President Trump addresses United Nations General Assembly on China
This morning, President Trump virtually addressed the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, where he explained how America is leading the global fight against an invisible enemy that has claimed countless lives in 188 countries:
In the United States, we launched the most aggressive mobilization since the Second World War. We rapidly produced a record supply of ventilators, creating a surplus that allowed us to share them with friends and partners all around the globe. We pioneered life-saving treatments, reducing our fatality rate 85 percent since April.
Thanks to our efforts, three vaccines are in the final stage of clinical trials. We are mass-producing them in advance so they can be delivered immediately upon arrival. We will distribute a vaccine, we will defeat the virus, we will end the pandemic, and we will enter a new era of unprecedented prosperity, cooperation, and peace.
The President told world leaders something else, too. "As we pursue this bright future, we must hold accountable the nation which unleashed this plague onto the world: China."
Early this year, the Chinese Communist Party locked down travel in its own country while allowing flights to leave China and infect the world.
Then China's leaders condemned President Trump's travel ban even as they cancelled domestic flights and locked Chinese citizens in their homes.
The World Health Organization-which is virtually controlled by China-falsely declared that there was no evidence of human-to-human transmission. Later, it falsely said people without symptoms would not spread the disease.
"The United Nations must hold China accountable for their actions," the President said.
The Coronavirus pandemic is only the latest global problem involving the Chinese government. Each year, China dumps millions of tons of plastic and trash into the world's oceans. It overfishes other countries' waters, destroys vast swaths of coral reef, and emits more toxic mercury into the atmosphere than any country on Earth.
China's carbon emissions are nearly twice those of the United States. By contrast, after President Trump withdrew America from the one-sided Paris Climate Accord, last year America reduced its carbon emissions by more than any country in the agreement.
"Those who attack America's exceptional environmental record while ignoring China's rampant pollution are not interested in the environment. They only want to punish America, and I will not stand for it," President Trump said.
"If the United Nations is to be an effective organization, it must focus on the real problems of the world," he added. That includes terrorism, drug trafficking, religious persecution-and holding China's government accountable for this horrible pandemic.

