As Trump Banned China Travel, Fauci Funded Wuhan Lab Studies Calling for 'Collaboration.'

Washington, D.C. – As Donald Trump blocked China travel to the U.S., Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases was funding studies authored by Wuhan Institute of Virology researchers pushing for closer collaboration between the U.S. government and Chinese Communist Party, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

Published on February 3rd 2020, the paper entitled Synergistic China–US Ecological Research is Essential for Global Emerging Infectious Disease Preparedness was authored by researchers from the notorious EcoHealth Alliance and several Chinese Communist Party-run scientific institutions, including the Wuhan lab. EcoHealth Alliance – run by self-declared “killer” virus creator Peter Daszak – and the Wuhan lab have both come under increased scrutiny for their potential role in the creation of COVID-19 as well as the cover-up of its true origins.

In reality, many scientists have pointed to taxpayer-funded collaboration between EcoHealth Alliance and its Wuhan lab partner as potentially responsible for spawning COVID-19. Several authors of the paper were recipients of grants from National Institutes of Health (NIH), including one researcher form Dr. Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy of Infectious Diseases . . .

The NIAID-funded paper also includes a host of scientists from Chinese Communist Party-controlled institutions. Notably, Shi Zhengli – who has been dubbed “bat lady” for her work on SARS-like coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology – was listed as co-author.

Dr. Fauci recently attempted to distance himself from having ever funded her experiments during a hearing with Senator Rand Paul. Researchers from the Chinese Communist Party-controlled Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Ministry of Education, and five universities are also co-authors. (Read more)

- Almighty God, we ask You to dislodge Mr. Fauci from being a front-runner.   Destroy his connection with Wuhan Labs, who opposed President Trump's intelligence and internal insight. Break up this traitorous cooperation with these enemies of the United States: vis-a-vis, EcoHealth Alliance, Chinese Communist Party, Peter Daszak, NIH, Dr. Fauci, NIAID, and his researchers, Shi Zhengli, and any accomplice in the creation of COVID-19.  Close them down, Lord God, all of them. In the powerful Name of Jesus.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Bennett-Lapid government wins Knesset majority; Netanyahu is out after 12 years - Times of Israel

The Knesset swears in the 36th government, appointing the right-wing Naftali Bennett the next prime minister and removing Benjamin Netanyahu from power after 12 consecutive years.
The so-called “change government” is approved with 60 of the Knesset’s 120 lawmakers in favor and 59 opposed. It does not require the backing of 61 lawmakers to be sworn in, rather a simply majority.

Ra’am MK Saeed al-Harumi abstains. (Read more)

2. Bennett Pledges To Heal Divides ‘Tearing Israel Apart’ at Session to Vote in New Government - Algemeiner

i24 News – Yamina party leader Naftali Bennett had the challenging task on Sunday of giving the opening speech at a special session of the Knesset during which lawmakers were set to vote on a “change” coalition seeking to end Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s 12-year reign.

“We are facing an internal challenge, a divide that is being made evident at these very moments,” he said, referring to the boos and interruptions from Likud lawmakers and ministers, a few of whom had to be removed from the plenum.

That divide “has led us to an outpouring of hatred and a clash of brothers, to the state being paralyzed,” Bennett said.

He added that he was “proud to share a coalition with those who have different opinions than mine,” singling out for praise his coalition partner Yesh Atid chair Yair Lapid.

“Israel won’t let Iran have nuclear weapons,” Bennett pledged, reiterating the Israeli position that the 2015 nuclear agreement between Iran and world powers represents a “mistake.” (Read more)

3. Netanyahu vows to topple ‘dangerous’ new Israeli government, attacks Biden - World Israel News

In his final Knesset speech as prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu insisted that he will not leave politics, and as leader of the opposition, he will work to topple the new government and fight against the U.S. returning to the Iran nuclear deal.

He denounced incoming Prime Minister Naftali Bennett as soft and unable to stand up to President Joe Biden on Iran.

“Bennett,” said Netanyahu, “hasn’t got the international standing, the integrity, the capability, the knowledge, and he hasn’t got the government to oppose the nuclear agreement. That is the biggest problem. An Israeli prime minister needs to be able to say no to the president of the United States.”

Raising eyebrows, Netanyahu further compared U.S. talks to return to the Iran nuclear deal with the Holocaust. (Read more)

4. United Arab List chief: We will return state land to our people - Israel National News

United Arab List (Ra'am) party chairman Mansour Abbas addressed the Knesset in both Arabic and Hebrew Sunday, discussing his decision to support the incoming national unity government led by Naftali Bennett (Yamina) and Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid).

