undermines China’s legitimate rights and interests, and is a typical unilateral bullying practice," China’s finance ministry said in a statement. (Read more)

2. Markets plunge with S&P 500 down 6% and Dow down 2,200 after China retaliates against Trump tariffs - AP
NEW YORK (AP) — Wall Street’s worst crisis since COVID slammed into a higher gear Friday.
The S&P 500 lost 6% after China matched President Donald Trump’s big raise in tariffs announced earlier this week. The move increased the stakes in a trade war that could end with a recession that hurts everyone. Not even a better-than-expected report on the U.S. job market, which is usually the economic highlight of each month, was enough to stop the slide.
The drop closed the worst week for the S&P 500 since March 2020, when the pandemic ripped through the global economy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged 2,231 points, or 5.5% and the Nasdaq composite tumbled 5.8% to pull more than 20% below its record set in December.
So far there have been few, if any, winners in financial markets from the trade war. Stocks for all but 14 of the 500 companies within the S&P 500 index fell Friday. The price of crude oil tumbled to its lowest level since 2021. Other basic building blocks for economic growth, such as copper, also saw prices slide on worries the trade war will weaken the global economy. (Read more)

3. Trump finds fault with both Putin and Zelenskyy as he tries to push for deal to end war in Ukraine - AP
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump lashed out at both Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday, expressing frustration with the Russian and Ukrainian leaders as he struggles to forge a truce to end the war.
Although Trump insisted to reporters that “we’re making a lot of progress,” he acknowledged that “there’s tremendous hatred” between the two men, a fresh indication that negotiations may not produce the swift conclusion that he promised during the campaign.
Trump began voicing his criticisms in an early morning interview with NBC News while he was at Mar-a-Lago, his private club in Florida. He said he was “angry, pissed off” that Putin questioned Zelenskyy’s credibility.
The Russian leader recently said that Zelenskyy lacks the legitimacy to sign a peace deal and suggested that Ukraine needed external governance. (Read more)

4. White House fires National Security Agency chief - BBC
The Trump administration has fired the head of both the National Security Agency and US Cyber Command, the BBC's US partner CBS has reported.
The removal of General Timothy Haugh comes amid what appears to be a wider purge of top security officials at the agency and at the White House.
Democrats have said they are "deeply disturbed" by the move and say it jeopardises national security.
Before the firings were reported, Trump told reporters he would get rid of any staff deemed to be disloyal.
"We're always going to let go of people – people we don't like or people that take advantage of, or people that may have loyalties to someone else," he told reporters aboard Air Force One.
Those fired from the NSC on Thursday included Brian Walsh, a director for intelligence; Thomas Boodry, a senior director for legislative affairs; and David Feith, a senior director overseeing technology and national security, CBS reported. (Read more)

5. Israel says it killed terrorist who oversaw kidnapping of Shiri, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, was likely involved in their murders - Times of Israel
Israel says it has killed the terrorist who oversaw the abduction of Shiri Bibas and her two young sons, and was likely involved in their murders.
Muhammad Hassan Muhammad Awad, a senior member of the Mujahideen Brigades, a relatively small terror group in the Gaza Strip, was killed in an airstrike today, the IDF and Shin Bet announce.
In a joint statement, they say that Awad was among the terrorists who invaded Kibbutz Nir Oz during the Hamas-led October 7 onslaught, and that he led the abduction of Shiri, Ariel and Kfir Bibas.
The IDF says Awad was also “likely involved in their murders” during the early weeks of the war. Their bodies were returned to Israel in February. (Read more)

Are You Called and Chosen?
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, April 7, 2025
There is a lot of attention given within Christianity about walking in your calling. Many of us have sat through teachings aimed at getting us to know our calling and becoming all we can be within it. Interesting that Jesus told the parable of the wedding feast ending with “Many are called, few are chosen.” Those who are called answer the invitation of the Lord. Those who are chosen both accept the invitation and comply with its conditions. We find that the book of Leviticus in Hebrew is actually Vayikra, meaning “And He called.” Leviticus 19:1 is the calling of all Israel, “Speak to the entire community of Israel; and tell them, ‘You people are to be holy because I ADONAI, am holy.’” There is the calling and the choosing.
The LORD begins Leviticus by calling out to Moses—“vayikra,” and explaining the way to draw near to Him through sacrificial atonement. All references to the LORD in Leviticus 1-5 are the sacred Name, YHVH, not Elohim, suggesting that the offerings were given to bring us closer to God’s mercy and love, not for the appeasement of His anger, as the pagans did. Everything offered the false gods was for appeasement of the deity. God established a completely different relationship with His set-apart people. The Hebrew word korban, translated as “sacrifice,” comes from the root word karov, meaning to “draw close,” or “come near.” The person offering the sacrifice drew near, trusting that the Lord’s mercy would bring atonement through the shedding of blood. The picture of this sacrifice is fulfilled in Jesus’ shed blood on our behalf. Read More

