1. Abbas's Fatah warns Jerusalem Arabs against UAE funding - Jerusalem Post
The Palestinian ruling Fatah faction headed by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday stepped up its attacks on the United Arab Emirates and accused it of stabbing the Palestinians in the heart with a dagger.
Fatah also warned residents of east Jerusalem of the "Emirati money dipped in Palestinian blood," an apparent reference to claims that the UAE is planning to fund various projects and individuals in the city in cooperation with the Jerusalem Municipality.
Palestinian officials, meanwhile, refused to comment on the arrival of an Israeli delegation in Bahrain on Sunday for a series of meetings and signing of declarations, including one establishing full diplomatic relations and peace between the two countries.
2. PM slams opposition, says 'only unity can defeat virus' - Israel Hayom
In a heated Knesset debate on Monday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended his government's decision to impose a second nationwide lockdown, saying all his detractors did was criticize him regardless of what position he takes on the pandemic.
Netanyahu urged the Knesset members not to let the COVID-19 crisis and the debilitating effect it has had on the economy become a bone of contention. "Don't manipulate this just to sow division and reap political dividends in polling numbers; only through unity can we defeat this virus," he continued, calling the opposition the "band of doom and glee" because they keep changing the narrative of how bad the pandemic spread is depending on whether it serves their interests.
"If you were to actually look into my actions and decided to hold a professional debate, you would have discovered that my decisions were not driven by populism but by courage, and just like we were exemplary in the first wave, the world is looking at Israel's lead in this second wave," Netanyahu said.
"We entered a national lockdown, and this was a difficult decision, but this was necessary because we wanted to save lives; we cannot become complacent just because the data that we see now are actually latent, and we need to increase enforcement and impose stricter lockdowns if necessary."
3. Netanyahu, Katz won't compromise on budget with Blue and White - Jerusalem Post
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Israel Katz met late Monday and decided not to give in to Blue and White's demands to pass the 2021 state budget by the end of the year, even if it means initiating another election, sources close to Netanyahu said Monday night.
The sources confirmed a KAN News report that Netanyahu and Katz decided against compromising and would instead toughen their stance in the dispute.
"We will not surrender," Katz said. "If Blue and White continues to make demands, it would already be better to go to elections.
"The decision not to give in to Blue and White came after a day of threats by its leaders.
4. Gantz: Israeli COVID-19 vaccine to begin human trials by month's end - Times of Israel
Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Monday night announced that Israel's Institute for Biological Research would begin testing a coronavirus vaccine on humans at the end of the month.
Following a visit to the secretive national laboratory and a meeting with its head, Shmuel Shapira, Gantz revealed the name of the vaccine: Brilife, a portmanteau of the Hebrew word for health - bri'ut - and life.
"We are at a very significant moment," Gantz said. "Prof. Shapira and the entire team have done fantastic work. They are the scientific vanguard of the State of Israel and they have brought this vaccine to the stage where we can soon begin trials on human beings."
5. Normalization With Israel Could Be in Works After Sudan Removed From US Terror Blacklist - Algemeiner
President Donald Trump announced on Monday the United States would remove Sudan from its list of state sponsors of terrorism as soon as Khartoum sets aside $335 million for payments for American victims and their families.
The deal could also set in motion steps by Sudan toward establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, an American official told Reuters, following similar US-brokered moves in recent weeks by the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. The details and timing were still being worked out, the source said.
Though Trump made no mention of Israel in his tweet announcing the breakthrough with Sudan, rapprochement between Israel and another Arab country would give Trump a new diplomatic achievement as he seeks re-election on Nov. 3.
Sudan's designation as a state sponsor of terrorism dates to its toppled ruler Omar al-Bashir and makes it difficult for its transitional government to access urgently-needed debt relief and foreign financing.
Many in Sudan say the designation, imposed in 1993 because the United States believed Bashir's government was supporting militant groups, is now undeserved since Bashir was removed last year and Sudan has long cooperated with the United States on counter-terrorism.

