It is written:
"He said to the judges, "Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the LORD who is with you when you render judgment." Fear the LORD and judge with integrity, for the LORD our God does not tolerate perverted justice, partiality, or the taking of bribes."
Our meditation:
Over this past weekend, we learned that 3,000 lawsuits have already been sent to the courts in light of the apparent results of this election.
Clearly, this election will be decided in the courts.
This issue is so complex, that today we simply ask you each to pray in the Spirit over this vital issue: that the judges in our courts would weigh the evidence before them in truth, and would render justice for our people, "flushing out" any false maneuvers and establishing truth in the gates of our land.
Our prayer:
Lord God, Holy One, we cry out to You today for MERCY that would overwhelm judgment for our people. Focus on Israel
1. PM Netanyahu, President Rivlin Congratulate Biden - Jewish Press
Following a 12-hour delay, the President and the Prime Minister of Israel issued congratulatory messages to Joe Biden and a thank you to President Trump. Netanyahu recalled his long and warm relationship of almost 40 years with the Democratic winner, Rivlin suggested the strategic alliance between Israel and the US was stronger than any political leadership.
Netanyahu tweeted at 7:03 AM Israel time (midnight on the east coast): "Congratulations Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Joe, we've had a long & warm personal relationship for nearly 40 years, and I know you as a great friend of Israel. I look forward to working with both of you to further strengthen the special alliance between the US and Israel."
Netanyahu followed that up with a tweet to President Trump: "Thank you @realDonaldTrump for the friendship you have shown the state of Israel and me personally, for recognizing Jerusalem and the Golan, for standing up to Iran, for the historic peace accords and for bringing the American-Israeli alliance to unprecedented heights."
2. Likud minister urges 'dialogue' so Biden won't rejoin Iran deal without changes - Times of Israel
A senior minister in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party said Sunday that he believes US President-elect Joe Biden favors changes to the international accord limiting Iran's nuclear program, while denying the Islamic Republic is closer to building a nuclear bomb than it was several years ago.
In an interview with Army Radio, Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz urged "dialogue with the new administration" to ensure Biden does not reenter the 2015 pact under its previous terms. He said Israel's goal should be to "dismantle" Iran's nuclear program and not to "freeze" it in place.
In 2018, President Donald Trump pulled the US out of the agreement, which was negotiated when Biden was vice president under Barack Obama. The deal was stridently denounced by Netanyahu, who argued that it did not put in place sufficient safeguards to prevent Iran from seeking nuclear weapons capabilities.
3. MK Urges Netanyahu to Apply Sovereignty Before New US President Sworn In - Algemeiner
JNS.org - Yamina Party Knesset member Bezalel Smotrich called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to apply sovereignty to Judea and Samaria before the next US president is sworn in, in case former US Vice President and current Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden wins.
"If [US President Donald] Trump indeed loses, we will have to take this measure and apply sovereignty" while he remains in office and before Biden takes over, Smotrich said in an interview with Army Radio on Thursday.
"I have no doubt," he added, "that Biden will also continue the American administration's long-standing policy of friendliness towards Israel."
4. Yamina MK proposes shortening election period to 45 days - Jerusalem Post
Yamina MK Ofir Sofer has proposed a bill that would shorten the period between the declaration of elections and election day from 90 days to 45 days, according to Israel Hayom.
"The Knesset sets different dates for holding elections in cases where the Knesset has dissolved due to the passage of a bill to dissolve the Knesset or due to the lack of a budget," Sofer wrote in the explanatory notes on the bill. "The State of Israel is in an ongoing political crisis, and in addition to this it is in an acute health and economic crisis among the worst it has seen due to the coronavirus."
Sofer wants to shorten the election period in order to "ensure the formation of a strong and stable government within a short time, while reducing the division and incitement that accompanies the election campaigns," according to Israel Hayom.
The Yamina MK called for the Knesset to dissolve and to go to elections as quickly as possible.
5. 'We're in danger of being forced into a third lockdown' - Israel National News
Israel may be forced to impose a third nationwide coronavirus lockdown, a senior Israeli health official warned Sunday, pointing to a rise in the coronavirus infection rate.
Dr. Sharon Alroy-Preis, the Health Ministry's chief of public health, told reporters at a press conference Sunday that the coronavirus infection rate is on the rise, adding that the increases were measured across demographic groups and sectors.
"We're seeing a rise in the rate of infection, and we're very concerned over this. The infection rate is rising in all sectors of the population, with no special trend among any sector," said Dr. Alroy-Preis.

