Laying Siege Over the Election Results
Laying Siege over the Election Results:
Wednesday, November 4, 2020
Our verse to claim for today:
EPHESIANS 6:13 (NAS)
It is written:
"And having done all . . . stand!"
Dear Saints of the Most High God,
Well . . . it's not over until it's over . . . and this election is NOT OVER.
Therefore, we will resume our siege positioning, encouraging those of you who can do so to resume your fast; and all of us to remain in UNITY, in the bond of PEACE, until we know that this battle has been won.
Today we resume our SIEGE until Donald John Trump has been declared the winner in this year's election., Only our omnisicient GOD knows what lies ahead; we will simply take this day by day.
For now, and for the rest of this week, we will focus on the states whose outcome has still been determined to be "undecided," praying for TRUTH to come forth and for the LIES and the FRAUD in each state to be exposed and brought to justice.
Thank you . . . ALL OF YOU . . . for continuing to STAND IN THE GAP with us until this battle is won!
In His Amazing Grace,
Sara Ballenger

Today's topic:
The final vote in three undecided states:
WISCONSIN, MICHIGAN, PENNSYLVANIA
As of today, these three states have been deemed "too close to call." Other states are listed, too, and we will deal with those tomorrow.
Word has reached our office that intercessors with Lou Engle, who stayed up all last night (as did many of you!), discerned that these three states were the key to winning this election. And so, we shall begin . . .

Wisconsin Elections Commissioner: All Votes Have Been Counted - The Epoch Times
Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe said that all ballots have been counted. Elections data shows that Joe Biden is ahead, although the agency said that it "won't start getting official numbers from county clerks" until next week, while President Donald Trump's campaign said they will request a recount.
Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien wrote that a recount will be demanded.
"Despite ridiculous public polling used as a voter suppression tactic, Wisconsin has been a razor thin race as we always knew that it would be. There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so," he said after Wolfe made her statement.
Trump has suggested that he will challenge some of the vote tallies in the Supreme Court. (Read more)

Michigan County to Review Ballots Following Report of Skewed Results - The Epoch Times
county in the battleground state of Michigan is reviewing the Election Day vote count after the clerk "became aware of apparently skewed results."
Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy learned of the skewed results in unofficial tabulations, the county said in a statement.
Since then, her office has been reviewing the results "and the multiple redundancies to search out any possible discrepancies."
Staff members are working with township officials and Election Source, the company that provides the voting software programs and hardware.
"By this afternoon, we expect to have a clear answer and a clear plan of action addressing any issue," Guy said in a statement. "Until then, we are asking all interested parties to bear with us while we get to the bottom of this."
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, told reporters late Tuesday that the results could be known as soon as Wednesday. Early Nov. 4, she said that election officials worked through the night to count every vote.
"Hundreds of thousands of ballots in our largest jurisdictions are still being counted, including Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Warren & Sterling Heights. Every vote will count," she said in a tweet.
Trump won Michigan in 2016. His campaign believes he will win the state again in this election. (Read more)

Bush-Appointed Judge Savages GOP Case Against Pa. Mail-in Ballots: Election Code Is Not Meant to Disenfranchise Voters - Law and Crime
Some two hours into a hearing that could affect ballot-counting in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania, a federal judge on Wednesday morning told attorneys for the Republican challengers that they had not explained the crux of their Election Day lawsuit.
"I don't understand how the integrity of the election was affected," U.S. District Judge Timothy Savage, a George W. Bush appointee, remarked. "That's what I'm looking for."
Before Election Day, Montgomery County gave voters who submitted mail-in or absentee ballots that appear to be defective a chance to cure the error, including by adding a security envelope if one is missing. The Republican challengers claim that is unconstitutional, and Judge Savage pressed their counsel on what would happen if he were one of those voters
"What happens to my vote?" Savage asked.
"It's like any vote that's improperly cast," (Attorney Tom) Breth replied. "It's potentially disqualified."
An attorney for the Democratic National Committee, which intervened in the lawsuit, argued that the GOP challengers gave up their strategy by waiting until Nov. 3 to file, arguing that the timing revealed the litigation to be an attempt to disenfranchise rather than an effort to vindicate a legal right.
Judge Savage gave the challenges opportunity for additional briefing, before adjourning today's hearing without a ruling from the bench. (That briefing will be held tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m., with the Democrats' hearing scheduled for Friday at 9:00 a.m.) Read more
Our Prayer:
Father God, it is clear that in all of these three states, questions need to be asked and answers given and SOON. Father, as questions have arisen over some possible skewed results in these states, we pray Your mighty hand over Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, we ask that You would move on the heart of Judge Timothy Savage, that he be granted clarity of vision and rule on the side of truth in his state. We ask that any fraud or false results be revealed quickly and resolved.
- "Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil people and impostors will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived." (2 Timothy 3:12)

