Today's Top Story:

Iran’s drones are fueling Putin’s evil war in Ukraine

Iran is continuing to exploit Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine to position itself as the world’s leading manufacturer of cheap and lethal drones.

A recent report published by The Guardian cited analysts with the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency stating how Tehran evolved from primarily a regional drone supplier to “Moscow’s most significant military backer” through the course of the conflict in eastern Europe.

While it is widely understood that many of Moscow’s UAV-launched attacks are tied to Tehran, the defense officials paint a more detailed picture of the depth of the collaboration, using intelligence the U.S. has amassed since the summer.

The Iranian regime has admitted to outfitting Russian forces with drone supplies, however, they refuse to concede that these weapons had been used in the ongoing conflict. This report is instrumental since in-flight footage and other raw evidence have been collected to showcase the extent of Iranian drone use in Ukraine and therefore garner more support for sanctions against the regime.

Iran Denies Its Drones are Being Used in Ukraine

According to U.S. defense analysts, the most critical objective of the recently published report is the attempt to relay that “Iran’s foreign ministry is denying that they (drones) are being used,” and that “the U.S. and the UK want to provide irrefutable evidence to a global audience where there may be more skepticism.”

To hit this point, analysts compare imagery depicting the aftermath of a 2022 Iranian-launched drone attack in Iraq to the debris of a recent drone barrage in Kyiv. In both cases, an Iranian-designed Shahed-131 killer drone was used.

The Shahed-131 combat drone is an earlier version of the more widely recognized Shahed-136 variant. Although smaller in size than its predecessor, the Shahed-131 has similar capabilities and components. Similar to many of Iran’s “indigenous” weapons, the Shahed-131 is actually powered by a copycat version of the Beijing Micropilot UAV Control System Ltd MDR-208 Wankel engine. Both the Shahed-131 and its predecessor have been used frequently in attacks carried out by Russian Forces in Ukraine, including in barrages targeting the country’s energy sector. (Read more here)

- Father God, as we gaze upon the calendar for this next week, we recall that this Friday, February 24th, marks the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Lord God, with that military move, Russia has launched a war that now seems to have no end. We continue to pray for comfort and protection for the victims who are now on both sides of this war, and wisdom for those in authority, that this will come to an end. In Your Name, Holy One, amen and amen!

- "And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."

Ohio Governor: We Do Not Qualify for FEMA Assistance
(CNSNews.com) – Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said Friday that the levels of contamination for the water in East Palestine as a result of the hazardous chemicals from the train derailment is at zero.

Meanwhile, the residents of East Palestine “do not qualify” for help from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) like other areas have received for natural disasters like hurricanes, the governor said.

“Now I know there has been a lot of questions about FEMA and calling in FEMA for aid. At this point based on what FEMA has told us and continues to tell us, my chief of staff talked to them again this morning, we do not qualify for assistance,” DeWine said.

“Although FEMA is synonymous with disaster support, they are most typically involved with disasters where there is tremendous home or property damage, tornadoes, flooding, hurricanes. That's why we do not expect FEMA will come to East Palestine,” he said.

“However, to make sure that if in the future -- if in the future FEMA is ever needed, we want to preserve our rights to be able to ask them for help. So to make sure that if FEMA is ever needed in the future to help residents we'll preemptively file a document with FEMA to preserve our rights in case we need their assistance in the future,” the governor said. - Father God, the more we learn about this disaster in East Palestine, Ohio, the more puzzled we are as to the cause of this derailment and its outcomes. Lord God, help us to all "pray through in the Spirit" until more facts are revealed, and to wait upon You for justice to be rendered. In Your Name, Holy One, amen and amen.

- "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God."    (Romans 8:26,27)
HOW TO RESPOND TO THE ASBURY REVIVAL

By Mario Murillo
Why is it so urgent to have the right response to the revival currently taking place at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky? Well, let me answer that with a story about the California condor. That great bird was virtually extinct when one of these giant vultures with a 10 foot wing span laid an egg. The nest was located high up in inaccessible mountains, yet the forestry service had to keep its location hidden. And for good reason.

It was all over the media. Naturalists tried to find the nest to photograph the egg.  Others wanted to camp near the egg and video it in hopes of catching the moment that it hatched. It is ironic that the very people who claimed to dearly love the bird were the greatest threat to its life. It is strange that a bird so powerful, as an adult, is so vulnerable at birth. The same is true of revival—it is vulnerable to abuse, at birth.

In fact, your first reaction to the news about Asbury is a test of your condition before God.

Be honest. When you heard about Asbury, which did you feel: jealousy, hurt, criticism, or doubt? Did you feel some kind of carnal curiosity about it? Some responded immediately by thinking of ways to exploit it to their own ends.

Here are 5 wrong ways to respond to Asbury:

(To read the rest of this article, please go here.
- Father God, help us to not get in the way of what You have birthed at Asbury and which is now moving across our country, Lord God, for many years we as believers have been crying out to see a move of revival spring forth across our land. Lord God, now that it is here, help us to steward this amazing opportunity correctly, that many may come to You, repent, and find new life in Christ Jesus. Amen.

- "Teach me Your way, O LORD, that I may walk in Your truth. Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name."  (Psalm 86:11)

Sally Pipes: Fixing Medicare isn't brain surgery

Editor's note: The Medicare balance sheet has two sides: the patient side and the health care provider side. The third-rail politics of the issue center around current and soon-to-be patients: taxpayers have already paid for current and unrealized health benefits. Much less politically hot is how much Medicare pays health care professionals. Democrats had no problem changing Medicare payment amounts by $500 billion to pay for the Affordable Care Act law, which supposedly were going to save that much by finding different ways to manipulate supply and demand. • No matter what policy changes lawmakers make, the fixed natural laws of supply and demand reign over any action of Congress. If doctors stop taking Medicare due to low reimbursement, sick seniors and their families will look for other ways to find and pay for health care. It's possible Medicare becomes irrelevant before it becomes fully insolvent.

Dear Saints,

A lifestyle of REPENTANCE is so close to the heart of God.

Indeed, He commands us to  "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!" Matthew 3:2

How, then, can we approach His Throne of GRACE, in repentance?

We invite you to join us every week on Sunday evening, as we explore this vital topic together. We present a different prayer focus each week, leading us into repentance, so that we might approach His Throne of Grace in repentance, presenting ourselves to Him as a pure and a spotless Bride, without spot or wrinkle. (Ephesians 5:27)

Praying together, we desire to fulfill the mandate of Psalm 139:

" Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; 24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting." Psalm 139:24

You can join us, any Sunday evening, at 10:00 p.m. EST by calling:

717-908-1983
Access Code: 9301470#

WELCOME!

". . . and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

"Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place."
(2 Chronicles 7:14,15)
