1. Benny Gantz admits: There will be no rotation - Israel National News
Blue and White Chairman Benny Gantz said at his faction meeting that he would remain in the government only if it started functioning and admitted to his friends that he estimated he would not get the post of prime minister in rotation, Channel 12 News reported.
"I want a functioning government. If I find a way, we stay in government and if not, I am willing to pay with my seat. I already understand that rotation I won't get and I won't believe Bibi even the day before the rotation. I won't believe," Gantz repeated at the meeting.
During the discussion, a debate arose over the need to dismantle the government. MKs Ram Shefa, Miki Haimovich and Assaf Zamir claimed that the party was losing faith. "If Bibi cannot be trusted, let's go to polls now. Nothing will change in a few weeks," the three claimed.
2. Gantz demands party members take lie detector test after meeting details leaked - World Israel News
Israel's Alternate Prime Minister and current Defense Minister Benny Gantz has demanded that his Blue and White MKs take a lie detector test after he was quoted in the Monday evening news as having said in a party meeting that he doesn't believe that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will honor their rotation agreement, Channel 12 reported Tuesday.
Anonymous MKs lashed back at the extraordinary demand, telling the network, "Someone here has forgotten that we're in politics and not the [IDF] General Staff."
Gantz was the IDF Chief of Staff from 2011-2015.
Sources close to Gantz said that the idea came from several Knesset members who wanted to clear themselves of suspicion that they were the leakers, the report said.
3. Deputy health minister: Extend Shin Bet surveillance until end of plague - Jerusalem Post
Deputy Health Minister Yoav Kisch on Monday essentially asked the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee to amend the corona law so as to extend Shin Bet surveillance of infected citizens until the end of the plague.
Currently, the law stipulates that if the number of new infections per day drops below 200 on average that the security agency must cease its tracking of corona infected citizens.
Kisch said, "to date the Shin Bet has identified well over 40,000 infected persons independent of any other tracking methods. It is already clear to us that even with the best possible epidemiological tracking methods, we cannot get to everyone.
"He said this was true, "whether because people choose not to provide all of the information or whether because they really do not remember, but it is clear that we have a unique tool here. So I have requested to amend the law to consider allowing the Shin Bet to use its tool even during days where there are under 200 infections."
4. Report: Israeli Hospitals Underprepared to Handle Influx of Covid-19 Patients - Jerusalem Online
A group of nine doctors and specialists from the coronavirus department met last week with the hospital's director, Dr. Anat Engel, raising serious allegations of understaffing that led to neglect of patients and a severe shortage of medical equipment for nurses and doctors affecting coronavirus patients, including those in the hospital's intensive care unit.
In a letter to Dr. Engel, one internist identified as "V" warned of a grim reality of medical staff who are "dedicated, whose hands are tied and they have to come to work every day knowing that even today someone will probably be injured or die, because we did not manage to identify his distress in time or we did not have the equipment and means to provide him with the medical treatment he deserved."
The doctor claimed to speak on behalf of "many doctors in the department, senior and intern alike," who were afraid to raise the issues themselves for fear of being fired. The purpose of the letter, V wrote, "was to raise an issue on the agenda so that we can together find a quick solution to this impossible situation."
The letter detailed a severe shortage of manpower, claiming many of those in critical condition, especially those on ventilators, were not being supervised for hours at a time due to lack of manpower and that video cameras and monitoring devices were often not working.
5. Dead Terrorist Identified in Vienna, European Jews 'Shocked, Appalled' by Attack - Jewish Press
European Jewry was "shocked and appalled" by the terrorist shooting in central Vienna Monday night, according to the head of the European Jewish Congress, Dr. Moshe Kantor.
Three people in addition to the terrorist were killed - a man and two women - plus 15 others who were wounded in the series of shootings that started near the Stadttempel synagogue.
One of the gunmen, shot dead by police, has been identified as 20-year-old Kujtim Fejzulai, an Islamic State sympathizer. The terrorist was wearing a fake explosive belt at the time of the attack. Police and SWAT teams used explosives to enter Fejzulai's home and carry out a search.
Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz said the shooting was "definitely a terror attack" and added that "an anti-Semitic motive cannot be excluded" due to proximity of the attack to the synagogue.

11. 4 killed in Vienna 'Islamist terror attack'; Jewish institutions to remain shut - The Times of Israel
Austrian security forces were carrying out a massive manhunt Tuesday for at least one attacker still on the run, a day after several gunmen opened fire at multiple locations across central Vienna, killing at least four people and wounding 15 more.
"We experienced an attack last night by at least one Islamist terrorist," Interior Minister Karl Nehammer told reporters.
This is a radicalized person who felt close to IS," said Nehammer, referring to the Islamic State terror group. Two of the dead were men and two were women. No details were given on their identities.
After a shooting armed police officers patrol on a street at the scene in Vienna, Austria, On attacker was shot dead by police, and a manhunt was underway for at least one more assailant. - "The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace." (Numbers 6:26)
2. Thousands of Israelis stranded in Greece following expected lockdown - The Jerusalem Post
Later on Monday, Israir received approval from Greek authorities to send rescue flights to Thessaloniki for the purpose of returning Israelis home.
The Greek government announced on Monday that it has decided to completely shut down the airport in the city of Thessaloniki due to rising morbidity rates in northern areas of the country, stranding thousands of Israelis who are now unable to return home, Israeli media reported.
