A wing of a 12-story beachfront condo building collapsed with a roar in a town outside Miami early Thursday, killing at least one person and trapping residents in rubble and twisted metal. Rescuers pulled out dozens of survivors and continued to look for more.
Nearly 100 people were still unaccounted for at midday, authorities said, raising fears the death toll could climb sharply. But officials did not know how many were in the tower when it fell around 1:30 a.m. ET.
Gov. Ron DeSantis, who toured the scene, said television did not capture the scale of what happened.
Rescue crews are "doing everything they can to save lives. That is ongoing, and they're not going to rest," he said.
Teams of 10 to 12 rescuers were entering the rubble at a time with dogs and other equipment, working until they tire from the heavy lifting, then making way for a new team, said Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis, the state's fire marshal.
"They're not going to stop just because of nightfall," Patronis told Miami television station WPLG. "They just may have a different path they pursue." (Read more)

1. Honduras becomes 4th country to open embassy in Jerusalem - Times of Israel
Honduras officially moved its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem on Thursday in the presence of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and visiting Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández.
“Mr. President, you are a true friend of Israel,” Bennett told Hernández shortly before the inauguration ceremony at the Technological Park in the Malha neighborhood of Jerusalem. “The Jewish people have a long memory, and you will be recorded in the pages of history as having done a brave and justified deed for the State of Israel.”
Thursday’s ceremony made Honduras the fourth country to open an embassy in Jerusalem, following the United States, Guatemala and Kosovo.
“We hope to continue building the solid relationship between our two countries,” Hernández tweeted after the event, referring to Jerusalem as “the eternal capital of Israel.”

2. Gantz: ‘Ground invasion of Gaza an option for next war’ - World Israel News
In an apparent warning to Hamas, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that Israel would not hesitate to invade “enemy territory” during its next war.
Speaking at a memorial ceremony for soldiers killed in the Second Lebanon War, Gantz appeared to be addressing the Gaza-based terror group.
“In the next operations or, God forbid, wars, when we have to reach the depths of the enemy again, our [military] forces, which are comprised of both regular [soldiers] and reservists – will enter swiftly and powerfully, and will be a central part of the fighting,” said Gantz.
“We will activate [ground forces] if required. Not lightly, but with the knowledge and understanding that the full force of the army is required, powerful…and ready for the challenges before us.” (Read more)

3. Fossils of previously unknown prehistoric human discovered in Israel - YNET News
Bones found in an Israeli quarry are from a previously unknown branch of the human evolutionary tree dated to be between 120,000 to 140,000 years old, scientists reported Thursday.
A team of anthropologists spent years analyzing the fragments of a skull, lower jaw bone and tooth that were uncovered in Nesher Ramla in 2010, comparing them to hundreds of fossils around the world from different eras.
The researchers determined that the fossils likely came from a hominin group closely related to Neanderthals and sharing many of their features, such as the shape of the lower jaw. The scientists also believe that there are enough similarities to link this group to other populations found in prior cave excavations in Israel dating to around 400,000 years ago.
"The teeth have some unique features that enable us to draw a line between these populations," said Tel Aviv University dental anthropologist Rachel Sarig, a co-author of the paper published Thursday in the journal Science. This group probably inhabited the region from around 400,000 to 100,000 years ago, said Tel Aviv University physical anthropologist Israel Hershkovitz, another co-author. He said the remains found at Nesher Ramla are likely from "some of the last survivors of a once very dominant group in the Middle East." (Read more)

4. 5,000 Burgers a Day: World’s First Cultured Meat Production Plant Opens in Israel - Algemeiner
JNS.org – The world’s first industrial cultured meat facility has opened in the city of Rehovot, home to the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Agriculture, Israeli slaughter-free meat production startup Future Meat Technologies announced on Wednesday.
With the capability to produce 500 kilograms (1,102 pounds) of cultured products a day, equivalent to 5,000 hamburgers, this facility makes scalable cell-based meat production a reality.
“This facility opening marks a huge step in Future Meat Technologies’ path to market, serving as a critical enabler to bring our products to shelves by 2022,” said Rom Kshuk, CEO of Future Meat Technologies. “Having a running industrial line accelerates key processes such as regulation and product development.”
Currently, the facility can produce cultured chicken, pork and lamb, without the use of animal serum or genetic modification, with the production of beef coming soon. The company claims its unique platform enables fast production cycles, about 20 times faster than traditional animal agriculture. (Read more)

