Louisiana Joins Texas in Motion Against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin after SCOTUS Denies Trump Allies Bid to Decertify PA's Biden Win - Zerohedge
Update (1705ET):Louisiana just joined Texas in the SCOTUS Motion against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the grounds that various changes to their voting rules or procedures - either through the courts or via executive actions - violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they did not go through the legislatures:
Attorney General Jeff Landry issued the following statement regarding the ongoing controversies over the 2020 federal election and the new motion put forward by the State of Texas before the U.S. Supreme Court:
“Millions of Louisiana citizens, and tens of millions of our fellow citizens in the country, have deep concerns regarding the conduct of the 2020 federal elections. Deeply rooted in these concerns is the fact that some states appear to have conducted their elections with a disregard to the U.S. Constitution. Furthermore, many Louisianans have become more frustrated as some in media and the political class try to sidestep legitimate issues for the sake of expediency.
Weeks ago, on behalf of the citizens of Louisiana, my office joined many other states in filing a legal brief with the United States Supreme Court urging the Justices to look into the conduct of the election in Pennsylvania where their state court ignored the U.S. Constitution in regard to the conduct of the election. The U.S. Constitution in Article 1, Section 4, states plainly:
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature …”
The power for the conduct of federal elections is held by the State Legislatures in each state. In states like Pennsylvania, the judicial branch attempted to seize control of these duties and obligations and to set their own rules. These actions appear to be unconstitutional. If it is unconstitutional for Pennsylvania to take this action, it is similarly unconstitutional for other states to have done the same.
Only the U.S. Supreme Court can ultimately decide cases of real controversy among the states under our Constitution. That is why the Justices should hear and decide the case which we have joined representing the citizens of Louisiana.
Furthermore, the U.S. Supreme Court should consider the most recent Texas motion, which contains some of the same arguments.
Louisiana citizens are damaged if elections in other states were conducted outside the confines of the Constitution while we obeyed the rules.”

Former Health Ministry Director Moshe Bar SimanTov today commented on the start of vaccinations in the UK and their expected arrival in Israel.
"We're already beginning to see the end of the epidemic, and I would like to congratulate the United Kingdom on the start of the vaccination process for its citizens, hopefully we will start vaccinating in the coming weeks in Israel," he noted.
He said, "Now we have to think about what the day after will look like. Even after the vaccine, some of the restrictions we've adopted will have to remain."

2. Israel expecting nightly curfews as virus cases continue to climb - World Israel News
Health experts on Tuesday slammed the government decision to impose nightly curfews this week, saying the move made no sense and erodes public trust in the decision makers trying to navigate the country through the coronavirus pandemic.
On Monday night, the prime minister’s office announced a nightly curfew will go into effect starting Wednesday, calling it a “night lockdown” during which commercial activity is banned and restrictions on movement would be imposed.
With coronavirus infections continuing their upward surge, the goal of the curfew is to reduce gatherings during the Chanukah holiday that begins Thursday evening, during which families and friends traditionally gather each night to light candles over the eight days of the holiday.
However, the head of the Israel Association of Public Physicians and a member of the team advising Israel’s corona task force sharply criticized the decision, saying it made no sense and only confuses the public.

3. 200 Israelis held up in airport after landing in Dubai - Jerusalem Post
About 200 Israeli tourists were held up in the Dubai airport on Monday morning after landing in the United Arab Emirates amid confusion about visa regulations, according to Channel 12 news.
The tourists claimed that they were being kept in the airport due to a change in visa regulations forbidding them from entering. The regulations allowing Israelis to enter were reportedly suspended on Sunday evening. The entry issues reportedly began on Sunday, although the issue was resolved for four flights on Sunday.
Passengers with non-Israeli citizenship were allowed into the country. The passengers with Israeli citizenship were allowed into the country after filling out an E-visa form. Before the change in regulations on Sunday evening, this was not required. This will now be required for all Israeli visitors.

4. Samaria Regional Council, Company Heads First to Sign Export Deal in UAE -Jewish Press
The Samaria Regional Council and heads of local manufacturers and companies signed the first export agreement on Monday with companies in the United Arab Emirates, according to the Hebrew-language Srugim news site.
Last month Samaria Regional Council leader Yossi Dagan and heads of local manufacturers and companies met with their counterparts in Dubai as part of a strategic move to upgrade and strengthen the regional economy and industry.
That effort paid off this weekend when Dagan landed in Dubai together with a delegation of owners of wineries and honey producers from Samaria; by Monday morning they and their UAE counterparts were reaping the fruit of their efforts to establish mutual business ties between their region and that of the Gulf state.

5. As election nears, Likud MK renews fight against PM by forming new party - Israel Hayom
Likud MK Gideon Sa'ar, the leading rival of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu inside the ruling Likud party, announced on Tuesday that he was breaking away to form a new political party ahead of elections expected early next year.
In a statement broadcast on national television, Sa'ar said that Netanyahu had bungled the management of the health and economic crises stemming from the coronavirus pandemic and had turned the Likud into a tool for personal survival at a time when he is on trial for alleged corruption.
Sa'ar said that he could not serve under Netanyahu any longer and would seek the prime minister's post himself as the head of a new party.
"A change in the country's leadership is needed," Sa'ar said. "Today, Israel needs unity and stability. Netanyahu can't, and won't be able to, provide either."