In his address, made during a special session of the Knesset convened to vote on the new government, Abbas rejected claims by right-wing critics that the new government had 'sold out' the Negev by recognizing illegal Bedouin settlements.

"No one sold out the Negev," said Abbas. "It will remain a part of the State of Israel. Our vision is to live in peace, equality, and cooperation." (Read more)

5.  Palestinians call for day of rage to protest rescheduled J'lem flag march - Jerusalem Post

Palestinians have called for a day of rage in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem in protest at the rescheduled Jerusalem Day flag march that is set to take place on Tuesday, Ynet has reported.

The traditional Jerusalem Day march was cancelled on May 11 amid rising tensions on Temple Mount and at the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood that led to hostilities with Gaza terrorists that began when Hamas fired rockets toward Jerusalem on that day.

For the rescheduled march, Hamas has called on its supporters to come to the Temple Mount and the streets of Jerusalem's Old City and its organizers have asked resistance parties in Lebanon and Gaza announce their intentions to protect the Temple Mount.

The march's new date was set last week at a security cabinet meeting despite ministers being aware of the possibility of violence erupting, as occurred on Jerusalem Day last month when Hamas and other Palestinian factions warned of possible violence. The march was one of the catalysts that led to the 11-day Gaza war. (Read more)

1. Trump to go on tour with famous Fox News anchor - WND

Two powerhouse names, former President Donald Trump and former Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly, are joining forces for a series of ticketed events later this year.

Dubbed "The History Tour," President Trump will provide "a never before heard inside view of his administration, which will be historical in and of itself," a news release indicates.

"From January 2017 to January 2021, the 45th president of the United States presided over an especially intense period for the United States of America," it stated.

"From the pandemic that killed hundreds of thousands, to the speedy development of the vaccine, to the rise of the economy, to the global challenge from China, Donald Trump was the dominant decision-maker and the most powerful person in the world.

"In a series of live conversations across the country, Mr. Trump and historian/journalist Bill O'Reilly will discuss exactly how things were accomplished, as well as challenges, both good and bad!"

Trump said of the events: "These will be wonderful but hard-hitting sessions where we'll talk about the real problems happening in the U.S., those that the Fake News Media never mention. I will be focusing on greatness for our country, something seldom discussed in political dialogue. If we don't make our country great again, we will soon no longer have a country!

"I look forward to working with Bill, who right now has the No. 1 bestselling book, to openly discuss the real problems of our country, and how to solve them. Additionally, it will be fun, fun, fun, for everyone who attends!" (Read more)

- Father God, we thank You of the news of this tour that has been planned by President Trump and Bill O'Reilly. We call forth a strong turnout at every stop they make, so that HOPE can be restored in the hearts of our people. Thank You, Lord, amen.

- "Your people will volunteer freely on the day of Your power ..." (Psalm 110:3)

2.  Trump Was Right: Study Shows Hydroxychloroquine Boosted Ventilated COVID Patients' Survival by 200% - The Western Journal

A new study seems to confirm that former President Donald Trump may very well have been right about hydroxychloroquine. According to the observational study published on MedRxiv that surveyed 255 patients infected with the coronavirus and requiring intermittent mandatory ventilation, weight-adjusted hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin improved the survival of such patients by nearly 200 percent.

“Most Covid studies have not considered days of therapy, cumulative dose, or weight-adjusted dosing. We found that when the cumulative doses of two drugs, HCQ and AZM, were above a certain level, patients had a survival rate 2.9 times the other patients,” the study noted in its conclusion.

Posted on May 31, the research is currently a preprint, meaning it has yet to be peer reviewed. That being the case, the results of this study are incredibly promising according to The Western Journal’s expert medical contributor, Omar L. Hamada, MD.

“As more unfiltered evidence comes out on the origins, prevalence, disease progression, and treatment of COVID, we begin to see a clearer picture,” Hamada said. “One not unlike original suspicions driven by actual science instead of one manufactured and spun by a government and media intent on manipulation and economic and societal destruction through a fear-driven agenda.” (Read more)

- Almighty God, we earnestly pray You go before and behind President Trump and all those who promote the truth regarding this medication that heals patients with COVID.  God, put an end to all lies that keep people bound, who still wear masks for protection. Break the curse, Almighty God, off our nation and the world.  Push China's curse back out to sea.  We pray in Jesus' Name.