5. Largest US teacher's union to vote on extreme anti-Israel motions - Israel National News
The union that represents over two million education professionals, the National Education Association (NEA), will be voting on two motions condemning Israel and recognizing the “State of Palestine” at its upcoming annual meeting.
The NEA is the largest union in the United States.
During its virtual annual meeting, taking places from June 30 to July 3, the NEA will discuss and debate a resolution in support of “the Palestinian struggle for justice.”
The motion supports the Palestinian Arabs’ “(rising) up in a heroic struggle” against Israel and asks the NEA to “support” the struggle.
“The Arab population of Palestine has again risen up in a heroic struggle against military repression and ‘ethnic cleansing’ by the Israeli state and extreme nationalist forces in Israeli society. The NEA’s support of this struggle will weaken reaction internationally,” it states. (Read more)

6. 1 dead, 99 missing in Miami building collapse, many from Jewish community - World Israel News
At least one person was killed and many more injured after a 12 story condominium building partially collapsed in Surfside, a heavily Jewish suburb of Miami, on Thursday. 99 people are still missing.
Some 50 percent of Surfside’s residents are Orthodox Jews, many of them affiliated with the Chabad Lubavitch movement.
Barry Cohen, a resident of the building who once served as vice mayor Surfside, was sleeping in his unit on the third floor at the time of the collapse.
While his apartment remained intact, the collapse destroyed the hallway, trapping him inside the unit. “I couldn’t walk out past my doorway,” he told CNN. The hallway was reduced “to a gaping hole of rubble.”
The building continued to shake as he and his wife waited for rescuers. “Knowing what it looked like outside my door, I thought that any minute we could be that same pile of rubble,” he said. (Read more)

7. Washington vows no Iranian nukes as Kochavi wraps up US visit - World Israel News
The Biden administration reaffirmed a U.S. commitment not to allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons as IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi wrapped up four days of discussions with American defense and intelligence officials.
According to a White House statement, U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told Kochavi that President Joe Biden has a “commitment to ensuring that Iran never gets a nuclear weapon.”
The statement added that Sullivan “reaffirmed President Biden’s unwavering support for Israel’s security and commitment to continuing to strengthen the defense partnership between the two countries.” (Read more)

What happens if, by Labor Day weekend, more than half of the American people believe there was indeed election fraud and criminality?

3. Yellen Pleads With Congress to Raise Debt Ceiling or Risk ‘Unthinkable’ Default - The Epoch Times
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday pleaded with lawmakers to raise the federal debt ceiling to stave off an “unthinkable” first-ever default on U.S. debt obligations that could spark a financial crisis.
Yellen made the remarks in testimony before a Senate Appropriations subcommittee, urging lawmakers to raise the legal cap on how much the federal government can owe, while warning that, if they don’t agree, there could be “absolutely catastrophic economic consequences.”
Congress in 2019 suspended the borrowing limit through July 31, 2021. If the debt ceiling cap suspension is allowed to lapse, the Treasury Department will be unable to raise additional funds by selling government securities and will have to resort to emergency measures to keep meeting its debt obligations. 4. They Are Gaslighting Us! Nightmarish Inflation Is Already Here But The Fed Is Denying That It Even Exists – The Economic Collapse Blog
They would like us to believe that what we can see happening right in front of our eyes is not actually real. Over the past year, our politicians in Washington have gone on the largest spending binge in U.S. history by a very wide margin, and the Federal Reserve has created the most enormous financial bubble of all time by pumping trillions upon trillions of fresh dollars into the financial markets. Of course this was going to cause very painful inflation, and prices are rising very aggressively all around us. But Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell and other leaders in Washington are trying to convince us that even though they added all of this money to the system it has hardly affected the overall rate of inflation at all. They are “gaslighting” us, and it is absolutely infuriating.
If you are not familiar with the term “gaslighting”, the following is how Wikipedia defines it… Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation in which a person or a group covertly sows seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or group, making them question their own memory, perception, or judgement.
This is precisely what they are trying to do to all of us. Everyone can see that nightmarish inflation is already here, but they are trying to manipulate us into thinking that it is not.
Just look at home prices. Everyone needs a place to live, and existing home prices have risen 23.6 percent over the past year… (Read more)