1. Corrupted Software Used in Michigan County that Stole 6,000 Votes from Trump - Is Also Used in ALL SWING STATES -- And Uses Chinese Computer Parts In Its Machines - The Gateway Pundit
A so-called computer 'glitch' fix in one of Michigan's counties has led to 6,000 votes switching from Joe Biden to President Trump. The Head of the Republican Party has asked for an additional 47 counties be recounted after the fix since these 47 counties also use the same Dominion software.
Dominion Software is used in 28 US states including ALL OF THE BATTLEGROUND STATES.
The Dominion software "glitch" ONLY took votes from President Trump and Republicans.
Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos and Hart InterCivic President Julie Mathis said their companies use Chinese-made LCD screen components, chip capacitors and resistors, arguing that in some cases there's no option for manufacturing those parts in the United States. "We would welcome guidelines and best practices from the committee and from the federal government," Poulos said. "This is not a problem that's unique to the election industry."
This is turning into a MASSIVE scandal!
Democrats thought this "glitch" would be enough to beat Donald Trump. They had no idea he would have the greatest landslide and vote totals in US history!
So then they had to dump Hundreds of Thousands of ballots in to the swing states they lost! (Read more)

2. Trump refuses to accept defeat: 'This election is far from over' - The Epoch Times
US President Donald Trump refused to concede defeat in the US presidential election Saturday night. Trump said Joe Biden was "rushing to falsely pose as the winner" after television networks and other major outlets declared the Democrat's victory.
"We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don't want the truth to be exposed," Trump said. "The simple fact is this election is far from over."
Trump, who was playing golf in Virginia around the time US media outlets called the presidential election for Biden, underlined that states had not yet certified the results, and his campaign has launched multiple legal challenges.
"Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor," he stated. "Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated." (Read more)

3. Supreme Court orders separate count of late-arriving Pa. ballots - The Hill
The Supreme Court on Friday ordered Pennsylvania election boards to separately count mail ballots that arrived after Election Day, while rejecting a GOP request to stop counting those votes. The order, signed by conservative Justice Samuel Alito, left open the possibility that the justices could exclude the late-arriving ballots in a subsequent ruling, a move which Alito and at least two other conservative justices have previously signaled they may be inclined to take.
The number of affected ballots is believed to be between 3,000 and 4,000. Election law experts said that even if the justices were to later invalidate them, the only way this would impact the outcome of the race between President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden is if the election were decided by Pennsylvania and the pair were separated in the state by a very slim margin.
Friday's order was the first time the Supreme Court has gotten involved in a state count after Election Day. Alito urged Pennsylvania's Democratic Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, the respondent in the case, to file any response as soon as possible and no later than Saturday at 2 p.m. (Read more)

4. White House Press Secretary Tweets 'God Is in Control' - Christian Headlines
As the election results continue to trickle in, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany encouraged the nation to trust God. McEnany pinned this tweet to the top of her feed: "GOD IS IN CONTROL!!"
McEnany, dubbed by some as "Trump's election cheerleader," believes the President still maintains a solid shot at a second term. "That's why we are doing the recounts in Wisconsin, why we're looking at Michigan as well having the poll observers," McEnany said to Fox News. "We're looking, but we believe the paths run through Arizona, Pennsylvania, keeping Georgia, which we're already in the lead there."
On Tuesday night, she chided news outlets for not handing her home state of Florida to Trump earlier on her personal Twitter feed. She has also retweeted several posts from Republican leaders, including Kevin McCarthy and Ivanka Trump. "Far from over," McCarthy tweeted. "Republicans will not back down from this battle. "

5. 'It's Not Over,' Franklin Graham Says of Election as He Requests Prayer for Trump, Pence - Christian Headlines
Evangelist Franklin Graham on Thursday requested prayer for President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence and urged Christians not to give up, saying the Republican ticket could still win re-election. Graham, a supporter of Trump and Pence, made the comments on social media hours before Trump delivered remarks at a White House press conference that divided members of his own party.
"It's not over! We need to continue to pray for President Donald J. Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and the outcome of this election," Graham wrote on Facebook. "So much hangs in the balance for our nation. My prayer is that we will have four more years of leadership that defends religious freedom, supports law and order, and is the most pro-life administration ever.
"This is not the time to give up or to stop asking for God's help and mercy on this country," Graham wrote. "I hope that followers of the Lord Jesus Christ everywhere will join me in praying." (Read more)