11. Health Ministry to oppose reopening stores next week as virus cases climb - Times of Israel
The Health Ministry will oppose reopening street stores this coming Sunday, citing the renewed increase in coronavirus infection rates, Hebrew-language media reported Tuesday evening. The high-level coronavirus cabinet will convene Wednesday to discuss the issue.
Finance Minister Israel Katz - who on Tuesday night was sent into quarantine after his security guard contracted COVID-19 - is expected to press the government to go ahead with the move, which has been previously approved as part of a multi-phase plan to gradually ease lockdown restrictions that were imposed in September.
But Health Minister Yuli Edelstein, the ministry's director-general Chezy Levy and coronavirus czar Ronni Gamzu reportedly made a decision to oppose any further steps lifting the restrictions until infections go down again.
2. Active COVID cases in Israel drop below 10,000 - Israel Hayom
The number of active or symptomatic COVID-19 cases in Israel has dropped below 10,000 for the first time in months on Wednesday, with the Health Ministry reporting 9,876 COVID patients with symptoms nationwide.
From Tuesday to Wednesday morning, 40,844 COVID tests conducted nationwide identified 831 new cases, a positive rate of 2.1%.
A total of 614 patients were hospitalized on Wednesday morning. The number of hospitalized patients listed in serious condition continued to drop, standing at 376, of whom 166 who were on ventilators. Another 107 patients were listed in moderate condition.
Israel's total death toll since the start of the pandemic was unchanged on Wednesday at 2,592. A total of 316,892 Israelis have tested positive for the virus, and 304,424 have recovered from it.

Rivlin tweeted: "Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of #Austria as we follow last night's despicable terrorist attack in #Vienna with concern."
4. First Responders Assist Ashdod Flood Victims - Jewish Press

1. Kendra Horn concedes to Stephanie Bice in Oklahoma, flipping seat back to GOP - The Hill
Rep. Kendra Horn (D) on Wednesday morning conceded to state Sen. Stephanie Bice (R) in the hotly contested race to represent Oklahoma's 5th District in Congress, returning a previously red seat to the GOP.
Bice's victory means Republicans will take back control of the Oklahoma City-area district after Horn flipped the seat in 2018, becoming the first Democrat to win it since the 1970s.
The congresswoman-elect has served as the assistant majority floor leader and chair of the Finance Committee in the Oklahoma state Senate. Her website describes her as "pro-life conservative" who has been endorsed by the National Rifle Association.

2. Lauren Boebert beats Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush in Colorado's 3rd Congressional District - Colorado Sun
Republican Lauren Boebert declared victory and Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush conceded just after midnight Wednesday in Colorado's 3rd Congressional District race.
Boebert held a lead at 51% to 46% over Mitsch Bush in the massive district, which spans the Western Slope and reaches around to Pueblo at 1 a.m. the morning after Election Day, according to preliminary results.
The candidates were split by more than 22,000 votes, and most forecasters considered the race was still too close to call at the time Boebert declared victory and Mitsch Bush conceded. At 7:20 a.m. on Wednesday, The Associated Press called the race in Boebert's favor.