- "Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confound by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them. They are vanity, and the work of errors: in the time of their visitation they shall perish."  (Jeremiah 10:14-15)

3. CDC Report on Hospitalization Rates in Teens Misleading, Says Doctor - The Epoch Times

A Pittsburgh physician says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) report of rising hospitalizations among adolescents aged 12 to 17 is misleading, saying it makes “no sense to raise alarms” as the same data used in the report showed a significant decline in the month following the slight increase.

“Listen. There was definitely an increase in April, but why would CDC make this statement today, or publish a graph showing a scary increase, given that it’s now June. Have you seen what’s happened from May 1 to today?” Dr. Walid Gellad, an associate professor of medicine and health policy at the University of Pittsburgh wrote on Twitter on June 4, following the publishing of the CDC report. “It makes no sense to raise alarms about something that has changed completely,” he added.

Meanwhile, Joseph Allen, associate professor at Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, said it was misleading of the CDC to not include the last three weeks of data in their conclusion prior to publishing. “Hospitalizations are *NOT* increasing in adolescents, as is being widely reported. Not sure why CDC cut the data at April 24 in this new June 4 report. Current data are [available] through the end of May (?), and it tells a different story,” Allen said on Twitter, adding that, “I know their goal is to drive vaccinations, and I support kids getting vaccinated, but this is misleading.”

However, Allen says the latest data from May showed that hospitalization rates declined to 0.6 on May 29. The CDC did not respond to The Epoch Times’ inquiry of why it didn’t include the data from May in its report. (Read more)

- Father, we pray a spirit of wisdom and revelation of insight into the load of misinformation surrounding vaccines and the virus. We know we cannot trust our elected officials to tell us the truth. We look to You to guide us into all Truth in every decision we make.

- "I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe."
(Ephesians 1:17-19)

5. Florida Board of Education Votes to Ban Critical Race Theory in Public Schools - The Epoch Times

Florida’s state school board on Thursday voted to ban the teaching of critical race theory in public schools amid a push from Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis to eliminate the ideology from its classrooms. During a meeting before the State Board of Education’s vote, some opponents of critical race theory said it is Marxist and should be blocked. “We all know it’s a Marxist tactic to divide our country by class and by race,” said Bennett Brown, a Duval County resident and board member of the Florida Family Policy Council. Brown said that teachers should instead teach “the truth and that the United States of America is a great and wonderful land with freedom for all.”

After the Board’s decision, DeSantis hailed the move.

“Florida’s education system exists to create opportunity for our children. Critical Race Theory teaches kids to hate our country and to hate each other. It is state-sanctioned racism and has no place in Florida schools,” he wrote on Twitter. DeSantis also spoke to the meeting, saying that he doesn’t want children to not learn about the civil rights movement or slavery, but noted that some critical race theory proponents “look back and denigrate the Founding Fathers, denigrate the American Revolution.” He appeared to be citing claims made by the New York Times’ controversial “1619 Project,” which has been panned by historians as having false information. (Read more)

 - Righteous Father, we earnestly pray that you will release myriads of holy angels to cover the State of Florida and all other proponents to this divisive poisonous evil scheme of satan. God, raise up an army in the school systems who will stand up and block this insidious Communist doctrine from entering our school systems.  In the Name of Jesus we pray.

- "A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished."  (Proverbs 22:3)
6. We're sick of it': Businesses refuse to pay taxes after police defunded - WND

Business owners in one Baltimore district are staging a "tea party" with their taxes because of the city's recent moves to defund police and refuse to provide basic services such as trash collection. Dozens of business operators in the city's Fell's Point district have written to Mayor Brandon Scott, council members and others warning that "the chaos and lawlessness that escalated this weekend into another night of tragic, unspeakable gun violence" is unacceptable.

"Our elected leaders have closed their eyes and ears and turned their backs on our community for long enough," they said in their letter. "We are fed up and frustrated, and we now realize that nothing will change unless we demand action. "To compel our leaders to do their job and to stand up for neighborhoods all across Baltimore, the undersigned parties are prepared to withhold our city taxes and minor privilege and permit fees and place those funds into an escrow account, which we will not release until and unless basic and essential municipal services are restored."

WBAL reported the mayor responded with a statement from his office, expressing that he shares the business owners' "frustrations over the violence across the city." He said he'd ordered city workers to "address it."