1. Kristen Welker, upcoming presidential debate moderator, has deep Democrat ties - Fox News
All eyes are turning to NBC News White House correspondent Kristen Welker as she prepares to host the third and final presidential debate Thursday. President Trump and Joe Biden will square off at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., in a 90-minute debate starting at 9 p.m.
Welker, 44, has been the White House correspondent at NBC News since 2011, after working as a news reporter in Rhode Island. But Trump supporters who took issue with hard questioning by previous moderators like Chris Wallace and Savannah Guthrie may find themselves pining for those combative hosts after Welker is done with the president.
Anyone who's ever dealt with Welker knows she's an activist, not a reporter. The White House press team views her the same way they would AOC or Pelosi if they walked in the office," a senior White House official told The Post. (Read more)

2. Supreme Court rejects SC's appeal to stop giving Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood abortion clinics - The Christian Post
The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal from South Carolina lawmakers to end taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood abortion clinics through Medicaid reimbursements. The case of Baker, Dir., SC Dept. of Health v. Planned Parenthood was one of many appeals denied a writ of certiorari by the high court earlier this week. Eighty-six state lawmakers had signed a brief asking the court to take up the case.
The battle between South Carolina's Department of Health and Human Services and Planned Parenthood South Atlantic dates back to 2018 when Gov. Henry McMaster issued an executive order directing the state's Department of Health and Human Services to deem abortion clinics "enrolled in the Medicaid program as unqualified to provide family planning services."
McMaster's 2018 executive order expanded on a 2017 executive order, where he directed the DHHS to "pursue all available methods and to take all necessary actions to exclude abortion providers from receiving taxpayer funds for any purpose."
A lawsuit against the state, filed by Planned Parenthood South Atlantic and one of its patients, soon followed McMaster's 2018 executive order. "The executive order has forced PPSAT (Planned Parenthood South Atlantic) to stop providing basic preventative health services to the Medicaid patients who rely on us each year for family planning and other preventative health care," Planned Parenthood South Atlantic CEO Jenny Black said in a statement arguing against the defunding of two abortion clinics.
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Planned Parenthood, ruling that the state could not stop Medicaid recipients from using their coverage to seek services at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics. (Read more)

3. Senate Homeland Security Chair: FBI Should Answer Questions About Hunter Biden Laptop - Epoch Times
Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) is requesting a statement from FBI Director Christopher Wray about the veracity of details found on a laptop purported to belong to the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, after the New York Post published explosive new claims about the family's business ties abroad.
Johnson, in a letter (pdf) to Wray over the weekend, said a whistleblower contacted his committee on Sept. 24 about the laptop that was left at his business, saying he turned it over to the FBI. Johnson said that his staff immediately asked if the agency could either confirm or deny details to validate the claim about emails by the former vice president's son, Hunter Biden, but he said that the FBI wouldn't confirm or deny the information found on the device.
"I have a responsibility to validate and verify the contents of any information produced to my committee," Johnson said in his letter. "The committee must know if it receives information that could be fraudulent or not accurate." (Read more)