‘I never thought that I would be alive to be again afraid of the same elements,’ Vera Sharav said.
A survivor of the Holocaust has denounced “Eugenics-driven” public health policies during the COVID-19 crisis that she said could lead to “fascist dictatorship and genocide.”
In an interview earlier this year with German attorney Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, Vera Sharav, a long-time medical activist, drew on her experience under the Nazi regime as she warned about “unprecedented oppressive and repressive elements” instituted in the coronavirus era. She told Fuellmich that “as a child survivor of the Nazi reign of terror I learned indelible lessons about the nature of evil. I know the consequences of being stigmatized and demonized as a spreader of disease.” Born in Romania during the Second World War, Sharav was held in a Ukrainian detention center as a child and ultimately lost her father in the Holocaust.
“We were required, as Germans know, to wear a yellow Star of David to identify us, to segregate Jews,” she said. “Exclusionary laws barred the family from normal life, from attending ordinary activities. 9. Nurse Who Already Had COVID-19 Fired for Refusing Vaccine: Hospital Is ‘Kicking Us to the Curb' - The Epoch Times
A Houston nurse who was fired for refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine said that she contracted the virus last year and therefore, didn’t need to get vaccinated.
Houston Methodist hospital confirmed to The Epoch Times that more than 150 employees were either terminated or resigned after a judge earlier this month dismissed their lawsuit against the company over its mandatory COVID-19 vaccine requirement.
“I had COVID last summer, I don’t need that vaccine, and Methodist did not care about that, that was not an option at all,” said Jennifer Bridges, the lead lawsuit plaintiff and a registered nurse, in an interview with Fox News on Wednesday night. (Read more)

10. Largest US Health Care Union Will Fight Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccines - The Epoch Times
The president of the largest union of health care workers in the United States says the organization will fight against companies requiring mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for employees.
George Gresham, president of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East—which describes itself as the largest health care union in the country—said hospital systems don’t have the right to mandate vaccines for employees. The union, which is based in New York, also represents hundreds of thousands of nurses and caregivers in New Jersey, Florida, Washington, Maryland, and Massachusetts. (Read more) |

The Solution To Violent Crime

Democrats are taking heat for the uptick in homicides and crime. They need to be held accountable after decimating police forces in the cities they lead and going soft on criminals. Think about how many stories we have read about the Biden Administration and, quite frankly, Democratic state governors, releasing criminals back into society, only to see them back in court for even worse crimes. So now we have a problem of rising crime and the Democrats not wanting to take responsibility for the, quite frankly, stupid ideas they implemented without any concept of the consequences. Once again, it’s a gun problem. Their mantra: If we just take guns away from people, violent crime will cease. This is insane.
The cities and states with the most stringent gun controls this side of third world dictatorships have the highest violent crime rates, especially when they defund the police. Taking guns away from law-abiding citizens is only going to put those citizens at higher risk. It’s proven over and over again that criminals will have guns and they will use them. The idea of gun control and defunding police is a recipe for higher crime. Yet, we have the news media, liberal politicians and a President that insist the issue is one of guns. A western movie in the 60s once explained that a gun is neither evil or good, it’s the person using the gun that determines how that weapon is used. And therein is the problem.

