The Federal Government is Tracking the Unvaccinated
|

The U.S. government has been secretly tracking those who didn’t get the COVID jab, as well as those who aren’t up to date on their shots. Worse, it is recording the reason why. Now that the program has been widely adopted, know why it’s being done and how you can outsmart it.
Story at a Glance
· The U.S. government has secretly been tracking those who didn’t get the COVID jab, or are only partially jabbed, through a previously unknown surveillance program designed by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), a division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
· The program was implemented on April 1, 2022, and adopted by most medical clinics and hospitals across the United States starting January 2023.
· Under this program, doctors at clinics and hospitals have been instructed to ask patients about their vaccination status, which is then added to their electronic medical records as a diagnostic code, known as ICD-10 code, so that they can be tracked inside and outside of the medical system.
· These new ICD-10 codes are part of the government’s plan to implement medical tyranny using vaccine passports and digital IDs.
· The government is also tracking noncompliance with all other recommended vaccines using new ICD-10 codes, and has implemented codes to describe WHY you didn’t get a recommended vaccine. It’s also added a billable ICD code for “vaccine safety counseling.”
Secret Tracking Program Revealed
The new International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes were introduced during the Sept. 14–15, 2021, ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee meeting. East Palestine, Ohio Residents are Seething Over Authorities Downplaying Extent of Train Derailment Chemical Release: "Don't Tell me it's Safe"

Despite promises from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that everything is now good to go, many residents of East Palestine, Ohio, are discovering that it might not be safe to return home after all.
The “controlled release” of highly toxic and highly flammable chemicals from a derailed Norfolk Southern freight train have massively polluted the region along the Pennsylvania border, and some locals say they are suffering burning sensations and persistent cough upon returning.
Area farmers say their livestock animals are mysteriously dropping dead while state officials have confirmed that more than 3,000 fish across seven-and-a-half miles of stream are also dead – this, as federal officials declare the incident to be over and done with
In case you missed it, a 50-car freight train derailed at around 9pm on Friday, February 3. Authorities subsequently ignited the gas contained in 10 of the cars carrying hazardous chemicals, which released a massive plume of smoke and soot that carried for miles and miles.
Area residents were evacuated for a few days and later told it was safe to return home, but many of them are now saying not so fast as they discover that there were far more chemicals than just vinyl chloride that were released during the controlled explosion.
The EPA is now warning that chemicals continue to be released “to the air, surface soils, and surface waters.” This could mean that the area is now an unsafe place to live indefinitely.
Thousands of fish found floating in creeks around East Palestine
Sil Caggiano, a hazardous chemicals specialist and former fire department chief, told the media that he is “surprised” residents were allowed to return home this quickly before all of their homes could even be tested for chemical exposure. (Citizens News) Read more.

President Trump on Truth Social: Supreme Court Set to Reconsider Brunson Brothers Case TODAY!

The Brunson brothers’ case is back in the news. These brothers are behind a
lawsuit that claims that numerous politicians on both sides of the aisle violated
their oaths of office by not investigating evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit wrote about this case previously. The brothers’ case was sent up to
the US Supreme Court and there were hopes that the Court would take it up in early
January. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court refused to take on the case.
But the brothers have not given up. They are again asking the US Supreme Court to ensure justice for all in the US by looking into their case. Many Americans believe that there was wrongdoing in the 2020 election. By not investigating the obvious cases of fraud and corruption, numerous US politicians on Jan 6, 2021, violated their oaths.
The Supreme Court is set to reconsider whether to hear a lawsuit alleging President Biden,
Vice President Kamala Harris, former Vice President Mike Pence, 291 House members, and 94 senators violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before certifying Biden as the victor on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be “fraudulently” inaugurated..

In his petition for reconsideration, Brunson argues that there must be a penalty for violating oaths of office or else they are "not binding."
A "rigged election" is equivalent to war since both "put into power" a "victor," he argues, and therefore allegations of "a rigged election" must be investigated.
"The Oath of Office requires that aid and comfort cannot be given to those levying war through a rigged election," Brunson writes.
As a "Presidential rigged election is a threat to the Constitution," he argues, "when members of Congress become aware of such allegations an investigation into these allegations is required or they become violators of their Oath of Office." (Read more here

1. FM Cohen in Kyiv pledges Ukraine loan guarantees, help with airstrike warning system - Times of Israel
KYIV, Ukraine — Foreign Minister Eli Cohen said after an hourlong meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dymytro Kuleba in Kyiv on Thursday that Israel will provide Ukraine with up to $200 million in loan guarantees for healthcare and civilian infrastructure.
Speaking in English alongside Kuleba at Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry, Cohen also announced that Israel would “assist Ukraine with developing a smart early warning system.” The airstrike warning system would be similar to the technology Israel uses to warn civilians of rocket attacks.
“Israel, as stated in the past, stands firmly in solidarity with the people of Ukraine,” said Cohen, “and remains committed to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.” (Read more)