3. Kansas elects first transgender person of color to serve in state legislature - The Hill
Kansas voters elected Stephanie Byers (D) to its state legislature, making her the first transgender person of color elected to a state legislature, as well as the first transgender legislator across the Midwest.
Byers is projected to win over Republican challenger Cyndi Howerton according to the Wichita Eagle. Preliminary results from Tuesday night show Byers with 54.4 percent of the vote over Howerton's 45.6 percent in the state's 86th House District, which encompasses parts of Wichita.
Annise Parker, president and CEO of LGBTQ Victory Fund, said in a statement that Byers "shattered a lavender ceiling in Kansas and its impact will reverberate well beyond the borders of the state."

4. Democrat Mark Kelly secures Arizona Senate seat, ousts incumbent McSally - Fox News
The historically red state of Arizona has pivoted to elect Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Mark Kelly, whom Fox News has projected to oust Republican incumbent Sen. Martha McSally.
Kelly led McSally 53% to 46%, with 82% of the expected votes counted, as of early Wednesday morning, The Associated Press reported. While Kelly assured his supporters that he was confident in the election's preliminary results, the McSally for Senate campaign did not concede, with not all votes counted.
"Like Mark said, every vote should be counted. With one million votes to be counted and no Election Day results reported from Maricopa County, the decision to make a call at this point is irresponsible," Spokeswoman Caroline Anderegg said in a statement. "We will continue to wait for votes to come in. This race is not over."

5. Ocasio-Cortez glides to reelection - The Hill
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is projected to win reelection for her House seat representing New York's 14th Congressional District. The Associated Press called the race at 10:07 p.m. EST.
Ocasio-Cortez handily beat out Republican challenger John Cummings after surviving several Democratic primary challengers, winning just under 75 percent of the vote.
Known as "AOC," she has become one of the highest-profile members of Congress, in the process becoming a favorite target of President Trump and Republicans thanks to her support for various issues like "Medicare for All" and the Green New Deal.

- For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.(Ephesians 6:12)
6. Omar sails to victory, winning second term - The Hill
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) is project to win reelection to her House seat in Minnesota, brushing aside a challenge from a Republican tech entrepreneur in securing a second term on Capitol Hill.
A member of "the Squad," four progressive women of color first elected in 2018, Omar was one of the first two Muslim women in Congress, and she's been a frequent target of President Trump, who has riled his base - and charges of xenophobia - by questioning her patriotism during swings through the North Star State.
The attacks likely helped Omar in Minnesota's 5th District, a deep blue district that she had carried with 78 percent of the vote two years ago. Trump won just 19 percent of the district in 2016. And Omar's Republican challenger, Lacy Johnson, a Black IT engineer endorsed by the president, failed to make inroads with his promise to fight poverty and crime through education reform and business savvy.

-Furthermore, you shall select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; and you shall place these over them as leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.(Exodus 18:21)
7. Trump campaign to request recount in Wisconsin - The Hill
President Trump's campaign said Wednesday it would request a recount in the state of Wisconsin, where Democratic nominee Joe Biden currently has a razor-thin lead.
"There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results. The President is well within the threshold to request a recount and we will immediately do so," Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien said in a statement.
Biden was up by a little more than 20,000 votes in Wisconsin on Wednesday morning. No networks have called the state for Biden yet.
Wisconsin offers 10 electoral votes, which could prove crucial to either candidate. Trump won the state by less than 1 percentage point in 2016 and Biden has pushed to return the state to the blue category this year. There are not automatic recounts in Wisconsin, but a candidate who is within 1 percent of the winner can request one.

8. Trump campaign says it is suing to stop Michigan ballot count, demanding access to tally sites as he faces tight race with Biden - CNBC
President Donald Trump's campaign said on Wednesday that it had filed a lawsuit seeking to halt the counting of election ballots in Michigan as the campaign seeks to get what it called "meaningful access" to watch the tallying process at numerous counting locations.
The lawsuit comes as Trump faces an ultra-tight race against Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in the key battleground state, and a number of other states, including Wisconsin, Pennsylania, Georgia and Nevada.
At the time the suit was announced, NBC News was reporting that Biden was leading Trump by 49.5% of the votes cast in Michigan, compared to 48.8% percent for Trump, a margin of fewer than 38,000 votes.
A total of 94% of the ballots in the state had been counted so far. The suit was announced as Trump suggested, without any evidence, that Michigan had "found" ballots to deny a victory to John James, the Republican nominee for the Senate race in Michigan.

