I thought we would all benefit by looking at exactly how the legal process plays out under official US procedure. Here are some of the key steps:
1. From now for many weeks each state finalizes its vote (maybe takes recounts, handles disputes, etc.), prepares legal certificates regarding the election, and resolves controversies concerning the individual electors. (Back in 2000 it took 37 days after the election before a US Supreme Court decision finally settled just who had won the election in Florida!)
2. In each state the electors vote on December 14. They sign, seal, and certify six sets of electoral votes.
3. Each state's electoral votes must be received by the President of the Senate and the Archivist by December 23.
4. January 6 the new Congress counts the electoral votes.
Our Prayer:
Lord God, we pray for a miracle: that every step of the way, the law would be followed to a "T," with no room left for an error. We pray for a clean vote this year, and that ALL FRAUD would be exposed and dealt with. In Your Holy Name we pray, amen.

1. PM announces establishment of new Gaza envelope community - Israel National News
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu at the start of the weekly Cabinet meeting addressed the opening of street shops today as the country continues to emerge from its second coronavirus lockdown.
"The government will hear a review today on the treatment of the corona plague. We are opening trade in street shops this morning. To prevent a resurgence of morbidity we are allowing up to four customers to be in a store at any one time, while strictly maintaining social distance and hygiene," the prime minister said.
Netanyahu noted, "We are still in the early stages of returning to routine. We are constantly examining the effects of relief and the gradual opening in these early stages, to prevent an outbreak of the plague. We are now seeing a slight increase in morbidity. We will carefully consider whether to continue opening or to stop."
2. Lapid says he shares Biden's values - watch - Jerusalem Post
Opposition leader Yair Lapid painted himself as the ideal counterpart to US President-elect Joe Biden in a statement to the press at the beginning of Monday's Yesh Atid-Telem Knesset faction meeting.
Lapid made a point of speaking in English while congratulating Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris on their election.
"I know that they both care deeply about Israel and the Jewish people, about our security and about our future," he said. "I look forward to working with them and with our friends in both parties to rebuild a US-Israel relationship that goes beyond party lines.
"The US-Israel relationship has always been based not only on critical shared interests but also on deeply held shared values, Lapid said.
3. Israel in Advanced Talks to Purchase Millions of Doses of Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine; 'I See Light at End of Tunnel,' Netanyahu Says - Algemeiner
Israel is reportedly in talks to purchase the coronavirus vaccine being developed by the American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying Monday, "I see light at the end of the tunnel. I think that train is already exiting the tunnel."
The news came after Pfizer announced earlier in the day that its vaccine had shown 90% effectiveness in clinical trials.
The company said it would likely receive emergency approval from the US to manufacture and distribute the vaccine within the month.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla called the accomplishment "a great day for science and humanity."
Israeli news site N12 reported that the Israeli government was in advanced negotiations with Pfizer to acquire the vaccine.
4. Former Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon elected to lead World Likud- Israel National News
Former Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon has been elected as chairman of the World Likud Sunday.
Eighty-one percent of eligible voting members turned out for the election Sunday, with Danon receiving 94.2% of the vote, easily defeating MK and coalition chairman Miki Zohar, who received just 5.1% of the vote.
"The World Likud congratulates the chairman-elect, Danny Danon, wishing him success in his new position," the World Likud said in a statement Sunday night.
5. Yad Vashem debuts new exhibition on Kristallnacht anniversary - World Israel News
Their land didn't want them. The people living on the land didn't want them. Many people left, but a few stayed.
The Jews of Europe were tortured. Their businesses were destroyed, as were their synagogues. Now, 82 years after Kristallnacht, the night of broken glass, Yad Vashem is showcasing a new digital exhibition to elaborate on the events that took place from Nov. 9 to 10, 1938.
The online exhibition entitled, "'It Came from Within:' The November Pogrom (Kristallnacht)" features personal stories, archives, a Torah scroll, video testimonies and more. The exhibition is available in English, Hebrew, German and Spanish.
"That night was so aggressive and I want to show that when people think of Kristallnacht, they think it was only synagogues that were burning and glass was broken," Yona Kobo, the curator at Yad Vashem who created "It Came from Within, said. "They don't know what happened to the people."

