Director of national Intelligence: Election Issue need to be resolved before winner declared - The Epoch Times
The top U.S. intelligence official suggested on Sunday that election lawsuits and other issues need to be resolved first before the winner of the Nov. 3 presidential election is declared.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told Fox Business that issues brought up by President Donald Trump’s legal team have to be heard in court.
“These election issues, we’ll see who is in what seats and whether there is a Biden administration,” he told the broadcaster.
Ratcliffe said that due to the unprecedented expansion of mail-in voting, many questions remain about the results.
“Essentially we had universal mail-in balloting across this country in a way we hadn’t seen before, and to that point, almost 73 percent of the American people this year voted before Election Day, a good percentage of those by mail,” he said.
“That’s about an 80 percent increase over anything we’ve ever seen before, so it’s little wonder that we see what’s happening around the country as a result of that, with mail-in balloting and all of the questions—and the questions that are being raised in lawsuits and by everyday Americans about what happened in the election,” Ratcliffe said.
In the interview Sunday, Ratcliffe made note of allegations that were brought up in recent days, including a truck driver who claimed to have transported hundreds of thousands of apparently completed mail-in ballots from a town in Long Island, New York, to Pennsylvania. He also referred to recent footage obtained by Trump’s team that shows election workers pulling out black, suitcase-like ballot containers from beneath a table after poll observers and other election workers were apparently told to go home for the night at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Focus on Israel
1. Direct conflict with Israel 'could make Iran regional superpower'-Israel Hayom
Hardline Iranian daily Kayhan on Sunday called on Tehran not to delay in exacting vengeance for the assassination of the country's nuclear mastermind last month.
Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, 59, who headed Iran's military nuclear program, was assassinated Friday in a drive-by shooting in the city of Damavand, east of Tehran, on Nov. 27.
Iran immediately blamed Israel – long suspected of killing several Iranian nuclear scientists a decade ago – for Fakhrizadeh's elimination.
In an editorial titled, "We cannot wait," Kayhan, whose editor-in-chief is appointed by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, argued that there are "elements in Iran" that are interested in silencing the calls for reprisal over the assassination for fear that retaliation against Israel or its allies would trigger regional escalation that would also harm Iran.
2. Netanyahu seeks 'firm, non-populist' Coronavirus Cabinet decision -Israel National News
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu discussed COVID-19 morbidity at the beginning of today's Likud faction meeting in the Knesset.
"The vaccines are on the way. We work on it day and night. We do it in the best and most professional way for the citizens of Israel. Until the vaccines arrive, we must adhere to the rules and make the right decisions," the prime minister said.
"If we do not act correctly, just as we're seeing the end, people can get sick and die when it can be prevented. The only way to prevent this is to prevent as many gatherings and unnecessary contacts as possible," Netanyahu added.
3. Israel to get first batch of Pfizer coronavirus vaccines on Thursday - Times of Israel
The first delivery of Pfizer vaccines will arrive in Israel on Thursday, according to multiple Hebrew media reports on Monday evening.
The delivery will reportedly see some 100,000 doses arrive at Ben Gurion Airport, along with dozens of company representatives
According to Channel 12, the first delivery is something of a pilot program, to practice the transit and storage of the vaccines, which require storage at -70° C (-94° F) and must be used within five days of their removal from cold storage.
4. Blue&White Wins Committee Control of Knesset Dispersal, Likud Members Walk Out - Jewish Press
The Knesset House Committee, chaired by MK Eitan Ginzburg (Blue&White), ruled on Monday that it will be in charge of debating two separate bills for the dispersal of the 23rd Knesset and holding early elections. The bills, sponsored by opposition leader MK Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid-Telem), MK Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz), and a group of other lawmakers, passed their preliminary readings in the Knesset plenum last week.
It appeared on Monday that Blue&White had the majority needed to win the vote on holding the debate on the law to dissolve the Knesset in the Knesset committee. And, indeed, the decision to hold the deliberations on the bill in the House Committee passed by a vote of 10-0, with one abstention. Committee members from Likud, Shas, and United Torah Judaism did not take part in the vote. The win will allow Blue&White to control the schedules of passing the dispersal law.
Coalition Chairman MK Miki Zohar (Likud) said, “You, MK Eitan Ginzburg of Blue&White, are the head of the committee, and you will be dispersing the Knesset with your own hands.”
5. Saudi Prince calls Israeli PM a liar: 'How can you believe him?' - Israel National News
Prince Turki Al-Faisal, a senior member of the Saudi royal family and a former intelligence chief, made remarks strongly critical of Israel at a conference on Sunday in Bahrain, Bloomberg News reports.
Israel’s Foreign Minister, Gabi Ashkenazi, also participated in the conference via video link, the first Israeli official to speak at the Manama Dialogue, an annual security conference. His participation was made possible in the wake of the Bahrain-Israel treaty signed in September.
Calling Israel “the last of the Western colonizing powers in the Middle East,” Prince Turki lashed out with allegations of duplicitous dealings on the part of Israeli leaders, accusing the Israeli government of “offering friendship” with Saudi Arabia while “unleashing their political henchmen and the media of all countries to denigrate and demonize Saudi Arabia.”