1. Defense Minister Gantz meets Kushner, discuss 'additional accords' - Israel National News
Defense Minister Benny Gantz and senior advisor to the U.S. President, Jared Kushner, have just completed a meeting at the White House.
Gantz opened the meeting with remarks expressing gratitude for the exceptional efforts and achievements on the part of Kushner and the American government in advancing peace and stability in the Middle East, culminating in the Abraham Accords.
The two discussed "avenues for jointly furthering additional accords as an instrument for ensuring regional stability and protecting Israel's security, while maintaining Israel's qualitative edge throughout the process."
At the end of the meeting, Gantz stressed that "the historic achievements led by the American government highlight the centrality and depth of the friendship between Israel and the U.S., which is grounded in shared aspirations, values, and interests, and which is an important anchor of regional and global stability."
2. Angered by Arab-Israel ties, Palestine quits chairing Arab League sessions - Israel Hayom
The Palestinian Authority has quit its current chairmanship of Arab League meetings, the Palestinian foreign minister said on Tuesday, condemning as dishonorable any Arab agreement to establish formal ties with Israel.
Palestinians see the accords which the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain signed with Israel in Washington a week ago as betrayal of their cause.
Earlier this month, the Palestinians failed to persuade the Arab League to condemn nations breaking ranks and normalizing relations with Israel.
The PA was supposed to chair Arab League meetings for the next six months, but Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki told a news conference in the West Bank city of Ramallah that it no longer wanted the position.
"Palestine has decided to concede its right to chair the League's council (of foreign ministers) at its current session. There is no honor in seeing Arabs rush towards normalization during its presidency," Maliki said.
3. Gov't announces fresh $3 billion virus aid package, pay cuts for lawmakers - Times of Israel
The cabinet approved a NIS 10.5 billion ($3 billion) aid package late Monday to try and assist those affected by Israel's second national lockdown, including pay cuts for lawmakers and senior government officials.
"Expanding the program will enable immediate economic assistance to businesses and the self-employed who are likely to be harmed by the current lockdown," said a joint statement from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office and the Finance Ministry.
The package comes as the government has faced a major pushback from many small businesses, including leading restaurateurs, who have threatened to rebel against the lockdown and open their doors to customers, saying they won't survive the economic hurt of a new extended closure, and have little faith in government promises of eventual compensation.
"We have announced new grants to retain workers, expanded state-guaranteed loans, moved forward with paying grants and giving grants for permanent expenses, including for businesses that have suffered more than 25 percent losses - and expanded eligibility," Netanyahu said.
4. At UN, Erdogan assails Israel's 'dirty hand' in Jerusalem; Erdan walks out - Times of Israel
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan aggressively censured Israel during his Tuesday address to the United Nations General Assembly, accusing the Jewish state of extending its "dirty hand" over Jerusalem and prompting a walkout from Israel's UN envoy.
"The order of occupation and oppression in Palestine, which is the bleeding wound of humanity, continues to hurt consciences," Erdogan said in his prerecorded video address.
"The dirty hand that reaches the privacy of Jerusalem, where the sacred places of the three great religions coexist, is constantly increasing its audacity," the autocratic leader said.
5. Another blast in Lebanon, Hezbollah arms depot blamed - World Israel News
An explosion shook a Hezbollah stronghold in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, sending thick gray smoke billowing over the village.
Reports on reasons for the blast are mixed. The Associated Press says the cause was not clear but other media are reporting it was an arms cache belonging to the terror group that detonated due to a technical malfunction. A Lebanon-based paper linked to Hezbollah reports it was a gas station fire but other Lebanese papers say there's no gas station in the area of the blast.
Lebanon's Al-Jadeed news channel says the blast occurred in the home of a local Hezbollah commander and it was an arms cache that detonated.
The blast took place in the southern village of Ain Qana, above the port city of Sidon. An official with the Shiite militant group Hezbollah confirmed there was an explosion but declined to give further details.

The DC Sunrise Movement, a far left group pushing the consumption of foreign energy sources in America, is training agitators for a potential riot at Senator Lindsey Graham's home on Monday morning. The mob action was planned for 6:00 AM on Monday morning. Investigate reporter Millie Weaver released video on Sunday night of the radical group's members practicing kicks on his front door and more.Several dozen leftist activists woke up early to harass Senator Graham and his neighbors.
They gathered outside his home and started flashing their strobe lights, chanting and blaring bullhorns at his DC residence.The mob demanded that he not confirm a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg. According to reporter Ford Fischer the far left mob tried to enter Graham's front yard and knock on his door but were stopped by police. (Read more)

2. FBI Agent Who Uncovered Weiner Laptop with Hillary's Emails says FBI Leadership Told Him to Erase All of His Findings - The Gateway Pundit
John Robertson, was an FBI Agent who investigated crimes against children. This is how he stumbled upon Hillary Clinton's emails.
John was assigned to the Anthony Weiner case, a top Democrat married to Hillary Clinton adviser Huma Abedin. During his investigation of Weiner's computer John discovered thousands of Hillary Clinton emails and blew the whistle on the Comey-McCabe and Strzok cover-up of evidence.
Yesterday the Washington Examiner reported: "I have very deep misgivings about the institutional response of the FBI to the congressional investigation into the Hillary Clinton email matter. Put simply: I don't believe the handling of the material I have by the FBI is ethically or morally right. But my lawyer's advice - that I simply put my SSA on notice should cover me - is that I have completed CYA [Cover Your Ass], and I have done so," Robertson wrote. "Further, I was told by [Kramer] that should I 'whistleblow,' I will be prosecuted."
We still don't know what happened to the Weiner emails. We now know that Robertson did a CYA to protect himself. The American people deserve to know what was on the laptop an in those emails. (Read more)