1. 'Trump Accountability Project' Vows To Catalog Supporters of POTUS - Western Journal
A shadowy group calling itself the "Trump Accountability Project" is vowing to catalog and target many individuals who have helped or supported President Donald Trump. Amid the still-contested presidential election, which mainstream media outlets have now called for Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden, the group popped up this week and adopted a vague message that it will go after Trump's allies.
On its website, the Trump Accountability Project vows, "Remember what they did." An additional blurb on the group's website also states, "We must never forget those who furthered the Trump agenda."
The anti-Trump group says, "We should welcome in our fellow Americans with whom we differ politically."
But the organization quickly undercuts its message celebrating civil political discourse by calling for Trump's allies to become part of a targeted campaign. "But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart," the group states. (Read more)

2. Senators: U.S. colleges reverting to segregation - WND
Two Senate Republicans have asked Attorney General William Barr to investigate two universities that appear to be going backward in time to the era of segregation, with events that separate whites from non-whites.
Sens. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., and Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., said the University of Michigan at Dearborn and the University of Kentucky held events for "non-whites-only" and "whites-only." One was a training session called "Healing Space for Staff of Color." Its counterpart was titled "White Accountability Space."
The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, or FIRE, found similar mandatory racial segregation at the first-year orientation program at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
"Lewis & Clark enlisted a Portland-based 'social justice activism' group to run a mandatory orientation workshop Aug. 29 where, in the name of providing 'safe spaces' for discussion, students were required to choose whether they most identified as one of three options: 'Black,' 'Indigenous, Person of Color,' or 'White.' Students were then divided by race into different virtual Zoom breakout rooms for separate educational experiences, unlawfully limiting their ability within the program to engage with students of different races," FIRE said.
"Racial segregation is not only morally wrong, it's illegal on our nation's college campuses," said FIRE Executive Director Robert Shibley. "Lewis & Clark must end this practice immediately and publicly commit to never again returning to that dark chapter of our nation's history." (Read more)

3. Pfizer Announces Coronavirus Vaccine Is 90% Effective; Stock Futures Soar - Breitbart
Pfizer announced Monday that its experimental vaccine for coronavirus was more than 90% effective - sending stock futures soaring and vindicating a rapid research and development plan championed by President Donald Trump.
The New York Times reported: The drug maker Pfizer announced on Monday that an early analysis of its coronavirus vaccine trial suggested the vaccine was robustly effective in preventing Covid-19, a promising development as the world has waited anxiously for any positive news about a pandemic that has killed more than 1.2 million people.
Pfizer, which developed the vaccine with the German drugmaker BioNTech, released only sparse details from its clinical trial, based on the first formal review of the data by an outside panel of experts.
The company said that the analysis found that the vaccine was more than 90 percent effective in preventing the disease among trial volunteers who had no evidence of prior coronavirus infection. If the results hold up, that level of protection would put it on par with highly effective childhood vaccines for diseases such as measles. No serious safety concerns have been observed, the company said. (Read more)

4. Trump official refuses to initiate transition to Biden-led team - Daily Mail
The Trump appointee in charge of initiating the formal transition to a Joe Biden-led administration has so far refused to sign off on the necessary paperwork to begin the process, raising concerns over whether there will be a smooth transfer of power.
Emily Murphy was tapped by President Trump to head the General Services Administration, the agency in charge of federal buildings.
By law, if a new president is elected, the GSA administrator is required to sign paperwork that officially hands over millions of dollars to the transition team of the incoming administration, formally launching the handover process.
The transition team is also granted access to government officials, office space in agencies, and equipment.
As of Sunday evening, however, Murphy has not signed such a letter even though it has been more than 36 hours since major news organizations projected Biden to be the apparent winner of Tuesday's election, according to The Washington Post.
'An ascertainment has not yet been made and its Administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law,' GSA spokeswoman Pamela Pennington, a spokeswoman for GSA, told the Post. (Read more)