This is nothing less than a hit piece by a writer who could not even name one source in this entire story when talking about the President. Kate Bennett covers the White House for CNN and she is writing puff pieces about Biden and every story she has written about President Trump has been negative.
It is normal at this point after a campaign that people start finding their next endeavor. President Trump does have several circles of “advisors”, some are new (which is expected) some are still there from the campaign. Painting this man as a bitter person infatuated with losing a stolen election is not only inaccurate, but just exactly what CNN, AP and others want the public to think. They want to finish the job of ruining him. They are horrible people with an even worse agenda.

It’s over, and we are thankful.
It was a 50-50 procedural vote along party lines, but H.R. 1/S.1, the supposed “For the People Act” has been blocked by Senate Republicans. Sixty votes were needed in order to open debate on this legislation before entering into a vote on the actual bill. Because the Republicans were able to successfully filibuster, that 60 vote threshold was not met. The legislation is now dead on the Senate floor.
Any way you slice it, if H.R. 1/S.1 had passed, it would have been a wholesale takeover of elections by Federal fiat. Democrats and the Left have been alarmed at the election integrity measures that state legislatures have moved to implement in the aftermath of the 2020 Election, and H.R. 1/S.1 was their effort to kill these measures.

Another day in the books for a Loudoun County Public Schools board meeting. You need only to have caught a few national headlines to know that the people wanting to voice their concerns about critical race theory and transgender policies are fired up, passionate, and angry. Sitting in the crowd last night, it was obvious how weighted it was for those who are against the policies being proposed – policies specifically regarding the transgender proposals. And the media have exaggerated the proportion of angry people and the amount of disorder. . .
Our children are scared, targeted, and silenced. We must continue to fight for ALL children to be protected, for ALL their voices to matter. We must fight against the targeted, organized voice of the left and fight for our voice to equally be heard.
Ian Prior, a spokesman for the group and father of two Loudoun students who is also a former Justice Department official, said during the Monday rally that the Loudoun County School Board is refusing to give parents a seat at the table when it comes to how their kids are educated on controversial topics, including transgender issues and critical race theory.

Throughout 2020 the Black Lives Matter terrorist group was linked to at least 91% of the riots that resulted in the most expensive property damage in US insurance history
There were zero Trump rallies that turned violent during that same time period.
Then on January 6, after one million Trump supporters rallied with President Trump at the Ellipse outside the White House, some 900 individuals went inside the US Capitol. Over 400 have since been arrested. Many of the patriots arrested were waved into the US Capitol by the police standing at the exits.
Since January the Deep State and Democrats will not release videotapes to Republican lawmakers or the American public from January 6th inside or outside the US Capitol.

Oklahoma Man Finds Bible From 1946 in His Yard, Returns it to Owners Family

An Oklahoma family was reunited with their late mother's Bible after a man found it while mowing his lawn.
Terry Ward of Nikoma Park spotted the Bible last week in his flower bed.
"It rained all night, so it must have just been there for a little while because it wasn't wet," Ward told KFOR-TV. "Just laying there with some screws and some bullets."
Ward noticed that the name "Pearl Williams" and the year 1946 were printed inside. He contacted City Hall in an effort to locate the owner but there was no record of anyone with that name living in the town.
Ward went a step further and sought help from the local police and that's when they found an address listed in Del City.
"So I contacted the Del City Police Department and they went by the address," Nicoma Park Police Lt. Mike Weiss said. "Luckily, the Bible's owner - her son - still lived at that address." (CBN) Read more.

At the suggestion of a dear brother of mine, and after seeking the Lord's confirmation, we are expanding the repentance project beyond California to include two other drought-devastated States: Arizona and New Mexico.
The population in those two States adds 10 million to California's 40 Million. Of the 50 million in these three key States we are now seeking 1/10th of one percent of the 50 million--- 50,000---believers in Christ to join us in a time of repentance. We are trusting that the Lord will keep His Word in 2 Chronicles 7:14 and will "hear from heaven, forgive sin and heal our land" --- including ending this drought--- when we do our part.