Luna, Johnson Strike a Truce on Proxy Voting That Gets the House Back to Business
|
|
|
After a few unexpected days off, the House is back in D.C. to resolve a family feud that’s grabbed headlines from coast to coast. For Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), the spat was an unfortunate return to normal after weeks of surprising unity. And while it was inevitable that the harmonious spell Donald Trump cast over Republicans would break at some point, most people just didn’t expect it to be over something as universally despised as proxy voting.
To the casual observer, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s (R-Fla.) request to vote from home after childbirth seemed reasonable. After all, employers make plenty of accommodations for new parents in the normal world. But serving in Congress isn’t a normal job — and changing that, conservatives say, would mean opening a Pandora’s box that couldn’t easily be shut.
By the weekend, days after the issue triggered a House shutdown, the ice between the two sides seemed to be thawing. Luna and Johnson talked about narrowing the idea to just mothers before ultimately striking a tentative deal that calls for “vote pairing.” Essentially, experts explain, this would allow a House member who isn’t physically present (like a new mom) to find someone on the opposite side of the issue who would agree to abstain from the vote — effectively offsetting the missing member’s vote.
“Speaker Johnson and I have reached an agreement and are formalizing a procedure called ‘live/dead pairing’ — dating back to the 1800s — for the entire conference to use when unable to physically be present to vote: new parents, bereaved, emergencies,” she wrote. She thanked the president for his guidance “as well as all of those who worked to get this change done, this is becoming the most modern, pro-family Congress we’ve ever seen.” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

Signal Scandal Enters Investigation Phase
|
|
|
The White House is desperately trying to make the Signal scandal story disappear. “This case has been closed here at the White House, as far as we are concerned,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced on Monday afternoon. “There have been steps made to ensure that something like that can obviously never happen again, and we’re moving forward.”
President Donald Trump had voiced his own exhaustion on Sunday, complained about the “never ending Signal story” that was “so old and boring, but only used because we are having the most successful ‘First One Hundred Presidential Days’ in the history of America, and they can’t find anything else to talk about.”
This is politician speak for, “I don’t want to talk about this any longer. Won’t you please drop it too?” If only it were that easy! What a boon that would have been to former President Biden, or Clinton, or Nixon! But the Trump administration cannot assume that a hostile media will forgo a succulent lede merely to save them from embarrassment.
The Department of Defense Acting Inspector General (IG), Steven Stebbins, has initiated an “evaluation of the Secretary of Defense’s reported use of a commercially available messaging application for official business,” he notified Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Thursday. Stebbins filled the position in acting capacity after President Trump fired formed DOD inspector general Robert Storch, along with other department IGs, in January.
Stebbins initiated the inquiry in response to a request from “the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee,” Senators Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) and Jack Reed (D-R.I.), respectively.
“The objective of this evaluation is to determine the extent to which the Secretary of Defense and other DoD personnel complied with DoD policies and procedures for the use of a commercial messaging application for official business,” Stebbins stated. “Additionally, we will review compliance with classification and records retention requirements.”

- Father God, we come before Your Throne of Grace, asking for mercy in this time of need. Clearly, something happened with the Signal breach that should not have happened, which has caused negative results in the realm of our international relations. We pray for this new Senate investigation, asking that any facts that would bring light into this darkness would be revealed. We ask that the President and members of this investigative committee would be successful in finding any hidden facts that were embedded in this fiasco, and that, as a result, a breach of data would never happen again. In Your Name, O Lord, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.
- "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light." (Mark 4:22)