1. Texas Sues Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin at Supreme Court over Election Rules - Brietbart
The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.
Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.
Texas is asking the Supreme Court to order the states to allow their legislatures to appoint their electors. The lawsuit says:
“Certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting...”

2. Biden Plans to Tap Lloyd Austin, Former Iraq Commander, as Defense Secretary - The New York Times
President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. is expected to nominate retired Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, a former commander of the American military effort in Iraq, to be the next secretary of defense, according to two people with knowledge of the selection.
If confirmed by the Senate, General Austin would make history as the first African-American to lead the country’s 1.3 million active-duty troops and the enormous bureaucracy that backs them up.
General Austin, 67, was for years a formidable figure at the Pentagon, and is the only African-American to have headed U.S. Central Command, the military’s marquee combat command, with responsibility for Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria — most of the places where the United States is at war.
General Austin is known as a battlefield commander. But he is less known for his political instincts — and has sometimes stumbled in congressional hearings, including a session in 2015 when he acknowledged, under testy questioning, that the Defense Department’s $500 million program to raise an army of Syrian fighters had gone nowhere.

3. 14 Fort Hood soldiers fired, suspended over violence at base - AP News
Army leaders are firing or suspending 14 officers and enlisted soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas, and ordering policy changes to address chronic leadership failures at the base that contributed to a widespread pattern of violence including murder, sexual assaults and harassment.
Two general officers are among those being removed from their jobs, as top Army leaders on Tuesday announced the findings of an independent panel’s investigation into problems at the Texas base.
The actions, taken by Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, come in the aftermath of a year that saw 25 soldiers assigned to Fort Hood die due to suicide, homicide or accidents, including the bludgeoning death of Spc. Vanessa Guillen. Guillen was missing for about two months before her remains were found.

4. FBI: Communist China Spy Infiltrated California Politicians, Including Russia Hoaxer Eric Swalwell - The Federalist
A Chinese spy cultivated deep connections with U.S. Democratic politicians for years, including with Rep. Eric Swalwell of California, to send political intelligence and personal information back to communist China, according to reporting by Axios.
According to U.S. intelligence officials and a former politician, between 2011 and 2015, Fang socialized, networked with Rep. Judy Chu and then-Rep. Mike Honda, campaigned for now-Rep. Rho Khanna, volunteered for Bill Harrison, the mayor of Fremont, California at the time, fundraised for people such as Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, and in some cases, developed romantic or sexual relationships with politicians to gain intelligence and send it back to her handlers, who were believed to be stationed in mainland China. She also reportedly used her close ties to government officials and politicians to place “subagents” as employees or interns in some political and congressional offices.
Fang developed a relationship with Russia hoaxer Swalwell, who began serving on the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and as a ranking member of its Central Intelligence Agency Subcommittee in 2015. Reports from a political operative and intelligence official indicate that Fang raised millions for Swalwell’s re-election in 2014 and helped place at least one intern in his Washington, D.C. office.

5. DOJ: New York ‘Birth Tourism’ Scheme Secured U.S. Citizenship for over 100 Anchor Babies - Brietbart
A birth tourism scheme in Long Island, New York, helped secure birthright American citizenship for about 119 anchor babies delivered to Turkish nationals over the last few years, a Department of Justice (DOJ) indictment alleges.
The DOJ indictment charges six individuals — Ibrahim Aksakal, indicted co-conspirator #1, Enes Burak Cakiroglu, Sarah Kaplan, Fiordalisa Marte, and Edgar Rodriguez — with operating or participating in a birth tourism scheme that raked in about $750,000 from foreign pregnant women with the promise to secure their children birthright American citizenship.
Through the scheme, which allegedly operated between January 2017 and September 2020, those charged would help pregnant women in Turkey fraudulently secure B-1 and B-2 visitor visas to the United States. Once they arrived in the U.S., they would be placed in any one of the seven “birth houses” that the scheme allegedly operated.

6. European Union Plots to Deepen ‘Trans-Atlantic Ties’ With Joe Biden - Brietbart
The European Union is seeking ways to reset trans-Atlantic ties between the bloc and the United States under the assumption that globalist-minded former vice president Joe Biden ascends to the White House.
Eurocrats met in Brussels on Monday to discuss strategies for working with a possible Biden presidency, on issues such as ‘Build Back Better’ green agenda issues and the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
“With Joe Biden´s election as the new American president, there are a lot of major opportunities that we as Europe want to take,” said German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas.
The Chair of the meeting, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said per the Associated Press that the goal of the gathering was to establish “a new, refreshed start of our engagement with the U.S.”

