These bipartisan groups of American leaders will work together with the White House to chart the path forward toward a future of unparalleled American prosperity.

1. Government to decide on coronavirus 'exit strategy' tomorrow - Israel National News
The government will hold a debate Thursday on the exit strategy for the closure which was imposed in response to the coronavirus crisis.
According to the central outline that will be presented to ministers, starting this coming Sunday, and within two weeks, the percentage of the workforce at work will start to rise from 15% to 50%.
At the same time, stores and shopping centers with up to 15 stores will be allowed to open, subject to regulation by the Health Ministry.
Gradually, special education, kindergartens and schools up to the third grade will reopen, but the number of students in the classroom will be limited.
According to the proposal, businesses that do not sell food or produce essential items will also be allowed to open their doors.

2. Israel's coronavirus death toll up to 132 - YNET News
At least 174 patients are in moderate condition, while 9,454 only display mild symptoms and 2,563 patients have made a full recovery from the virus.
There are currently 649 coronavirus patients receiving treatment in hospitals while 7,277 people are fighting the virus at home. Another 1,238 people are currently receiving treatment in specially designated hotels and 644 are awaiting a decision on whether they will be treated.
The Health Ministry on Wednesday morning asked residents of the Arab village Deir al-Asad, in the Galilee region, to remain in their homes due to an "unusually high rate" of coronavirus spread in the community.

3. Gantz's mandate to form coalition expires, but Likud, Blue and White talks go on - Times of Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue and White party chief Benny Gantz continued their talks to form a unity government late Wednesday night and into Thursday, even as the latter's presidential mandate to form a coalition expired at midnight.
The deadline had been extended on Monday by 48 hours, after the two made a joint request to President Reuven Rivlin.
Wednesday's deadline was somewhat symbolic, as negotiations were able to continue regardless, but Gantz's position is potentially weakened.
With Rivlin's midnight deadline for Gantz passing, the president had said he would give the Knesset 21 days to nominate a candidate to become prime minister - which essentially gives the pair three more weeks to seal a deal.

4. Armed Arab infiltrates IDF base in southern Israel - Israel National News
An Arab armed with a knife infiltrated IDF guard post at the Mishmar Hanegev base early on Monday morning, injuring two soldiers.
The soldiers fought with the Arab, and he escaped the scene. Both injured soldiers were treated by military medics.
The IDF estimates that the suspect entered the base in order to steal weapons. A guard squad and patrol troops were called to the scene, together with police and Shabak (Israel Security Agency) forces, who began searching the area for the suspect.

5. Palestinian leadership obsessed with COVID-19 Israeli 'conspiracy' - Israel Hayom
Radical Islamists of all stripes - from the Islamic State to the Islamic Republic of Iran - continue to spew conspiracy theories on the origins of the coronavirus. Jihadist groups like ISIS praise COVID-19 as divine punishment against infidels. Others, like Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, claim that the United States developed the coronavirus to hurt its adversaries.
What is the Palestinian Authority (PA)'s official stance when it comes to the global pandemic?
Earlier this month, some experts claimed that Israel and the PA were cooperating effectively to combat a mutual concern. It appears that the Palestinian government was playing a double game, however, and integrated COVID-19 into its long-standing practice of inciting against Israel on a systematic level. The PA accuses Israel of purposefully spreading the virus to the West Bank in an effort to "annihilate" the Palestinian people, according to extensive reporting from Palestinian Media Watch (PMW).
But the numbers tell a different story.
As of Monday, 259 people in the West Bank are reported to have coronavirus and two people have died from the virus - a relatively low figure suggesting mitigation efforts are working well so far.
On Sunday, Israeli military officials warned the PA to cease its COVID-19 incitement campaign, according to Israel's Channel 12 News and reported by the Times of Israel. The Channel 12 report states that most COVID-19 cases in the West Bank have been traced to Palestinians who work in Israel. The PA sought to spin this information to accuse Israel of deliberately targeting Palestinian areas with the virus.

1. Biden's Health Advisor: Keep Americans in Lock-down for at Least 1.5 Years-Breaking Israel News
Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden's health adviser, Dr. Zeke Emanuel, said last week that coronavirus will be around "for at least eighteen months or more" and that the U.S. "will not be able to return to normalcy until we find a vaccine or effective medications."
Emanuel was among the architects of the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as 'ObamaCare', is on Biden's "Public Health Advisory Committee." The committee was established to "provide science-based, expert advice regarding steps the campaign should take to minimize health risks for the candidate, staff, and supporters."
His sentiment are somewhat consistent with statements from the White House's medical advisers as well as federal government documents on COVID-19.

2. WHO: Abortions Must Continue even at Expense of Containing Coronavirus-Breaking Israel News
The World Health Organization (WHO) has been targeted by criticism that it bungled the current pandemic but criticism of a different sort is plaguing the organization now. The WHO released a policy statement on Saturday stating that they will continue to prioritize abortion, diverting medical assets towards what they labelled "reproductive health.
"Women's choices and rights to sexual and reproductive health care should be respected, irrespective of whether or not she has a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection," WHO said in the statement. "Sexual and reproductive health care is integral to universal health coverage and achieving the right to health."
"This includes contraception, quality health care during and after pregnancy and childbirth, and safe abortion to the full extent of the law," the organization added.