2. Earthquake in Turkey also felt in Israel - Israel National News
A magnitude 5 earthquake was felt on Thursday evening in Turkey and throughout the Middle East, including Syria, Lebanon and Israel.
Reports in Syria indicated that a building collapsed in the area of Aleppo as a result of the earthquake.
Residents of northern Israel reported feeling the earthquake, but so far there has been no confirmation from the Israel Seismological Institute. This is the fourth earthquake that has been felt in Israel since the beginning of the month. (Read more)

3. Jordan’s foreign minister visits Syria in bid for relief diplomacy - Jerusalem Post
Jordanian pundits have expressed the hope that Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi’s visit Wednesday to Damascus, which included a reception by Syrian President Bashar Assad, will help ease the isolation of the Syrian regime and possibly bring about a relaxing of the 12-year-old international sanctions against Damascus.The visit follows a phone call by Jordan’s King Abdullah II to the Syrian leader, plus a series of meetings between Arab leaders and Assad, according to Oraib Rantawi, director general of Al Quds Center for Political Studies and an expert on regional relations. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will deliver his first address in English since his re-election, and his first speech to an audience of American Jewish community leaders on Sunday, 19 February 2023, at the Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem when leaders from more than 50 American Jewish organizations to gather in Jerusalem at the annual National Leadership Mission of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

5. Energean exports first hydrocarbon liquids from Israeli gas fields -Jerusalem Post
For the first time in the history of Israeli oil and gas production, hydrocarbon liquids will be exported to global markets, Energean confirmed on Tuesday. The first cargo has been transferred from the company's Karish field platform and sold as part of a multi-cargo marketing agreement with Vitol.
“We are happy and proud that Energeanhas facilitated Israel joining the club of international oil exporters," said Mathios Rigas, Energean's CEO "This is another milestone for us, enhancing Energean’s growth as a significant player in the local and regional markets.”
According to Energean, the hydrocarbon liquids are to be offloaded in a controlled manner via the Energean Power FPSO vessel and subsequently sold into various global markets, creating a significantly differentiated income stream that is fundamentally separate to the company's gas-derived revenues. 1. The West Will Need to Use Either Nukes or NATO Troops To Stop the Russian Advances in Ukraine – The Economic Collapse Blog
The new Russian offensive appears to have begun, and in recent days the Russians have been steadily gaining ground in several key areas of eastern Ukraine. Things seem to be going particularly well for the Russians in the northern part of eastern Ukraine. A breakthrough seems to be developing, and it is being reported that the Ukrainians are preparing to establish “a new line of defense outside Kharkiv”. The Russians have clearly gained the upper hand in the conflict, and that has extremely serious implications.
Prior to these new advances, the conflict in Ukraine had mostly been an artillery duel for several months. And even though the western powers have been trying to provide the Ukrainians with sufficient ammunition, the Russians have been able to fire far more rounds each day…
Ukraine’s armed forces are firing some 6,000 artillery shells a day, far faster than their Western allies can resupply them. Russia is using as much as 20,000 rounds a day, equivalent to what European factories can produce in a month. Some experts claim that the disparity between the two sides is even larger.
In any event, everyone agrees that the Ukrainians are hurting for ammo while the Russians just continue to relentlessly pound them. And now we are learning that the Biden administration has decided not to send Army Tactical Missile Systems to Ukraine because the U.S. military “is concerned it wouldn’t have enough for itself.”
Ukraine has put up a stiff fight, but now the writing is on the wall. So the tide has turned, and at this point even mainstream news outlets in the U.S. are starting to grudgingly admit that “Russia is winning.” (Read more)

2. Russian Diplomats Issue Dire Warnings That War with US is Close – ZeroHedge
The Kremlin’s top diplomat has warned that Western involvement in Ukraine is nearing "the point of no return," accusing the United States and the NATO bloc of attempting to transform the country into a "Russophobic military stronghold." Meanwhile, Moscow’s UN envoy declared that all of Russia’s "red lines" have already been crossed.
Addressing lawmakers at Russia’s State Duma on Wednesday, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov outlined the causes of the current conflict in Ukraine and the deterioration of US-Russia relations, saying Washington has a "maniacal desire to revive the neo-colonial unipolar world order."
"An integral part of this policy is the long-term containment of Russia, including through the expansion of NATO towards our borders, as well as the transformation of fraternal Ukraine into a Russophobic military stronghold," he said. "In recent years, this line of Washington and its European satellites has reached the point of no return."
After the fall of the Soviet Union, Washington and several other Western states gave assurances to Moscow that the NATO alliance would not expand beyond Germany. However, in the years since, Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump have each allowed new members to join the alliance, all of them inching closer to Russia’s borders.
Starting in 2008, NATO has repeatedly declared its intention to someday allow Ukraine to become a member, again reiterating that pledge at a recent alliance summit. The move would cross the "brightest of all red lines" for Moscow, as was previously noted by then-State Department official and current CIA Director William Burns, who penned a 2008 memo warning of the geopolitical perils of extending membership to Kiev.
Still, President Joe Biden has refused to change course, insisting it is up to Ukraine whether it would like to join the US-led military bloc while effectively making Kiev a de facto member in the meantime. (Read more)

