Laying Siege Over the Elections

Laying Siege over the Election:
Friday, October 30, 2020

Today is Day 4 of 21 Days
Prayer, Fasting and Repentance for Election Day

Our Topic for Today:

PROTECTING THE VOTE BY EXPOSING FRAUD

Our verse to claim for today:

ACTS 13:10

It is written: " . . . and said, "You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not stop making crooked the straight ways of the Lord?"

The issue of tracking and identifying fraud in this year's election is amazingly complex. Wicked enemies have thrown out ballots; registered the deceased; and created all kinds of havoc through mail-in voting, to name just a few examples.

Thankfully, on yesterday's Daily Jot, Bill Wilson did an excellent job, outlining the many examples of fraud in this year's election. We site part of that article, below:

"This presidential election is a set up for voter fraud, and the US Supreme Court is part of the reason. As reported widely, SCOTUS voted 5-3 to allow late-arriving North Carolina mail-in ballots so long as they were post marked by election day and in a separate action allowed for counting late-arriving mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania. These are two swing states important to determining the overall electoral college. In North Carolina, ballots may arrive as late as November 12 and be counted. The deadline for Pennsylvania is November 6. Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr., and Justice Brett Kavanaugh voted with the liberals on the court. The longer after the election that votes count, the higher the chance for election fraud."

> > > To read all of Bill Wilson's detailed posting on the issue of fraud in this election, go here.

But praise be to GOD! We serve a Sovereign King who sees all. As we pray today, especially "in the Spirit," our God CAN and WILL respond . . . and arrests will follow! Let's submit our prayer to Him now, and wait to see what will happen next.

Our Prayer:

O Holy God, we bring this election before Your Throne of Grace, resting in the knowledge that You will know every detail as the votes are counted. You see every ballot that will be counted in truth, and every report that is a lie.

We thank You, O Lord, that You are a God of justice. We place this entire, nationwide matter in Your hands, knowing that You are well able to take control of this election. We pray for all officials at the polling places. and the judges and the attorneys that will take action to follow. Thank You, O Lord, for hearing our prayer. We rest our case before Your Throne of Grace. In Your name, amen and amen.

Our Secondary Verses:

"Arise, O God, judge the earth; For You shall inherit all nations." (Psalm 82:8)

"For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations." (Psalm 22:28)

"He said to the judges, "Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord who is with you when you render judgment. Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe." (2 Chronicles 19:5-7)

> > > Second prayer offered by Intercessors for America:

Father, we pray that truth and justice would prevail over this election, that the vote would be true and right and that there will be no confusion in ballot counting.

1. 'Statehood now or face anarchy, violence and instability,' Palestinians warn - Israel Hayom

Claiming that the United States and Israel are planning to "redesign" the Middle East via "normalization" and the US peace plan, the Palestinian Authority is threatening "anarchy, violence and instability."

According to a report by Israeli NGO Palestinian Media Watch, an Oct. 13 editorial in the Ramallah-run Al-Hayat Al-Jadida daily, the PA lashed out at the Arab states that have recently signed peace agreements with Israel, stating that "a fire [will burn] generation after generation" unless the PA gets "Palestine."

"Let the American administration and those doing its bidding not be deluded that it is possible to erase the strong Palestinian number from the equation of the conflict, whether by alternatives (!!) [parentheses in source] or by other means," states the editorial.

2. BREAKING!!! U.S. Embassy of Jerusalem Issues First Passport with 'Israel' Listed for Jerusalem-Born American - Jewish Press

Following the State Department's announcement October 29, 2020, announcing that the Department will now allow U.S. citizens born in Jerusalem to elect to list their place of birth as either "Israel" or "Jerusalem," the first passport exemplifying the new regulation was issued today [Friday, October 30, 2020] at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. The passport was issued to Menachem Zivotofsky, the subject of two Supreme Court cases on this issue, and lists his place of birth as "Israel."

"Menachem Zivotofsky, it is my honor to present you with the very first passport issued to an American citizen born in Jerusalem with 'Israel' designated as the place of birth," said U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman.

Ambassador Friedman added: "I would like to thank Secretary Michael Pompeo for his leadership. It's no secret that under prior stewardship the State Department would not alter the passport designation even after Jerusalem was recognized as Israel's capital. Secretary Pompeo cut through that bureaucracy and brought our passport policy in line with our foreign policy and common sense."

3. Netanyahu warns 25 years after Rabin assassination, incitement now targets him - World Israel News

At a special Knesset session Thursday marking the 25th anniversary of the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that the same poisonous incitement that led to the fateful killing was now focusing on him.