3. Mississippi mayor cancels fines to churchgoers as DOJ intervenes in coronavirus dispute-Just The News
AG Barr says cities can't single out churches during pandemic lockdown if they let other businesses operate similarly.
The Justice Department on Tuesday filed a statement of interest supporting a Greenville, Mississippi, church where some people recently received $500 tickets at a drive-in style service at which they listened to the sermon on their car radios with their windows rolled up amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Attorney General William Barr emphasized in the statement that social distancing practices are important during the health crisis and that while some temporary restrictions on liberties are constitutional when applied even-handedly, but religious institutions cannot be singled-out.

4. Eric Holder: Coronavirus 'An Opportunity' to Permanently Change America's Voting System-Breitbart
Former President Barack Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder admitted he saw coronavirus as "an opportunity" to permanently change the way Americans voted.
"Coronavirus gives us an opportunity to revamp our electoral system so that it permanently becomes more inclusive and becomes easier for the American people to access," Holder said in an interview with TIME magazine.
He called for a "sea change" in voting systems, allowing Americans to vote from home, using prepaid mail-in ballots and unlimited absentee voting. Holder did not discuss concerns about voter fraud in his interview but posited that any special exceptions made to the voting process during the coronavirus should remain permanent.

5. ICE to release almost 700 undocumented immigrants at highest risk from coronavirus-Daily Mail
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is set to release nearly 700 migrants who are at most risk of a coronavirus outbreak at their detention centers including immigrants who are elderly, pregnant, or have underlying conditions.
ICE said they also took into account the danger to the public and flight risk of the 693 detainees they were releasing.
The decision comes on the heel of mounting pressure from Democrats and pro-immigrant groups who have demanded the mass liberation of more than 34,000 who are incarcerated and remain at risk of contracting the deadly coronavirus.

6. Furious Crowd Gathers At Michigan Capitol To Protest 'Stay Home' Order-Radio
Large and raucous crowds showed up in Michigan's capital Wednesday for what organizers are calling "Operation Gridlock."
People - in their cars, on sidewalks, lawns and on the Capitol steps - are gathered to protest Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order.
Organizers of the rally want some of the restrictions eased, and the state economy re-started.
WWJ Newsradio 950's Charlie Langton reported it appeared thousands of people were in attendance; the lineup of cars for the protest extended for miles outside of Lansing.

7. UN head responds to Trump: 'Not the time' to reduce funds for WHO-The Hill
United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres on Tuesday pushed back on President Trump's announcement that the U.S. will pull funding to the World Health Organization (WHO), saying the coronavirus pandemic is "not the time" for such a move.
In a statement, Guterres said it was "not the time to reduce the resources for the operations of the World Health Organization or any other humanitarian organization in the fight against the virus." The WHO is part of the U.N.
"Now is the time for unity and for the international community to work together in solidarity to stop this virus and its shattering consequences," the U.N. secretary-general added, according to Reuters.

8. Nancy Pelosi: 'Truth' Is That Trump Worsened the Coronavirus, Destroyed Economy-Breitbart
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), in a letter penned to Democrat colleagues on Tuesday, emphasized the need to recognize the "truth" regarding the coronavirus pandemic, listing off a series of partisan talking points which accuse President Trump of worsening the virus by ignoring warnings, dismantling infrastructure, and referring to the virus as a "hoax" - a false narrative that has been thoroughly debunked.
The "incompetent reaction to this health crisis" led to the destruction of the "strong economy" handed to Trump, Pelosi asserted, blaming him for "unnecessary deaths and economic disaster." Overall, Pelosi blames the president for causing "unnecessary deaths and economic disaster" and ultimately bungling the "strong economy" supposedly handed to him in 2017.

9. Trump threatens to adjourn U.S. Congress over 'scam' preventing appointments-Reuters
U.S. President Donald Trump threatened on Wednesday to shut down Congress so he could fill vacancies in his administration without Senate confirmation, saying he was frustrated lawmakers were not in Washington to vote on his nominees for federal judgeships and other government positions.
"The current practice of leaving town, while conducting phony pro forma sessions, is a dereliction of duty that the American people cannot afford during this crisis," an angry Trump told reporters at his daily White House briefing on the coronavirus crisis.
"It is a scam that they do. It's a scam and everyone knows it, and it's been that way for a long time," Trump said.

10. Virginia governor signs legislation dropping voting restrictions-The Hill
Virginia will no longer require voters to show a photo ID prior to casting a ballot and the state will join a handful of states across the nation in making Election Day a state holiday, Gov. Ralph Northam (D) announced Sunday. Northam said he signed a series of bills aimed at expanding access to voting.
"Voting is a fundamental right, and these new laws strengthen our democracy by making it easier to cast a ballot, not harder," Northam said in a statement Sunday. "No matter who you are or where you live in Virginia, your voice deserves to be heard. I'm proud to sign these bills into law."