As 2022 was coming to a close, The ETC Group released a report highlighting how the world's "Food Barons," also known as multinational corporations with deep pockets, now control pretty much every element of the industrial food and agriculture chain. Entitled "Food Barons 2022 – Crisis Profiteering, Digitalization and Shifting Power," the report examines the various corporations in charge of each of the 11 key industrial agri-food sectors, which are:
Just four to six dominant firms, the report reveals, control every single one of these sectors. This allows them to wield enormous control over not just the food markets but also agricultural research and policy development. With this handful of large corporations at the helm of the global food supply, the World Economic Forum's (WEF) climate change agenda is being implemented with much greater ease than if food was still controlled by We the People. Big Tech is also directly involved in the food supply takeover, which would not be possible without digitalization, which is often lumped under the banner of artificial intelligence (AI). 4. Israel, US Signal Unprecedented Cooperation in Military Preparations Against Iran – JNS
On Jan. 26, the historic five-day joint Israeli-American military exercise called “Juniper Oak” came to an end. The exercise saw unprecedented levels of cooperation between the U.S. military’s Central Command (CENTCOM), which is responsible for the Middle East, and the Israel Defense Forces.
“Juniper Oak” tested Israeli-American readiness and boosted the operational connection between the two militaries to enable them to deal with “regional threats,” according to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, but the intended target audience for this message seems to have been Iran.
Some 6,500 U.S. commanders and soldiers took part, as did missile ships and fighter jets from both militaries, which fired on simulated naval threats. The two air forces also practiced a range of scenarios, including the use of transport and mid-air refueling aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, search and rescue helicopters and B-52 bombers, which dropped munitions on targets in southern Israel. 5. China Threatens Counter-Measures Against US Entities After Spy Craft Shootdown – Fox News

threatened Wednesday to take action against U.S. agencies responsible for destroying and recovering one of its surveillance balloons.
Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Wang Wenbin made the vague threat during a press conference. "China firmly opposes this and will take countermeasures in accordance with the law against the relevant U.S. entities that undermine China’s sovereignty and security," said Wang. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been highly critical of the U.S. government's handling of the situation in recent weeks, accusing government officials of making a spectacle out of a delicate situation.
Wang did not elaborate on what the proposed "countermeasures" might be, but the spokesman promised that the communist nation will "resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and its legitimate rights and interests." The surveillance balloons shot down by the U.S. government on Feb. 4 over the waters off the coast of South Carolina has been a daily topic of discussion for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 6. IMF Says World Needs to Prepare for the “Unthinkable” After COVID and War in Ukraine – The Epoch Times
International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has warned that the world needs to be prepared to better handle shocks and “the unthinkable” in a post-COVID-19 world and in light of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
Georgieva made the comments during a World Government Summit panel hosted by CNBC’s Hadley Gamble in Dubai on Feb. 14, where she also referenced the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria that have killed more than 36,000 people.
Asked how “difficult” this year is going to be, Georgieva replied that the world economy is still “in a very difficult place and global growth is slowing down in 2023 but it may be a turning point,” pointing to inflation declining in some countries.
“What we are very concerned [about] is one, the unexpected,” Georgieva said. “What COVID and the war taught us is we live in a more shock-prone world. What the earthquake in Turkey and Syria taught us is, to think of the unthinkable. (Read more)