5. Could Shift in Court Affect Radical LGBT Laws? - IFA
On November 4, a potentially pivotal religious liberty case comes before the high court. During oral arguments, Justice Barrett and her colleagues will have a chance to explore a conflict between our nation's first freedom and the radical application of sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) mandates.
This case started in March 2018 when The Philadelphia Inquirer published an article zeroing in on two faith-based foster care agencies- Bethany Christian Services and Catholic Social Services (CSS) - for their commitment to a biblical understanding of marriage as the union of a man and woman. In that article a spokesman for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia explained why CSS's fundamental beliefs precluded it from directly assisting same-sex prospective parents. He said this element of its work helping children in Philadelphia is a "well-established and long-known one in our relationship with DHS."
City officials apparently did not like that statement and soon the Department of Human Services (DHS) came knocking. Both agencies were effectively pushed out of partnering to help foster kids as long as they held to their beliefs. Bethany made changes in order to continue its work, but CSS refused to comply. 6. AG William Barr authorizes Justice Department voter fraud probe - Washington Times
Attorney General William Barr has authorized the Justice Department to probe what he calls "substantial allegations" of voter fraud, according to a report Monday. In a memo to U.S. attorneys across the country, Mr. Barr said they could conduct investigations "if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual state."
Mr. Barr's memo comes days after presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden was declared the winner by several media outlets in the 2020 presidential election. President Trump has not conceded and has launched several legal efforts challenging the results in states where the voting margins are razor-thin.
By granting prosecutors the power to pursue such cases, U.S. attorneys around the country could give Mr. Trump more ammunition for his lawsuit. It is an unusual move, since Justice Department policy prohibits any action that could influence the outcome of an election until the vote is formally certified.
States have until Dec. 8 to resolve election issues, including recounts and legal battles. The Electoral College members meet on Dec. 14 to finalize the outcome. (Read more)

7. Chicago Democrat: Yes, the old party machine is stealing the election - WND
Rod Blagojevich said Friday that as a Democrat born in Chicago who served in Congress and as governor of Illinois, it's clear to him that the old Democratic machine in key battleground states is trying to steal the election from Donald Trump.
"If the question is are the Democrats stealing votes in Philadelphia," he said in a Newsmax TV interview, "my answer is, is the pope Catholic?"
Blagojevich said it's a "time-honored tradition in Democrat-controlled cities like Chicago, my hometown, Philadelphia, to do precisely what they're doing."
But he believes the corruption is much wider in the 2020 election.
"Coming out of Chicago Democratic politics, my instincts are it's going on in Atlanta, it's going on Detroit, it's going on in Milwaukee, it's going on in Las Vegas," he said. (Read more)

8. White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and at least four aides test positive for coronavirus- Washington Examiner
President Trump's chief of staff has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to reports, along with at least four other White House aides.
Mark Meadows, 61, told people that he has tested positive for the virus after Election Day, Bloomberg reported Friday evening.
The news broke as the nation still waits for a winner to be declared in the close presidential election contest between Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden and spikes in COVID-19 cases are still a daily occurrence across the country.
Meadows, a former GOP congressman from North Carolina, traveled with Trump frequently in the lead-up to Election Day and on Tuesday accompanied the president to his campaign headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. He did not wear a mask for at least part of the visit. He returned to the campaign headquarters on Wednesday, again without a mask. (Read more)