3. Is Saudi Arabia about to go nuclear with China's help? - JNS
The recent normalization deals between Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain have fundamentally shifted the region's alliances. Both Gulf countries maintain close ties with Saudi Arabia, and speculation abounds as to whether or not the Saudis will be the next country to formalize ties with the Jewish state.
While Israel may be on the verge of cementing a close alliance with major Sunni Arab states in the face of a common enemy with Iran, at the same time, concern is also growing about a possible nuclear race in the region with China's help.
A recent report in The Guardian indicates that Chinese geologists say Saudi Arabia may have enough uranium ore reserves for the domestic production of nuclear fuel. At the same time, a Wall Street Journal report said that Western officials have grown concerned about nuclear cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia in the construction of a facility for extracting uranium yellowcake from uranium ore. This facility is being built with the assistance of two Chinese companies.
Similarly, The New York Times reported that Western intelligence agencies are "scrutinizing" the Saudi's work with China to develop nuclear expertise as a cover towards the development of a nuclear weapon. (Read more)

4. House Republicans blame Chinese cover-up for coronavirus pandemic - The Hill
Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Monday released their final report investigating China's actions related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, accusing Beijing of covering up the virus threat and faulting the World Health Organization for failing to push back.
The 96-page report builds on interim findings released in June by Republicans, and largely backs President Trump's argument that the COVID-19 pandemic could have been prevented if not for the actions of China. The report accuses China and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of destroying evidence, suppressing information about the virus spread and failing to notify the world of the first cases of the disease and under obligations of International Health Regulations.
"It is crystal clear that had the CCP been transparent, and had the head of the WHO cared more about global health than appeasing the CCP, lives could have been spared and widespread economic devastation could have been mitigated," McCaul said in a statement. "Revealing the truth is just the first step; we must hold both the CCP and WHO Director General Tedros accountable for the suffering they have allowed the world to endure." (Read more)

5. Justice Department deems New York City, Portland and Seattle 'anarchist jurisdictions' - NBC News
The Justice Department released a list of cities Monday that it has deemed "anarchist jurisdictions" under President Donald Trump's instructions this month to review federal funding for local governments in places where violence or vandalism has occurred during protests.
That memo directed Attorney General William Barr, in consultation with Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought and acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, to identify jurisdictions "that have permitted violence and the destruction of property to persist and have refused to undertake reasonable measures to counteract these criminal activities (anarchist jurisdictions)."
On Monday, the Justice Department labeled New York City, Portland, Oregon, and Seattle as such areas. It said it was still working to identify other jurisdictions that meet the criteria outlined in Trump's memo. The president has made ridicule of those cities a regular feature of his campaign appearances, and he has mocked their top officials for their responses to the violence that has taken place during the protests.
Barr said in a statement accompanying the announcement: "We cannot allow federal tax dollars to be wasted when the safety of the citizenry hangs in the balance. It is my hope that the cities identified by the Department of Justice today will reverse course and become serious about performing the basic function of government and start protecting their own citizens." 6. Trump fires back after Dems indicate impeachment could be used to block court nominee: 'If they do that, we win' - Fox News
President Trump on Monday claimed he would win the presidential election if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi actually attempted to use impeachment as an option to block his eventual Supreme Court nominee from being confirmed to the seat vacated by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Over the weekend, after it was announced that Ginsburg had passed away on Friday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., vowed that a Trump nominee to the Supreme Court to fill her vacancy "will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate."
In response, Pelosi, D-Calif., in an interview, would not rule out impeachment as an option to stop a Trump nominee from being confirmed to the bench of the high court by the Senate. The president, though, during an exclusive interview on "Fox & Friends" Monday morning, said nominating a justice to the high court is part of his constitutional duty.
I heard if I [nominate], they're going to impeach me," Trump said Monday during an exclusive interview with "Fox & Friends." "So they're impeaching me for doing what constitutionally I have to do," he said. "If they do that, we win all elections." (Read more)