7. Two Biden Cabinet Picks Were Reprimanded For Roles In Clinton-Era ‘Pardongate’ Scandal - The Daily Caller
Two of President-elect Joe Biden’s cabinet selections successfully lobbied the Clinton White House on behalf of a cocaine trafficker seeking early release from prison, according to a 2002 congressional report on the Clinton-era “Pardongate” scandal.
The report, from the House Committee on Government Reform, detailed Xavier Becerra and Alejandro Mayorkas’s efforts to secure a presidential commutation for Carlos Vignali, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 1994 for drug trafficking.
Biden nominated Becerra to serve as secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and Mayorkas to oversee the Department of Homeland Security. Becerra was a U.S. congressman in Los Angeles and Mayorkas was the U.S. attorney for the city when they sought reprieve for Vignali.

8. Arizona Supreme Court agrees to weigh election challenge- Washington Times
The Arizona Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an election challenge brought by the state’s Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward concerning mail-in ballots in Maricopa County. A lower court judge dismissed her case Friday, but she took the challenge to the state’s highest court and has said a small sample of ballots and envelopes she was able to inspect showed some irregularities. The Arizona Supreme Court is composed of seven justices appointed by the governor from a list of proposed nominees derived by a bipartisan commission.
Two of the current justices were appointed by former Gov. Jan Brewer, a Republican, while five others were appointed by current Gov. Doug Ducey, a Republican.

But as difficult as the research, development and distribution stages have been, some experts argue the hardest part of fighting the virus is actually what comes next: convincing the U.S. population to take the vaccine.
Roughly four in ten Americans say they would “definitely” or “probably” not get a vaccine, according to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center. While this is higher than it was two months ago, to achieve herd immunity, experts say that about 70% of the population needs to be vaccinated or have natural antibodies.

10. Trump campaign asks Michigan Supreme Court to stop election verification - Just The News
The Trump campaign has filed an emergency appeal that asks the Michigan Supreme Court to halt the verification of the election. The president's legal team is again arguing that election officials in Michigan failed to protect the integrity of the vote by not ensuring that poll challengers were allowed to have a meaningful view or watch the counting of ballots on Election Day.
"Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson did not direct local election officials (election inspectors) to allow challengers a meaningful opportunity to observe the processing and adjudicating of ballots, nor did Secretary Benson allow challengers to observe video recordings of remote unattended ballot drop of boxes," reads the appeal, filed Monday.

The Media's Ideological Censorship

A brief analysis of the news media indicates an extraordinary blackout of events that do not support the collective narrative. Report after report on the mainstream outlets treat President Trump’s efforts on election fraud in the most general terms, qualifying their reports using words like “baseless,” “unfounded,” “undocumented,” and “providing no evidence.” If you were unaware of what specifically was occurring in the various states regarding election fraud challenges, you would only know that a president who lost the election was challenging those results with no evidence on which to base the challenges. It is one-sided editorialization of news and, quite frankly, weaponized propaganda.
At the very least, news operations should be covering the specific efforts of challenges to the election because it is important to the ongoing success of the American form of representative government. There has been fraud occurring in elections since the beginning of the Republic, but today it has reached critical mass. State officials changed election laws without the consent of the legislators who made those laws, and in violation of the respective state’s constitutions. Voter rolls are outdated and contain huge numbers of deceased and illegal voters. Computerized voting is not proven to be accurate. All these items need to be thoroughly reported to foster reform, but the news media sticks to its story of “nothing to see here.”
Many conservative media are trying to inform the public by covering the election fraud challenges. Even so, their reach is a drop in the bucket compared with CNN, or other major outlets. Additionally, the stories they post online are triaged by the corporate media search engines and they do not always appear on initial searches. This is like burying front page news in the lifestyle section of the daily newspaper. For example, Breitbart’s lead story is that Texas has filed a lawsuit at the US Supreme Court challenging that Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania violated the Electors Clause of the US Constitution because the states changed election laws by executive action.
Other than small news sites that cited the Breitbart story, there is no coverage of this court filing. This could mean that Breitbart was wrong and the filing didn’t happen or that other news outlets just didn’t cover it. Either way, it is an example of the censorship that is occurring. It is not official government censorship, but it is ideological censorship by the very people who are supposed to be reporting the news. In an age where information travels so fast and freely, those who claim to be guardians of truth are choking out truth, leaving the citizenry ignorant and in darkness. Let us pray a Luke 8:17 prayer over the media, “For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.”

Capitol Hill Prayer Partners (CHPP) is a ministry which is positioned on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., helping members of the Body of Christ to "pray for those in authority over us" in our federal government. Our primary purpose is to offer intercession on site for the members of Congress and their staffs each day that the Senate and the House of Representatives are in session; and our chief prayer focus is that "God's will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." [Matthew 6:10].
Because Jesus Christ has shed His blood for all, we, too, pray for ALL, in a nonpartisan manner. Also, because the scriptures indicate that "the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" (James 4:17), we are confident that fervent prayer, offered in the halls of the highest chambers of government in our land, can avail much for America. Capitol Hill Prayer Partners welcomes those who feel called to join us, engaging in this strategic work of intercession for our nation: "For there is no power but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God." [Romans 13:1]