Athens and several areas in northern Greece are expected to enter lockdown on Tuesday morning, following a dramatic increase in daily coronavirus infections in the past few days, having recorded 1,686 new cases on Friday, 2,055 on Saturday and 1,678 on Sunday, bringing the total number of cases in the country so far to 40,929 since February, according to the Worldometer website. (Read more)
- Father God we pray your peace over this situation in Jesus name. We speak to the foul lying virus that it must go now and it has no more power over the world in the name of Jesus name.
"You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance." (Psalm 32:7)
3. Coronavirus: Germany to impose one-month partial lockdown - DW
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Germany's state premiers announced on Wednesday a new partial lockdown to begin on Monday, November 2.
The so-called nationwide "lockdown light" is a less intense version of the measures that brought German society and economic activity to a standstill in the spring. Shortly after Merkel's announcement, French President Emmanuel Macron announced a new lockdown across France. (Read more)
- In the name of Jesus Christ we come against this tyranny happening in Europe and all over the world with these lockdowns. We bind all the plot, schemes, and plans of the enemy to instill fear and steal peoples health from them and say no more in the name of Jesus Christ.
- "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." (John 10:10)
4. US Marshals rescue 27 missing children in 5-day Virginia operation - Christian Post
The U.S. Marshals rescued 27 missing children in Virginia this week as part of ongoing nationwide operations to save exploited children.
The Department of Justice announced Friday that the five-day law enforcement effort called "Operation Find Our Children" has been completed. The operation took place throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and led to the recovery of the 27 children.
Operation Find Our Children also confirmed the location of six other children who had been reported as missing but were in the custody of their legal guardian, the U.S. Marshals said.
"Led by deputy U.S. Marshals from the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, along with members of the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force and special agents, police officers and detectives from numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, more than 60 law enforcement investigators formed the primary team in Operation Find Our Children," the federal agency said in a press release on Friday. (Read more)
- Thank you father God for this tremendous victory! Continue to send your holy heavenly angels to find and protect these missing children to bring them back home safely where they belong.
- "If anyone causes one of these little ones--those who believe in me--to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." (Matthew 18:6)
5. Turkish rescuers pull girl from rubble 4 days after quake - AP News
Rescuers in the Turkish city of Izmir pulled a young girl out alive from the rubble of a collapsed apartment building Tuesday, four days after a strong earthquake hit Turkey and Greece and as hopes of reaching survivors began to fade.
Wrapped in a thermal blanket, the girl was taken into an ambulance on a stretcher to the sounds of applause and chants of "God is great!" from rescue workers and onlookers.
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca identified her as 3-year-old Ayda Gezgin on Twitter. The child had been trapped inside the rubble for 91 hours since Friday's quake struck in the Aegean Sea and was the 107th person to have been pulled out of collapsed buildings alive.
After she was pulled from the rubble, little Ayda called out for her mother, in video of the rescue broadcast on television.
But Ayda's mother did not survive. Her body was found amid the wreckage hours later. Her brother and father were not inside the building at the time of the quake. (Read more)
- We praise you father God for the rescuing of this little girl. Send in your holy heavenly angels to comfort all those who lost loved ones during the earthquake and we ask that you supernaturally restore what was lost in Jesus name.
- "Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress." (Psalm 107:6)
6. Dems collude with CIA to launch intelligence operation that ALTERS voting machine results in Pennsylvania and other swing states - NaturalNews.com
Dave Janda of Operation Freedom (www.DaveJanda.com) has unleashed a bombshell story with huge implications for Tuesday's elections. Janda's guest in his latest broadcast is a former high-level intelligence official (Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney) who warns that the Dems and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.
This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was built by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries. Now, that technology is being turned against the United States of America and is about to be activated on Tuesday to steal the election for Biden, explains Janda's guest. (Read more)
- Father God, we come before Your Throne of Grace, Mighty One, and we ask You to dismantle this wicked scheme, calling it null and void. We ask Your Holy angels to cause the technology cited in this report to fall apart and be of no effect. Clearly, those who are perpetrating this strategy are in the Deep State. Father God, cause each one ot come to repentance and to find, instead, the "deep state" of resting in Your arms of Love. In Your name, amen and amen.
- "Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you." (Jeremiah 32:17)
7. Postal Service fails to meet deadline to sweep facilities for undelivered mail-in ballots - Fox News
The United States Postal Service failed to meet a deadline to conduct a sweep of its facilities in dozens of districts around the country for undelivered mail-in ballots and to deliver them last-minute on Election Day.
Earlier Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered the U.S. Postal Service to conduct a sweep of its facilities between 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
"Given the time constraints set by this Court's order, and the fact that Postal Inspectors operate on a nationwide basis, Defendants were unable to accelerate the daily review process to run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. without significantly delaying preexisting activities on the day of the election," the USPS wrote in a release.
The USPS said that some 300,000 ballots lacked a delivery scan.
"There are only one or two Inspectors in any one facility, and thus they do not have the ability to personally scour the entire facility. Indeed, doing so would be impractical (given the size of that facility) and would take them away from their other pressing Election Mail-related responsibilities, as detailed above," the USPS continued.
The Postal Service said that inspectors will be in the identified facilities "throughout the evening," though dozens of states will reject ballots not received tonight.
Tuesday is the final day by which ballots can be postmarked in order to be counted in the 2020 election, and even states that are accepting ballots beyond Election Day have hard deadlines before ballots will be turned away. (Read more)
- Father God, in this year of an unusual election, we call forth Your Grace to be sufficient for the USPS as they try to meet this legal deadline, seeking the missing ballots. Help us, O Lord, we pray, amen.
- "My grace is sufficient for Thee." (2 Corinthians 12:9)

About CHPP
About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners
Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