7. Romney backs vote on Supreme Court nominee, clearing way for Trump - Politico
Sen. Mitt Romney said Tuesday he would support a floor vote to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, essentially clinching consideration of President Donald Trump's nominee this year despite the impending election.
Just two Republican senators have asked for the party to put the brakes on the confirmation. And with a 53-seat majority, Senate Majority Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) now has the votes he needs to move forward with a nominee.
The move is a blow to Democrats' hopes of keeping the seat vacant for the next president, potentially their nominee, Joe Biden. But Romney said he had no qualms about Democrats' charges of hypocrisy or about strengthening the high court's conservative majority.
"My liberal friends have over many decades gotten very used to the idea of having a liberal court, but that's not written in the stars," the Utah Republican told reporters after this decision. He called it "appropriate for a nation that is center-right to have a court which reflects center-right points of view." (Read more)

8. Special counsel investigating DeVos for potential Hatch Act violation: report- The Hill
Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is under investigation for possible Hatch Act violations after she criticized Democratic candidate Joe Biden in a Fox News interview, Politico reports.
According to Politico, the Office of the Special Counsel (OSC) has started the investigation after DeVos hit Biden on Fox News and shared the video to the Education Department's YouTube page in early September. In the clip, DeVos said Biden "turned his back on" kids by saying he opposes her school choice policies, and called it "shameful."
DeVos would add to a number of top Trump administration officials who have been accused of violating the Hatch Act, which bars federal employees in the executive branch from using their position for political activity. (Read more)

9. NYPD officer and Army reservist worked as spy for China, feds say - Stripes News
A New York police officer assigned to a Queens station house has been spying for the Chinese government, tracking local supporters of the Tibetan independence movement and giving "intelligence" to Chinese officials, federal prosecutors alleged Monday.
Baimadajie Angwang, 33, who is also a U.S. Army reservist as a staff sergeant stationed at Fort Dix in New Jersey, has been charged with illegally acting as a foreign agent, wire fraud and making false statements for lying on official government forms about his contacts with China. He's also accused of obstructing his national security background check, which helped conceal his spying efforts that began in 2014.
He faces a maximum of 55 years if convicted. Angwang, a naturalized U.S. citizen, has been a member of the New York City police department since 2016. As an Army reservist, he had "secret" security clearance. Angwang also served five years in the Marines. (Read more)

10. Iran Foreign Minister says Tehran ready to exchange all prisoners with US - The Jerusalem Post
Relations between Tehran and Washington have deteriorated sharply since 2018 when U.S. President Donald Trump exited Iran's 2015 nuclear deal with major powers and re-imposed sanctions on Tehran.
Iran is ready for a full prisoner exchange with the United States, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a virtual address to the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
Relations between Tehran and Washington have deteriorated sharply since 2018 when U.S. President Donald Trump exited Iran's 2015 nuclear deal with major powers and re-imposed sanctions on Tehran that have crippled its economy. Washington has long demanded that Iran release U.S. citizens including Iranian-American father and son Baquer and Siamak Namazi. (Read more)