6. Republicans seeking to raise $60m. to fund Trump legal challenges - Jerusalem Post
Republicans are asking donors for at least $60 million to fund legal challenges brought by President Donald Trump over the US presidential election's results, two sources familiar with the matter said on Friday. The Trump campaign has filed lawsuits in several states following Tuesday's election pitting the president against Democratic challenger Joe Biden. "They want $60 million," said a Republican donor who received solicitations from the campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC).
The two sources spoke to Reuters about the requests for money on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the matter. The Trump campaign and the RNC did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The call for funds comes as the Trump and Biden campaigns gird for a potentially protracted legal fight over the election. Trump campaign senior advisor David Bossie, who leads conservative advocacy group Citizens United, has been chosen to lead the post-election legal challenges, according to a source familiar with Trump's campaign strategy. 7. Trump Order Creates 1776 Commission to Ensure Factual U.S. History is Taught in Public Schools - CNSNews.com
On Nov. 2, President Donald Trump announced the creation of a new patriotic education commission designed to curb the anti-American sentiment in public schools and to combat the statistic that less than 16% of eighth-graders have proficient knowledge of United States history. As opposed to the New York Times' 1619 project, Trump's program is called the 1776 Commission.
In the administration's fact sheet, it states "fewer than one in six eighth graders have proficient knowledge of United States history, according to the Nation's Report Card." Another reason given for the 1776 Commission is to push back against anti-American sentiment being taught at schools and to re-establish an understanding of the natural law (and "Nature's God) as the foundation of the U.S. Republic. "Despite the virtues and accomplishments of this Nation, many students are now taught in school to hate their own country, and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes, but rather villains," reads the president's Executive Order on Establishing the President's Advisory 1776 Commission.
"This radicalized view of American history lacks perspective, obscures virtues, twists motives, ignores or distorts facts, and magnifies flaws, resulting in the truth being concealed and history disfigured," says the Executive Order. Without our common faith in the equal right of every individual American to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, authoritarian visions of government and society could become increasingly alluring alternatives to self-government based on the consent of the people," reads the Order.
"Thus it is necessary to provide America's young people access to what is genuinely inspiring and unifying in our history, as well as to the lessons imparted by the American experience of overcoming great national challenges," states the president. "This is what makes possible the informed and honest patriotism that is essential for a successful republic. As a solution, guided by the 1776 Advisory Commission, the Trump administration is creating a curriculum to advance patriotic learning about our founding history "through a rediscovery of a shared identity rooted in our founding principles. 8. Supreme Court Tackles Religious Freedom in Foster Care Case - Christian Headlines
Yesterday, as most of America continued to process a razor-thin presidential race, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in what could be a momentous religious freedom case. Fulton v. City of Philadelphia is a case that began in 2018, when Catholic Social Services (CSS), a charitable arm of the Church that dates all the way back to 1797, was barred by the city of brother love from placing foster children, unless it changed its policy on same-sex households.
Rather than compromise, CSS took the city to court, claiming a violation of the First Amendment's guarantee of freedom of speech and, even more importantly, the free exercise of religion. (Read more)

9. Project Veritas: Postal Worker Whistleblower Exposes Supervisor's Fraudulent Actions with Ballots - Project Veritas/Breaking Christian News
" 'All These Ballots That Were Coming In--Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday-Are All Supposed To Be Postmarked the Third'
Project Veritas released an interview with another U.S. Postal Service worker, where the worker described how his leadership here ordered all late ballots to be postmarked for Nov. 3, Election Day. "All these ballots that were coming in--today, tomorrow, yesterday-are all supposed to be postmarked the third," said the postal service employee, who works out of the USPS General Mail Facility here.
The Project Veritas Insider said the supervisors are collecting the ballots and making sure they are postmarked. "They're getting these ballots in and they're getting, they're taking them from us," he said. "We have to separate out the ballots and give them directly to the supervisors," he said. "They're postmarking and they're at the office and taking them directly to the ballot box."
James O'Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas, said the Insider's story lines up with a similar story told by a postal service employee in Traverse City, Michigan. "This revelation is a shock to every American, who put their trust in the post office this election," O'Keefe said. (Read more)

French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday called for a tightening of border controls in Europe following deadly Islamist terror attacks in France and Austria, saying the continent's 35-year-old Schengen agreement - which allows travel between 26 countries without border controls - needs to be overhauled. I just received a phone call from the Martin County authorities responsible for alerting residents by phone.
The message is: "Hurricane moving from Cuba to the Keys (Florida), then along and upwards on the east coast. Stay home!!!! Expect power outages."
Please pray for all those exposed. Many condo owners do not have garages, meaning cars are exposed.
I pray as I have before:
-- Rebuking the storm, in the Name of Jesus, commanding it to stay out in the ocean.
- Covering the entire area the storm is supposed to hit with the Blood of Jesus.
- Trusting the Lord for protection -- personal, buildings, cars, boats, etc. - and for the power to stay on.
- Thanking Him that we are covered under His wings.
As I am typing this, the rain is lashing the side of our building.

Tropical Storm Eta could intensify back into a hurricane before it reaches the Florida shore, the National Hurricane Center warned Sunday morning.
Eta currently sits about 55 miles west of Canagua, Cuba, and about 235 miles south-southeast of Miami, Florida, according to the NHC's 11 a.m. update. Winds are swirling up to 65 mph.
The storm is expected to drop five to 10 more inches of rain in Cuba before its effects reach the Florida Keys and south Florida Sunday afternoon into evening.
A hurricane warning is already in place in the Florida Keys from Ocean Reef to the Dry Tortugas, including Florida Bay, with a hurricane watch from from Deerfield Beach to Bonita Beach.
After crossing Cuba, Eta is projected to re-strengthen into a hurricane before hitting the Sunshine State.