In his opening remarks, Netanyahu paid tribute to the slain leader as a patriot, whose career "deserves deep appreciation from the entire country.

Netanyahu warned that the Jewish people had a history that included the actions of "unbridled zealots" and that steps had to be taken to calm the political atmosphere.

"If we allow marginalized people to behave in this way, we will once again find ourselves on the brink of an abyss. Political violence and any other camp must be strongly condemned," Netanyahu said, emphasizing that using a gun "in the town square was not and will not be a substitute for the peoples' decision at the ballot box."

4. Coronavirus cabinet approves: Synagogues open, stores to remain closed - Jerusalem Post

The coronavirus cabinet met late into the night on Thursday to discuss the second stage of the country's exist strategy, which is expected to begin on Sunday. It approved many things, but left street shops closed, despite protests by owners that they could not survive.

The cabinet approved opening classes for grades one through four, allowing one-on-one activities and services (driving lessons or personal training) to resume, alternative medical treatments to be offered, and for salons and bed and breakfasts to open.

It also agreed to allow up to 10 people to pray in synagogues. Haredi ministers had pressured the cabinet to allow more people to worship together, but the request was rejected.

In addition, the ministers agreed to reduce the nine-stage exit strategy originally outlined by the Health Ministry to six stages, which had been presented earlier in the week by the National Security Council.

5. Netanyahu: We made a difficult but justified decision - Israel National News

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Thursday evening issued a statement to the media in which he referred to the recent decisions of the Coronavirus Cabinet and told about his efforts to quickly have a vaccine available in Israel.

"We saved many lives through the lockdown - we made a difficult but justified decision," Netanyahu said. "Contrary to what is heard in the media, many experts around the world appreciate our policy. That does not mean that the corona crisis is behind us - our situation has improved, but it is very fragile. "

"Only a few weeks ago there were those who spoke in an inflated tone that Israel is in a state of disrepair and Europe is in good shape, and today the situation in Europe is difficult with tragic results," the prime minister said. "Some European countries fear losing control."

"We are making every effort to open the businesses carefully, we will examine the outline of education in the next two weeks," Netanyahu said. "Only a vaccine can get us into a different corona routine, I will work for that around the clock."

8. Israel Hails "Important Victory" as US Greenlights Funding Projects in Judea and Samaria - Bridges for Peace

Thursday, 29 October 2020 | Israel and the US on Wednesday signed an agreement to remove geographical restrictions for US funding of scientific research in development in Israel, effectively opening the door for US money to pour into Israeli scientific projects in Judea and Samaria as well as the Golan Heights and east Jerusalem. "Today, we are applying the Israel-US science agreement to Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the ceremony. "This is a great change. This is a victory against all of the organizations and countries that boycott Judea and Samaria."

The three US-Israeli foundations centered in the agreement-the Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation (BIRD), the Binational Science Foundation (BSF) and the Binational Agricultural Research and Development Foundation (BARD-were established in the 1970s. They were established on the agreement to exclude funding for such projects in areas Israel gained control of during the defensive Six Day War of 1967: Judea and Samaria (the so-called West Bank) and east Jerusalem. The Golan Heights, which came under Israeli control in 1981, was also barred from receiving funding.

At a ceremony at Ariel University in Samaria, Prime Minister Netanyahu joined US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman to sign amendments lifting the geographical restrictions as well as an agreement to advance government-to-government cooperation in science and technology. "This is an important victory against all those who seek to delegitimize everything Israeli beyond the 1967 lines," Netanyahu said. "And to those malevolent boycotters, I have a simple message today: You are wrong and you will fail. You are wrong because you deny what cannot be denied, the millennial connection between the people of Israel and the Land of Israel-it's over 3,000 years old. "And you will fail because we are resolved to continue to build our life in our ancestral homeland and to never be uprooted from here again," the prime minister concluded. (Read more)

- Praise the Lord for this remarkable development! Pray that it will send a clear message of defeat to those who promote BDS and ask the Lord to bless the efforts of both Israel and the US as they seek to right this historic wrong and open the doors for cooperation in the areas of science and technology.

"Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men! You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues." ()salm 31:19-20

9. President Trump: Ten More Countries to Normalize Ties with Israel after Elections - Bridges for Peace

Wednesday, 28 October 2020 | Up to ten more Arab and Muslim countries are set to join the Israel peace circle-as soon as next week's US presidential elections have come and gone, US President Donald Trump vowed yesterday. Addressing reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland before hitting the campaign trail, President Trump said there are "five definites" and "five pretty much definites," making for a total of 10 countries expected to normalize ties with their former foe, Israel. The US president added that the Jewish state's prospective peace partners include "the big ones" and "the smaller ones." "We're going to have a lot," he predicted. "I think we'll have all of them eventually."