4. Twitter removes top White House coronavirus adviser tweet claiming masks don't work - Fox News
Twitter removed a tweet from top White House coronavirus adviser Dr. Scott Atlas for questioning the effectiveness of masks in combatting COVID-19. Atlas' tweet read "Masks work? NO" and preceded several others that questioned the use of face coverings in preventing the spread of the coronavirus. Atlas also used examples of areas where he had said 'cases exploded even with mandates' including Los Angeles, Miami, Hawaii, Alabama, France, Philippines, United Kingdom, Spain and Israel.
In a statement to the Hill, Twitter said the doctor's tweet "was in violation of our COVID-19 Misleading Information Policy" that "prohibits sharing false or misleading content related to COVID-19 which could lead to harm." The White House coronavirus adviser fired back at Twitter after removing the tweet saying, "'That means the right policy is @realDonaldTrump guideline: use masks for their intended purpose - when close to others, especially hi risk. Otherwise, social distance. No widespread mandates. #CommonSense," Atlas wrote.
The removal of Atlas' tweet is the latest in a series of actions the company has taken to either remove or flag posts by members of the Trump administration, including the president himself, that it says are misleading or false when it comes to issues ranging from the coronavirus pandemic to the upcoming presidential election. 5. US Intel Head Refers 2017 Russia Assessment to Inspector General - Epoch Times
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Oct. 15 forwarded an investigative referral to the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) concerning potential wrongdoing related to the consequential January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
In a letter (pdf) to Thomas Monheim, the acting ICIG, Ratcliffe cited an investigative referral about the assessment sent by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee to the CIA inspector general (CIA IG).
"Since then, the office of the Director of National Intelligence has received numerous requests from senior oversight officials for the intelligence community IG to review whether all portions of the aforementioned ICA adhered to proper analytic tradecraft," Ratcliffe wrote. (Read more)

6. Facebook 'Content Regulation Manager' Anna Makanju Advised Joe Biden on Ukraine - Breitbart
Facebook's global policy manager for content regulation, Anna Makanju, advised Joe Biden on Ukraine policy during his time as Vice President. She also defended Biden from charges of wrongdoing with regards to Ukraine in a comment to the Washington Post last year. Her position as a senior employee at Facebook handling content regulation may have given her an opportunity to influence the social network's decision to suppress a New York Post story revealing that Joe Biden's son Hunter, then on a lucrative contract with the Ukrainian energy giant Burisma, introduced the then-Vice President to an executive at the company.
This occurred less than a year before the then-VP pressured the Ukrainian government into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company. Makanju is also a fellow at the Atlantic Council, which partnered with Facebook in 2018 to promote "election integrity" around the world. Her profile at the Atlantic Council covers Mananju's ties to Biden:
Anna Makanju is a nonresident senior fellow with the Transatlantic Security Initiative. She is a public policy and legal expert working at Facebook, where she leads efforts to ensure election integrity on the platform. Previously, she was the special policy adviser for Europe and Eurasia to former US Vice President Joe Biden, senior policy adviser to Ambassador Samantha Power at the United States Mission to the United Nations, director for Russia at the National Security Council, and the chief of staff for European and NATO Policy in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
A 2019 article in the Washington Post notes that Makanju - now in an influential position allowing her to steer Facebook's content moderation - also specifically defended Biden, her former employer, from allegations of wrongdoing with regards to Ukraine. The article notes that Makanju was Biden's senior policy adviser for Ukraine, and that she listened to the former Vice President's calls with Ukrainian officials. (Read more)

7. People Marching With Antifa Attack Conservatives at Rally Against Big Tech - Epoch Times
A free speech rally organized by conservatives was overrun by several hundred counterprotesters-some holding Antifa flags-on Saturday in downtown San Francisco.
A number of individuals from the counterprotester group physically attacked conservatives, including event organizer Philip Anderson, who lost a front tooth after he was punched in the mouth, while one man wearing a Trump T-shirt had to be taken away in an ambulance after being attacked. A police officer also had to be taken to the hospital.
A photographer working for The Associated Press also witnessed an injured San Francisco police officer on the ground by San Francisco's United Nations Plaza after the sergeant tried to prevent the attacks from counterprotesters.
Team Save America organized the rally to protest Twitter's banning of a NY Post article alleging that Hunter Biden had set up a meeting for a Ukrainian businessman with his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, during the Obama administration. The Biden campaign as denied the allegations. (Read more)