"Call it the Baltimore Tea Party," explained PJ Media. "The last thing Baltimore needed was to have its police defunded. But the mayor and city council followed the far-left activist agitators off that cliff in 2020, and homicide in Harm City shot up," the report said. (Read more)

- Father, thank You for the courage and strength of these business leaders to stand up for what is right! May these current elected leaders be voted out and a new set of law-abiding citizens be voted in who care about the people and businesses they lead!

- "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9)

7. 'Right to Life': North Carolina Bill Seeks to Protect Preborn Babies Diagnosed with Down Syndrome - Western Journal

North Carolina lawmakers have sent a bill banning abortions based on a diagnosis of Down syndrome to the governor’s desk for signing. House Bill 453, or the Human Life Nondiscrimination Act/No Eugenics Act, not only bans abortions based on Down syndrome but also prohibits the procedure based on the unborn baby’s sex or race.

If a mother attempted to get an abortion because the mother wanted a son, not a daughter, for example, a doctor must deny her an abortion under the new law. “A person shall not intentionally or knowingly perform, induce, or attempt to perform or induce an abortion of an unborn child if the abortion is being sought because of the actual or presumed race or sex of the unborn child or because of the presence or presumed presence of Down syndrome,” the legislation said. “Children should not have to pass a genetic test to earn the right to be born,” Republican Sen. Joyce Krawiec told The Associated Press, noting that the bill would prevent “modern-day eugenics.”

North Carolina senators approved the bill Thursday, sending it to Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s desk. The governor will most likely veto the measure, however, since he has vetoed pro-life legislation in the past. (Read more)

- Father God, we ask that You would direct Governor Cooper to vote yes on this bill to protect the preborn child. Melt his heart of stone, O Lord, and give him a heart
of flesh. In the Name of Jesus we pray.

- " And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.  If you
ask anything in My name, I will do it." (John 14:13,14)

 8. China's New Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law Sends A Chill Through The Business Community

Over the last three years, the U.S. and the European Union have imposed a series of sanctions on Chinese officials and companies. Now China has created a new legal tool to hit back. Organizations with a foot in both the United States and China may face a tough choice going forward: By complying with American sanctions on China, they face the possibility of tough sanctions in China as a penalty for doing so.

On Thursday, Beijing passed a sweeping law designed to counter U.S. and EU sanctions on Chinese officials and major Chinese companies. Those involved in designing or implementing the U.S. and EU sanctions could find themselves or their family members denied visas to China. Their property in China may be seized, and any commercial transaction they attempt with a Chinese institution can be blocked.

"The law signals that when you have no standing or power to boss people around, then your law in the U.S. will get you nowhere in China," says Wei Jianguo, a former commerce vice minister. "This law is like the ringing of a gong. It is a warning to the U.S.: You should be worried. China will not endure this treatment as easily as it once did.

… The Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law is so broadly written, those in the foreign business community fear they could find themselves in the geopolitical crosshairs. Under the new law, decisions to sanction entities — such as companies or their employees — are final. There is no possibility to appeal. (Read more)

- Father, give wisdom to these business leaders who are caught in the cross-hairs of this law. We know China can't be trusted and they are involved in many aspects of the economy of the United States. May our businesses choose their own country - the United States -  every time!

- "Fear the LORD and the king, my son, and do not join with rebellious officials." (Proverbs 24:21)

9. G7 chides China on rights, demands COVID origins investigation - Reuters

Group of Seven leaders on Sunday scolded China over human rights in its Xinjiang region, called for Hong Kong to keep a high degree of autonomy and demanded a full and thorough investigation of the origins of the coronavirus in China.

After discussing how to come up with a unified position on China, leaders issued a highly critical final communique that delved into what are for China some of the most sensitive issues, including also Taiwan.

China's rise has also unnerved the United States: President Joe Biden casts China as the main strategic competitor and has vowed to confront China's "economic abuses" and push back against human rights violations.

"We will promote our values, including by calling on China to respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, especially in relation to Xinjiang and those rights, freedoms and high degree of autonomy for Hong Kong enshrined in the Sino-British Joint Declaration," the G7 said.

The G7 also called for a transparent, expert-led Phase 2 COVID-19 Origins study including in China, to be convened by the World Health Organization (WHO). Reuters earlier reported the finalised version of the draft communique. (Read more)

- Thank You, Lord, that the nations in the G7 are now holding China's feet to the fire, demanding accountability of the actual source of the COVID pandemic, as well as its violation of human rights. We pray that You would move upon the hearts of China's leaders to now yield to these demands. In Your name, amen.