Asked whether the normalization deals will be clinched before or after the US heads to the polls, the president conceded that it would "largely" happen after the next commander-in-chief is in place. "We're doing a lot of work right now," President Trump said, "and I'm involved in all of those deals."

The US president also took a moment to celebrate the three landmark normalization agreements reached over the past three months between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Sudan. "We're very excited about it, and we did it a much different way than they've been working over the last 30 years. The beauty is it's peace in the Middle East with no money and with no blood. There's no blood all over the sand. And it's happening." (Read more)

- Pray that Israel will proceed with caution in these relationships and ask the Lord to bless the leaders of all the countries involved with wisdom and sincerity as they move forward. Pray that Israel will be a light, revealing the faithfulness and mercy of the God of Israel in this and all its relationships with the nations.

"Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth; that Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me." (Psalm 108:5-6)

Amazing News re: THE GDP!

Exceeding Expectations - GDP Grew by a Record 33.1% in the Third Quarter

Under President Trump's leadership, the American economy is roaring back. Exceeding all expectations, real GDP grew 7.4 percent (33.1% at an annual rate) in the third quarter, the largest single quarter of economic growth on record.

In a single quarter, the United States experienced the largest consumer spending increase and has now recovered two-thirds of the economic output lost due to the pandemic during the first half of the year.

Trump is Best Choice for People of Faith

President Trump is the best choice for Americans of faith
By Mike Pence, Vice president| Thursday, October 29, 2020

We stand on the brink of one of the most important elections in our lifetime. Looking back over the last four years, the American people - and particularly people of faith -have a lot to be proud of. Four years ago, Donald J. Trump announced his candidacy, and a movement was born. Millions of forgotten men and women across the nation rallied behind President Trump because they shared his belief that America could be strong and prosperous again. That was especially true of people of faith, who under the last administration saw a steady assault on our most cherished values and God-given liberties. They trusted President Trump to deliver on his promise to defend those values and liberties, and that's exactly what he's done.

For decades, Presidents in both parties promised to move the American Embassy in Israel. But it was President Donald Trump who kept his word, and today that embassy is finally located in Jerusalem, the capital of the State of Israel. That move helped set the stage for the recently signed Abraham Accords, in which for the first time in a quarter century, two Arab nations recognized Israel - and more are on the way.

Likewise, since day one, President Trump has stood without apology for the sanctity of human life.

On just his fourth day in office, President Trump reinstated - and later expanded - the "Mexico City policy," which ended taxpayer funding of programs that provide or promote abortion abroad.

It was my honor to be the first Vice President to speak at the March for Life. And this past January, President Trump became the first President to address the March for Life in person.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris support abortion-on-demand - even up to the moment of birth. They've called for historic increases in funding to Planned Parenthood, and even repealing the Hyde Amendment, which prevents taxpayer funding of abortions. They even blocked the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act, which would have required medical care be provided to those who survived attempted abortions.

President Trump, on the other hand, has called on Congress to end late-term abortion once and for all, and recently signed an Executive Order protecting all babies born alive.

And in perhaps my proudest moment as Vice President, I cast the tie-breaking vote in the Senate for a law that allowed states to defund Planned Parenthood - and President Trump signed the bill.

Sound the Shofar

Sound The Shofar - Vote God's Values!

Submitted by Stephania, the Shofar Sounder

Wednesday, October 28, 2020

Shalom Praying Friends,

It seems as though every Christian ministry and video presentation is telling us to vote our values. But what if our values or the values of the party we are registered to vote with are not the same values as the Lord's? When we go to the polls the only things that should matter is what does the Word of God say about the situation.

The Word of God says that He forbids murder, perversion, prostitution and that marriage is between a man and a woman. So why vote for someone who endorses those things. It's like voting against God.

I don't sense I am to belabor the point but rather to pray for everyone who is eligible to vote to do so! Pray for no violence and let God's will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

Suggested Prayer Guide:

Lord, as we prepare to engage the enemy, Your Word gives us instruction on the rules of spiritual warfare. We heed Your instructions lest we become unnecessary casualties of war.

The Storm is Here!

by Lance Wallnau
Friday, October 30, 20202

Dear Sara,

Over the last few months it has been like watching a cultural tropical storm ramp up into a category 5 hurricane, and now as the eye of the storm is about to make landfall America's 2020 election is the flood barrier upon which this storm now breaks. The question on everyone's mind is, "Will the ship of state be able weather the storm or will it sink?"