In the aftermath of the election, what is going on in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada is nothing short of wicked.
Just tonight Arizona was moved from the "blue" column to the "white" toss-up column. Our prayers are availing much! It is now up to the Body of Christ to step up.
WHAT IF we mobilize a mighty intercessory prayer army to storm the gates of heaven on behalf of the voters of these states? If God has chosen to pronounce judgment on our nation and let it fall under the weight of its own wicked devices, then so be it. I can rest in Him knowing that I left it all on the battlefield.

Our goal is to defend the integrity of the election," President Donald Trump told a Thursday evening news conference. "If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us." Trump said the expansion of unsolicited mail-in ballots is the main problem with this election.
Democrat officials never believed they could win this election honestly. I really believe that. That's why they did the mail-in ballots where there's tremendous corruption and fraud going on. That's why they mailed out tens of millions of unsolicited ballots without any verification measures whatsoever.
And I've told everybody that these things would happen because I've seen it happen. I watched a lot of different elections before they decided to go with this big massive election with tens of millions of ballots going out to everybody, in many cases totally unsolicited. This was unprecedented in American history.
This was by design, despite years of claiming to care about the election security. They refused to include any requirement to verify signatures, identities, or even determine whether they're eligible or ineligible to vote. People are walking in there, they have no idea. They're just taking numbers. They're writing down things, the workers, and doing a lot of bad things. And we have a lot of information coming and litigation that you'll see that will shake even you people up (the media), and you've seen it all.
Trump pointed to "a number of disturbing irregularities" in the vote-counting, including:
-- A "corrupt Democrat machine" in Pennsylvania and other key states;
-- Extended deadlines for accepting mailed ballots in Pennsylvania and other states;
-- Ballots without postmarks or verifiable voter identification;
-- Preventing legal teams from monitoring the ballot-counting;
-- Batches of ballots coming in late in Detroit, "and nobody knew where they came from."
Trump challenged Joe Biden and every Democrat to clarify that they only want "legal" votes counted. "I think they should use the word 'legal' -- legal votes. We want every legal vote counted, and I want every legal vote counted. We want openness and transparency, no secret count rooms, no mystery ballots, no illegal votes being cast after Election Day," Trump said.
"You have Election Day, and the laws are very strong on that. You have an Election Day, and they don't want votes cast after Election Day. And they want the process to be an honest one. It's so important. We won an honest election. We won an honest count."
Trump said he's filing lawsuits "because we can't have an election stolen like this."
And I--I tell you, I was--I have been talking about this for many months with all of you, and I've said very strongly that mail-in ballots are going to end up being a disaster. Small elections were disastrous. Small, very easy to handle elections were disastrous. This is a large scale version, and it's getting worse and worse every day.
We're hearing stories that are horror stories, absolute horror stories. And we can't let that happen to the United States of America. If you want to feel better about the election, here's an idea: turn off the news! We've become so conditioned to listen to the media in situations like this, thinking only they can update maps and color in states. But here's the reality: No one -- not even Fox News's Decision Desk -- can change the fact that there are actual processes and laws in place that will settle this election. Not Pennsylvania's anti-Trump secretary of state. Not the exploding heads at CNN. Not even the uncertified statewide counts. As much as we want instant results, our Founders understood that there needed to be a system that could withstand the kind of political divisions we have today. Thankfully, despite the media's insistence that they call the shots, that's not how it works. There is a process for close and uncertain elections, and we need to let the process work.
Of course, in the meantime, Mark Levin said, the press will keep trashing the president for challenging any statewide irregularities. "'This Trump, he's a dictator,'" liberals tell the American people. The reality is, "Trump's trying to uphold the federal Constitution. Trump's trying to [protect] these state statutes -- not the state supreme courts, not the state boards of elections. Trump and his people are trying to uphold the rule of law." Because once the rule of law is gone, you can kiss fair and free elections goodbye.
And that's exactly what the far-Left wants. It's why, months before the election, billionaire George Soros started plotting a sophisticated campaign to subvert the election process. The plan, outlined in a paper by the Transition Integrity Project he funds, hinged on dragging out the ballot counting long enough for liberals on the ground to manipulate the vote totals they needed to win key states. Is that happening? There's no way for us to know. What we do know is that the strategy involved multiple states and an infusion of "insecure" (mail-in) votes. They talked about going to court to weaken local election rules (check), public misinformation campaigns if Trump was ahead (check), and ramped-up social media censorship (check). It's called "war-gaming," the New York Times explained. Except "the game" was to keep Trump from being reelected on November 3rd.