Mail-in deception
Several weeks ago we received this stack of oversized letters in the mail. It seemed as if there were five or six of them. I should have kept them for proof, but I threw them away. They were mail-in ballots. I was so disgusted with the thought that the government was encouraging people to stay at home and vote by mail, that I missed the point: We seemed to have received more ballots than we have voters in our household. Since then, I have heard first hand stories from friends, neighbors and acquaintances that they received several more mail-in ballots than the number of voters in their households. In fact, this is common among people who I know and trust would not lie about it. So what gives?
We know that Democratic Party oppression of the vote was so big after the Civil War that there were local and state laws prohibiting black people from voting. When finally, President Ulysses Grant stepped in and all but eliminated the Ku Klux Klan in the south-which included Democratic Party officeholders, doctors, lawyers, even clergy-blacks were able to safely vote again for a time. Then the Black Codes and Jim Crow Laws that were passed by democrats once again suppressed the vote all the way into the 1960s. Somewhere along the way, the Democratic Party decided that it would make an issue of suppressing the vote and blame it on the Republicans every time they tried to update the voter rolls.
The result is that myriads of dead people get to vote. People who move to other locations get to vote in their former precincts. Those who are registered to vote, but don't vote, get to vote-someone else votes for them. Democrats have fought tooth and nail even the simplest of updating the voter rolls-removing the dead from voter rolls. What do you think is going to happen when someone that received three mail in ballots, votes three times and the election clerk doesn't "catch" it? The same thing that happens when a dead person votes. These crooks know how to work the system. If someone hasn't voted by a certain time, the local party people know it. And they send someone else in their place.
What made our system of voting so unique and effective was that there was one day to vote. If you couldn't vote on that day, you got an absentee ballot. This whole idea of mass mail in ballots, and how the authorities will verify the votes, and how long it will take them after the election, is a slippery slope to tyranny. If people can be encouraged to protest and riot in close quarters without concern for COVID 19, then people can go to their polling place and cast their votes in a safe and orderly manner. The justification has no weight. As in Ephesians 4:14, let us not be tossed to and fro by the "sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive." This doctrine of mail-in ballots has its roots in deception.

Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 marks the start of this year's General Debate at the UN headquarters in New York - in a virtual format.
The "old normal" during this time of the year is the area around the UN turning into a high-security area with roadblocks and 24/7 surveillance from NYPD, Secret Service and other security personnel. This year is quiet different, because all speeches of the leaders of the 193 member states are prerecorded video messages. Present in the General Assembly Hall will be the permanent representatives and much smaller delegations than usual due to COVID-19.
The recent developments in the Middle East with the Abraham Accords between Israel and UEA and Bahrain show us that situations can change very fast in a way nobody expects it.
So let us not lower our shields of faith, but let us stand our ground in prayer and take new land, for with God everything is possible. We already are in a worldwide battle for our nations. During a time of prayer, the Lord spoke that He would provide a resting places for each one of us were He will restore us, but then send us out back on the battlefield, always knowing that the victory belongs to Him.

'Darknet' opioid takedown nabs 179 suspects worldwide and $6.5M seized, DOJ announces
Justice Department officials on Tuesday announced the largest international opioid takedown targeting drug traffickers through the darknet, which resulted in 179 arrests and the seizure of more than $6.5 million in cash and currency.
Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, flanked by FBI Director Christopher Wray and other law enforcement partners, announced the seizure of approximately 500 kilograms of drugs worldwide -- 274 kilograms of which were recovered in the United States and include fentanyl, oxycodone, methamphetamine, and hydrocodone. Agents also seized 63 illegal guns.
"Criminals selling fentanyl on the Darknet should pay attention to Operation DisrupTor," Rosen said in a prepared statement. "The arrest of 179 of them in seven countries-with the seizure of their drug supplies and their money as well-shows that there will be no safe haven for drug dealing in cyberspace."
Operation DisrupTor was begun nine months ago and spanned the United States and Europe. It comes more than a year after officials took down the "Wall Street Market," which was believed to be one of the largest illegal online marketplaces on the darknet.
The darknet is a part of the Internet hosted within an encrypted network and accessible only through specialized anonymity-providing tools, most notably the Tor Browser. (Fox News) Read more.