For more reasons than COVID, the nation is dealing with an "invisible enemy." If we do nothing to stop this demonic turbulence, it will not simply go away, it will actually increase and intensify.

James exhorts us that, " faith without works is dead." This means that faith without corresponding action is impotent. We must learn to deal with the organizational structures looking to exploit the turbulence and the spirits working behind them.

We are going to have to wage war in the heavenlies and contend for the destiny of America. On Saturday October 31st from 6pm to 9pm and Sunday November 1st from 10am to 6pm we are going to the National Mall to pray that God would save America and that His will would be done, even in the whirlwind. Rain or shine, Annabelle and I, our speakers, and team I will be LIVE on the National Mall... as we speak peace to the cultural storms raging around us.

I believe this event is the concentrated prayer assault God is asking for from, political ground zero, needed from Washington D.C..

Join me tomorrow as we ask the Lord for His mercy and guidance for the coming days and months.

As One!
Lance and Annabelle

P.S. - If you're participating in the prayer rally from home, you can see the live stream at AsOneRally2020.com, as well as on Facebook and YouTube LIVE - and I ask you to please share it with your friends and family members. Host watch parties on Facebook, and invite everyone you know who has a heart for our country's future, and wishes to join us in prayer for America - to watch and pray along!

Political Issues are Faith Issues

Political issues are faith issues

by Lance Wallnau

Hello Sara!

Your vote is your "amen" and agreement in the earth. With that said, it is remarkable how many Christians fail to discern political and cultural issues from a Biblical perspective. They fumble around politically because many can't get past someone's personality.

God says, "Do not judge by appearances." As believers we need to go deeper than following the herd and voting for the same political party as our family and friends. Alternatively, we can't be controlled by the shifting news cycles. We must learn to guard against the increasing power of manipulation in social media, print and broadcasts. Remember, on the day Jesus stood before Pontius Pilate, the devil had a louder group screaming.

The reality is, political issues are spiritual issues

When evaluating how to vote you need to turn the rock over and see what's crawling around underneath. Start with biblical principles and sanctified common sense. Never give your support to anyone based on looks, ethnicity, personality, or party.

God's Word is our foundation and it speaks to every political and policy issue we face. We must take it and then line it up against political the policies, then platform and finally the politician.

Principles -> Platform -> Policies -> Politician (In that order)

As I write this, the November election is only days away, and its outcome will define America for the next 50 years and beyond. We stand at a critical crossroads as worldviews collide and compete for the soul of our nation.

We must do all we can to support candidates on every level who will govern according to Biblical principles. One way we do that is by praying for, "all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (Timothy 2:2)

Can I Change My Vote?

GOOGLE SEARCH TREND: "CAN I CHANGE MY VOTE?"

Intercessors for America

More than 59 million Americans have already cast their ballots ahead of Election Day - but some might be wondering if they can change that vote, according to Google Trends.

Google searches of the phrase "can I change my vote" peaked Tuesday morning in the U.S. around 6 a.m. ET.

One of the subregions where the phrase began trending at one point was in Delaware, the state Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden represented in the Senate for 36 years.

Other subregions included battleground states such as Maine, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Iowa, Wisconsin and Arizona, according to Trend data at various points throughout Tuesday morning.

While most states do not allow voters to change their early votes, there are some that do, with restrictions. . . .

As of Sunday, the nearly 60 million Americans who have voted early in the 2020 presidential election suggest a record turnout this year. In 2016, 47.2 million early votes were cast in the presidential election, according to data from the U.S. Elections Project. . . .

Will this Election be Prolonged?

Ballot Harvesting, Relaxation of Voting Rules Could Prolong Election

The Epoch Times

The controversial practice of ballot harvesting, or allowing a third party to deliver a voter's ballot to election officials, may drag out the Nov. 3 presidential election, experts say. The hotly contested battleground states of Colorado (9 electoral votes), Florida (29), Georgia (16), Iowa (6), Maine (4), Minnesota (10), Texas (38), and Virginia (13)-which collectively account for 125 of the 270 votes in the Electoral College needed to elect the president-all allow a voter to designate someone else to submit their ballot, a practice known as ballot harvesting. California, which is not likely to be at play in the presidential election, also practices ballot harvesting, among other states. What electoral integrity advocates consider to be lax practices also exist in Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania-states likely to be key in deciding the presidential race-which could lead to administrative headaches when the states tabulate the votes. Delayed results could prevent a winner from being determined in the presidential race for days or even weeks after Election Day.

About Capitol Hill Prayer Partners

Our Mission Statement

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].

Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God."  [Romans 13:1]