Who is attacking WHO?
I almost fell out of my chair when I read what Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) said on Tuesday's broadcast of the Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC. Schumer stated that President Trump won't make the situation in the United States better by criticizing the World Health Organization and all the president's energy seems to be focused on attacking other people. Schumer said, "He goes after the W.H.O. What good is it? How is it going to make the country better by going after the W.H.O. one day or the press one day or the governors one day or Pelosi one day or me one day? That's all he seems to-that's seems to [be] where his energy is. At the same time, we don't have a regime of testing." The height of hypocrisy.
Schumer, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the news media have been attacking the President relentlessly without offering a single bit of advice on how to resolve this COVID-19 issue. Where are the questions from the news media, even the so-called conservative news media, to the Democratic leadership about what they would do to improve the situation? None. Crickets. The focus of the President's opposition MUST be that he did not act soon enough to stop the spread of COVID-19 because they have no other reason to blame him. They MUST make that stick in the minds and hearts of all Americans, otherwise they have no grounds to criticize. Angry that the President showed a video chronologically documenting his actions and his oppositions criticisms, they continue to attack the President and offer no solutions.
All criticism and conspiracy theories aside, this President and his administration have been more transparent than any modern administration about what is being done to fight the COVID-19 virus. They have held news conferences every day for weeks-news conferences that the news media does not want to attend and cover because America can see the raw, real-time answers to their increasingly ignorant questions. Why is the news media not asking the Democratic Leadership what they would do differently? Why is the news media not asking the Democratic Leadership why they choose to not work with the President to solve the challenge instead of wasting their time criticizing him while people die?
We are finding out more facts about the spread of this plague. The World Health Organization actually helped the spread of the disease by not wanting to close the borders. The Democratic leadership in America also helped spread the disease by politically opposing the closing of America's borders. If the President would have acted sooner, the disease would not have spread so much, but what was he doing at the time? He was fighting to stay in office because the Democrats were trying to remove him based on trumped up charges. This blame game is ridiculous. The focus should be on getting people healthy and back to work. Job's discourse on the wicked ended in Job 21:24 with the question, "How then can you comfort me with vain words, since falsehood remains in your answers?" If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

2. 'Amazing Grace': Millions tune in to Andrea Bocelli Easter concert in Italy - Christian Post
World-renowned opera singer Andrea Bocelli gave a "Music for Hope" concert at the request of government officials in Milan, Italy, and said the faith-based production was a prayer more than it was a performance.
Taped at the Duomo cathedral, Bocelli was invited to sing at the iconic house of worship by the mayor of Milan. The singer explained that he would not be putting on a performance. Rather, the event would serve as a global prayer in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I received this invitation by the mayor of Milan and by the authorities of the church and of course I answered yes. I'm very happy to do this," he said, according to ABC. "Also, it's not a performance. It's not a concert. It's only a prayer."

New wave of locusts threatens millions in Africa, Middle East with food insecurity
The historic spread of desert locusts that has left tens of millions in danger of food insecurity in East Africa is expected to get 20 times worse as the United Nations predicts a dramatic increase in swarms throughout Africa and the Middle East in the coming months.
According to the U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization, the infestation of locusts in several countries in East Africa is causing an "unprecedented threat to food security and livelihoods" because the crop-devouring insects are interfering with the beginning of crop planting season.
Even though there have been ground and aerial efforts going on for months in countries like Somalia, Kenya and Ethiopia, the FAO reports that heavy rains from March "will allow the new swarms to mostly remain, mature and lay eggs while a few swarms could move from Kenya to Uganda, South Sudan and Ethiopia."
"During May, the eggs will hatch into hopper bands that will form new swarms in late June and July, which coincides with the start of the harvest," FAO warned in an April 8 update.
FAO estimates that the number of locusts "could increase another 20 times during the upcoming rainy season unless control activities are stepped up."

Holy One, we thank You that You are the God who can do miracles, so we ask now for a miracle of divine intervention to protect these nations, and to destroy these locusts, in Your Name, amen.

Nearly half of Americans believe the Bible should influence US laws
Almost half of adults in the United States believe that the Bible should influence the laws, with over a quarter saying that it should overrule the will of the people, according to a new report by the Pew Research Center.
A report by Pew's Fact Tank published Monday found that in a survey of American adults, 49 percent of respondents believe that the Bible should have either "a great deal" or "some" influence on U.S. laws.
By contrast, 19 percent of respondents said they believe that the Bible should have "not much" influence on the laws, while 31 percent responded "none at all."
Among those who said the Bible should have "a great deal" or "some" influence on laws, 28 percent said they believe the Bible should overrule the will of the people when they conflict. (Christian Post) Read more.

Time to Repent!
13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. According to Webster, pestilence is "a contagious or infectious epidemic disease that is virulent and devastating."