1. Georgia County Can’t Find Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots- The Epoch Times
Georgia’s DeKalb County officials don’t know if it’s in possession of the ballot transfer forms used to record the chain of custody for absentee ballots dropped into some 300 drop boxes around the state.
In response to an open records request from The Georgia Star News for the forms, county officials wrote that “it has not yet been determined if responsive records to your request exist.”
“DeKalb County and [the DeKalb County Department of Voting, Registration, and Election] VRE are currently operating within its COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan. These remote operations and VRE’s current workload greatly impact how soon responsive records can be provided,” the response from the department stated.
“VRE is expected to make this determination within thirty business days.”
The Georgia Star News requested the ballot forms from several counties; Cobb County and Cook County have complied with the request.
A spokesperson for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger told Breitbart News last week that the transfer forms are in the possession of individual counties.
Georgia election rules require ballots from drop boxes to be picked up by teams of at least two people, who must complete a transfer form upon doing so.

2. Congressman Introduces Bill Requiring Voters To Be Alive To Cast Ballots – Daily Wire
Talk about controversial.
Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) last week proposed a new bill — the “You Must Be Alive to Vote Act” (let’s call it YMBAVA).
YMBAVA’s intent is simple: “To require States to obtain information from Social Security Administration on deaths for purposes of voter registration list maintenance, and for other purposes.”
The bill comes amid charges by President Trump and others of voter fraud, especially that the ballots of deceased individuals were cast absentee in the 2020 presidential election.
“The right to vote is one of the most vital pillars of our democracy, the foundations of which are election integrity and confidence in our democratic processes,” Babin said in a statement. “The ease with which someone is able to steal the ballot of a deceased person and cast an illegitimate vote should disturb, alarm, and outrage every American citizen, no matter what side of the aisle they sit on. To protect our democratic process and Americans’ faith in our elections, we must ensure that deceased individuals are not allowed to remain on state voter rolls.”

3. Anti-Voter Fraud Group Finds Suspicious Link Between Nevada State Website and Intelligence-Linked Pakistani Company - Breitbart
An anti-voter fraud organization has alerted state and federal government authorities after it found a suspicious link between a Nevada state government website and a Pakistani company that is allegedly linked to Pakistani intelligence services, Breitbart News has learned.
The organization, True the Vote, alerted state and federal authorities after it requested a Nevada voter registration list through the Nevada secretary of state’website, and received an email back with a downloadable voter file. That email arrived with an employee of Pakistani company Kavtech carbon copied.
True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht wrote Thursday in a letter to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers obtained exclusively by Breitbart News that when the email arrived, “I was shocked to see the inclusion of another email address in the CC line.”
“The address was waqas@kavtech.net. Waqas Butt is the CEO of Kavtech Solutions Ltd.. Kavtech is a Pakistani owned company, located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, with ties to Pakistani intelligence, military, and the interior,” she wrote.

4. ‘Deeply Disturbing’: Congressman Calls For Removal Of Democrat Rashida Tlaib From Committees After New Incidents – Daily Wire
A congressman out of Western Pennsylvania is calling for Congress to remove Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) from her committee assignments after two new incidents involving anti-Semitism, saying that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was “emboldening” Tlaib’s “dangerous, hateful bigotry” by remaining silent on the issue.
Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) is calling for the removal of Tlaib from her congressional committees after Tlaib reportedly attended a conference last week that was described as “anti-Israel.” The call also comes after Tlaib recently promoted a highly inflammatory tweet on her Twitter account that used a phrase that has long been associated with extremist calls to eliminate the state of Israel.
“This week, Democrat Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib participated in a forum led by one of the nation’s most anti-Israel advocacy groups that featured other participants with reported connections to Hamas, terrorism financiers, and the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement,” Reschenthaler said in a statement. “Rep. Tlaib’s participation in this conference, coupled with her recently deleted retweet of a slogan calling for the elimination of Israel, are just the latest examples of a deeply disturbing pattern of anti-Semitism that has been on display since she was elected. Yet Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats refuse to condemn her heinous behavior.”

5. China has done human testing to create biologically enhanced super soldiers, says top U.S. official- NBC
U.S. intelligence shows that China has conducted "human testing" on members of the People's Liberation Army in hope of developing soldiers with "biologically enhanced capabilities," the top U.S. intelligence official said Friday.
John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, included the explosive claim in a long Wall Street Journal op-ed in which he made the case that China possess the pre-eminent national security threat to the U.S.
"There are no boundaries to Beijing's pursuit of power," wrote Ratcliffe, a Republican former member of Congress from Texas.
His office and the CIA did not immediately respond to requests to elaborate on the notion that China sought to create "super soldiers" of the sort depicted in Hollywood films like "Captain America," "Bloodshot" and "Universal Soldier."
Last year, two American scholars wrote a paper examining China's ambitions to apply biotechnology to the battlefield, including what they said were signs that China was interested in using gene-editing technology to enhance human -- and perhaps soldier performance.