8. Despite Stage-Two Virus Rules in D.C. Large Crowds Gathered for Women's March - Breitbart
The District of Columbia is in Phase Two of reopening from a coronavirus lockdown that still includes strict crowd restrictions and mask mandates. But social media posts for Saturday's Women's March show thousands of people in close proximity. Videos and photos on social media also show people who traveled from outside Washington, DC, to join the march. According to D.C.'s website on the virus, marchers may not have been following Mayor Muriel Bowser's "public health emergency" order:
Beginning Monday, July 27, anyone coming into Washington, DC from a high-risk state (within the prior 14 days) who was traveling for non-essential activities will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days from their arrival in the District. Individuals traveling from high-risk states after essential travel or arriving in the District for essential travel are required to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days and, if they show signs or experience symptoms of COVID-19, they are to self-quarantine and seek medical advice or testing. > > > To read the current list, go here. 9. New Data Analysis Finds 353 Counties With 1.8 Million More Registered Voters Than Residents - Epoch Times
A total of 353 of the 3,141 counties in America located in 29 of the nation's 50 states have 1.8 million more registered voters than residents, according to an analysis by Judicial Watch.
The non-profit government watchdog compared the registration data available for 37 states with the U.S. Census Bureau's most recently available American Community Survey (ACS) numbers for the period 2014-2018 on a county-by-county basis.
"This new study shows 1.8 million excess, or 'ghost' voters, in 353 counties across 29 states," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement announcing the study Friday.
"This data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections," Fitton said. (Read more)

10. Andrew Cuomo Targets Jewish Community Again, Blaming Them for Viral Spread in New York - CBN
New York's Andrew Cuomo - the Democratic governor who has, at the same time, praised Black Lives Matter protests while repeatedly condemning religious folks for gathering during the pandemic - has singled out the Jewish community yet again, saying Wednesday observant Jews are spreading the coronavirus "because of their religious practices."
He targeted the Orthodox Jewish community, saying they are responsible for a renewed spread of the virus in the Empire State.
"We're now having issues in the Orthodox Jewish community in New York, where because of their religious practices, etc., we're seeing a spread," claimed Cuomo, whom Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is reportedly considering for his attorney general, should he win the election next month.
That comment from the leftist governor came a week after he used a 14-year-old photo from a Jewish funeral to target the Orthodox Jewish community in New York, saying they have "been a problem" in "recent weeks." (Read more)

The Biden mess
While mainstream media are blacklisting coverage of Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden's influence peddling scheme with his son Hunter, there are at least three main independent sources that have similar information. They show a very consistent pattern of the Biden's using Joe's position as Vice President to harvest millions of dollars from Russia, China and Ukraine in return for access to the White House and influence with the Obama Administration. There is the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance report, Hunter Biden's former business partner Bevan Cooney's 26,000 emails, and Hunter's laptop. All indicating the same thing.
Joe Biden essentially has been in hiding since former New York Mayor and President Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani released information contained on Hunter's laptop. Biden refuses to answer questions posed by the media. Giuliani says he obtained the information legally and that there is much more to release. In an interview with Newsmax, Giuliani points to the meeting with a Bursima official, the Ukraine company that was paying Hunter for access to Joe. Joe admitted threatening to withhold a billion dollars in aid if the Ukraine government didn't end a corruption investigation against Bursima. But Joe says the meeting with the Bursima official never happened. His campaign, however, doesn't deny it. Giuliani also says the laptop has video of Hunter using cocaine and having sex with Chinese children.
The 87-page Senate report collaborates the information on Hunter's laptop. The report also discusses a $7 million bribe being paid about when Joe threatened the Ukraine government over ending its investigation of Bursima. The report also confirms Hunter Biden received some $3.5 million from the wife of the former mayor of Moscow (removed for corruption), and paid Russian nationals involved with prostitution and human trafficking. This would seem to coincide with the laptop video of Hunter with the Chinese children. And then there are the 26,000 emails provided Breitbart News by Hunter's former business partner Bevan Cooney who is in prison. The emails detail how Hunter secured meetings with senior White House officials for Chinese Communist elites-including a secret meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden.
More information will be coming. Keep in mind, however, that the sourcing of all this is somewhat sketchy, raising some questions: Why would Hunter have video of himself doing cocaine and having sex with underaged Chinese kids on his laptop? Why would he drop off his laptop for repairs at a relatively unknown shop? Why would the FBI hold this info when so much is at stake, including the Democrats selecting a nominee, and now a vote for president? There are things that don't add up. What does add up is Biden's corruption and that he is a compromised candidate that nations hold huge blackmail leverage over his head. He should not be president for this alone. America's national security is at stake. As the story unfolds, be a Matthew 24:4 person: "Take heed that no man deceive you."