- "And this is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us." (I John 5:14)

10. Russian President Putin says relations with US at lowest point in years - Jerusalem Post

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an interview with NBC News ahead of his meeting with US President Joe Biden next week, said US-Russia relations are at their lowest point in years. Putin and Biden will meet in Geneva on Wednesday. The White House has said Biden will bring up ransomware attacks emanating from Russia, Moscow's aggression against Ukraine, the jailing of dissidents and other issues that have irritated the relationship.

"We have a bilateral relationship that has deteriorated to its lowest point in recent years," Putin said, according to an NBC translation of excerpts of an interview broadcast on Friday. Putin praised former President Donald Trump as "an extraordinary individual, talented individual," and said Biden, as a career politician, was "radically different" from Trump.

Biden, at the start of an eight-day visit to Europe this week, said: "We're not seeking conflict with Russia. We want a stable and predictable relationship ... but I've been clear: The United States will respond in a robust and meaningful way if the Russian government engages in harmful activities."

On the issue of recent ransomware attacks that the United States has traced to Russia, Putin denied any knowledge of the hackings and called on Biden to reach an agreement with him on cyberspace, NBC News said.

Putin also dismissed a report in the Washington Post this week that Russia was preparing to supply Iran with an advanced satellite that would enable it to track potential military targets across the Middle East. "It's just fake news. At the very least, I don't know anything about this kind of thing," Putin said, according to NBC News. "It's just nonsense garbage." (Read more)

Father God, hold back Putin's power against the United States in all future dealings we have with that country. We ask You to miraculously raise up our nation not to bow to the dictates of Russia's Communistic thinking.  Let us believe God to cover us, with the Blood of Jesus as a protective shield against Putin and his ideologies.  In Jesus' Name we pray, amen.

- "Oh how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for them that fear You: which You have wrought for them that trust in You before the sons of men."  (Psalm 31:19)
Update: Tanner Cross

Virginia school district to appeal ruling reinstating teacher who won't use kids' preferred pronouns

A Virginia school district that suspended a teacher for refusing to refer to transgender students by their preferred pronouns said Friday it will appeal a judge’s decision to reinstate him, according to a report.

Loudoun County Public Schools plans to take the legal battle to the state’s Supreme Court after federal judge James Plowman ruled that Leesburg Elementary School gym teacher Byron “Tanner” Cross can go back to work.

In a statement, the district said it “disagrees with the Circuit Court’s decision to issue the injunction, and is appealing this ruling to the Supreme Court of Virginia.”

“[The school] experienced – and continue to experience – significant disruption since the May 25 School Board meeting during which Cross addressed the board. Many students and parents at Leesburg Elementary have expressed fear, hurt and disappointment about coming to school,” the statement continues. (New York Post) Read more.

- Father God, we decree that this decsision by Judge Plowman will "hold" in any
further court proceedings. We decree that "it is finished!" and that Tanner Cross will be able to return to the classroom, as has been ruled, in Your name Lord God, amen and amen.

- "You will also declare a thing,
And it will be established for you;
So light will shine on your ways."
(Job 22:28)

China tells G-7 leaders:
'Small' groups don't rule the world

China on Sunday pointedly cautioned Group of Seven leaders that the days when "small" groups of countries decided the fate of the world was long gone, hitting back at the world's richest democracies which have sought a unified position over Beijing.

"The days when global decisions were dictated by a small group of countries are long gone," a spokesman for the Chinese embassy in London said.

"We always believe that countries, big or small, strong or weak, poor or rich, are equals, and that world affairs should be handled through consultation by all countries."

The re-emergence of China as a leading global power is considered to be one of the most significant geopolitical events of recent times, alongside the 1991 fall of the Soviet Union that ended the Cold War

The G7, whose leaders are meeting in southwestern England, has been searching for a coherent response to the growing assertiveness of President Xi Jinping after China’s spectacular economic and military rise over the past 40 years.

Leaders of the group - the United States, Canada, Britain, Germany, Italy, France and Japan - want to use their gathering in the English seaside resort of Carbis Bay to show the world that the richest democracies can offer an alternative to China’s growing clout.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau led a Group of Seven discussion of China on Saturday and called on leaders to come up with a unified approach to the challenges posed by the People's Republic, a source said.

The G7 are planning to offer developing nations an infrastructure scheme that could rival Xi's multi-trillion-dollar Belt and Road initiative.