9. Investigators Dispatched After Fulton County Discovers 'Issue' with Ballot Reporting - Breitbart
Georgia's top election official is dispatching a team of investigators after a ballot "issue" was discovered in one of the counties most responsible for giving former Vice President Joe Biden the lead over President Trump.
While Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) did not reveal the nature of the issue with the ballots, he did announce late Saturday that investigators were headed to State Farm Arena in Fulton County to "secure the vote and protect all legal votes."
"Fulton County has discovered an issue involving reporting from their work on Friday. Officials are at State Farm Arena to rescan their work from Friday," Raffensperger said. "The Secretary of State has a monitor onsite, has sent additional investigators, and dispatched the Deputy Secretary of State as well to oversee the process to make sure to thoroughly secure the vote and protect all legal votes. Observers from both political parties are there as well."
Brendan Keefe, chief investigator at Atlanta's WXIA, says that the issue "*may* significantly affect the current Biden lead in Georgia." (Read more)

10. Biden's first move as president-elect? Mask mandate for all. Here's how he plans on doing it - Fox News
One of Joe Biden's first priorities as president-elect will be implementing mask mandates nationwide by working with governors. The future 46th president, however, says if they refuse than he will go to mayors and county executives and get local masking requirements in place. Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel believes that while masks are "the icing on the physical distancing cake" and should be worn properly both indoors and outdoors, especially when people are too close together, a more punitive approach to mask wearing may have the opposite impact of what the administration intends.
"I think masks are quite useful, but they have a place and they're not the be all and end all," Siegel said. "I'm worried that mandating this with fines and such may actually lead to more of a rebellion against it."
He noted that the use of masks should be determined based on how much of the risk of exposure to the coronavirus is in a specific area rather than mandating it everywhere. (Read more)

Vote of No Confidence
My sources within the Trump campaign say the President will contest the election results to the furthest extent because Americans deserve to have every legal vote counted and that the news media has no right to determine who won the election. I'm told from several sources that President Trump is committed to see this to the very end. All the while, the news media, which keeps repeating that the president's accusations of voter fraud are unfounded and that he has produced no evidence of such. It seems like any reporter worth his salt would recognize this may be the story of the century and do some investigative reporting about the voter fraud claims. Instead, they just ridicule the president.
An early morning email from the President states the case: "The election is far from over. We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: THEY DON'T WANT THE TRUTH TO BE EXPOSED. Joe Biden has NOT been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or any states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. The American People are entitled to an honest Election; that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our Election."
With half the nation now having no confidence that the election was fair and honest, Joe Biden and President Trump both need to take steps to reassure all Americans that the election was decided fairly and within the confines of the law. As the world's most stable and successful Constitutional Republic known for its peaceful transfer of power, America's elections are key to not only its citizen's confidence, but also the world's assurance that we remain a stable nation. There is a lot at stake. It is not enough to summarily dismiss claims of voter fraud as "politics" and "being a poor loser." There are too many irregularities to ignore. Among them include:
The poll observers being removed; Democratic poll observers outnumbered the GOP observers 3 to 1; late night vote spikes that closed Trump leads; The statistically impossible ratios of vote dumps favoring Biden in battleground states as compared with the ratio for the rest of the country; Biden outperforming Obama among these few urban vote dumps, even though Trump picked up points in every demographic group in the rest of the country; willful violation of the court order requiring the separation of ballots by type; USPS whistleblower reporting to the Inspector General that they were ordered to backdate ballots; Video of 2 AM deliveries of what appear to be boxes of ballots with no chain of custody or other observers before the late night vote spikes. As Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, "Take heed that no man deceive you."