7. After Biden sent $1 billion to the PLO, Israeli deaths rose 900% - JNS.org
In April 2021, the Biden administration restored aid to the PLO. Terror incidents, reflecting attack attempts, shot up sharply, from 91 in February and 89 in March to 130 in April.
By May, major fighting had resumed, with 13 Israelis, including two children, killed.
By the time the year was over, 17 people in Israeli areas had been killed. The over 400% increase in deaths was only the beginning. In 2022, 31 Israelis or people in Israeli areas were killed, up from only three in 2020, for a massive 900% increase in casualties since the restoration of foreign aid to the terrorists. This was the worst death toll since 2015 under Obama.
But in January and the first half of February, 10 Israelis have already been killed, including a 6-year-old boy and his 8-year-old brother.
Three times as many have been killed in the past month and as in all of 2020. 8. Hersh on Nordstream Pipeline Attack: "The Fear Was Europe Would Walk Away from the War" - The Gateway Pundit
Writing on his Substack page, Nord Stream reporter Seymour Hersh slammed the New York Times and Washington Post for refusing to “run a word” about the pipeline story: “Calls for a full investigation have been ignored by the US media”, Hersh lamented.
Hersh wrote:
The New York Times published everything I wrote—most if not all on the front page—when I was an investigative reporter on the paper from 1972 to 1979. The Washington Post has followed my career as the loyal opposition and ran a long magazine profile of me more than two decades ago. Neither paper has run a word at this point about the pipeline story, not even to quote the White House’s denial of my reporting. Similarly, public calls by officials in Russia and China for a full investigation of the pipeline story have been ignored by the US media. (I cannot resist noting that a reporter from the Times called me on the day the pipeline story appeared. I told him that I was not doing interviews. He asked if I would entertain one question. I acquiesced. He asked how many publications had I offered the pipeline story before coming to Substack. Such silliness is a sign that the mainstream American press is now more interested in media gossip than in national security or matters of war and peace.)
There may be more to learn about Joe Biden’s decision to prevent the German government from having second thoughts about the lack of cheap gas this winter.

International Classification of Disease Codes (ICD) required by the Centers for Disease Control are the government’s gateway to monitoring and controlling your life. These codes have been modified and are treating the unvaccinated as if they are a hazardous medical exposure, according to Dr. Harvey Risch, professor emeritus of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health, in an Epoch Times interview. Whether you are vaccinated, how many boosters you have had, or whether you are unvaccinated is all categorized and monitored. Doctors don’t get paid unless they record these choices. Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of the mRNA vaccine, says ICDs are a government gateway to a “darker future for us.”
ICD codes have been around for a century to track the causes and consequences of human disease. The use of these codes since Obamacare has expanded as a requirement for doctors to get paid. Every health incident for which your doctor sees you is recorded with these codes. The system is also used for things that your doctor didn’t treat. There is a code for if you are unvaccinated for COVID. ICD10Data.com is a “free reference website designed for the fast lookup of all current American ICD-10-CM (diagnosis) and ICD-10-PCS (procedure) medical billing codes.” ICD-10-CM Z228.320 became effective October 1, 2022 and included “underimmunization for COVID 19 status” as well as general “underimmunization status.” This is the entry point for vaccine passports and social credit scores. NASA’s Webb Reveals Intricate Networks of
Gas and Dust in Nearby Galaxies

Researchers using NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope are getting their first look at star formation, gas, and dust in nearby galaxies with unprecedented resolution at infrared wavelengths. The data has enabled an initial collection of 21 research papers which provide new insight into how some of the smallest-scale processes in our universe – the beginnings of star formation – impact the evolution of the largest objects in our cosmos: galaxies.
The largest survey of nearby galaxies in Webb’s first year of science operations is being carried out by the Physics at High Angular resolution in Nearby Galaxies (PHANGS) collaboration, involving more than 100 researchers from around the globe. The Webb observations are led by Janice Lee, Gemini Observatory chief scientist at the National Science Foundation’s NOIRLab and affiliate astronomer at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
The team is studying a diverse sample of 19 spiral galaxies, and in Webb’s first few months of science operations, observations of five of those targets – M74, NGC 7496, IC 5332, NGC 1365, and NGC 1433 – have taken place. The results are already astounding astronomers. Read More

Asbury Awakening Spreads to Lee University:
'A Mighty Move of God Started This Morning'

The revival fires are continuing to burn brightly at Asbury University, even after 133 hours, and now this outpouring of the Holy Spirit is spreading to more college campuses. As CBN News reported, for days, people have been giving testimonies, reading scripture, worshipping God, and praying in the ongoing revival that began Feb. 8 at this historic Christian university located in Wilmore, Kentucky. Students, professors, and local church leaders have taken part.
Students from multiple colleges have now been drawn to the Asbury campus. According to several reports, another chapel has been opened at Asbury as three auditoriums on the campus are now filled with people. Thane Hutcherson Ury, a professor at the school, wrote in a Facebook post on Feb. 11, about how the revival at Asbury had caused alumni, pastors, seekers, and buses of students from other schools to come to the campus to seek God. He listed 24 other universities where busloads of students have been coming from to visit the Asbury awakening.
One of the schools Ury listed is Lee University, a private Christian college in Cleveland, Tennessee. Last Friday, Lee University Campus Pastor Rob Fultz noted on Twitter, "What's happening at Asbury is not and will not remain confined. It will, and already is awakening the deep wells of revival on campuses across the nation. They have been churning, pressing against the seals that have kept them hidden, and they are about to burst with new life."