6. Young campaign staffer for Senator Kelly Loeffler killed in fiery I-16 crash – WJCL (ABC)
Pooler Police have identified the deceased driver as Harrison Thomas Deal 20, of Bulloch County. In a press release, the Kelly Loeffler campaign identified Deal as a staffer.
"It is with an extremely heavy heart that we mourn the loss of Harrison Deal," Senator Loeffler said in a written statement. "My heart aches for his family, and Jeff and I will continue to surround them in love and prayer in the days ahead. Harrison was a beloved member of our campaign team. More importantly, Harrison was a smart, bright, loving, loyal and outstanding young man. Harrison embodied the very best of this campaign - and the very best of our state. We will forever cherish and honor Harrison’s memory, and I ask every Georgian to join us in praying for his family during this difficult time."
Condolences have also come in from Senator David Perdue and Gov. Brian Kemp.
“Bonnie and I are devastated to learn of the passing of Harrison Deal, a young man from Bulloch County," Perdue wrote. "Harrison interned in my Atlanta office in the summer of 2019, and was currently working as a field representative for Senator Loeffler’s campaign. He was a member of the University of Georgia Class of 2022. Harrison was a smart, kind young man with a bright future ahead of him, and he is gone too soon.
We are praying for his parents, Curt and Jenni Deal, and his sisters, Hannah and Halli. I ask the people of Georgia to join us in keeping the entire Deal family in their hearts on this terrible day.”

7. Rudy Giuliani tests positive for coronavirus - Fox
Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for the coronavirus, President Trump announced in a tweet on Sunday.
"@RudyGiuliani, by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC, and who has been working tirelessly exposing the most corrupt election (by far!) in the history of the USA, has tested positive for the China Virus," Trump wrote. "Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!"
The former New York City mayor and personal attorney to President Trump has been leading the Trump campaign’s legal battle to overturn the 2020 election results in several states.
Giuliani, 76, is the latest official of Trump's orbit to become infected with the coronavirus over the course of the pandemic. White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, senior adviser Hope Hicks, and chief of staff Mark Meadows are among other senior staffers who have tested positive for the virus and since recovered.
The news of Giuliani's diagnosis comes nearly two weeks after his son Andrew, also a White House staffer, tested positive for COVID-19. The senior Giuliani reportedly tested negative at the time.

8. CNN analyst tells viewers to cancel their Christmas plans over coronavirus concerns Fox
CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen on Monday told viewers to cancel their Christmas plans and warned that Americans should “absolutely not gather indoors” to celebrate upcoming holidays with anyone outside their immediate family amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“The incubation period for Covid-19 is up to 14 days. The average is about five to seven days and so, what that means is, we had Thanksgiving and people returning from Thanksgiving about a week ago. So this week, we’re going to see the impact of that Thanksgiving surge,” Wen said on “New Day,” predicting that coronavirus numbers will rise.
“We’re going to see increases of hospitalizations and hospitals are already on the brink," Wen continued. "So where is the reserve capacity? Where are patients going to be going at this point? I’m also deeply concerned about deaths going up. At some point, we’re going to be surpassing 3,000 deaths per day, maybe even 4,000 deaths per day.

9. Pelosi Says ‘Yes’ to Biden Plan to Order Schools to Let Transgenders Play on Girls’ Teams and Use Their Locker Rooms – CNS News
In response to a question from CNSNews.com, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said today she agreed with Joe Biden's plan to force public schools and colleges to let transgender "women" (biological males) play on girls' sports teams and use their bathrooms and locker rooms.
At the U.S. Capitol on Friday, CNSNews.com asked Pelosi: “Joe Biden says that on his first day in office he will use Title IX to give transgender students access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity in all federally funded schools. Does he have the power to unilaterally do this? And do you agree with this?”
“Yes, and I think he does,” the speaker responded.
On the Biden-Harris Campaign website, a listed priority is: "Guaranteeing transgender students have access to facilities based on the gendere identity."
--Lord, we repent for this tragic idea that pits women with smaller frames against larger/stronger men who think they are women based on their emotions or even subterfuge in an effort to win. May Your Holy Spirit find inroads into this issue to protect girls and women.

10. House Passes Bill to Decriminalize Marijuana – CNS News
The House on Friday passed a bill to decriminalize marijuana on the federal level with a vote mostly along party lines of 228 to 164 with five Republicans and Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan - a Libertarian - voting with Democrats in favor of it.
The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestmen and Expungement Act or MORE Act (H.R. 3884) removes marijuana from the list of scheduled substances under the Controlled Substances Act and eliminates criminal penalties for an individual who manufactures, distributes, or possesses marijuana.
The bill also replaces statutory references to marijuana and marihuana with cannabis requires the Bureau of Labor Statistics to regularly publish demographic data on cannabis business owners and employees and establishes a trust fund to support various programs and services for individuals and businesses in communities impacted by the war on drugs.
--Father, even though this is a “trend”, it may have consequences far beyond what statistics can show. We pray for Your Spirit to fill the lives of all who not only have used this drug, but those who may be tempted to use it.