Dear Praying Friends,
Thanks to all of you who have been interceding for America during this time of great crisis and concern, at least as it appears from our limited human perspective. I have been on many prayer calls about this recently and have also been monitoring the news as well as various prophetic words that are coming in to encourage us.
It is becoming clear that massive voter fraud was perpetrated during our election on Nov. 3 as well as during its aftermath. When it became obvious the President was winning in the battleground states by a considerable margin, the counting of the votes was strangely suspended for a few hours in several of those states at the same time. Then, tranches of tens of thousands of all pro-Biden votes appeared during the night, some of the many mail-in ballots it was claimed that in some cases were without postmarks or proper signatures. There are increasing numbers of poll workers now coming forward with signed affidavits to testify they saw such irregularities occurring, including other poll workers filling out masses of ballots for Biden. In addition, two intercessor friends, one of whom has been a professional computer programmer for many years, brought the issue of computer software fraud to my attention. It is apparently possible to manipulate the vote tabulation after the results of the counting are transferred electronically, which also seems to have been going on.
It has been convincingly demonstrated that the Socialists/Marxists who are behind the Black Lives Matter, Antifa and other communist agitation groups are closely tied to the radical Democrats who have tried for so long to unseat President Trump. He stands in the way of the globalist/socialist New World Order being called for by the World Economic Forum, George Soros, Bill Gates and other powerful elites. The FBI is currently investigating Biden's son in questionable business dealings with the Chinese, Russians, Ukrainians and others while his father was Vice President. Apparently, Hunter Biden and the whole family (including the "Big Guy", identified as Joe Biden by one of their business colleagues) benefitted handsomely from the profits made as part of this influence-peddling scheme. Joe Biden's collaboration with the Leftist (Marxist) elements of his party like Bernie Sanders and others would further confirm that he is not moderate any longer and ready to go in the same direction if he gets into the White House. His radicalization is being aided by his running mate, Kamala Harris, the most Leftist senator in Congress, who has even been called Maoist in her views.
In the midst of this foreboding scenario, especially now that all the media are calling Biden "the 46th President of the United States" without that having yet being certified by the Electoral College, we have been hearing from a number of very encouraging prophetic voices. Overall, they have been saying that the Lord is going to bring about a "surprise", a divine turn-around much like what happened in the book of Esther when God overthrew the evil conspirator Haman and those who sought to destroy the Jewish people. One Australian prophetess, Lana Vawser, confidently states that there is going to be a "divine demonstration of the justice of God" and that "the pride and wickedness of man to come against My plan is going to come tumbling down". She goes on: "The winds of My justice are blowing . . .I am moving to overturn eras of injustice". In her prophetic message, the Lord says that we are not to be afraid of the battle or discouraged by the rumbling of the enemy but to continue interceding and decreeing what He has spoken because a "tidal wave of My Justice is being released". (Lana Vawser Ministries, Nov. 5)
One thing that the Lord has been bringing to my mind over and over again through these tumultuous days is that He is in the boat with us as He was with those scared disciples during the Galilee storm. He rebuked the wind and waves, and it became calm and then chided them for their little faith. They did not realize that the King of the whole universe was their passenger, or rather that they were passengers in His boat--all of creation!
Let us, therefore, rise in faith, keeping our eyes fixed on the Lord and believing Him for the good that we know He wants to bring out of this apparent great evil that scares many of us. Let's realize that no matter what happens, we are in His almighty hands and make ourselves available in prayer now. Let's also remember that "prayer moves the arm that moves the world" and that He has given us as prophetic intercessors His very authority to change international and national events as we partner with Him in Spirit-empowered intercession. The Lord told Jeremiah, the shy and skittish prophet: "Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant." (Jer. 1:9-10)
Please therefore pray with that same faith and authority for the following at this momentous time:
1. That every hidden scheme to steal this election will be brought to light, together with all the ways that occurred and wherever it happened in all 50 states.
2. For the lawyers and government authorities who are investigating and for the lawsuits starting tomorrow, Monday, to be successful in ferreting out wrongdoing and overturning illegitimate election results. May they regardless of their political persuasion do what is honest and right before God and people.
3. For the spirits of darkness, ideological, political and occult, to be bound along with their human actors who want to destabilize and destroy America and all freedom-loving nations.
4. That America will remain true to its Constitution and re-assert Judeo-Christian values, especially the upholding of justice and truth and the rejection of all lying and deceit in the media, academia and government.
5. For President Trump and his administration to have God-given wisdom and restraint in knowing how to handle this great challenge.
6. For His people to know how to pray and to do so with faith through the power of His Spirit to see His miraculous breakthroughs come about.
Thanks so much for standing with us, especially you brothers and sisters in Christ from other nations. It means a great deal to us to have His international family in this boat with us!