9. Postal Service says court-ordered ballot checks were finished late Tuesday, after deadline - The Hill
The Postal Service said Wednesday that it completed court-ordered ballot checks late Tuesday after missing a deadline earlier in the day to process around 300,000 ballots that had not been delivered to election offices. "I can confirm that we completed the required sweeps for ballots yesterday," Postal Service spokesperson Martha Johnson said in an email to The Hill.
But the sweep was completed hours after the 3 p.m. deadline imposed by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, a Clinton appointee who said Tuesday that it appeared the Postal Service had failed to comply with his order, adding that the matter would be discussed at a court hearing Wednesday afternoon.
Sullivan gave the agency until 3 p.m. on Tuesday to scour facilities for ballots in regions with sluggish delivery times so they could deliver them to election officials. The Postal Service said the deadline was too difficult to meet.

10. Trump Says 'Very Strange' Things Happening in Ballot Counts - Epoch Times
President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning wrote a post on Twitter noting that he was leading in a number of battleground states and hinted that something "very strange" is occurring. "Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat run & controlled," Trump wrote at around 10 a.m. ET. "Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the 'pollsters' got it completely & historically wrong!"
The president was likely referring to the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia, which are too close to call at the moment. It came hours after Trump, in a news conference, said he would take the election fight to the Supreme Court if need be. "We will be going to U.S. Supreme Court. We want all voting to stop. We don't want them to find any ballots at 4 o'clock in the morning and add them to the list," Trump told supporters at the White House.
Trump noted that he won in Florida, Texas, and Ohio just hours earlier and pointed to leads he had in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and other states. Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the "pollsters" got it completely & historically wrong! - Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 4, 2020
"This is a fraud on the American public. This is an embarrassment to our country. We were getting ready to win this election. Frankly, we did win this election," he added.

We pray right now that action would be taken and that all the fraud will be found out and those responsible would be held accountable in your name Jesus Christ. - A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight. (Proverbs 11:1)
DO NOT FEAR. HOLD ON!
DO NOT FEAR. HOLD ON. GOD HAS A SURPRISE FOR ALL OF US.
A prophetic word from Mario Murillo
On election day morning, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "Something you are not expecting is going to happen tonight. But do not fear, because God has a surprise for all of you."
Then I watched as Fox News prematurely announced that Biden had won Arizona. It felt like sabotage. Then Georgia, and Pennsylvania stopped counting votes.
It threw everything into confusion. That confusion is right now reverberating across America. Many of God's people are dismayed.
Then I remembered the chaos that God had warned me was coming in November, and I realized, this is it.
I too was shaken, until I remembered the promise I had received this morning, "But do not fear, because God has a surprise for all of us."
Why did this happen? It happened because Satan wants to rob the church of her destiny, right at the finish line.
Why did God allow it? Even though this attack has come from the pit of hell, God is exploiting it to demonstrate something to us all. The victory He promised will come. The miracle God is about to do will be something new-something we have never seen before.
He is doing it this way, so we will know that it is God Who has brought this miracle, and we did not do it ourselves. We cannot take the credit. We will bow down and worship God for His stunning intervention.
Satan has stepped up to attack the church-to rattle her faith. This is a moment of intimidation where the enemy wants us in confusion and fear. But God is speaking by His Spirit directly to your heart. He is telling you not to fear. He is telling you that He has got this. You must hold on and reject all the vain imaginations that Satan is trying to put into your mind.
Those of us who are the remnant of God must enter into the chamber of God's presence and let this storm pass. To be sure, there will be a powerful judgment from God, because He is going to topple arrogant villains.
One final tactic is coming at us from heaven, and God is going to use this intervention to provoke the American church to revival!
Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" (John 14:27).

Our Mission Statement
Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner.