‘Restore the Constitutional Balance’: Trump Admin. Asks SCOTUS to Halt Unlawful Court Orders
|
|
|
Another day, another federal court halting President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” agenda. On Tuesday, Judge Araceli Martinez Olguin of the U.S. District Court for Northern California issued a preliminary injunction preventing the president from ending federal funds going to immigration lawyers. In February, the Trump administration froze approximately $200 million in grants to the Acacia Center for Justice, a group of immigration lawyers providing free services to unaccompanied migrant children (UAC). The Acacia Center for Justice subsequently sued to unfreeze the funding.
In issuing her preliminary injunction unfreezing the funds, the Mexican-born, Biden-appointed Olguin reasoned that the funding freeze would do “irreparable harm” to the Acacia Center for Justice and “imped[e] their ability to provide the direct legal representation of unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings.” She wrote, “The Court additionally finds that the continued funding of legal representation for unaccompanied children promotes efficiency and fairness within the immigration system.”
Olguin’s is simply the latest in a series of mostly district court-issued injunctions or temporary restraining orders (TROs) impeding the president’s agenda. One of the most controversial of these cases centers on the president’s use of the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) of 1798 to carry out mass arrests and deportations of Venezuelan nationals affiliated with the foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua (TdA). Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia previously issued a sweeping TRO barring the president from invoking the AEA to deport TdA members. The Trump administration has contested Boasberg’s order and subsequent ruling, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld Boasberg’s TRO last week, simply demanding that it be amended so that it does not enjoin the president himself, only his deputies and administration officials.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a request last week with the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the justices to vacate Boasberg’s order or, at the very least, issue an administrative stay, effectively restraining Boasberg’s TRO. “This case presents fundamental questions about who decides how to conduct sensitive national-security-related operations in this country — the President, through Article II, or the Judiciary, through TROs. The Constitution supplies a clear answer: the President.
“Most fundamentally, respondents cannot obtain relief because they brought the wrong claims in the wrong court,” she added, arguing that the five deported Venezuelans who claimed to have no affiliation with TdA — despite the investigations and conclusions of law enforcement officers — should have filed a habeas corpus complaint in a federal court in Texas, instead of an Administrative Procedure Act (APA) complaint in a court in Washington, D.C. - Father God, once again we approach Your Throne as the king of all kings, and the Lord of all lords. We call forth justice in the courts of our nation when confronting issues related to illegal immigration. We rebuke, tear down, and dismantle any hidden agendas in the court system that would serve to challenge the authority of the President of the United States. Let justice prevail in our nation, as our constitutional balance of power is restored. In Your Name, Abba, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

‘We Want Our National Sovereignty’: WHO Falls Billions Short of Budget after U.S. Withdrawal
|
|
|
Global governance institutions assume the right to issue orders to independent, national governments around the world — but since President Donald Trump began reasserting America’s autonomy, one international organization is finding it hard to pay its bills.
Despite slashing its budget by hundreds of millions of dollars, the World Health Organization (WHO) still has a $2.5 billion shortfall, its leaders revealed this week.
President Trump signed an executive order beginning the process of U.S. withdrawal from the global health body, a favorite of the Biden-Harris administration, and has already denied the agency hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.
“WHO proved itself to be a corrupt organization run by the Chinese Communist Party and global leftists,” Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) told “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” on Wednesday. “As in so many other areas, President Trump is acting boldly, swiftly, and decisively by really focusing on the waste, fraud, and abuse of borrowed taxpayer money that is mortgaging our children’s future. So, I’m very, very pleased with his swift action here.”
The WHO’s recent hardships are a marked change from just last year when the Biden-Harris administration hoped to pass the WHO Pandemic Agreement. During the Biden-Harris administration, Senator Johnson led strong Republican opposition to the agreement. At one point, he urged Christians to “pray for a Tower of Babel” inside WHO, creating confusion in its ranks. WHO officials announced they would not complete the agreement by the end of the Biden administration.
The Senate GOP “cut off the amendments that were really going to threaten our individual sovereignty,” said Johnson on Wednesday. “We nipped that in the bud.”
“We don’t want to be governed by an international institution. We want our national sovereignty,” stated Johnson. “And the WHO is just part of the one world order, a group of institutions that would threaten that sovereignty” and America’s national self-determination. - Once again, Father God, we see that You have been faithful to answer the prayers of Your saints, in order to defund and to dismantle the danger of the World Health Organization (the WHO) destroying our own sovereignty at the global level. We praise You, Holy One, and we worship Your sovereignty over the nations of the world! May the kings of the world humble themselves and worship You, the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords. Amen and amen.
- "These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful." (Revelation 17:14)

Pay Attention When The Global Elites Practice For A 'Cyber Pandemic'
|
|
The COVID pandemic was, by many peoples' argument, an entirely manufactured crisis. While the disease was serious, the global response was completely over the top.
"Every major element of the official COVID narrative has been proven false: The origins of the virus, the validity of PCR tests, the suppression of early treatments, the denial of natural immunity, the so-called 'safety and effectiveness' of vaccines, and the utility of masks, lockdowns, and vaccine passports. Yet those who questioned any part of it faced unprecedented ostracism and persecution," notes this article.
"The manufactured panic ignored fundamental reality: COVID posed minimal risk to healthy people under 70, but was significantly more dangerous to the elderly and immuno-compromised. Rather than focusing resources on protecting vulnerable populations, we destroyed economies, stole childhoods, and enforced measures that made no epidemiological sense. This wasn't just about control - it was an engineered economic coup, the largest financial consolidation of power in modern history."
The old expression "follow the money" is very apt when looking back at the whole dumpster-fire of 2020 and its aftermath. In retrospect, many speculate we were warned about the COVID pandemic long before it hit: "Just months before COVID, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, N.Y.," reports the same article. "An examination of the event reveals that the priority of the exercise centered not on treatment protocols or protecting the vulnerable but rather on how information control could be used to manufacture mass compliance.
Because this drill later became reality, many are now paying grim attention whenever the global elites decide to run another "exercise." Read More

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." (Matthew 6:34)

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