Discerning the Times in the World and Four Dimensional Chess
The Lord Most High, the Lord God of the Bible, the Lord God of Israel is the only one who always wins at four dimensional chess.
Here are some things I have received in prayer as we have been seeking to "discern the times" (Matthew 16:3).
1. This Is a Time for Rapid Realignments of Nations in the Middle East, Forming Highways of Light.
I had a vision on May 29, 2018 of highways of light coming through the "David's Harp Bridge" in Jerusalem towards His throne. These new highways were like a web with lines of light and blessing. I saw highways of light develop between the nations that had responded to the Lord . . .I even saw highways of light develop in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
I believe this is the season for a first fruits fulfillment of Isaiah 60:7, that during a time of "thick darkness' covering the earth (vs. 2), that even people from Saudi Arabia (ancient Sheba, which most scholars identify as on the Arabian Peninsula) will come to Jerusalem "bearing gold, incense and proclaiming the praise of the Lord".
2. This Is a Time for Lightning Fast Setbacks for Demonic Plans Coming Out of Tehran, Ankara, and Moscow.
On September 9, 2019, I had the following vision during worship in our house of prayer: He [the LORD] was wrapped in dark storm clouds. Flashes of lightning went from the clouds towards Tehran, Ankara, and Moscow. Lightning struck a demonic throne in each place. The thrones started shaking and gradually disintegrating . . . the thrones were not completely destroyed, but they were obviously severely shaken, and there was a setback to any kind of evil purposes that they had planned.
I believe the strike taking out the major regional terrorist leader General Soleimani was an example of this.
3. This Is a Time for the Shifting of Many African Nations to Align With Israel and Biblical Values.
In prayer we can prevent the demonic plans to pull Africa into slavery to the Chinese Communist Party, to Islamic oil money, and to anti-Israel alignments. During worship in Jerusalem, I received visions of this on November 2015, January 2018 , and April 2020 .
4. This Is a Time for Evil Systems and Agendas to Be Exposed and Set Back for Many Nations and Institutions.
I saw a vision of spiders (evil leaders) and spider webs (evil systems) in May 2018. When we proclaimed this on Mt. Carmel, Israel, on 11 April 2019 with many Sudanese refugees present, the following day the New York Times headline read: "Sudan's Spider is Finally Cast Out of His Web" (referring to the overthrow of Al Bashir's year reign as dictator).
5. This Is a Time to Pray America Will Not Give in to Any Dividing Up of the Land Biblically-Promised to Israel (Something With Serious Consequences, According to Joel 3) as They Walk Out the Establishment of the Radical New Alliances Forming in the Middle East.
I believe there will be a time to allow Israel to declare legal sovereignty (not "annexation") over all of Judea and Samaria in keeping with the San Remo Accords of 1920. I saw this sequence of events in a vision May 2018 when I saw a reconciliation movement in the Middle East (a degree of the fulfilment of Isaiah 19) and the Jewish people returning from the nations to dwell on the "mountains of Israel", a term basically synonymous to Judea and Samaria, referred to by nations now as the "West Bank" (the fulfilment of Ezekiel 36).
I submit these conclusions as what I believe is a "discerning of the times" from my perspective of prayer and networking from Jerusalem across the Middle East, and am open to further dialogue with others in the Body of Christ.

I speak to tale-bearers who are addicted to gossip as you share things that are none of your business. Treat others with the same love and respect that you desire for yourself. I tell you honestly that you are sowing seeds that will produce a harvest you will not enjoy. Be done with the pride that comes from judging others and set your mind and heart on things of the Spirit.
This is a time of sifting and sorting. There are things to keep and things to throw away. You are already aware of this process, but you have not finished the course. This exercise will not only be in the physical realm, but will also be an activity of the soul. Internal work will continue with greater clarity than ever, as you experience more spiritual refinement.
Great spiritual revelations will be released to those who are genuine truth-seekers. Revelation will come to you when set your heart to have a strong, personal relationship with Me and set your priorities in proper order. I say to you, stay strong and focused.
You have heard about Me and you have read My word, but you now have an unparalleled opportunity to know Me on a very personal and powerful level. Now is the time to grow up spiritually and have a first-hand experience. 1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
The challenges and changes you have endured will usher in opportunities to begin again. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
I will lead you forth with great grace and give you the wisdom and ability to do all that your destiny requires. Believe it and receive it!
The coming spiritual year will be more of the same in many ways. However, you can make choices that keep you from division and strife. You can choose to walk and live in the Spirit and to love one another as you are loved!