Beijing has repeatedly hit back against what it perceives as attempts by Western powers to contain China, and says many major powers are still gripped by an outdated imperial mindset after years of humiliating China.

- Father God, although we are well aware that there was much on the agenda of the G7 this weekend that attempted to move us into the New World Order, nevertheless we are thankful that these "small nations" are joining forces to confront the danger posed by China. We ask that the alignment of nations on the global stage be orchestrated by Your Hand, so that the peoples of the world can be blessed and the harvest of souls be won, as well. In Your name we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

"Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:10)

The quest to solve the mysterious ‘eerie’ hum
of the Golden Gate Bridge
Engineers are working on a plan to quiet the ‘unbearable’ sound, which occurs when strong winds hit the bridge

Somewhere in a wind tunnel on the south-western side of Ontario, a group of the world’s leading bridge aerodynamics and acoustics experts are puzzling over a full-scale model of the railing of the Golden Gate Bridge.

The experts have been contracted to solve the mysterious problem of a strange humming sound that has been emanating from San Francisco’s famous bridge for the past year, driving some nearby residents to a state of madness.

The sound, heard only on windy days, has been compared to a “ghostly harmonica”, “chanting monks” and a “wheezing kazoo”.

The strange whine has quickly become a legendary piece of San Francisco’s auditory landscape. Amateur sleuths have roamed the city’s hilly streets tracking the sound’s source and an electronic music producer claimed to have mixed it into a soundtrack of existential dread. Read More
The Good News Corner
Biden DOJ Splits with LGBT Groups, Defends Religious Exemption for Christian Schools

The Biden Justice Department split with key LGBT allies on a major issue Tuesday when it said in a court filing it will defend a federal rule that exempts Christian universities and schools from anti-discrimination laws.

Under current federal rules, religious institutions are exempt from Title IX, a 1972 law that prohibits discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities. The Biden administration interprets Title IX as also banning discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

In March, a coalition of 33 LGBT-identifying students of Christian and religious schools filed a federal lawsuit against the Department of Education, asking the court to declare the Title IX religious exemption clause unconstitutional.

But on Tuesday, the Department of Justice said in a court filing its interests “coincide” with those of Christian institutions – including Corban University, William Jessup University and Phoenix Seminary – that sought to intervene in the case. The Council for Christian Colleges & Universities also sought to intervene.

The Christian schools and CCCU asked the court to allow them to defend the exemption, saying the Biden administration does not adequately represent their interests.

The Biden Justice Department, in a 12-page court filing Tuesday, urged the court to oppose the schools’ intervention request.

The Justice Department said the schools’ “interests and the Federal Defendants’ interests coincide and the Federal Defendants will represent those interests adequately.”

The Christian institutions and the Biden Department of Justice “share the same ‘ultimate objective,” the filing said. (Christian Headlines) Read more.

- Father God, as we read this report, our hearts are filled with JOY! We ask that this
ruling, on behalf of religious liberty in the schools, will HOLD in the days ahead. We
decree that this action on the part of the Department of Justice is the beginning of a
tsunami of GRACE that will visit our nation, so that our laws will align with Your law and Your Word. In Your name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

- "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9)

The "G7" are meeting in Cornwall, England. Their talk and proclamations are based on humanism, that same rebellious desire to construct something without God that motivated those building the Tower of Babel. Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25 repeat this Truth: there is a way that seems right to a man but its way leads to death.

The more you and I add times of repentance to our prayers of intercession the more powerful our prayers. Psalm 66:18 points out that if there is iniquity in our hearts the Lord won't hear our prayers.

The Holy Spirit in each of us is stronger than the spirit of humanism. And when we come together in unity, interceding, strongholds fall. Read More

Words and Music: R. Kelso Carter

Scripture: Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering, for He is faithful that promised. Hebrews 10:23

Lyrics:
Standing on the promises of Christ my king,
Through eternal ages let His praises ring,
Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain
Standing, standing,
Standing on the promises of God my Savior;
Standing, standing,
I’m standing on the promises of God.

Standing on the promises that cannot fail,
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises I now can see
Perfect, present cleansing in the blood for me;
Standing in the liberty where Christ makes free,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises of Christ the Lord,
Bound to Him eternally by love’s strong cord,
Overcoming daily with the Spirit’s sword,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

Standing on the promises I cannot fall,
Listening every moment to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior as my all in all,
Standing on the promises of God.

Refrain

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].

Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