3. FCC staffer slams Twitter for letting Ayatollah Khamenei tweet - but not The Post - The New York Post
"A top Federal Communications Commission staffer blasted Twitter" for freezing the New York Post's Twitter account-while Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is still free to tweet. "The dictator-who once called for the destruction of Israel on the social media site-has posted at least six tweets since Wednesday, when The Post's account was blocked," Tamar Lapin reports for the New York Post. In 1948, Lyndon Baines Johnson [1908-1973] lost to former Texas governor Coke Stevenson in the July, Texas Democratic Primary for the United States Senate. The margin was about 70,000 votes, but it was close enough to force an August runoff.
"On the day of the runoff," writes Dr. Robert Jeffress, Fox News Contributor and Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Dallas, "Johnson still lagged behind by 70,000 votes, with only San Antonio and a few other precincts left to report. Stevenson was not worried, however, since he had beaten Johnson in San Antonio's regular primary by a 2-to-1 margin. Later that evening, rural counties in the Rio Grande Valley cut Stevenson's lead to only 854.
"The next day, an unknown precinct was miraculously discovered. Those votes went overwhelmingly to Johnson. But Stevenson still led by 349 by Tuesday. On Friday, election officials in the Rio Grande Valley made corrections in the election returns that cut Stevenson's lead to only 157. Later that same day, the tiny town of Alice, a box of votes was supposedly found with 202 additional votes in it. Of those, 200 were for Johnson. Only 2 went to Stevenson. Thus, 6 days after the polls had closed, Johnson had miraculously overcome a 20,000-vote deficit. Of almost 1 million ballots cast, he had won by only 87.
"Stevenson cried foul, and a federal district court ordered Johnson's name off the ballot of the general election until an investigation could take place. But that order was voided by Supreme Court justice Hugo Black at the request of Johnson's lawyer. The general election proceeded and Johnson went on to beat the Republican candidate for the Senate seat. Johnson eventually went on to become vice president, and then president in 1963, when John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. Without his victory in 1948, it is doubtful that Johnson would have ever risen to the presidency.
"For decades after, many were suspicious of Johnson's victory. However, no one could present conclusive proof that Johnson or his supporters had stolen the 1948 election. Finally, in 1977, Luis Salas, who had been an election judge in Jim Wells County during the 1948 election, confirmed what most people thought: Johnson's supporters had committed massive voter fraud. County officials had cast votes for absent voters, dead voters, and ineligible voters. For instance, in the infamous 13 box from Alice, Texas, the additional 200 votes for Johnson were somehow cast in alphabetical order, in a different color ink from the other votes, and all in the exact same handwriting . . . Lyndon Johnson had indeed stolen the election."1
With that said, would you even for a moment believe that George Soros and his insurrectionist ilk of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, Inc., fueling widespread, systemic violations of the law in the American culture, would feel any compunction about stealing the November 3rd, 2020 election?
Someone like Soros no doubt wouldn't, for we have entered the climactic conclusion of the long corrosive march by unscrupulous atheism through America's once Christian institutions, public schools and universities, and her formerly virtuous press and media levers of cultural influence. Over the last 100 years, America has been living off the remnants of the Christian culture laid down by America's Founders in the 17th and 18th centuries.