Beta's flooding rainfall could cut off some communities for days
After making landfall in Texas on Monday, Beta hasn't budged much. Its glacial pace has been adding to excessive rainfall that topped a foot in some locations by Tuesday morning, leaving roadways inundated in southwestern Houston and trapping motorists in high waters.
Beta weakened to a tropical depression at 11 a.m. EDT Tuesday, about 15 miles east-northeast of Victoria, Texas, with winds of 35 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC). The system had nearly ground to a halt and was only moving northeastward at 2 mph.
Forecasters say Beta will gradually pick up forward speed across the southern United States this week, but not before unleashing more flooding rainfall in the Houston area and triggering pockets of flooding from eastern Texas and Louisiana to Georgia in the coming days.
The initial slow movement of Beta, which will weaken into a tropical rainstorm, will heighten the flooding dangers, especially across southeastern Texas and the Houston area.
"Rainfall totals of 4-8 inches will be widespread from coastal Texas to southern Louisiana with areas where rainfall can be double or triple that amount and lead to major flooding," AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Rob Miller said.
As of Tuesday morning, the heaviest rainfall has occurred in the Houston area with Hobby Airport receiving close to 9 inches and Clover Field Airport picking up more than 8.5 inches since Sunday morning. Locally heavier rainfall has occurred.
Additional downpours through Tuesday night can cause rainfall totals to climb from near Matagorda Bay through Houston and close to the Port Arthur, Texas, to a general 8-16 inches with an AccuWeather Local StormMax rainfall of 24 inches.

Sean Feucht Leads Worship Revivals Across America!

'Police Barricaded Park, but That Didn't Stop 3,000 Ohioans': Cleveland, Chicago Try to Block Events but Can't Stop God
Despite efforts by authorities to prevent revival events, thousands of Christians and seekers flooded the streets of south Chicago and Cleveland, Ohio to seek God and praise His name this week.
Worship leader Sean Feucht and evangelist Dr. Charles Karuku arrived in Chicago on September 16 at the latest stop of this summer's "Let Us Worship" tour that has seen tens of thousands of people celebrating Jesus in outdoor worship events around the country.
In a video posted on Twitter, the Christian leaders explained that police officers blocked the group from gathering, so the event was set up in the roadway.
Christ-followers united in a large gathering where many people were baptized and others received the gift of salvation.
"How about a JESUS MARCH to end the night with a THOUSAND worshippers taking the streets of South Chicago!?!? THIS. NIGHT. WAS. ALL. TIME. FOREVER. AND. EVER."
Feucht then traveled to Ohio on Thursday where thousands more assembled near Edgewater Park to pray and worship together.
Police officers blocked off the park and wrote Feucht a citation for not having a permit, but that didn't discourage him or the others from gathering.
"CLEVELAND MESSED ME UP TONIGHT! Police barricaded the park (and gave us a citation) but that didn't stop 3,000 Ohioans trekking 1-2 miles up a hill to worship! So so so many gave their lives to Jesus and were baptized in Lake Erie!!"
The outreach team then traveled to Tampa, Florida on Friday where people struggling with depression and suicidal feelings were healed and renewed.
"Those battling suicide/depression ran down to the front embracing my brother as we drove a stake in the ground to break that demonic thing over Tampa!" Feucht wrote. "Thousands of us were. Then the miracles broke out! Then salvations! Then baptisms! MAN, FLORIDA IS ON FIRE!!!!!"
A woman suffering from fibromyalgia felt God's healing power and peace come across her body during the event.
In a recent commentary written by Feucht, he draws attention to the powerful presence of God that has been evident throughout the ongoing state-by-state revival.
"Something is happening in America, and it should sound the alarm for every confessing Christian," he wrote. Feucht points out that Christians are being persecuted while violent protesters are destroying multiple cities across America.
"While followers of Jesus are being told we cannot worship in public spaces, violent paid rioters are taking over our streets and being given license to occupy and destroy entire sections of our cities." (CBN) Read more.
